The two quotes above should be enough to scare the hell out of any concerned American. The problem is that most Americans are unaware of them because of our Orwellian, biased, paid off mainstream media. They have made a deal with the devil. At least Lou Dobbs, on CNN of all places, asked the basic journalistic question, “Why doesn’t Obama provide his birth certificate?”
We know what the agenda and motives are of people like Anderson Cooper. Glenn Beck, if I understand his motives, believes that the Obama birth certificate controversy is a diversion. It may be. However, the American people deserve to hear the truth, the facts. Let them decide for themselves why Obama has employed so many attorneys to not only avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate, but college records and other records. We know that he lied on his IL bar application (documented) and his selective service compliance is questionable. It may be as simple as that.
Does Glenn Beck believe he is smarter than the collective wisdom of the American people?

Here is a simple summary of what a Hawai COLB is and what was presented on the internet in 2008. This is simple enough for Beck, Cooper and congressmen.

She denied US diplomats were engaged in spying. “Let me be very clear: our diplomats are just that,” she said. “They are diplomats. That is what they do every day. They get out and work with partners here at the UN and around the world.”
Rice was questioned about a leaked US cable showing diplomats were asked to find personal financial details about the UN leadership, including credit card information, passwords for their communications systems and frequent-flier membership. Ban’s office hit back at the US with a warning that any violation of UN “immunity” may breach international law.

The fact is minors can and do move out of the country with their parents and renounce their US citizenship, especially in third world countries who do not participate in the Hague Convention standards.
Regardless of Barry’s mothers aspirations, Barry Soetoro was assigned a locally employed staff member at the Jakarta Embassy to investigate and report on Barry’s request to renounce his US citizenship. A Certificate of Loss of Citizenship is issued by the US SoS at his or her discretion to any US citizen, even a 5 year old.
Barry came back to America, alone, when he was 10 years old as an Indonesian National. His grandmother was appointed his guardian after his mother’s parental rights were extinguished due to abandonment (See Barry came back to America alone).
Barry’s father, Barack Hussein Obama, returned to Hawaii to object to the Soetoro adoption and have it annulled. Barry’s name was legally changed back to Barack Hussein Obama, II.
An American Refugee Organization located in Connecticut handled BHO’s II legal paperwork on his behalf. Consequently, he was issued a Connecticut SSN because that is where it was mailed to. He applied for a SSN as a Legal Resident of the US and not a US Citizen.
Years later, BHO II applied to become a naturalized citizen on of the US. This can be verified with his Certificate of Naturalization on file with US Customs and Immigration Service. The paper trail is thick and undeniable.

katie— just because soetoro/ obamas removal has not happened and is not happening right now does not mean that it will not happen . that is our only chance of saving our constitution and country. it needs to be the number 1 priority 24 hours a day. obama will not be voted out in 2012 because the corruption will be so deep and wide that there will be no chance for a free and fair election. he must be removed quickly by any means necessary. plus the damage to this country will be enoromous by 2012. just look at the damage after only 2 years.

The Telegraph reported that Assange was “warned by ‘inside sources in the White House’ not to return to the US as he could be arrested….US government insiders had informed him about discussions to charge him as a co-conspirator to espionage.”
This Telegraph article is from last August. So after the first WikiLeaks terror attack on America, the President of the United States aided and abetted the enemy’s escape.
This is an impeachable offense. Who is going to defend us from the enemy within? Boehner and Issa better start investigating this in January.

Don’t you know that the socialist policies were already firmly entrenched in our government before Obama ever became President? For many decades – I would say the better part of the last 100 years – the State Department and other bureaucracies have been increasingly infiltrated by those espousing socialism/communism.
Many of these people are career government employees; they stay on from one administration to another. Also, our legislators are forever leaning toward more and more centralized federal government, a precursor to socialism.
Obama simply put everything on the fast track, which I must say, has awakened many people who were before ignorant of the grave danger we have been facing. Therefore, philo-publius’ comment IS of good logic, because Glenn Beck has not just covered Obama , but he has studied, researched, and publicized the threat that has been ongoing ever since the early 19o0’s, beginning with President Woodrow Wilson.
I and others personally think that Beck is absolutely wrong to dismiss and criticize “birthers”. He supposedly has his reasons.

Dr. Sam-that was an excellent article, very thought provoking. I think in many ways for the most part Cloward-Piven Alinsky victories are phyrric in nature. No winners here except corrupt politicians at the moment. Good/truth-Evil/lies- much has been exposed that has gone on far too long, much more to be exposed of that I am sure.
Since I am from Chicago I can give life experience examples. Our company was in the suburbs outside O’Hare, many of our shop personnel were ladies from the South Side of Chicago (the company had been closer to them but it moved) the company paid very well so the black ladies would car-pool 5-6 ladies for reasons of economy, safety etc. We all got to be very good friends-best cooks in the world, definitely not my strong suit. One day they asked me where do you go shopping so I took them to one of the local shopping centers which had the basic-grocery store, drug store, all the necessary items most people need. Very soon all the ladies were shopping there, everything that would not spoil until they got home. I had to tell them and thank you for making DuPage county rich, Cook County didn’t get that money nor taxes. Inevitably they asked me THE QUESTION: I’ll put it in Chicagoese-Why can’t we have shopping centers in our neighborhoods? You guys are going to make me tell you the truth aren’t you? The reason is-it is too big of a risk for an investor to make-between the insurance for the violence, riot potential, various frauds-stealing, larceny, no investor I know would be that brave.
I can’t see how any of WE THE PEOPLE no matter what economic, social strata was a winner in this, but the politicians who are guilty of these maneuvers will be found out and may justice prevail. I think we are at the point of the Battle of the Bulge in this-the next phase will be the restoration of the United States of America which will be much easier to accomplish with honest politicians in leadership positions, the corrupt/inept have self-identified.

About a year ago I believe I read something of this theory by Sven Magnussen.
Although he has made strong statements about Barry’s past, I don’t believe they all hold up when dates, etc. are woven into his story. For example, he says that Barry came back to Hawaii from Indonesia when he was 10 years old and that Obama, Sr. came to have the adoption annulled and have Barry’s name restored to Barack Hussein Obama II. Do we have any evidence of Sr. returning to Hawaii in 1971?
Also, Magnussen says that the reason for the Connecticut Soc. Sec. No. is because a refugee organization from Conn. handled the application for Obama II to become a legal resident, not a citizen. That number was issued sometime after 1971, if my memory is correct. (I don’t have the time to research now). Furthermore, Barry worked at Baskin-Robbins in Hawaii when he was in his teens. What SSN did he use then? I believe that remains to be known. The SSN from Conn. was issued, I believe, AFTER his job at Baskin-Robbins.
Magnussen goes on to say, Years later, BHO II applied to become a naturalized citizen on of the US. This can be verified with his Certificate of Naturalization on file with US Customs and Immigration Service. The paper trail is thick and undeniable. Hmmm, that is the first that I’ve heard anything being “thick and deniable” with regard to Obama’s records.
There are too many assertions made by Magnussen that don’t have backup references and are inconsistent with the actual research of others.

As reported by The L.A. Times, a cable from the U.S. Embassy in Beirut revealed by WikiLeaks alleges that Murr assisted the U.S. and Israel in the targeting of Hezbollah:

I don’t know how this is all going to wind out, but I cannot imagine how one person would allow blind hatred of another person to even think of jeopardizing the lives of all American citizens where ever they may be, diplomats just trying to do their jobs along with allies trying to do the same. Someone is definitely not right in the head, nor the Constitution. Maybe the United States will become isolationist after all, because no one will speak to us.

This is where we were in NC, my brother had the bright of idea of going camping so I went my first and last trip. Found out real quick I am not a camper, but for those who enjoy camping this is absolutely a stunning place to go. All natural just as the first settlers must have seen it, trees, trails, waterfalls, I didn’t know God made boulders that big. My brother got very relaxed, his son loved it, I got very neurotic maybe it is more of a guy thing, but I saw a lot of ladies hiking and camping too-they seemed to enjoy it. Edison will always be my hero, no electricity out in these woods.

CW, This year, Squaw Valley ski resort near Lake Tahoe, has had 134 inches of snow already this season. Great for snow lovers. I like Michelle, grew up near Chicago, and we have seen enough snow in our lifetimes to have developed a respect for it, along with avoidance if possible.

Example: the FL Everglades are being restored to the natural intent of the Divine Designer as opposed to the screwed up mess the humans tried to do (in fairness to them it was more out of ignorance due to the times) same thing should take place in LA where Katerina hit, those marshes are a necessary part of the system to prevent Hurricanes to do as much damage as they did.

My favorite thing about snow, after work we would be leaving and well you know Chicago guys one of them would always have to throw the first snowball-ok guys you’re on-so all of us girls were in. The guys fail to realize we all had brothers so most of the girls could throw, pretty soon everybody was laughing and having the best time.
Michelle, I remember when they were warning that the contrails of jet planes would cool the planet, and we would have global cooling, and we would go into an ice age. Well if that’s the case, the answer to global warming is more airplanes and more contrails.
Really, the entire global warming craze was all about enriching the people setting up the tax scheme. For this they should be impeached.

One thing that I hope Lt. Col. Lakin’s defense counsel does is propose a jury instruction base upon the following provision of the UCMJ:
Obedience to orders – It is a defense to any offense that the accused was acting pursuant to orders unless the accused knew the orders to be unlawful or a person of ordinary sense and understanding would have known the orders to be unlawful….II –109
I would suggest that it is a defense to refusing to follow orders if a person of ordinary sense and understanding would have known that there was a reasonable suspicion that the orders are unlawful.
I think this would set up one more ground for appeal and support the appellate issue that the Judge erred in refusing to allow any discovery or explanation related to Obama’s probably lack of eligibility.

That IS very scary, and it reminds me of an article I read sometime ago about the ability of someone to electronically record the code when you lock your car with the remote pad, as some do. A woman had exited her car at the store and used the remote on her keychain to lock the car. Before she had gone very far, she heard a “click” and tried it again. Same thing happened and she saw a couple of guys sitting in a nearby car taking notice.
She returned to her car right away and drove to the police station, where she was told that this is going on now. They can somehow scan the signal and then later enter your car and steal things. So, beware!! I usually only use the remote when coming TOWARD my car to open it ahead of time. One cannot be careful enough!! Our advanced technology is going to cause us trouble, methinks, unless we keep up with what is going on.

Arrest these criminals!
These people know Obama doesn’t qualify to be POTUS, they are just liars, and are purposely obfuscating the requirements to be POTUS to stall any investigation to disclose the truth. The government under Obama has turned into a criminal enterprise, with it’s life dependent on concealing Obama’s true identity. Obviously Obama is not a natural born Citizen.
The Obama birth announcements, in two different publications in 1961 Hawaii are forgeries as well. An article I read awhile back said they had looked at the micro film, at a library, the film had been spliced, and showed for the first time in history, both papers had printed in the exact same order, the entries of births, which were not set using Linotype printing method, which is what newspapers used in 1961.
I took this information to mean the birth announcements were suspicious as evidence of anything but forgery, along with the Obama COLB.
Here is a link to the birth announcements from two “different” news papers showing births in the exact same order. Only time in history, and wouldn’t you know it, the same day Obama was mentioned.

I was thinking about the Obots sad little group that they are. Years ago in Chicago I had a girlfriend who had an older boyfriend who was a cop. He was talking about violent crimes and he said the worst he ever saw was between two Queens. I was so young at the time that I had no idea what he meant, life in the suburbs we were kind of sheltered obviously a lot. What I’m noticing more and more with these Obots is their hysterical over reaction to material, questions etc. Could this Obama nonsense be a war between the Queens in DC? some of them remind me of the gay, kinky, sick group that was at Hitler’s center-twisted and crazy beyond belief, like some sick gay cobol of deviates. This group really seems to hate women a lot, if it isn’t Hillary, its Sarah or Michele Bachmann-for some odd reason Pelosi is exempt-all the Obots priorities are so bent-Constitutional Republic forget it, laws forget that, but Obama protect like he’s the King (messiah without the miracles). Question #1: Is it Misprision of or an Act of … TREASON?
If one was not aware that an act of Treason was being committed by swearing in a Constitutionally ineligible person to the Office of President and Commander in Chief, but has just now learned about it – and does nothing about it, then it is Misprision of.
But if one was complicit in the act, say, by counting known-to-be-unconstitutional electoral votes – as 13 of the 14 persons listed above did on January 8, 2009 – then it is, in and of itself, and Act of Treason!
Therefore, if any one of the ‘duly served’ co-conspirators (yes, every single one of the 535 members of the 111th Congress blatantly co-conspired in this Act of Treason), is willing to step up to the plate and take action on these verdicts of the CIA COLUMBIA OBAMA Sedition & Treason TRIAL, then I’m sure that The People will consider it as mitigating evidence when justice is finally served.

Bob-long time ago I read a book of life in the Seraglio. The eunuchs that were there to guard the female wives to the king, princes etc., all the eunuchs did was plot, counter-plot, murder, connive to somehow install their favorite into power. Very sick little group-they stopped at nothing.
They all wanted to be the power behind the throne, hence a lot of mayhem and misery-divided into factions, cabals-no one could really trust one another.

I have reason to believe that MissTickly’s comparison is moot.
Unlike MissTickly, I have actual family Hawaii COLBs and truthfully, the embossed imprint on my documents does appear to be almost identical to Obama’s seal that is pictured at factcheck.org (designated “The raised seal”).

MissTickly refers to HDOH agency administrative rules where I read that Section (b) states
The official seal of the department of
health shall be embossed near the signature of the
DIRECTOR OF HEALTH to verify commissions of

which the official seal has been customarily used or
is appropriate to be used, as the director of health
may determine on a case-by-case basis.
It is difficult to determine any lettering on the imprint of my documents but it has been my impression that it is embossed with the State of Hawaii seal, not the HDOH seal. That would account for the signature on the back side of my family COLB is that of the STATE REGISTER, Alvin T. Onaka, Ph.D., not the “DIRECTOR OF HEALTH” as directed for official HDOH documents in section (b) above. That would explain the obvious differences between the MissTickly HDOH seal and Obama’s COLB seal.
However, the glaring evidence that something is fishy can be seen without the benefit of forensic evidence. It has to do with the horizontal folds in the paper, are lack thereof.
A freeper, with whom MissTickly has had heated discussions, recently posted photos of her own Hawaii birth certificate and COLB at Free Republic. Danae’s COLB clearly reveals the folds in her document, exactly like my documents.

You expose yourself in your attempt to discredit me and indisputable facts. If the seal on a vital record presented to an official failed to match when verified against what the HDOH provided them, it would be deemed worthless if not fraudulent.

Obama’s seal is not uniform to the seal described in the Title 11 Administrative Rules but the one supplied to me directly by the HDOH is.
Also worth noting is that only the Director of the Department of Health may issue a certified copy of a vital record. Therefore, all seals on all certified copies since 1988 should be uniform.

You will notice the time of my posts…………new medication for pain is preventing sleep. I am headed for a pain management regimen. Sometimes having problems keeping food down. Was expected.
Regarding the extent of the search that was done by certain people here in my state, and city into the question of the legal reinstatement of the name Barrack Hussein Obama. The search extended over a period in excess of 6 months,by volunteers who are professionals within the court system. This is NOT to say that they engaged in this action with the sanction of our courts. This search was carried out in hours that were not part of their normal court related hours. The search was THOROUGH, and extended into EVERY Superior Court archive in the US and US territories. The search was methodical, and expertly conducted. The search through PUBLIC RECORDS produced NO RECORD of any Change of Name Petition having ever been filed by or in behalf of Barry Soetoro. I place a level of accuracy,and truth regarding the character of this search at about 99.9 %. Since this was done by others,and not so much myself, I have allowed one tenth of one percent, as a threshold of possible mistake. Since any record that would have been found would by necessity not be certified. This is for the protection of the people who took a very real chance even researching this. It could have been seen as a CONFLICT OF INTEREST and they could have lost their jobs as a result. Professional employees of the Superior Court have some very stringent rules to which they are expected to adhere to with respect to conducting certain types of investigation outside of the direction of the court. They are expressly PROHIBITED from engaging in legal research activity which is outside of the direction of the court, and extends beyond the boundaries of our Superior Court. If the court orders the research then they have full authorisation for such activity. Even then it MUST be pertinent to a docketted case. If an employee of the court was caught doing unauthorised research they could be fined,lose their job,and be prosecuted. But DONE IS DONE,and I can reiterate that NO DOCUMENTS WERE FOUND in the PUBLIC RECORDS of any US SUPERIOR COURT relating to any PETITION OF NAME CHANGE having ever been filed,or docketed,for a either a Barry Soetoro, or Barry Dunham. All previous known names were researched. Further the research of others has shown that the Social Security number being used by Soetoro,was already once issued to another person. The Social Security Administration is ON RECORD of stating that NO SS NUMBER IS EVER REISSUED. I guess that Mr. Gulbransen must have overlooked that fact. Allegedly the person to whom the SS NUMBER that was used on Soetoro’s 2009 tax return, was originally issued was born in 1890, and was already 46 years of age in 1936 when the SS began registering people. Today that person would be 120 years of age, if still alive, which is unlikely. In the interim years from 1936 forward the Social Security Administration has had a really high percentage of accuracy in the registration of participants. I stand with them regarding their STATEMENT regarding RE ISSUE. There is ONLY one other avenue that could have been used to secure a once used SS NUMBER. This is IDENTITY theft. SIMPLE,AND PURE LOGIC…….. THERE IS NO OTHER KNOWN AVENUE.
With regard to Barry Soetoro returning to Hawaii ALONE at 10 years of age, it is HIGHLY UNLIKELY because he was a minor child,and the airlines then required a responsible adult be with a minor child. This has to do with the insurance carriers of the airline. The same would have been in force with sea going travel as well. Then there is a question of whose passport did he use? There are hundreds of other related questions that apply. Mr. Gulgransen or whatever his name is sounds a little like an OBOT. Again though, when we talk of alegations we have damn little to compare them with because there is sometimes an incident that goes completely under the radar and nobody suspects,simply because it is against the law. Since when has Soetoro paid any attention to the law. Perhaps he didn’t even pay any attention to the law at TEN YEARS OF AGE. Of course most of us know better,because he wasn’t even old enough to understand the law to begin with. So I guess until we have better intelligence it is up to your imagination to render a judgement.
In 1961 the Hawaii DOH issued both CERTIFICATES OF LIVE BIRTH for those who were born in any of Hawaii’s hospitals. It bore the NAME OF THE HOSPITAL, THE ATTENDING PHYSICIAN,and when registered bore the STAMP AND SIGNATURE OF Mr.Onaka. Neither Soetoro,or anyone else can GET AROUND THAT FACT. The Nordyke twins BCs clearly show what the BC would LOOK LIKE. They also issued CERTIFICATIONS OF LIVE BIRTH, which under their laws at that time allowed the DOH to issue a CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH to anyone who came in and asked for it. He/she could have been born on the MOON but it wouldn’t matter under Hawaii law. The person requesting the BC would RECEIVE it. CERTIFICATION does not say CERTIFICATE. The first is LEAD,and the LATTER is GOLD.

You know, although you are suffering physically during some tough times, your brain is at top performance. This Sven Magnussen poster’s theory is similar to one of the first I read after getting on the internet about a year ago. He seems to have “figured” it all out in his head, imo, and spouts it off like he is an authority. I failed to find any referencing to other sites. You make excellent points, some of which I had already in my memory bank, but retrieving them sometimes is a little slow.
The point you make about the thorough investigation into any legal reinstatement of the name Barack Hussein Obama (none to be found from an exhaustive search done by highly qualified, experienced people) is excellent. That shoots down one of Magnussen’s assertions.
Also, your reemphasizing the fact that S.S. does NOT reissue SSN’s is another bullet in Magnussen’s theory. All of his remarks about this being done when “Obama wanted to regain citizenship and some group from Conn. helped him get a SSN” is hogwash. I knew that someone who was born in 1890 was the original recipient of O’s present number, but didn’t link it up immediately. I was thinking primarily of the time line and things like that contradicting Magnussen.
Sometimes I get so disgusted and angry over the fact that we as the American people have a right to know exactly who our president really is! As Sam Sewell so often has said, “What is Obama hiding and why is he hiding it?” What a plain, accurate way to put it. Grrrr………How long can this charade continue?
