The two quotes above should be enough to scare the hell out of any concerned American. The problem is that most Americans are unaware of them because of our Orwellian, biased, paid off mainstream media. They have made a deal with the devil. At least Lou Dobbs, on CNN of all places, asked the basic journalistic question, “Why doesn’t Obama provide his birth certificate?”
We know what the agenda and motives are of people like Anderson Cooper. Glenn Beck, if I understand his motives, believes that the Obama birth certificate controversy is a diversion. It may be. However, the American people deserve to hear the truth, the facts. Let them decide for themselves why Obama has employed so many attorneys to not only avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate, but college records and other records. We know that he lied on his IL bar application (documented) and his selective service compliance is questionable. It may be as simple as that.

Anderson Cooper interviewed, I mean interrogated, Texas State Representative, Leo Berman on November 29, 2010. The last on air personality on CNN to have journalistic integrity, Lou Dobbs, left earlier this year for obvious reasons.
Although Mr. Berman did not have a perfect command of the facts and got pulled into classic far left debates and diversions, I commend Leo Berman for doing so much homework, having such a command of knowledge and caring enough about this country and the US Constitution to speak out boldly and push for common sense legislation.
One of the most important things that Representative Berman spoke of was that no member of the US Congress in January of 2009 spoke up or vetted Barack Obama before or during the certification of the Electoral College Votes. Leo Berman spoke with eloquence and authority.
The other side of the patriot coin is Anderson Cooper. Be assured that when Robert Gibbs steps down, a better manipulator of words, a better spokesman for big brother, is available, Anderson Cooper. When you watch the following video observe how Cooper so expertly employs the tactics of the far left to blur clear issues and divert attention from them. And don’t forget the big lie. Has cooper practiced to emulate Joseph Goebbels?

Anderson Cooper, do you know you are speaking lies or are you just repeating the often told lies?
Much of the interview was spent debating the birth certificate issues. Leo Berman repeatedly asked, as did Lou Dobbs, to see an original long form birth certificate. John McCain when questioned early in 2008 produced one. Cooper kept hammering that Obama had produced one, FactCheck.org had examined and verifed it and that the short form, COLB, was all that the State of Hawaii offered. Lies.
Anderson Cooper was at his far left, diversionary best when responding to the passport and dual citizenship issues. This is when Berman was at his worst and perhaps not totally prepared. Cooper kept hammering away at why Obama might not have dual citizenship and may have traveled to Pakistan legally.
Here is the truth about Obama’s possible dual citizenship and passport.
Obama did not have two US Citizen parents as McCain did. Obama’s father was Kenyan and therefore British. The founding fathers understood that two citizen parents were required to be a Natural Born Citizen. That is why the US Constitution was worded to grandfather them in. And if you do not have a good knowledge of that subject, consider the following US Senate Resolution 511 that Obama signed.

The passport question is simple. Whether or not Obama traveled to Pakistan legally can be debated. What is nondebatable and highly questionable is the fact that Obama has kept all of his records, including past passports, hidden.
Another big lie that Cooper told was that a couple of people have filed lawsuits against Obama. The number is far larger than 2. Also, the Supreme Court has not ruled on Obama eligibility. What they have done is failed to do their duty.
Cooper pick on someone your own “size” like Citizen Wells, Mario Apuzzo, Charles Kerchner or others who have been following these stories and paying attention.
If you are a current or new member of Congress, listen to the words and the challenge of American Patriot Leo Berman of Texas. Do your damn job. You swear an oath to defend the US Constitution.

As part of this process, I have been revisiting the early history of the Obama eligibity issues and in particular the COLB that was posted on several pro Obama sites. Two of the mouthpieces of the Obama camp, Wikipedia and FactCheck.org will be presented as examples of Orwellian, Nazi Germany type propaganda and the far left agenda of “the end justifies the means.”

Congress and the US Supreme Court will be held accountable. I will be making a followup call with Senator Richard Burr’s office this week. I hope to simplify the presentation of information regarding the pseudo birth certificate and get their attention.

I spent some time with the highest tenured faculty member at Chicago Law a few months back, and he did not have many nice things to say about “Barry.” Obama applied for a position as an adjunct and wasn’t even considered. A few weeks later the law school got a phone call from the Board of Trustees telling them to find him an office, put him on the payroll, and give him a class to teach. I don’t always reveal all that I am thinking about or working on. I do continue to support LTC Terry Lakin as well as uphold the US Constitution. This blog, as often stated, is a group effort. Major players in the Obama eligibility issues send me info on a regular basis. A recent one was a reminder that Richard Burr, senator from NC, made foolish, uninformed statements regarding Obama’s eligibility. As a resident and lifelong citizen of NC, I feel an obligation to set the record straight with Mr. Burr. I intend to do so.

This absurd webpage, and the bogus document it contains, has been referenced by judges, members of Congress and the ObamaMedia as prima facie evidence that Barack Obama is eligible to serve as Commander in Chief, even though the Obama Campaign has publicly admitted that Obama was — “at birth” — a citizen of Kenya, a British subject and is a “native [born US] citizen” — it’s on their website — anchor babies are “native born citizens.”
“Native born” citizenship status is different than “natural born” citizenship. “Native born” American citizens are simply not eligible to serve as Commander in Chief.
FactCheck.org identifies their anal-ists as Jess Henig and Joe Miller. OK, that’s fine, but who and what are Jess Henig and Joe Miller? Are they qualified to perform an analysis of ANY document, or are they just a couple of guys hanging around FactCheck.org’s office, or are they political operators? What are their bona fides? FactCheck.org doesn’t say. Wonder why?”

Not one member of Congress stood up to challenge Obama’s eligibility before or during the Electoral College certification in January 2009, despite being forewarned and despite their oaths to uphold the US Constitution.
There has been “much water over the dam” since that moment. More of the real Barack Obama has been exposed. More candidates running for office during the last election have been listening to the public, more have aligned themselves with the Constitution and anti big government initiatives like the Tea Party Movement.
I am requesting your input. Of all the new members of Congress, who do you believe is most ready to “walk the walk” and not just “talk the talk” regarding Constitutional issues, including, but not limited to, Obama’s eligibility.

John Boehner, R-Ohio, in line to become the new speaker of the House, brushed aside talk that the No. 1 GOP goal was to make sure Obama is defeated at the polls in 2012. “That’s Senator McConnell’s statement and his opinion,” he told ABC, referring to the party’s leader in the Senate and adding that his own goals included cutting spending and creating jobs.”
“Many House Republicans campaigned on a platform of cutting government spending to levels in effect in 2008, before enactment of an economic stimulus bill and other increases that Democrats passed. Rep. Jerry Lewis of California, the senior Republican on the House Appropriations Committee, notified Democrats during the day that GOP lawmakers will try and implement the cuts when Congress considers the spending bill needed to keep most agencies running for the next eight months. The estimated savings total $100 billion.
“The unmistakable message sent by the American people on Tuesday is that they are justifiably angry at Washington. They want Congress to cut spending,” wrote Lewis, who faces an internal challenge in his attempt to become chairman of the panel next year.
At a news conference on Wednesday, the president signaled he was ready to jettison his campaign-long insistence that tax cuts be extended for earners at incomes up to $250,000 but be allowed to expire for higher-income people.”
New Congress action plan, Work together, Create job creation environment, Fix health care
As many of you know, I am not in love with either political party or party politics. Choosing to vote for the Republican Party candidates in 2010 was clearly the lesser of evils, a real no brainer. That being said, any candidate involved in the recent elections should realize that the American public is fed up with status quo from both sides. Come the next election cycle, any candidate, Republican or Democrat who has not listened to their constituents, who has not done the right things for America, who has not upheld the US Constitution, will be booted out of office.
Here is a simple emergency action plan, not a complete agenda.
Restore confidence in the business world. Define as soon as possible what the taxes will be and assure business that there will be no hidden health care surprises. This will begin to allow them to consider hiring and expansion.
Assure the country that the Tax & Spend Bill, aka Health Care Bill that was rammed down the throats of Americans will be deactivated or disarmed in it’s current state. It has too many negative connotations.
At the same time assure the country and reach out to the Democrat Party to achieve real health care reform. Maintain our present quality and then adjust the system beginning with a few goals such as portability and opening up health insurance across state lines.
Begin phasing in a series of incentives to small businesses in energy technology and practical residential applications such as passive solar and small scale wind energy. I happen to be knowledgeable in this area.
Restore confidence in Congress and our institutions. Begin acting more like statesmen and less like politicians.
Lastly, and I believe most important, acknowledge and pledge a new allegiance to the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land.
Obviously I have more to say, but will reserve those comments for the appropriate time.
We have put a bandaid on this country, now is the time to heal it.
