The Congress has failed him when he wrote letters as a soldier to Congress people asking for a Congressional Inquiry into Obama’s exact legal identity like that same Congress investigated John McCain. Folks have to notice that LTC Lakin’s plight is perhaps the most underreported news in the past two years. Now the dust has settled, and it is up to us to force the Congress to react. No offense meant, but IAW with UCMJ he may have exceeded his reasonable bounds. Some have contended that he had only one ethical choice; obey or resign.
He is very brave and has the respect of many in the Service. But there is the reality he was wrong on several key premises.
The concern now should be one of contacting his leadership that has a say in sentencing, the Congress, and show support for the Lakin family.

Two events happened this week that have caused me so much stress and disappointment that it took me a while to stop crying. The first is LTC Lakin’s alleged trial in the wake of the Ghaliano (sp.?) the jihad terrorist who was acquitted of dozens of charges and found guilty of only one.
The second was the passing of the “Omnibus Bill” that was supposedly withdrawn by Reid but later passed. How the f*ck did that happen? Of course Michele Evita and Barry went to vacation in Hawaii.
I no longer have hope that justice will happen in America and a criminal in the WH will be removed. His net of protection seems to be too well organized.
It was most painful to realize that this regime is NOT THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT. It was a stealth coup de etat by ruthless one world government people who will never give up their treacherous clamp upon their finally acquired rule of America. In a population of nearly 350,000,000 2/3 of Americans do not even realize what happened, do not care and even support the idea that it is perfectly okay to live under a fascist/communist dictatorship. The 1/3 of we Americans who recognize what has happened are being persecuted in thousands of new laws recently passed and just passed in the Omnibus bill. Literally our property and lives are in serious a danger.

And in regard to authorizing the release of yours or your family’s COLB…I said you could retract ALL the information except your certificate number so that I could have an Apostille authenticate it. There’s no way any of your info would be available to me with just a certificate number.
You were willing to show me your unredacted COLBs, but not have Hawaii directly release, by certified mail, fully redacted COLBs?

Eddie H – I’m not an attoryeny but I believe clemency is the equivalent of leniency. Lakin plead guilty. Asking for clemency is asking for leniency in his punishment, which I believe is 6 months in prison. Asking for clemency is asking for this prison term to be lessened or eliminated. I suppose there are different forms of clemency. Asking for Lakin to be re-instated could be another form of clemency.

Law enforcement was stumped as to what happened. Incomprehensible as it seems, the kid stowed away in the wheel well of a commercial airliner which originated in SC. With the 895 billion unemployment benefit extension–this isn’t any better. It would have been better to let Congress gridlock and resolve the tax problem when the Congress begins in January.

misstickly, your above statement confuses me. Please clarify. You say, “The side of the paper has nothing to do with anything.” Well, when an embossed seal is applied, as I have done on occasion on corporate documents, the raised part is on the front of the document and the indented part is on the back. So if one looks at the back side it will be different than the raised part, which is legible, on the front. Frankly, I cannot see the “big story” here. If someone places the seal on the back of the document, then the raised part is on the back.
Furthermore, I don’t understand your constantly making such an issue over your dealings with Jonah. It just doesn’t make sense to me at all.
You have your findings and opinions and she has hers. Can’t you just let it be that way?

I made a UIPA request for images of the seal you say is on your family’s COLBs, and I also requested the rules and regulations pertaining to it’s use.
If that seal is authentic, I should have those records TOMORROW, as long as the HDOH does not reply with “there are no records responsive to your request.”
You see, Jonah, I HAVE followed up on my end with the HDOH. Again. And I will keep on following up with them, I assure you. You can blame me all you want for the answers they give me but I believe most rational people will know that their answers are not dependent on who is asking the questions.

The emblem and text are raised on a raised seal. IOW, if you are looking at a seal and can read the text–that is the side that should be raised. Whether the seal was applied to the front or back of Obama’s COLB, it would never change the properties of the seal itself.
For example, you could print text/type in black ink then turn the page over and hold it up to the light and look at it–but that wouldn’t make the the text ‘gray,’ just because the text might look gray when looking at it through the back of the paper. The text is black. Does that help you understand what I mean?

Also, I’ve noticed that the certified copies of birth certificate I’ve seen are all certified on the front with the information. And the ones I have seen that were issued in the last 10 years or so all seem to have a lot more security features than these COLBs from Hawaii that are floating around online. The NAPHSIS website has a lot of material on minimum security features that states should adopt when issuing certified copies. These online COLBs have no security features.
Guess who spearheads almost all of these committees that evalute and develop these national standards with NAPHSIS….Alvin Onaka.
It seems so out of character for Hawaii to issue COLBs with no security features. My son’s COLB from May 2007 (not Hawaii) has four security features built into the sheet of paper itself. It stands to reason that Hawaii would have adopted some for their 2007 certified copies.
Consider, too, that the ONLY more recent COLB that is almost guaranteed to be authentic has what appears to be at least visible TWO security features: The word ‘VOID’ is apparent after copying the COLB and it appears to have an ‘intaglio’ printed border–or at least one that looks professional.
Also, it’s certified on the front of the COLB, however, the ‘seal’ is not visible in the photocopy.

Sorry–I forgot to include my point to the above observations: I have requested ALL of the information on the security features used to issue COLBs and all of the procedural information on issuing COLBs from Hawaii, too.
That information should all trickle in from Hawaii this week.
And just to let you know, I am doing double-time on this issue. Regardless of how hurt Jonah appears, I am busting my butt on this stuff, too. And it’s pretty thankless, I assure you. No one in my home is very happy about a bit of it.
If there is some kind of cover up underway for this ‘seal’ then it totally stands to reason that there are obots that are blocking the sunlight from revealing the truth.
The HDOH did not release an image of the seal on Obama’s COLB when I requested their official seal. They didn’t. And that’s not my fault.

Obama’s “COLB” is the only piece of identification Obama has shown us. If it can be proved, just by looking at the seal, that Obama’s “Holy Grail”, “Colb” is a forgery, then it would take away the only piece of evidence Obama has to fool the people, and perpetuate the fraud.
Old Salt– It would make no difference which side they applied the seal to, the raised metal plate goes behind the side of the paper it’s applied to so that everytime, the emblem and text are pushed up–raising the paper and leaving a raised impression.
Obama’s seal and many of the ones found online were apparently made with a raised metal plate that was placed on top of the side of the paper the seal was applied to pressing the image of the emblem down into the paper causing a raised reverse impression on the other side.

I have not seen Jonah’s family’s COLBs, so I cannot even say what their seal looks like. I did, however, send two photos of Obama’s seal to the HDOH and I asked them to provide me an image of that seal, the black and white drawing used for illustrative purposes, and the rules and regulations for the use of the seal. I believe I even called it “the ‘other’ official HDOH seal.”
And I asked for images of the impressions of any other seal used by the Department of Health.
If they can release the image of their official department seal, then any other seal they use is disclosable to the public, too. Personally, I don’t expect the HDOH to have two official department seals: one mentioned in their rules and regulations and one that isn’t. It’s actually a violation of the law for them to have and use a seal without any rules or regulations made available to the public.

Oh, I so much agree with you on this. Just know, that the ‘seal’ is the secondary story I have going on with the Hawaii right now. Yes, it’s HUGE in my opinion, too. None-the-less–I have a bigger ‘somethin’ brewing.=)

No matter what, Arlen Specter admitted the text should be raised and claimed that there was raised text on the back of Obama’s COLB, there is not.
No matter what, Arlen Specter said Congress concluded Obama is a NBC because of Factcheck.org and the false claim that Obama’s COLB bears raised text and a raised seal on the back of Obama’s COLB.
So already, we have a LOT to work with. Hopefully we will have plenty more soon…

I personally think that it would be quite possible for somebody,especially an office person who has never used a NOTARY PUBLIC seal,or the handheld embosser of any other branch of government to mistakenly apply the embossed seal with the document reversed. Further it would seem that as long as the seal is present, it’s validity would not be effected If I was sitting in judgement of such a document,and I saw that the seal was applied backwards,I think that as long as I knew for certain that the seal was correct,it would not effect my judgement of the validity of the document. When I worked in law enforcement I saw hundreds of incorrectly applied NOTARY PUBLIC seals. But even if the Notary applied the seal backwards or not the document was certifiable, and completely acceptable to a court of law. or Superior Court. I do not recall any Judge EVER having made an issue out of an incorrectly applied seal in the little over a year that I was assigned to courtroom duty.
Yes, before I returned to Indiana to take over my fathers business(Lithography) I worked in law enforcement. I ventured into this directly after my discharge from the Navy in late 1955. After standing in sweltering,and extremely boring courtrooms literally every day for at least 8 hrs a day, I finally decided that it was NOT my cup of tea. I resigned and returned to Indiana,and a far more promising career in Commercial Printing. My oldest son still operates the business that was started in 1931. Both my father,and myself MUST have done something right otherwise the business would no longer exist. I attended a hell of a lot of paper mill sponsored technical information reviews. We accompanied the papermaking engineers through the plants, and learned a lot about papermaking. Granted these seminars are not a substitute for hands on training,or collegiate studies of the art. But this ALONG with a LOT of learning over the years has provided me with what I consider to be a BETTER than average insight into papermaking,and lithography. It is hard to beat ….EXPERIENCE. I subsequently spent the largest part of my life as a lithographer. This includes OPERATION,PRODUCTION, ADMINISTRATIVE,and as a BUSINESS OWNER. So I would have to say that yes I do know SAFETY paper from 20# bond,and a FREE SHEET from GROUNDWOOD. And yes I do know how to reproduce an image from art to paper, and every step in between. Yes I know letterpress printing from OFFSETT., and yes I can look at an image and tell if the type matches in size and font, and yes I can tell if paper is aged or new.
Having described my background in 2009, Jonah decided to forward a Hawaiian colb to me to examine to see if I could determine certain things which she asked me to look at. I agreed to do that and I did examine the colb which as I remember belonged to a member of her husband’s family. I examined it thoroughly,particularly the embossed seal. I compared it with the seal that was ……EVENTUALLY provided on the internet. As I remember I found that it compared favorably to the internet seal. I examined both seals under a magnification of 400% I could have used greater magnification but this is where the image still retained the greatest detail to study as well. I spent several days examining the seals in their entirety. Many points considered. But I am also HUMAN. As such it is possible for me just like any other human to miss something. I do not profess to be the expert of experts. I only say that I DO KNOW UP FROM DOWN, and left from right. I thoroughly examined the typographic composition of the COLB aas well,and this too matched that on the internet, with the possible exception of the BORDER. However a PROVEN expert had already found the borders of the internet document were NOT consuistent with the expected borders. After I finished my examination of the colb I returned it to Jonah. Just for clarity to everyone I MADE NO COPIES either. I pledged my honesty to Jonah in the matter, and that is exactly the basis upon which I conducted the examination. Sadly I am NOT SURE that I remember which side of the document the raised portion of the seal appeared. Further I have no reason to doubt Jonah’s word regarding the matter. I have offerred this information in the spirit of honesty,and hope that this will help sort out FACT FROM FANTASY. NO OFFENSE TO ANYBODY. I thoroughly enjoy having the opportunity to offer my views, even though they seem a little COCCAMIMI from time to time ……even to me.

If it were applied as you said, the lettering would be reversed on the back of the colb and it would still be an incised seal.
No matter which side of the paper it was applied to, the metal plate does not change.
The seal that was applied to Obama’s COLB could never, no matter what, produce a raised seal. I say this as a graphic designer with a bachelor’s in fine art and 15 years of professional working experience.
And I would never vouch for anyone I met online, Old Salt. Sorry, I wouldn’t and I cannot take the word of anyone online.
However, you can repeat the open records requests I made by contacting the Hawaii Department of Health yourself.

I have been aware of what you are saying for a LOT LONGER than YOU have. I started BEFORE YOU WERE EVEN BORN. I too am aware of what comprises these seals and how they are used. While I think that your education is fine and your work in your field is equally fine, you are HUMAN also and therefore you are prone to the same sort of mistakes as are ALL humankind. Further I offer no qualification of my self to anyone, nor do I necessarily take the word of any ONLINE expert. This is only as it shyould be. On that point I agree with you. However I did examine the colb that was forwarded to me by Jonah and found the seal as I remember to be similar to that on the internet. Again I hasten to add I do know UP from down, but I don’t try to ram it down the throats of everybody else. I asked if he would validate the name that appearred on the document. He did this via communication with Hawaii DOH, and I was satisfied that the document WAS issued to the person whose name appears on the colb. That was the only validation that I felt was needed.I have no reason to doubt the efforts of a Superior court clerk. That is as far as I will take this. Since the court did not officially request this activity his job could be in jeopardy. He certifies court documents ,and by the way also uses a handheld embossing stamp. All Notaries use them. Further the court is STILL researching the other Superior Courts throughout the US in search of the NAME CHANGE petition that would have HAD TO BE DONE in that court in ANY jurisdiction, ANYWHERE in the US. I can report that to date NO RECORDS OF ANY NAME CHANGE PETITION (Soetoro to OBAMA) have been located…….anywhere in the US. A name change petition becomes PUBLIC record, and is easily located,if one exists. Just for what ever it is worth, I applaud your efforts,because after all we all are acting to achieve the same common goal.

Whatever the HDOH has just released as you stated does not necessarily apply to what I done in 2009. HDOH has apparently tried to cover up their involvement in the Soetoro debacle,by intermittently changing rules and even State laws that existed prior. They have gone so far out on the limb that your research could produce a crack in the limb,which will not support the weight of all the lies and half truths that they have tried to use to keep everybody at bay. Finally MMMMSSSS. FUKINO HERSELF is out the door……either by her own choice, or was perhaps helped out the door with a well placed size 10 on her buttocks. In all probability the incoming LIBS were the size 10. They were probably afraid that she would CRACK under Miss Tickly’s pressure. I applaud Miss Tickly for her work. So far she is the only one of us who has been able to pin the tail upon the donkey. Perhaps she will be able to extract even a more damning level of information, after which she could get a nomination for office. But one thing is clear ……she will probably be in need of a platoon of BODY GUARDS.

I stated several times that the fraud would HAVE to extend through ALL branches of the Federal Government, and into the states as well. Soetoro could never have gotten as far as he has without the complicity of many people in every branch of our ALLEGED governments which includes the States as well. MMMMSSSS . Yes, I did notice that, too. That’s another question I have. Despite the Y2K compliant stuff, the long forms they have on file already have a file number printed on them and most of them don’t have the extra ’19’. So, if you request a long form certified photocopy, you will get a copy that has a file number without the ’19.’
Are we to believe that if you request a short form, you get one number (one with the ’19’) but if you request your long form, you get another (one without the ’19?’)
That seems stupid to me. I think I just might request their records on any Y2K conversions of file numbers.

As I stated in a few comments back, the reason why I never so stated that it had been checked out by a Superior Court Clerk who is and was then involved in the search of the US Superior court records for the NAME CHANGE petition. There are skeptics around who think that a name change can be done in a lawyers office. They are WRONG. The re instatement of a birth name ,or a name change isa done by Peteition.in a Superior Court of the County where the person resides. Either he or in some cases the attorney representing him/her appears in court at the hearing. When the name change is grantesd it becomes PUBLIC RECORD, and is also published in a medium such as a newspaper for a definite period of time.
As for the COLB I done this only to see if I was being misled. I call it a crayola COLB, but etch a sketch really captures it’s kindergarten blandness better. Ms Stickley, Why does the BHO COLB state his fathers race as “African” when the mother’s race is Caucasian? On the 1991 COLB you posted, the races of the parents is their nationality. Aren’t there only a few different races: Caucasian, Asian, Negroid, Mongol? Why would someone list “African” as a race for one parent (indicative of the continent one is from and NOT their race, which could be Negroid or Caucasoid or Mongoloid) and then Caucasian for the mother (which is a race)? To be accurate the fathers race should have been Negroid.
The 1991 COLB is more specific (but still inaccurate) in indicating the race category of the parents (are there morons that translate this information??). This form indicates the “country” of origin. The mother was a combination of Chinese and Filipino (race = Asian). I guess it is possible the father race could be Hawaiian, indicating he might have been born in Hawaii before it became the US.
Doesn’t the long form of the birth certificate have both the race and nationality of the parents? Why would the COLB not be accurate as to stating race. I would think race would be more important than nationality and the term “African” is just out in left field! The race entries were inaccurate in 3 of 4 entries (Obama COLB vs. 1991 COLB).

Honestly, I cannot tell you a thing about how Hawaii designates ‘race’ or ‘nationality’ on birth certificates. It sounds like it’s very personal and somewhat open to interpretation, so, I have basically shied away from researching it. I guess what I am saying is that I have run into cases that lead me to believe there may not be ‘hard and fast rules.’ I am always looking for the hard and fast rules whenever I make a request for records…

All that is needed is the stomach for the search,the personal dedication,the resources, and a need to see Constitutional law return to our government. I find myself a little ammused by all of the picking apart of the alleged seal on the alleged CERTIFICATION of live birth which Soetoro claims is a certified copy of his original bc. It is NOT a copy of his ORIGINAL CERTIFICATE of live birth which in 1961 would have looked exactly like those issued to the NORDYKE twins. So why the hell worry if the Seal is genuine on a PHONEY document. That makes no sense to me. All you do is chase tiny facts that have no relative meaning. You only determine if the seal is valid for the period of time which is suggested by the date of birth on the document. Until Soetoro is able to show the public a NORDYKE type of original CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH ( long form) I will regard him as an ineligible POTUS,and therefore not a legal occupant of the WH,or a LEGAL POTUS. The alleged CERTIFICATION of live birth posted by Miss Gibbs can only be his original if it was issued in 1961 as such. This would mean then that he was NOT born at any of the Hawaii hospitals. It could mean that GRAMMA Dunham realised that he needed a citizenship somehow so she signed him up for the what I call the GENERIC colb. That in all probability is all that he ever had. Frankly, Old Salt, you have spoken my sentiments precisely. Obama’s COLBS have already been proven to be fraudulent, so what real difference does it make about the details of the seal?
This is not meant to diminish the efforts of Miss Tickly in any way, but with the rampant dishonesty in HDOH, how can one be sure of anything, even if it did come directly from them? They can make game plan changes at will and even AFTER the fact.
Another thing, PROOF is required – proof that there IS actually fraud, and, again, proof as to who IS RESPONSIBLE for it. Those are very hard things to establish with certainty in a court of law. It is entirely possible that the seals were changed or that different seals were used during different periods or by the offices. How is anyone going to be able to prove any of it? And, furthermore, what real ground is to be gained by doing so? We already know the COLBS can be established as frauds. Maybe there is satisfaction to be gained by pursuing this avenue, and, perhaps, someday, somewhere, Miss Tickly’s findings will play an important part, but it is a long-shot so far, imho.

The perception that the COLBs presented by BHO are legitimate needs to be reverse engineered in the media. There may be bloggers that have studied this but all the details of why each COLB is a forgery needs to be vetted and documented. The more inconsistencies found increases the likelihood that the mainstream media cannot refute their illegitimacy. The information Ms Stickly has found should be given to a reputable news organization and should be studied and written up and published. I would suggest she put out a YouTube video with her findings first. Possibly WND would be a good place to start or Canada Free Press or some such equivalent. I would not go to Fox bc they are nothing more than their name indicates (i.e., fox in the hen house of conservatism).
The next fallacy that needs to be reverse engineered is the statement by Fukino that she has seen his long form birth certificate and he was born in the US. She should be deposed and her statements compared to others who have said there is no long form BC on file with Hawaii. This phoney seal is a big deal.
With the whole press, congress, judges, and all pointing to it, and
especially senator specter, and po-poohing any sugestions of
forgery (of course not understanding a complicated analysis),
a forged seal is easily understood if explaned clearly.
Let me attempt to explain in my simple terms, and let’s see if
all can follow and comment.
When I took a couple of hours to look at Obama’s online COLB
on factcheck, it took awhile to observe this, but when I saw it I understood what dear misstickly was clearly saying.
The front side shows incised (indented) words that are correctly readable on the bottom as STATE OF HAWAII.
That means that the back side would show embossed (raised) and would read backwards as IIAWAH FO ETATS when spelled out. Keep in mind that the S, E and F would be reversed which I cannot do.
So in effect, the back side embossing would be a mirror image.
So if someone is trying to say that an inexperienced clerk did the
embossed seal incorrectly, it is clearly a bald-faced lie. It could not
occur with the seal image that HDOH supplied to misstickly.
Perhaps oldsalt or jonah could verify if “their” seal shows this
anomaly?
Who is sealing what with what and when and how?
Did HDOH lie again to misstickly?
Did the people at factcheck screw up totally?
Was factcheck snookered by Obama obot forgers?
Vic, the factlack interns are not professional document examiners or authenticators. We don’t honestly know if they are the ones who took the pictures that were posted. The dates embedded in the original photos indicated they were taken in March, five months earlier than claimed in the story. When this word got out, factlack almost immediatley scrubbed the date data from the images that were posted. The date in the factlack images is March 12, two days before the McCain eligibility lawsuit was filed. Coincidence??
Second, the document in those photos is larger than the document supposedly scanned, posted and distribued by Tommy Vietor of the campaign. IOW, these documents don’t match, and with the data scrubbed from the photos, one cannot rule out the use of photoshop or photo-editing software in manipulating these images.
Polarik claims (at 00:24) that PolitiFact “forged the COLB image and sent it to Kos and Factcheck”.

My take on the Certification of Live Birth on Obama. I Believe that it is REAL. I believe that it is the Updated Version of the Document that was Issued to Obama’s Mom/Grandma when either one of them Registered him in Hawaii so Stanley Ann Dunham would qualify for Food Stamps to feed him. My Brother was born in Hawaii September 1961 (one month after Obama was born in Kenya). He Ordered his Birth Certificate, and they sent him the Same Form that Obama Has with the Same Seal.
I Also believe that the Davis Lucas Obama Kenyan Birth Certificate and the 1964 Divorce Paper Kenyan Certificate of Live Birth are Real as Well. The A: Kenyan Government and B: Michelle Obama has Stated that A: He was Born in Kenya and B: That Kenya is his Home Country and that He is a Kenyan.
The Main Problem is that NOT A SINGLE JUDGE (Federal or Otherwise) will Properly Define the Term NATURAL BORN CITIZEN as posted in the Constitution while Obama is Sitting in Office or more than Likely after he Leaves Office. They Know that Once they Properly Define NBC, that will Hang 90+% of the Government and the Courts. They will continue to ignore, the whole issue no matter HOW much we complain. The only way I can see around this is to REPLACE every Politician, every Judge, and everybody associated with the Government and the Supreme Courts. I don’t see that happening.

Oh, I so much agree with you on this. Just know, that the ‘seal’ is the secondary story I have going on with the Hawaii right now. Yes, it’s HUGE in my opinion, too. None-the-less–I have a bigger ‘somethin’ brewing.=)

No matter what, Factcheck.org labeled the back of Obama’s seal like it was the front of his seal.
No matter what, Arlen Specter admitted the text should be raised and claimed that there was raised text on the back of Obama’s COLB, there is not.
No matter what, Arlen Specter said Congress concluded Obama is a NBC because of Factcheck.org and the false claim that Obama’s COLB bears raised text and a raised seal on the back of Obama’s COLB.
So already, we have a LOT to work with. Hopefully we will have plenty more soon…
