9/11 Memorial George W Bush speech, Amazing Grace singing during Bloomberg speech, Flight 93 Memorial Speech, September 11, 2011

“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.”…Thomas Paine

God bless and protect America. God bless those who lost loved ones on 9/11. And God bless those who gave their lives protecting their fellow Americans.

George W. Bush gave a  speech in Shanksville, Pennsylvania on 9/11 and praising the brave Americans of Flight 93.

I hope that the following occurs.

From Ironic Surrealism September 10, 2011.

“MUST GO VIRAL! Ground Zero Memorial FLASH SINGING of Amazing Grace When Bloomberg Speaks”

“PLEASE HELP US GET THIS VIRAL FAST!

All of you in attendance at Ground Zero for the 9/11/11 Memorial Service.

When Mayor Bloomberg begins to speak let “Amazing Grace” FILL THE AIR”

The Mayor can keep our Clergy out, but he can’t keep ALL those in attendance from singing.

EVEN IF YOU HUM ALONG JUST DO THIS!!!

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me….
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

T’was Grace that taught…
my heart to fear.
And Grace, my fears relieved.
How precious did that Grace appear…
the hour I first believed.

Through many dangers, toils and snares…
we have already come.
T’was Grace that brought us safe thus far…
and Grace will lead us home.

The Lord has promised good to me…
His word my hope secures.
He will my shield and portion be…
as long as life endures.

Yea, when this flesh and heart shall fail,
and mortal life shall cease,
I shall possess within the veil,
a life of joy and peace.

When we’ve been here ten thousand years…
bright shining as the sun.
We’ve no less days to sing God’s praise…
then when we’ve first begun.

“Amazing Grace, how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch like me….
I once was lost but now am found,
Was blind, but now, I see.

If you participate PLEASE have someone tape it and upload it to YouTube.

SPREAD THE WORD!”

Staff Sergeant Daryn Moran refuses orders, Obama birth certificate eligibility, Landstuhl Germany, Obama is a criminal

Staff Sergeant Daryn Moran refuses orders, Obama birth certificate eligibility, Landstuhl Germany, Obama is a criminal

“These are the times that try men’s souls. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.”…Thomas Paine

Howard Coble, members of Congress, military officers, I hope that you are paying attention.

Another patriot has stepped forward.

From the Birther Report August 14, 2011.

“Air Force Staff Sergeant Refusing Orders Until Obama’s Eligibility Dealt With”

“Here is the email from Air Force Staff Sergeant Daryn Moran,
My name is Daryn J. Moran. I am a SSgt in the USAF stationed in Germany.

I called Pastor Manning of the Manning Report just recently (Youtube video posted below) to share my concern for our country. Boils down that I have not gone in to work last Thurs. and Fri. First time I was AWOL in nearly 13 years. Until B. Obama provides a birth certificate which stands up to professional examination, not even mentioning the seriousness of the fact that his father was never an American, I no longer serve the Armed Forces or take orders.

Basically, I’d rather follow Mr. Lakin, the ex-Army officer who went to Ft. Leavenworth, into war against our real enemies.

My family is in turmoil because I cannot change my heart to support Obama, or protect his criminality. I love America and the Constitution and stand against B. Obama. He should be arrested.

I will not be going to work Monday morning at Landstuhl. They haven’t even called my house yet, but they will come for me soon.

Daryn J. Moran

P.S., I don’t want to lose my freedom, but our freedom is already gone. Tell your friends and family I’m calling for Americans to arrest Obama. I can’t see how they won’t throw me in jail for it.

SSgt. Moran’s follow-up email seeking confirmation of his email posted above,

Tomorrow I’m not reporting for work again, and it is simply because B. Obama is a criminal. I am praying and marshalling all of my strength to resist.

Yet, I told my wife I would die for this issue. The Constitution and our country are worth it.

I only hope to tell people of the Lord as this battle ensues.

We reached out to Commander Charles Kerchner for comment and his response is as follows,

Once again we have an ordinary soldier standing up on his own volition to demand that the Usurper-in-Chief be investigated to determine Obama’s true legal identity in response to the mountain of evidence that Obama has committed birth certificate fraud, SSN fraud, draft registration fraud, and real estate fraud. Obama’s true legal identity is not conclusively known. This should not be necessary. Soldier in the ranks should not have to be demanding our leaders and Congress take action to investigate Obama. This should not be a bottom up action mode but a top down action mode to protect our country and the Constitution from a usurper. The Joint Chiefs of Staff of our military should be taking action. They took a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. It is now obvious that we have a domestic enemy of the Constitution in the Oval Office. The Joint Chiefs should call Congress and arrange for a private, secret meeting with the key leaders in Congress such as Speaker Boehner and tell them that what is going on in our country with the criminal activities in the White House with the placing of a forged Obama birth certificate onto the White House servers on 27 April 2011 is of great concern to them and of great concern for the morale and integrity of our military and their living up to their oath to support and defend the Constitution, not a criminal putative president. The Joint Chiefs of Staff should be telling Congress they must convene a congressional investigation to investigate the criminal charges of identity theft and others being made against Obama. The Joint Chiefs should give Congress 7-10 days to call for a congressional investigation of Obama as a result of the private, secret meeting. And if the Congress still does not act, then the Joint Chiefs of Staff should hold a public news conference and reveal that they have made a plea to Congress to act, and that Congress is still not acting, and make a new public demand on Congress to call for a congressional investigation of Obama and to ask for the support of the American people to demand that Congress launch a full investigation.

UPDATE: SSGT Moran’s father responds about son’s decision to refuse further orders:

My name is Howard F. Moran. I am the father of SSgt Daryn J. Moran. I am a Retired MSgt and Vietnam Veteran. I have followed my son situation very closely. While his Mom and I are deeply concerned for our son and his family, we are in complete agreement with him regarding his assessment of the illegality of Mr. Obama now holding the office of President of the United States. While it is our belief that a Christian should always keep his oath/vow, We are torn about the conflict in his oath of enlistment to obey the orders of the president versus his oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. The fact that Obama is not legally the president, my son is defending the Constitution against ALL ENEMIES, both foreign and domestic. Therefore, as his parents, We are proud of his courage to stand where others should stand but lack the courage to do so. I call upon all U.S. citizens to support our son in his effort to see justice done and have Obama removed from the office of president of the United States because he is not entitled to hold the office since he does not meet the legal requirements stated in Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of our U.S. Constitution. We ask all Christians to pray for our son’s safety as he risk all to defend our Constitution. Please pray also for his wife and two children as they stand with our son in his struggle against those who are in violation of the Constitution of the United States. God Bless you Daryn, and God Bless America. We love you. Mom and Dad.”

Pastor Gerald C. Primm Memorial Day Hero Obituary, WWII Air Force Fighter pilot, Man of God

Pastor Gerald C. Primm Memorial Day Hero Obituary, WWII Air Force Fighter pilot, Man of God

“But they that wait on the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint”….Isaiah 40:31

I have read many obituaries. I always look for the ones of Word War II veterans. It is my way of thanking them for their sacrifices. Today I was presented an obituary that left me in awe and with respect for a shining example from the Greatest Generation. It is fitting that the world celebrate and give thanks for the life of Pastor Gerald C. Primm, a war hero and man of God.

From the Greensboro News and Record Obituaries, Sunday, May 29, 2011, Memorial Day Weekend.

“Gerald joined the Army Air Force during WWII to fight for his country. He became a Fighter Pilot flying the P-38 Lightning. During the war years he flew 56 combat missions (Note: only had to fly 50 but volunteered for 6 more). His exploits as a fighter pilot ranged from starting his European service in Casablanca, to starting his combat missions in Mateur, Tunisia in Northern Africa and in escorting bombers to Sardinia. After Sardinia was liberated by the Allies, he was stationed at Sardinia where he suffered from a bout of yellow jaundice. From Sardinia Gerald was stationed at Gioia del Colle on Italy proper.

He flew six combat missions out of Gioia del Colle – the most harrowing was the mission to escort bombers to bomb a ball-bearing plant in Wiener-Neustadt, Austria. When the bombers arrived at Wiener-Neustadt they had to abort their mission due to weather, but this just started the travails of Gerald as bandits (enemy) were spotted and Gerald counted about 25 of them and then another 35 were spotted for a total of 60. Outnumbered by 60 to 16, Gerald’s plane was fixed upon and a bullet knocked out his hydraulic system and one engine, thus his wing flaps were not maneuverable and his landing gear would not deploy. Gerald dismissed bailing out over Yugoslavia and decided to skim the mountain tops and glide over the Adriatic Sea. To compound Gerald’s problems a German plane was coming in for the kill and one of Gerald’s fellow pilots, Jim Advey, came to the rescue and drove the enemy fighter away. They remained life-long friends after the war. Gerald’s Wiener-Neustadt escapade ended as he spotted an airfield north of Foggia, Italy and Gerald crash landed at 130 miles an hour without the plane somersaulting down the runway.
he remaining number of his 50 missions would be flown out of Foggia airfields which included escorting bombers to bomb the infamous Ploesti oil refineries in Rumania. Other exploits included flying from England to Algiers and having to emergency land on Gibraltar because one engine had failed. But the most noteworthy assignment of the war came about after Gerald had received the promotion to captain and volunteered for more missions (6) beyond his obligatory requirement of 50. At this time he was called into the office of Lt. General Ira Eaker, Mediterranean Commander, USAAF at King Victor Emmanuel’s Palace where he was asked if he knew about the upcoming invasion of Southern France. Once Gerald said no, Eaker informed him that he had been selected to fly Lt. General Jacob Devers, Supreme Allied Commander of the Mediterranean, in a specially modified P-38 to view the invasion on August 15, 1944, called Operation Dragoon. This Gerald did as he and the General, as well as 7 other Generals flew out of Corsica to view the invasion of Southern France by the Allies.

For his exploits in WWII Gerald received the Distinguished Flying Cross awarded for “Heroism or Extraordinary Achievement” and the Air Medal with nine oak leaf clusters. In addition he received the Asian-Pacific Theatre Ribbon, Europe-Africa-Mediterranean Theater Ribbon with three battle stars and Distinguished Unit Citation.

After the war Gerald attempted to pick up his college education that had been interrupted by the war years by attending the UNC-Chapel Hill and moving to Texas to attend Baylor University. But a higher calling was in the offing for Gerald as he felt led to enter the Christian ministry as a Southern Baptist Preacher/Pastor. At about the same time he met the love of his life Ethel Brown at the First Baptist Church in Sanford where Ethel was Educational Director. Their marriage on December 28, 1948 formed a magnificent partnership in serving their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ until Ethel’s death on January 10, 2006. ”

“Gerald also took a stand for Civil Rights as evidenced by his bold and heroic actions in the 1950’s at his church in Raleigh which was located beside Shaw University, a black college. Some of the leaders of the church told Gerald that four Shaw University Students (African American) were attempting to enter the church to worship and these officials would not let them. Gerald rebuked them and told the officials to let them come in to worship. The next week Gerald, from the pulpit, resigned as pastor saying the courageous and truthful words to some members of the congregation that “their hearts were blacker than the faces of the students they barred from the place of worship”. This incident made statewide, national, and international news and brought Gerald great admiration from the African-American communities in Raleigh and threats from others. To the church’s credit they received the rebuke from their pastor and voted to rescind his resignation.
Gerald Primm was a war hero and a hero of the faith, but to the ones who loved him and knew him the most he was a loving friend, pastor, mentor, husband, brother, son and father. ”

Terry Lakin imprisonment, Letters, Support, Anxiety and Loneliness of being away from your family, Leo Haffey remembers

Terry Lakin imprisonment, Letters, Support, Anxiety and Loneliness of being away from your family, Leo Haffey remembers

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

Leo Haffey sent this to me. It is a powerful message of what LTC Terry Lakin must be going through and what we must do to help and support him. When he refers to Citizen Wells, it is WE, us, the American people.

“Reading LTC Lakin’s letter brought back bitter & sweet memories from the time of my false imprisonment by BHO Jr.’s cohorts in Nashville: The thin flexible pens (so hard to write with)–The hours spent in lockdown in tiny cells–The anxiety–The Loneliness of being away from your family, particularly during the Holidays–”feeling of helplessness” etc.
So I started reading my prison journals at

And I remembered how overjoyed it made me when my wife showed me those writings by my friends Aristotle and Citizen Wells and all the good people from the Citizen Wells Blog who cared.
So I urge everyone to write to LTC Lakin and send whatever money you can afford. Things like batteries for a radio, a dollar for a soft drink, a bag of potato chips are luxuries for a man in Jail.

LTC Lakin prison letter, December 21, 2010, Terry Lakin Action Fund, Leavenworth

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

LTC Terry Lakin first letter from prison, December 21, 2010.

“Hope all is well. Don’t know how to start a letter or what to say. I hope I made a difference in a very important matter. It cost me a lot. But I now have to believe it turned out okay. There certainly are no do-overs. The important thing is for the work to carry-on so we never have this situation again.

Today is my fourth day at Leavenworth and my first day with supplies to write and send letters and hoping for a phone call today. Another soldier and I arrived Saturday AM shortly after midnight. We are considered in ‘reception’ status until we complete about a week of briefings and assessments. But they have a holiday schedule until after New Year’s Day. Although they are making some efforts we likely will remain in ‘reception’ status until into January.

Reception status is mostly lock down in my cell. We now get two hours of ‘rec time’ in the morning and afternoon. Rec time is cell door open to a common pod area with a four-seat table, an exercise bike that does not work, a flat-screen TV that we cannot watch, and two showers. Activity is playing cards or a few board games, working out in my cell between meals, reading the rulebook, Bible, and now writing letters. Looks like the routine for the next several weeks. We have limited stamps, envelopes, and I am writing with a small, soft plastic (almost rubber pen) that is not to comfortable.

After getting more integrated in January (hopefully minimum security) we may have more privileges. There will not be much use of a computer, limited phone, news, or TV. We have to order our own health and comfort supplies from a small provided list. We are allowed one order request per month and not more than $35 per month. I’m hoping they will honor my first order on credit- we have not been able to get money into our account yet – not having any communication with Pili yet. I’m hoping to get a small radio with ear buds so I can get some news radio. Had to work hard to decide about how many batteries I could get by with vs how many rolls of toilet paper to buy.

The trial seems long ago now. What a feeling of helplessness going through the process. I likely got the best outcome I could have- but it was painful.

After the trial I overhead someone say, “Well, he’s no hero now!” Sorry, I was not in it to be a hero. Just thought I was doing the right thing. I spent enough of myself and my family’s future for now. Others are going to have to continue.

Got to go now. Moving cells quickly. Phones don’t look good today. They brought a phone in but no one knows how we can call out collect. Sigh…

Terry”

Maureen Dowd, NY Times, Poem of Dowd’s attack on LTC Terry Lakin, Obama big brother spokesman

Maureen Dowd, NY Times, Poem of Dowd’s attack on LTC Terry Lakin, Obama big brother spokesman

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

Dedicated to Maureen Dowd, in lock step with the NY Times,
poster child for “The end justifies the means” and Orwellian
Big Brother speaker for Obama.

DO stands for Defense Officer.
The rest is obvious.

Most of DO’s down in DO ville liked justice a lot,
But Maureen Dowd, who lived just north of DO ville, did not.

She wrote nasty Dowd things, she laughed with her friends,
She knew writing mean things was the means to an end.

Before Christmas she entered the courtroom just achin,
To belittle, discredit and besmirch Colonel Lakin.

It seems Colonel lakin cared too much to be heard,
Not a glimpse at certificate, not a mention or word,

When Lakin spoke of guilt and of duty and of honor,
Maureen Dowd smiled in laughter, quite befitting her genre,

Kindred DO’s in disgust observed Dowd with their irks,
As Dowd laughed at Lakin with her Dowdy Dowd smirks.

Dowd reported the outcome with her own biased clatter,
She protected Obama, what could possibly matter.

But Maureen Dowd failed in mission,  she forgot,
Most of DO’s down in DO ville like justice a lot.

Christmas 2010, Thanks be to God, Thanks to our forefathers and military, LTC Terry Lakin

Christmas 2010, Thanks be to God, Thanks to our forefathers and military, LTC Terry Lakin

On this Christmas morning, December 25, 2010, we have much to be grateful for. First and foremost, thanks be to God.

We should also be thankful for our forefathers, guided by the providence of God, who made it possible for us to continue the struggle for liberty.

“A week before Christmas ’77 Washington’s army took up winter quarters at Valley Forge on the west side of the Schuylkill. Although the General’s choice of location was sharply criticized, the site he had selected was central and easily defended. Then came a cruel race with time to get huts erected before the soldiers, barefoot and half naked, froze to death. Hundreds of horses did in fact starve to death, and for the army starvation was a mortal danger. “No meat, no meat!” was the constant wail. Improvements came about after Nathanael Greene assumed the duties of Quartermaster General on March 23rd.

Yet, despite the ever-present fear of mutiny, no real dissaffection occurred. As Hessian Major Baurmeister conceded, the army was kept from disintegrating by the “spirit of liberty.” Men and officers accepted their tragic plight with a sense of humor and extraordinary forbearance, but it was an ordeal that no army could be expected to undergo for long. Nathanael Greene wrote to General Washington, “God grant we may never be brought to such a wretched condition again.””…”The Spirit of ‘Seventy Six”

The struggle to live free under the rule of law ordained in the US Constitution did not end with our founding. It must be preserved everyday of our lives. We must stand with those like minded individuals who carry forth the spirit of 76, and the ideals of the Declaration of Independence and as Abraham Lincoln stated:

“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”

One such man is LTC Terry Lakin. He is imprisoned for doing his duty to defend the US Constitution from foreign and domestic enemies. He is, as Lincoln stated, doing his duty to  “overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” We all have that duty.

Let us be thankful for patriots like LTC Terry Lakin, stand beside them in the struggle and work hard to free LTC Lakin and restore the foundations of this country.

Congress will listen, Obama eligibility, Congress derelict in duty in 2009, Listen or we will vote you out

Congress will listen, Obama eligibility, Congress derelict in duty in 2009, Listen or we will vote you out

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

Despite numerous red flags in 2008, the US Congress in January 2009 was derelict in it’s duty, as part of the checks and balances, to question the eligibility of Barack Obama when the electoral votes were presented. Here are some of the more prominent red flags.

  • Despite the controversy about John McCain being eligible and the Senate resolution which stated that McCain had two US Citizen parents and the fact that Obama’s father was Kenyan and British, Obama was not questioned about his natural born citizen status.
  • Obama never presented a legitimate birth certificate and began using private attorneys to avoid presenting one.
  • Obama’s past was closely tied to Tony Rezko and other Chicago corruption figures. The Tony Rezko trial ended by mid 2008.
  • Numerous radical and socialist ties to Obama were public knowledge.

Congress was clearly derelict in it’s duty. Since Congress did not do it’s constitutional duty, the US Military has stepped in. Three generals have questioned Obama’s eligibility and LTC was court martialed for disobeying an illegal order to deploy. All because the US Congress failed us.

No more.

This will no longer be tolerated. A new effort is underway to get the attention of Congress and insist that they do their job. This past November election should serve as notice of our resolve. They will listen and do their job or we will vote them out!

From CDR Charles Kerchner

“LTC Terry Lakin stood up for us all in his effort to support and defend the Constitution.  The Congress has failed him when he wrote letters as a soldier to Congress people asking for a Congressional Inquiry into Obama’s exact legal identity like that same Congress investigated John McCain.  The Congress did nothing. The legal system in the USA both civilian and domestic failed him.  He has now paid the price for his courage.  As I write this he is imprisoned in Ft. Leavenworth in Kansas starting a sentence of six months.  His wife was a stay at home mom raising their three young children. As part of his punishment he has lost all pay and benefits and any future retirement opportunities. Upon release from prison he will be dismissed from the Army. We must now stand up and financially support Terry Lakin and his family in his moment of need.  Please visit this website and make a financial contribution large or small to this specialized fund dedicated to supporting Terry and his family while he is imprisoned.  I have.

I agree with and support CDR Kerchner’s efforts.

I want to take this further.

I am going to push for a reversal of this kangaroo court’s findings.

I am going to push for LTC Terry Lakin to be reinststed with rank and privileges and then to receive a promotion.

I am going to insist that Congress step up and do the job they should have done at the latest in January of 2009.
