There is something very wrong when the sitting president refuses to divulge huge pieces of information about his background. What is he hiding? Maybe the “birthers” were a little extreme, but is there something wrong with this “manufactured candidate,” whose history remains sealed from public view? What is he hiding?

Could the “Hawaii birth certificate” be a forgery? Is there something much worse—like “sponsorship” by an unnamed special interest? I don’t know. I do know that the man in the White House now is an imposter. The only question is which kind of an imposter: an incompetent “pretender” or a genuine phony, a “Manchurian candidate,” who is a liberal, ½ black and ½ white, and an obvious Muslim sympathizer (despite claims of being a Christian—in clear conflict with his non-Christian behavior).

Will this campaign expose him as the imposter, and the pretender his behavior has revealed? Will it expose his hidden history and murky background. We know about his failures and mistakes.

Excerpt from the chapter: Beware the Pretender:
…”No matter how many times President Obama refers to the “problems he inherited,” he has now been in office three years. Certainly many of the current problems can be traced back to events that happened during the eight years that Bush held the top office, and some can be traced back to even earlier presidencies—but far from all of them.
Many of the problems are newly created (or made worse), and Barack Obama owns them. Candidate Obama stepped up and essentially said, “I want the job, and everything that comes with it” by running for president. After three years in office, the problems now belong to him and his presidency. He caused them, made them worse, or didn’t solve them. Either way, they are his now.
…In leadership, you cannot “pretend” to be a leader. You either are—or you aren’t—a leader. One or the other will become apparent very quickly.
If you want the leadership job, you must step up and take full ownership of it. A “pretender” or “poser” is like an actor who has learned all the right lines, but has no idea what they mean. Once the script has been followed (or deviated from), the actor is clueless about what to do next. This is the job of the leader. Unfortunately, in this government, the “directors” often seem clueless, having learned in academia where results and wins/losses are theoretical, or in politics where success (at getting elected) is more a matter of rhetoric than results.
If you are not ready for a position, or do not believe that you have what it takes to rise to the challenge (or clean up the mess even if you believe it is not your mess), then do not take the job. This was Barack Obama’s fundamental mistake. He grossly underestimated the difficulty of the position he was running for, and overestimated his preparedness to actually do the job. Just because he could “talk a good game” (thanks to a phalanx of speech writers and the omnipresent teleprompters) does not mean he actually knew what to do or how to do it. The presidency of the United States of America is not a place for heavy OJT (On-the Job-Training)….”

After the first three plus years of the presidency, it is painfully clear that Barack Obama was a “pretty face,” and “glib speaker” and a lightweight liberal politician with a community organizer/radical background. The American people should be outraged at this man’s behavior and even his candidacy. Why are they not? Because of the misinformation delivered by sympathetic liberal/mainstream media who loves his nonsensical form of governing.

…”Obama’s perceived preparedness for the presidency is a terrible delusion, from which it is difficult to escape. Mistakes build upon each other and result in even more complex problems. Difficult problems that are mishandled become even more difficult to fix. When you have too little experience, lack substance (other than the words of your latest speech), then leading, managing and problem solving simply don’t happen. And that is what has occurred. When you compound the problem by surrounding your self with like-minded theorists, lacking in real-world experience, things become worse yet. The theoretical solutions to problems often don’t work due to the messiness of the real world—and the reasons are almost unfathomable to these rookie executive/politicians. …”

What should Americans think about this “imposter?” Will he divulge his true background so we can all see who he is and where he came from—really? If not, is this just a man who should never have been sworn into the office of President in the first place, and who has crippled Americans miserably during his term?

Will we continue to believe his misstatements (the politically correct term for lies)? Can he simply use the media to “erase and forget the past three years of misery and missteps?” Or will we learn from his imperialistic behavior and terrible results and throw him out in November?

One of the reasons that Obama hates the Catholic Church, Christianity and the truth, aside from the fact that there is no proof he is Christian, and he has been most influenced by Muslims and radicals, is the criticism of his associates by the Catholic Church and cutting off of funding to ACORN. This has been reported numerous times at Citizen Wells, but bears repeating in light of Obama’s actions against the Catholic Church and Christianity in general.

From Citizen Wells October 8, 2008. The report quoted below was published on September 26, 1997.

“A Commentary on the Campaign for Human Development
Prepared for the Catholic Bishops of the United States
Prepared by the Wanderer Forum Foundation

I. Introduction: This commentary is submitted to the Catholic Bishops of the United States with respect to their possible consideration of changes in the
organization, funding, and structure of the Campaign for Human Development (CHD). It is essential to note, however, the limited purpose and scope of this
commentary:”

“COMMUNITY ORGANIZING: During the funding period of 1992-1995, CHD gave significant grants to community organizing efforts that implement many of the organizational techniques recommended by Saul Alinsky. Many community organizations patterned after Alinsky’s recommendations recruit their membership either entirely or partially by institution. Included among this class of grantees are four national organizations: the Industrial Areas Foundation (IAF), Gamaliel, Pacific Institute for Community Organizing (PICO), and Direct Action and Research Training Center (DART). The Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) which is also patterned on Alinsky’s organizational recommendations, recruits individual members. These five national organizations alone account for approximately 33% of current CHD expenditures annually. For purposes of illustration, it will be useful to note here some aspects of the operation of ACORN and the IAF.”

“During the 1990s, ACORN has been openly active in Congressional lobbying. Its leadership operates, “…from inside positions of power. ACORN’s work on the
savings and loan bailout provided effective means of developing and applying power…ACORN members won appointment to the Resolution Trust Corporation to help determine the management of the billions of dollars of assets the government seized.”

“To be eligible to receive CHD funds, a program must be run by the poor, benefit the poor, and change social structures that harm the poor.” However, in
light of the politically oriented thrust of ACORN’s activities, it is fair to ask whether the CHD subsidies to ACORN are advisable and commensurate with the
purposes of CHD.”

“This commentary does not oppose CHD funding of genuine, grassroots community organizations, run and supported by individual members of a parish or diocese.
There is potential value and virtue in the collective voice. However, when the CHD funds Alinsky-style, church-based community organizations as in the best
interest of the poor and supports organizations which advance other agendas, it divests the poor of their right to an authentic voice. This process tends to
treat the poor as exploited units of human capital, rather than as human beings created in the dignity of God’s image.”

“Nor is there any basis for the CHD to imply by its actions that there are no alternative organizations that it can fund to promote valuable institutional
change, uninfluenced by a politicized agenda. There is no necessity for CHD funds to go to organizations which contribute to or participate in any way in the
political support of abortion. There is no necessity for CHD to fund Alinsky-style, church-based community organizations. There are alternative, self-
determined organizations of the poor, which are supportive of life. Those alternative, grassroots community organizations do not merely serve their
constituency but rather they are their constituency. They do not use community organizing to further an additional agenda.

It would be reasonable for the bishops to consider:

The immediate cessation of all CHD funding to Alinsky-style, church-based community organizations.”

“The Catholic Campaign for Human Development suspended funding a nationwide community organizing group after it was disclosed June 2 that
nearly $1 million had been embezzled.

Funding was suspended for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, popularly known as ACORN, because of the financial irregularities, said Ralph McCloud, executive director of CCHD, the U.S. bishops’ domestic anti-poverty and social justice program.

“We’re not funding them at any level,” McCloud told Catholic News Service Oct. 15.

The suspension covers all 40 ACORN affiliates nationwide that had been approved for $1.13 million in grants for the funding cycle that started July 1, 2008.

McCloud said the suspension came soon after his office learned that ACORN disclosed that Dale Rathke, the brother of ACORN founder Wade Rathke, had embezzled nearly $1 million from the organization and its affiliates in 1999 and 2000. Dale Rathke stepped down from his position with the organization in June when the matter became public; no charges were filed against him. Wade Rathke stepped down as the group’s lead organizer at the same time but remains chief
organizer for ACORN International LLC.

CCHD has hired specialists in forensic accounting to investigate whether any of its grant funding has been misappropriated, McCloud added.

Since revealing its financial troubles, the organization has come under intense scrutiny because of its voter registration practices. In several states voter
registration forms have been found to include nonexistent or dead people. Some registrants have told elections officials they completed multiple cards at the
urging of ACORN canvassers who claimed they would be fired if they did not meet a daily quota for signing up new voters.

McCloud released information showing that CCHD funded more than 320 ACORN projects with grants totaling more than $7.3 million during the last 10 years. He said the community organization also had received funds since early in CCHD’s history.

CCHD’s Web site reveals the campaign gave about $1.11 million to 40 ACORN affiliates in 2007 and $1.17 million to 45 affiliates in 2006.

Over the years, some of the funds undoubtedly were used for voter registration drives, McCloud said.

“It probably was,” he told CNS. “But by the same token, we didn’t find any voter registration irregularities, the allegations we are finding now.”

McCloud also said that CCHD guidelines require that organizations in line for funding “go through a great deal of scrutiny.”

Prior to the awarding of grants, applications from local organizations are vetted at the diocesan level by a funding committee, endorsed by the local bishop,
and then scrutinized by the national CCHD staff and a committee of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, McCloud explained.

“The whole idea is making sure that the efforts of the groups we fund are working in nonpartisan efforts and focusing on the kind of work that we would like for them to do,” McCloud said.

The organization has not returned several calls from CNS seeking comment about the suspension of funding.

However, ACORN officials are defending the organization’s voter registration practices. During an Oct. 14 press conference, spokesman Patrick Whelan
acknowledged that some of the organizations 13,000 canvassers submitted duplicate or false registrations, but said they represented a tiny fraction of the
1.3 million new voters signed up for the Nov. 4 election. He said the organization itself discovered many of the problem registrations.

Traditionally drawn to causes usually backed by Democrats, the 38-year-old organization has conducted organizing campaigns in low- and moderate-income
communities on issues such as unemployment, affordable housing, predatory lending, health care, minimum wage and living wage, and immigration. ACORN also has conducted voter registration drives throughout its history by hiring canvassers to go door to door and to visit public sites where people gather.

The organization has more than 1,200 chapters in 110 cities, according to its Web site.”

I asked Bettina if she was aware of the report to the Catholic Bishops and the cutting of funding to ACORN by the Catholic Church. She was not. Bettina Viviano, et al, also from that report:

“3. The CHD-funded IAF has shown partisanship in its Get-Out -the-Vote Drives.

a. In 1996, the CHD-funded California IAF local, VOICE (Valley Organized in Community Efforts), set its membership to work in a get-out-the-vote drive. The
drive was called Active Citizenship Campaign. As part of its effort in February 1996, California IAF organizer, Father Miguel Vega, S.V.D., wrote to Vice
President Al Gore: “Through the creation of a permanent precinct organization, 5000 precinct captains will turn out 966,000 voters for the November 1996
elections.”

Vega continued, “Essential to the permanent precinct organization is the naturalization of 180,000 New Americans.” The IAF proposal presented to Gore stated that its Active Citizenship Campaign was “willing to work with the INS [Immigration and Naturalization Service] to increase the efficiency” of the
naturalization process. “Failure to deliver on promises made by the INS,” wrote Father Vega, “could create the impression that the Clinton administration is
anti-Latino.”

Gore met with Father Vega and the IAF on March 8. The Talking Points Gore provided the IAF at this meeting state: “As you may know, I have been working on reinventing the federal government for the past three years. Because of that assignment the President has asked me to take a look at INS’s naturalization
process and see if, using some of the techniques we have used to reform other government agencies, we can help take care of that backlog.”

The naturalization process was speeded up as requested. As an apparent result, the 1996 elections experienced the largest Latino turnout in California
history.

Arguably, however, one other result was the election of Loretta Sanchez, an IAF-backed candidate favorable to legalized abortion, in an election that gave
rise to serious allegations of voter fraud. The Wall Street Journal reported, “…Orange County District Attorney Michael Capizzi has determined that one
immigrant rights group alone registered 590 non-citizens in the county and 547 of them voted…California’s Secretary of State has also found at least 300
illegal voters in the Dornan race…[I]ndependent observers have agreed that irregularities in both California and Louisiana are worth a closer look.””

Many are not aware of the above efforts by Catholics and the Catholic Church. If more Christians had spoken out in Nazi Germany, perhaps the catastrophe could have been avoided or minimized.

“Lord Monckton: ‘I’m no birther,’ but Obama birth certificate ‘plainly a forgery’”

“On Dennis Miller’s radio show Thursday Lord Christopher Monckton, a former policy adviser to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and an activist against global warming “alarmism,” went all-in on questioning President Barack Obama’s citizenship.

Monckton, the 3rd Viscount Monckton of Brenchley, hinted about his position on the issue in April 2010 at a tea party rally on the National Mall near the White House. But on Miller’s show, he said the birth certificate issue was far more important that combatting so-called anthropogenic global warming.

“I mean, hey you got a president who has a false birth certificate on the Internet, on the White House website,” Monckton said. “It’s not even clear where he was born. You’ve got a national debt which is rising into the stratosphere. You’ve got unemployment certainly here in California at 11 percent, 50 percent in the construction industry. These are real problems. You’ve got real environmental problems — overfishing, deforestation, pollution, not so much in the west but certainly in other countries. These are real problems which ought to be addressed. You’ve got poverty. You’ve got disease. These are again serious problems in Africa for instance, that we could be helping with. But no, we’re obsessed with making the rich even richer and making the absolute bankers richer still by going for global warming and cap-and-trade and other nonsenses of this kind.”

Miller protested by saying he disagreed with the suggestion that Obama has a fraudulent birth certificate. But Monckton dug in his heels.

“I don’t know whether he is Kenyan or not,” Monckton said. “The point is that if I were you, I would want to make absolutely sure that he was born here before allowing him to be elected. And the birth certificate that he put up on that website, I don’t know where he was born. But I do know that birth certificate isn’t genuine.”

Monckton firmly asserted that the birth certificate on the White House website wasn’t real, and claimed it could be dismantled with software.

“It appears in layers on the screen in such a way you can remove quite separately each of the individual dates,” Monckton said. “You use Adobe Illustrator and each of the individual dates is in its own separate layer. This thing has been fabricated. Sheriff [Joe] Arpaio of Arizona has had a team on this for six months. And he has now gone public and said there’s something very desperately wrong with this and of course nobody is saying anything because the entire electorate has been fooled.”

“I’m no birther, don’t get me wrong,” Monckton said. “I haven’t a clue where Obama was born and I wouldn’t want to entreat into the private grief behind investigating. But the point is, is what he has done on the White House website is he has put up a document which he is plainly a forgery and I would regard that as a very serious matter.””

“MILLER: Listen, I had six cab drivers today. I couldn’t have cobbled one birth certificate together through all half dozen of them, OK? So this birth certificate thing doesn’t bother me. I think what happened is Barack Obama got in, and on the first day he was in, he called the federal, you know, bureau of certificates and said, “I’d like a copy of my birth certificate.” It being a federal thing, it took two and a half years. I don’t think he’s been withholding it. I think it’s screwed up.”

From reading some of the “occupy” comments some of them appear to be in favor of a more pure Democracy such as in Switzerland. Switzerland is a much smaller, more homogenous society and it seems to work there, although one of my friends from Switzerland points out that referendums can be called for any reason and often are. Some form of capitalism is the only approach to have ever been successful in the long term. Examples of failed socialist societies are plentiful. Even Communist China is embracing capitalism. It just makes sense. You work hard and reap the fruits of your labor.

Excessive government control is the problem.

Capitalism is not the problem. It is what built this country and made it great. It is also what enabled us to help save the world from Nazi domination.

Here is how Obama’s view on capitalism emerged and why so many of his followers are anti capitalism.

In an environment of scarcity, where the cost of living is rising, folks begin to get angry and bitter and look for scapegoats. Historically, instead of looking at the top 5% of this country that controls all the wealth, we turn towards each other, and the Republicans have added to the fire.

In that interview, Obama explains that his perspective on the “top 5%” was shaped by his experiences abroad:

It’s about power. My travels made me sensitive to the plight of those without power and the issues of class and inequalities as it relates to wealth and power. Anytime you have been overseas in these so-called third world countries, one thing you see is the vast disparity of wealth of those who are part of power structure and those outside of it.

These comments are reminiscent of both the most radical Occupy Wall Street rhetoric and Obama’s infamous comments in San Francisco in April 2008 in which he stated that Americans suffering difficult economic times “get bitter” and “cling to guns or religion or antipathy to people who aren’t like them.””

Now, I touched upon the “fruits of one’s labor”- issue in the article “The Free Ride Society”, arguing that these “fruits” aren’t measurable and that we all get much more from society compared to what we contribute ourselves. Another thing that should be addressed in this regard is the issue of exploitation.

One of the hallmarks of capitalism is that the means of production are privately owned by some individuals, while others do not have this ownership. In other words, some own the means of production others are using. So it’s a system in which the ones using the means of production must sell their labor to these owners in order to have a decent life. The owners can then make a profit from other people’s work by just owning. This happens when the value of the worker’s pay is less than the value that was added thru his/her work in the paid hours. That creates a profit for the owner of the means of production who did not create the value, but still gets paid in the form of profit. This profit is hence capital for future investments and more profits. So, the capitalist is making money simply by just owning, not adding or creating value. Since a capitalist economy is based on the need for growth and profits for the investors and owners, this method of exploitation – profiting on other people’s work – is of course used by more or less all of them. This exploitation is in other words just a logical result caused by the capitalist system. And we see this all over the place, from poor indonesian girls working in Nike factories for 50 cents an hour, to people in America working for minimum wage for companies whose profits are skyrocketing.

Now, the agreements taking place in this kind of system are of course far from being voluntary. In a capitalist / state-capitalist class society, you have some people with huge wealth and recourses – which on the national and global level are very highly concentrated – and others with very few or no wealth and resources. It is of course meaningless to talk about “voluntary agreements” in such a society, because the ones owning the recourses, the wealth and the means of production etc, have much more power in society. That includes of course that they have the advantage and overwhelming power in a job hiring, negotiations etc. So the non-owners – the workers – are trapped in a society in which they, in order to have a decent life or necessities in order to survive, must sell their labor to people who have much more power than they. This has very little to do with voluntary agreements, rather it’s submission to necessities.

So in reality we have a system in which some people, because of their wealth and ownership, have an overwhelming power in society, including in the labor marked. The owners, the employers, then have much more influence and power when contracts and agreements are being made, whether it’s in relation to working conditions, salaries etc.

This is intolerable. This exploitative unjust system must be dismantled and replaced with democracy in which the people are in control of their own lives, work and community.”

Citizen Wells began warning in 2008 that the Obama camp and far left were employing tactics reminiscent of “1984” by George Orwell.

Wasn’t the argument that we needed to become more energy independent, not reward Obama’s supporters?

Let’s face it. At this point in time, the Chinese are going to make solar cells and panels at a lower cost than we are, with or without tariffs.

A good friend of mine approached me several months ago and asked if I was concerned about the Chinese subsidizing their solar cell production. I looked and him and exclaimed. Absolutely not! Let the Chinese bring the cost down, which they have. That will lower the cost here and put more people to work installing them, fuel ancillary industries and reduce our dependence on foreign oil.

Instead, Obama and his administration have rewarded his supporters such as Solyndra at the cost of taxpayer dollars. Then the American manufacturers fail and they along with Obama blame the Chinese.

It’s the Chinese stupid. This should have been factored in to manufacturing decisons and energy policies. The Chinese are a known factor. They didn’t just show up yesterday.

A smart, taxpayer friendly solution would be to work with the Chinese. If they can make the solar cells (and they can) cheaper, let them. Let them lower the price at their expense and learn from their technology like the Japanese did with us. At some point in time it may make sense for the US to manufacture solar cells. Regardless, in a reality based decision platform, “let’s make lemonade out of lemons.”

“U.S. sets new tariffs on China solar panels”

“The U.S. Commerce Department has imposed new import fees on solar panels made in China, finding that the Chinese government is improperly giving subsidies to manufacturers of the panels there.

The Commerce Department said Tuesday it has found on a preliminary basis that Chinese solar panel makers have received government subsidies of 2.9 percent to 4.73 percent. Therefore the department said tariffs in the same proportions will be charged on Chinese panels imported into the U.S., depending on which company makes them.

The tariff amounts are considered small, but the decision could ratchet up trade tensions between the U.S. and China. Several U.S. solar panel makers had asked the government to impose steep tariffs on Chinese imports. They are struggling against stiff competition from China as well as weakening demand in Europe and other key markets, just as President Barack Obama is working to promote renewable energy.

“Today’s announcement affirms what U.S. manufacturers have long known: Chinese manufacturers have received unfair … subsidies,” Steve Ostrenga, CEO of Helios Solar Works in Milwaukee, Wis., said in a statement. The company is a member of a group called the Coalition for American Solar Manufacturing.

On the other side, some U.S. companies argue that low-priced Chinese imports have helped consumers and promote rapid growth of the industry.”

“The U.S. and China are two of the world’s biggest markets for solar, wind and other renewable energy technology. Both governments are promoting their own suppliers in hopes of generating higher-paid technology jobs.

The U.S. manufacturers’ complaints have been amplified by the controversy surrounding Solyndra Inc. — a California-based solar panel maker that filed for bankruptcy protection after winning a $500 million federal loan from the Obama administration.

Solyndra’s failure embarrassed the administration and prompted a lengthy review by congressional Republicans who are critical of Obama’s green energy policies. Solyndra has cited Chinese competition as a key reason for its failure.

U.S. energy officials say China spent more than $30 billion last year to subsidize its solar industry. Obama said in November that China has “questionable competitive practices” in clean energy and that his administration has fought “these kinds of dumping activities.” The administration will act to enforce trade laws where appropriate, Obama said.”

I first began hearing about ACORN in early 2008. I first began writing about ACORN in August of 2008 when I discovered they were involved in corruption and voter fraud. Then I read some of the analysis of Dr. Lynette Long, who took data from the primaries and caucuses as well as witness stories of ACORN and Obama thugs controlling these processes. I soon discovered that a documentary was being produced of voter fraud. I went to the website and from time to time checked on their progress. Early in 2009, a mutual friend of the producer, Bettina Viviano, introduced me to her and I had several conversations with Bettina about the documentary and the sad state of political affairs in this country.

I spoke to Bettina last night about the status of the documentary. It was on track to be completed next year, but she was receiving a lot of interest due to the recent events exposing ACORN corruption to a wider audience. They may be able to complete the documentary sooner. She also admitted that when she first began investigating voter fraud, she was not aware that ACORN was behind much of it. We also discussed our other projects. It is good to know there are level headed, real Americans in HOllywood.

On March 4, 2008, Texas held its Democratic Primary, affectionately called the Texas-Two Step. Polls were open from 7 am to 7 pm and then after the polls closed, persons who voted in primary could participate in a caucus. According to CNN a total of 2,867,454 votes were cast in the Democratic Primary with 1,458,814 (51%) votes cast for Senator Hillary Clinton and 1,358,785 (47%) votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, and a smattering of votes (49,855) for John Edwards, Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, and Chris Dodd combined. A total of 8,247 precinct conventions, commonly called caucuses, took place throughout the 254 counties in Texas, most of which were held at each precinct’s Primary polling place. If 100 people attended each of these “caucuses” than at least 800,000 people attended caucuses. The Dallas Morning News reported a projected turnout of 1.1 million. Overwhelmed by the participation, Texas stopped counting the results at only 41% of precincts counted. As a result of the Texas caucus, Obama was awarded 56% of precinct delegates and Clinton was awarded 44% of the precinct delegates. Since people who voted in the caucuses were required to have voted in their precinct, the voters in the caucus were statistically a subset of the voters in primary, but the results were statistically different. A more sophisticated analysis is required.”

“Concerns about high voter turnout and the inability of the precincts to adequately handle the number of participants and monitor the election process are rampant. On the night of the caucus itself, the Clinton Campaign brought many instances of these irregularities to the attention of the State Party. The
campaign received in excess of 2,000 complaints of rules violations, indicating widespread violations of the Party’s rules, including the following specific occurrences that are clear violations of specific
rules:

Voter Fraud – Temporary Chair packets were released by the election judge prior to 7:00 pm. Sign-in sheets were filled out before 7:00 pm by voters participating in the primary who did not participate in the caucus.
Voter Fraud – Inaccurate written records of participants’ presidential preferences.
Voter Fraud – Precincts were consolidated for purposes of holding a convention.
Voter Disenfranchisement – Precinct caucuses began before polls closed for the primary.
Voter Fraud – Ineligible participants voted or ineligible delegates were elected, including participants who were not registered voters, participants who did not vote in the primary, and provisional voters whose votes were counted; and no verification was made of the eligibility of participants or delegates.
Voter Fraud – Participants’ names and presidential preference were entered on sign-in sheets by someone other than the eligible individual participants.
Voter Fraud – Results were taken from a head count or hand count rather than the written roll.
Due Process – Delegate votes were not ratified by the precinct convention.
Due Process – Failure to follow Robert’s Rules of Order at the precinct convention.”

What you have just viewed is the tip of the iceberg.
Barack Obama is not a natural born citizen of the US. Obama signed a statement in Arizona attesting that he was qualified and a natural born citizen. Nancy Pelosi’s signature is on many documents implying that Obama was a qualified candidate. There is now controversy regarding two different documents in New Hampsire with Nancy Pelosi’s signature.

Barack Obama stole the Democratic caucuses, primaries and nomination and then went on to steal the POTUS. ACORN has worked beside him before and every step along the election process.
When you contact Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh and others, remind them that a Hollywood producer began investigating and filming about voter fraud and ACORN in 2008.

Some would have you simply focus on the damage done to this country by Obama and his pals. Jobs, economy, gas prices , food prices, constitution trampling, etc. This is all worthy of our attention. It is also a function of the man and where he came from. One cannot separate one aspect of Obama’s actions from his past, his persona. Obama’s corruption ties, his hidden past are crucial to understanding why he behaves the way he does. And most importantly, if he is not eligible for the POTUS, the damage he has done and can do, must be stopped asap.

We now have a retired government employee willing to testify about Obama’s past. This witness, along with evidence gathered by Sheriff Joe Arpaio, proves that Obama is guilty.

Obama is either guilty of not being eligible for the POTUS, fraud in pretending to be a foreign student, or both.

“Attorney Sam Adam Jr., who defended convicted former Gov. Rod Blagojevich at his first trial, said it was a sad day Thursday as Blagojevich reported to federal prison.

Adam Jr. said he still wished he and his father could have done more to defend Blagojevich, who he says is innocent, at his corruption trial.

Sam Adam Sr. talks to Blagojevich every day and calls him son, Adam Jr. said.

Adam Jr. said if all the tapes would be played in context, Blagojevich would be exonerated. He was hopeful that when the appeals court heard all the tapes, his conviction would be overturned.

Federal Judge James Zagel has put a protective order on the tapes, Adam Jr. said, so he couldn’t say exactly what is on the nearly 400 hours of recording that will clear Blagojevich’s name.”

“Illinois PayToPlay has learned that, in addition to the Postman video recently released by Jerome Corsi on World Net Daily, Corsi also holds a 2011 recorded interview with former Rezko associate Daniel T. Frawley.

The recording was made late last year in Chicago in a meeting that involved Corsi, Frawley and three other persons who gathered to discuss the possibility of writing a book.

The recording reportedly includes a description of how, in 2004, during Nadhmi Auchi’s visit to Chicago, Auchi, Antoin “Tony” Rezko, and Barack Obama met in the basement “cigar room” inside Rezko’s 30-room mansion in Wilmette, Illinois where they discussed, among other things, the purchase of a 62-acres plot in the South Loop.”

“Nearly a year ago I wrote an update on Daniel T. Frawley of Companion Security fame and the plan to fly Iraqi trainees to Illinois to be trained as security guards for a power plant to be built at Chamchamal in Kurdish Northern Iraq.

This was the little scheme dating from sometime in 2005 that involved then-Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, then-Senator Barack Obama, then-Illinois Homeland Security advisor Jill Morgenthaler, Obama’s then-personal real estate fairy and political cash bagman Tony Rezko, Rezko’s Chicago pal and personal bail bondsman (and former Iraqi Minister of Electricity) Aiham Alsammarae, and British-Iraqi billionaire businessman (and one of Carter-Ruck’s frequent-flyer clients) Nadhmi Auchi.

Companion Security was co-owned by Frawley and Rezko, who was convicted in June 2008 (and reportedly continued to “cooperate” with the Feds for some time).

While this is a long and sordid tale — it seems the Feds have never gotten around to completing that December 2006 investigation into the power plant venture. Meanwhile, many of the players and their antics keep surfacing, such as Dan Frawley.”

“STUNNING PERCENTAGE AGREES WITH SHERIFF JOE”

“Half of Americans are unconvinced that Barack Obama’s birth certificate, released in 2011 at the White House amidst fanfare and proclamation that it is “proof positive” of Obama’s eligibility to be president, is authentic.

About the same number disbelieve his eligibility to be president, and the skeptics also say he has not provided adequate and “authentic” documentation about his qualifications to sit as commander in chief in the Oval Office.

The confirmation numbers are the newest on the long running debate over Obama’s eligibility and occupancy of the presidency, and are from a WND/Wenzel Poll conducted exclusively for WND by the public-opinion research and media consulting company Wenzel Strategies.

The scientific telephone survey was conducted March 10-13 and has a margin of error of 3.72 percentage points.

The poll reveals that nearly 33 percent of the respondents say they do not believe Obama has “provided adequate and authentic documentation that he is qualified to serve as president.”

And another 14 percent say they are uncertain whether he has.

The numbers show 52.8 percent say Obama has provided that documentation.

The statistics are very nearly the same for related questions. While 54 percent said they believe Obama is eligible, 29.8 percent simply said that he is not. And another 16 percent had doubts about the issue enough that they could not ascertain that answer.

Also, while 50 percent say his long form birth certificate is real, 25 percent say it is a fake and 24 percent say they just can’t determine.

“Much has been written over the past three years about the Obama administration’s dismissive approach to the U.S. Constitution, but there is little as shocking as the findings of this latest survey that nearly half of the registered voters in American believe the president is not legally qualified to serve,” said Fritz Wenzel in his analysis of the results.

“Even among the most liberal Americans – his most ardent supporters – more than 20 percent said they think he is not eligible, yet there is no outrage or protests in the streets. There is simply no way to describe this situation because it is unlike any we have ever seen before,” he said.

“Politically, the findings on this subject spell potential disaster for the Obama re-election campaign in that one in three independent voters does not believe Obama has provided enough documentation to prove he is legally eligible to hold the presidency,” Wenzel said. “These people will not be voting for him.

“This is a substantial bloc of what we think to be swing voters to have taken off the table right from the beginning, and it spells political disaster for the White House.”

However, he noted that Obama is not the only one at fault.

“That no serious action has been taken in Washington to confront this issue paints a sad picture of the impotence or spinelessness of the president’s political opponents and a pathetic portrait of a nation’s citizens who are mostly content to sit idly by while an apparent imposter raids their national treasury and runs their once-great nation into the ground,” Wenzel said.

In fact, a recent law enforcement investigation by a Cold Case Posse assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio of Maricopa County, Ariz., revealed that there is probable cause to believe there was forgery committed in the creation of the Obama document, and fraud in presenting it as a real certificate.

The sheriff has confirmed that investigation by professional law enforcement officers and attorneys is continuing, with a focus being on the person who created the document image.”

“Higher gas prices threaten economy if they persist”

“Inflation remains tame throughout the U.S. economy, with one big exception: gas prices.

Those higher prices haven’t derailed a steadily improving economy. But if they surpass $4 or $5 a gallon, experts fear Americans could pull back on spending, and job growth could stall, posing a potentially serious threat to the recovery.

And the longer prices remain high, the more they could imperil President Barack Obama’s re-election hopes.

A few weeks ago, economists generally agreed that the economy was in little danger from higher gas prices as long as job growth remained strong. But fears are now mounting that gas prices could begin to weaken consumer confidence.

The average pump price nationwide is $3.83 a gallon. Energy analysts say it’s bound to climb higher in the weeks ahead.

“It’s a thorn in the side of the consumer and businesses,” said Chris Christopher, an economist at IHS Global Insight. The economy this year “would have been better and stronger if we didn’t have to deal with this.”

So far, higher prices aren’t undermining the economic recovery, which is getting a lift from strong job creation. It would take a big jump — to around $5 a gallon — before most economists would worry that growth would halt and the economy would slide into another recession.

That’s because an improving economy is somewhat insulated from any threat posed by higher prices at the pump.

The risk is that gas prices could eventually slow growth by causing some people to cut spending on other goods, from appliances and furniture to electronics and vacations. Gasoline purchases provide less benefit for the U.S. economy because about half of the revenue flows to oil-exporting nations, though U.S. oil companies and gasoline retailers also benefit.

Many American businesses suffer, too. They must pay more for fuel and shipping and for materials affected by high oil prices, such as petroleum-based plastics. Profit margins get squeezed.

Even if prices ease after the summer driving season, don’t expect gasoline to fall below $3 a gallon. The government estimates that this year’s average will be $3.79, followed by $3.72 in 2013.

Most economists accept a rough guideline that a 25-cent rise in gas prices knocks about 0.2 percentage point off economic growth.

Gas prices also have an outsize impact on consumer confidence, Christopher noted. It’s a high-frequency purchase. Consumers notice the price whether they’re filling up or driving past a gas station.

Along with the unemployment rate and stock market levels, gasoline prices heavily determine how Americans see their financial health.

That effect was evident Friday when a decline was reported in the Thomson Reuters/University of Michigan index of consumer sentiment. The result surprised some economists who had assumed that higher stock prices and lower unemployment would lift consumer sentiment.

The Michigan report showed that “gasoline worries … are outweighing stock market gains and job growth” when it comes to influencing consumer attitudes, said Michael Hanson, an economist at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

The price of gasoline has climbed 17 percent since the year began — to a national average of $3.83 a gallon. That’s the highest ever for this time of year. A month ago, it was $3.52.”

Which country are they referring to? As evidenced recently in NC and reported here, the NC unemployment rate was adjusted upward to above 10 percent.

Inflation has been downplayed as well. Anyone visiting a grocery store for the past several years has watched food prices skyrocket, mostly due to rising gasoline prices.

In conjunction with analyzing the President’s budget, CBO has updated its baseline budget projections, which were previously issued in January 2012. Unlike its estimates of the President’s budget, CBO’s baseline projections largely reflect the assumption that current tax and spending laws will remain unchanged, so as to provide a benchmark against which potential legislation can be measured. Under that assumption, CBO estimates that the deficit would total $1.2 trillion in 2012 and that cumulative deficits over the 2013–2022 period would amount to $2.9 trillion.”

“According to a new government report, it turns out that more people than first expected will end up getting healthcare through the subsidized insurance exchanges and Medicaid rather than through their employers:

In the original analysis of the impact of the legislation, CBO and JCT estimated that, on balance, the number of people obtaining coverage through their employer would be about 3 million lower in 2019 under the legislation than under prior law. As reflected in CBO’s latest baseline projections, the two agencies now anticipate that, because of the ACA, about 3 million to 5 million fewer people, on net, will obtain coverage through their employer each year from 2019 through 2022 than would have been the case under prior law.

The results acknowledge that if a business chooses not to offer insurance coverage under the ACA, some workers might enroll in Medicaid or CHIP or be eligible to receive subsidies through the insurance exchanges. And as a result, the cost of those programs would increase.

Right now, the updated baseline CBO forecast sees the gross cost of Obamacare through 2022 as $1.8 trillion, a number which includes this new estimate of employee coverage. When you include new taxes, the net cost is $1.3 trillion. (Back in 2010, the ten-year, gross cost was a mere $940 billion, as the bill was structured to back end spending. But now instead of six years of spending estimates, we have nine.)

But under one CBO-JCT scenario, the gross costs through 2022 could be $2.1 trillion if even more businesses than expected decide not to offer health insurance and more people need government subsidized coverage.

But no worry, say the government bean counters, $386 billion in addition taxes (for a total of $895 billion) will cover the difference. First, there would be higher penalty payments by employers and individuals. Second, since health benefits are generally not taxed but wages and salaries are, a shift in the mix of compensation would raise federal revenues.”

Obamacare causes millions to lose employer coverage.

“The latest revelation, reported at The Hill, is that ObamaCare could cause up to 20 million Americans to lose their health care coverage. There is a “tremendous amount of uncertainty” in the forecast, which is just what our fragile Obamanized economy needs right now, but 20 million is the CBO’s worst-case estimate. Maybe it will only be 3 to 5 million people.

The CBO is actually being very, very conservative in its damage estimates, as industry groups think ObamaCare will nuke closer to 50 million employer-provided policies over the next decade. Amusingly, the CBO points to RomneyCare in Massachusetts as “one piece of evidence that may be relevant” to its projections, as “employment-based health insurance appears to have increased since that state’s reforms.” It will be super awesome to hear Romney debate this with Obama.

ObamaCare kills health insurance by dumping so many mandates on employers that it becomes attractive for them to escape by dropping insurance coverage altogether. Even the CBO’s worst-case projections are underestimating the effect this will have on health insurance, in years to come. What do you think will happen to insurance companies that swiftly lose millions of customers to the “public exchanges?” What will happen to the prices they charge to their diminished customer base… and how will that, in turn, influence other businesses trying to decide whether dropping coverage makes sense?

It is nevertheless significant that the Congressional Budget Office, with its typical static-analysis caution, is predicting that ObamaCare might create a number of uninsured that dwarfs the uninsured population it was ostensibly created to help. If Obama’s true agenda is to destroy private health insurance and clear the way for a socialized medicine takeover, everything is proceeding according to plan.”
