Documented by the Philip J Berg lawsuit in Federal Court
Raila Odinga is Obama’s cousin in Kenya and a member of the radical
and violent ODM party. Odinga was a catalyst for violence in Kenya
after he lost the election in 2007.
Citizen Wells published the ODM document on August 20, 2008, that reveals the strategy of Obama’s cousin, Raila Odinga.

Jerome Corsi was in Kenya recently on a fact finding mission and was
deported by the Kenyan Government. Mr. Corsi returned with evidence of
Obama communicating with Raila Odinga via emails. Mr. Corsi also
has a copy of the ODM strategy. This is apparently the same document the
Citizen Wells blog published almost two months ago.

The Petition to Impeach, expel Senator Obama lists as one of the
impeachable offenses by Obama his illegal trip to Kenya in 2006, which
is apparently a violation of the Logan Act.

Here are the major activities connecting Obama to Raila Odinga:

  • Obama visited Kenya in 2006.
  • Obama was criticized by the Kenyan Government for meddling in the affairs of their government and campaigning for Raila Odinga.
  • Jerome Corsi has secured emails that reveal that the ODM strategy in the elections was shared with Obama’s senate office.
  • The strategies of the Obama camp and Raila Odinga’s ODM party in Kenya are strikingly similar.
  1. The class issue – “elevate the emotions within all youth….be willing to vote for us in the protest.”
  2. The media – “Since 2005, the Orange team has maintained intimate contacts across all media.” “victory in the media war could very well mean victory at the polls.”
  3. Viral emails
  4. Blogs/web forums
  5. Corruption – “Branding the opponent as irredeemably corrupt will provide diversionary slavos” (Note diversionary tactic)
  6. The age issue – “Our core supporters are essentially young people”
    “billboards and leaflets ridiculing the old people”
    “Raila with young people – the promise of a buoyant future.”
    (Note “ridiculing old people” This blog wrote about this when the Obama camp ridiculed Mccain in the video about emails)
  7. Ethnic Tensions/Violence as a last resort – “To discourage voter participation in hostile areas.” “Use ODM agents on the ground to engineer ethnic tensions in target areas.” (Note threat of race riots in this country)

Barack Obama held a rally in downtown Charlotte NC on Sunday, September 21, 2008. There was a large turnout and the 10,000 reserved tickets did not begin to cover the large numbers. People standing in line were told they would get in, but the majority did not. The crowd was orderly and the only commotion I observed was the banter between the anti abortion and Obama pro choice proponents.

I interviwed the anti abortion group. They were affiliated with Operation Save America. One gentleman stated:

“We want America to return to the lord. We want America to return to the Law.”

I asked for a response from someone standing in line to hear Obama. A lady stated that abortion is not genocide. She also stated that she was an independent, had seen all 3 candidates and chose Obama.

I spent several minutes talking to a gentleman that had spent 4 years
in the Marines and was now in the Army. He was aware of the Philip J
Berg lawsuit served on Obama. He was shocked at the lack of coverage by the MSM. He was also surprised at the armed forces people serving in Iraq that believed Obama would get them home sooner. Perhaps they need to read the article about Obama negotiating with Iraqi leaders to delay discussions until after the election. Obama has a lot of people fooled.

Philip J Berg has responded to the email I sent earlier regarding questions posed by Jeff Schreiber. Here is some of the dialogue Jeff Schreiber had with Mr. Berg:

“I ran into Philip Berg yesterday at the courthouse here in Philadelphia and, knowing from previous cases against McCain what to expect from Judge Alsup in California, once again asked him about standing. I mentioned that, just as McCain and the GOP did against Markham Robinson, Barack Obama and the DNC will likely respond to the complaint with a similar motion to dismiss for lack of standing, and asked why he felt his situation was so markedly different than those of Robinson or John Hollander.

Berg maintained that this is a constitutional issue, and that Robinson did not necessarily frame it in that regard, and mentioned that during the initial hearing on the temporary restraining order Judge Surrick asked about his standing and was satisfied enough with the answer so as not to dismiss the case outright. Personally, I look at the constitutional nature of Berg’s suit as sufficient to satisfy questions of subject matter jurisdiction, not standing.”

How does one talk about Obama without being negative?

Should we make ties to crime, corruption, anti Americanism,
anti semitism, terrorists, and constant lies positives?

Politico.com, the same blog that reported lies about Larry Sinclair
before, during and after his arrest at the National Press Club,
has the audacity to post an article questioning John McCain’s
honesty and uses “The View” as a source for the argument. Joy Behar
is quoted as saying “They’re lies,” in reference to comments made by the McCain campaign. This comes from a group of people that would
not know the truth if it bit them on the ass.

Most of the women on “The View” clearly have a left wing agenda
and if Politico is not being paid by the Obama camp, you wouldn’t
know it. Think about it, Obama, the most documented liar that
has ever run for office (this includes court testimony) is given a
free ride and John McCain, who is known for his integrity and sense
of fairness, is being attacked. No surprise. That is the hallmark
of the Obama campaign and Politico and “The View” are an integral
part of the Obama Campaign. Here are some exerpts from the Politico
article:

“John McCain has essentially claimed he’s savaged Obama because the Illinois senator wouldn’t agree to the series of town hall meetings McCain proposed.”

 Philip J Berg filed a lawsuit in Philadephia Federal Court, and it
has been served on Barack Obama, DNC and FEC. The basis of the suit
is Obama:
Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or
Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia

Many commenters on this blog and throughout the country are confused about the laws regarding eligibility to be president and some believe that McCain is not eligible. He clearly is. However, the same is not true for Obama. It is apparent that Obama was born in Kenya. 

The following was posted by Leeballz, a regular commenter on Citizen Wells. I would like to thank Leeballz again for all the help provided.

US Code: Title 8, Section 1403.

Persons born in the Canal Zone or Republic of Panama on or after February 26, 1904

(a) Any person born in the Canal Zone on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.

(b) Any person born in the Republic of Panama on or after February 26, 1904, and whether before or after the effective date of this chapter, whose father or mother or both at the time of the birth of such person was or is a citizen of the United States employed by the Government of the United States or by the Panama Railroad Company, or its successor in title, is declared to be a citizen of the United States.

You are right that if Obama was born in Hawaii that he would be eligible. If he was borne outside of the U.S. (or outside of any U.S. controlled areas abroad like military bases) he would not be. Unless of course there is a law that did give him eligibility if borne abroad; like his mother being able to transfer that right to him. However, if he was a citizen and he moved to another country and received citizenship there, then he would have dual citizenship. As I mentioned above, I don’t think dual citizenship would disqualify him. I have dual citizenship, but was borne not 20 miles from Washington, D.C. I believe I would be eligible if I wanted to run. Again, though if the country that he took up residence in, required him to denounce or revoke his U.S. citizenship and he never reinstated it (if that’s even possible), then we have a huge problem over a rather small technicality. The huge problem is called “Precedent.” The funny thing with it is if you set it, then it is very hard to get rid of. I don’t think this office is one that needs to cause a constitutional crisis or constitutional amendment for one candidate.

So I think this lawsuit should be an easy thing for Obama to settle and if so, then he will gain many more votes from it. He should be excited to prove his citizenship because of that reason, yet he hasn’t publicly challenged it except for a disputed birth certificate on an obscure website. Why? Why hasn’t he produced the records from the hospital, I would presume he could have gotten them on his vacation. However, those who wish to think negatively of him will still see the possibility of forgery, but he can then disprove that too if that is false.

Philip J Berg update September 11, 2008, Press Release: Philip J. Berg files for expedited discovery and special master, obamacrimes.com updated

We received the following from Philip J Berg yesterday:

“Hi Mr. Wells,

If Senator Obama is unable to prove his citizenship, which we feel he is unable to do, he will not be able to serve as president.  In a case such as this, if this is learned before the presidential election, then according to the National Chairperson of the Democratic National Committe will confer with the Democratic leadership of the United States Congress and the Democratic Governors Association, whom will  report to the Democratic National Committee which is authorized to fill the vacancy, the names of the candidate picks.

If Senator Obama were to be elected as President, he would be removed and the Vice President would take the President’s position.

If Senator Obama is indicted prior to taking his oath, I believe, and of course this would be a first, but I believe it would still go to Biden.

Just to update you a bit, I just filed a Motion for Expedited Discovery, Extensive Discovery, Deposition of Senator Obama and Howard Dean, Chairman of the DNC.  This may get things moving a bit.

In addition, Senator Obama and the DNC must have their Answer to the complaint filed by September 24, 2008.  The FEC has until October 21, 2008.

Philip J Berg has provided several updates regarding the status of service of the legal complaint against Barack Obama as well as DNC rules. Mr. Berg states in the complaint that “Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.” He further states that Barack Obama:

1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or

2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or

3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

I received an update from Philip J Berg last night regarding the status of service on Obama:

“No I have not received confirmation Senator Obama and/or his Congressional Office has been served.  When I filed the Federal lawsuit on Thursday, 8/21/2008 in the afternoon, the Clerk of the Court mailed the Summons to my office.  You cannot conduct service without the summons.  Once all paperwork was received the documents were sent to Washington D.C. for Service.  I am in Pennsylvania.”

Philip J Berg has also provided information on his website about the DNC rules applicable if Obama fails the citizenship test:

“We are receiving many emails asking what happens if in fact Senator Obama is forced to step down or is removed as the Democratic Nominee. For this reason, we have posted the Democratic National Comittee’s 2008 Call Rules and Regulations pertaining to replacement of a Democratic Nominee.

In particular, page 19, Section “G” states:

G. Filling a Vacancy on the National Ticket: In the event of death, resignation or disability of a nominee of the Party for President or Vice President after the adjournment of the National Convention, the National Chairperson of the Democratic National Committee shall confer with the Democratic leadership of the United States Congress and the Democratic Governors Association and shall report to the Democratic National Committee, which is authorized to fill the vacancy or vacancies.”

This story is beginning to receive more coverage in the media. The MSM in this country, of course, is in bed with Obama. That is why you probably did not hear about this on TV. However, The Pakistan Daily has not only covered this story but also mentioned many of the other dubious aspects of Obama, including the Larry Sinclair story.

Larry Sinclair, tonight, Thursday, August 28, 2008 on his blog radio show, provided the reasons the Attorney General of Delaware dropped the warrant on him. Larry Sinclair was arrested on June 18, 2008 just after his news conference ended at the National Press Club. Sinclair was jailed locally, transported to Delaware a few days later and appeared before a judge. Sinclair was released on a unsecured bond. Larry Sinclair was treated like a political prisoner by Attorney General Biden and the Obama Camp. Justice has prevailed. However, consider the timing. Barack Obama has just accepted the Democratic nomination along with Senator Joe Biden.

Francis Farren, Larry Sinclair’s attorney, called in to Larry’s radio show and confirmed what Larry said.

I just spoke to Larry Sinclair and he sent an email with information about how and why his website was shut down. Once again, the same Obama camp thugs are responsible. The have tried personal attacks, death threats, lies, multiple websites being shut down and even phony arrest warrants. I just spoke to Larry Sinclair again. Startlogic will not let him upgrade his service. Here is the info from Larry Sinclair:

    My guess, and this is only a guess, is that someone figured out how to create a bandwidth amplification attack using other Sinclair-supported sites to redline the CPU, bandwidth, databases, and storage capacity of Sinclair’s primary site for an extended period of time, resulting in a forced violation of the Terms of Service.
    I mean, if I *had* to guess, that’d be my
    guess.

    Startlogic suspends Larry Sinclair sites, Obama camp responsible?, Bidens responsible?, Larry Sinclair response

    Larry Sinclair’s websites have been suspended by Startlogic. This appears to be another attempt to silence Larry Sinclair. The Obama camp has scrubbed the internet, produced revisionist history as well as trying to make Larry Sinclair a political prisoner, discredit him and silence him. Here is Larry Sinclair’s response:

    “One day before the start of the Democratic National Convention, www.larrysinclair0926.com and www.larryinclairbarackobama.com has been suspended by Startlogic.
     
    Upon contacting of Startlogic they reason’s for the suspension of these web sites sounds insincere.  Startlogic claims that the sites have been suspended due to an unforeseen amount of traffice and strain on the server and that startlogic cannot unsuspend the account nor can they allow for me to access any of the files from the sites.
     
    Me personally, I find the statements by Startlogic to be complete BS.
     
    So folks until I can figure out how to set up the site on a VPS private server I guess the Obama/Biden camp have won for the day anyway.
