From Citizen News

Arizona, Colorado voter fraud

“On Friday it was reported that the Yuma Recorder’s office was checking the 3,000 last minute voter registration forms turned in by the far left Mi Familia Vota organization. The recorder’s office found that already more than 65% of the registrations were invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.

Mi Familia Vota is a SEIU sub-organization. It is just as “non-partisan” as ACORN was before documented fraudulent behaviors finally killed it.”

NC voting machines malfunction in favor of Democrats

“A Craven County voter says he had a near miss at the polls on Thursday when an electronic voting machine completed his straight-party ticket for the opposite of what he intended.

Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.

“They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,” Laughinghouse said. “That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.””

White House Insider, Obama behaviour shocking.

“I’ll give you an example of why President Obama is not right for America.  He sure as hell has not been right for the party.  Not long ago, the president took a meeting.  He’s late, which apparently is becoming more and more common with him.  The meeting was almost cancelled.  In strolls the president, joking with an aide.  He plops down on a sofa, leans over and claps another guy on the back asking how he’s been.  Apologizes for being late, says he was “held up”.  He laughs some more.  The meeting begins.  After just ten minutes, during which time the president appears to almost totally withdraw into himself,  an aide walks in and whispers something to the president, who then nods and quickly stands up, shakes a few hands and tells another aide to update him later on the rest of the meeting.  As the president is walking out he is laughing at something yet again.  He asked no questions of those at the meeting – not one.  He left after just ten minutes, coming in laughing and leaving laughing.  His behavior during that brief time he was there was described as “borderline manic”.”

99 weeks of unemployment, Recession worse than depression.

“The economic jam we’re in has topped even the Great Depression in one respect: never have we had a recession this deep with a recovery this flat. Unemployment has been at nine and a half percent or above for 14 months.

Congress did something that it has never done before – it extended unemployment benefits to 99 weeks. That cost more than $100 billion, a huge expense for a government in debt.

But now, for many Americans 99 weeks have passed and there’s still no job in sight. Some have taken to calling themselves the “99ers.””

Fire Nancy Pelosi petition, Michele Bachmann, Personally tell Nancy Pelosi she’s on her way

From Michele Bachmann.

“Dear Fellow Conservative,

“Fire Nancy Pelosi”
Petition Drive

Send a message to Nancy Pelosi: her days as Speaker are numbered.

Sign the petition.
In just eight days, voters across the country will head to voting booths to make their voices heard. And if the current mood of the country is any indication of what to expect, you and I will be celebrating the end of Nancy Pelosi’s reign as Speaker of the House on election night.

There is an unmistakable conservative wave building across America, and it stretches from coast to coast. This wave is poised to usher in a conservative majority ready to undo the destructive policies of the Obama/Pelosi agenda. Even liberal stalwarts like George Soros know they can’t stop this wave. In fact, Soros, the liberal billionaire funder behind MoveOn.org and other left-leaning groups said, “I don’t believe in standing in the way of an avalanche.”

Avalanche or wave — whatever you want to call it — it tells us Pelosi’s days as Speaker are numbered. So will you take a moment today to personally tell Nancy Pelosi she’s on her way out by signing the “Fire Nancy Pelosi” petition? I want Nancy Pelosi to hear us loud and clear, so please add your name to the petition by following this link today.

http://michelepac.com/firepelosi/?initiativekey=NMJK7HEX0FNX&tag=FIREPELOSI-Saber

After signing the petition, I hope you will consider making a donation of $25, $50, $100, $250 or whatever you can afford to help our candidates win. We are $39,000 away from making our fundraising goal for this election cycle. If we don’t reach this goal, we may not have the financial resources to help elect our slate of conservative candidates engaged in tight races against their well-funded liberal opponents.

MICHELE-PAC is dedicated to electing a true constitutional conservative majority. We are focusing on 40 to 50 races that are the key to returning a conservative majority to Congress, because it’s absolutely critical that we begin to undo the damage inflicted by the Pelosi agenda of tax hikes, job loss and government expansion.

We can only begin to repair the damage Nancy Pelosi and her big government agenda have inflicted upon us if we send reliable conservatives to Washington. That’s why I’m reaching out to you today. I can’t do this alone — I need to know you stand with me. I need to know you are as fed up with the Obama/Pelosi agenda as I am. That’s why I ask that you add your name to the “Fire Nancy Pelosi” petition right now.

If we are able to elect a conservative majority on November 2, it will stop the Obama/Pelosi agenda dead in its tracks. To do this, we need to keep the momentum going. So, please take action today!

Sincerely,

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann”

FEC update, October 22, 2010, Disclosure of independent expenditures, Searchable database, Federal Election Commission

From the FEC,  Federal Election Commission October 22, 2010.

“FEC Offers Real-Time, Searchable Information on Independent Expenditures”

“WASHINGTON – The Federal Election Commission this week introduced a new, searchable feature on its website allowing real-time, comprehensive disclosure of independent expenditures in the 2010 federal campaign. This new feature is part of a far-reaching effort by the agency to expand the use of searchable, sortable and downloadable data technologies to provide timely information to the public.”

“This file contains “24-hour” and “48-hour” notices of independent expenditures filed in 2009 and 2010. The file contains detailed information about independent expenditures, including who was paid, the purpose of the disbursement, date and amount of the expenditure and the candidate for or against whom the expenditure was made.

Independent expenditures represent spending by individual people, groups, political committees, corporations or unions expressly advocating the election or defeat of clearly identified federal candidates. These expenditures may not be made in concert or cooperation with or at the request or suggestion of a candidate, the candidates campaign or a political party.

Any time up to 20 days before an election, if these independent expenditures by a person or organization aggregate more than $10,000 in a race they must be reported to the Commission before the end of the second day after the communication is publicly distributed. If the communications are distributed within the last 19 days before the election, the expenditure must be reported within one day if they aggregate more than $1,000 in any race.”

Illinois anti voter fraud campaign, Tea Party, Republicans, Chalice

“The past, he reflected, had not merely been altered, it had
actually been destroyed. For how could you establish, even
the most obvious fact when there existed no record outside
your own memory?”…George Orwell, “1984″

From Mother Jones October 18, 2010.

“The Tea Party Will Be Watching You”

“Republican groups and tea party activists unite to block Democrats…err, voter fraud, at the polls.”

“When the Illinois Republican Party launched its anti-voter-fraud crusade this year, party leaders knew who they could count on to whip up a fervor about rigged elections. Together with a conservative political action committee, the state GOP has teamed up with a infamous anti-Obama birther who’s helped to recruit tea party activists to oversee the vote as official poll workers and independent poll watchers—part of a campaign against election fraud (real or imagined) that’s being whipped up by Republican leaders and activists across the country.

Every election season, the right revives its battle against voter fraud, depicting it as a rampant threat to honest electoral outcomes. (See the previous assault on ACORN, the beleaguered community organizing oufit.) This year, the Republicans have a tea party army on hand to fight this supposed peril. And they’ve taken their campaign a step further. Political parties and outside groups typically dispatch independent poll watchers to keep tabs on any suspicious activity. However, recruiting activists to serve as election judges and poll workers—the people who actually administer the vote at polling stations and are responsible for ensuring that election laws are enforced—is not a routine practice. But that’s what’s happening this year in Illinois, Texas, and elsewhere, with the GOP looking to tea party and conservative grassroots activists to fill key slots.”

“In Minnesota, the North Star Tea Party Patriots have teamed up with two other conservative groups to spearhead a far-reaching anti-fraud operation to recruit and train spotters at the polls, offering $500 for tips leading to voter fraud convinctions. In Illinois, meanwhile, the state GOP has joined with a political action committee called Illinois Republican Renaissance to form an “election fraud prevention task force” that aims to turn right-wing grassroots activists into official election workers and privately paid watchdogs. “As you know, ballot integrity will be a key ingredient to our success, and we need your help,” GOP state chair Pat Brady says on the party’s website. This effort has placed Brady in league with one of the tea party movement’s more unusual characters. The project’s coordinator, Sharon Meroni, is an infamous anti-Obama birther who filed objections against 32 Illinois candidates for failing to provide adequate documentation of their citizenship.

Meroni, who blogs under the pseudonym “Chalice Jackson,” also helped launch a petition demanding Obama’s resignation for “high crimes and misdemeanors.” “Who truly would have believed…that there was ANY chance America could be in the hands of a usurper government?” she wrote in another court filing to contest Obama’s citizenship, which the McHenry County Grand Jury dismissed. Meroni is now helping to select the election judges—as official poll workers are called in Illinois—and poll watchers that the joint project will dispatch on Election Day. (Campaigns have jumped on board the Illinois Republican Party’s effort as well: In a secretly recorded private conference call, GOP Senate candidate Mark Kirk said he was pushing to deploy “lawyers and other people” to two predominantly black Chicago neighborhoods to oversee the voting process.)”

“Conservatives do point to a handful of isolated incidents to gin up fears about voting shenanigans. In Texas, an 81-year-old San Antonio woman has been charged with using her dead sister’s identity to vote in 2008. In the Houston area, a tea party-linked non-profit called True the Vote claims to have discovered “most likely tens of thousands, of incomplete, inaccurate, or false voter registration” in one of the city’s poorest black neighborhoods. (The progressive group facilitating the effort has acknowledged that a small number of the registrations were faulty.) In Missouri, a group of Somali immigrant voters was accused of receiving improper assistance during the primary election this year. But while election experts acknowledge that voter fraud certainly exists, some point out that only a tiny handful of fraud cases have ever been proven. And they say conservative activists risk suppressing or intimidating eligible voters by hyping the potential fraud.”

“But there are already warning signs that tea party-related anti-fraud efforts could slip into dirty tricks territory. In Wisconsin, the state Republican Party had been accused of plotting with local tea party groups to disenfranchise voters whose ballots were returned because of a wrong address—an illegal technique known as “vote-caging.” Given the polarized political climate, overzealous activists working the polls could end up overstepping the bounds, intentionally or not. Referring to the GOP and tea party efforts to recruit poll watchers and workers, Wendy Weiser of the Brennan Center for Justice says, “We haven’t sent this degree of heightened activity for years. It’s just a higher risk situation for voters.””

“We haven’t sent this degree of heightened activity for years. It’s just a higher risk situation for voters.”

Wendy Weiser, et al, allow me to jog your memory.

I will not waste time on the obvious Orwellian (and probably Alinsky) style comments in this article designed to divert attention away from the intent of poll watchers, to make them appear as having more sinister motives. I will respond to the following statement made about Chalice:

“The project’s coordinator, Sharon Meroni, is an infamous anti-Obama birther who filed objections against 32 Illinois candidates for failing to provide adequate documentation of their citizenship.”

I have known Chalice for several years, spoken to her on a number of occasions and been a guest on her radio show. She consistently comes across as a concerned American, who believes in the US Constitution and rule of law, like most of you. She deeply cares about this country and has fought bravely and persistently to save it. The far left continues to smear good people like Chalice and elevate and defend the likes of Obama, a usurper and Chicago Pay to Play corrution crony.

By the way, have you seen any Tea Party members carrying a night stick lately?

November 2010 elections, Obama voter fraud, US Justice Dept, J Christian Adams

The November elections are three weeks away. The following is not new news, but bears repeating.

J Christian Adams, the US Justice Dept whistleblower who spoke out about corruption in the Justice Dept. several months ago, came forth with more allegations about voter fraud. Once again Deputy Assistant Attorney  General Julie Fernandez is mentioned in Justice Dept. corruption. From a Megan Kelly interview on Fox.

Tim Adams Obama not born in Hawaii, Adams witness in 2008 elections, Left attempts to distort

“Why has Obama, for over 2 years, employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”…Citizen Wells and millions of concerned Americans

I am trying to determine the status of the testimony of Tim Adams,  an election official in Hawaii during 2008 election, who is the only potential witness to come forward. Tim Adams stated that Obama was not born in Hawaii and for that reason he was given a Certification of Live Birth by the state of Hawaii. He also stated that because Obama was a US citizen, that he was eligible to be president. That is absolutely incorrect. Adams also goes on to assume that those who question Obama’s eligibility are racists or are politically motivated. That is an ignorant assumption.

It’s the Constitution stupid!

In the following video, Adams states:

“They like my data but not my conclusions.”

Adams, your conclusions are not the law. They are your opinions.

Far left websites are trying to downplay and twist what Adams has attested to. I believe that it has been confirmed that Tim Adams did in fact have the position with the State of Hawaii in 2008 as an election official.

I am seeking the truth, facts. What is the current status of Tim Adams and his testimony?

Texas voter fraud, 2008 elections, Texas caucus, Polling places, Dr. Lynette Long research, Fox News article

Texas voter fraud, 2008 elections, Texas caucus, Polling places, Dr. Lynette Long research, Fox News article

From Citizen Wells August 25, 2008.

“For months there have been outcries from all over the nation of illegal practices at primaries and caucases around the country. Hillary Clinton and her supporters have cried foul over and over again. The Obama Campaign has made deception, attacks and dirty politics it’s hallmark. Recently it has been revealed that the Obama Campaign paid over $ 800,000 to Acorn, an organization with a history of documented voter fraud involvement.

Dr. Lynette Long has collected data and reports from the primaries and she has analyzed the data for accuracy. Texas has many reports of voter fraud and suspicious activity. This article will focus on Texas to provide a glimpse at how serious voter fraud was. Here are some reports from texas from Dr. Lynette Long:

“FROM TEXAS

I was at the Texas Caucus and the Obama supporter’s took the Packets as early as 6:30 AM which they were told not to do, They never let go and then when time came to vote they took over the precinct by some of them pushing the people that were supposed to run it across the room to chairs. They called in incorrect totals for Obama instead of correct ones. He actually had 4 delegates and they called in 19 delegates.

When my 88 year old Mother showed up, who can hardly walk on her walker, and they took her walker away from her when she said she was there to vote for Hillary. They said you are in the wrong place old woman; this is an Obama precinct, and you need to go across town. When I saw what was happening I called the police.  Blog post no quarter evelyn

FROM TEXAS

As an eye witness at the Precinct and Senate District Conventions, this is how Obama won many caucuses. First of all, vast numbers of Obama supporters were bused in to the conventions. They were loud and intimidating. Texas Democratic rules state that each person who participates in the Precinct Convention should have voted in this precinct and sign-in personally on a formal sign-in sheet. So many Obama people showed up, that there were not enough sign-in sheets available, so when the conventions ended, there were many sign-in sheets for Obama filled out in the same handwriting, not signed-in as specified. As Hillary supporters, we obtained copies of these sign-in sheets from all over south Texas, Harris County in particular. We laboriously compared the names on the sheets to see if the person who attended the precinct convention had voted in the primary election. Many listed Obama people had not. We then cross-checked the names of the Obama people to see if they lived in the correct precinct. Many times the Obama people did not come to the correct precinct and often appeared on sign-in sheets, as being present in several precinct conventions at the same time (a violation of the space-time continuum).

FROM THE TEXAS CONVENTION

I walked into the Nueses,Texas County Convention only to discover that I was already there as an Obama delegate.

FROM THE TEXAS CONVENTION

They shoved Obama signs in Clinton delegates’ faces, three inches from the nose, called them racists, and told my friend that she had to move from her third-row seat in one meeting and go sit in the back.  She also said that the proceedings were heavily laced with black power speeches by preachers as well as public officials.”
Here are some exerpts from the analysis of data by  Dr. Lynette Long:
“by Lynette Long

On March 4, 2008, Texas held its Democratic Primary, affectionately called the Texas-Two Step.  Polls were open from 7 am to 7 pm and then after the polls closed, persons who voted in primary could participate in a caucus. According to CNN a total of 2,867,454 votes were cast in the Democratic Primary with 1,458,814 (51%) votes cast for Senator Hillary Clinton and 1,358,785 (47%) votes cast for Senator Barack Obama, and a smattering of votes (49,855) for John Edwards, Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, and Chris Dodd combined. A total of 8,247 precinct conventions, commonly called caucuses, took place throughout the 254 counties in Texas, most of which were held at each precinct’s Primary polling place. If 100 people attended each of these “caucuses” than at least 800,000 people attended caucuses. The Dallas Morning News reported a projected turnout of 1.1 million.  Overwhelmed by the participation, Texas stopped counting the results at only 41% of precincts counted. As a result of the Texas caucus, Obama was awarded 56% of precinct delegates and Clinton was awarded 44% of the precinct delegates. Since people who voted in the caucuses were required to have voted in their precinct, the voters in the caucus were statistically a subset of the voters in primary, but the results were statistically different.  A more sophisticated analysis is required.””

From Fox News September 25, 2010.

“When Catherine Engelbrecht and her friends sat down and started talking politics several years ago, they soon agreed that talking wasn’t enough. They wanted to do more. So when the 2008 election came around, “about 50” of her friends volunteered to work at Houston’s polling places.

“What we saw shocked us,” she said. “There was no one checking
IDs, judges would vote for people that asked for help. It was fraud, and we watched like deer in the headlights.””

““The first thing we started to do was look at houses with more than six voters in them” Engelbrecht said, because those houses were the most likely to have fraudulent registrations attached to them. “Most voting districts had 1,800 if they were Republican and 2,400 of these houses if they were Democratic . . .

“But we came across one with 24,000, and that was where we started looking.”

It was Houston’s poorest and predominantly black district, which has led some to accuse the group of targeting poor black areas. But Engelbrecht rejects that, saying, “It had nothing to do with politics. It was just the numbers.””

““Vacant lots had several voters registered on them. An eight-bed halfway house had more than 40 voters registered at its address,” Engelbrecht said. “We then decided to look at who was registering the voters.”

Their work paid off. Two weeks ago the Harris County voter registrar took their work and the findings of his own investigation and handed them over to both the Texas secretary of state’s office and the Harris County district attorney.

Most of the findings focused on a group called Houston Votes, a voter registration group headed by Steve Caddle, who also works for the Service Employees International Union. Among the findings were that only 1,793 of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted appeared to be valid. The other registrations included one of a woman who registered six times in the same day; registrations of non-citizens; so many applications from one Houston Voters collector in one day that it was deemed to be beyond human capability; and 1,597 registrations that named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures.”
