“Murray v. Geithner: Judge Denies Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss RE: AIG, Sharia Law”
“The Thomas More Law Center had originally filed suit in December of 2008 challenging the constitutionality of a portion of the “Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008” (EESA) that appropriated $40 billion in taxpayer money to fund the federal government’s majority ownership interest in AIG, which engages in Shariah-based Islamic religious activities that the Center considers are “anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish.”
They now report that Federal District Court Judge Lawrence P. Zatkoff has denied the Defendant’s (Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and the Federal Reserve Board) Motion to Dismiss:”
“In his well-written and detailed analysis issued yesterday, Judge Zatkoff denied the request by the Obama administration’s Department of Justice to dismiss the lawsuit. The request was filed on behalf of Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner and the Federal Reserve Board – the named defendants in the case. In his ruling, the judge held that the lawsuit sufficiently alleged a federal constitutional challenge to the use of taxpayer money to fund AIG’s Islamic religious activities.”
“In its request to dismiss the lawsuit, the DOJ argued that the plaintiff in the case, Kevin Murray, who is a former Marine and a federal taxpayer, lacked standing to bring the action. And even if he did have standing, DOJ argued that the use of the bailout money to fund AIG’s operations did not violate the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment. The court disagreed, noting, in relevant part, the following:
In this case, the fact that AIG is largely a secular entity is not dispositive: The question in an as-applied challenge is not whether the entity is of a religious character, but how it spends its grant. The circumstances of this case are historic, and the pressure upon the government to navigate this financial crisis is unfathomable. Times of crisis, however, do not justify departure from the Constitution. In this case, the United States government has a majority interest in AIG. AIG utilizes consolidated financing whereby all funds flow through a single port to support all of its activities, including Sharia-compliant financing. Pursuant to the EESA, the government has injected AIG with tens of billions of dollars, without restricting or tracking how this considerable sum of money is spent. At least two of AIG’s subsidiary companies practice Sharia-compliant financing, one of which was unveiled after the influx of government cash. After using the $40 billion from the government to pay down the $85 billion credit facility, the credit facility retained $60 billion in available credit, suggesting that AIG did not use all $40 billion consistent with its press release. Finally, after the government acquired a majority interest in AIG and contributed substantial funds to AIG for operational purposes, the government co-sponsored a forum entitled “Islamic Finance 101.” These facts, taken together, raise a question of whether the government’s involvement with AIG has created the effect of promoting religion and sufficiently raise Plaintiff’s claim beyond the speculative level, warranting dismissal inappropriate at this stage in the proceedings.”

Since Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Obama as his son and/or adopted Obama, Obama was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, as proven by Obama’s school record.”

The following exerpts tie all of this together and explain the Communist Party’s objectives and how Obama was exposed to them. Remember, much of Obama’s exposure took place prior to his trip to Pakistan in 1981.

In 1935, Moscow instructed it to establish a CP apparatus in Hawaii to develop a mass revolutionary movement there and promote the withdrawal from its territory of US forces – at that time essential for the defence of the US. This Hawaii CP network was perceived by government bodies to be a major threat to US national security.
A key figure was Harry Bridges, a CP agent and head of the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union. In 1948, Frank Marshall Davis came to Hawaii at the suggestion of Bridges and another secret CPUSA member, Paul Robeson. Dr. Kathryn Takara, a professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Hawaii, herself a radical poet and Obama supporter (and who takes issue with some of the claims made about Davis and Obama) wrote her dissertation on Davis and spent much time with him between 1972 and his death in 1987. In an analysis, Takara notes that he brought ‘an acute sense of race relations and class struggle throughout America and the world’ and that he openly discussed subjects such as American imperialism, colonialism and exploitation. He espoused freedom, radicalism, solidarity, labor unions, due process, peace, affirmative action, civil rights, Negro History week, and true Democracy to fight imperialism, colonialism, and white supremacy. He urged coalition politics.”

Activists from Illinois were immersed in the campaign to elect Barak Obama to the U.S. Senate. Obama won a landslide victory in the March 16 Democratic primary. If Obama wins in November, he would be only the third African American senator since Reconstruction. ‘This was a historic victory. It was a victory for political independence and grassroots, coalition, and issue oriented politics over the machine and money,’ said John Bachtell, Illinois CP district organizer.’
And as the Columbia News Service reported, the Young Communist League has mobilised to campaign for Obama: doubtless the Democratic Party is less than anxious to divulge to the nation this particular affiliation of these young activists who are helping it get out the Democratic vote.”
“In his most recent post on the subject, Cliff Kincaid reports that Obama has now acknowledged a personal relationship with Frank Marshall Davis. But in a riposte to allegations about his radical associations, his camp has nevertheless misleadingly edited an article to conceal the fact that Davis was a member of CPUSA. This is less than surprising since, as Kincaid also notes, the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee issued a report in 1956 declaring:
‘Founded in September 1919, the Communist Party of the United States of America is an organization unique in American history. It is not a true political party and differs fundamentally from all political parties in this country. It is in fact a Russian-inspired, Moscow-dominated, anti-American, quasi-military conspiracy against our Government, our ideals, and our freedoms.’ In 1982 testimony, FBI assistant director for intelligence Edward J. O’Malley testified that the CPUSA has been ‘one of the most loyal and pro-Soviet Communist Parties in the world and has unfalteringly accepted Soviet direction and funding over the years.’ The recent book, Comrade J, based on interviews with a Russian spymaster at the United Nations, documents that Soviet intelligence operations against the U.S. continued even as the Soviet Union collapsed and Russia emerged in its place.
Camp Obama might also have a few problems with this recent account in the UK’s Daily Telegraph, which reported that Davis was also a pornographer and sexual deviant who was into sado-masochism and even the seduction of a 13 year old girl:
On other occasions, Mr Davis would cruise in Hawaii parks looking for couples or female tourists to have sex with. He derived sexual gratification from bondage, simulated rape and being flogged and urinated on. He boasted that ‘the number of white babes interested in at least one meeting with a Negro male has been far more than I can handle’ and wished ‘America were as civilised as, say, Scandinavia’. He concluded: ‘I regret none of my experiences or unusual appetites; for me they are normal.’

The American people, with the help of voter fraud from Acorn, elected a far left socialist with a long history of radical ties and radical behaviour. We have long suspected that Obama may be more than that, a Manchurian Candidate, being controlled by puppeteers here and abroad.

I, like many of you, am watching reports of the Swine flu, H1N1, more carefully each day. I have been visiting the CDC site with regularity and due to my math background and inquisitive nature, something in the data stood out this morning. It may mean nothing, but it is a curiousity, and given Obama’s connections to Chicago and Baxter International being located there, there is cause for more scrutiny.
Notice in the CDC report of confirmed flu cases by state that Illinois has almost twice as many cases as the next highest state. Illinois has 204, California, with a much higher population and located adjacent to Mexico has 106, Texas with a large population and located adjacent to Mexico has 91 and New York with a much larger population has 98. The more I have pondered these numbers and logistics, the more curious I have become.
I take the responsibility of producing articles and presenting information very seriously. Since the inception of this blog, just over a year ago, the readership has steadily grown and coupled with the fact that people have come to rely on this blog for credible information in the absence of reliable, accurate reporting from the MSM, the pressure to provide timely, credible reports has increased. There sometimes is a fine line between withholding important information and doing something that resembles crying fire in a crowded theatre. This is truly a serious responsibility.
For several months I have been receiving reports from credible sources, some, ex military officers. The reports were about coming flu pandemics and conspiracies to harm and control the American public. These reports were compelling and had more credibility in the context of the Obama camp coming to power and making rapid changes based on fear and contrived scenarios in the housing and financial markets. The question before me then was should I present this information or let the dust settle and gather more information. Today the CDC provided an update at 11:00 AM ET about the current status of the H1N1, Swine flu. Here is a sentence from the report:
“The ongoing outbreak of novel influenza A (H1N1) continues to expand in the United States. CDC expects that more cases, more hospitalizations and more deaths from this outbreak will occur over the coming days and weeks.”
Earlier today the Citizen Wells blog reported that the Obama Administration was considering an unprecedented fall vaccination campaign of three flu shots.
After reading these updates I decided that it was time to share some of the emails I received in March 2009 along with some additional research on why I and others are concerned about any plans the Obama administration has in response to a potential flu pandemic or contrived pandemic.

I have had this information since Thursday of last week. I have spent the last six days reviewing it, researching it, listening to the two doctors (Carley and Ott) involved speak about it and finished speaking last night with Dr. Ott on a radio program where he was the guest. This is no JOKE. When I asked him if he had been threatened because of this information, he said yes and stated for the record on the program that 38 American and international microbiologists have been killed whose intentions were to divulge this diabolical Eugenics/genocidal plot.
This is a plot between the Power Elite and China to kill us with a Lethal Vaccine that has been modeled after the 1918 Flu (which was most likely planned as well) but has been greatly enhanced. A record of the Vice Chairman of China’s military commission below indicates they must kill Americans on our own soil and preserve the land and air for livability. Already large containers with holes that hold about 3 bodies are being shipped into the US in the thousands. Many of the Detention Center have crematoriums as well to burn the bodies.
There will be a “generated” bird flu (it doesn’t normally kill humans unless tampered with to do that per Dr. Ott) pandemic which will require this mandatory vaccine – designed to target 18-40 year olds. An almost 10 year Genome Mapping project resulted In identifying the susceptible cells in that age group. The thinking is that the children and the elderly will go along with a new regime. Already, the media has been planting the bird flu pandemic possibility…………..
Already, the Model State Emergency Health Powers Act is in place in 39 states (Florida and NC included) under the HHS which make Vaccines for a Pandemic mandatory. It is a felony if one won’t take it – they go to quarantine area – Detention Camps – until they do. There is a Private Property confiscation clause both in it and in the Executive Order. All the data is below. It’s voluminous. There are so many IN on THE FIX in all levels of government, it’s hard to know HOW we can avoid this PLOT. I know you all are resourceful and have many contacts. Interestingly enough, the new HHS (Kansas Gov – Katherine Sebelius) is a member of the Bilderberg Group. She would oversee this operation.

Part of it almost happened within the last few weeks as Baxter (based out of Chicago and BO owns stock in this company)was found to have “mysteriously” gotten bird flu virus (the one that’s been specially made to kill) mixed up with vaccines. Canada broke that story. Dr. Ott stated that Baxter Headquarters is in Chicago.
But it’s going to take hundreds if not more contacts because of the pervasiveness of this plot.
Dr. Ott says that his contacts in the Chinese Embassy (and he was there for the Olympics) tell him that Hillary Clinton did in fact deliver an eminent domain agreement in the event we did default on loans -our land would be taken.

Baxter International is being investigated. Baxter International has indeed been investigated for killing people with contaminated Heparin from a Chinese supplier and sending flu viruses to labs in Europe.
We have the most corrupt person that has ever been in the White House, with ties to corruption and crime, who has hidden his past, refused to produce his long form birth certificate and habitually lied to the American public. On at least the level of corruption ties, Obama is the Manchurian Candidate of the likes of Tony Rezko and George Soros. Is Obama the Manchurian Candidate of a foreign power? I would not be surprised.
Do not overreact or underreact to this flu.
Please stay informed and ponder carefully any decision to take flu shots.

“The Larry Sinclair story was the catalyst for me and many others to begin questioning
the character and background of Barack Obama, a candidate that most of us knew little about.
Mr. Sinclair’s allegations appeared preposterous at first but captured my curiousity.
I began by examining the Official Illinois State Senate records for the period of November 3 – 8,
1999. I discovered that Obama was missing on November 4, 1999. I thought, “interesting.”
I then read the transcripts from the Tim Russert, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Sun-Times.
All three interviews regarded asking Obama about his records during his tenure in the Illinois
Senate. Obama was consistently vague and evasive in his answers. This piqued my curiousity more.
One thing led to another and within a few days I knew that we had a problem with Obama. I had reached
the point of no return and could not in good conscience abandon my efforts. I continued to follow
the Larry Sinclair story and watched it play out in detail. I got to know Larry and we achieved
a level of mutual trust that soon became a precious commodity.
The Larry Sinclair story evolved into at least four large separate stories:
1. The initial encounter with Obama in 1999.
2. The Donald Young controversy.
3. The attacks made on Larry Sinclair, those following his story and anyone questioning
the “messiah” Obama.
4. The changing and withholding of internet information and attempts to prevent Larry Sinclair
and others from reporting the truth.
I have come to know Larry Sinclair as a person and not just a story. I admire Larry for his
persistance in the face of incredible odds, his integrity and his patriotism.

On many occasions I suggested to Larry that he make money off of his web site traffic and he consistently stated that it was not about the money. The citizen Wells blog wrote about the impending indictment of Rod Blagojevich months
before Blagojevich was arrested. Barack Obama was as entrenched in Chicago corruption
just as much as former Governor Blagojevich. Shortly after Rod Blagojevich was
indicted, the Citizen Wells blog contacted the Chicago office of Patrick Fitzgerald
and requested that Barack Obama be indicted for his involvement in rigging the IL
Health Planning Facilities Board and other ties to crime and corruption in Chicago

“Former Gov. Rod Blagojevich pleaded not guilty this morning to 16 charges of criminal corruption including racketeering conspiracy and wire fraud.
His brother, Robert, a fundraiser for his campaigns, also pleaded not guilty to similar charges.
The former governor remained free on bond after the 10-minute hearing in which his lawyer Sheldon Sorosky did most of the talking for him.
“Mr. Rod Blagojevich would waive reading of the indictment and enter a plea of not guilty,” the lawyer said. U.S. District Judge James Zagel asked the former governor a series of questions, including one about his schooling.
“Um, I have a degree from law school,” Blagojevich replied.
Assistant U.S. Atty. Reid Schar told the judge the government will turn over a preliminary amount of discovery material for the trial within two weeks.”It is a large volume of documents, as well as recordings,” Schar said.
Sorosky told Zagel that Blagojevich soon will be making a request to enlarge his bond. After the hearing he said Blagojevich was thinking of taking a trip out of the country, but Sorosky did not disclose a location.
Sorosky also told Zagel that the defense needs access to campaign funds to be able to adequately defend the case by adding extra legal hands. He asked to reappear before Zagel in a week to update that situation.
The defense is in negotiations with the government to get access to Blagojevich campaign funds, which total more than $2 million.”
“Blagojevich was charged with essentially running state government as a criminal enterprise, scheming to use his position to make money for him and a close group of insiders.
Three others charged in the case — Springfield power broker William Cellini, former Blagojevich chief of staff John Harris and top Blagojevich fundraiser Christopher Kelly — are set to be arraigned Thursday.
Harris is cooperating with federal authorities, as is another former chief of staff, Lon Monk, who is expected to be arraigned April 24.”
