“Donald Trump learned the hard way this week that if you’re going to call on the president to release his official birth certificate, you’d better do the same.

Trump, who has been putting pressure on Obama lately to make public his long-form birth certificate from Hawaii, decided to set a good example and release his own on Monday. Only problem was, the document that Trump provided to the conservative Website Newsmax wasn’t his actual birth certificate, but rather a  “hospital certificate of birth.”

On Tuesday, Trump, who is contemplating a presidential run in 2012, sought to correct the oversight, providing a copy of his official birth certificate issued by the New York City Department of Health to ABC News.

It shows that “Donald John Trump” was born June 14, 1946 in Jamaica Hospital in Queens.It lists his father as Fred C. Trump and his mother as Mary Mac Leod. The date of the report is listed as June 14, 1946.

The image came with an accompanying memo from a member of Trump’s staff.

“A ‘birth certificate’ and a ‘certificate of live birth’ are in no way the same thing, even though in some cases they use some of the same words,” wrote Trump staffer Thuy Colayco in a message to ABC News. “One officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity and details of his or her birth, while the other only confirms that someone reported the birth of a child. Also, a ‘certificate of live birth’ is very easy to get because the standards are much lower, while a ‘birth certificate’ is only gotten through a long and detailed process wherein identity must be proved beyond any doubt. If you had only a certificate of live birth, you would not be able to get a proper passport from the Post Office or a driver’s license from the Department of Motor Vehicles. Therefore, there is very significant difference between a ‘certificate of live birth’ and a ‘birth certificate’ and one should never be confused with the other.”
Trump has been turning up the volume on his calls for Obama, who has been the target of allegations that he was not born in the United States by so-called “birthers,” to release his official birth certificate.

“This guy either has a birth certificate or he doesn’t,” Trump said in an interview on Fox News on Monday. “I didn’t think this was such a big deal, but I will tell you, it’s turning out to be a very big deal because people now are calling me from all over saying please don’t give up on this issue.”

The Obama campaign released a “certification of live birth,” which is a shorter document that carries the same legal weight as the long one, in 2008.”

I suppose I should congratulate Michael Falcone for getting the title of the document posted on the internet for Obama as a Certification of Live birth.

The audacity of ends justifying means goes on. Obama has been given a free pass until now and Donald Trump presents a real document that provides information about his birth and the biased media pounces on it as insufficient and lauds the COLB as gospel. This was probably Trump’s intention.

Note the following Orwellian spin from the article:

“The Obama campaign released a “certification of live birth,” which is a shorter document that carries the same legal weight as the long one, in 2008.””

Same legal weight? To prove natural born citizenship status?

NO.

Ok, reporters, liberals and other low IQ individuals. Pay close attention.

Certification of Live Birth, State of Hawaii format, posted on the internet, allegedly for Obama, 101.

  • Per Hawaii law, a person born outside of HI can obtain a COLB.
  • There is no proof that the internet COLB was obtained by Obama.
  • The internet COLB has never been authenticated as coming from Hawaii.
  • A COLB from Hawaii may be legal for some transactions where citizenship must be proved, but not to insure natural born citizenship status for the presidency.
  • A long form birth certificate, such as John McCain produced, is required for most evidence for such everyday activities as playing Little Leage Baseball.

“Billionaire developer and possible Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is now suggesting Barack Obama’s presidency could be “illegal” if legitimate proof is not provided demonstrating the commander in chief is indeed a “natural born citizen” of the U.S.

Trump’s use of the “I” word came last night during a phone interview with Greta Van Susteren of the Fox News Channel.
“To be honest with you, I want him to have a birth certificate,” Trump said, “because [otherwise] that would mean that his presidency was, I guess you’d have to say, illegal. You have to be born in the United States. I hope that he was born in the United States. I hope – but I want to get ride of the word hope, I want to know for sure – I hope that he was born in the United States and I hope this doesn’t become a big issue.”
Trump defended so-called “birthers,” explaining, “They just want to see the president was born in this country.”

He also called into question Hawaii’s Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie for suggesting he remembered when Obama was born nearly a half century ago.

“I’ll bet he didn’t even know the parents 50 years ago,” Trump said. “I think it’s absolutely insane. What he’s doing is taking a bullet for the party by making a statement that, ‘I remember.'”

Trump also wondered why no doctors or nurses have come forward to announce their presence at Obama’s birth.

“Here’s the president of the United States, and no doctor, no nurse, nobody’s come forward saying, ‘I delivered that beautiful baby.'””

The following are facts:

  • The governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, has found no record of a birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii.
  • Tim Adams, a elections clerk in Hawaii in 2008, has signed an affidavit stating that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.
  • Obama, for well over 2 years, has employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

Since Supreme Court Justice John Roberts has failed in his duty to uphold and defend the US Constitution by failing to interpret and clarify the natural born citizen clause and more seriously, swearing in Obama, who was clearly not eligibible to be president, he should be impeached. Andy Polk of Sue Myrick’s office stated “he would have violated his duty to uphold the Constitution. ” He did!

We have come to  expect anti American unconstitutional positions from the Democrats. The following actions and attitudes from Republicans are unacceptable.

When asked about challenging Obama’s eligibility during the certification of Electoral College votes in 2009.

The day of the reading of the US Constitution in the House of Representatives, Speaker Boehner allowed “citizen” to be used interchangeably with “natural born citizen.”

Speaker of the House John Boehner was interviewed by Brian Williams last friday after the reading of the US Constitution in the House Chambers and the shout of “Except Obama, except Obama” when the Natural Born Citizen clause was read. Williams continues the Orwellian tradition of the mainstream media of obfuscating the Obama eligibility issues by using citizen instead of Natural Born Citizen. Boehner, as Speaker of the House, should know better and should have corrected Williams. Otherwise, we have just another Pelosi look alike.

The response from Congressman Paul Broun’s office appears to be a form letter, standard response. We need to contact Paul Broun and educate him. Once again, when you are discussing Obama’s eligibility issues with congressmen or those around you, keep it simple. While I agree that Obama is not a natural born citizen due to his father being British/Kenyan, it is subject to debate. Ask the non debatable question first.

Next mention that the Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, could find no birth certificate for Obama.

Then inform them that Tim Adams, who worked in a Hawaii elections office in 2008, has signed an affidavit stating that there was no birth certificate in Hawaii for Obama in 2008.

If they mention the COLB, inform them it is a document that refers to another document and is not proof of birth in Hawaii.

Keep it simple and non debatable.

“If Obama is a usurper, will we ever see justice served and adequate punishment carried out?
The Obama “Presidency” is nonexistent. The media refers to Barack Obama as “President Obama.”  I have said it many times in the past and will reiterate it now:

Barack Obama has never been the President of the United States of America.  Under the U.S. Constitution, one has to be a “natural born Citizen,” which means born in the U.S., of parents, both of whom are American Citizens, in order to become President of the United States.

Given the facts and circumstances of Barack Obama’s birth, Obama had only one American citizen parent. Obama’s father, Barack Obama, Sr., was a British citizen. There is some talk that Obama may actually be the son of Malcolm X. Who really knows who Barack Obama is and if that is his real name?  His entire past has been purposely obfuscated.

Obama just fired his “transparency Czar.” I suppose that he will be looking for an “Obfuscation czar.” After all, Obama paid his lawyers to help him “evade” the constitutional “natural born Citizen” requirement. Indeed, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas laughingly told the U.S. Congress that the Supreme Court was also “evading that issue.” John Paul Jones, American Revolutionary Naval Hero, once referred to England as a “country of illegitimate corruption.” Has the United States arrived at that same juncture?

Obama is a criminal, a radical Islamist supremacist. Two hundred and thirty four years after declaring independence from Britain, a British-born citizen rules the U.S. This is the second Brit to do so. The other was Chester A. Arthur. Arthur had his staff salute the British flag. Obama waved the Red Chinese flag over the South Lawn of the White House in 2009.

Obama has a very dark side.  He is a quisling, a traitor to the United States of America. I am of the opinion that he should be arrested and tried and if convicted, executed by firing squad (See 18 USC, Part 1, Chapter 115, Sec. 2381).”

“The adage “O, what a tangled web we weave when we first practice to deceive” is appropos here. Obama, Bill and Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi and many others in the same cabal have failed to take said adage seriously. This writer is a co-charging party in an International Criminal Court investigation of the Kenyan Election violence. I have submitted numerous documents to the ICC regarding Obama’s activities.

Obama’s name will go down in infamy in the history books. The names “Benedict Arnold” and “Barack Obama” are synonymous.  The terms “traitor” and “quisling” will have, as an addition, the term “obama.” “You are an ‘Obama’” will be heard to describe one who has betrayed his duty to America.”

Fox News protects Obama, Fox will not cover birth certificate or Obama eligibility issues, Obama not natural born citizen

Affidavit: “A written statement of facts voluntarily made by an affiant under an oath or affirmation administered by a person authorized to do so by law.”

Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck and others have done their best to avoid covering Obama’s eligibility issues and when they have covered anything to do with it they have done so in a biased, protect Obama manner. There have been several significant news items about Obama’s eligibility recently.

Last year, Tim Adams, a Hawaii Elections Clerk in 2008, came out with the following statements.

On January 20, 2011, Tim Adams signed an affidavit attesting to the fact that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.

“1. I was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.

2. My position at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division was Senior Elections Clerk.

3. My responsibilities were to oversee the activities of the Absentee Ballot Office.

4. During the course of my employment, I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.

5. Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.

6. Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama, Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug.4 ,1961.

7. During the course of my employment, I came to understand that for political reasons, various officials in the govemment of Hawaii, including then-Governor Linda Lingle and various officials of the Hawaii Department of Health, including Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, were making representations that Senator Obama was born in Hawaii, even though no govemment official in Hawaii could find a long-form birth certificate for Senator Obama that had been issued by a Hawaii hospital at the time of his birth.

8. During the course of my employment, I was told by senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division to stop inquiring about Senator Obama’s Hawaii birth records, even though it was common knowledge among my fellow employees that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama.”

I could find no reference to the Tim Adams affidavit on Fox News or TheBlaze.com. Instead this article was presented, in what appears to be another unfair and unbalanced attempt by Fox to discredit challengers of Obama’s eligibility.

“A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.

Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.

Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:

“Yesterday, talking to Neil’s office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ….. there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii.  Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii.”

But that’s no longer Evans’ story.

“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”

Last week’s radio interview was part of Evans’ syndicated five-minute feature, “On the Road with Mike Evans,” which is broadcast on 34 stations across the country each morning.

On the morning of Jan. 20, Evans says he accidentally told one of those radio stations — KQRS — that he’d spoken directly with Gov. Abercrombie about the Obama birth certificate.”

  • A CYA move to protect their “reputation” since they helped him get in office?
  • To not be the “bad guy”?

No Obama birth certificate, Obama must be arrested and removed immediately, Impeachment not necessary or applicable

The is no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii. Obama is a usurper and is not eligible for the office of president. Impeachment is not necessary or applicable. Obama must immediately resign or immediately be arrested and removed from the White House.

The Governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie has stated that there is no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii.

Tim Adams, a clerk in the Hawaii elections office in 2008 has signed an affidavit stating that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii then.

I have no verification that the information in the following article is correct. However, it seems plausible.

  • By the most accepted definition of Natural Born Citizen, Obama is not eligible.

  • With the trials of Blagojevich and William Cellini on the horizon and the delayed sentencing of Tony Rezko, will the truth emerge about Obama’s involvement in the rigging of the IL Planning Board and other Chicago corruption surface in court?

Obama was Chairman of the Illinois Senate Health & Human Services Committee in 2003.

When Hawaii Governor Neil Abercrombie stated a few weeks ago that he intended to research and locate Obama’s birth certificate, it was clear what his motivation was. To provide another Orwellian platform for lies and misinformation. The Hawaii law regarding the release of a birth certificate is also clear and Abercrombie knew it.

Let’s examine the first piece of Orwellian spin by Abercrombie (with the help of the LA Times).

My response:

People in Kenya knew Obama’s parents, so he must have been born there, applying that logic.

Second.

“Maybe I’m the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye right now and tell you, ‘I was here when that baby was born.’ “

My Response:

I was here when that baby was born. Does that mean Obama was born in NC?

Duh!

Third.

“That June, the Obama campaign released a certificate of live birth, an official document from the Hawaii Health Department certifying the facts of a person’s birth, as proof of his birthplace.”

My response:

First of all, the COLB posted on the internet is a certification not certificate. The one posted on the internet was never validated as having been issued by the state of Hawaii. And even if it had been, a HI COLB does not prove birth in Hawaii. It is as Lou Dobbs stated, a document that refers to another document.

Fourth.

“Investigations by two prominent fact-checking organizations, PolitiFact and FactCheck.org, concluded that the certificate was authentic.”

My response:

Would you trust securing the office of the presidency and upholding the US Constitution to these two FactCheck.org employees?

Fifth.

Once again, we have more proof that a birth occurred, but not where.

My response: If Obama is not eligible, he is not president. What does Abercrombie being in Hawaii and being friends with Obama’s parents have to do with proof Obama was born there? And who is accusing Obama’s parents of anything? Not wanting evidence of Obama’s US birth? That is all we have been trying to get for over 2 years. And once again, it is not Obama’s US Citizenship that is in question, it is his natural born citizen status.”

To make matters worse, Megyn Kelly on Fox News joined in the Orwellian cacophany of caustic comments in this disgusting unfair and unbalanced interview.

“I held off of letting Megyn Kelly have it until yesterday even though she had made some stupid, uninformed comments about the Obama eligibility issues. She was undoubtedly influenced by the pontificating, bloviator Bill O’Reilly. She crossed the line a few days ago when she interviewed two biased and uninformed panelists regarding the Governor Neil Abercrombie remarks about Obama’s birth and birth certificate.

First of all, Fox News touts being “fair and balanced.” This show was one of the most unfair and unbalanced that I have viewed. It almost gave MSNBC credibility. The guests were:

Dan Gerstein, president of Gotham Ghostwriters, a Democrat Strategist and clearly a Orwellian spin meister for Obama.

Rich Lowry, editor of the National review. All he did was regurgitate the standard lines from the left.

Not only did Megyn Kelly not ask probing journalistic questions such as:

 Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?

Isn’t Obama ineligible due to not being a natural born citizen? His father was Kenyan/British. The founding fathers had to be grandfathered in to be eligible. Senate resolution 511 stated that McCain had 2 US Citizen parents.

The Certification of Live birth, COLB, placed on the internet. Do we have proof it was issued by the state of Hawaii? Isn’t the COLB, as Lou Dobbs stated, just a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper? Is it possible to get a COLB and not be born in Hawaii?

There are obviously more questions that could be asked. Not only did Megyn Kelly not ask real questions, she joined in the “feeding frenzy” and lent credence to comments made by her biased panelists. This was one of the more disgusting displays I have ever witnessed on TV!”

So now Abercrombie can’t access the mythical birth certificate of Obama. We knew that over 2 years ago.

“A privacy law that shields birth certificates has prompted Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie to abandon efforts to dispel claims that President Barack Obama was born outside Hawaii, his office says.

State Attorney General David Louie told the governor that privacy laws bar him from disclosing an individual’s birth documentation without the person’s consent, Abercrombie spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said Friday.

“There is nothing more that Gov. Abercrombie can do within the law to produce a document,” said Dela Cruz. “Unfortunately, there are conspirators who will continue to question the citizenship of our president.”

Abercrombie, who was a friend of Obama’s parents and knew him as a child, launched an investigation last month into whether he can release more information about the president’s Aug. 4, 1961 birth. The governor said at the time he was bothered by people who questioned Obama’s birthplace for political reasons.

But Abercrombie’s attempt reached a dead end when Louie told him the law restricted his options.

Hawaii’s privacy laws have long barred the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who doesn’t have a tangible interest.”

Abercrombie finished what he set out to do. To insult, with the aid of the mainstream media, including Fox News, anyone questioning Obama’s eligibility. To state the obvious one more time, Obama, at any time, by law, could release a legitimate birth certificate, if he has one.
