Obama lied about his involvement with Tony Rezko

During his March 14, 2008 interview, the Times told Obama, Thomas is an FBI mole and he “recently told us that he saw you coming and going from Rezko’s office a lot.”
“And three other sources told us that you and Rezko spoke on the phone daily.”
“Is that true?” the reporter asked.
“No,” Obama said, “That’s not accurate.”
“I think what is true,” he said, “is that, it depends on the period of time.”
“I’ve known him for 17 years,” Obama stated. “There were stretches of time where I would see him once or twice a year.”
He told the Times, “when he was involved in finance committee for the U.S. Senate race, or the state senate races, or the U.S. Congressional race, then he was an active member.”
“During the U.S. Senate race, there’s be stretches of like a couple of weeks – for example prior to him organizing the fundraiser that he did for us – where I would probably be talking to him once a day to make sure that was going well,” he said.
“But the typical relationship was one that was fond,” he added. “We would see each other.”
“But there would be no reason for me to be seeing him that often,” he stated.
This issue may be sorted out soon enough because Fitzgerald’s charts matching up Obama’s contributions, visits and calls are bound to be every bit as thorough as the ones produced to prove Rezko is guilty as charged in the first trial. They simply were not produced because they were not needed to prove the defendant guilty in the first case.
As an example of what records might be squirreled away, consider that an FBI agent presented a chart to the jury on April 28, 2008, showing 257 calls from Rezko’s phones to Blagojevich’s chief of staff, Lon Monk, between March 2004 and May 2004 alone.””
When one reads the indictment and criminal complaint against Rod Blagojevich and studies the corruption and crime committed in Chicago and Illinois over the past 10 years, one name is conspicuous. Tony Rezko. Stuart Levine, the main witness in the Rezko trial, did most of the dirty work for Rezko. Obama was no stranger to Levine.
Many of the corruption figures involved with Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine and Rod Blagojevich have been indicted and convicted. Most of these corrupt figures had ties to Obama including donating to his campaigns. Consider the following.

In late 2002, Ali Ata, a businessman who previously pleaded guilty and is cooperating, and who was solicited by Rezko to make political contributions to
Blagojevich, brought a $25,000 check to Rezko’s offices, where Ata met with Blagojevich. Blagojevich asked Rezko if Rezko had talked to Ata about positions
in the administration, and Rezko said that he had. In July 2003, after discussions with Rezko about possible state appointments, Ata gave Rezko another
$25,000 check payable to Blagojevich’s campaign. Ata then had a conversation with Blagojevich at a fundraising event in which Blagojevich indicated that he
was aware Ata recently had made another substantial contribution to his campaign, and told Ata that he understood Ata would be joining his administration.
Ata replied that he was considering taking a position, and Blagojevich said that it had better be a job where Ata could make some money. Blagojevich
ultimately appointed Ata as the executive director of the Illinois Finance Authority.”

“Almanaseer was appointed to the planning board in 2003 on Rezko’s recommendation. Prosecutors contend he became part of a five-member voting bloc on the
board that followed Rezko’s wishes. Almanaseer said board Chairman Thomas Beck tried to steer his voting.
“He said, ‘If you just don’t know which way to vote, vote the way Mr. Levine votes because that’s the way Tony would want the vote to go,” Almanaseer
recalled, referring to Stuart Levine.
Beck later went as far as handing him an index card with voting instructions on it, he said.”

“Another government wiretap has been played with Antoin “Tony” Rezko’s voice on it, and this one could prove damaging to his defense. On the tape, recorded
May 18, 2004, Rezko can be heard giving orders to political fixer Stuart Levine about how he wanted to manipulate the vote of one of Levine’s fellow members
on the Illinois Health Facilities Planning board, Danalynn Rice.
On the call, Rezko is heard mentioning Chris Kelly, who with Rezko was one of the top fundraisers for Gov. Rod Blagojevich. Both Rezko and Kelly were key
members of Blagojevich’s kitchen cabinet.
Rezko makes it clear in the phone call that Kelly, too, had been involved in trying to manipulate decisions of the hospital board, which Rezko has been
charged with corrupting. Kelly apparently had called Levine earlier and told him he should be Rice’s mentor on the board, directing her to follow his lead on
voting. Rice had been recently installed on the hospital panel at the insistence of a leader of the Laborers’ International Union, which had contributed more
than $133,000 to Blagojevich’s campaign.
But on the wiretap, Rezko can be heard telling Levine to ignore Kelly’s orders. Rezko said he wanted Rice to take her lead from hospital board Chairman Tom
Beck.
“I’d rather keep it through Tom Beck,” Rezko told Levine. “. . . I have good reasons for doing things the way I’m doing.”
Then Rezko added: “You and I will still be doing things the way we do.”
Under questioning from prosecutors, Levine said Rezko meant that he would work through Beck to control the votes of a majority bloc on the panel. Levine also
said Rezko was making it clear that he intended to keep Beck in the dark about secret deals cooked up between Levine and Rezko involving the board.”

Gov. Rod Blagojevich has avoided answering questions about the corruption trial of Antoin “Tony” Rezko, the other day declaring, “I’m not in that case.”
But Blagojevich’s name has been mentioned often. It was brought up at least 30 times Wednesday morning by Stuart Levine, the government’s star witness
against Rezko.
At one point, Levine described a flight from New York that he shared with Blagojevich Oct. 29, 2003. Levine had chartered the plane to ferry Blagojevich and
others to a series of fundraisers.
On the return to Chicago, Levine said he took the opportunity to thank Blagojevich for re-appointing him to a seat on a state hospital regulatory board that
prosecutors now say he and Rezko had corrupted to extort kickbacks from firms seeking regulatory approval.
Levine said the governor responded, “Never discuss any state board with me, discuss them with either Tony Rezko or Chris Kelly.” Kelly, along with Rezko, was
a top fundraiser for Blagojevich as well as a close friend.
Then Levine said Blagojevich added: “But you stick with us and you’ll do very well for yourself.”
Asked by a prosecutor to elaborate, Levine said, “I took that to mean you have an opportunity to make a lot of money.”

contributions discussed with Ata, ROD BLAGOJEVICH, and Monk obtaining a high-level state appointment for Ata, whom ROD BLAGOJEVICH ultimately appointed as
the executive director of the Illinois Finance Authority;”
“Ata made a $5,000 donation to Obama less than a month earlier on June 30, 2003. Ata is also an investor in Riverside Park. Almost without fail, the people
identified in the Board Games cases as investors in Riverside Park contributed to Obama’s US senate campaign.”
“It was part of the scheme to defraud that defendants ROD BLAGOJEVICH, MONK, HARRIS, and ROBERT BLAGOJEVICH, together with Kelly, Cellini, Rezko, Levine, and
others, used and attempted to use the powers of the Office of the Governor, and of certain state boards and commissions subject to influence by the Office of
the Governor, to take and cause governmental actions, including: appointments to boards and commissions; the awarding of state business, grants, and
investment fund allocations; the enactment of legislation and executive orders; and the appointment of a United States Senator; in exchange for financial
benefits for themselves and others, including campaign contributions for ROD BLAGOJEVICH, money for themselves, and employment for ROD BLAGOJEVICH and his
wife.”
With a little reading, even the most brainwashed person now paying attention will come to the obvious conclusions. Rod Blagojevich is guilty as sin of far more than attempting to sell Obama’s senate seat. The other conclusion. Obama should be indicted and arrested.

For many years, people assumed that the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), the world’s largest gold market, was a simple bullion market. Cash for gold. However, it is emerging that there is very little actual gold within the LBMA system. There is no physical, deiverable gold corresponding to the vast claimed gold deposits held at the main LBMA banks. This means that there are thousands of major clients, Asian and Middle Eastern governments and sovereign wealth funds among them, who think, on the basis of their LBMA-supplied documentation, that they own hundreds of billions of dollars of gold bullion. Such clients own no such thing. They are being charged storage fees on fantasy bullion. What they own is unsecured gold loans to the banks returning a compound negative interest rate. There is nothing new about this sort of élite deception. In 2007, the US bank Morgan Stanley paid several million dollars to settle claims that it had charged 22,000 clients for storage fees on silver bullion that didn’t exist. Currently, much of the United States’ gold reserves are listed as being Mint-Held Gold in Deep Storage. Dealers have always assumed that this means finished gold bars stored in deep underground vaults beneath places such as Fort Knox, Denver and West Point. The indications are emerging, however, that the term “Deep Storage Gold” is a euphemism for “yet to be mined gold”. The precious metal doesn’t exist in deliverable form; it is merely a paperwork forecast about future gold mining potentialities. In the UK there are problems too. Not all the gold held by the Bank of England is fit for delivery. The gold stored in the BoE vaults began to be accumulated in the early nineteenth century. It takes the form of gold bars, ingots and coins. Current methods of assessing quality have indicated flaws in the purity. Many of the gold bars contain cracks and fissures. The coins contain appreciable quantities of base metals. And much of the British gold lacks up-to-date assay certificates.”

With all due respect, and I sincerely mean that, I truly believe a war is not won on just one battle front. There are many battles waged on more than the ballot issue that you are putting forth ( this is your gift). I really think that people are waging battles according to their gifts and wits that they have for the fight. Running water on a rock wears it down. Please don’t be so hard on others. The goal is the same.

You write, “The goal is the same.” I have no doubt, you believe this to be true. But I have no idea of the goals of each person posting on this blog. I like the strong spirit of patriotism here; but I mistakenly equated this with civic responsibility. I am not saying that, people who avoid their civic responsibility are not patriotic; but that’s all they are. They love their country; but not enough to put in the hard work to learn the ins and outs of the political system that governs her. I am not expecting people to become lawyers, on line. But focusing on the shortcomings of one political party over another, for starters, demonstrates either an intellectual laziness that will never lead to the resolution of currently identified problems with the functioning of this Constitutional republic; or to an intentional effort to divert our attention away from these solutions.
I repeat, the public record – court cases, newspaper accounts, and the like – establishes that the Republic Party of Texas has know for more than 4 (four) years now, since 2006, how to file a court suit that would prevent the Texas Democratic Party from printing the name of Barack Obama on that state’s election ballot. Because that’s when the TDP did this to them, compelling them to keep the name of Tom DeLay on the ballot, notwithstanding he had announced he would not run for re-election and had moved to VA. And I am not the only person in the country who knows this. Indeed, I can prove, Orly Taitz and Gary Kreep knew about this case, at least as far back as February 2009. Because that’s when they listed this case in the table of authorities they submitted to the CA Superior Court in Keyes v. Bowen in February 2009. (They filed that case in November 2008.) But the case was no good for Keyes v. Bowen, in CA; because the pertinent holding was based on Texas state law. (Are we to believe these 2 (two) lawyers really knew no better?)
Hard on people? Try, frustrated. Check back over my work for the past 2 (two) years. Have I ever steered you wrong? No. Have I predicted what would be the findings of the court as to the problem with the pleadings in these other cases? Yes. Am I the single person in all of these blogs who raised the red flag in the summer of 2008 that these elections are fought on a state by state basis; and that the only way to prevent BO from entering the WH is by keeping his name off the general election ballot?
If you cannot keep his name off the ballot in 2012, the D’s are just going to do the same thing to you and me all over again. I cannot keep him off the ballot all by myself.

MADISONVILLE — A Sweetwater man who disrupted the Monroe County grand jury Thursday is being held in the Monroe County Jail without bond because, according to jailers, he isn’t cooperating.
Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, 58, Mayes Street, is only stating his last name and rank with the U.S. Navy.
Fitzpatrick is a former Navy lieutenant commander who moved to Sweetwater from California.

You are working hard on your aspect of the battle. I believe that America is waking up to the fact she is in trouble. I have not seen this level of involvement regarding the political scene most of my life. ( I am well over 25!) People had become complacent, just working and paying their bills thinking they were living their dream, believing they could achieve more if you put forth the effort, not realizing that every year that went by, things cost more, taxes increased, to the point that you needed 2 incomes to survive (LIE) just to pay the higher prices, not really paying attention as you were so hard at work trying to achieve. Elections come and go, did not focus on who was running, straight line party tickets, ” I always vote (INSERT PARTY HERE)”, not realizing that what we had been fed has been a LIE, to the point that these educated idiots have wormed their way into TPTB and are dismantling slowly but surely our way of life. I also believe that there are many more people working just as hard to right the wrongs done to her. As I stated previously, one battle does not win the war. I really do believe that there is more than one way to skin a cat ( sorry for the old saying). The government has been doing it to us for years. The people have awakened, and I think they are doing the same to them. Really, jbjd, keep an open mind and believe that others are working just as hard as you. Right now I am researching/writing the legal ‘brief’ I referenced in my last 2 (two) articles could be brought at any time by the RPT that would require Boyd Richie, TDP Chair, to declare BO ineligible to appear on the TX Presidential primary or general election ballot. And the more I see, the more I can assure all of you, the R’s are as complicit in allowing BO to become POTUS, as the D’s.
Being “Unenrolled,” a legal category separate from “Independent,” which is the name of a political party; I suppose, I am perhaps more accustomed to looking at both major parties, R’s and D’s, through the same colored lenses.
Maybe my frustration derives from the fact, too many people are letting the R’s off the hook, when they could have provided the key to ‘outing’ BO (especially if the solution you prefer, is through the courts AND THEN THROUGH CONGRESS).

I appreciate and respect everything you have done. I also believe there is absolutely no way the republicans will challenge the dem nominee on the TX ballot. They are in this up to their noses. They do not know how to fight this movement and win. We the people now know that if 2 mil people showed up at the steps in Austin, nothing would happen. 5). Obama’s attempt to float a 2.5T BOND in Switzerland TO FINANCE the Health Care Bill using FORGED Signatures of Freedom Participants and some ligitimate ‘political signatures’ as collateral.
6). Obama’s attempt to raise 44.5T by selling a BOND with a 35 year term using FORGED COLLATERAL with 42T to Obama personally and the remainder to finance the supposedly self sustaining Health Care Bill.
7). The Three Amigoes BANKING SCAM led by Obama using FORGED COLLATERAL and BRIBED World Court Judges to create an illegal carousel of cash flow and corruption through five domestic banks.
8) A similar or identical scam implemented INTERNATIONALLY using FORGED DOCUMENTS as collateral to borrow from foreign Banks with Chinese and Japanese Banks hit especially hard.
9). The constant intercept of FREEDOM DELIVERIES using such as HLS, World Court Judges and Military Brass to prevent deliveries which would have exposed these ongoing scams.
10). Additional simultaneous scams as being reported by other internet reporters.
All of which confirms previous updates saying;
A). The Corporation is a Criminal Enterprise.
B). Washington D.C. is a cesspool of corruption.
C). The Beltway is a giant toilet seat.
D). Obama is the Current Leader of all this corruption not some sort of ‘double agent’.
E). The 2700 page Health Care Bill providing cover for the Communist Takeover of America could not possibly be financed as sold to the American people by Obama, Reid and Pelosi.
F). That ‘they’ “will do anything, literally anything, to maintain themselves in power and to preserve the status quo”.
G). That top leaders here and world wide are involved in these scams, are ‘on the list’ of accounts containing stolen funds and have willingly and knowingly participated in the theft and attempted theft of tens of Trillions if not hundreds of trillions of dollars.

I for one refuse to give up on this. Crime(s) were committed. What if this was a murder? do we just leave the poor person laying in the street, going oh, well doesn’t matter. I can only imagine the mess. I was a flood victim myself, next phase is removing all the flooded stuff from the house-be very careful all the floors will be very slippery. Does anyone know if most folks had insurance, flood insurance? I have a feeling that may be a special ryder on insurance policies.

For many years, people assumed that the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA), the world’s largest gold market, was a simple bullion market. Cash for gold. However, it is emerging that there is very little actual gold within the LBMA system. There is no physical, deiverable gold corresponding to the vast claimed gold deposits held at the main LBMA banks. This means that there are thousands of major clients, Asian and Middle Eastern governments and sovereign wealth funds among them, who think, on the basis of their LBMA-supplied documentation, that they own hundreds of billions of dollars of gold bullion. Such clients own no such thing. They are being charged storage fees on fantasy bullion. What they own is unsecured gold loans to the banks returning a compound negative interest rate. There is nothing new about this sort of élite deception. In 2007, the US bank Morgan Stanley paid several million dollars to settle claims that it had charged 22,000 clients for storage fees on silver bullion that didn’t exist. Currently, much of the United States’ gold reserves are listed as being Mint-Held Gold in Deep Storage. Dealers have always assumed that this means finished gold bars stored in deep underground vaults beneath places such as Fort Knox, Denver and West Point. The indications are emerging, however, that the term “Deep Storage Gold” is a euphemism for “yet to be mined gold”. The precious metal doesn’t exist in deliverable form; it is merely a paperwork forecast about future gold mining potentialities. In the UK there are problems too. Not all the gold held by the Bank of England is fit for delivery. The gold stored in the BoE vaults began to be accumulated in the early nineteenth century. It takes the form of gold bars, ingots and coins. Current methods of assessing quality have indicated flaws in the purity. Many of the gold bars contain cracks and fissures. The coins contain appreciable quantities of base metals. And much of the British gold lacks up-to-date assay certificates.

JS, it is precisely the efforts of these other practitioners you name, which have thwarted success. Specifically, how many months/years have people wasted insisting NBC means what one of these people says it means, when in fact, there is no legal definition. Furthermore, so what if there is a legal definition; the Electors are not obligated to use this definition to vet the candidate in the first place, according to the Constitution! And we put no state laws into place that would require such vetting! Does everyone here understand this?
I didn’t understand any of this, until the late spring / early summer of 2008. But as soon as I understood, I posted this information. I set up a blog to explain this information. So, why are people still arguing we should accept their definition of NBC?
The way to ‘out’ BO is through charges of election fraud against anyone who swore he was Constitutionally qualified to get on the state ballot, but who refuses to produce documentation that was the basis for swearing he was eligible for the job. It’s how I established fraud under the LEGAL ANALYSIS OF FRAUD, in TX. Under TX case law, public officials have a fiduciary responsibility to the citizens of TX. And, under the circumstances of allowing state political party officials to Certify candidate eligibility to get on the ballot; state party chairs can be said to have that same fiduciary role. Under tX case law, failing to provide information requested from citizens can evidence fraud viz a viz that fiduciary responsibility.
In other words, if you are entrusted with Certifying a candidate’s eligibility and swear a candidate is eligible; and I ask you to produce the documents that were the basis for that oath but, you refuse, by law, this evidences fraud.
(I am writing up the legal brief. But ask yourselves why the R’s haven’t done this up till now.)

protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you
should be aware of:
I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a
large southern California high school which is designated a Title 1
school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and
income levels
Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell
Gardens , Huntington Park , etc., where these students are protesting,
are also Title 1 schools.
Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When
I say free breakfast, I’m not talking a glass of milk and roll — but
a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make
a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and
trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten.
I estimate that well over 50% of these students
are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have
cell phones.
The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage
pregnant girls (some as
young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of
having to arrange for babysitters
or having family watch their kids.
I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing

computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month
later, have been carved with graffiti
by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful
to have a free education in America ..
I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute
teachers whose classes consist
of many illegal immigrant students, here in the country less then 3
months, who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them
“Putas”(whores) and throwing things, that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical, free education, free food, free day care etc., etc, etc.
Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but
to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants
contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and
housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in
the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs,
more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding,
new diseases. For me, I’ll pay more for tomatoes.
Americans, We need to wake up.
It does, however, have everything to do with culture: It involves an
American third-world culture that does not value education, that
accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and
that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so
weak and worried about”political correctness” that we don’t have the
will to do anything about it.
If this makes your blood boil, as it did mine, forward this to
everyone you know.
CHEAP LABOR? Isn’t that what the whole immigration issue is about?
Business doesn’t want to pay a decent wage.
Consumers don’t want expensive produce.
Government will tell you Americans don’t want the jobs.
But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase “cheap labor” is a
myth, a farce, and a lie. There is no such thing as “cheap labor.”
Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He
takes a job for $5.00 or 6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents,
he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an
Income Tax Return, he gets an “earned income credit” of up to $3,200 free.
He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent.
He qualifies for food stamps.
He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care.
His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school.
He requires bilingual teachers and books.
He qualifies for relief from high energy bills.
If they are, or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI. If
qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicaid. All of this is at (our)
taxpayer’s expense.
He doesn’t worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners
insurance.
Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.
He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in
benefits.
Working Americans
are lucky to have $5.00 or $6..00/hour left after paying their bills
and his.
Cheap labor? YEAH RIGHT!

If citizens had understood political parties are only clubs; that HRC won the D primary notwithstanding reports to the contrary by the press and BO’s minions (well, that is redundant); and that BO’s people are violating pledged delegate laws in binding vote states – if you don’t know what this means, look it up on the front of my blog – then, HRC would now be the POTUS. Because as I cite on my blog, polls taken outside of the election booths showed, she would have beaten JMc by more votes than BO beat him.

Paulajal, I agree. I sorta knew this, but it didn’t really hit me till I watched the guy on the “mysammie” videos. He said basically that if you’re being oppressed by tyrants, what sense does it make to crawl up to the tyrants and ask their permission to not obey the tyrants? It was one of those “wow I coulda had a V8 moments…LOL.
Does anyone really think that appealing to the FCC to “grant us” more free speech, or appealing to the tyrants that were “appointed” by the NWO is going to get us anywhere? A new approach is needed.
I think it was Thomas Jefferson(someone correct me if I’m wrong)who said, “resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.” It’s time to start thinking like the founding Fathers instead of trying to appease the tyrants by following their own laws of oppression on us. Can you say “rat on a treadmill?”

And I do hope the restore plan works. Otherwise our country is gone-gone. I’ve put some meditation time and deep thought into it, and at first I didn’t know what to think. But all they want to do, it seems, it to take our country back to the constitution and get rid of the corruption. I couldn’t agree more.

How about you use your legal mind to help educate your audience of the fraud that took place in 1871, when the organic Constitution was shoved under the rug and replaced by a corporate entity?
Maybe you can get in on the fight to ‘Restore the Republic’ to it’s founding, like Tim Turner, Donna Kozak, Mary Elizabeth Croft and others.
Educate people on reclaiming their ‘Strawman’ .
All of us are operating under a fictitious name (ie: JOHN R. DOE) instead of ‘John R. Doe’.
That’s how the corporation binds us contractually to it’s evil laws.
Maybe you can start researching and publishing legal briefs to help people take back their identity, birth certificate, etc.
Until we return America to it’s roots, we’ll continue to live under this lie of a Corporate Master. As long as we are operating as a Corporation, none of the legal cases againts Obama will matter, because he’s just the CEO of the corporation.

Kittycat, That is true, but it’s not based on the Constitution. The Founding Father’s made it clear that our right to freedom comes from God…one can call it nature, higher power, whatever they want…the point is…it was not meant to come from annointed human power mongers and all those profiting off exploiting the “system”. When it comes to the constitution, it doesn’t matter what one believes as the right to freedom is in the document even FOR the athiests and every other heir of that document.
I’m spiritual, but not religious and I have no problem, none whatsoever with our rights declared as “from God”. If someone has a problem with “freedom in the name of God”. Then they are for bondage…period.
And here lies the problem…the system has convinced us that it matters that ppl don’t believe in God so we must relinquish our rights to THEM. Well, not me…my freedom comes from something much higher than they…they will NOT be able to keep me in bondage forever…as we are created to be free. And we will be whether here or there.

I’m still concerned that WP has been ill advised.
His attempt to make a ‘citizen’s arrest on the TN Grand Jury foreman was based on the fact that the guy has served for 20+ years. As far as I can make out, TN law allows for that.
People *can* serve *successive* terms.
If WP thinks that is wrong, then he might have been advised to get up a campaign to educate people as to that fact. As it is, he was arrested and incarcerated, and I hope he is released soon on good terms.
I expressed concern for WP because I know he is angry; I suspect he is bitter; I believe he is in fact heartbroken after what happened to him, but I can’t help but think his public pronouncements over the last year or so, which indicated his intention to get arrested in the (futile, in my opinion) hope of gaining ‘standing’ in an eligibility case, will fail. Anyone who told him otherwise has mislead him.

JS, I think there were many flavors of “god” beliefs in the Founding Fathers…they were escaping the “cookie cutter” system of persecuting those who practice their beliefs differently and openly. I do believe they were all quite spiritual in nature and believe their writings were inspired by God…there’s no human who could express freedom in that fashion. And I’m guessing we both probably agree on the fact that those freedoms they expressed are also imprinted in another book. 🙂 They were simply able to express it in a tangible way.
So, not to argue as I respect what you say about O not being Christian…but imo, I think it’s more about him actually having a religious dogma. Religion takes many forms…even Atheism. Many horrific things are done in the name of God(or religion)…the only exeption being if that belief in God is rooted in FREEDOM.

This is why the media and courts won’t touch the eligibility issue: If they let this come to the forefront, Americans everywhere will realize that they are not operating under the organic Constitution.
They will have a light bulb pop above their head when they find out that it doesn’t matter that Obama wasn’t born here, because the ‘corporation’ doesn’t require it.
When people find out they are owned chattel, and slaves operation under a corporate master that doesn’t abide by the organic Constitution, all hell will break loose.

Well, the Constitution gave authority to We the People, to limit the power of government and government officials.
The Constitution mentions Common Law, which apparently was a type of law way before the current U.S. was founded by the ratification of the U.S.Constitution.
{ My Opinion !} In the 20 page document I linked to above, the Guardians have declared that the Governors of the 50 states have not kept their U.S. Constitutional oath by allowing international banks, businesses, and organizations to circumvent the Laws of the Constitution by allowing usury, un-Constitutional money, and a host of legislation///Laws that are un-Constitutional, to occur unhindered in their respective states.
So, warrants have been served to the Governors to plead their cases in a Common Law court,,,Not a state court or Federal Court. { Which would be a conflict of interest }
What main responsibility do all government officials have?
Answer: To protect the people and the peoples rights that elected them.
The Guardians seem to believe that currently the Governors have allowed the peoples property to be stolen, money to be stolen, and rights to be stolen, among other things, by allowing an un-Constitutional alliance to exist between many international entities, and some who call themselves Americans.
Since Governors have been given, by We the People, the ultimate state by state authority to govern exactly what happens in their respective states, including banking practices, they are named the responsible parties in the Guardians declaration.
Do the Guardians have a case?
In my humble opinion, Yes !
Can the Guardians win their case in the Common Law court?
Only if a huge number of We the People support them.

Could anyone tell me what the status is of the alleged Kenyan birth certificate which Lucas Smith claimed he brought back from that country? I mean, what has happened with this document? I know that Orly Taitz tried to enter it into evidence in one of her court proceedings, but I guess it got shot down like everthing else she has tried. But did the judge even look at the BC, or has anyone tried to analyse it to verify its authenticity? And why has this story died down? What does Lucas Smith have to say about it? If it has been shown to be a forgery, where is the story about that? I have seen nothing one way or the other about this since about August of last year.
How or when will “We the People” be envolved? At the right time will the Guardians direct us to be envolved in something? Power in numbers!

The Guardian Elders do indeed have one thing right. For federal courts or the supreme court to be the interpreters of the constitution is ludicrous. You are asking the self-interested government to police themselves.
The constitution never gave that authority to the supreme or federal courts. That authority is with We The People, and most particularly the sovereign states that created and chartered the federal government.
That is also why it is so very important for the states to do eligibility vetting. They are in-charge and have the power. Not the feds, not the DNC or RNC. We have got to get the states to step up and take ownership of these issues.

Today, all day, the Countries have been insisting the packs were out for delivery. They were swearing to this early and it continued all day.

Actually, they were being held on the tarmac where they remained for the rest of the day and were still there early evening. They were LYING and had been LYING all day.

The “Countries” were delaying deliveries and providing ‘cover’ for her likely for a piece of the action. The Countries involved in this latest SCAM and SABOTAGE are England, France, Germany, Italy and Japan.
The Countries are VERY upset that WE have learned of this and are reporting it. This leaves no doubt they were in on it and explains why they were LYING all day. They were holding deliveries to allow the Queen time to place the trade further confirming their participation.
The paperwork for this trade attempt was hand delivered to the Bank. The Bank involved is BARCLAYS.

The judge without saying it knows his court is following the Uniform Commercial Code that the corporate United States is under.

A Wonderful Story – Constitution Island
Several years ago I was sitting around thinking of my youth and all of a sudden the song “Jesus Loves Me” came into my head. I always loved this song in Sunday School and through the years I suddenly notice I don’t hear it anymore. I went to the computer and googled up “Jesus Loves Me” and it came up with the writer being Anna B. Warner. I did a wikipedia on her and got the Constitution Island Ass’n. Here is the story –
The Life of Anna Warner
In 1944, John Hersey wrote an article for The New Yorker entitled “Survival.” This was the story, told to him by John F. Kennedy, concerning the rescue of Kennedy and his crew after their PT boat was destroyed in the Solomons. After being stranded several days on an island, Kennedy and his men were discovered by two natives Through the efforts of these natives, who led a rescue boat to the island, the men were saved. Hersey concludes his dramatic account with this anecdote: “Johnston (one of the rescued men) retired topside and sat with his arms around a couple of roly poly, mission-trained natives. And in the fresh breeze on the way home they sang together a hymn all three happened to know:

For the Bible tells me so:
Little ones to Him belong.
They are weak,
but He is strong.
Yes, Jesus loves me;
yes, Jesus loves me . . . . ”
To Hersey’s readers, in the midst of World War II, these well-known words with their simple expression of faith must have had a special meaning. This familiar hymn, carried all over the world by nineteenth century missionaries, has long been a part of the Christian education of many children. The simple words and lilting tune are easily learned and thus make it a great favorite in Sunday school classes for young children. No doubt, it was this same simplicity that made it so popular with the missionaries for, apparently, once learned, it is never forgotten. Therefore, it is not so surprising that it should pop up as a common bond between the American sailors and the Solomon Island natives.
Jesus Loves Me first appeared in a novel, Say and Seal, published in 1860.
The book was co-authored by Susan and Anna Warner, and the hymn itself was written by Anna. In Say and Seal the hymn was sung to a little boy who was very ill by his beloved school teacher and friend. The child-like faith expressed in the words were inspired by Anna’s own profound faith in God. The two Warner sisters were writers who enjoyed great popularity during the latter half of the nineteenth century. Today their books are unread and out of print, but the two women, themselves, are not forgotten.
Susan and Anna Warner are the only civilians buried in the military cemetery at West Point. Their life long home on Constitution Island, directly across the river from West Point is maintained as a museum. The story of how this all came about is a charming vignette in the long history of the United States Military Academy.
The year following the purchase of the island, Mr. Warner suffered severe financial losses in the “Panic of 1837″. In 1838 the beautiful town house was sold and the family moved to Constitution Island. Here, Anna wrote, they would “live out our lives, fighting the fight, wrestling with sorrow, gathering up the joy—”. She concluded: “How little discernment a buyer has at first as to the capabilities of his new purchase! For what “palace” could ever have been as dear to us as our old Revolutionary nondescript house?”
Anna was thirteen years old and Susan eighteen when they came to the island to live. Young Anna, as she roamed the island, picking wild flowers, exploring the sites of old Revolutionary forts and rowing on the river, barely realized the financial difficulties of her father. Shortly after their move to Constitution Island, Mr. Warner became involved in lengthy litigation with his neighbors on the east bank over his property rights; a litigation which he finally lost. he next decade saw the little family reduced to desperation and faced with eviction; their beloved island property in the hands of a receiver.

In 1875 the opportunity came for Susan and Anna Warner to communicate their faith to the cadets at West Point. At the request of several cadets, Susan began a Bible class for them on Sunday afternoons in the Cadet Chapel. Anna tells us:, “The first day, there was a very large gathering, curiosity helping on the numbers. After that, it varied from week to week, as must be always, I suppose; especially among Cadets, where guard duty sometimes interferes; and where Sunday is the free day for seeing friends.”
“At home, in the summer, they met in our tent near the house, the forage caps tossed out upon the grass; the gray figures in all sorts of positions in and out of the tent”.
Following is a vivid account of these classes written by a former cadet and published in 1925 by Olivia Phelps Stokes in her biography of the sisters.
“The visits to Constitution Island were regarded as a great privilege, for not only did they make a break in the severe routine of the daily life but they enabled the boys to roam further a field than was possible at the Academy, where the restrictions of the cadet limits were pretty irksome to boys accustomed to the free run of the town or country. So the privilege of going to Constitution Island as one of “Miss Warner’s boys” was eagerly sought and highly prized. Every Sunday afternoon during the summer encampment the sisters would send their elderly man of all work after the favored ones. He pulled the old flat-bottomed boat across the river to the West Point dock, where the boys with the coveted permits were wailing for him. Usually the trip back was accompanied with more or less excitement, for the boat was always loaded to the last inch of its carrying capacity.
Miss Susan Warner awaited her guests in the orchard. She always sat in the same big chair supported by many cushions. She was a frail little woman with a long face deeply lined with thought and care, lighted with large, dark very brilliant eyes. As she sat in her chair with the boys in a semi-circle around her on the grass she looked like a print from Godey’s Lady’s Book of half a century before. She always wore silk dresses of a small flowered pattern, made with voluminous skirts of wonderful stiffness, and rustle, and small close fitting bodices. A rich Paisley shawl was always around her shoulders and a broad black velvet ribbon was bound around her hair, which was only slightly gray.
After each of the boys had read a Bible verse. Miss Warner, choosing her subject from some New Testament text, talked to them for perhaps half an hour until her enthusiasm and interest had obviously almost exhausted her small strength. Her English was the best and purest I have ever heard, and as she went on and her interest grew her eyes shone, like stars and her voice became rich and warm. There was never any cant or sectarianism, and she always gave to the boys the brightest and most optimistic side of the faith she loved so well. When she had finished and lay back pale and weary against her cushions her sister. Miss Anna, came down from the house with the rare treat of the whole week, tea and homemade ginger-bread. After that the two sisters and the boys talked over the things of the world that seemed so far from that peaceful quiet orchard. The boys confided their aims and ambitions, and the sisters in the simplest, most unostentatious way sought to implant right ideals and principles. Miss Warner never forgot any of her boys, and up to the time of her death kept up a correspondence with many of them. This correspondence must have been voluminous, for it embraced men in every branch of the service, and included alike distinguished officers and cadets who had failed. . . “
After the death of Susan Warner in 1885, Anna continued the Bible classes for cadets. Each week Buckner, her “elderly man of all work” would row her over to West Point to teach her Cadet Bible Class. She always brought with her individual nosegays of flowers from her garden to brighten up their rooms. Even though she often remained on the island up through early December, she never failed to meet her class. One time, in late November, this intrepid lady records that she started out, with Buckner rowing the boat, but was forced to turn back midway in the river because of storm and wind. So the classes continued up until the time of Anna Warner’s death in 1915.

Early this morning I visited my 37 tomatoes, 12 peppers, 5 eggplants, various herbs, lettuce, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, peas , beans, roses, flowers, and many other plants and trees. I love nature and watching the plants flower and produce fruit. For me, not much comes close to gardening. We are so blessed in this country and it has all been a gift from God. I was reading in 2 Samuel this morning. The story told about David’s pride and ambition in counting the people of his nation (i.e., taking a census). By doing this David put his faith in his army and not in God. God gave David three choices for judgement: 7 years of famine, 3 months of war, or 3 days of pestilence. David chose the pestilence and as a result, 70,000 people died. David sorrowed over the loss and then built an alter to honor God. During his reign, Israel struggled to drive out the wicked inhabitants of their land, but there was always some way to find trouble and sin. At this point, Israel was fortunate to have David as their leader. David was always ready to repent when he sinned and he had favor with God.
How different we are today without a Godly leader (as we have been for many many years)? God gave us this great nation and for for a while we recognized this and had favor with God. I don’t see how we as a nation can retain this favor for much longer. There may be individuals that God bestows blessings upon and I wish that for everyone reading this. May we never forget the sacrifice God made for us as the universe looked on. For us, the battle has been won, may we all choose to be on the side of the victorious One! God bless.

It is my opinion and belief God gives us all “gifts and talents” to use for His Glory, and we are to use those “gifts and talents” to provide assistance and aid to others. It is He who will bring a “leader” into the limelight IMHO.
The “Good General” is “good” at what he does; why not let him use his “gifts and talents” for what he does best?
It is also my opinion and belief we do not, at present, have anyone “in the ranks” who has the leadership qualities/requirements to be our President. That person may come forward in the future, however, right now I have no idea who that person might be. We have lots of possibilities; none of whom IMHO can “rally the troops” enough right now to effect the change we need. That is not to say someone will not or cannot “step up to the plate.”

Well, I guess we got their attention this time.
As you probably know, The Restore America Plan has made the mainstream media including the lead story on the Fox News Network’s 6 o clock news (Special Report with Bret Baier), CNN MSN, NBC and ABC. Reporters around the country are angling for information, and the worst they can say is: The FBI and Department of Homeland Security are not aware of any immediate or credible threats of violence as part of this group’s plan. Big story there. The FBI has been in the field most courteously around the country and we have opened many new channels of communication. I made a surprise drop-in visit yesterday to a local FBI interview of a grand juror and had the pleasure of sharing information from the horse’s mouth, so to speak, and furthering our lines of communication. All in a day’s work for those of us who are committed to freeing our children before the world degrades into economic and political Armageddon.
I have a big surprise for our listeners tomorrow night (Sunday, April 3) on TAKE NO PRISONERS (8 PM ET, Republic Broadcasting Network). It’s not something I can just summarize here, but I can promise an immensely enjoyable and satisfying experience especially for members of the Guardians of the Free Republics, our enormous global audience, and the many new listeners we expect to be tuning in across the country. I invite everyone to join me.
I will also have the pleasure of sharing some of the more substantive elements of my interview of the FBI agent and State officer yesterday. I consider every opportunity to commune with an attorney, judge, prosecutor, law enforcement or bureaucrat a blessing from the Lord.

with the Florida Division of Elections by April 28, 2010 in order to have
everything in their office and verified by the noon 4-30-2010 deadline.

individual contributions of $24.00 each or 153 contributions of $50.00 each
or 76 contributions at $100 each. The company that processes campaign
contributions charges us 6% on Visa & MasterCard contributions and 7% on

our name is on the 2010 Florida Ballot. The Obama administration along with
the DNC and the Obama internet thugs are banking on the hope that we are not
