Right after the November 3, 2020 election, Fox News gave Arizona to Joe Biden.
It was far too early.
When Citizen Wells reported this there were only 69% of the registered voters ballots counted.

I began questioning that in 2008.

In 2008 after meeting with Saudis, Fox News met with the Obama Campaign and struck some kind of deal.
Glenn Beck left Fox and stated “I am leaving with my soul.”
Using commenters Chris Wallace who is highly biased and Donna Brazile who committed election fraud in 2016 when she gave Hillary Clinton debate questions.
Fox News calling Arizona prematurely and announcing in lock step with the rest of the criminal fake news media that Joe Biden id the President Elect.

Yesterday, November 7, 2020, Fox News and the rest of the criminal fake news media announced prematurely, with authority, with no facts to back their decisions up, and with the apparent motive of discrediting President Trump, that Joe Biden was President Elect.
This was one of the most irresponsible acts I have witnessed in my life.
This cannot end well.
And when it does, these fake news sites should be sued out of business.
No election results have been certified!
Votes are still being counted.
Georgia is conducting a recount.
Arizona, called irresponsibly by Fox News, early in the process, is still too close to call.
A barrage of lawsuits will be filed starting tomorrow.
A combination of legal battles, recounts, audits and witness testimony will likely occur at least over several months.
No matter who wins, Joe Biden will not be certified as the President Elect anytime soon.
Worst case, this will not be settled and the House will determine the winner.
No matter who wins, there will be certain deaths and destruction.
If Trump prevails, there will be chaos such that we have not seen since the Civil War.
I hope I am wrong.
However, I cannot imagine a good outcome of the monster the fake news media has unleashed.

I Citizen Wells, on behalf of the American public, charge CBS, AP, et al with the reckless act of prematurely projecting Joe Biden as president.
This flies in the face of facts and decent responsible behavior.
Knowing full well what the consequences of their past consistent fake news has had upon the public, including, but not limited to rioting and violence across the nation.
If Joe Biden loses or the results are delayed long enough, protests and violence are a foregone conclusion given the history of the impact of fake news.
CBS, AP, et al ignored and/or did not care about the following important facts:
As of this morning, 20,000 votes separated Joe Biden and President Trump in Arizona. As of approx. 9:15 this AM there were over 100k ballots not counted. The post election counts have been favoring Trump.
Georgia, which is still very close, is conducting a recount. Georgia also encountered a computer glitch.
Fraud charges have been filed in Nevada.
Michigan had documented glitches in their computer processing. There should be a recount.
A mere 20k votes separates Biden and Trump in Wisconsin. There should be a recount.
Extensive election improprieties in the election process including but not limited to poll watcher denial in PA. Justice Alito has ordered the separation of post Nov 3 ballots setting the stage for a possible ruling and disallowal.
Those are just the most glaring examples.
There have been computer and software issues in multiple states and half or more of the country uses the same computer software as Michigan.

I listened to the following Rudy Giuliani video several days ago and was shocked by what he could reveal.
What he alluded to, restricted by the law and his attorney knowledge, was frightening.
