““Truckers for the Constitution” organizer Zeeda Andrews on Friday circulated a list of demands that will supposedly be delivered to Texas Congressman Louie Gohmert.
Among them are suggestions that “Barry Soetoro, aka Barack Obama,” is a fake president because “his documents” are “forgeries.”

From 2003 to 2008, several members of Congress introduced legislation, attempting to change Article 2, Section 1, Clause 5 of the Constitution on eight separate occasions to make it possible for Barack Obama to meet the eligibility requirements for the office of president. Of which, a legal investigation has proven that his documents provided are forgeries, which is a felony offense.
The document goes on to state that the president, “with the help of corrupt politicians, and individuals in authoritative positions” is trying to destroy constitutional rights.
“Today, we again face another day in which we must declare our freedom, from yet another tyrannical, abusive form of government,” it reads. ”We are here, to send a resounding affirmation. We are here, to breathe life back into our Constitution. We are here, to declare our independence.”

The document also includes criticisms of National Defense Authorization Act, the Affordable Care Act, the Department of Homeland Security and the Transportation Security Administration. It also accuses the White House of violating the War Powers Act.

One thing is certain. Regardless of whether or not attention devoted to Syria and alleged chemical weapon use by the Assad regime was a designed diversion or not, it is diverting attention away from the American economy, job crisis and Obamacare problems.
A bigger issue at stake is what many of us began being concerned about in 2008 with Obama’s eligibility issues, natural born citizen deficiencies and allegiances.
Obama is definitely no Christian and whether or not he considers himself a Muslim, that is where most of his influence has come from.

The newspaper reported an original Saudi goal was to secure U.S. support to train the Syrian rebels at camps in Jordan.

There are many controversies and deficiencies associated with Obama’s records and eligibility for the presidency.
Obama is not eligible due to his father being Kenyan/British.
Obama has never produced a birth certificate proving US birth.
Obama has produced no proof that he is a natural born citizen. A requirement for the POTUS.
No one in the mainstream media has covered Obama’s deficiencies, including, and especially Glenn Beck, who ridiculed anyone questioning Obama’s eligibility.

Obama used Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie and other private practice attorneys prior to January 2009 and a long list of US Justice Dept. attorneys, at taxpayer expense, afterwards, to keep his college and other records hidden from the public.

We know that Obama had a full scholarship to Occidental, which was not academic or athletic. This came after a self admitted poor performance in high school.

Once again, before I let Glenn Beck have it, I would like to say that I like Glenn Beck and mostly agree with him.
I admire him for being in recovery and admitting it.

I listen to Glenn Beck’s radio show when I can. Often when I am driving.
A few days ago I heard Beck downplay Obama’s birth certificate again. He states that it is not an important issue and that Obama was born in Hawaii. Aside from not being qualified to make a determination about any documents alleged to be a birth certificate for Obama, Beck by his own admission does not personally do research. He also apparently relies heavily on the bloviator Bill O’Reilly who is almost as big a narcissist as Obama.
Without pretense, expressed or implied, I am imminently more qualified than Beck to evaluate and comment on issues such as the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov . I have credentials and I have done the hard work, the intensive research to enable me to state the following.
A disturbing picture puzzle of Obama has emerged. Many pieces are in place. Natural Born Citizen status (irrespective of his birth location), birth certificate, Chicago corruption ties and involvement, Muslim influences, radical influences, abuse of power, etc.
Would anyone assembling a puzzle intentionally leave out a large gap or piece?
Such it is with the birth certificate, college records and other records.
Here is the bottom line on the Obama birth certificate and proof of US birth.
The following in no way is meant to detract from the efforts of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation and other efforts to determine the validity of the purported birth certificate.
Best case scenario for the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov.
Fact: The image is not a copy of an original Hawaii birth certificate of the era.
The verbage “or abstract” at the bottom therefore implies that the data came from databases.
The data from the databases could have been provided some time after the birth.
By HI statutes (there were 4 rules at the time of Obama’s birth), Obama could have been born outside the US and had his birth recorded as Hawaiian.
The state of Hawaii could recognize the data and use it to produce what they call a COLB or birth certificate.
Under no circumstances does this prove a Hawaii birth, even if the data is authentic or sanctioned by the state of Hawaii.
Glenn Beck, I will be glad to explain this further.
Glenn, for someone who claims to be in recovery, a little more humility and admitting you are wrong would go a long way.

“Vt. Supreme Court hears case challenging legality of Barack Obama’s run for re-election”
“President Barack Obama may be the “de facto” president of the United States, but that doesn’t mean he was elected legally, a former Republican U.S. Senate hopeful told the Vermont Supreme Court on Tuesday.
H. Brooke Paige, appearing without a lawyer before the state’s highest court, said Obama does not meet what the framers of the U.S. Constitution meant when they decreed that a person holding the presidency must be a “natural born citizen.”
Paige has contended historical papers that the framers relied on at the time the Constitution was written indicated a natural-born citizen was someone who was born of parents who were both American citizens. Obama’s father, now deceased, was a citizen of Kenya.
The argument was rejected by Washington Superior Court Judge Robert Bent in a ruling in November. Bent, in a seven-page decision, said Paige had no real proof to support his definition of the term natural-born citizen.
Paige, of the town of Washington, appealed to decision to the high court. At Tuesday’s hearing he told the justices he was not challenging Obama’s citizenship, as the so-called “birthers” group has contended.
“Don’t pay any attention to them,” he told the justices. “The birther argument is just a sheer flight of fancy.”
Obama, who was named in Paige’s original lawsuit, was not represented at Tuesday’s hearing. Paige said he was unable to get anyone to successfully serve Obama with his lawsuit, a predicament Justice John Dooley said concerned him.
“How can the court issue an order when he is not a party to the case,” Dooley asked. Paige said Obama “chose not to be present” and that copies of all of the filings in the case had been sent by registered mail to the White House.”
“As the hearing ended, Paige called out to the justices and began walking toward them as they were departing the courtroom, hoping to give each of them copies of “The Law of Nations,” the 867-page book first published in 1773 by Emer de Vattel.
Paige has claimed the framers relied on “The Law of Nations” when they inserted the term natural born citizens into the Constitution as a presidential requirement.”
The media and the Obama camp have striven to obfuscate the eligibility issue and malign anyone questioning Obama. Therefore it comes as no surprise that Mr. Paige ( or possibly the reporter ) made several inaccurate statements.
First of all, no one is questioning Obama’s citizenship. After all, we will give that to anyone.
It is the Natural Born Citizen requirement for the presidency that is the concern. Mr. Paige accurately questions Obama’s status because he did not have 2 US citizen parents.
The other concern is Obama’s birthplace, which has not yet been proven. The Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation is moving forward with evidence that the purported birth certificate image placed on Whitehouse.gov is fraudulent. It is believed that they will cooperate in a pending Alabama Supreme Court case.

The (stated) unemployment rate for April is 7.5 percent.
The labor force participation rate is 63.3 percent. That is 2.8 percent lower than when Obama took office.
ADP just reported that 119,000 private sector were added in March. 150,000 were forecast.
The number of people with part time jobs is growing. A direct result of the economy and Obamacare.
Perhaps the best indicator is the fact that 20 %, 1 out of 5 Americans are on food stamps.
Birth Certificate.
A challenge to Obama being on the ballot in Alabama is scheduled to be before the Alabama Supreme Court headed by Judge Roy Moore. It is believed that the Sheriff Joe Arpaio investigation and investigator Mike Zullo will cooperate in the court case.

Bill O’Reilly, on Fox News, has asked lame questions about Obama for years and one could certainly make a strong point that he has protected Obama.
Recently O’Reilly once again lamely raised the spectre of Obama’s hidden college records.
“How much the system helped President Obama is unknown, as his college records have been kept private.
To be fair to the president, it would be helpful to know how much the government subsidized his climb to the top.”
College records kept private?
Obama used Robert Bauer of Perkins Coie and other private practice attorneys prior to January 2009 and a long list of US Justice Dept. attorneys, at taxpayer expense, afterwards, to keep his college and other records hidden from the public.
How much the government subsidized him?

We know that Obama had a full scholarship to Occidental, which was not academic or athletic. This came after a self admitted poor performance in high school.
