You remember Patrick Fitzgerald, the federal prosecutor in the Tony Rezko investigation and trial of corruption in Chicago and Illinois. The same Fitzgerald that has indicted Stuart Levine, Dr. Robert Weinstein and is now involved in getting Tony Rezko to talk. The same PatrickFitzgerald that is scrutinizing Governor Rod Blagojevich for possible indictment. What do all of these people have in common? Barack Obama.
The Hillbuzz blog has another connection between Patrick Fitzgerald and Obama. Here is an exerpt from an article dated October 9, 2008:
“Today, it was announced that ACORN is being investigated in 10 states.
That’s one Hell of a coincidence.
We asked why Fitzgerald would be involved in this, because he’s the prosecutor on the Tony Rezko case and we aren’t aware of ACORN being investigated in Illinois.
We were told that ACORN was investigated in Illinois years ago, and it was a Fitzgerald case then. This means ACORN’s activities today, involving a conspiracy to commit multi-state voter fraud on SoetorObama’s behalf, are an extension of that previous ACORN case.
Our source in federal courts said, “Any crime that involves more than two people and is carried out across state lines qualifies as a corrupt organization. The fact that those “Goodwill” donations were made in Texas and received at Obama headquarters in Chicago or Washington means it qualifies for RICO.”
The “Goodwill donations” referred to above are the $228 million in undocumented, unverified campaign contributions the SoetorObama camp has received — which the McCain campaigned filed a complaint to the FEC on this past Monday.
We’ve also heard that the Clinton campaign filed complaints to the FBI and other federal agencies over SoetorObama’s fraud in the Iowa, Texas and other caucuses: voter intimidation, registration fraud, and other illegal activities.”

that reveals that federal prosecutors are seeking an indefinite delay
in the sentencing of convicted criminal Tony Rezko. Rezko is a long time

The new members appointed included 3 doctors who contributed to Mr. Obama. On April 21, 2004, Stuart Levine explicitly advised Dr. Robert Weinstein, who is now indicted, of Tony Rezko’s role in manipulating the Planning Board’s vote.
The circle of corruption around Obama is tightening the noose around Obama’s neck. Tony Rezko, convicted of multiple counts of corruption and awaiting sentencing, is apparently talking to prosecutors. Blagojevich and or Obama are next in line. Stuart Levine and Dr. Robert Weinstein have already been indicted.

• The Illinois appellate court on Friday issued a ruling that could provide reason for the legislature to remove Blagojevich. He decided to spend tens of millions of dollars to expand a state health care insurance program even though the legislature wouldn’t approve it. The court told Blagojevich to stop the program—and said his administration can’t even identify how many people have enrolled in it.
Federal prosecutors will pursue their investigation of the Blagojevich administration’s notorious pay-to-play politics. Having the cooperation of Rezko, once one of Blagojevich’s closest confidants, would greatly help to determine if the governor was involved in criminal wrongdoing. All the rest of us—lawmakers, political leaders, citizens—can do is wait for the prosecutors to complete their investigation.”
What will bring down Barack Obama and when will it happen?
Barack Obama, the candidate that was not vetted by the DNC, the
candidate that gained the nomination of the Democrat Party by
voter fraud, a free ride from the MSM, Obama thugs attacking those questioning him and by Nancy Pelosi ramroding him through the convention, will be taken down by his past. If Obama is not removed before or after the election, we will know that the powers controlling him have disabled the checks and balances that were designed to prevent this type of “manchurian candidate” from being elected.
I have never seen this level of corruption and unamerican activity
in a presidential election in my lifetime. In the past, this was read
about happening only in unstable countries outside the US.
How is it that a candidate that refuses to prove US citizenship, is
connected in so many long time ties to Tony Rezko and other Chicago and Illinois crime and corruption figures and even has a wife tied to Chicago corruption, is still running for president. How is it that a candidate tied to the middle east, Kenyan thugs and terrorists such as William Ayers, is still running for president. How is it that a candidate that lied on a Illinois Bar Application is still running for president. How is it that a candidate known to have used drugs and still using drugs is running for president.
We no longer have the press to protect us. Will Congress or the Judicial Branch do their job? Which of the following, documented, fact based issues will remove Barack Obama and when will it occur. Will we suffer a constitutional crisis as Philp J Berg has warned?
Philip J Berg filed a lawsuit in Federal Court on August 21, 2008
stating that Obama is not qualified to be president. Berg states, and I agree, that Obama was born in Kenya. Obama filed a motion recently to dismiss the lawsuit. Why did Obama not produce a vault COLB? The answer is he was born in Kenya. John McCain presented a vault COLB to congress. Mr. Berg will respond on Monday, September 29, 2008 to the presiding judge.
The judge could rule that Obama has to produce a vault COLB and/or a pledge of allegiance to the US.
Mr. Berg is prepared to take the case to the US Supreme Court.
Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine and Dr. Robert Weinstein have all been indicted in the Rezko corruption “pay for play” scandal. Rezko has been convicted and is awaiting sentencing. Rezko has been talking and it is believed that Governor Blagojevich will be indicted soon. Obama endorsed Blagojevich when he ran for office. Obama is tied to Rezko, Levine, Weinstein and Blagojevich. Barack Obama may be indicted soon.
There is a Petition to Impeach, expel Senator Obama. The petition is gaining numbers as more and more people find out about the real Obama.
Remember Al capone? The feds tried for years to convict him on corruption and racketeering. They finally nailed him on tax evasion. Well, Mr. Obama may experience something similar. Obama lied on his Illinois Bar Application. Obama had 17 unpaid traffic violations and did not list any aliases. Andy Martin filed a complaint on March 13, 2007 with the Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar, but found out that Obama had relinquished his law license. According to Mr. Martin “They can’t punish someone who has resigned, which is why so many corrupt lawyers in Illinois resign before they are disbarred.” This would qualify for expulsion from the senate.
There is no proof that Obama complied with Selective Service Laws.
So, is the system going to work. We already know the MSM and the Democrat Party have failed us. Will our system of checks and balances work? If not, God help us.

later questioned about his records during his term in the IL

petition the government for a redress of grievances.” Precedents
exist for impeachment and expulsion of a US Senator. Senator William
Blount was impeached by the House on July 7, 1797 and expelled by
the Senate the next day.

being citizens of the United States and residents in the Cities and States so
indicated, HEREBY Demand that the Congress of the United States begin

Whereas: As a US Senator, Barack Obama violated the stated intention of
his 2006 Official Government Visa to Africa by publicly propagandizing
for his cousin, Railla Odinga against the US democratic ally of Kenya.
Whereas the stated “mission” of Senator Obama’s Official Visa, according
to the Kenya Office of Public Communications, was to “nurture relations
between the Continent and the United States” he, instead, made public
protest before Kenya citizens to rally against their leadership,
invoking a need for “Change!” and accusing this US allied nation of
“corruption.” In Official Protest of Mr. Obama’s passport abuse and
misconduct, Kenya’s government cited his “extremely disturbing
statements on issues which it is clear, he was very poorly informed, and
on which he chose to lecture the Government and the people of Kenya on
how to manage our country.” Whereas, furthermore, there is no public
record of any sanctions or reprimand by the US Congress of Senator
Obama’s passport violation or campaigning on foreign soil against a US
ally, history has since recorded the broadspread destruction of Kenya’s
economy and large scale loss of life as a result of the violence
instigated by Odinga’s ODM campaign there.
Barack Obama will be in Charlotte NC on Sunday, September 21, 2008. Obama needs to win in NC and the race is close. There are reports of voter fraud in Virginia and no doubt it will occur in NC. Obama’s payments to Acorn and his long time association with Acorn will insure that.

I just returned from the Obama rally in downtown Charlotte. This was a spur of the moment trip. Here are some observations:
There was a large crowd that stretched around many city blocks.
There were 10,000 reserved tickets. An unofficial estimate of the crowd was as high as 50,000. I consistently heard the people in line being told they would all be able to get in. This was not the truth.
The crowd remained orderly. The most commotion I noticed was between pro and anti abortion proponents.
I got as close as about 100 ft behind the stage. It was difficult to hear but I got some photos.
I walked quite a distance and as I was walking away, I thought about all the good people of all skin colors that have been fooled by Obama. These people want change in Washington but do not realize that the candidate they have put their confidence in is anything but the right kind of change.

Once again, John Kass and the Chicago Tribune come through and address the ties between Obama and Chicago corruption. This time the approach is tongue in cheek, in response to Giuliani’s reference to the Chicago machine at the Republican National Convention. Here are some exerpts from the article:

We just received an update on the Philip J Berg lawsuit against Barack Obama statting that Obama is not qualified to be president. The source of the information has been reliable and is the same source that gave us a heads up when the lawsuit was filed. Here is the update as received:
“Summons Reissued, Obama to be Served by Tomorrow
Philip Berg, the well-known Philadelphia attorney and former Deputy Attorney General for the State of Pennsylvania who two weeks ago sued Illinois senator and Democratic Party presidential nominee Barack Obama in federal court challenging the constitutionality of his White House bid, was at the courthouse this morning to file a Praecipe for Reissuance of Summons.
While the original summons was accepted ten days ago by the U.S. Attorney’s office on behalf of the Federal Election Commission, also a named defendant in Berg’s suit, proper service never reached the Democratic National Committee or Barack Obama’s agent for service. Today’s procedure will ensure that proper service is made, but the reasons behind the procedural hiccup remain a mystery to everyone involved.
“For whatever reason, Sen. Obama never received the summons,” said Berg over the telephone this afternoon. “The court mailed everything out on August 22nd.”
This time, rather than relying solely upon the court to mail the summonses following the filing of the complaint, the papers were faxed to a court service company in Washington, D.C. While on the phone, Berg received a call on the other line and confirmed that the papers were indeed in D.C. and would be served, at the latest, by tomorrow.
Still, he said, the information about the suit is out there. It was picked up by the Washington Times and by the [Norristown, PA] Times-Herald and has spread across the Internet like a wildfire. His own Web site, the ever so objectively-named ObamaCrimes.com, has received more than 5 million hits. Mainstream media exposure has been understandably slow, he said, and when I asked whether he thought the deafening silence on the part of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham and more could be a sign that this information was perhaps at the heart of the GOP’s “October Surprise,” his answer was simple.
“It could be. If so, it looks like I jumped the gun,” he said, reminding me that part of his motivation for filing suit when he did was to avoid the catastrophe for the Democratic Party which would inevitably occur should the GOP bring it up closer to Election Day.
“I filed this case because of the constitutional and party implications, but I am concerned about [Barack Obama],” he said, before adding that he is still 99.99 percent certain that his allegations in the lawsuit are true. “As every day goes by without a response, I think we’re on target. Obama has a well-oiled machine that responds to everything else immediately. When McCain put out a video, they have a response video out within hours. No comment from Obama leads me to believe that I’m correct.””

worked as a $317,000 a year vice president. This also is the hospital that nearly tripled her salary in 2004, just after Barack Obama was elected to the US Senate.

Obama’s wife and Valerie Jarrett, an Obama friend and adviser who chairs the medical center’s board, backed the Axelrod firm’s hiring, hospital officials said.”

The Citizen Wells blog has devoted much time and has presented many articles about Obama and his long time close association to convicted corruption figure Tony Rezko. The so called Tony Rezko trial was never just about Tony Rezko but about the rampant corruption and crime in Chicago and Illinois. Barack Obama was mentioned repeatedly during the trial. Rezko trial prelude to more indictments:
“The Justice Department’s prosecution of Antoin “Tony” Rezko was always about prelude, never about climax. The jury’s conviction of Rezko Wednesday on 16 criminal counts is one more point on a long investigative arc — an arc now pointed directly at Gov. Rod Blagojevich and other of his associates.
That arc reaches beyond the horizon to points none of us can see. But prosecutor Christopher Niewoehner unequivocally — and forcefully — told the Rezko jurors during closing arguments where federal authorities now are concentrating: “This is a crime that involves the highest levels of power in Illinois.””
For several weeks, the situation with Tony Rezko has reminded me
of Jack Ruby, who remained in prison. Like Rezko, he had connections
