Larry Sinclair is being persecuted for questioning Barack Obama. From Sinclair’s arrest in Washington DC after his press conference, to the dubious warrant from Attorney General Biden’s office, to Richard R. Wier, Jr, former Attorney General of Delaware, backing out of his agreement to represent Sinclair. Is the Obama Campaign behind this? Is Senator Joe Biden, the father of the Delaware Attorney General behind this?

What do Larry Sinclair, Obama, Joe Biden, Attorney General Biden, Richard R Wier, Jr and Delaware have in common. Miscarriage of justice. Larry Sinclair entered into an agreement with Richard R Wier, Jr, former Attorney General of Delaware, for legal representation. Mr. Sinclair is to be arraigned in Superior Court in delaware today, Thursday, July 3, 2008. Mr. Sinclair was notified at 5:15 PM, Wednesday, July 2, 2008 that Mr. Weir would not be representing him. According to Mr. Sinclair, this is the reason given by Mr. Weir:

“I cannot represent you knowing that you are saying the things you are saying about Senator Barack Obama and the Bidens.”

What does Larry Sinclair’s allegations and statements about the Bidens have to do with receiving legal representation?

Tomorrow is July 4. What is happening to American Justice?

The mainstream media has failed to do their job and will be held
accountable. Aside from a few notable exceptions such as ABC News
during the PA debate, Tim Russert and the Chicago Tribune, Barack
Obama has been given a free ride by the press. The Democrat
Party, David Axelrod and major monetary players in this country
and the Middle East have flexed their political muscles to
censor the truth about Obama. Phony news organizations like
CNN were never expected to report the truth. Fox News has
become an entertainment network and has been a disappointment.

The internet has increasingly become the primary news source
for many. Sadly, the Obama Campaign and Obama supporters have
aligned to attempt distortion and removal of news on the web.
Tampering with the truth and biased reporting are not a modern
day device. Accurate reporting has been a concern in this
country going back to the American Revolution.

Why has the MSM ignored or prejudged the Larry Sinclair
allegations? There are many reasons, but consider the
following:

Prosecutors routinely use convicted or known criminals to
prosecute other criminals.

Stuart Levine, an admitted heavy drug user and associate of
many crime and corruption figures in Illinois, was compelled
to testify after being wiretapped. His testimony helped
convict Tony Rezko and indict others.

Obama has admitted to drug use. He has a long list of associations
with crime and corruption figures in Illinois.

Larry Sinclair has admitted to prior drug use and brushes
with the law.

Larry Sinclair came forth on his own with his allegations.

A tremendous amount of resources have been expended attempting
to discredit Sinclair.

The Rezko trial and connections to Obama has been not reported
or under reported. It is no wonder that the Larry Sinclair
allegations have not been reported.

Obama is playing the patriot card in a desperate attempt to appeal to the middle of the country, the “silent majority”, that clings to guns and religion. Our ancestors clung to guns and religion, defeated British tyranny and founded this country on the precepts of their religion and the concept of freedom from tyranny.

Larry Sinclair was arrested on June 18, 2008 just after his news conference at the national Press Club. To anyone with the IQ above a squirrel and any knowledge of this miscarriage of justice, the obvious conclusion is that Larry Sinclair became a political prisoner at the biding of the Obama Campaign and Obama operatives. This is the kind of change Obama is trying to bring about. Change that is all too reminiscent of the Brown Shirts of Nazi Germany. Here is Larry Sinclair’s account of what happened:

My arrest in Washington, DC at the National Press Club on June 18, 2008 was in fact illegal in every way.

FIRST

The detective’s who entered the NPC and stated I was being arrested on a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant from Delaware, failed to produce any warrant of any kind when asked by Mr. Sibley or myself, inside the NPC nor when we reached the Detective’s vehicles.

SECOND

The Detectives did not at any time advise me of my Miranda Rights.

THIRD

The Detectives with the DC Metro Police, The US Marshall’s nor the US Attorney nor DC Superior Court Magistrate Judge A. Melendez never produced nor provided to me or to the Public Defender a single document showing any “Fugitive from Justice” warrant from Delaware nor any other authorizing arrest document for the District of Columbia.

FOURTH

DC Police booked me claiming my date of birth was July 26, 1963 and when I advised them that was incorrect I was told that is what the FBI says and therefore that is what they are going by.

FIFTH

I was detained from June 18, 2008 thru June 23, 2008 in DC Jail without ever being shown a single document charging me with a single crime, nor a single warrant asking me if said warrant was in fact me.

 

Now people can say oh well “he” is an ex con so it had to be him, or any number of such comments.  But the fact remains that the US Constitution does not work that way. 

US ATTORNEY FOR DC IGNORES THE LAW IN DEATH THREATS

The US Attorney for the District of Columbia, knowing beyond a reasonable doubt the name and address of an individual who clearly threatened to kill me, my attorney and my mother at the National Press Club, refused to fulfil his duties as the US Attorney, when he decided not to press charges and instructed the DC FBI Office NOT to take this person into custody.

SA Brenda K Born, Cyber Crimes Unit of the DC FBI office confirmed to me and Mr. Sibley on Monday June 16, 2008 that the individual who threaten to murder myself, Sibley and my mother was identified and questioned by the DC Police and FBI on that date.  Agent Born further confirmed that per the US Attorney’s office NO charges would be filed.  Agent Born further confirmed to me and Sibley that the US Attorney for DC would not authorize the disclosure of the identity of this individual. 

Now how can the US Attorney ignore the fact that laws had clearly been broken, how can the US Attorney decide that myself, Mr. Sibley nor my mother had the right to know who was saying they would MURDER the three of us?  Who is the US Attorney for the District of Columbia protecting?  And why?

These are questions that people need to ask and demand to be answered.  Since when does the US Attorney have the right to ignore the law in one instance and make up the law in the next?”

I am posting the remarks from Larry Sinclair as a followup to my conversation with him. Larry Sinclair has been made a political prisoner and has been persecuted by Attorney General Biden of Delaware, The DC Police, the Social Security Administration and ultimately the Obama Campaign. Here are Larry Sinclair’s latest remarks on his ill treatment:

I am writing this article to inform you all, that their are 10,000+ reason’s why this is over.

FIRST
I met with the Attorney in Delaware this afternoon and he has asked for a retainer of $10,000 which I do not have, and I am not going to stress over this between now and next Thursday.

SECOND
I have gone to the Clerk of the Court in Delaware and I have obtained copies of what little there actually is in the file.

         1.  The Indictment was ordered and the warrant issued by The Attorney Generals Office of the State of Delaware, not the New Castle County DA as would be the normal process.

         2.  The Indictment is dated February 4, 2008 and the Rule 9 Warrant ordered and issued by the Delaware State Attorney Generals Office signed by Susan S Dwyer.

         3.  The Court file states that  on February 6, 2008 a Summons was mailed to me for Arraignment on Feb 15, 2008 (a copy of this summons from the court file shows that this did not in fact was not mailed as they did not include any address)

         4.  On February 11, 2008 the court file shows “SUMMONS SENT BY MAIL RETURNED.  INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS, UNABLE TO FORWARD

         5.  February 15, 2008 “ARRIGNMENT CALENDAR: RULE 9 WARRANT OUTSTANDING.  DEFENDANT DID NOT APPEAR.

         6.  June 23, 2008, “RULE 9 WARRANT RETURNED, BAIL SET AT UNSECURED BOND 3,000, ARS 7/3/08

         7.  June 23, 2008, ” RULE 9 WARRANT RETURNED, BAIL SET AT UNSECURED BOND 5,000, 7/3/08 ARS

The following is the content of the RULE 9 WARRANT (I do not have access to a scanner to scan the document but as soon as I do I will scan it and upload it)

THEFT, in violation of Title 11, Section 841 of the Delaware Code of 1974, as amended.

LAWRENCE W. SINCLAIR, on or about the 16th day of October, 2007, in the County of New Castle, State of Delaware, did take, exercise control over, or obtain property of ************************, or another person, consisting of United States Currency or other miscellaneous property valued at $1000.00 or more, intending to deprive that person and/or owner of same, or to appropriate same.

I know for a fact that the charge stated in the above is not true, but I do not have nor am I going to ask anyone for the funds to retain this attorney.  I will appear at the hearing set for July 3, 2008 and I will return to my home in Duluth as best I can and let the process take its due course.  For the first time in my life, short a miracle from happening, it looks as if I will indeed engage in my first jury trial.  As I have stated before, if I did it, I have admitted it, but this I did not do and I am not going to be harassed, intimidated, or scared into admitting to something I did not do.

FINALLY
It should also be noted that the letters from Social Security terminating my benefits was sent by James F Martin, Regional Commissioner, Chicago Region

So to all of you who believe that the truth is what is important here, you need to go forward and tell the truth.  I cannot financially fight this battle and I am not going to be forced into homelessness and/or an earlier death for lack of medical access over this.  I have tried to do what was right and I have been beaten up, slandered, attacked, threatened, and more and the powers to be now want to try to put me in the street.

I have been arrested and jailed under outright fraudulent warrants in DC, that came from the US Attorney’s office in DC, I was denied medical treatment and access to medication by a United States Federal Court Judge in DC on a warrant that she knew was non existent, all in the name of protecting a fraud of a presidential candidate.”

So what does this mean? The Obama Campaign has been trying to silence Larry Sinclair for months. Sinclair, to his credit, despite having few resources, has fought on against a highly, well funded campaign to discredit him. He has also had no help from the idiot MSM. Let me repeat myself. The press has been in bed with Obama. There are two parts to Larry Sinclairs allegations. The story and Larry Sinclair the person. We will make sure that Larry Sinclair is taken care of. The story lives on and is not going away.

So all of you elitist, so called caring, left wing fanatics that blindly follow the new age Hitler, Obama, you have failed. There are too many of us that want and seek the truth about Obama. The MSM has failed and we are the future of citizen journalism.

Attorney General Biden, you will be forever tied to this story. I hope that it was worth it.

Larry Sinclair was arrested at the National Press Club on June 18, 2008 for an alleged Delaware fugitive from Justice warrant. Sinclair was kept in a local DC jail and later transported to Delaware. Sinclair appeared before a judge in Delaware and was released on his own recognizance. The Attorney General of Delaware is the son of Senator Joe Biden. Senator Biden is often mentioned as one of the front runners for the VP slot of Barack Obama.

The events leading up to, during and after Larry Sinclair’s news conference seem Orwellian or scripted from Nazi Germany or the Soviet Gulags. You have heard the lies, smears and hypocrisy. You have heard the lies about taking credit for Sinclair’s arrest and about the Colorado warrant. Now for the truth, from Larry Sinclair. I can corroborate much of what Sinclair says. Sinclair is free and here is the experience in his own words:

First allow me to explain that on Monday, June 16, 2008 I was contacted by Special Agent Brenda Born of the DC FBI informing me that the FBI had identified and located the individual who threatened to kill me, my lawyer and my mother at the NPC.  Agent Born confirmed the individual was a resident of the DC area and was an adult.  What was shocking to me is that Agent Born informed me that the US Attorney in DC had decided not to file charges against this individual and that the identity of the person could not b provided to me or my attorney without the approval of the US Attorney.

As for my arrest at the NPC on Wednesday June 18, 2008 after the conclusion of the PC, I see that no one has bothered to print the truth so allow me.  First, the PC was in fact packed with PRESS contrary to the bloggers who want others to believe otherwise.  Shortly before 1:00 PM a line had formed causing the NPC to ask us to begin sign in because the lobby was filling up.

At the conclusion of the PC, NPC Security head had brought three (3) plain clothed DC Police Detectives into the room and introduced them to me.  All three identified themselves as DC Police detectives and that they had a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant from Delaware.  These detectives did not escort me out in hand cuffs as reported by others.  All three were very professional, polite and respectful.  When asked for a copy of the warrant, they stated they had it in the car.

On Thursday June 19, 2008 I appeared before Judge Melendez in the DC Superior Court.  I asked that the court release me and allow me to immediately report to Delaware authorities which the US Attorney and the Judge refused to do.  Further, even though the Judge and the US Attorney was informed of my being denied access to my medication and medical treatment, the US Attorney demanded a bail of $75,000.00 which was completely inappropriate considering that Delaware did not have a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant against me, and the Judge and US Attorney both KNEW this was in fact the case.

I was ordered held for Delaware which I waived extradition, and I was held in the DC Jail [from 6-19-08 until approximately 10:30am Monday June 23, 2008] and deny access to phone, medication, and medical treatment.  When picked up on Monday June 23, 2008 by Delaware officials, I asked why there would be a “Fugitive from Justice” warrant for my arrest.  I was informed that there was no such warrant issued by Delaware, but that in fact DC had made that charge against me in order for them to arrest me on the “Rule 9″ warrant that was pending from a Delaware “SEALED” Grand Jury warrant.  I was told that what DC should have done was advise me to report to Delaware.  This rule 9 warrant was explained to me as being nothing that anyone could call me a “Fugitive from Justice” on because I had never been served the notice, taken into custody or formally charged on as yet.

Upon my return to Delaware, I appeared before a Superior Court Judge at 2:30 pm at which time I was released on PR bond and released.  I will say that the charge is questionable at best and after speaking with my Attorney I will allow him/her decide what can and cannot be posted here.

So to all those reporting I was taken out in hand cuffs, I assure you I walked out with no cuffs, carrying my bags from the NPC.  I also feel it important to state that the NPC staff conducted themselves with nothing short of kindness and professionalism from the moment I arrive to the moment I left.

Yes there are some questions for the US Attorney’s Office in the FBI investigation of the death threats, the arrest on the Delaware matter and the denying of phone access, medication and medical treatment while being held in custody in DC.  Just as there are some questions as to Judge Melendez’ refusal to allow me to report to Delaware and her holding me over on a DC produced warrant that did not reflect the Delaware issue appropriately, and her failure to order my being provided my prescribed medications and phone access even to my attorney.  There are some questions for the US Marshall’s Office and the way I was treated when I repeatedly requested access to my medication and/or medical treatment.”

The Reverend James Manning has a new video out, Wednesday, June 11, 2008. This is a must see and must hear video. Reverend speaks the truth about Obama and once again compares Obama to Adolf Hitler. Reverend Manning  also warns the world about the threat to the Jews. Here are the highlights:

Obama is the ambassador from hell.

Obama has aligned himself with Islamic Fascism.

Obama is more popular than Jesus.

Obama’s power base is less than fragile.

Obama’s power base is a coalition of disenfranchised hate filled
negroes and young disenfranchised rebellious perverted whites. Black people hate America.

I grew up in the sixties. I was anti America.

I grew up hating everything.

There is no difference between Hitler’s crowd and Obama’s.

The spirit that Hitler had is now in America.

His remarks about Hitler and his speeches is a must hear.

If Ahmadinejad nuked the Jews, Obama would sit on his hands
and do nothing.
