Larry Sinclair just called to say he is attending a Bill Clinton rally in Cleveland Ohio for Barack Obama. Here is an article from The Cleveland Leader:

Stanley Kurtz has written a very compelling article of how Acorn used it’s influence with congress to push the acceptability of risky subprime loans. Here are some exerpts from the must read article:

“TO discover the roots of to day’s economic crisis, consider a tale from 1995.

That March, House Speaker Newt Gingrich was scheduled to address a meeting of county commissioners at the Washington Hilton. But, first, some 500 protesters from the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) poured into the ballroom from both the kitchen and the main entrance.

Hotel staffers who tried to block them were quickly overwhelmed by demonstrators chanting, “Nuke Newt!” and “We want Newt!” Jamming the aisles, carrying bullhorns and taunting the assembled county commissioners, demonstrators swiftly took over the head table and commandeered the microphone, sending two members of Congress scurrying.”

“Yet ACORN had only just begun. Two days later, 50 to 100 of the same protesters hit their main target – a House Banking subcommittee considering changes to the Community Reinvestment Act, a law that allows groups like ACORN to force banks into making high-risk loans to low-credit customers.

The CRA’s ostensible purpose is to prevent banks from discriminating against minorities. But Rep. Marge Roukema (R-NJ), who chaired the subcommittee, was worried that charges of discrimination had become an excuse for lowering credit standards. She warned that new, Democrat-proposed CRA regulations could amount to an illegal quota system.

FOR years, ACORN had combined manipulation of the CRA with intimidation-protest tactics to force banks to lower credit standards. Its crusade, with help from Democrats in Congress, to push these high-risk “subprime” loans on banks is at the root of today’s economic meltdown.”

“So ACORN’s Democratic friends in Congress moved to force Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac to dispense with normal credit standards. Throughout the early ’90s, they imposed ever-increasing subprime-lending quotas on Fannie and Freddie.”

“Requests to the Capital Police to release the activists from Sen. Ted Kennedy (D-Mass.) and Rep. Joe Kennedy (D-Mass,) failed. Then Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) showed up at the jail and refused to leave until the protesters were released; the Capital Police relented.”

“Instead, Democrats like Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.) and Reps. Kennedy and Waters allied with the Clinton administration to broaden the acceptability of risky subprime loans throughout the financial system, thus precipitating our current crisis.

ACORN had come to Congress not only to protect the CRA from GOP reforms but also to expand the reach of quota-based lending to Fannie, Freddie and beyond. By steamrolling the GOP that March, it had crushed the last potential barrier to “change.””

“HOW does Barack Obama fit into all of this? Obama has been a key ally of Chicago ACORN going back to his days as a community organizer.

Later, as a young lawyer, he offered leadership training to the activists who were forcing Chicago banks into high-risk subprime loans. And when he made it on to the boards of Chicago’s Woods Fund and the Chicago Annenberg Challenge, he channeled money ACORN’s way.

Obama was perfectly aware of ACORN’s intimidation tactics – indeed, he oversaw a Woods Fund report that boasted of managing to fund the radical group despite its shocking behavior.

And as a lawmaker, in Illinois and in Washington, he has continued to back ACORN’s leglislative agenda.”

“ACORN’s alliance with the Democratic Party is at the root of the current financial meltdown. And Barack Obama has stayed true to ACORN’s ways.”

I am certain there is a Shakespeare quote that applies and the John Edward’s affair was considered a rumor for quite a while.

I received an email today:

Let me share some info with you that I have gotten from excellent sources within the DNC:

On or about October 5th, Biden will excuse himself from the ticket, citing health problems, and he will be replaced by Hillary. This is timed to occur after the VP debate on 10/2.”

Last night I spoke to Larry Sinclair. He was given a heads up from some Washington insiders that he made contact with months ago. I was already aware of the insiders. I have discussed Joe Biden’s comments with bloggers and those around me. Even Rush Limbaugh has been raising questions about Biden. Here is the post I made last night:

“We have received information from sources high in the Democratic Party that , in a total desperation move, Hillary Rodham Clinton will replace the hapless Joe Biden as V-P candidate on the Obama ticket. I will send out more information on this in several minutes. Hillary Clinton has said that Barack Obama is not qualified to be Commander-in-Chief. He hasn’t grown any more qualified presumably in the past few weeks. As the saying goes, “It took a Republican to have the Obama Dems name a woman to the ticket.”

Can this possibly be true?

Will Hillary replace Biden?

Is Obama qualified to be president?

Is Hillary posturing to replace Obama?

My God, this does sound like a soap opera!

I do not believe many Hillary supporters would back the ticket with her as VP. The damage may have already been done.

However, there is another story that is connected to the Philip J
Berg lawsuit and other stories.

For several days, commenters on this blog, other bloggers and people
around me have been discussing Joe Biden and especially the comments
he recently made about Hillary Clinton. Is Joe Biden opening the
door to bow out? Was this part of a prearranged plan? Rush Limbaugh
claims to have predicted Biden’s actions for some time.

A few hours ago, I posted the following on twitter.com/citizenwells
and I did so without discussing it with Larry Sinclair. Here is what
I posted:

Option

1. Obama disqualified/indicted before election.

2. Obama disqualified/indicted after election, before oath of office.

3. Obama impeached/indicted after oath of office.

4. Obama loses (preferred). Hillary waits 4 years.

Hillary’s odds are good.

For months I have read hundreds of comments regarding the election
and I have come to the conclusion that there is something resembling
a collective consciousness occuring.

Larry Sinclair called me a few minutes ago about some information
he received and about conversations we had when he was in Washington
DC for the Democrats Meeting. (Clarification for MSM, ongoing
conversations occur when you follow a story). All I can say about
what he told me then is that it involved people connected to
Hillary. Larry told me he justed posted a new article and here it is:

IS JOE BIDEN GOING TO WITHDRAW FROM THE OBAMA TICKET TO MAKE ROOM FOR HILLARY?

This is the feeling coming from some people and it would explain some high level contacts and communications in May and June while I was in DC.

Nothing would surprise me in the Obama camp and I can only say I hope that there is no truth to the emails I am receiving.”

Erick Erickson has breaking news that the democrats have released Sarah Palin’s Social Security number. Here are exerpts from the article:

“The Politico has received an opposition research file from the Alaska Democrats. You can read it in PDF here.

In the file, the Democrats have released Sarah Palin’s social security number minus the last four digits. Also tied to the information are her various home addresses.

Back in 2005, Democrats used Michael Steele’s social security number to get his credit record.

It is atrocious that the Democrats would not only seek out Sarah Palin’s social security number, but release it in opposition research to the press.”

“Now, here are additional points:

If the AK-Dems didn’t do this, who did? Obama? The DNC? Who? They’re releasing the whole thing now and letting the media make hay of it.
Why didn’t the SSN get fully redacted?
It’s ironic the party that thinks only Republicans invade privacy, invaded the privacy of Sarah Palin enough to learn her social security number and distribute it to the media.”

The Washington Times has an article about the lawsuit filed by Philip J Berg on August 21, 2008.

The lawsuit states:

Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or
Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or
Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

Numerous questions raised about Obama’s background have no satisfactory answers:

Where was Obama born? Hawaii; an island off of Hawaii; Kenya; Canada?
School records list Obama as a citizen of Indonesia. Was he a citizen of Kenya, Indonesia and/or Canada?
Explanation of the names he has used: Barack Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham, & Barry Dunham.
Illinois Bar Application – Obama fails to acknowledge use of names other than Barack Hussein Obama, a blatant lie.

Here are exerpts from the Washington Times article:

“Pennsylvania’s former deputy attorney general and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton supporter Philip J. Berg has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Pennsylvania accusing presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama of lying about his U.S. citizenship, which would make him ineligible to be president.”

“The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia last week, also names the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and says Mr. Obama´s mother went to Kenya late in her pregnancy and ended up giving birth there. It also claims that later in life, Mr. Obama declared himself a citizen of Indonesia.”

Philip J Berg, attorney at law, filed a complaint on Thursday, August
21, 2008, against Barack Obama stating “Obama does not meet the qualifications to be President of the United States.” The defendants
in the case are:

BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA, a/k/a :
BARRY SOETORO, a/k/a :
BARRY OBAMA , a/k/a : JURY TRIAL DEMANDED
BARACK DUNHAM, a/k/a :
BARRY DUNHAM, THE :
DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL :
COMMITTEE, THE FEDERAL :
ELECTION COMMISSION AND :
DOES 1-50 INCLUSIVE

The complaint was served on the U.S. Attorney on behalf of the DNC and the FEC. The complaint is being served on Barack Obama. According to Philip J Berg “We are awaiting confirmation Senator Obama has been served.”

What will be the response from Obama and the Democratic National
committee?

Here is the basis for the complaint from Philip J Berg’s website:

“Berg filed this suit for the best interests of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.“Eighteen million Democratic Primary voters donated money, volunteered their time and energy, worked very hard and then not only supported Senator Clinton, but voted for her and often recruited other supporters as well. All the efforts of supporters of legitimate citizens were for nothing because this man lied and cheated his way into a
Philip J. Berg, Esquire stated in his lawsuit that Senator Obama:

1. Is not a natural-born citizen; and/or

2. Lost his citizenship when he was adopted in Indonesia; and/or

3. Has dual loyalties because of his citizenship with Kenya and Indonesia.

Berg stated: “I filed this action at this time to avoid the obvious problems that will occur when the Republican Party raises these issues after Obama is nominated.”

Larry Sinclair aired his first talk radio show on blogtalkradio, tonight, Tuesday, August 26, 2008. The show was a great success. Larry Sinclair apologized for his lack of experience but his natural speaking ability and recall of facts eased the transition. Sinclair described his encounter with Obama in November 1999, their use of drugs and gay sex. Larry Sinclair also described how he was contacted by Donald Young last year, shortly before Young was murdered. Larry Sinclair’s next radio show will be this Thursday, August 28, 2008. Larry hinted he will have a surprise for Obama.
