The State of Florida set a great example for the nation to follow with their 2020 Election procedures.

Hopefully they will set another example in preserving free speech.

“Randy Fine wants state divested from tech giants after Donald Trump’s purge from social media

Republican Rep. Randy Fine is calling on the state to look into its investments with major tech companies and withdraw that money after President Donald Trump was kicked off several social media platforms following last week’s Capitol attack.”

“In response, multiple technology companies banned Trump citing “the risk of further incitement of violence.” In a letter to Gov. Ron DeSantis, Fine argues Trump and his supporters are being unfairly targeted.

The letter specifically asks the Governor to “order the immediate divestment of any Florida-held equity and debt” in Alphabet (Google’s parent company), Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Twitter.

“They may get to decide who they do business with. So do we,” Fine said.

“No matter what one thinks about President Trump, he remains the duly-elected President of the United States until noon on Jan. 20. If the President of the United States can be silenced by these companies, then so can anyone.”

It appears Fine has some back up from Chief Financial Officer Jimmy Patronis, a fellow Republican in the Cabinet.

In response to Fine’s proposal, Patronis said, “We should consider getting this on the next Cabinet agenda. Big-tech coordinated to shut down conservative accounts but still allows [Venezuelan leader] Nicolás Maduro to spread lies.”

Fine referenced other controversial world leaders from China, Iran and elsewhere that remain active on Twitter despite outrageous and violent statements of their own.”

We personally can stop giving “Nazi” tech companies our money.

But we should also follow Florida’s example.

Contact your state representatives and legislatures and demand that they protect free speech and divest from the Tech Thought Police too.

“Parler CEO John Matze has responded to Amazon kicking the platform off their hosting services, calling it a “coordinated attack.”

On Saturday, Amazon kicked Parler off their webhosting service, meaning the platform will be offline until they find a new host.

The ban goes into effect on Sunday, effectively shutting down the platform that conservatives have flocked to since the big tech giants began banning conservatives.

In a post on Parler, Matze wrote that “Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech off the internet. There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on amazons proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products.”

“We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business, however Amazon, Google and Apple purposefully did this as a coordinated effort knowing our options would be limited and knowing this would inflict the most damage right as President Trump was banned from the tech companies,” the statement continued.

Matze concluded that “this was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the market place. We were too successful too fast. You can expect the war on competition and free speech to continue, but don’t count us out.”

Banning Apple is easy. As an IT expert I always considered them over priced and over hyped. The darling of the left.

Banning Google is easy. They have been biased and unreliable for years. I will use them sparingly to keep an eye on the enemy…EVIL.

Amazon. Actually easy to ban. I have made purchases through them over the years.

YouTube for years has presented a category of “Top News”.

And what do you find there? The kings of fake news CBS, CNN, MSNBC, etc.

They have been allowing smaller sites, with diverse opinions and reporting up until yesterday when they announced a new policy.

First of all the first line is a huge Orwellian Lie!

There is no president elect until January 6 at the earliest.

The electors have not even voted yet!

But why yesterday did they invoke an Orwellian Thought Police edict directed at alleged fraud in the 2020 election.

They panicked!

They knew that US Supreme Court filings were coming and that they would be loaded with references to fraud.

From the highest court in the nation with the most credible legal documents and arguments.

They could not allow videos referencing that to discredit their fake news accomplices.

The Texas lawsuit has 6 references to “fraud.”

The 17 state Amicus brief has 89 references to “fraud.”!!!
