DELAWARE CHARGES DISMISSED

Ladies and Gentlemen:

I will not be traveling to Delaware, I will not be going to trial in Delaware and I have not plead guilty to any crimes in Delaware.

I was arrested in Washington, DC on June 18, 2008 by DC Police without ever being shown any warrant of any kind. DC Superior Court, Magistrate Judge A. Melendez, in cooperation with the office of US Attorney Jeff Taylor, ordered me held without ever producing any warrant, denied me medical access to prescribed medication, phone access to counsel and more.

On June 23, 2008 I was turned over to the custody of the Delaware Attorney Generals Office and driven to Wilmington, Delaware with no ID, no wallet (which the DC Police refused to allow me to carry with me upon my arrest on 6-18-08), where I was released on PR Bond. I was forced to remain in Delaware until July 4, 2008 to appear at a 7-03-08 arraignment, paid $10,500 in Attorney fees, forced to return to Delaware for a hearing on 8-11-08 (travel expenses), been accused by the Delaware Attorney General’s office of sending their employee’s threatening and disrespectful emails (completely untrue), and have been smeared by the Delaware News-Journal with completely false claims, with the same done by Politico.com’s Ben Smith; HuffingtonPost.com; The New Republic; and more.

All of this by the way in the name of Barack H. Obama and Joseph R. Biden III.

I have repeatedly published that the charges brought by the Delaware Attorney Generals office were false and, that they knew them to be false from the beginning. The Delaware Attorney Generals office knew before ever seeking the Grand Jury indictment against me, that Mr. Patel lied in the police report. They knew this because they had themselves a Wilmington Police Department report that showed I was in regular contact with Mr. Patel and his employee.

What is more disturbing in this entire affair, is the Delaware Attorney General knew that I had not committed any crime, the DC Police, DC Judge and the DC US Attorney knew they had not once presented any warrant to be disputed, yet all these people insisted on subjecting me to this harassment and smear campaign.

It is my intent to hold The Delaware News-Journal liable for there completely false statements about me and their intentional publication of the false claims even after being told their information was untrue. I intend to hold Politico.com, HuffingtonPost, The New Republic, et al, responsible for their false claims, as well as the individuals responsible for bringing about false charges and false arrest.

I also intend on continuing to expose the TRUTH about Barack Obama and the abuse of elected officials and Government employees to violate the Civil Rights of a US Citizen.

Larry Sinclair, tonight, Thursday, August 28, 2008 on his blog radio show, provided the reasons the Attorney General of Delaware dropped the warrant on him. Larry Sinclair was arrested on June 18, 2008 just after his news conference ended at the National Press Club. Sinclair was jailed locally, transported to Delaware a few days later and appeared before a judge. Sinclair was released on a unsecured bond. Larry Sinclair was treated like a political prisoner by Attorney General Biden and the Obama Camp. Justice has prevailed. However, consider the timing. Barack Obama has just accepted the Democratic nomination along with Senator Joe Biden.

Francis Farren, Larry Sinclair’s attorney, called in to Larry’s radio show and confirmed what Larry said.

I just learned from a reliable source close to the story, that the Delaware charges against Larry Sinclair have been dropped. The Delaware Attorney General’s office has dismissed the charges against Sinclair.

I just spoke to Larry Sinclair on the phone and he stated “no comment at this time.”

For those not aware of this story:

Numerous attempts were made to prevent Larry Sinclair from speaking at the National Press Club on June 18, 2008.

Immediately after the news conference, Larry Sinclair was arrested on a warrant from Delaware and taken to a local jail.

Several days later, Larry Sinclair was transported to Delaware. Sinclair appeared before a judge and was released on an unsecured bail.

Larry Sinclair secured the services of former Delaware Attorney General Richard Wier. Attorney Wier abandoned Sinclair the evening before his next court appearance. Larry Sinclair returned home and later secured the services of Mr. Francis E. Farren.

The story that Larry Sinclair tells now is the same one he told me when he was arrested.

The left wing socialists, communists, Nazi Brownshirts and Thought Police have taken over the Democrat Party. They have tried to silence and intimidate Hillary supporters during the primaries and the convention. They have attacked and tried to silence anyone questioning Obama. Now they are focusing on conservatives. Larry Sinclair has a new post about Washington, DC Judicial Watch and their investigation into a nationwide effort by a liberal activist group to intimidate supporters of Republican and conservative causes. Washington, DC Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced today that it is launching an investigation into a nationwide effort by a liberal activist group to intimidate supporters of Republican and conservative causes. According the August 8 edition of The New York Times, Accountable America, a liberal group, plans to send a letter “to confront donors to conservative groups, hoping to create a chilling effect that will dry up contributions…The warning letter is intended as a first step, alerting donors who might be considering giving to right-wing groups to a variety of potential dangers, including legal trouble, public exposure and watchdog groups digging through their lives. The group is also hoping to be able to respond if an outside conservative group broadcasts a television advertisement attacking Senator Barack Obama, or another Democratic candidate, by running commercials exposing the donors behind the advertisements.” Attempts to intimidate individuals from participating in the presidential campaign can be a violation of federal law. A key federal civil rights law (42 U.S.C. § 1985(3)), popularly known as the Ku Klux Klan Act, may be applicable if “two or more persons conspire to prevent by force, intimidation, or threat, any citizen who is lawfully entitled to vote, from giving his support or advocacy in a legal manner, toward or in favor of the election of any lawfully qualified person as an elector for President or Vice President, or as a Member of Congress of the United States; or to injure any citizen in person or property on account of such support or advocacy.” “Threats and intimidation have no place in our democratic elections and are a violation of the law. This new front group, Accountable America, seems to have crossed a legal line,” stated Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Larry Sinclair aired his first talk radio show on blogtalkradio, tonight, Tuesday, August 26, 2008. The show was a great success. Larry Sinclair apologized for his lack of experience but his natural speaking ability and recall of facts eased the transition. Sinclair described his encounter with Obama in November 1999, their use of drugs and gay sex. Larry Sinclair also described how he was contacted by Donald Young last year, shortly before Young was murdered. Larry Sinclair’s next radio show will be this Thursday, August 28, 2008. Larry hinted he will have a surprise for Obama.

The United States has become Nazi Germany. The Obama camp controls the FBI and US Attorney just like the Nazis and Hitler Brownshirts controlled Nazi Germany. There was widespread outrage toward the FBI and US Attorney ignoring the person(s) threatening to kill Larry Sinclair. This was after the numerous personal attacks and hate crimes committed against Sinclair. Well, there is apparently a double standard in the Justice System. Here is Larry Sinclair’s latest article:

FBI, DELAWARE AG AND US ATTORNEY’S HAVE DOUBLE STANDARD

It has come to my attention this afternoon that the FBI and the US Attorney’s office both of whom have refused to arrest or charge known individuals for making death threats over the internet) did in fact arrest and prosecute a man who was accused of committing the exact same criminal acts that have been repeatedly committed against me, my mother, my Attorney and individuals who have supported me.

It appears that the FBI and the US ATTORNEY”S OFFICE have made the race of the victim a defining factor in their enforcement of hate crimes. Under Federal Hate Crime Laws, the internet and email threats against me (an openly gay male) telling me “I am going to kill your faggot ass” as well as those threatening to “murder” my mother, a 67 year old woman this is a hate crime. But the FBI and the US Attorney say, “we do not feel they meant it” excuses the crime itself.

Wake up America, I do not condone the behavior of the individual in the Cleveland case, but I do argue that the Law’s in this country have now become subject to who the crime was against rather than THAT A CRIME WAS COMMITTED.

And let us not forget the non-stop threats by a gang-banger with a gun named Daniel “Gumby” Miglavs pictured below:”

DECISION TO GO TO TRIAL BY DELAWARE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE MADE BASED ON OBAMA/BIDEN BLOGOIDIOTS EMAILS AND PHONE CALLS, NOT DELAWARE LAW.
After Delaware Deputy Attorney General Susan Dwyer and her supervisor falsely accused me and my supporters of sending her threatening and harassing emails, she (Dwyer) has finally provide to the defense copies of the “money Orders” that she alleges I knew to be fake. Ms. Dwyer has indeed been receiving calls and emails and photoshopped items from the Obama Blogoidiots (maybe Ms. Dwyer should look into Daniel Miglavs[right & below] activities before she accuses me or those supporting me of things we have not done) and they even sent one to my Attorney today.
On September 2, 2008 in the front of the New Castle County Courthouse I will make a statement concerning the Delaware Attorney Generals Office and their efforts to silence my claims about Barack Obama.

The Joseph R. Biden II and III’s abuse of power and use of public office for this purpose is a disgrace and I am confident, that in the end I will be vindicated.

I now must make arrangements to travel to Delaware for the September 2, 2008 Final Case Review and the September 11, 2008 trial.

Larry Sinclair was informed that Susan Dwyer of the Delaware Attorney Generals office allegedly received numerous disrespectful emails from Larry Sinclair supporters. But unlike the claims attributed to your office by the News-Journal and other internet sites, I prefer to make truthful statements as to what was said by your office.

In addition, NO one supporting me would ever email Ms. Dwyer or anyone else in your office being disrespectful. I submit that if you claim that is the case, the emails should be investigated and I do believe your office will find that any such emails will have originated from the same people who have for more than 2 months claimed to be in regular contact with Susan Dwyer, and who claim Ms. Dwyer has provided them, the “false” information that has been published about me and this case all over the internet since June 23, 2008.

The statements made by me concerning this matter are factual and necessary because of the untrue statements being reported and attributed to the Delaware prosecutors office.

Fact # 1: The Delaware Attorney Generals office has been requested three separate times to provide the defense with copies of the returned unpaid money orders, and the Delaware Attorney Generals office has to this date, yet to comply.

Fact #2: The Delaware Attorney Generals office did make the statement that their offer of a misdemeanor sounds good right now, in claiming they would seek Habit status after I refused to accept your offer. Which I had informed my attorney from day one I would not plead guilty to anything.

Fact # 3: I will submit to the Delaware Attorney General the same offer made to FBI Special Agent Brenda Born, which is if you are accusing me of sending emails to your office or to Ms. Dwyer, produce the alleged emails and I will cooperate with any independent investigator wishing to search my computer and or accounts.

I also am certain that any emails your office claims to be from my supporters, if investigated properly, will lead you back to the very individuals who claim Ms. Dwyer has been communicating with when they were publishing false information on this case along with News-Journal reporters.

Any communication between me and the office of the Delaware Attorney Generals office has, and will continue to be, done through my Attorney. Just as my Attorney has been directed to inform your office that your claims I have sent Ms. Dwyer emails is an out right lie and not appreciated in the least.
