“Conspiracy, Again”

“As Maricopa County sheriff Joe Arpaio beclowns himself and his wayward admirers, it is worth bearing in mind that the manufactured controversy surrounding President Barack Obama’s birth certificate has its origins in anonymous e-mails sent by Hillary Clinton partisans during the 2008 Democratic primary. Which is to say that all these many years later, Republicans are still getting played by the Clintons. Some things never change.

There is very little to add to the discussion of the facts of the case. President Obama’s short-form birth certificate (the “certificate of live birth”), which is authoritative evidence in any U.S. court, has long been available for inspection, and the archival records from Hawaii (the “long-form birth certificate”) also have been released. Public officials of both parties have confirmed that the president was born in Hawaii. Every judicial proceeding on the matter has confirmed this, and contemporaneous birth announcements in the Honolulu newspapers documented the birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii in 1961. There is not a single piece of credible evidence to support claims to the contrary.

Such conspiracy theories are immortal because one of the features of a really good conspiracy theory is that very lack of evidence for the theory is taken to be yet more proof of the conspiracy. They are long-lived because the underlying mental pathologies are long-lived: As T. S. Eliot put it, “Humankind cannot bear very much reality.”

Conspiracy theories are long-lived also because there is money to be made from them. One of the particularly disturbing aspects of Sheriff Arpaio’s investigation is its relationship with conspiracy entrepreneur Jerome Corsi, who would very much like to sell you a copy of the birther book he has co-authored with Michael Zullo, the volunteer investigator who took the leading part in the sheriff’s recent press conference. There is a booming business in birther baloney.

There is a great deal at stake in 2012: Obamacare either will be uprooted or it will be entrenched, the growth of the deficit either will be curtailed or it will run rampant, our ability to see to our national-security interests either will be reinforced or it will be diminished, the Supreme Court either will become more a guardian of the Constitution or it will become more a guardian of liberal pet interests. And, barring some unforeseen development, the next president will be either a former Republican governor and business executive, a former Republican senator who has been a reliable lifelong conservative, or a left-wing community organizer born metaphorically of the Chicago machine — but born literally in Hawaii.

Republicans who have chosen to associate with the birthers have done their party and their country a disservice. And as Sheriff Arpaio settles comfortably into that political mental ward, the same must be said of those Republicans who choose to associate themselves with him more broadly. Those who cannot distinguish between the birthers’ flim-flam and the critical questions that face our nation in 2012 will not win and do not deserve to.”

It’s the Constitution stupid!

What makes a news site like the National Review produce such an Orwellian, Alinsky style or just plain sloppy article?

The article begins with a Alinsky style attack on Maricopa County sheriff Joe Arpaio by stating “beclowns himself and his wayward admirers.” Who is the clown in this scenario, Arpaio, doing his job and seeking the truth, or The National Review with this article?

The following could not have been crafted better by the “Times” of Orwell’s “1984” or Joseph Goebbels of Nazi Germany:

I will add something to the “discussion.” In NC we call it facts.

1. Regarding the COLB, short form birth certificate.

a) Obama never presented one in court or any other document he has been challenged on.
b) Had Obama presented a COLB to a court. Any competent challenger attorney would have it thrown out as evidence because it does not prove Hawaiian birth.
c) A COLB in some states or even Hawaii might be sufficient to prove US citizenship in a courtroom. The requirement for the presidency is Natural Born Citizen.
d) Obama has not presented a certified copy of a long form birth certificate when challenged in court.
e) A long form birth certificate image was placed on WhiteHouse.org by someone.
f) The image placed on WhiteHOuse.org has been proven to be a fraud.
g) Irrespective of the proof of fraud, the image has at the bottom the phrase “or abstract” which automatically disqualifies it as being a certified copy.

2. “Public officials of both parties have confirmed that the president was born in Hawaii” Former Governor Linda Lingle, who never saw a birth certificate and is not qualified to evaluate it or current Governor Neil Abercrombie who could not find a birth certificate?

3. “Every judicial proceeding on the matter has confirmed this,” This is an outright lie! No judicial proceeding has confirmed Obama’s Hawaiian birth!

4. “contemporaneous birth announcements in the Honolulu newspapers documented the birth of Barack Hussein Obama in Hawaii in 1961.” Did they go to the Bill O’Reilly school of journalism. I am reminded of the phrase: “Are you smarter than a fifth grader?”

5. Obama is not eligible anyway. He is not a Natural Born Citizen because his father was Kenyan/British.

National Review, I am available for questions or debate.

Once again I limit the number of Orwells to 5, but the National Review is deserving of more.

“Corrupt Georgia Superior Court Dismisses Legal Appeal Of Obama Eligibility Ruling”
“The Georgia Superior Court Clerk’s office did everything in its power to thwart the very filing of a legal appeal in Weldon v Obama, the case in which Judge Michael Malihi ruled that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore eligible for the Georgia ballot.

And the Superior Court itself has just dismissed plaintiff David Weldon’s appeal of that ruling.

The numerous questions surrounding Malihi’s February 3rd decision and the clear errors of law and procedure upon which it was based have been discussed by countless members of the new media.

And now Van Irion, head counsel for Liberty Legal Foundation (LLF) and the attorney who represented David Weldon in his lawsuit questioning Obama’s eligibilty before Judge Malihi, relates what has happened since the decision.

The story he tells of improper and illegal conduct on the part of the Superior Court arguably reveals a more blatant and callous disregard for the law and the rights of the American people than was displayed in the ruling itself.”

“And here is the clincher:

Obama filed a Motion to Dismiss LLF’s Appeal of the Malihi ruling and the Motion was FILED IMMEDIATELY by the Superior Court Clerk. Obviously no problem in the Clerk’s office with Mr. Obama’s paper work.

THREE DAYS after Obama’s Motion to Dismiss was filed, the Court informed Attorney Van Irion that he had LESS THAN 1 DAY to file an Opposition to that Motion; thoroughly improper behavior on the part of the Court.

Late that SAME DAY, the Chief Judge of the Superior Court denied Irion’s motion to be admitted as a visiting attorney (Irion practices in Tennessee) in spite of his impeccable reputation and the fact that his Georgia sponsor is a member of the Georgia State Legislature who has practiced before the Court! The Court had deliberately held up this particular decision for 2 weeks, effectively preventing LLF from filing the Opposition the Court had RULED only 6 hours earlier that LLF must file on that day! All of this represents unheard of behavior on the part of a court.

Finally, just 90 minutes after plaintiff David Weldon personally filed the Opposition–as the Court had prevented Irion and LLF from doing so–the Chief Judge issued a 3 page Opinion granting Obama’s Motion to Dismiss the LLF Appeal!

Incredibly, neither Judge Malihi nor the Secretary of State sent the Weldon v Obama case record to the Superior Court for review until AFTER the Court had ruled in Obama’s favor! That means the Chief Judge agreed to Obama’s Motion to Dismiss an Appeal of a case the Judge NEVER READ!! This is the extent to which judicial corruption has replaced judicial review in the State of Georgia.”

“TOWNHALL YANKS COLUMN ON ARPAIO’S FINDINGS”

“A popular column on Townhall.com – the self-described “leading conservative and political opinion website” – discussing Barack Obama’s eligibility to serve as president has unexplainably disappeared.

Earlier today, the column “Sheriff Joe Exposes Forgery of Obama’s Selective Service Registration” by Floyd and Mary Beth Brown of The Western Center For Journalism was Townhall.com’s most emailed and eighth most read column.

But then … it was gone.

Even after WND alerted Townhall.com’s managing editor that the column had been deleted from its site, it remained listed as “cannot be found.” And despite multiple contacts with the site’s editorial staff, no one at Townhall.com would explain to WND why the column was removed.

Floyd Brown is a regular columnist on Townhall.com, with multiple columns in the site’s archive listed for every month since 2008.

“I hope that it’s not the result of any type of intentional censorship; that would be my sincere hope,” Brown told WND of the removal of his column. “The article is obviously being well received and highly read and highly emailed by the Townhall audience, so why they would want to keep people from seeing it – that would really shock me.”

Still, Brown told WND, if it were intentional, it wouldn’t be the first time even “conservative” media has tried to sweep the story under the rug.

“I have seen conservative media be almost more diligent in censoring on the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility,” Brown said. “Even though they criticize it on one hand, they all have a desire to be loved by mainstream media.””

““We found the most interesting information presented to have nothing to do with the Obama nativity story,” the Browns write in their vanished column, which nonetheless can be read on The Western Center for Journalism site. “Instead it had to do with the Selective Service records. Forensic document analysis proved this document was also a forgery. Intensive documentation proving that Postal indicia on the form was forged was particularly damaging, as this type of postal fraud is a federal felony.

“In the days ahead, it will be interesting to see if the mainstream media provides any coverage of the event’s allegations,” the Browns continue. “Sitting in the room we were overwhelmed by the professionalism of these sworn officers of the law. They clearly used the best experts in their investigation. Finally a legitimate law enforcement official has looked at the evidence and found, as Arpaio said, ‘probable cause that a felony has been committed.’”

The Browns also write that they agree with Arpaio’s claim that the mainstream media has been more interested in ridiculing the story than covering it.

“Having just attended Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s ‘Cold Case Posse’ news conference in Phoenix, Arizona,” the Browns write, “we candidly admit we have never seen a greater example of raw media bias in our 30 years of watching the fourth estate.”

They conclude, “Citizens are still daring to ask questions about Obama. And by doing it you face certain ridicule, name calling and being treated as children. Even when you may be asking legitimate questions, which have been routinely asked of presidential candidates in the past or have been asked of Republican candidates this year, you are censured.”

But whether the Browns merely face “censure” or “censor” for their column remains to be seen.”

If you are a Glenn Beck listener I suggest you come here for the truth. To be deprogrammed from the modern day Big Brother spokesman, Glenn Beck. Beck would have you believe that upholding the constitution in regard to Obama eligibility is not an issue. That all of the fraud that Obama has committed is not the issue.

Whether or not the Obama camp has used the birth certificate as a distraction is hardly the point.

It’s the Constitution stupid.

Upholding the US Constitution is the most real issue that we can ever have. It is what the founding fathers and subsequent generations have fought to preserve. It is what generations of immigrants struggled to gain. A safe harbor in which they, their families and descendants could thrive in.

“Huh? Sheriff Joe Arpaio gives Obama 2012 a gift, goes after birth certificate”

“Just when Obama was starting to run out of things to say about Republicans, Sheriff Joe Arpaio decides to come out and launch a big investigation into Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Why he decided to bring this ridiculous issue, one that only gives Obama an opportunity to call the right (justifiably so, in this case) ‘crazy’ – is beyond explanation. But, he’s doing it anyway.

“Okay. Look, I am a fan of Sheriff Joe Arpaio. I am a guy who has supported him in the past. I like him, I… I think he’s great on illegal immigration. But Joe, have you gone nuts?” Glenn said as he opened the show.

The birth certificate has long been a tool of the Obama administration to distract people from real issues, like inflation, and to paint the Tea Party as racist and insane. Most of the outcry over the birth certificate had died down after Donald Trump faded into the background of the latest The Apprentice season and Obama releasing a copy of the birth certificate. Sadly, Sherrif Arpaio had to bring it up again.

Glenn treated the whole thing as a joke, presenting some wild theories of his own. Could the Obama administration have presented a forgery only to leave the real one in a vault just to screw with people? Or could he be the grandson of Sally Hemmings and Kruschev?

Even though Stu was really, really , really sick of having to talk about the “birther” issue on air once again, Glenn felt like he had to explain why it’s such a ridiculous story.

“Here’s the thing. You have two newspapers that ran the birth announcement,” Glenn said.

“Which is more likely that he was, he was a Soviet plant from birth? Because really that’s what has to happen to be able to have the 1962 records in the newspaper,” Glenn said.

“Now really? Are we going to the place to where they knew from birth that this guy was going to be President of the United States? Which is more likely? That they knew from birth or the President of the United States and his minions are so good at what they do and they’re taking just great joy and glee and delight in holding that birth certificate back as long as they possibly can, not answering, just to make everybody look like crazy Birthers and then seriously,” Glenn said.

Stu, obviously frustrated, said, “The thing is that the Obama administration actually has conversations like this: Imagine if we didn’t have to justify any of our economic failures and we could just talk about whether or not I was born here? That’s the conversation they have.”

“There is one person on Earth, one, one person on Earth that I am more sure about his citizenship in the United States than Barack Obama, one. His name is Zachary Burguiere. He’s my son. I was there for his birth. Including myself. I have more evidence that he, Barack Obama, was born in America,” Stu said.

Stu’s frustration comes from the fact that every time someone brings up the birth certificate, he’s the one assigned the job of looking into whatever arguments are being created to say Barack Obama was not born in the United States.

“About 80% of my pay I believe comes from the fact that you torture me with this stupid story,” Stu lamented.

I doubt you would read this, but I am trying to grasp your concept. You see the danger of Obama being that of policy, one that leads to ‘socialism’ (really it’s closer to fascism IMHO). His concepts, used before by progressives, always lead to loss of liberty and freedoms and the citizens of this country suffering a failed economic agenda. The misery index is indeed well and alive under Obama, with estimated inflation now 8%, unemployment 16% (1970′s standards). The policy of socialist ‘chaos’ and overburden to the ‘working poor’ has accelerated at massive rates. The progressive agenda IS the problem, Obama is just the messenger of that agenda. You see Obama as another progressive, in a whomp a mole game of progressives, and hitting him with eligibility doesn’t stop the next progressive mole from popping up. Thus, you see Arpaio efforts as futile, even if the findings are accurate.

I do not agree with you here, not in the slightest. Al Capone was not brought down by the horrible crimes he performed, but by ‘tax evasion’. Obama, and his thugs, are in this category. Destroying Obama from an eligibility standpoint will immediately open the door to widespread fraud investigations into his ‘previous’ political life and graft in Chicago (see Rezco and Frawley). You cannot separate one distasteful aspect of Obama from another. That would be like criticizing Adolf Hitler for just impacting the Jewish economy. What makes a man like Glenn Beck, who professes to have religious and conservative values, who claims to believe in the US Constitution, say the things that he says. What makes Beck praise Sheriff Joe Arpaio for doing one part of his job, protect the border, and at the same time ridicule him for doing another
part of his job.

Although I tend to like Glenn Beck and agree with him on most subjects, I have let him have it in the past for criticizing and ridiculing millions of
concerned Americans, including high ranking military officers, for questioning Obama’s past, his records and his eligibility for the presidency. I have never
had a problem with Glenn Beck not agreeing with those concerned Americans. However, he has gone to extremes in his criticism and belittling. This makes me
question, if not his patriotism, his alleged religious values.

Also disturbing about Glenn Beck’s remarks on Obama’s eligibility is his admission that he doesn’t do research and relies on his staff and sources like Bill
O’Reilly. O’Reilly finally admitted that he used the newspaper announcements in Hawaii as evidence of Obama’s birth there. Beck just used this argument as
well. Anyone doing minimal research has discovered that anyone could place an announcement in the paper and do so much after the fact. One also finds that
placing the ad in one newpaper automatically placed it in the other.

Why would Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly use the newspaper announcement as proof of Obama’s birth in Hawaii. Aside from what we know about them, they have always been at best someone announcing a birth, not a legal document and certainly not date, time location proof.

When Glenn Beck left Fox last year, he said that he was leaving with his soul.

I am not convinced that Glenn Beck left with his soul. I also have doubts about Beck’s religious beliefs just as I have with Barack Obama.

It doesn’t matter if Barky was born on the crown of the Statue of Liberty; his father was a Kenyan and never an American citizen and that alone disqualifies him.

The 1875 Supreme Court case, Minor v. Happersett defined a Natural Born Citizen as a person born in the country to citizen parentS. PARENTS. Plural. Even you can understand that. This case has never been overturned; it is the precedent and defines the qualifications for POTUS.

“Members of the Cold Case Posse in Maricopa County, Ariz., whose report to Sheriff Joe Arpaio yesterday confirmed there is probable cause to believe Barack Obama’s much-ballyhooed birth certificate document is a forgery, have begun briefing members of the county law enforcement team who may be involved in hunting for those responsible.

At a news conference yesterday, Arpaio and the chief investigator for the specially appointed Cold Case Posse, Mike Zullo, confirmed that they had found evidence of forgery in the creation of the birth certificate image and fraud in the presentation of that piece of work as a real government document.

They also said they found Obama’s Selective Service registration likely forged, and they said it appeared as though officials in Hawaii were covering up information about Obama. They also said it was not outside the realm of possibility that Obama might have been born overseas.

All of this relates to the Constitution’s demand that a president be only a “natural born citizen,” which is not defined in the Constitution. But many analysts believe at the time the document was written that would have meant the offspring of two citizens of the country.

Arpaio began the review at the request of hundreds of his constituents. They were concerned a fraudulent document was being used by Obama to be on the 2012 election ballot in Arizona.

Arpaio said at the news conference that the investigation would continue, and he might ask for a congressional investigation to address the issue. He also suggested that other outside agencies may end up participating.

While he said that decision remained in the future, sources told WND today that the Cold Case Posse, a team of volunteers not being paid by taxpayers, were briefing sheriff’s office investigators on the status of evidence, so that they might be able to participate in the future as those responsible for the fraud and forgery uncovered already might be pursued.

Interestingly, the Cold Case Posse report said, “To quell the popular idea that Obama was actually born outside the United States, we examined the records of Immigration and Naturalization Service cards routinely filled out by airplane passengers arriving on international flights that originated outside the United States in the month of August 1961 [Obama’s birth month]. Those records are housed at the National Archives in Washington, D.C. Interestingly, records from the days surrounding Obama’s birth, August 1, 1961 to August 7, 1961 are missing. This is the only week in 1961 were these immigration cards cannot be found.”

The posse said it already has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery.

The Cold Case Posse had advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes and sources say they now are sharing that information with Arpaio’s investigative team.

They say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. And they said White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.”

“An investigative “Cold Case Posse” launched six months ago by “America’s toughest sheriff” – Joe Arpaio of Arizona’s Maricopa County – has concluded there is probable cause that the document released by the White House last year as President Obama’s birth certificate is a computer-generated forgery.

Arpaio, at a news conference in Phoenix live-streamed by WND TV that began at 3 p.m. Eastern time, has elevated the investigation to a criminal probe that will make the resources of his Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office available to his volunteer posse.

The posse says it has identified at least one person of interest in the alleged forgery of Obama’s birth certificate.

Arapaio, known for his strict enforcement of immigration laws, commissioned the investigative team after local citizens presented him with a petition expressing concern that Obama might not be eligible for Arizona’s presidential ballot.

In addition to the live-streaming, WND is making available to the public a report distributed to media today by Arpaio’s investigators.

The posse, comprised of former law enforcement officers and lawyers with law enforcement experience, has interviewed dozens of witnesses and examined hundreds of documents. It also has taken numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world.

Mike Zullo, Arpaio’s lead investigator, said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records it may have in its possession.

“Officers of the Hawaii Department of Health and various elected Hawaiian public officials may have intentionally obscured 1961 birth records and procedures to avoid having to release to public inspection and to the examination of court-authorized forensic examiners any original Obama 1961 birth records the Hawaii Department of Health may or may not have,” Zullo said.

The investigators say the evidence contained in the computer-generated PDF file released by the White House as well as important deficiencies in the Hawaii process of certifying the long-form birth certificate establish probable cause that a forgery has been committed.

The investigation was launched after 250 members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party, presented a signed petition to Arpaio in August 2011 asking him to undertake the investigation.

The Tea Party members petitioned under the premise that if a forged birth certificate was used to place Barack Obama on the 2012 Arizona presidential ballot, their rights as Maricopa County voters could be compromised.

Arpaio believes a congressional investigation might be warranted and has asked that any information relevant to the investigation held by other law enforcement agencies be forwarded to his office.

The Cold Case Posse advised Arpaio that they believe forgers committed two crimes. First, they say it appears the White House fraudulently created a forgery that it characterized as an officially produced governmental birth record. Second, the White House fraudulently presented to the residents of Maricopa County and to the American public at large a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate.

“A continuing investigation is needed to identify the identity of the person or persons involved in creating the alleged birth certificate forgery and to determine who, if anyone, in the White House or the state of Hawaii may have authorized the forgery,” Arpaio said.

Among the evidence released at the press conference are five videos – which can be seen at the end of this article – to demonstrate why the Obama long-form birth certificate is suspected to be a computer-generated forgery.”

The topic of discussion will be an investigation by Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse into concerns about Obama’s eligibility, the first time an official law enforcement report has addressed many of the allegations about the presumptive 2012 Democratic nominee for president.

Those issues include his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution’s requirements, questions about his use of a Connecticut Social Security number, the image of his purported birth certificate from Hawaii and others.

In addition to the live-streaming, WND will make available to the public, the same day by email, the official report distributed to media by Arpaio’s investigators. Those interested in receiving the report can sign up for the free service.

Top national media organizations have indicated their plans to attend and bookings for radio and television reports are in the works. Expected are reporters from AP, Reuters, Univision, the Washington Times and NBC, CBS and ABC affiliates, as well statewide radio networks, among many others.

Because of the circumstances, the decision was made to hold the press conference at the sheriff’s training center, which is on the outskirts of Phoenix, rather than at a downtown office, according to reports.

It even has drawn the promise of protesters who object to the sheriff’s office review of allegations that Obama may be using – or attempt to use – a fraudulent document to have his name placed on the 2012 presidential election ballot in Arizona.

Without releasing any details, Arpaio has said the results “could be a shock.”

He constituted a special five-member law enforcement posse last year to investigate allegations brought by members of the Surprise, Ariz., Tea Party that the Obama birth certificate released to the public by the White House on April 27 might be a forgery.

The posse is made up of three former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys with law enforcement experience. Members have been examining evidence since September concerning Obama’s eligibility to be president under Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution, which requires a president to be a natural-born citizen.

Among other issues, there also have been allegations of Obama’s use of a Social Security number that corresponds to a Connecticut address, even though the president apparently had no links there.

WND earlier reported a private investigation found that the Social Security number being used by Obama does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not someone is authorized to work legally in the country.

Arpaio’s investigation is the first official law enforcement look at the allegations surrounding Obama’s eligibility. Many of the private investigators who have examined it contend there are too many questionable circumstances to believe that everything regarding Obama is above-board.

Arpaio previously told WND that when he launched his Cold Case Posse it was with the possibility that he would clear Obama.

But he said it wasn’t an issue he could ignore, after 250 members of the tea party organization “came to me and asked their sheriff to investigate Obama and the birth certificate.””

Regardless of what sheriff Arpaio reveals, Obama is ineligible to be on the ballot because of his Natural Born Citizen deficiency.

Obama’s attorney Michael Jablonski has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal of Judge Malihi’s ruling in the GA Obama ballot challenge.

“Daniel T. Frawley, a former business partner of Antoin “Tony” Rezko, claims he gave Rezko $400,000 that Rezko gave to then U.S. Senator Barack Obama.

This claim comes through Frawley’s emails to, and conversations with, Robert “Bob” Cooley, former Chicago mob lawyer turned government informer and author of the book on Chicago corruption entitled “When Corruption Was King”.

Cooley was the star witness in a series of trials in the early 1990’s as part of an F.B.I. investigation named Operation Gambat. Those trials led to the convictions of over a score of Chicago crooks, including First Ward Alderman Fred Roti, a made-man; the Chief Judge of Cook County’s Chancery Court; the Assistant Majority Leader of the Illinois State Senate; and the only Federal Judge in U.S. history convicted of fixing a murder trial.

About April 2011, Frawley, along with Daniel Mahru, a former business associate of Rezko dating back to 1989, and a former business partner of current White House Advisor Valerie Jarrett, began conversations with Cooley concerning collaboration on a book about Chicago corruption.

Frawley’s claim that the money he gave Rezko went to Obama is alluded to in a December 1, 2010 deposition executed in the context of a legal malpractice complaint filed by Frawley, on July 9, 2010, against his former attorney and long-time friend, George Weaver.”

And, a ruling on the definition of Natural Born Citizen by the US Supreme Court. We have our best chance by far of putting this before them. Obama has pissed off a number of the justices. Keep your fingers crossed. And of course, pray.

Is the GA Superior Court treating these Obama ballot challenge appeals with the appropriate prioritized response?

A source close to the David P. Welden vs Barack Obama appeal responded to my query on February 22, 2012 with the following:

“Right now the court is not returning calls.”

On February 16, 2012, Liberty Legal Foundation reported:

“The Georgia Superior Court tried to pull a fast one. They initially refused to file our Petition for Appeal. They claimed that our papers lacked two dollars for the two motions that were included along with our petition. We DID include the $213.50 filing fee for the petition, but they were going to sit on our documents and not file any of them, in part because of the missing $2.

The Superior Court’s clerk’s office made several other excuses as to why our petition couldn’t be filed. I won’t bore you with the details. Suffice to say they tried several excuses, none of which reflect normal operating procedures for any court I’ve heard of. Each time I explained why their reason didn’t make any sense under the law or court rules, they moved on to another excuse. After being transferred, placed on hold, hung up on, and argued with, they finally agreed to file the petition, but still refused to file the motions until they got their $2. In my experience as an attorney, including being temporarily admitted in 4 states outside Tennessee, and admitted to practice at every level of Federal and State courts, this is unheard of.

To top off our little story, the Georgia Superior Court didn’t contact our office to tell us that there was a problem with our filing. They just sat on our petition and emergency motion. Had we not called to verify that our petition was filed we would have missed tomorrow’s filing deadline. (This is why we call to verify filings.) The $2 was personally delivered today and the emergency motions are now filed.

One of those motions is an Emergency Motion for Stay and Preliminary Injunction prohibiting the Georgia Secretary of State from including candidate Barack Obama on the Georgia Presidential Primary ballot. Read the filing on our website. Quoting from the motion,

“should this Court incorrectly deny this motion it would confirm that the judicial branch is now unwilling to enforce the clearest and most basic requirements of the U.S. Constitution. Harm to Petitioner that would result from such incorrect refusal to grant this motion represents nothing less than the loss of our constitutional form of government for all Americans.“
