“Maricopa County Treasurer Flora Resigns In “Disgust” With Board Of Supervisors

Outgoing Maricopa County Treasurer Royce Flora announced on Wednesday his resignation from his post on December 31, citing “disgust” with the Board of Supervisors. In his resignation, Flora also announced his intention to assist with the recall of Supervisors Clint Hickman, Bill Gates, Jack Sellers, and Steve Gallardo.

“It has also come to my attention that the incoming Treasurer cannot be legally sworn in until January 11, 2021 and therefore according to the Arizona Constitution, my term would extend until that time,” wrote Flora. “This is unacceptable to me for several reasons. First, the liability bond protecting me expires December 31st, 2020 and I would become personably liable for any loss. Second, the political environment at the County has become so toxic I have no desire to endure further abuse. Finally, I intend to participate in the recall of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors which puts me in direct conflict with County government. For these and other reasons, I resign my office of Maricopa County Treasurer effective on the statutorily prescribed date of midnight, December 31st, 2020.”

The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have fought charges of a “rigged election” this year by blocking access to election data. Those allegations have resulted in a demand for a full audit of the Maricopa County General Election results.

Also, Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Eddie Farnsworth issued legislative subpoenas for county records, documents, and software related to the 2020 General Election. Farnsworth and Fann want the county’s voter registration records, ballots, and all equipment used during the election, including tabulator machines, computers, and memory cards as earlier reported by the ADI.”

“One investigation involved how Fulton County handled the reported water leak at State Farm Arena on Election Day. The second investigation involves how the county handled election monitors and observers at the arena.

Sterling said both elections concerned “managerial sloppiness which opens the door to potential problems,” pointing to the possibility that votes could have been scanned and processed with no monitors in the room.

“There may be a time period where not everything was looked at at the same time,” he said, noting that the investigation was to make sure that there was an observer at every point during the count.”

“As of Tuesday, the Secretary of State’s Office said 4.7 million out of 5 million votes cast had been hand-counted in the audit with most of Georgia’s counties reporting minor or no discrepancies.”

How do you explain having 2 batches in Fulton County with over 238,000 ballots needing adjudication? 95 % of the total.
Why are you sitting there doing nothing with the efforts the Arizona Legislature has expended?

ADJUDICATED BALLOTS

The following adjudication rates were revealed by GA election official Richard Barron.

“93.69 PERCENT ADJUDICATION LEVEL

During the Georgia Senate election hearing on December 30, 2020, it was revealed 106,000 out of 113,130 ballots had to be adjudicated. 93.69 percent. This happened on election night.”

“96.45 PERCENT ADJUDICATION LEVEL

Now we learn that on November 5, 2020, 132,272 out of 137,134 ballots scanned had to be adjudicated.

That is 96.45 %!!!

Furthermore:

In one county.

In 2 batches.

A total of 238,272!

CONCLUSIONS

Virtually impossible these were all normal voter mistakes.

Were the ballots misprinted? An honest mistake.
Were the ballots misprinted to force adjudication?
Were new ballots created in the process?
If the old ballots were retained, how were they processed in a recount.
Supposedly 132,272 ballots were adjudicated the night before the morning of November 5.

GA election official Richard Barron stated the following on election night:

“THE ONLY BALLOTS THAT ARE ADJUDICATED ARE IF WE HAVE A BALLOT IN WHICH THERE IS SOME QUESTION AS TO HOW THE COMPUTER READS IT. SO THE VOTE REVIEW PANEL THEN DETERMINES VOTER INTENT.”

“Exclusive: The TCF Center Election Fraud – Newly Discovered Video Shows Late Night Deliveries of Tens of Thousands of Illegal Ballots to Michigan Arena”

“At least three election observers testified in sworn affidavits that they witnessed vehicles delivering fraudulent ballots to the TCF Center early in the morning on November 4th.

Michigander Shane Trejo witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop that gave Joe Biden an outstanding lift. “There were thousands of ballots in each box,” Trejo says. “There were at least 50 boxes that I saw unloaded at 3:30 am, well after the 8:00 pm deadline for ballots to show up.”

The 3:30 am was the first ballot delivery since 10:30 pm when 138,000 ballots showed up suddenly. Shane later testified that he noticed that the city of Detroit Clerk’s Office and its emblem were written on the white van that showed up with the ballots. City Clerk Janice Winfrey‘s name was on the van and a number presumably for Janet Winfrey’s office. Trejo says the ballots could not be processed when they arrived, so by the time they were counted, a new shift of poll workers had come in for the day.

After these ballot drops Joe Biden took the lead in Michigan.

Shane Trejo explained how the timing was important. The Biden Ballot Drop took place at the end of one shift. The ballots were left uncounted. So when the new shift came to count ballots they didn’t know where the ballots had come from.

Trejo repeatedly asked about this truck to site supervisors and was STONEWALLED.

Former Michigan State Senator Pat Colbeck was also present at the TCF Center on the morning of November 4th. Senator Colbeck also witnessed the 3:30 am Biden Ballot Drop. Colbeck spoke with The Gateway Pundit back in November, “I went back there and I witnessed a mini-panel truck if you will with a Detroit Election Bureau regalia all over the side and a vehicle ID number on it… And inside of it, and this gets into some chain of custody discussions, there was no indication that there was a Republican and a Democrat (present) during transfer. We don’t know if they stopped by a sidestreet in Coney Island and picked up a few more ballots during transfer. We have no way of verifying any of that information.””

“Michigan judge extends deadline for records in Antrim County election lawsuit

A Michigan 13th Circuit Court chief judge has extended a deadline for the secretary of state to turn over records in a lawsuit filed by an Antrim County voter.

Judge Kevin Elsenheimer’s written order was filed on Friday, Jan. 29, with a Feb. 2 deadline for the records to be turned over. The judge has since issued an extension allowing Democratic Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson until Feb. 8 to submit the documents.

The Antrim County lawsuit is scheduled for a settlement conference on May 11 and, if necessary, a non-jury trial two-day bench trial is scheduled to begin June 8.

The judge approved a motion for discovery, ordering the secretary of state to produce information requested from Portage-based Constitutional Attorney Matthew DePerno, who is representing plaintiff William Bailey in Bailey versus Antrim County.

Attorney Haider Kazim, who is representing Antrim County, said depositions aren’t likely to be taken for months.”

“Michigan election officials were ordered to turn over records related to the 2020 election cycle, including any communications with Facebook, Amazon, Google and Apple.

The Antrim County Circuit judge also ordered Benson and her Bureau of Elections to turn over election-related communications between the offices and Antrim Township, Antrim County, state and federal legislators, as well as Dominion Voting Systems and Election Source, companies that supply voting machines and software used in Antrim County and much of Michigan.

Bailey, an Antrim County voter, brought the case after the November presidential elections when election officials said human error caused the county to flip from Republican to Democrat.

A forensic audit report of voting machines and software concluded the system was designed to lead to election fraud and argued the results in the county shouldn’t have been certified.

Benson’s office intervened in the case last month to stop the release of a 23-page forensic report on voting machines in the county prepared by Allied Security Operations Group, Inc., a Texas-based cyber security firm. It has since taken the lead in the defense.”

Georgia and Arizona have much in common when it comes to election irregularities, illegalities, cover ups and fraud.

They both had Trump haters overseeing their elections.

At least the Arizona Legislature is trying to find the truth and perform a legitimate audit.

From the evidence so far, Georgia has more instances of illegalities, irregularities, cover ups and fraud.

How do you explain having 2 batches in Fulton County with over 238,000 ballots needing adjudication? 95 % of the total.
Why are you sitting there doing nothing with the efforts the Arizona Legislature has expended?

Adjudicated ballots

The following adjudication rates were revealed by GA election official Richard Barron.

“93.69 PERCENT ADJUDICATION LEVEL

During the Georgia Senate election hearing on December 30, 2020, it was revealed 106,000 out of 113,130 ballots had to be adjudicated. 93.69 percent. This happened on election night.”

“96.45 PERCENT ADJUDICATION LEVEL

Now we learn that on November 5, 2020, 132,272 out of 137,134 ballots scanned had to be adjudicated.

That is 96.45 %!!!

Furthermore:

In one county.

In 2 batches.

A total of 238,272!

CONCLUSIONS

Virtually impossible these were all normal voter mistakes.

Were the ballots misprinted? An honest mistake.
Were the ballots misprinted to force adjudication?
Were new ballots created in the process?
If the old ballots were retained, how were they processed in a recount.
Supposedly 132,272 ballots were adjudicated the night before the morning of November 5.

GA election official Richard Barron stated the following on election night:

“THE ONLY BALLOTS THAT ARE ADJUDICATED ARE IF WE HAVE A BALLOT IN WHICH THERE IS SOME QUESTION AS TO HOW THE COMPUTER READS IT. SO THE VOTE REVIEW PANEL THEN DETERMINES VOTER INTENT.”

Georgia Legislature why no audit?

From the Georgia Senate report of December 17, 2020:

“V. FINDINGS
1- The November 3, 2020 election was chaotic and the results cannot be trusted.
2- The Secretary of State and the State Elections Board failed to enforce the law as written in the Georgia Code, and furthermore, created policies that contravened State law. As Senator Matt Brass concluded at the December 3 hearing, “We have heard evidence that State law was not followed, time after time after time.”
3- The Secretary of State failed to have a transparent process for the verification of signatures for absentee ballots, for the counting of votes during the subsequent recount and audit, and for providing the type of guidance and enforcement necessary to ensure that monitors and other observers had meaningful access to the process.
4- The Secretary of State instituted an unconstitutional gag order so that monitors were told not to use photography or video recording devices during the recount.
5- Election officials at all levels failed to secure test ballots and actual ballots. Many reports indicate that proper procedures were not followed, and there was systematic failure to maintain appropriate records of the chain of custody for these ballots, both prior to and after voting and throughout the recount.
6- The Secretary of State and Election Supervisors failed to stop hostile behavior of workers toward citizen volunteer monitors during the recount process.
7- The events at the State Farm Arena are particularly disturbing because they
demonstrated intent on the part of election workers to exclude the public from viewing the counting of ballots, an intentional disregard for the law. The number of votes that could have been counted in that length of time was sufficient to change the results of the presidential election and the senatorial contests. Furthermore, there appears to be coordinated illegal activities by election workers themselves who purposely placed fraudulent ballots into the final election totals.
8- Grants from private sources provided financial incentives to county officials and exerted influence over the election process.
9- The oral testimonies of witnesses on December 3, 2020, and subsequently, the written testimonies submitted by many others, provide ample evidence that the 2020 Georgia General Election was so compromised by systemic irregularities and voter fraud that it should not be certified.”

The defendant was arrested today in Utah.

The Complaint alleges that during the events at the U.S. Capitol, Sullivan, wearing a ballistics vest and gas mask, entered the U.S. Capitol through a window that had been broken out, pushing past U.S. Capitol Police once inside. The Complaint also alleges that Sullivan admits to filming and being depicted in video footage that shows him present, outside of the Speaker’s Lobby within the U.S. Capitol, at the shooting of a woman by a U.S. Capitol Police officer.”

Capitol, as seen in the screenshot below. Once inside the office, SULLIVAN
approaches a window, also seen in the screenshot below, and states, “We did this
shit. We took this shit.””

“SULLIVAN pans to a closed door and
can be heard saying, “Why don’t we go in there.” After someone hits against the
door, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, “That’s what I’m sayin’, break that shit.”
Further down the hall, SULLIVAN can be heard saying, “It would be fire if someone had revolutionary music and shit.””

Concluding Remarks
Based on this third and final volume of The Navarro Report, and as Figure Eight demonstrates, it should be clear that there are far more questions raised about the potential illegality of the 2020 presidential election than have been answered. Clearly, the case, evidence, and statistical receipts presented in this report provide a strong case that the 2020 election may well have been stolen not
just from President Trump but also from the 74 million Americans who went to the ballot box in good faith in support of President Trump.

In light of this evidence, it is impossible for anyone to claim that President Trump was in any way wrong in stoutly raising the question of election fraud and irregularities in the weeks following the November 3 election and in calling for his supporters to PEACEFULLY protest. Indeed, for the president not to rise to defend the integrity of the ballot box would have been a betrayal of the 74
million Americans who voted for the president thinking they were participating in what may well not have been a free and fair election.

In light of this evidence, it is also irresponsible – in the extreme – for the Democrat Party and its leadership, or journalists in the mainstream media, or RINO Republicans to claim there is no evidence of election irregularities. That’s absurd on its face. As this report shows, there is an abundance of evidence – a virtual cornucopia of potentially poisonous election irregularities.

In light of this evidence, this must also be said: Those American citizens who are now questioning the potential illegality of votes cast in the 2020 election should NOT be subjected by cable news networks, social media platforms, or the print media to the kind of abhorrent behaviors that we are now observing – social and political behaviors that are far more worthy of Communist China
authoritarianism than American democracy.

From public shaming to de-platforming, doxing, and public calls to punish and shun all those who have supported the president or worked in his dministration, these types of behaviors are not the American way. Rather, this is Orwell, Kafka, and Xi Jinping all rolled up into the death of the First Amendment and the death knell of our democracy.

Based on the analysis and the granular, documented quantities of illegal votes in this report, the only thing that must happen now as we engage in a peaceful transition of power is a FULL investigation of this matter.
• The Department of Justice should immediately appoint a Special Counsel BEFORE the Biden administration begins.
• State legislators and Attorneys Generals in the battleground states, particularly Republican states, must launch similar investigations.
Absent a full investigation, we as a nation run the risk of institutionalizing a rigged electoral system in which a large segment of America will no longer have faith in. That’s why clearing the air about the 2020 presidential election is not just about Donald J. Trump but rather about something much larger and of far more import —the future of our election system, the public perception of
that system, and ultimately the future of our free and democratic Republic.”
