Indeed, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas laughingly told the U.S. Congress that the Supreme Court was also “evading that issue.” John Paul Jones, American Revolutionary Naval Hero, once referred to England as a “country of illegitimate corruption.” Has the United States arrived at that same juncture?

Two hundred and thirty four years after declaring independence from Britain, a British-born citizen rules the U.S. This is the second Brit to do so. The other was Chester A. Arthur. (AP) HONOLULU – Interim Hawaii Health Director Dr. Neal Palafox abruptly quit Wednesday, the first of new Gov. Neil Abercrombie’s Cabinet appointees to leave.
The reason for Palafox’s resignation was a mystery, and he wouldn’t say whether he was asked to resign.
Abercrombie’s office said Palafox asked the Democratic governor to withdraw his nomination.
“Gov. Abercrombie accepted Dr. Palafox’s request and will make a new appointment for the Health Director as soon as possible,” spokeswoman Donalyn Dela Cruz said in a statement.
The Attorney General’s office wouldn’t comment on whether it’s investigating Palafox, said Joshua Wisch, special assistant to the attorney general.
Palafox, 58, said he was surprised when he heard TV news reports citing anonymous sources claiming he was under investigation for medical billing fraud.
“I get handed these e-mails about investigations and so forth, but I have no clue. I’m lost,” Palafox said.

True, these are the tools to remove Barry. (This statement is referring to Dr. Kates’s srticle on how to remove Obama by the remedies provided in the Constitution) Now who or how are we going to get those with the power to order the investigations to do so. I don’t trust ISSA as far as I can throw him.
What program can we launch to get this moving? My first suggestion is reprinting this and other articles in an under ground news letter and SPREAD THE WORD.
My second suggestion –and it seems that is all we have been doing last year–is continue writing, calling, faxing and protesting in all legal means to the elected officials. Go to the town hall meetings, send letters to the editors–even if they don’t publish them–and keep on pushing.
My third suggestion is to coordinate with Pastor Manning, WND,, All the attorneys who have brought eligibility cases,, Citizenwells. Pamela Geller and many others to plan a caravan bus tour across America bring the facts. Plan it to last until Congress or whom take action. We must force this issue to the front.
The lame excuse this would cause a race riot is just that. Guilty white people don’t know blacks very well. Let me say confronting this issue is as important to most American Blacks as it is to every one. The average Black American is still first an American who loves and cares about America as much as every other citizen. The idea this would cause race riots is false propaganda spread by the Progressives.

On Monday, Corsi reported how, “Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.
In a radio interview with KQRS-FM, reporter Mike Evans explained how he had been a close friend of Abercrombie’s for decades since he first met him when Abercrombie was a taxi driver in Honolulu. Evans said that the Governor would often talk about how he was a friend of Barack Obama’s Kenyan father and how he remembered Barack Obama as a little kid in Hawaii whom he referred to as “Barry”.”

I need to address the last point first, because people are spreading a wild rumour because they are not checking facts.
How many people who have spread the rumour about a “slush fund” actually know the real name of the Vatican Bank? I ask that question because the Vatican Bank is not an ordinary bank where politicians can secrete funds. I will add no more on the subject but I can assure you that those who have spread the story do look foolish.
Now to address the subject matter of the website. The writer was talking about George Herbert Bush, an elderly man who really does not have the influence that so many attribute to him.
Someone posted an article about Falcone. People should read that article because it disabuses the whole notion that anyone cheated Falcone, especially Romney and George Herbert Bush. Falcone was a property developer who got carried away, spent huge sums of money on property and went belly up during the GFC, he refuses to pay for his son as requested by the court.
Therefore, my suggestion is that the site contains a lot of extremely unreliable information by someone who fears that Romney might become the Republican candidate in 2012, and also by someone who has Bush Derangement Syndrome. It is a most untrustworthy site.

Amy the slush fund story is not true.
If you check out the details you will find that yes there was a transfer of funds from what is known as “The Vatican Bank” and yes that triggered something that required investigation as to whether or not money laundering was involved. That part of the story is true.
However, the rest is untrue. What I suggest is that you check the real name of the Vatican Bank. Only priests can make deposits to this “bank”, and the truth is that it is there for the distribution of charitable funds…..look up Wikpedia which I do not think is all that reliable but they do have some correct information.
Politicians cannot put slush funds into the “Vatican Bank” because the Vatican Bank does not have those kinds of deposits.
If people were talking about secret Swiss Bank accounts that would be a different story.
I see this particular rumour as a lot of mischief making by anti-Catholic individuals intent upon slurring a whole lot of individuals with something that is not proved.

You are almost correct. There are two parts to what is going on in Egypt. The man who is now under house arrest is associated with Iran and Muslim Brotherhood. However, many of the those who have been protesting are not Islamists. It is a very hard one to call… some of these people are being manipulated and may not even be aware of that manipulation but they are fed up with the regime and they are fed up with being poor.

Cabby the last time I was involved with a flood was March 1978, when I had a one month old son. On that occasion we were in NSW in the Richmond-Windsor district. We lived in a house that was on high ground and we were unaffected.
I live nowhere near the regions that have been flooded. The closest spot that had floods in December was Queanbeyan at when that happened we were on the high seas ROFL… (and the storm on the last night… caused the ship to be late in reaching port in Sydney).
That being said, I have a niece who lives in Rockhampton which was one of the places that was flooded more than once. She is also fine and her house is on high ground.
Those floods in Brisbane could have been avoided if the authority had released greater amounts of dam water in the previous week. This is the kind of thing that happened in 1978 when the Warragamba dam released water and then the Hawkesbury-Neapan river system flooded.
The other aspect of this is that the dimwits in the Qld govt as well as dimwits in other govt areas involved believed the Globull Warming Alarmists who claimed that the rain in Qld would dry up and there would not be any more flooding… so they built on the flood plains. Brisbane is situated on flood plains and the authorities allowed building on those flood plains….
Where I am living at present I am on very high ground. There is virtually no chance of being affected by floods.

The current President traveled to Pakistan via Indonesia during a period of difficulty for those openly American on an unknown passport. The current President has never officially renounced or abjured any foreign allegiances that he was born or naturalized.

And the majority of our oil supplies will be cut off, along with additional theft of U.S. currency by our Muslim “friendlies” out there. After all they run the show around here.

3. Today: Anthony Martin of the Examiner.com not only reiterates what “Ulsterman” recently reported, but also brought up a claim from the Northeast Intelligence Network from August 4, 2009 regarding an alleged direct media blackout:

* From multiple interviews conducted within the last eight months, we have obtained information from other sources, independent of the above, who have also been instructed to avoid any discussion of the birth certificate issue at all costs, to wit:
* The account of an administrative assistant employed in New York City by a cable network news station who provided significant, detailed information of a 2008 meeting between the top network executive and four-(4) well-known news anchors. This source confirmed that she drafted the memo to the various hosts to arrange notify them of the date, time and location of this high-level meeting at the request of the network’s top executive.
* Present at this meeting, she verified that the network official issued “warnings” to the personalities “to avoid any on-air discussion of the birth place, eligibility, and news accounts of litigation compelling [Barack Hussein] Obama to produce a legitimate copy of his birth certificate.” She stated that the network executive had her arrange the conference immediately following a meeting “between [the network executive] and an attorney closely associated with candidate Obama who was acting on his behalf.”
If as some in the opposition have claimed (previously on this site and on others) that various individuals are merely making up these stories, what makes more sense — that Mr. Obama really does have something to hide, or that there really are a bunch of “crazy” individuals who are making up so many stories that they’re inspiring the aforementioned Hawaiian House to consider opening up their own Vital Records department as well as persuading a significant number (by Electoral College standards) of States to legislate on the issue?
Again, questions are only dangerous to those who have something to hide.

Paxson and everyone……………… In my own way I have been putting forth my own effort as I see it to contact as many VFW members as I can in an attempt to put before them what they REALLY are facing just down the road. Some agree, and some disagree. I am really surprised as to how many of these people simply don’t seem to even give a damn, what is going on so long as it doesn’t effect the continuity of their particular life styles. I can’t believe that so many of them who carried a nearly 10 lb rifle across Europe no longer care about fighting of ANY kind. It seems to imply that they don’t even care what happens to the country. I have contacted State Commanders,and regional Commanders of VFW, Many are reluctant to even discuss the issue. I am having a lot of problems trying to comprehend such disregard on their part. I havn’t given up but boy it is starting to get HAIRY. It is almost as though many Americans no longer care very much about anything even their own well being. As long as they have a 1000 HP sports car, and a huge motor home parked in the driveway of their 20,000 sq.foot homes. They think that this is UPOPIA, and NOBODY CAN TAKE their little fantasy land away from them. Until somebody can show them exactly what danger they are in it is unlikely that these people will ever lift a finger to even try to help themselves. Sadly these people then try to blame everyone else for their own putrid behavior, and subsequent dilemmas which they created resultant of their own ignorance, and negligence. They have a NON REPROGRAMABLE, ONE TRACK mind, which they take to the grave with them. Seeing this characteristic in these people is very discouraging, and what their motivation is seems to be OBSCURE. They often refuse to even discuss it!
