Anderson Cooper interviewed, I mean interrogated, Texas State Representative, Leo Berman on November 29, 2010. The last on air personality on CNN to have journalistic integrity, Lou Dobbs, left earlier this year for obvious reasons.
Although Mr. Berman did not have a perfect command of the facts and got pulled into classic far left debates and diversions, I commend Leo Berman for doing so much homework, having such a command of knowledge and caring enough about this country and the US Constitution to speak out boldly and push for common sense legislation.
One of the most important things that Representative Berman spoke of was that no member of the US Congress in January of 2009 spoke up or vetted Barack Obama before or during the certification of the Electoral College Votes. Leo Berman spoke with eloquence and authority.
The other side of the patriot coin is Anderson Cooper. Be assured that when Robert Gibbs steps down, a better manipulator of words, a better spokesman for big brother, is available, Anderson Cooper. When you watch the following video observe how Cooper so expertly employs the tactics of the far left to blur clear issues and divert attention from them. And don’t forget the big lie. Anderson Cooper, do you know you are speaking lies or are you just repeating the often told lies?
Much of the interview was spent debating the birth certificate issues. Leo Berman repeatedly asked, as did Lou Dobbs, to see an original long form birth certificate. John McCain when questioned early in 2008 produced one. Cooper kept hammering that Obama had produced one, FactCheck.org had examined and verifed it and that the short form, COLB, was all that the State of Hawaii offered. Lies.
Anderson Cooper was at his far left, diversionary best when responding to the passport and dual citizenship issues. This is when Berman was at his worst and perhaps not totally prepared. Cooper kept hammering away at why Obama might not have dual citizenship and may have traveled to Pakistan legally.
Here is the truth about Obama’s possible dual citizenship and passport.
Obama did not have two US Citizen parents as McCain did. Obama’s father was Kenyan and therefore British. The founding fathers understood that two citizen parents were required to be a Natural Born Citizen. That is why the US Constitution was worded to grandfather them in. And if you do not have a good knowledge of that subject, consider the following US Senate Resolution 511 that Obama signed.

The passport question is simple. Whether or not Obama traveled to Pakistan legally can be debated. What is nondebatable and highly questionable is the fact that Obama has kept all of his records, including past passports, hidden.
Another big lie that Cooper told was that a couple of people have filed lawsuits against Obama. The number is far larger than 2. Also, the Supreme Court has not ruled on Obama eligibility. What they have done is failed to do their duty.
Cooper pick on someone your own “size” like Citizen Wells, Mario Apuzzo, Charles Kerchner or others who have been following these stories and paying attention.
If you are a current or new member of Congress, listen to the words and the challenge of American Patriot Leo Berman of Texas. Do your damn job. You swear an oath to defend the US Constitution.
I am not suprised that the legislation and voice of reason presented by Leo Berman came out of Texas. The people there still have some damn sense. God bless Texas. God bless the US.

By secretly moving a 200+ man SWAT Team into Monroe County to police 20 peaceful protesters, the Tennessee authorities did, in fact, create a threat to everyone in Monroe County and that area of Tennessee.
I am certainly thankful that I never have to travel on 1-75 between Chattanooga and Knoxville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg.

Berman has Cooper stuttering near the end of the video. Why does CNN think it has to be the president’s defender? What is the true relationship between CNN and the White House? Berman asks a question about Obama’s eligibility and CNN jumps in with the White House talking points to try and silence him.
If Obama has “papers” as CNN says, then why does CNN give a damn, whether or not Texas passes a law requiring candidates to show their “papers” to get on the ballot?

Again…these interviewees should simply arm themselves with a copy (as good as what the interviewers offer themselves of their own chosen document) of the Indonesian citizen school entry form and ask the interviewer if there is anything beyond that to show that Obama is not still to this day a citizen of Indonesia!! And they would have more backup from the school itself than the interviewer has with some politically fused website copy of an even earlier document that had been superceded. duh!!

When that Pakistan trip came out I researched the travel conditions in Pakistan in 1981. The war in Afghanistan was raging at the time. Pakistan was in tremendous turmoil. While American’s could visit Pakistan, their purposes had to be clearly outlined. The American government had a travel advisory and Pakistan was mainly only letting defense contractors into the country. So, while I will concede that an American college student MAY have been allowed to visit, their purposes would have been highly scrutinized, it would have been unlikely. To make a long story short, if Anderson (as any true journalist would) should have posted the travel advisory from the United States government and some background on what was happening in the region. What did he do? Post that flimsy NY Times piece on how rosey that Pakistan was to vacation.
To make a long story short, it was very peculiar for Obama to visit at that time and an “American” college student would have stuck out like a sore thumb. The main source of tourism was all of the young Muslim men looking to join the jihaad against the Soviet Union in Afghanistan. This is why it is speculated that he travelled on an Indonesian passport.
Bob, don’t buy into the misinformation by going through a mental excercise when what you know to be false is absolute. They thrive on confusion. We know that any person could pay a small fee to request their “long form birth certificate” in the State of Hawaii if one chose to do so. That’s was my take from the interview and I was disappointed that Berman didn’t capitalize on that one comment. Had he done so, I think AC would have had a brief deer in the headlights moment before he quickly went to the next talking point.
Old Salt, I’m pretty sure that he started attending Occidental in the fall of 1979 and then went to Columbia in the fall of 1981. He went to Pakistan between the spring term at Occidental and the fall term at Columbia. He travelled through Indonesia before heading to Pakistan.

Oldsalt- I recall reading an article from his time at Occidental that included a photo, but it could have been freshman year, and it could have been photo shopped. Somehow, it rang true. There is NO proof whatsoever of his time supposedly spent at Colombia U. Several of those who would have been in his class (Wayne Root among them) do not recall having known him. Unusual for someone with such a foreign sounding name.
Columbia, the missing years, holds the key. Of course, as you wrote, having received foreign aid while at Occidental would be the “tell”, but most of us would like to know where he was while supposedly at Columbia; what was he studying, and with whom? Who sponsored him? America needs to demand the answers. Sadly, most people fear ridicule, hence Alinsky’s Rule # 5.

Thanks …….that is what I had originally thought,but there have been so many variables involved that I became a little unsure of the actual dates. Then when he returned from Pakistan,chronologically he then started his alleged attendance at Columbia. I am going to do some further research as to his whereabouts in between……if possible. The variables are his two Pakistani friends from Occidental who ended up managing his SMALL CONTRIBUTIONS FUND in 2008 and 09.

I have had no success in obtaining the names of the TWO lawyers who originally filed the documented complaint against Soetoro,relating to his illegal activity of receiving HUGE chunks of money from OFFSHORE,which somehow they tracked back to having come from Nahdmi Auchi,in London. They allegedly included the time and dates of the money tramsfers to Soetoro, whose managers quickly broke down into $200.00 increments, and entered into the fund along with a name taken at random from a Chicago telephone directory. They had him COLD. Yet the FEC,……DOJ failed to even acknowledge receipt of the complaint even though it was filed IN PERSON, by one of the attorneys. Somehow we need to find their names and try to extrapolate why the complaint was never acted upon, and if they ever followed up on the rejection of the complaint.

If the FBI agent considered what Mr. Huff was doing was a threat to the safety of the people of Monroe County, he had a legal obligation to advise Mr. Huff accordingly.

Man gets 60 days for trying to arrest Monroe County grand jury foreman
MADISONVILLE (AP) – A Sweetwater man was sentenced to 60 days in jail for trying to arrest a Monroe County grand jury foreman who refused to indict President Obama on treason charges.
A Madisonville jury on Tuesday found Walter Fitzpatrick III guilty of disrupting a meeting and resisting arrest.
Fitzpatrick was found not guilty of retaliation and civil rights intimidation.
The Navy veteran on April 1 tried to make a citizen’s arrest on the grand jury foreman, contending his chairmanship was illegal.
Fitzgerald had wanted President Obama indicted because he believes the president is not an American citizen.
Fitzpatrick represented himself at the one-day trial.
Co-defendant Darren Huff, of Dallas, Georgia, earlier pleaded guilty to disrupting a meeting.
Huff also faces federal charges after he came to the courthouse armed during Fitzpatrick’s arraignment.
Back in the 90’s my brother-in-law Bruce Adreani who is directly involved with drug smuggling along with the big financial groups worked directly with Barack Obama to setup a new Air Distribution business in Florida. Bruce told me that Obama is NOT a US Citizen and is slotted for higher Political positions supported by the Shadow Government people. There is more detail but for another time….

Back in the 90′s my brother-in-law Bruce Adreani who is directly involved with drug smuggling along with the big financial groups worked directly with Barack Obama to setup a new Air Distribution business in Florida. Those charges were “riot,” “disorderly conduct,” “retaliation of past action” and “civil rights intimidation.”

To understand what I said will require looking at what has been happening from a larger position. Realize that controlling anything involving a few peolpe is simple since there are only a few to track. In this case with the WH Coup it involves a Nation and Internationally more. At this level the approach has to include flexibility to account for the many changes that happen. We’ve gone through a number of situations which now explain that what was previously planned by the Coup movement isn’t going to happen. They have been stopped! Those involved with the “Right People” attacking the Coup have been growing in numbers while at the same time, those involved at many levels in the Coup Movement are shrinking. Some of these levels I personally am witnessing and can attest to this positive change.
Realize that there is a list of Whistleblowers and the one who started this is expected to surface at the end. Isn’t is always like this? Surfacing at this level would be expected to be timely meaning trying to take advantage of the right time for the biggest effect. Plus many of the laws have been changed for protecting and supporting the criminals. This is found worldwide. Also, what Assange (Sp?) may be accused of may well be a setup trying by one power area to put an end to him. The evidence from other situations may be supportive in his defense. However my Dear, be happy that we’ve crossed the point where the wind now blows in another direction. The Cleanup stage will prove to be most interesting as what is required now is a thorough cleaning so this crap doesn’t happen anymore. Unfortunately as before I’m not allowed to talk about certain things other than making the announcement of where things currently are……. This should come as good news for our upcoming holidays.

I have been considering buying property in Tennessee for retirement but this situation has given me second thoughts. I sent a message to Duncan via his e-mail which I include as follows. I have also contacted the realtors in the State to share my concern. They are oblivious and need any one who can to give them a call and ask questions about LCmdr Fitzpatrick and their Sheriff Bill Bivens. However as I started looking into the local issues I have found something that disturbs me. It seems that the county of Monroe and the surrounding counties have a problem with basic citizen rights of the US Constitution as well as following the laws of Tennessee. I know that you have been made aware of the LCMDR Walter Fitzpatrick situation in Madisonville. I wonder as well as some I have heard from why you have not acknowledged that one of your contituents rights have been violated by the county Sheriff and Judges where he has been setting in Jail without representation nor with the courts advising him of the charges against him. I cannot immagine that a person could be put in this position in these United States these days without a strong voice from their elected officials. Please advise me through my e-mail what you or others in Tennessee are doing or are going to do to resolve this. It is my understanding that an FBI complaint has been opened. Cooper who I was refering to is the CNN news reporter. It’s important to realize that many of the reporters on Radio and Cable or MSM have connectons with the CIA. About Cooper, I read some time ago about his connections and I feel I’m correct in stating this connection as it’s been sometime since reading about him.
We really have to be careful with who we listen to. The CIA works quickly to muddy up those areas which surface to be trusting. They either install their own mouthpieces or apply missinformation. Realize that it changes back and forth so be careful and have an open mind. Also, Facebook, MyLife, Internet Meet Up Groups and other Social areas have CIA operatives either at the helm with running or were seeded with money to launch them. Many of these areas have been in the news with this information. The question you need to ask is WHY? Why are social areas being setup to try to control them? This answer is in process of being prepared for surfacing so be patient. It also has to do with how the Crimnial part of our Government is trying to control our social area because through these areas, everyone knows someone else and it’s easy to snoop or pass information on to someone in a simple subtle way. This has been currently happening around me for a very long time and has left me with distrusting anyone who comes to me.
I’ll research more about V.K. DURHAM. Please be aware that my Mother passed away recently and I’m burried in making arrangements, plus setting up an autopsy with a well known doctor.
