Philip J Berg provided an update regarding the COLB of Barack Obama on his website on Friday, September 19, 2008. I was fortunate to post the first comment on this post. I stated the obvious. A subsequent comment by Mr. Berg’s assistant provides information from the FBI regarding the requirements for proof of citizenship. Here are the comments:

You are very accurate!

We have received a lot of question asking “How did Obama get this far, he must have had background checks as he is a U.S. Senator.”

However, this is inaccurate according to Special Agent-in-Charge: C. Frank Figliuzzi of the Cleveland FBI. Background checks are not performed on those elected, once elected they work for Congress and are handed a secret clearance. See below:

This is a conversation between the Special Agent-in-Charge: C. Frank Figliuzzi of the Cleveland FBI and Mike Trivisonno on the Mike Trivisonno Show, WTAM 1100, 7/02/08, Hr. 2.

Caller – Do they perform background checks on candidates and fellows who are in Congress and the Senate and perhaps potential presidential candidates?.

FBI – The short answer is no, no we don’t, but they’re given top secret clearances because they’re members of Congress, or Senators, or even higher ranking officials.

Host – Time out. There are no background checks from the FBI on the people that lead the country, the United States of America?.

FBI – Let me emphasize, elected officials. This is a democracy, the people have elected an official to represent them in Washington, and we do not routinely run background checks on those people.

Host – Even people running for president of the United States of America?.

FBI – That’s correct.

Host – That’s a little weird

FBI – Well, its part of democracy, its part of what the American people want, they want to be able to vote for somebody to represent them in Washington and they don’t want us to get in the way of that and we have no predilection to get in the way of that.

Host – Yeah, but what if they’re voting for a bad person and they don’t know that person is bad, do you follow me?. I’m saying, if the guy’s got a background and maybe he’s involved with some people that he shouldn’t be involved with, shouldn’t we know that as voters?.

FBI – Well, I think you’d agree that the American political process is about as rigorous as you’ll ever see and if there’s dirt back there, probably the opponent is gonna get it out probably before anyone else will.

Host – Now I know why you’re the head of the FBI, they’re good, aren’t they?.”

Thinking Guy,

You don’t sue the Department of Health to obtain a birth record of an idividual in which you are questioning his citizenship status. The answer, again, is he can produce it. Do you have a copy of your birth certificate? I’m sure you do, I would be happy to show anyone mine, I’m more than willing to prove my citizenship status.

As you are aware, some of this is of course are discovery issues. Please review the legal briefs posted on this website, it will give you all law relevant to Mr. Berg’s case.

Thinking Guy, how do you Know what Mr. Obama has actually used in order to obtain passports, drivers licenses, etc.? Your answer would be speculative.

Mr. Obama has access to his birth certificate, again, the picture on his website is a Certification of Live birth, which is NOT a birth Certificate.

Although I’m not republican or a supporter of the Republican party, Senator McCain provided several certified copies of his long version (vault) version of his birth certificate, he took his issue to Congress for a resolution, he did not want doubts in his supporters minds. Mr. Obama should be willing to do the same. Put this issue to rest, be done with it.”

Barack Obama has been served a lawsuit initiated by Philip J Berg
and must respond by September 24, 2008. Obama is a Harvard Law
School graduate. If Obama is indeed qualified for the presidency
why didn’t he proactively prove this at the beginning. All we have
seen so far is a fake COLB on his website and other sites. To add insult
to injury, factcheck.org, tied to Annenberg, has proclaimed the
COLB real.

It is now a near certainty that Obama was born in Kenya and that
Obama lied on his bar application by leaving out alias and traffic
violations. Multiple family members attest to Obama’s Kenyan birth
and a African website months ago proclaimed his Kenyan birth. Since
Obama has not provided credentials to prove he is qualified for the
presidency, how will Obama respond to the lawsuit? Here are some
issues that need resolving:

  • Obama was born in Kenya.
  • Obama may have a document from Hawaii that is a substitute.
  • The COLB produced by the Obama camp is fake.
  • Obama was a citizen of Indonesia. There is a AP photo that
    shows his name as Barry Soetoro and a citizen of Indonesia.
  • Obama claimed to be a US citizen and omitted his alias and traffic
    violations on his bar application.
  • Obama apparently did not renounce other citizenships and pledge
    allegiance to the US at age eighteen.
  • There is no evidence of Obama registering with Selective Service.
  • Obama ran for the Democrat Nomination for president and with full
    knowledge that he was not qualified and that this lawsuit had been
    filed, proceeded with impunity for the law and the political process.

 

If the past is any determiner of the future, Obama will use diversions and attacks and continue to act outside of the law.

 Obama and his democrat buddies never let the truth get in the way
of a good story. Never has this been more true than now in the face
of a financial crisis in this country. A financial crisis Obama and
his party created. What do Obama and Barney Frank have in common
besides being Democrats. They both were listed in the top 25
recipients of campaign contributions from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
and they both are hypocrites. Obama is number 3 on the the list
and Barney Frank is 16. Obama, the candidate of change, was in
bed with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac yet he criticizes John McCain,
who along with George Bush, tried to fix the problem.

Who is a reformer, McCain or Obama?

I spoke to Zach of the Zach Jones is Home blog yesterday. He has a new article about the reform John McCain attempted on Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac in 2005. Zach stated that if the reform had succeeded, we would not be in the mess we are today. Here are some exerpts:

Hi Mr. Obama, my name is Uncle Sam. I am the personnel director
at US Govco. Mr. Obama, we have contacted your references and reviewed your application. There are a number of issues we need to resolve:

1. Your current employer states that you have been absent more than
present and they are not sure what you have been working on.

2. On your application you checked non smoker, but we have verification
of you smoking recently.

3. And, oh, by the way, one of your family members mentioned another
name you went by. You left alias blank on the application.

4. You indicated on your application that you are a US citizen. However, our investigator, after much digging discovered a lawsuit by an attorney, Philip J Berg, that states you are not a US citizen. 

5. And one last item, we requested a drug test. We require that of
all applicants. Why have you not taken the drug test?

All of you that have ever applied for a job know that the above
credentials and information are asked of the average citizen when
applying for a job.

Is Obama any better than you?

Should we expect any less of the president?

The reference to “lipstick on a pig” was used on the official Democratic Party website on August 30, 2008. Elizabeth Berry posted:

“Palin does not change one single thing of what the Republicans are offering which is four more years of George Bush. All that McCain did was to put lipstick on the Pig.”

Worldnetdaily has an article dated Wednesday, September 10, 2008. here are some exerpts:

I know someone in the Secret Service, I will enquire into this.  Citizen Wells

Larry Sinclair was contacted by an insider and notified that the Obama camp has placed Sinclair on their watch list. Larry Sinclair was at the Republican National Convention in St Paul and received a lot of exposure for his encounter with Obama in November 1999. Larry Sinclair had his sign displayed on the local Fox Affiliate site, had many photos taken, talked to numerous RNC delegates and spoke to US and foreign press. Think this might have had anything to do with the Brownshirt Obamanites blocking Larry Sinclair?

Why would Obama then, use the Secret Service to prevent me from attending a “PUBLIC” event? What is the Senator afraid of? Maybe the Obama campaign has started to realize without Obama coming out and saying it, that I am now and have from day one always been telling the truth about November 1999 and Donald Young!

I guess when the Biden AG’s office failed to get me to plead to a crime I did not commit, the Campaign now brings in the Secret Service where the Biden’s failed?!

To add me to the “Watch List” because I insist that the Senator from IL answer simple questions goes beyond the abuse of that office by a candidate.

It appears to me that only people supportive of Obama/Biden may attend “Public” events now.!!”

Once again, John Kass and the Chicago Tribune come through and address the ties between Obama and Chicago corruption. This time the approach is tongue in cheek, in response to Giuliani’s reference to the Chicago machine at the Republican National Convention. Here are some exerpts from the article:
“A Democratic machine in Chicago? Don’t be naive
John Kass
4:40 PM CDT, September 6, 2008”

“There is no Chicago Democratic machine. Mayor Richard Daley says so.”

“Rather, the current mayor was applying reason. When Republicans dared suggest that Obama was not a mythic reformer riding on a unicorn named Change, but actually some sort of silky creature of the Daley machine (which does not exist), those foolish Republicans were so very wrong.”

“The reporters might put on tinfoil hats to shield them from the channeling of Daley/Obama strategist David Axelrod, and such newfound clarity might cause the journalists to wonder, horrified, whether Obama’s gentle unicorn is actually named Cosmo and draws a paycheck from the Department of Streets and Sanitation.”

“When Obama is president and the red phone rings at 3 a.m. and Cosmo says that the Russians have put planes in the air, don’t worry about it. He’ll make a decision. He’ll call White House chief of staff Bill Daley. Bill will call Rich. And Rich will call the boss of all the brothers, Michael Daley, the city’s top zoning lawyer who’ll be running the Justice Department, and a decision will be made. So don’t worry.”

“By Daley’s reasoning, Obama’s first machine patron, state Sen. President Emil Jones (D-ComEd) wasn’t part of the machine either, even though for years Jones was double-dipping as a city sewer inspector. According to legend, Jones inspected sewers while wearing a luxurious camel’s hair coat and alligator shoes and never got a speck of dirt on his finery.

And all the Daley political hacks in federal prison now, convicted of illegally rigging city jobs to build a giant army of political workers who had to get out the vote to get promotions, they’re probably just dreaming. They’re not really in prison. They’re just having a nightmare. They’ll wake up on Nov. 5.”
