A disturbing trend has developed at Fox. Bill O’Reilly misled the American people for several years by stating that he had done research and that Obama was born in Hawaii. We recently got confirmation that he relied on the birth announcements. Now Jana Winter misrepresents what the Adobe software expert has said.
“Mr. Woodman spends much of his efforts trying to debunk the layers and anomalies pointed out by others. He may be correct about some of his assertions. His explanation for most of this is a software program. By doing so, he is in fact proving that the image is not a photostatic copy.
He further compares the image to that of certified copies for the Nordyke twins. He states that they are from the same type of forms. However, the biggest difference between the 2 images is that the Nordyke twins certificates have a stamped seal and verbage that states:
“This certifies that the above is a true and correct copy of the original record on file.”

Lewis is credited with making crucial rulings in the contested 2000 presidential election, when ultimately a Florida vote recount was halted by the U.S. Supreme Court and George W. Bush was declared the winner.

Klayman’s law firm filed the challenge to Obama’s name on the ballot on behalf of Michael Voeltz, “a registered member of the Democrat Party, voter, and taxpayer in Broward County, who was an eligible elector for the Florida Primary of Jan. 31, 2012.”
Klayman’s work is being supported by the Constitution Action Fund, a non-profit raising money for the legal challenge.
Klayman told WND that during a hearing last month on discovery issues in the case, Lewis noted that the plaintiff’s brief cited U.S. Supreme Court case Minor v. Happersett from 1875 defining “natural born citizen” as the offspring of two citizens of the nation, while the Obama campaign’s arguments provided no citations.
The definition of the term is critical. Such a step has not been reached in any of the more than 100 legal cases that have been brought over Obama’s eligibility since before his election in 2008.
The U.S. Constitution imposes a special citizenship status requirement on occupants of the Oval Office. The “natural born citizen” requirement is not imposed on other federal officials. From the writings of the Founders, its apparent aim was to ensure that no person who had divided loyalties – to the United States and any other nation – would serve as commander in chief.
Klayman has argued that since Obama, by his own admission, was not born to two citizen parents, he is not a “natural born citizen” and, therefore, is ineligible to be a candidate on the state’s election ballot.
Florida’s election statutes provide broad protections for voters to ensure that the integrity of the election system is beyond reproach. One of the laws allows voters to challenge the nomination of a candidate who is not eligible for the office he is seeking.
“Obama’s briefs [said] it would be an undue burden and expense to have discovery,” Klayman said.
The judge said he wanted Obama’s representatives to cite the “authority” on which they based their argument that it isn’t necessary to have two citizen parents to be a natural-born citizen.”
“The case explains that even if Barack Hussein Obama was born within the United States, he is still not a “natural-born citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution. That’s because, “Barack Obama Sr. was born in the British Colony of Kenya on June 18, 1936. Birth in Kenya made Barack Obama Sr. a British subject, according to and governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948.”
A case filing explains: “No physical, paper copy of defendant Obama’s birth certificate has been presented to establish his eligibility. … Defendant Obama has electronically produced a copy of what he purports to be his ‘birth certificate.’ Nevertheless, there is evidence to suggest that the electronically produced birth certificate is entirely fraudulent or otherwise altered.”
The argument also cites Barack Obama Sr.’s birth in Kenya, making him a “British subject.””

“Fourscore and Joe Arpaio: The sheriff turns 80”
“Over the 20 years I’ve known him, there is one unwavering conviction I’ve shared with Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio: He should never, ever retire.
The self-proclaimed toughest sheriff in America, who’s been in office since the Lincoln presidency (or so it seems), was born fourscore years ago today.
He’s 80.
When Arpaio ran for office in 1992, he promised to serve one term and then leave. He changed his mind four years later, telling a reporter at the time that while he had no intention to seek higher office, he wasn’t finished.
“He does intend to break a 1992 campaign promise and run again this fall for a second term,” the reporter wrote. “After that, he says, he’ll retire and take care of his grandchildren.”
By 2000, the grandkids were doing fine without him, but not the people of Maricopa County. Arpaio has since run for re-election and won three more times.
He’s scoffed at the notion of retirement ever since.”
“If you love the job and want to keep it, make them drag you out of the office kicking and screaming.
Arpaio has found ways to win elections using Army-surplus tents, chain gangs and pink underwear. He’s kept himself in the news by eliminating hot lunches and girlie magazines from the jails. He got himself on TV using his posse to shoo prostitutes off the streets, to patrol shopping malls during the holidays and to investigate the president’s birth certificate.
He became a zealot on the subject of illegal immigration after the now-disbarred former County Attorney Andrew Thomas got elected by way of an anti-immigrant campaign.
Now, he’s running for re-election again.
The feds are after him … again.
He’s facing two much- younger opponents. He has demonstrators outside his office on most days. His popularity is down, and there are people who say that he’s “lost it.”
None of this is new.
Back in 1994, when he’d been in office for only two years, a reporter doing an interview with Arpaio mentioned that his critics called him a “demagogue,” a “blowhard” and a “buffoon.”
The sheriff answered, “If I’m all those things, sobeit. I’m still getting the job done. That’s the bottom line.” Then, he added, “I’ll tell you one thing: I’m going to continue on.”
I was asked this week by a TV reporter if I believed Arpaio, at 80, was fit to serve for four more years. My answer was:
What makes you think he wants to serve only four more years?”

“HAWAII GOES RADIOACTIVE ON OBAMA’S ELIGIBILITY
Reporter smacked down for asking about issue governor raised”
“Even though Barack Obama posted on the White House website an image of a Hawaiian birth certificate, and many, many reporters around the nation have declared the dispute “over” and “closed,” asking Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie’s office about Obama’s eligibility, which Abercrombie himself presented as a major issue to resolve, still is radioactive.
The question WND sought to ask today was what happened in the governor’s self-promoted research into the issue of Obama’s birth documentation, resulting in his statement that there was a “written record” but not much other detail.
After all, just a few weeks later when Obama dispatched a private lawyer to Hawaii to fetch his documentation, the state apparently had only to run off the copies.
In Abercrombie’s office today, spokeswoman Donalyn Delacruz expressed that she was happy to help WND with questions – until she found out the subject.
When asked in an email identified as being from WND if there ever was an explanation for Abercrombie’s not finding the documentation in light of its easy access to state officials a short time later, she refused to answer.
“What news organization are you with?” she demanded. “We get frequent birther questions and this would fall in that category.”
Subsequently, she refused to respond to email questions about the issue that the governor raised.
When WND called, a receptionist in the office responded to the same inquiry with “That’s been done” – apparently meaning president had released the birth certification image. But she indicated she would not respond to further questions, promising to take a message and have someone call back.
No one did.
WND had questions about the anomalous results: The governor’s stated inability to find the documentation, and the state agency’s later simple recovery and alleged duplication of the same record.
It was shortly after his election that Abercrombie vowed to end the questions from those who doubted Obama’s status as a “natural born citizen.” Those questions centered on his concealed birth certificate because of the belief that an individual born out of the United States would not be a “natural born citizen.”
There are those who say he isn’t eligible no matter his place of birth, because a “natural born citizen” would be the offspring of two American citizens. In fact, there is a court hearing pending in Florida next week on that very issue.
Stated Abercrombie then, “We’ll do what we can as quickly as we can to make it inevitable that only those who wish the president ill, only the ones with a political agenda, will be the ones doing this kind of thing.
“The president is entitled to the respect of his office and he’s entitled to have his mother and father respected,” he said.
He said he was instructing his attorney general and the chief of the state’s health agency looking at what legal avenues can be used to release information.
“This is a transparent state in terms of our communication with one another,” Abercrombie said. “This is the aloha state. We care for each other, we look out for each other, we’re family.”
He told CNN in that interview that he would pursue the information regardless of the feelings of the White House.
“It’s a matter of principle with me. I knew his mom and dad. I was here when he was born. Anybody who wants to ask a question honestly could have had their answer already,” he announced.
CNN reported that he charged ahead, declaring that his response and what he would release publicly would not be left up to the president’s whims.
“It’s not up to the president,” he said. “It has nothing to do with the president. It has to do with the people of Hawaii who love him, people who love his mom and dad. It has to do with respect the office of the president is entitled to. And it has to do with respect that every single person’s mother and father are entitled to.”
Obama’s narration states that he was born Aug. 4, 1961 at Kapiolani hospital in Honolulu. That report came after several earlier reports alleged he was born in Queens hospital.
However, after a flurry of high-profile media interviews in which he blasted “birthers,” Abercrombie suddenly went silent even though polls reveal nearly six on 10 doubt Obama’s own eligibility story.
He told the Honolulu Star-Advertiser about Obama’s documentation: “It actually exists in the archives, written down.” The Daily Mail however, said Abercrombie “suggested that a long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate for Barack Obama may not exist within the vital records maintained by the Hawaii Department of Health.”
However, when Obama wanted the records, the state instantly waived a ban on reproducing long-form birth certificates and copies were produced to be delivered to Judith Corley, a private attorney.
Loretta Fuddy, director of health in Hawaii in 2011 when Obama made the request, wrote, “We hope that issuing you these copies of your original Certificate of Live Birth will end the numerous inquiries received by the Hawaii Department of Health to produce this document.”
That document Abercrombie said “may not exist” later was the subject of a law enforcement investigation, which concluded that it likely is a forgery, and if presented as a valid government document, that action could constitute fraud.
The results of WND’s inquiry today duplicated Abercrombie’s response to WND at the time the controversy developed in 2011. At that time, his press secretary said Abercrombie refused to be interviewed by WND.
“The governor did an interview … in which this topic [Obama’s eligibility to be president under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution] was raised,” Delacruz, Abercrombie’s press secretary, said in an e-mail to WND.
“He [Abercrombie] has been on vacation since Saturday and is unavailable. Hope this helps you understand. You are in no way being singled out as your e-mail suggests,” she said.
But despite the denials, Delacruz at the time did not respond when WND followed up with a request for an interview with Abercrombie at the governor’s convenience after he returned from vacation.
Eventually, Delacruz said the attorney general had announced privacy laws bar the governor from disclosing documentation.
Abercrombie had said earlier he wanted the issue finished because of the “political implications” it would have during the 2012 election. Those, he said, “we simply cannot have.”
But as part of Abercrombie’s promotion of the issue, it was revealed that his links to the controversy run deep.
For example, although he has acknowledged he was not present at the still-unidentified hospital in Honolulu to witness Obama’s birth, Abercrombie long has claimed he socialized with Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham Obama when Barack Obama Jr. was yet a baby.
“Maybe I’m the only one in the country that could look you right in the eye and tell you, ‘I was here when the baby was born,’” Abercrombie told the Chicago Tribune in an attempt to provide personal testimony to buttress the argument Obama was born in Hawaii as he has long claimed.
Abercrombie was a graduate teaching assistant in sociology at the University of Hawaii when Barack Obama Sr. arrived in 1959 from Kenya to enroll as the first African-born student in the university’s history.
The problem with Abercrombie’s testimony is that Barack Obama Sr. and his wife, Ann Dunham, did not live together as man and wife with their baby son as Abercrombie claims to have witnessed.
WND has published transcripts from the University of Washington in Seattle that prove Ann Dunham was enrolled in extension classes there, across the Pacific, within three weeks of the baby’s birth.
WND further has documented Ann Dunham’s Seattle address in authoritative Seattle street directories from the period and interviewed Barack Obama Jr.’s babysitter in Seattle to further document the presence of Ann Dunham and her baby in Seattle, not Hawaii as Abercrombie has claimed.
WND also has reported that the address used in the two Hawaii newspapers in 1961 announcing the baby’s birth was 6085 Kalanianaole Highway in Honolulu, an address maintained by Ann Dunham’s parents, Madelyn and Stanley Dunham.
In August 1961, when Barack Obama Jr. was born, Barack Obama Sr. maintained a separate address on 11th Avenue, in Hawaii.
There is no documentary evidence that Barack Obama Sr. and Ann Dunham ever lived at the same address together as man and wife.
Moreover, university transcripts from the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii demonstrate that Ann Dunham remained in Seattle, fully enrolled in university courses, until she returned to Hawaii in 1962 to re-enroll in the University of Hawaii after Barack Obama Sr. had left Hawaii to attend graduate school at Harvard in Cambridge, Mass.
Also, contrary to Abercrombie’s assertion that he spent social time with Barack Obama Sr., his wife, Ann Dunham, and their child, Barack Obama Jr., the documentary evidence strongly suggests that while Ann Dunham was in Seattle attending the University of Washington, Barack Obama Sr. lived the life of a bachelor in Honolulu.
WND has published a photo of Barack Obama Sr. at a University of Hawaii student party that he attended without his wife, Ann Dunham; the photo clearly shows his left hand absent a wedding ring.”

Ali Ata, a key witness at the Tony Rezko trial and contributor to Barack Obama is scheduled to be sentenced next Thursday, June 14, 2012, in the courtroom of Judge James Zagel.

“The witness some refer to as the government’s secret weapon — Ali Ata — is now on the stand.
Ata was very close with Tony Rezko, visiting Rezko’s Chicago office at least once a week to discuss business. Ata recently pleaded guilty to charges of tax fraud and lying to FBI agents about Rezko’s influence. Today Ata is testifying about his relationship with Rezko.
Born and raised in Jordan, Ata, 56, moved to the U.S. in 1970 to go to college at UIC in Chicago. Ata first became friends with Rezko after Ata was let go from his job as a chemical engineer in 2001. Ata testified that a few days after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks FBI agents visited him at his work to question him. Ata shares the same last name as one of the 9/11 hijackers. Two weeks after the FBI’s visit, Ata’s employer offered him an early retirement package. Ata called it “devastating.”
As part of his plea agreement, Ata has agreed to testify against Rezko in exchange for a lighter prison sentence of 12-18 months (The maximum sentence was eight years).
Ata says in 2002 he donated $50,000 to Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s campaign. In return Tony Rezko secured Ata a position as the head of the Illinois Finance Authority (IFA). Between 2003-2004 Ata says he contributed $125,000 to Blagojevich’s campaign based on requests from Rezko.
Ata also donated $5,000 to Obama’s campaign in 2003 and Rezko asked Ata to make straw donation to Obama’s campaign for $10,000, he said. The Democratic presidential candidate has donated Rezko-related contributions to charity.
Ata says Rezko was part of the “kitchen cabinet” of close advisers to the governor and had an extreme amount of political influence. At a fundraiser for Blagojevich, Ata says the governor thanked him for his support and contributions and then told him that Ata’s new state job at IFA “would be a job where I (Ata) could make some money.”
A source close to the trial says Ata’s testimony will be the “nail in the coffin” for the jury to convict Rezko on charges of fraud, money laundering and attempted extortion.”
“Government witness, Ali Ata explained during his testimony how an Illinois GOP operative, Bob Kjellander, and Karl Rove, President Bush’s chief adviser, were believed to be plotting to get U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald removed from office.
Ata said during a meeting with Tony Rezko (in 2004), Rezko told him,” Mr. Kjellander and Karl Rove would make the change in the U.S. Attorney’s Office” (after the 2004 Presidential election) to replace Fitzgerald. Kjellander and Karl Rove are long time friends, and the two went to college together.
During 2004 Rezko was aware that several of his business associates were under investigation by the FBI for various reasons. Rezko told Ali Ata “those who cooperate with the government would be dealt with.” (Implying that when the new U.S. attorney —replacing Fitzgerald— took office “those who cooperate” would be dealt with)
Ata says Rezko also asked him for a campaign contribution to Sen. (John) Kerry’s presidential campaign and said “regardless who wins the (presidential) election, there will be a change in the U.S. Attorney’s Office.” (referring to Fitzgerald)
The 2004 election came and went and U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald didn’t go anywhere. Ata says the last time he spoke to Rezko was at a wedding in 2006. At the wedding Ata says Rezko told him “the plan will turn out just fine once the new U.S. Attorney gets into office.” (Implying Rezko still believed someone would pull the strings to have Fitzgerald replaced, there was no mention of who may replace Fitzgerald)
FOX News recently spoke to Karl Rove’s attorney about this claim. He maintains Rove does not recall speaking with Bob Kjellander about anything related to Fitzgerald’s position as U.S. attorney.
He says Rove never had discussions with anyone at the Department of Justice or the White House regarding Fitzgerald’s position.”
“Tony Rezko’s defense attorney, Joe Duffy, repeatedly attacked a key government witness, Ali Ata, over his testimony. Ata has pleaded guilty to tax fraud and lying to the FBI, (to protect Rezko) in a separate federal corruption case involving Rezko. Last week, Ata entered a plea deal with the government agreeing to testify against Rezko, in his current trial, in exchange for a lighter prison sentence. (12-18 months)
Ata’s connection to Barack Obama: Records show Ata donated, $5,000 to Barack Obama’s campaign for U.S. Senate in 2003. Rezko also asked Ata to make a $10,000 straw donation to Obama on Rezko’s behalf (for his Senate campaign).
Today, Duffy took a low blow at Ata when he cross examined him about the days following the Sept. 11 attacks when FBI agents came to Ata’s workplace to question him. Ata has a similar last name to one of the Sept. 11 hijackers. Duffy asked Ata, “I assume you had nothing to do with that?” Ata abruptly responded, “Come on! Let’s not go there.” Duffy apologized and said, “I’m sorry. I won’t go there.”
Ata testified he wanted a job with the state of Illinois — not for the $127,000/year salary — but as a way to redeem himself in Chicago’s Arab community after he had been forced into taking an early retirement from his prestigious chemical enginnering job after Sept. 11.
Duffy also challenged Ata’s testimony regarding what Rezko told him about Karl Rove and an Illinois GOP operative, Robert Kjellander, plotting to replace Chicago U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. Duffy asked Ata, “you believe Tony Rezko could actually influence President Bush?” Ata, replied, “No.” Duffy followed by saying, “Well, the president chooses the U.S. attorney, right?” Ata replied, “Yes.”
“So you’re suggesting that Mr. Rezko had the influence and power to influence the president?” Ata replied, “Tony Rezko informed me that Bob Kjellander was working with Karl Rove to change the U.S. attorney in Chicago.” Karl Rove’s attorney denies this claim.

Introduction: This commentary is submitted to the Catholic Bishops of the United States with respect to their possible consideration of changes in the organization, funding, and structure of the Campaign for Human Development (CHD). It is essential to note, however, the limited purpose and scope of this commentary:”
“COMMUNITY ORGANIZING: During the funding period of 1992-1995, CHD gave significant grants to community organizing efforts that implement many of the organizational techniques recommended by Saul Alinsky. Many community organizations patterned after Alinsky’s recommendations recruit their membership either entirely or partially by institution. Included among this class of grantees are four national organizations: the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), Gamaliel, Pacific Institute for Community Organizing (PICO), and Direct Action and Research Training Center (DART). The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) which is alsopatterned on Alinsky’s organizationalrecommendations, recruits individual members. These five national organizations alone account for approximately 33% of current CHD expenditures annually. For purposes of illustration, it will be useful to note here some aspects of the operation of ACORN and the IAF.”
“During the 1990s, ACORN has been openly active in Congressional lobbying. Its leadership operates, “…from inside positions of power. ACORN’s work on the savings and loan bailout provided effective means of developing and applying power…ACORN members won appointment to the Resolution Trust Corporation to help determine the management of the billions of dollars of assets the government seized.”
“To be eligible to receive CHD funds, a program must be run by the poor, benefit the poor, and change social structures that harm the poor.” However, in light of the politically oriented thrust of ACORN’s activities, it is fair to ask whether the CHD subsidies to ACORN are advisable and commensurate with the purposes of CHD.”
“This commentary does not oppose CHD funding of genuine, grassroots community organizations, run and supported by individual members of a parish or diocese. There is potential value and virtue in the collective voice. However, when the CHD funds Alinsky-style, church-based communityorganizations as in the best interest of the poor and supports organizations which advance other agendas, it divests the poor of their right to an authentic voice. This process tends to treat the poor as exploited units of human capital, rather than as human beings created in the dignity of God’s image.”
“Nor is there any basis for the CHD to imply by its actions that there are no alternative organizations that it can fund to promote valuable institutional change, uninfluenced by a politicized agenda. There is no necessity for CHD funds to go to organizations which contribute to or participate in any way in the political support of abortion. There is no necessity for CHD to fund Alinsky-style, church-based community organizations. There are alternative, self-determined organizations of the poor, which are supportive of life. Those alternative, grassroots community organizations do not merely serve their constituency but rather they are their constituency. They do not use community organizing to further an additional agenda.
It would be reasonable for the bishops to consider:
The immediate cessation of all CHD funding to Alinsky-style, church-based community organizations.”

“53. Furthermore, Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan and Southern India in 1981. The relations between Pakistan and India were extremely tense and Pakistan was in turmoil and under martial law. The country was filled with Afghan refugees; and Pakistan’s Islamist-leaning Interservices Intelligence Agency (ISI) had begun to provide arms to the Afghan mujahideen and to assist the process of recruiting radicalized Muslim men–jihadists–from around the world to fight against the Soviet Union. Pakistan was so dangerous that it was on the State Department’s travel ban list for US Citizens. Non-Muslim visitors were not welcome unless sponsored by their embassy for official business. A Muslim citizen of Indonesia traveling on an Indonesian passport would have success entering Indonesia, Pakistan and India. Therefore, it is believed Obama traveled on his Indonesian passport entering the Countries. Indonesian passports require renewal every five (5) years. At the time of Obama’s travels to Indonesia, Pakistan and India, Obama was twenty (20) years old. If Obama would have been a U.S. citizen, which he was not, 8 USC §1481(a)(2) provides loss of nationality by native born citizens upon “taking an oath or making an affirmation or other formal declaration of allegiance to a foreign state…after having attained the age of eighteen years”, in violation of 8 U.S.C. §1401(a)(1). Since Lolo Soetoro legally acknowledged Obama as his son and/or adopted Obama, Obama was a “natural” citizen of Indonesia, as proven by Obama’s school record.”
In 1981 Pakistan had millions who had fled Afghanistan. The Soviets controlled the Afghan government.

When the Soviet Union occupied Afghanistan in 1979 they killed Khaq leader Amin and replaced hin with Babrak Karmal the same year. Karmal’s government was more or less a puppet government for the Soviet Union. The Soviets took total control over governmental politics after the invasion until their withdrawal in 1989.[32]“

Obama has kept much of his life hidden. We know little of Obama’s 1981 Pakistan trip. It is obvious that there were plenty of soviets in the area. Did Obama meet with them during his trip? We may never know.

The following exerpts tie all of this together and explain the Communist Party’s objectives and how Obama was exposed to them. Remember, much of Obama’s exposure took place prior to his trip to Pakistan in 1981.
“In a dossier posted on the America’s Survival blog Herbert Romerstein, a former US government security investigator, records how Moscow micromanaged the CPUSA. In 1935, Moscow instructed it to establish a CP apparatus in Hawaii to develop a mass revolutionary movement there and promote the withdrawal from its territory of US forces – at that time essential for the defence of the US. This Hawaii CP network was perceived by government bodies to be a major threat to US national security.
A key figure was Harry Bridges, a CP agent and head of the International Longshoremen’s and Warehousemen’s Union. In 1948, Frank Marshall Davis came to Hawaii at the suggestion of Bridges and another secret CPUSA member, Paul Robeson. Dr. Kathryn Takara, a professor of Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of Hawaii, herself a radical poet and Obama supporter (and who takes issue with some of the claims made about Davis and Obama) wrote her dissertation on Davis and spent much time with him between 1972 and his death in 1987. In an analysis, Takara notes that he brought ‘an acute sense of race relations and class struggle throughout America and the world’ and that he openly discussed subjects such as American imperialism, colonialism and exploitation. He espoused freedom, radicalism, solidarity, labor unions, due process, peace, affirmative action, civil rights, Negro History week, and true Democracy to fight imperialism, colonialism, and white supremacy. He urged coalition politics.”
“As Kincaid reports, Kathryn Takara has said that Obama was introduced to Davis by his grandfather Stanley Dunham, who considered Davis a ‘strong black male figure’ and thought he exerted a ‘positive’ and significant influence over Obama during his high school years. In her view, Davis was just such a black role model for the young Obama and gave him ‘a sense of believing that change can happen’ through ‘living in a diverse world’. The problem was that Davis believed ‘change’ could best be achieved through Stalinism.”

This is the old revolutionary ‘mole,’ not only showing his traces on the surface but also breaking through.’
Not surprisingly, therefore, this underground ‘mole’ has been backed to the hilt by American Communists. In 2004, the Chicago Communist Party backed his successful campaign for the Senate, as the People’s Weekly reported:
Activists from Illinois were immersed in the campaign to elect Barak Obama to the U.S. Senate. Obama won a landslide victory in the March 16 Democratic primary. If Obama wins in November, he would be only the third African American senator since Reconstruction. ‘This was a historic victory. It was a victory for political independence and grassroots, coalition, and issue oriented politics over the machine and money,’ said John Bachtell, Illinois CP district organizer.’
And as the Columbia News Service reported, the Young Communist League has mobilised to campaign for Obama: doubtless the Democratic Party is less than anxious to divulge to the nation this particular affiliation of these young activists who are helping it get out the Democratic vote.”
“In his most recent post on the subject, Cliff Kincaid reports that Obama has now acknowledged a personal relationship with Frank Marshall Davis. But in a riposte to allegations about his radical associations, his camp has nevertheless misleadingly edited an article to conceal the fact that Davis was a member of CPUSA. This is less than surprising since, as Kincaid also notes, the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee issued a report in 1956 declaring:
‘Founded in September 1919, the Communist Party of the United States of America is an organization unique in American history. It is not a true political party and differs fundamentally from all political parties in this country. It is in fact a Russian-inspired, Moscow-dominated, anti-American, quasi-military conspiracy against our Government, our ideals, and our freedoms.’ In 1982 testimony, FBI assistant director for intelligence Edward J. O’Malley testified that the CPUSA has been ‘one of the most loyal and pro-Soviet Communist Parties in the world and has unfalteringly accepted Soviet direction and funding over the years.’ The recent book, Comrade J, based on interviews with a Russian spymaster at the United Nations, documents that Soviet intelligence operations against the U.S. continued even as the Soviet Union collapsed and Russia emerged in its place.

“Robert Bauer, of Perkins Coie, requested an advisory opinion from the FEC in February of 2007 to determine if Obama could keep his option to receive
presidential matching funds. Bauer and Obama both knew that Obama was not a natural born citizen.
The FEC, in March 2007, responded in the affirmative. Ellen Weintraub, a former Perkins Coie staff member was a committee member.
Obama, in late 2007, in conjuction with other Senators, blocked FEC appointee approval.
For the first half of 2008, the commission has only had two members. Republican Chairman David Mason and Democrat Ellen Weintraub.
On June 19, 2008, Obama announced that he was not accepting presidential matching funds despite being an advocate for and pledging earlier to accept them.
Ellen Weintraub is still on the commission 4 years past the end of her tenure.
Per a Citizen Wells FOIA request to the FEC in August 2008 we learn that an inquiry was made to the FEC on August 18, 2008. The inquiry has information about Obama not being a natural born citizen and requests an opinion. The request is denied. An email from David Kolker, FEC Counsel to Rebekah Harvey, assistant to Ellen Weintraub states “Victory in Berg v. Obama.” The email is dated August 22, 2008, one day after the Philip J. Berg lawsuit was filed and before the FEC was served on August 27, 2008.
On September 2, 2011 the FEC provided an advisory opinion in response to a request from presidential candidate Abdul Hassan. The FEC stated that Hassan was not eligible for presidential matching funds because he is a naturalized and not a natural born citizen. THe FEC acknowledges that although they do not have the power to keep a candidate off of ballots, they have a duty to make certain that only eligible candidates receive matching funds.

It is clear that Obama did not receive presidential matching funds because if he had done so, a challenge to his natural born citizen status from the FEC or
an election official would have ensued.”

“As the lead prosecutor who won corruption convictions that sent former Gov. Rod Blagojevich to prison, Reid J. Schar asked one of the most infamous questions ever posed to a witness at Chicago’s Dirksen Federal Courthouse:
“Mr. Blagojevich, you are a convicted liar, correct?”
Schar posed the question during Blagojevich’s retrial in June of 2011, which set off a dizzying, confrontational exchange with Blagojevich, who took the witness stand in his own defense. Jurors who voted to convict the former governor on 17 of 20 charges later said that it was at that moment when the case turned for them.
Schar, 40, who’s been a federal prosecutor in Chicago for 13 years, said Monday he’s leaving the U.S. attorney’s office to go into private practice. He’s joining the law firm Jenner & Block in Chicago next month as a partner in its white-collar criminal defense and investigations practice.
Schar is just the latest high-profile prosecutor to leave Chicago’s office. U.S. Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald’s announcement that he was leaving after more than 10 years is the biggest sign of a changing of the guard that’s been happening throughout the office over recent months.”

Democrat who conducted polygraph indicted for campaign fraud”
“Last week, Robert Braddock Jr. – the Democratic Party operative who taped the lie detector test administered to Sinclair in February 2008 – was indicted in an unrelated matter by federal authorities and charged with conspiring to conceal campaign donations.
Braddock’s polygraph concluded Sinclair was lying.
But Sinclair continues to insist the charges in his book against Obama are true and that he has been a victim of a White House-organized campaign to discredit him.
Amazon claims
As WND reported, U.S. District Court Judge Richard J. Leon dismissed a libel case against Sinclair for Sinclair’s claim that top Obama adviser David Axelrod paid $750,000 to rig the results of the polygraph test.
Leon ruled in his Feb. 28 opinion dismissing the case that the plaintiffs, Daniel Parisi and his Internet porn site Whitehouse.com Inc., failed to show Sinclair had published any knowingly false statements. The judge concluded Sinclair had taken appropriate steps to verify information before publishing it.
Parisi filed March 30 jointly with Sinclair a “Stipulation and Order of Voluntary Dismissal,” which effectively ended Parisi’s claims against Sinclair.
Parisi, however, decided to appeal Leon’s March 31 order dismissing the libel case against Amazon.com.
“The issue before this Court is narrow and straightforward: Must an online bookseller stop selling a book based on mere allegations that its content is defamatory?” the lawyers for Amazon.com wrote in a brief filed with the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia May 17. “The answer is no, particularly where, as here, a separate unchallenged ruling of the District Court determined the book was not defamatory.”
Noting that Leon’s opinion had established a standard of “actual malice” in the case, the Amazon.com lawyers argued that the case against the online bookseller could not be sustained because it could not be proved that Sinclair’s book was false or that Sinclair had written the book in reckless disregard of whether it was false or not – a definition of “actual malice” set in the famous 1964 Supreme Court case, New York Times Co. v. Sullivan.
“I believe Amazon attorneys prepared a very strong and correct brief,” Sinclair told WND. “And I agree with Amazon’s reference that the Parisi brief appears to be more for the purpose of further publishing vicious attacks against me personally than it is to challenge the legal findings of the District Court in their March 31, 2012, dismissal of Parisi claims as they relate to Appellee/Defendant Amazon.com Inc.”
The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit has scheduled Parisi’s appeal against Amazon.com for oral argument on Sept. 20 at 9:30 a.m.
Sinclair told WND he plans to be present for the oral arguments.
Lie detector
Meanwhile, the campaign for U.S. House of Representatives conducted by Connecticut Speaker of the House Chris Donovan was rocked last week with the arrest of his campaign finance director, Robert Braddock Jr.
Braddock recorded the Sinclair lie detector test in his capacity as the director of business development for the website Whitehouse.com.
According to an affidavit FBI Special Agent William B. Aldenberg filed last week in federal court in Connecticut, Braddock arranged for Donovan’s campaign to accept “conduit contributions” from individuals, “the purpose of which was to conceal the fact that the individuals actually financing the payments had an interest in legislation which was expected to and did come before the Connecticut General Assembly during the 2012 legislative session.”
Specifically, Braddock solicited campaign contributions from “roll-your-own,” or RYO, smoke shop owners who sought to defeat a proposed Connecticut law that would have imposed on them a tobacco manufacturers’ designation requiring a substantial licensing fee and tax increase.
Aldenberg’s affidavit detailed a series of recorded calls and meetings with undercover FBI officers in which Braddock arranged at least two payments of $10,000 to Donovan’s campaign. The payments consisted of four $2,500 checks in one instance and three checks amounting to $10,000 in the second. The contributions were made in the names of “conduit contributors,” or payments made by one person in the name of another.
The scheme was designed to hide the fact that the RKO smoke shop owners were making the campaign contributions in exchange for Donovan’s agreement to kill the revenue measure.
The affidavit recommended Braddock be indicted for conspiring to unlawfully conceal campaign contributions in violation of federal statutes.
Braddock was fired by the Donovan campaign after his arrest.
According to Courant.com, Donovan temporarily relinquished some of his duties as speaker of the Connecticut House of Representatives in the wake of Braddock’s arrest but has not abandoned his congressional bid.
The tax measure effectively died May 9, when the Connecticut legislative session ended without either chamber calling for a vote.
In reporting the incident, the Connecticut Post described Braddock as “a hired gun from North Carolina who over a short career has raised millions for several campaigns” and “is known as a savvy, cool-under-pressure operative,” who once worked “for an adult entertainment website.”
The Connecticut Post further reported that Donovan’s campaign had been selected from a pool of prospective candidates recommended by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.
Sinclair noted on his website that Braddock, since his indictment, has scrubbed from his social networking Web postings his prior links to Brook Colangelo, chief information officer at the executive office of President Obama and the CIO of the Democratic National Committee from 2007 to 2009.”
