Larry Sinclair Delaware Court Appearance, August 11, 2008, Sinclair asked for dismissal of charges, Delaware Justice, Biden Justice

I spoke to Larry Sinclair this afternoon after his 45 second court appearance. Larry is doing well. Delaware has an odd system and Sinclair had to appear as a formality. Here is Larry Sinclair’s statement:

“I am having a late lunch and will be heading home shortly.  The Delaware Court appearance lasted all of 45 seconds before the Hon Joseph R. Slights, Judge.  I will return for a final case review on September 2, 2008 and if the Delaware Attorney Generals office has not dismissed the charges by that date the matter will go to Trial starting September 11, 2008.”

Larry Sinclair has revealed the details of what really happened in Delaware last year regarding his stay at the Rodeway Inn and transactions with the motel manager, Sonny Patel. A warrant issued out of the office of Delaware Attorney General Biden, was fabricated just a few weeks after Larry Sinclair came out with a YouTube video with allegations of drug use with Obama in November 1999.

When you read Larry Sinclair’s facts consider the following:

After Sinclair was arrested after the New Conference at the National Press Club, more lies and smears began. A prominent Delaware news source began stating fabricated details. Obama affiliated bloggers took the story and ran.

Attorney General Biden is the son of Senator Joe Biden, a frontrunner for Obama’s VP position.

When Larry Sinclair went before the Delaware judge, he was released on an unsecured bond. This hardly looks like a situation requiring Sinclair being arrested after his news conference.

Larry Sinclair told me this exact story over the phone, just after his arrest in June 2008. Despite many attempts to spread lies about Sinclair, he has been consistent and forthright with me.

Questions for Delaware News-Journal; Delaware Attorney General & State Police

In October 2007 while looking for an apartment in the Wilmington, Delaware-Philly, PA area, I stayed at the Rodeway Inn at 3 Memorial Dr. I spent a total of three (3) weeks at the Rodeway Inn. The first week was paid with my visa card at the weekly rate (tax included) of $300.00

While working with housing officials in Texas and Delaware to transfer from Texas to Delaware, the Delawarr Center approved housing assistance up to $1200 issued by voucher with each voucher being for a two week period. The first two (2) week voucher was issued for the Rodeway Inn.

While staying at the Rodeway Inn, a UPS overnight envelope addressed to me was sent to my former Texas address, and forwarded to me via FedEx (using my FedEx account) by my best friend and former landlord in Texas. This envelope contained three (3) money orders made payable to me for $910.00 each.

Upon receiving the FedEx delivery, Sonny Patel, the owner of the Rodeway Inn was aware that I had not yet opened an account with any local bank. Sonny Patel and his swing-shift employee (who I had been driving to and from work daily at the request of Mr. Patel) asked me if I wanted either of them to cash the money orders for me. Both offered to do so for a FEE of $300.00

The following day in the early afternoon Sonny Patel invited me to go to the bank with him where he would deposit the money orders, in his personal account at Wachovia Bank on DuPont HWY. At the bank I endorsed the money Orders and wrote out a statement saying I would not received any funds from the deposit until Patel had been notified by his bank that the items had cleared the bank. I also included a statement that I would be responsible for any bank charges should the items be returned unpaid. Both of the statements were witnessed by the bank employee.

Several days after the deposit I was called into the Office of the Rodeway Inn by Mr. Sonny Patel. Patel informed me that the money orders had clear Wachovia and that he was ready to pay me my money. Mr. Patel had the original statement out and noted on it that I had been paid the funds from the Money Orders in full minus the $300.00 fee charged me.

On October 13, 2007 I did move out of the Rodeway Inn and into the Riverview pending the signing of the lease on a residence on Topaz Dr., in Claymont. On the day I moved I informed Sonny Patel exactly where I was moving to, Patel had the phone number for the Riverview as well as my cell phone. Further Mr. Patel asked me if I would continue to drive Daisy home from work each night as I had been and told him I would. I continued to see Sonny Patel on an almost Dailey basis when dropping off/picking up his employee fro/from work (this is supported by statements made by the employee to Wilmington Police on 10/27/07.) Despite almost daily contact with Sonny Patel, His Brother Sam and or his wife; his knowledge of my cell phone number and place of residence, Sonny Patel never once contacted me or informed me that the money orders had been returned un-paid. In an interview with Wilmington Police on 10-27-07 I had inform the police I was told by Sonny Patel that the money orders had cleared the bank and that I had not been told anything to the contrary (not even by the Wilmington Police)

Now on Feb 5, 2008, Delaware Attorney General Joseph R. Biden III’s office called for a Grand Jury to issue a Felony Theft Indictment. Feb 5, 2008 would have been 19 days after my Youtube Video went up on the internet and starting to become somewhat popular in my allegations against presidential candidate Barack Obama.

In requesting this indictment, the Delaware Attorney Generals Office failed to note that they money orders were payable to me; that Sonny Patel made the request to cash them at a fee of $300; that I signed an agreement not to receive the funds until Sonny Patel informed me they had cleared the bank; and that Sonny Patel (based on the Wilmington Police Depts. report of 10-27-07) lied about not seeing me again, or knowing how to contact me; the fact that Wilmington Police did not at anytime during the 10-27-07 interview, ever advise me that said money orders had been returned; or that no one ever attempted to mail summons to my address (which I had placed a forwarding order on when I moved) that the Wilmington Police report dated 10-27-07 did contain along with the name of my landlord.

NOW, THESE ARE THE FACTS, so I ask this of the Publisher of the Delaware News-Journal:

1 Why did your paper repeatedly publish outright false claims against me and cite as your sources; Delaware State Police Reports; New Castle Superior Court Files; and Delaware Prosecutors???

2.Why did your newspaper publish these outright false claims against me a second time after being asked to publish a retraction after publishing them the first time?

QUESTIONS TO DELAWARE ATTORNEY GENERAL JOSEPH R. BIDEN III’s OFFICE

1 Why did the Delaware Attorney Generals office present incomplete evidence to a Grand Jury (that it is clear from the police reports your office was IN FACT aware of?)

2 Why did your office make claims to a Grand Jury that (based on your own Police Reports) was false and misleading?

3 What is your true motivation for seeking an indictment in Feb 2008 against me for a crime your office knows I did not commit?

4 Where did I at any time in any way commit theft of anything from The Rodeway Inn?

5 Why would your office be the source for the News-Journals false claims that were published?

Why would the Delaware News-Journal and others publish outright false claims and why would the Delaware Attorney Generals Office, The Delaware State Police and The Superior Court be repeatedly cited as the source of the false information?

The Democrat party is being run by a bunch of modern day Nazi Germany BrownShirts. The Obama Camp is an integral part of orchestrated efforts to control the flow of information available to the American Public. Bloggernews.net is reporting that they have evidence that attempts to shutdown anti Obama sites are coming from the official Obama website, barackobama.com, and the Obama Campaign. Here are some exerpts from that story:

“At least one of the attacks in the latest wave of blog shutdowns this past week came from IPs assigned to barackobama.com.

We have reported twice in the last two weeks about the attacks on anti-Obama websites. [“Google, Blogger, Obama: Obamanation Shut Down My Blog!”]] & [BabbaZee’s “Anti-Obama Blogs Shut Down by Google, Obamabots“]”

“We came across this post by MacRanger at MacsMind [Macsmind Hacking UPDATE] yesterday, where Mac presents “one fact that can’t be explained away”.

On July 22-25 Macsmind was DOS’d (Denial of Service) that originated from three IP addresses that are assigned to Barack Obama’s website. This isn’t a theory but was confirmed via law enforcement through an inspection of the site logs from those dates. The IP address in question; 66.39.4.254 66.39.143.229 216.146.206.181, are all registered via “Go Daddy” under the name barackobama.com.

On those dates, beginning at At 5:48PM Central on the 22nd, the hosted server that contained our site was hit by a 1.6 gigabyte flood of illegitimate traffic. The attacks never abated and only stopped when our host provider took us off line.

Spam traffic originating from three IPs assigned to the barackobama.com would seem to be compelling evidence to the disinterested reader. We haven’t been able to reach MacRanger yet, but the real question isn’t “Is the Obama camp involved in this?””

So, does anyone out there believe we are not living “1984” or Nazi Germany? Consider the following:

The MSM is mostly controlled by the Democrat Party and is not covering the real Obama.

The Obama Campaign set in motion mechanisms, well over a year ago to control the information on the internet. The Obama Camp has such advisors as Lawrence Lessig, who has strong links to Google.

The Obama Camp has a legion of paid hackers who work at stopping or discrediting anyone questioning Obama.

Larry Sinclair has endured personal attacks, death threats, arrest, treatment like a political prisoner, multiple website shutdowns and a consistent effort to discredit him. He also is not getting the protection under the law he is entitled to.

Followers and reporters of the Larry Sinclair story have received personal attacks, attempts at website shutdowns and continual attempts at discreditng.

Nancy Pelosi and her Brownshirt gang are trying to revive the “Fairness Doctrine”, which is nothing more than attempts to shut down talk radio hosts like Rush Limbaugh.

And don’t forget, the Democrat Party has disenfranchised many Democrat voters.

Wake up America!

We are not that far from reliving Nazi Germany.

Larry Sinclair has an update regarding the Delaware warrant presented to him after his arrest at the National Press Club. Sinclair will be posting a more extensive article this weekend. Here is Larry Sinclair’s update:

“Just wanted to post this note that over the weekend I will be posting an article in the blog below on the Delaware Case.  This will expose the Pro-Obama Blogoidiots and the Delaware News Journal as liars; as none of the statements claimed to be from Police reports and Court Files are made in either.  Delaware Authorities have offered a plea to a misdemeanor which I immediately rejected.   I have my whole life admitted to my actions and I will not stand in front of any Judge and admit to something I know and the State of Delaware knows I did not do.  I will be in Delaware next week for a pre-trial case review and return home to Duluth until that Trial date arrives.  It will be interesting to see how Delaware explains the lies published attributed to the Attorney Generals Office and the State Police.”

I first began closely scrutinizing Barack Obama after reading the Larry Sinclair allegations about drug use and sex with Obama in November 1999. The more I searched, the more alarming information I found and the more concerned I became. I also noticed the personal attacks and then death threats made on Larry Sinclair, his family and those following his story. The more questions I asked, the more attacks I received and the more vicious they became.

I am not part of the Larry Sinclair organization, but I have gotten to know him through the course of investigating and asking questions. Many lies have been spread about Larry Sinclair. Larry has been direct and consistent in providing information and answering questions. Larry has been open about his past. Obama has not been open about his past. Obama has consistently lied and used diversions to hide his crime filled past and dubious associations.

I have helped Larry Sinclair on multiple occasions. I have done this for several reasons. His story needs to be spread to more Americans and the Obama Camp has consistently attempted to discredit him, silence him and make him a political prisoner. I am doing my part to keep the story alive and I do not like seeing people bullied. The Nazi Brownshirts bullied anyone that did not fit the party profile.

Many people and bloggers are part of an orchestrated attempt to discredit and silence anyone questioning Obama and his past. One of these blogs, a blog that attracts the lowest type of humanity, has viciously attacked Larry Sinclair, other bloggers and people questioning Obama. They are focusing on this blog after trying multiple times to shut down Larry Sinclair sites. This blog is reporting news, news that the MSM has failed to report. Think about it. This blog, other blogs and individuals are being attacked for asking questions and reporting.

Recently this disgusting pro Obama blog, stepped up their attacks on Larry Sinclair and those following his story. A few weeks ago they attempted to link the Citizen Wells blog to a prominent NC attorney. I contacted the attorney for a heads up, since these bloggers are capable of anything. More recently they linked this blog to a real estate agent in NC. They have posted personal information about this person and family members.

A real estate agent in Little Rock Arkansas is a regular commenter on this blog. A short visit to this blog immediately reveals that no one with integrity would have any part of it. This AR broker is part of the orchestrated attacks coming from this blog. The broker has made threatening comments and emails. Here are some sample comments from the AR broker:

I hope he doesn’t resurface but we all know that snakes do that and down here in the south we shoot em.”

Three of the people contacting this site regarding this AR broker are real estate brokers in different parts of the country. At least one of these real estate brokers has contacted the Arkansas Real Estate Commission. Many other people were outraged at this person’s words and attacks.

Obama and the Obama Campaign must be stopped. Everyone must do their part to spread the message. It happened in Nazi Germany. It is already happening here. Read this poem and think about it:

Larry Sinclair’s website is back up. Despite attempts from the Obama camp to silence and discredit Larry Sinclair, he still has a website and continues to tell his story of a drug encounter with Obama in November 1999. Of course the story has grown larger with the Obama attempts to stop him. Larry Sinclair has had personal attacks on himself and family as well as death threats. Larry Sinclair was arrested after his news conference and taken to Delaware on a warrrant from Attorney General Biden, the son of Senator Joe Biden. Sinclair has been treated like a political prisoner by the Bidens and the state of Delaware.

Apparently, Lynne DeBoth, a real estate agent for Pinnacle Properties in Arkansas and self proclaimed niece of Joe Biden, called Hostmonster to complain about Larry Sinclair’s site. DeBoth, a regular commenter on a disgusting pro Obama blog, frequented by the lowest form of humanity, had earlier posted the following:
“One question, isn’t there anything we can do to get totally rid of Larry Sinclair?? Perhaps put out a contract on him???”

Hostmonster shut down Larry Sinclair’s blog even though they agreed that Lynne Deboth’s photo is not copyrighted. Her photo is already displayed on her business site. GoDaddy.com hosts the disgusting blog site that she frequents. GoDaddy.com apparently gives carte blanche to disgusting and illegal blog posts and comments.

Larry Sinclair traced the commenter to Pinnacle Properties in Arkansas and identified the commenter as Lynne Deboth. Larry called Pinnacle Properties and recorded 3 phone calls. After we reported on this story, Lynne Deboth and the other bloggers on this evil site, once again tried to reveal the name behind Citizen Wells. Earlier this blog site had tried to associate Citizen Wells with a prominent Attorney in NC. We contacted the attorney and notified the blog of his response. The person they are revealing as Citizen Wells this time is a NC real estate broker. Lynne Deboth has threatened this broker on the blog and in an email. Here are comments she made last night on the blog as well as an email she sent:

Larry has suffered the consequences of his actions and he will continue to do so.

You can be not an Obama supporter and do it earnestly and sincerely for what ever reason but not for what Sinclair says. That is just plain crap.

Those that associate with Larry Sinclair are to be considered to be just like him, habitual criminal and no moral values.

Visit the Arkansas real estate commission and revisit Lynne Deboth’s comments as well as the type of blog she frequents. Note the “moral turpitude” comment in this conviction example:

“Respondent Foster’s prior conviction is a crime involving a felony conviction and a crime involving moral turpitude, which prohibits Respondent from holding a salesperson license.”

Here are exerpts from AR real estate law:

“(6) Evidence of good reputation for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity sufficient to safeguard the
interests of the public; and
(7) Completion of a criminal history background check through the Department of Arkansas State
Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation as set out in § 17-42-315”

 

“17-42-402. Construction.
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to limit or restrict in any manner other civil or criminal
remedies which may be available to any person.”
“10.16 Criminal convictions and disciplinary actions.
(a) A licensee who is convicted of or pleads guilty or nolo contendere to any crime other than a traffic
violation shall make written report thereof to the Commission within thirty (30) days after the conviction
or plea. The report shall include the date of the offense and of the conviction or plea, the name and
address of the court, the specific crime for which convicted, or to which the plea is entered, the fine,
penalty and/or other sanctions imposed, and copies of the charging document and judgment of conviction
or other disposition, including probation or suspension of sentence. The report shall also include the
licensee’s explanation of the circumstances which led to the charge and conviction or plea, along with any
other information which the licensee wishes to submit.
(b) A licensee who after the initiation of an investigation, hearing or other administrative action
surrenders or who has a professional, vocational or occupational license, permit, certification or
registration denied, revoked, suspended or canceled or who is subjected to any sanctions, including
probation, involving such license, permit, certification or registration shall make written report thereof to
the Commission within thirty (30) days after such action. The report shall include the date of the action,
the name and address of the regulatory agency which has taken the action and copies of documents
pertaining thereto. The report shall also include the licensee’s explanation of the circumstances which led
to the action, along with any additional information the licensee wishes to submit.
(c) An applicant for a real estate license who has been convic ted of or pleaded guilty or nolo
contendere to any crime other than a traffic violation or who after the initiation of an investigation,
hearing or other administrative action has surrendered or has had a professional, vocational or
occupational license, permit, certification or registration denied, revoked, suspended or canceled or who
has been subjected to any sanctions, including probation, involving such a license, permit, certification or
registration shall furnish the written report referred to in Regulation 10.16 (a) and/or (b) to the
Commission at the time the application is submitted if such action has already occurred, otherwise such
report shall be made immediately after the action occurs.”

Multiple real estate agents in different parts of the US read this story and have responded. They are outraged. Many following this story believe Lynne DeBoth will be seeking new employment soon.

As for Lynne Deboth and fellow bloggers attacking Larry Sinclair, they will be held accountable for their actions. Attacking other people, such as NC real estate agents will not help their cause. And of course attacking this blog for reporting the news is self evident.

This article is being written after Lynn DeBoth (right), the self-proclaimed Niece of Senator Joseph R. I called DeBoth on July 26, 2008 three (3) times (all of which were recorded) in which I left DeBoth two messages to cease from making false statements, (I will be uploading the recorded calls later today) and that I would file a criminal complaint with the Duluth, Minnesota Police for her “SOLICITATION” of my murder on the internet.

DeBoth has sent numerous emails threatening that her brother was an attorney in Little Rock, AR., that she has family employed by the FBI and that she is the “niece” of Delaware Democratic Senator Joseph R. Biden, Jr.

The Pro-Obama Blog which posted the above comment is hosted on GoDaddy.com, the same server of ObamaforAmerica and MyBarackObama.com.  The Blogs administrators include, but are not limited to, Ruth Ellen Kessler, a Burlington, MA woman who is a member of the “Obama Brigade,” “MyBO.com Network,” “Jews for Obama,” and as stated by her at least half dozen more Pro-Obama Groups.  Sheila A Bryant, of Lawrenceville, GA, Joshua Derke, Michigan, et. al.  all of whom have repeatedly harassed, threatened, and intimidated individuals who comment on this blog and who have admitted to knowingly providing false statements about me in failed attempts to discredit me.

American citizens have been emailed threats against their personal safety, they have had their place of employment and their medical information posted on sleaze web sites for the purpose of embarrassing them into towing the line to Obama supporters demands.  This statement by Lynn DeBoth, who ironically was banned from commenting on this site, for her repeated use of the “N” word in referring to Senator Barack Obama and his supporters.  Ironic since she is now a member of a Pro-Obama blog who detested her comments on other sites.  DeBoth posted under the user name “STAR” and all of her comments from my Youtube videos and both blog sites are available on CD.

A CRIMINAL COMPLAINT FOR SOLICITATION TO MURDER ON THE INTERNET WILL BE SWORN OUT WITH DULUTH, MINNSOTA POLICE AGAINST LYNN DEBOTH, (GoDaddy.com, Ruth Ellen Kessler, Joshua Derke, Sheila Bryant, et.al…) I WILL ALSO FILE THE SAME CIMINAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MINNSOTA OFFICE OF THE FBI.”

Larry Sinclair has a new post regarding the warrant in Delaware and his treatment as a political prisoner by Delaware and Attorney General Biden of Delaware. Attorney General Biden is the son of Senator Joe Biden, a frontrunner for Obama’s Vice President. Larry Sinclair reveals the poor treatment he received and states that he will not plead guilty. On June 18, 2008 you will recalled I was arrested in Washington, DC and jailed without ever being shown a single charging document or warrant.  Not by the arresting officials, the US Marshals and not even by the DC Superior Court.

After 6 days in custody and being taken to Wilmington, Delaware with no ID (when arrested in DC, DC Police instructed Mr. Sibley to take all of my ID with him), nothing other than the clothes on my back, more than a month has past and Delaware Prosecutors STILL HAVE NOT provide me or my Attorney a single document other than those which were posted on this Blog.  Not a single Police report showing what I am accused of or who has made the accusation.  Despite repeated reports by the News-Journal newspaper and multiple internet claims that the Delaware Attorney Generals office has provided them information they published, the State has not provided a single document or piece of discovery to me the defendant as of this date. 

 

 

Why?  Why has the Delaware Attorney Generals office provided information to anonymous internet bloggers and to reporters for The News-Journal newspaper and yet has to this date failed to provide that information to the Defense, which they are required by Law to do? 

 

 

 

Does the Delaware Attorney Generals office feel such publication’s will assist its office in obtaining a conviction on a case that itself has no merit?  Is the Delaware Attorney General’s Office assisting these blogger reports in an attempt to scare me into entering a plea to a crime I know and the Delaware AG knows,  I DID NOT commit?  If this is the intent of the Delaware Attorney Generals office, then allow me to make known here and now exactly what my position is.

Larry Sinclair has provided an update to the controversy surrounding attacks made on him and contact from James Barry. The telephone number that James Barry called from, when dialed, was answered by the office of DC law firm Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis. Sinclair was contacted by William Wiltshire, a partner in the firm. Wiltshire denied that the telephone number, 202-449-9737, was associated with his law firm. Here is the latest from Larry Sinlclair on this story:

UPDATED 7-23-08 @ 10:06 PM CDT: It seems HW&G partner Mark Grannis (left) has a blog at WordPress and it turns out that this blog has been ping backing every article I have posted on the old and new blog. Why?

This morning while trying to contact an individual who claimed to be one “James Barry” at 202-449-9737 I received a heck of a shock.  See the previous article so I do not have to repeat it here.

Since posting the article this morning about the above phone number being answered by the DC Lobbyist Law Firm of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis, several things have become known that causes me to be of the opinion that HW&G is not being completely honest about the association between its firm and the owner of the phone number which I was called from and harassed, and which Youtube removed a video of the recorded conversation had with the man claiming to be “James Barry.”  One of the things coming to light is the following piece in USA Today, on the Senior Partner of HW&G, Scott Blake Harris:

“My practice isn’t going to be helped by this at all,” said Harris, who said he got involved with Obama after his 14-year-old son interned in the senator’s office. “I went to see him because of how nice he’d been to my kid, and I was captivated by his vision.”

Another is the phone conversation this morning with Alex Bryson, Assistant to Scott Blake Harris, where Mr. Bryson (without me ever saying anything about the above number being his) in an extremely nervous and defensive tone states the phone number is not his (this before I even started to give him the number) and then hanging up on me without even taking the message for Mr. Harris.  This conversation recording raises more questions than it answers that is for sure.

Now the following comment was posted on this blog and has sat in moderation until I received verification from William Wiltshire of HW&G that it was posted by him.  Mr. Wiltshire emailed me stating he did make the comment and asked that it be posted.  Below is the comment and the email I sent to verify that Mr. Wiltshire (right) was the person posting the comment.

Unfortunately, for some unknown reason, whoever owns that number unilaterally chose to forward his calls to our main switchboard. Because no one here was aware of this, it is no surprise that no one knew what you were talking about when your call came in this morning. So far, we have been unable to determine whose number it is, but we have learned that it is a landline and not a cell phone. It also seems to have been disconnected within the last hour or so.
We are continuing to investigate and hope to know more soon. But one thing is sure — whoever called you from that number had nothing to do with this firm.

I do not accept nor do I believe the statement from Mr. Wiltshire and I will tell you why. 

First, no one just picks a Law Firm to forward their phone calls to! 

Second, the Law Firm not once, but several times stated (all recorded) the number belonged to one of the Firms Attorney’s!

Third, the number was actually set to be picked up by a fax machine this morning before it was disconnected, (again this is documented after someone claimed the number was disconnected it was called and in fact was picked up by a fax machine) it was only after the updates posted after the original article was published that the number was then disconnected.

Fourth, Youtube notifies its user’s under normal flagging when it removes a video, the phone conversation video was removed and YouTube still has not notified me they removed it or why.

Fifth,  the office manager of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis assured me the firm would contact me by the end of business today and they did not.

And finally, all this from a Firm that is so deeply embedded in the Telecommunications and IP, IT industry that they have the resources and knowledge to move so quickly in having this number pulled from service.

Now the following email was received as well, and I find it interesting the name used and the fact that it was sent through an email service that of course hides the original senders address.  But let me make it clear, I am not scared and in fact what has been done is these people have made me more determined than ever to get to the bottom of all of this and expose Barack Obama and his Thugs for what they truly are.

Larry Sinclair has been back in touch with the DC law firm, Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis. Larry Sinclair was called by someone named James Barry and when Sinclair called the number that appeared on his screen when Barry called, he reached the law office of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis. Here is the update from Larry Sinclair:

“UPDATED 7-23-08 @ 11:22 AM CDT:  The phone number 202-449-9737 has been disconnected since reporting this morning that if was being answered by the DC Law firm of Harris, Wiltshire & Grannis.  I just spoke with the Office manager of HWG who now claims that number does not belong to anyone at the firm.  When I informed her I have multiple recorded phone calls to the firm on that number this morning, with all of them being answered by the Firm and the Firm stating it was the cell phone of one of the firms Attorney’s she could only say “we are trying to figure out how it happened and who the number belongs to.”  This from a Law Firm that specializes in what?  Telecommunications and IP’s!!!

UPDATED 7-23-08 @ 10:45 AM CDT: Another interesting development in the client list for this firm.  Seems HWG represents the Phone Company Sprint-Nextel which just so happens to be the Phone Company telling me they cannot provide me with my phone records.  Even though they provided them to the Chicago PD, Sprint Nextel tells us they do not exist.  This cannot simply be a coincidence.”
