“36. Levine’s criminal activities included his abuse of his position on the Planning
Board to enrich both himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The Planning Board was a
commission of the State of Illinois, established by statute, whose members were appointed
by the Governor of the State of Illinois. At the relevant time period, the Planning Board
consisted of nine individuals. State law required an entity seeking to build a hospital,
medical office building, or other medical facility in Illinois to obtain a permit, known as a
“Certificate of Need” (“CON”), from the Planning Board prior to beginning construction.
38. During his testimony, Levine described a plan to manipulate the Planning
Board to enrich himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The plan centered on an entity
commonly known as Mercy Hospital (“Mercy”) that was attempting to obtain a CON to build
a new hospital in Illinois. Levine knew the contractor hired to help build the hospital. In
approximately November 2003, on behalf of the contractor, Levine checked with Rezko to
determine whether Rezko wanted Mercy to obtain its CON. Rezko informed Levine that
Mercy was not going to receive its CON. According to Levine, he asked Rezko whether it
would matter to Rezko if Mercy’s construction contractor paid a bribe to Rezko and Levine
and, in addition, made a contribution to ROD BLAGOJEVICH. Levine testified that Rezko
indicated that such an arrangement would change his view on the Mercy CON.”

Also in or about May 2004, two new members were appointed to the TRS Board who voted with LEVINE on matters of interest to REZKO and LEVINE.

It was further part of the scheme that REZKO sought to influence certain State of Illinois officials, in order to ensure that LEVINE, and persons allied with REZKO and LEVINE, retained and obtained memberships on the TRS Board and the Planning Board that enabled REZKO and LEVINE to influence the actions of those boards for the benefit of REZKO, LEVINE, and their nominees and associates.”

“Obama was chairman of the Senate Health & Human Services Committee in January 2003. A few articles in the media have mentioned that Obama sat on a committee that reviewed matters related to the Planning Board in conjunction with the Governor’s staff but none have discussed his integral part in getting the bill passed.
A review of senate records from January 2003 to August 2003, shows Obama played a major role as chairman of that committee, in pushing through Senate Bill 1332, that led to the “Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act,” which reduced the number of members on the Board from 15 to 9, making the votes much easier to rig.
Democratic Senator Susan Garrett sponsored the bill in the senate, and the chief co-sponsor was Republican Senator Dale Righter. These two senators were also on the Human Services Committee with Obama.
The bill was filed with the senate secretary on February 20, 2003, and assigned to Human Services Committee for review on February 27. Less than a month later, as chairman, Obama sent word that the bill should be passed on March 13, 2003.
On May 31, 2003, the House and Senate passed the bill and the only senator listed in the “yes” votes mentioned in the Board Games indictments is Obama.
Blagojevich made the effective date June 27, 2003, and the co-schemers already had the people lined up to stack the Board and rig the votes with full approval from Obama.”

“Levine said he met increasingly with Rezko in early 2003 after Blagojevich was sworn in as governor. On occasion, Levine said, Rezko described his close relationship with Blagojevich.
“He said that he had raised a great deal of money for Gov. Blagojevich and that he had great hopes and expectations that Gov. Blagojevich would run for president,” Levine recalled. “And although he knew it was a long shot, he was working toward that end.”
Levine also said that Rezko told him that he and fellow Blagojevich fundraiser Christopher Kelly “exercised the most influence” in Blagojevich’s kitchen cabinet. And Levine said Rezko told him that “all the major decisions in the governor’s office were cleared through [chief of staff] Lon Monk and through Mr. Rezko.”
“Mr. Rezko told me that he was able to have individuals appointed to state boards and was able to have individuals hired into state agencies and that he spoke very often — and in fact went over decisions — that Lon Monk would put into place,” Levine said.
In summer 2003, Levine said he met with Rezko at his office on Elston Avenue and the two talked over the notion of Levine’s position on a state pension board to make money for themselves.
“Anything that I, Mr. Rezko, decide to do at TRS [the pension board], you’ll be a part of it,” Levine said Rezko told him.
Levine said Rezko made it clear that Levine’s assistance was required, and “any moneys that would be earned in doing that he would share with me.”
Levine said that as he left the meeting, he told Rezko he was “extraordinarily pleased to know him and I thought we could do a lot of business together.”
Asked by a prosecutor to elaborate, Levine said, “I meant there were illegal deals that I could bring to TRS and perhaps to the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board,” on which Levine also served.”
“In the media, Obama always made it sound like he rarely saw Rezko, saying they met for breakfast or lunch once or twice a year. However, the FBI mole John Thomas helped investigators “build a record of repeat visits to the old offices of Rezko and former business partner Daniel Mahru’s Rezmar Corp., at 853 N. Elston, by Blagojevich and Obama during 2004 and 2005,“ according to the February 10, 2008 Sun-Times.
During his March 14, 2008 interview, the Times told Obama, Thomas is an FBI mole and he “recently told us that he saw you coming and going from Rezko’s office a lot.”
“And three other sources told us that you and Rezko spoke on the phone daily.””
Despite attempts from Blagojevich’s attorneys to delay the trial, it is still scheduled for June 3, 2010. Let’s make sure that the American public is informed about the scope of corruption in Chicago and Illinois and the involvement of both Blagojevich and Obama.

Thank you Nancy…well I am very torn on this.
Obviously you know him. I don’t know how well, but it seems you had advance notice he was going to take this step…and I should make it clear again (from the previous thread) that he seems to have been setting out to get arrested.
My personal feeling, at this point in time, is that Walter Fitzgerald is or has been misguided as to the possible ‘beneficial’ results of being arrested/charged.
I know full well the pain and distress that occurs when (rightly or wrongly) a Naval career comes to a sudden, and in legal terms ‘dishonourable’ end, after *many* years of *honourable* service.
I have a horrible feeling that WP has got himself arrested, in the hope of re-lighting his earlier case. I know he was up for it, but I feel he’s been ill advisedly *encouraged* and that it will not end up well for him.
His many , many years of honourable service cannot be ignored, but there is a ‘recency’ effect which will serve to focus only on the end of his career and his actions since then, and *nothing* that’ll get his concerns about Obama’s eligibility any further forward.
So if that’s the reason why all this has happened, then I for one am pretty confused.

Maria, I know how you feel. I cannot speak for the Lt. Commander, but when I talked to him early this morning, he told me that he had gone through all of the proper channels, even the TBI, and no one will lift a finger to investigate this or to correct this wrong. I was there, as was Carl, to support the Lt. Commander. No matter how it plays out, he is right. His rights have been severely trampled and his liberty has been taken away. If they can do it to him, they can do it to any of us. It almost reminds me of the abuse of power of Beau Biden which was visited upon Larry Sinclair. In any event, the Lt. Commander is a brave man and a constitutional patriot, and I felt honored to help him.
We are running out of time….I call for this criminal behavior in government to be removed by Easter 2010…. 🙂

Co-operating parties, ever getting any of their money back, is not in the cards, as all transactions are now ‘down the tubes’.
This is not the first time he has done this with previous transactions done through Goldman Sachs, B of A, Chase and Citi.

Hi Linda-thanks for the Letterman video, I had seen it the other day. I liked it, respectful and he did not interrupt like so many of the “attack” interviewers do, he let her answer the questions. Why bother to do an interview if you are going to ask and answer? The lady was cool with a good sense of humor, not exactly how one would picture a terrorist, very informed.
This little Democrat girl supports our entire Constitution-I am not a gun person but I agree with the folks who have one for whatever reason, that is their Constitutional right, so I support them. If this makes me a “sudden” right winger, astroturf (Madame Pelosi) that deeply offended me when she called my fellow Americans that pejorative, because they were just asking questions that I would have asked. I am a Constitutionalist not a birther, or a tea-bagger. Sorry, they all blew it-Tea Party is huge-just a rag-tag bunch (like George Washington’s Army) who want our country to be the best it can be. This is my theory regarding BHOs origins based on circumstantial evidence. I think Stanley Ann’s parents were swingers. For whatever reason, Stanley Ann brought home her friend, Obama Sr, and well… Madelyn and Barak Sr. got it on. Well, this was rather embarrassing so Madelyn decides her daughter will take the fall and go through with a sham marriage to Barak Sr. As the Madelyn pregnancy progresses, she has to hide the fact and goes on a long trip and ends up in Mombasa to have the baby. She returns to Hawaii with BHO jr, registers his birth, and then immediately sends BHO jr with Stanley Ann off to college in Washington state. Stanley Ann has no idea what to do with a baby, but somehow she makes it. A year or so later, the marriage is over and a divorce is executed and it is all ok until Stanley Ann finds husband #2 and moves to Indonesia. There has been a lot of panicky maneuvering behind the scenes these days with multiple sources trying to feed the Black Dragon Society with information that cannot be verified.
First we have a group claiming they have already restored the US to constitutional law and that the states have taken back their rights. Unfortunately, that does not seem to have ended the sickening Zionist/New World Order Obama media circus so we remain skeptical.
Then, we are hearing Obama was summoned to China for a secret, emergency trip. Two separate news sources linked to Naval Intelligence (“Sorcha Faal”) and a source some people tell me is a front for Dick Cheney (Casper) both say this took place. We will try to verify this soon.
However, time is not on the side of the New World Order thugs so our instinct is to lay quiet and let them continue their panicked maneuvers for a bit longer. I know people are running out of patience but we are dealing with very dangerous, mentally sick individuals and we must continue to avoid giving them an excuse to start WW3. Time is not on their side. Reality will continue to deconstruct their illusions.

Restore America Plan – What it is all about!
The Restore America Plan
The Restore America Plan is a bold achievable strategy for behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government without controversy, violence or civil war. After consultation with high ranking members of the United States armed forces, the Plan is in the process of assembling the Guardians of the Free Republics and reinhabiting the De jure Grand Juries to:

•End the foreclosure nightmare (for borrowing against one’s own credit).
•End tax prosecutions for resisting the transfer of private wealth to foreign banking cartels such as I.R.S. (former Puerto Rico Bureau of Taxation).
•End street assaults against the sovereign People for failing to exhibit a State-issued confession of subject-class citizenship.
•End all prosecutions which lack an injured party.
•End admiralty prosecutions for kidnapping and other heinous crimes against mankind as “commercial crimes” against the corporate State under a contrived corporate color-of-law venue (corp. ref. 27 C.F.R. 72.11).
•Terminate the intrusion of corporations posing as the state into every aspect of the People’s lives.
•End the use of covert contracts such as Form 1040, car registrations, birth certificate applications, and bank signature cards which confess the signer to be a legal fiction subject of the United States Federal Corporation (“U.S. person”) that has waved his/her rights in favor of state-issued privileges.
•End the use of deeds which classify the People as “tenants” on their own land, thereby transferring control to incorporated County registrars and tax assessors.
•End the perversion of marriage into a commercial system of state-issued privileges through the so-called “marriage license” whereby incorporated “courts” presume the “right” to trespass on families and kidnap children.
•End the hijacking of automobile ownership through DMV registrations which covertly exchange the divine rights of travel and ownership for the state-issued “privileges” of “driving” and “title.”
•In place of all of the above, substitute sovereign identification, diplomatic immunity and sovereign passports to facilitate safe passage throughout the world free from corporate State molestation and terror.
•Restore the People’s money and wealth from the banking institutions, war profiteers, and international loan sharks.
•Instantly vest all mortgages, auto loans and personal business loans “issued” by members of the Fed. The state shall hold no paper on, or debts against, the sovereign People, directly or through its agencies and licensed banking institutions.
•Instantly end all non-consensual and unlawful taxation including all taxes on the sacred rights of labor and privacy.
•Empower and inspire the sovereign People to righteousness through such renewed abundance.
•Issue orders to the military and police powers to enforce the Peoples’ divine rights of birth.
•Reabsorb all de facto actors into lawful de jure capacity.
•End the perverse act of requiring the People to pray to “courts” as is now required under corporate rules and traditions.
•Restore the de jure judicial institutions including the district court of the United States and the one supreme Court.
•Quietly mirror the strategies of 1933 thereby using their (our) institutions, military and public officials to undo eighty years of subterfuge without provoking alarm, controversy or armed conflict.
•Return the military and law enforcement institutions to proper and lawful de jure sovereign authority from the clutches of corporate actors.
•Forgive all corporate actors who repent for their State-sponsored crimes against mankind. Remove the recidivists from office.

Who appointed these people, “The Guardian Elders?”
We, as individuals, don’t need to be appointed. The founders of the group are organizers. They have organized at least 27 people in each of the 50 states to serve on Grand Juries.
Who is going to replace these Governors “on the spot?”
The Governors are not necessarily going to have to vacate office. They have a choice of taking a new oath of office, OR resigning. As I understand it, if the Governor opts to resign, the offer to take the oath goes to the Lt. Governor and on down the line of succession.
Who is going to enforce the enactments?
Who is going to escort the governors from their offices and or arrest them for non-compliance?
The Restore America Plan was actually given to the Guardians of the free Republics BY the military leadership as the legitimate, LAWFUL way to take back our country. The military leadership apparently states that the Army Provost Marshal will enforce the arrests IF the Governors opt not to either take a new oath OR resign.

I don’t think this theory is any more implausible, or improbable than any other. When you have NO documented facts, since they are SEALED, any and all scenarios have more weight than the nothing from Obama.
Much fiction with Obama, very few facts and those had to be dug out and extricated. Why would anyone take his word for anything?

What do you think would happen if one these eligibility cases were to ever be heard and found Obama is not eligible? Do you really think there is any less chance of riots breaking out just because a court rules on it?
I don’t know how exactly they plan to do it if they do, but if I were to guess my guess would be they would just allow for him to resign and step down just to keep everything peaceful and Obama would take that option over being arrested and tried for treason just to save his own skin. He isn’t going to just throw his life away just to see riots break out. He will cave if they allow him that option for a peaceful removal.

Casper 4-2-10 # 1
Last night the word was that the packs had supposedly left D.C. at 11 p.m. for delivery today. Between 11 and midnight WE could find nothing moving. The packs were located in the Supreme Court this morning. At that time they were still claiming they were out for delivery last night which was not true.
Meanwhile WE were learning overnight that the “International Court” referred to in recent updates is not a new and different Court but rather all or some of the existing World Court Judges continuing to stall and sabotage while calling themselves “the International Court”.
Some Senators and Congressmen DID SIGN the Documents WE have been reporting about the past 48 hours. Not all signatures were forged. This sentence is referring to OBAMA’s Swiss Bond Deal.
To the list of Banks involved as reported yesterday add Wachovia which was also involved and knew, along with the others, that what they were doing was illegal and also knew all of the signatures were forged. The motivation of each of these Banks was to make money from these illegal activities. ALL documents involved in these multiple Obama Deals with these Banks were based on forged documents, complete forgeries top to bottom. Once things “blew up” in their faces the Banks filed Liens on the illegal activities/trades etc. and the Court paid the liens off making the Banks whole at our expense. The Court was attempting to make program recipients liable for these liens and the funds necessary to pay them off.
The Banks have now been given until 5 p.m. today to pay back all monies illegally paid to them. The Court has been told they were responsible for paying the money to the Banks, that they knew it was a Fraud and Illegal and they are now liable themselves and have until 5 p.m. to put the funds back where they belong. “We don’t have the money” says the Court”. “That’s your problem” they were told by the Countries.
Meanwhile the packs left the Supreme Court and went to the airport where their departure was stopped by the World Court/International Court.
The latest intell says that problem is also being addressed by the Countries and that packs will leave D.C. momentarily.

CLARIFICATION:
WE have been reporting several different OBAMA SCAMS this week. The reporting of several, sometimes in the same update, has no doubt caused some confusion and the add on of still another scam being reported for the first time this morning is no doubt adding to the confusion, so for the sake of clarification lets describe this latest scam as a stand alone item as follows;
OBAMA has been borrowing money from the Domestic Banks named over and over again to keep his bribery operation going.
The collateral for these multitudes of loans was the Freedom Funds with the forged signatures of all Freedom Participants provided to the Banks by Obama and the Banks knew they were forged. As the loans came due over and over again Obama would not pay, then the bribed World Court Judges would rule the Freedom Participant liable as they were the ‘guarantors’ (forged) on the loans. The Court would then seize the appropriate amount of Freedom Funds and pay the Banks off after they had filed liens against the transactions and the ‘guarantors’. These pay offs to the Banks by the Court naturally included exorbitant fees, profits, etc..
OBAMA obtains a continuous flow of funds from domestic banks in on the scam, never repays the loans, the banks file liens, the Court seizes Freedom Funds and gives it to the banks which make more loans to Obama. A carousel of continuous cash flow and corruption with all parties understanding what is going on while the Freedom Accounts are constantly being depleted.
Meanwhile all the other scams recently reported were being run simultaneously and in parallel. The 40++T scam, by the way, was 42T to Obama personally and 2.5T to finance the “supposedly self financing” Health Care bill, this being a slight change in the numbers reported yesterday. Guess what the failure of this financing scam does to the Health Care takeover.

2) The Nesara plan and Restore plan share the same goals. There is no need for a “Nesara” plan when the Restore plan is enacted. Catch my drift.

2) The Nesara plan and Recovery plan share the same goals. There is no need for a “Nesara” plan when the Recovery plan is enacted. Catch my drift.

Until now I have tried to remain somewhat openminded. I’ve only encouraged people to “think it through” for themselves and not be swayed by others.
But now I am ready to state a strong opinion. I have read the declaration/warrant. In a phrase: giggle worthy. It has “nutjob” written all over it.
Worse, I’m afraid it is false-flag operation — set up to prove how silly and easily misled we all are and to further demonstrate that We The People are incapabile of interpreting the constitution on our own — and therefore need elites to guide us.

A group that calls itself the Guardians of the free Republics has a plan to “restore America” by peacefully dismantling parts of the government, according to its Web site.
As of Wednesday, more than 30 governors had received letters demanding they leave office within three days or they will be removed, according to an internal intelligence note by the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security, which was obtained by The Associated Press.
Investigators do not see threats of violence in the group’s message, but fear the broad call for removing top state officials could inspire others to act out violently.
Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal’s office confirmed the governor had received a letter and directed all further questions to the Louisiana State Police.
Lt. Doug Cain, a state police spokesman, said the letter from the Guardians of the free Republics arrived at the governor’s office and the state police were called.
“They called us as they do for any letter that’s out of the norm,” Cain said.
He declined to provide specifics about the letter, but said, “I can’t say if it was threatening, but I can say that not knowing the group and the information contained in the letter warranted state police to review it.” Cain said the letter has gone to numerous governors across the country.

Fear of words turning to violence has been a theme in national discourse since the healthcare-reform vote. Last week, several Democratic lawmakers said they were threatened or attacked over passage of healthcare reform. Tensions heightened as Republican leaders fought back against suggestions that they were somehow responsible.
In addition, a Philadelphia man has been charged with threatening the life of Rep. Eric Cantor (R) of Virginia and his family.
The arrests this week of suspected members of the Hutaree militia in Michigan have also put law enforcement and many Americans on edge. Earlier this year, Joseph Stack drew attention to antigovernment sentiments when he crashed a plane into an IRS building in Austin, Texas.
The Guardians of the free Republics is a group that has been associated with the sovereign-citizen movement.
“Sovereign citizen extremists are individuals who reject all forms of government authority and believe they are emancipated from the responsibilities with being a U.S. citizen,” the FBI told the Des Moines Register. “These extremists advocate for their views through the use, support and facilitation of violence or other illegal conduct.”
The sovereign-citizen movement doesn’t necessarily follow political party lines. Mr. Stack, for example, criticized President Bush in his antigovernment screed published before his death.
The Guardians of the free Republics website proclaims a “Restore American Plan” that includes a “bold achievable strategy for behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction of the de jure institutions of government without controversy, violence or civil war.”
Michael Barkun is author of “A Culture of Conspiracy: Apocalyptic Visions in Contemporary America.” He says, “In terms of the Guardians of the free Republics, I would see this group as a group that is alienated from the political system and, therefore, is completely outside of partisan affiliations of any kind.” Adds Mr. Barkun, who is a political scientist at Syracuse University in New York: “These are people who essentially organize around deviant legal doctrine, conceptions of the Constitution, and legal system that are at complete variance with even highly conservative conceptions of the Constitution and the law.”
A key figure in the sovereign-citizen movement is Sam Kennedy, host of the “Take No Prisoners” program on Republic Broadcasting Network in Round Rock, Texas.
In a mass e-mail two months ago, Mr. Kennedy vowed to use his show to present a “final remedy to the enslavement at the hands of corporations posing as legitimate government.” He pointed to a plan to “end economic warfare and political terror by March 31, 2010.” In two months, he said, “we can and WILL, BE FREE with your assistance.”

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. But getting arrested is not only self-destructive; it detracts from the sound basis for objections to BO’s Presidency. Yes; he is the President. The political process was absolutely followed, which explains why the courts have all said somewhere in their rulings to dismiss all of these lawsuits aimed at vetting eligibility. (Even Leo’s automobile lawsuit was aimed at exposing eligibility. Clearly, if it was focused on contract law, even Leo would have seen, the facts left him no case.)
Way back in the fall of 2008, I warned people. If you want to use a military Plaintiff in an eligibility case, you have to file the case before BO is inaugurated, making him the CiC; or, use a national guard member about to be deployed, that is, BEFORE s/he is subject to the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice). Because under the code, individuals do not get to question whether the President is their CiC. Without punishment, that is.
I think the best chance for a “game changer” is for citizens to expend the time and effort to educate themselves and their families, neighbors, friends, acquaintances, and strangers in line at the grocery about the political process. At some point, each of us will know as much about how our political system works as those who have taken advantage of our ignorance of that system, to steal our power from under our noses.
No histrionics, no hyperbole, no saviors. Just hard individual work.

ANNAPOLIS UPDATE – Impeachment Proceedings Against Attorney General Doug Gansler By Delegate Rick Impallaria
Today, Wednesday, March 31, 2010, Delegate Don Dwyer introduced impeachment
charges against the Attorney General of the State of Maryland , Douglas F.
Gansler. Delegate Dwyer, before the entire body of the House of Delegates, read
out clearly and concisely the authority of the body to bring impeachment charges
against a constitutionally elected Officer of the State and also clearly laid
out the reasons why Mr. Gansler should be impeached by the House of Delegates.
To be absolutely clear about what impeachment means, it is similar to a Grand
Jury looking at the facts of a case and voting that the case should be sent to
trial. The House acts as a Grand Jury, and the Senate acts as the prosecuting
body, which would render a final judgment of innocence or guilt, and determine
what the proper punishment should be.
In my opinion, Delegate Dwyer has acted properly and in a professional manner to
defend the State Constitution, to defend the legal authority of the General
Assembly, and to protect the separation of powers as they have been set forth in
the Constitution.
Mr. Gansler testified in favor of gay marriage legislation, a position that his
office should not have taken, as it is the Attorney General’s job to interpret
law, not to be part of the process of making law. When his position in defense
of gay marriage was rejected, or not acted upon, by the General Assembly, Mr.
Gansler took it upon himself to override the authority of the General Assembly,
to override the authority granted him by the Constitution, and, overturning the
opinion of a former Attorney General, writing an opinion which said Maryland
must immediately recognize gay marriages performed in other states.
Whether you support gay marriage or believe marriage is between a man and woman,
that issue alone has little importance in the matter of the impeachment before
us. The question is, in this willful disregard of the Constitution by Mr.
Gansler, did he act inappropriately and neglect his Constitutional
responsibilities and strip away the Constitutional authorities granted to the
General Assembly to make and pass laws?
As if this situation is not serious enough, once the question of impeachment was
raised, Mr. Gansler then wrote a second opinion that he himself was
unimpeachable and that the General Assembly had no authority to take such action
against him. When one man declares that he has the authority to make law above
the authority of the Constitution, and then follows by saying that no one has
the authority to object, or to take him to task, he clearly moves upon a system
which is losing its Constitutional authority and moving toward dictatorship.
I, along with 30 other members, stood up in support of moving for impeachment.
Unfortunately, in violation of the Constitution, Speaker Busch refused to allow
a vote to be taken on the impeachment and moved that the matter be taken before
the House Judiciary Committee, denying to those members who do not sit on the
Judiciary Committee, the right and opportunity to fully participate in the
impeachment process, denying the citizens of the State of Maryland their full
Constitutional rights under this process, and further stripping the duly elected
members of the General Assembly and the people that they represent, of their
authority to carry out a legal and proper impeachment according to the
Constitution. The Judiciary Committee, chaired by Delegate Joseph F. Vallario,
Jr., has such a long history of championing criminals at the expense of law
abiding citizens, that I do not have the time to go into detail.
I am providing you with a shortened version of Delegate Dwyer’s reasons and
Constitutional authorities for bringing this impeachment action. If you would

Dear Colleagues, I would like to address the authority from which I speak and
address you today. In order to do so, I had asked that copies of the Maryland
Constitution and the House Rules be distributed to your desks. Unfortunately,
that was not permitted by the Speaker.
The authority for my actions today is as follows:
House Rules page 69 – Regarding a Right to Petition
Declaration of Rights under Article 13 Regarding a Redress of Grievance
Article I, Section 9 of the Maryland Constitution Regarding Oath Requirements
Article 1, Section 11 of the Maryland Constitution Regarding a Violating the
Oath of Office
Article 3, Section 26 of the Maryland Constitution Regarding Impeachment
Article 8 of the Declaration of Rights Regarding the Separation of Powers
Article V, Section 3 of the Maryland Constitution Regarding the Attorney
General’s Authority
Right to Petition
Page 71 of House Rules referencing Declaration of Rights, Article 13 states:
“That every man hath a right to petition the Legislature for the redress of
grievances in a peaceable and orderly manner.” I argue that I intend to bring a
redress of grievance and that the vehicle for the grievance is a House Simple
Resolution that is yet to come.
Resolutions
Page 23 of the House Rules, under Rule 25 RESOLUTIONS states: (3) A resolution
reflecting an independent action of the House authorized by these Rules, or by
the Constitution or other applicable law, shall be introduced as a House Simple
Resolution. Clearly, impeachment is an independent action of the House
authorized by these Rules, and by the Constitution.
Authority to Impeach
Since we are bound by the State Constitution and the rules of the House, I would
like to first refer to page 80 in the House Rules under IMPEACHMENT states: “The
House of Delegates shall have the sole power to impeachment in all cases; but a
majority of all the members elected must concur in the impeachment. All
impeachments shall be tried by the Senate, and when sitting for that purpose,
the Senators shall be on oath, or affirmation, to do justice according to the
law and evidence; but no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of
two-thirds of all the Senators elected.”
Ironically, this is the exact language of Article 3 Section 26 of the Maryland
Constitution. Please note that the House Rules clearly provide for the
authority of the House to bring impeachment charges in ALL cases. There are no
exclusions in the House Rules pertaining to the Attorney General.
The office of the Attorney General has written that the Attorney General may not
be removed by Impeachment by the legislature. Yet, on August 23, 1973, at the
request of Governor Marvin Mandel, then Attorney General Francis Burch wrote:
“There is considerable authority that all high state officers i.e., those whose
offices have been provided for in the State Constitution or who have been
elected to office by the people at large, may be removed by impeachment.”
The following are just some of the cases supporting the Attorney General’s
finding:
Kirby v. Henderson, 124, N.W. 767, 770 (Iowa 1910)
Ralston v. Blain, 370 P. 2d 415, 417 (Kansas 1962)
Atty. Gen. v. Tufts, 131 N.E. 573, 574 (Mass. 1921)
This is consistent with the writing of Mr. Dan Friedman who is counsel to the
General Assembly. In his book The Maryland State Constitution – A Reference
Guide where on page 104 he states, “The Attorney General of Maryland relying on
extensive out of state authority, has opined that any officer elected by the
people at large or whose office is created by the state Constitution is subject
to impeachment under 26.”
Article 3 Section 26 states, “The House of Delegates shall have the sole power
of impeachment in all cases” and provided for the Charge of Impeachment to be
brought before the House.
Article 5 Section 1 of the State Constitution provides for the removal of the
Attorney General in the Senate when the Senate is seated for that purpose under
Oath. It is under the authority of the Senate to be seated for the purpose of a
trial, that the Senate becomes the court of Law, only for the purpose of
convicting or acquitting the elected official charged by the House.

Our priest last Sunday expressed his fears for our country when he said we can’t be Catholics on Sunday only, that we must express our beliefs to our reps before our values are lost permanently. I’ve spent almost two years warming my friends and relatives about MR. Obama. It is discouraging to lose every battle. I trust in my Lord to see us through our trials.

Due diligence is a legal term that requires equal consideration of the major possibilities of a certain action. The alleged letters and other stuff going on with the Guardians has sent alarm bells ringing for me. First, there is a process for political change and reform. Yes, we are in the middle of a terrible crisis, it is likely we have an unconstitutional president and possibly even a double agent for a president. It is possible he ascended to his alleged position through false ballots, etc. I would love to see BHO go, say tonight would work for me. However, if he goes, who steps into his shoes. Who are the Guardians? Why is this so secretive? How do we know they are not double agents that will get rid of governors and then replace them with communist/socialist plants. There is a process for correcting errors, and unfortunately that process has broken down. However, I am wary about any secretive organization trying to usurp elected officials.

The U.S. Military (some, most, all…don’t know at this juncture…but I suspect enough. (ret) General Schwartzkopf is one of the names said to be behind this) realized that the so-called government in power was intent on the full destruction of the United States. The military did not want to be part of what would look like a military takeover. But they had sworn to uphold the constitution. Some Constitutional scholars among them came up with a way using the parameters of the original government, to take this country back in a mostly peaceful manner and reinstate government of, by and for, the People.
Someone amongst them had a connection to Sam Kennedy who is a Constitutionalist, and a degreed lawyer and a very hearty Christian. The Military presented to him a way to ‘take back America’. He put together a group of Constitutionally knowledgable folks to help come up with the plan for implementing. That was 2 years ago.
today…here we are.
I suspect the Military will have to show their colors next. There is no way around this. If they do not, I don’t see how this can even begin to work. AND, we will have another Bay of Pigs on our hands.
I suspect that this is all on track. Initially it was reported that only Calif, NY and Fla were against it. Obviously, there were more.
It will be curious to see how many govs are just waiting for the military to show up before they come forward in support…

As long as we let them make up the rules, define the debate, and choose the names we get and they get, they are succeeding. An example is using the word “progressive”. That word has a positive connotation as forward thinking or enlightened. It’s their word- we should not be using it. Radicals-communists-facists- are what they are, and we should call it like it is.
Don’t you all think the FRAUD sounds more robotic than usual in his speech making….it all sounds like hollow words to me…..something is up…for sure!
I’m not going to have “blind faith” about something that is not evidence-based. I will not base everything on emotion. Basing your life on emotion, because it will always lead you astray, is what the Scriptures are against. However, basing everything on proven fact and trust is what the Scriptures ask, a sound mind, a reasonable mind. If you don’t trust what I’m saying, go and study and look up your word meanings. Trust means to incorporate the truth in yourself and live it. I look at Yahweh’s truth the number one truth, period. I already know what the Bible says about mankind’s so-called truth.
Anyway, if this happens, then so be it. I’m already aware that the powers that be are idiots. It doesn’t take Einstein to figure this one out. Many are power-hungry, are communists, and are self-centered and don’t give a crud about the people of this country.
Regardless, I want to have a sound mind about it all and reality. I see it as whichever Yahweh has it go, that it will be, period. And I’m including Yahweh the son too, because he inherited his father’s name.

Anywho, he met his BFF, Cadillac Deval Patrick, at the Mass. Emergency Management Agency (MEMA, or as we say here, MEMAr). MEMA is located in a Boston suburb and is buried in a bunker, 40 feet below the surface. If you’re claustrophobic, don’t work there.
I was debating whether or not to go. I was tempted, but opted to stay where I was. It would’ve gotten ugly if I made the trip.

Not sure why the term “letter” is used here and elsewhere when in fact a packages was delivered and it’s the oath that had to be sign.

I seriously doubt that harmless little fuzzballs like us will be privy to any kind of secret or real coup going on. If there is information on the web, it is there on purpose, likely to mislead. Thery are not removing Governors…from what I understand they ask them to renounce the Oath that teh Governors took to the “Corporation” and become new governors with a NEW OATH to the Organic Constitution.

A caller on Hannity tonight said that our domestic enemy is ignorance. He said forget about the Obots, but help to educate others.
The media tries to tell us in typical Orwellian speak that this Declaration is being brought by extremists but it is them and the government that is comprised of the most radical of extremists.
Perhaps the recent arrests of Hutaree militia members happened when it did because the government knew about the letters that were going to be delivered to the Governors, and they wanted to lump the guardians in the same category as the Hutaree militia. Smear campaign.
What I find interesting is that we heard letters were going to be delivered to 50 Governors and so far it appears to be true that such letters were delivered. It wasn’t just talk.
What I also find interesting is the reaction of the MSM. Why are they so quickly letting the news of the letters out to the public so fast. They won’t uncover and tell us the truth about Barry being an illegal president, but they are way to quick to mention the letters. Why didn’t they just keep the letters quiet?
My feeling at this time is that MSM can’t keep the letters quiet because there is substance to the movement which is taking place. I haven’t read the whole declaration of the guardians yet, but from what I have read, that document was not written by people who are out to play a game or a hoax. There is plenty of substance to that document. It is not shallow.
I’m thinking the government is frightened that the people of America are going to wake up now en masse to the truth of the existence the United States the Corporation and how it has usurped the constitution of the United States of America. I don’t think the governments attempts to demonize the guardian effort are going to work.
I suspect that there are a lot of things taking place right now behind the scenes. We were told the military is involved with this plan and that they will enforce it. We will see if this happens. If it doesn’t, then maybe the guardian movement was being setup. I think time will shortly tell us.
I never heard about the guardians before and I’m not going to quickly think that everything the guardians will do is going to be right. But I do know that bold actions such as the guardian movement are what’s needed to go against the corrupt and fallen government that is now occupying DC.

He also mentioned that he had NO RECOLLECTION of the supposed incident during the Senate Primaries where Obama allegedly stated that it was ok that he wasn’t a Natural Born Citizen because he wasn’t running for President anyway. Mr. Keyes said that this incident NEVER HAPPENED and that it was just a rumor started on the Internet. I believe him.

Your comment regarding the STATUS of Hawaii is a very interesting one. If this is all accurate, then it adds a dimension to Soetoro’s manure that has heretofore not been addressed. It would have the potential of ending his crap just as quickly as would the BC,or the POE-INS documents. Personally I like the Hawaiian people. I spent a little time amongst them. If their islands were stolen from them then it is only fitting that they should have them back forthwith.
I still wish that somebody would take up the pursuit of the POE documents. It will require a trained researcher. The return trip of Stanley Ann D. Obama carrying a PAPOOSE under her arm or on her back would have generated TELLING documents at the CUSTOMS OFFICE where ever she came through on her return trip from Kenya. You guys have my permission to do anything you want anytime you want. I had the most spiritual day today. Went to Church for Good Friday’s services, it was so packed I had to park at the Synagogue across the street, after I parked I looked up and saw a building dedicated to Maimonides one of my favorite spiritual writers. After the service went to pray the Divine Mercy Novena, day one-Sunday after Easter is Divine Mercy Sunday. That was also packed but I was a little surprised at what it was dedicated to- Peace in our country and the entire world. Then 20/20 was on about miracles: I knew about Fr. Damien the Leper, Pope John Paul II, but I did not know about this priest.

The POWs convinced their captors to return the pyx to them before liberation. The other artifact is a hand-carved crucifix created by POW Major Gerald Fink, a Jew. Major Fink carved the crucifix as a tribute to Fr. Kapaun, whom he had come to admire and love for the example of faith and good works the priest displayed in that camp.
It is assumed that Fr. Kapaun’s remains lie buried today in a common, unmarked grave close to the location of the gruesome hospital of the POW camp at Pyoktong, North Korea, near the Yalu River. He was only thirty-five years old when he died, eleven years a priest. May he rest in peace. And may the whole world come to be as inspired by his life of virtue and service as those were who knew him as priest on the prairies of Kansas and as chaplain on the battlefields of Korea.

If it is, the media is just reporting the ‘removal’ of the governors without giving the whole story. Should we be surprised that that’re trying to make this sound like an ‘ambush of governors’ which hints at violence?

Barack Obama has plunged the country into levels of debt that we could not have previously imagined; his efforts to nationalize health care have been met with fierce resistance nationwide; TARP bailouts and stimulus spending have shown little positive effect on the national economy; unemployment is unacceptably high and looks to remain that way for most of a decade; legacy entitlement programs have ballooned to unsustainable levels, and there is a seething anger in the populace.
That’s why Barack Obama is such a good thing for America.
Obama is the symbol of a creeping liberalism that has infected our society like a cancer for the last 100 years. Just as Hitler is the face of fascism, Obama will go down in history as the face of unchecked liberalism. The cancer metastasized to the point where it could no longer be ignored.
Average Americans who have quietly gone about their lives, earning a paycheck, contributing to their favorite charities, going to high school football games on Friday night, spending their weekends at the beach or on hunting trips – they’ve gotten off the fence. They’ve woken up. There is a level of political activism in this country that we haven’t seen since the American Revolution, and Barack Obama has been the catalyst that has sparked a restructuring of the American political and social consciousness.
Think of the crap we’ve slowly learned to tolerate over the past 50 years as liberalism sought to re-structure the America that was the symbol of freedom and liberty to all the people of the world. Immigration laws were ignored on the basis of compassion. Welfare policies encouraged irresponsibility, the fracturing of families, and a cycle of generations of dependency. Debt was regarded as a tonic to lubricate the economy. Our children left school having been taught that they are exceptional and special, while great numbers of them cannot perform basic functions of mathematics and literacy. Legislators decided that people could not be trusted to defend their own homes, and stripped citizens of their rights to own firearms. Productive members of society have been penalized with a heavy burden of taxes in order to support legions of do-nothings who loll around, reveling in their addictions, obesity, indolence, ignorance and “disabilities.” Criminals have been arrested and re-arrested, coddled and set free to pillage the citizenry yet again. Lawyers routinely extort fortunes from doctors, contractors and business people with dubious torts.
We slowly learned to tolerate these outrages, shaking our heads in disbelief, and we went on with our lives.
But Barack Obama has ripped the lid off a seething cauldron of dissatisfaction and unrest.
In the time of Barack Obama, Black Panther members stand outside polling places in black commando uniforms, slapping truncheons into their palms.
ACORN – a taxpayer-supported organization – is given a role in taking the census, even after its members were caught on tape offering advice to set up child prostitution rings. A former Communist is given a paid government position in the White House as an advisor to the president. Auto companies are taken over by the government, and the auto workers’ union – whose contracts are completely insupportable in any economic sense – is rewarded with a stake in the company. Government bails out Wall Street investment bankers and insurance companies, who pay their executives outrageous bonuses as thanks for the public support. Terrorists are read their Miranda rights and given free lawyers. And, despite overwhelming public disapproval, Barack Obama has pushed forward with a health care plan that would re-structure one sixth of the American economy.
I don’t know about you, but the other day I was at the courthouse doing some business, and I stepped into the court clerk’s office and changed my voter affiliation from “Independent” to “Republican.” I am under no illusion that the Republican party is perfect, but at least they’re starting to awaken to the fact that we cannot sustain massive levels of debt; we cannot afford to hand out billions of dollars in corporate subsidies; we have to somehow trim our massive entitlement programs; we can no longer be the world’s policeman and dole out billions in aid to countries whose citizens seek to harm us.
Literally millions of Americans have had enough. They’re organizing, they’re studying the Constitution and the Federalist Papers, they’re reading history and case law, they’re showing up at rallies and meetings, and a slew of conservative candidates are throwing their hats into the ring. Is there a revolution brewing? Yes, in the sense that there is a keen awareness that our priorities and sensibilities must be radically re-structured. Will it be a violent revolution? No. It will be done through the interpretation of the original document that has guided us for 220 years – the Constitution. Just as the pendulum swung to embrace political correctness and liberalism, there will be a backlash, a complete repudiation of a hundred years of nonsense. A hundred years from now, history will perceive the year 2010 as the time when America got back on the right track. And for that, we can thank Barack Hussein Obama.

The reason is cuz Tim Turner said that unlike with the governors who the Grand Juries are involved with serving, the only ones dealing with BO are the Military. This was not sent to just the 50 governors. It is quite specific in their cease and desist orders to Federal officials as well.
So, the important new piece of information is this doc had to go the some/many Federal corporation officers. For example, Freddie, Fannie and Treasury top dogs are specifically ordered to comply with this order.
Perhaps that emergency meeting of the Fed on Monday is in fact related to this.

Yup, the media is doing what it does best (distorting) but I get the feeling that perhaps the other 20 governors who were served are keeping it on the down low because they *think* they’re being threatened. We know they aren’t.
I’ve been monitoring MA all day; yes, we’re flooded and treading water and yes, Barky was here on Thursday spouting his trash, but there hasn’t been a peep from ‘the state’ about this. I know that ‘Governor’ Coupe Deval Patrick was also served, but there’s no chatter about it. I have a bud who works for someone who’s running against Patrick for Governor in November; I think it’s worth dropping a dime to see what her camp has heard.
I’m for filing an extension until this gets resolved!

Demand criminal prosecution? Based only on Orly’s say so? Without an investigation by the prosecutor?
Whether to prosecute anyone is granted by law to the discretion of the prosecutor. And it’s a good thing. Otherwise, anyone with a large enough following can demand prosecution of you, based on Orly’s say so. Just because she can get someone, anyone, to post a request to on a blog.
Persuading the AG of your state to conduct an investigation based on a well documented citizen complaint of election fraud, which may or may not result in prosecution, will still get to the answer that COULD get Congress to introduce Articles of Impeachment, the first step in THEIR investigation into determining the legal status of the man occupying the WH.

Fake documents generated by White House cryptographer used forged signatures of US Senators and Congressmen. Obama attempts to use US Executive Order to prevent Swiss banking authorities from handing over his forged documents to International Court of Justice and other World-level legal regulators. Attempt fails. Copies circulate internationally. Senior Democrats whose signatures were forged agitate for Impeachment proceedings if Obama does not resign immediately.
The rubric of the failed $44.5 trillion US Health Care Revenue Anticipation Bond stipulated an expiry term of thirty five years. $2.5 trillion of the forged bond was destined for US Health Care. $42 trillion was earmarked for a personal Obama account. The collateral papers for the Revenue Anticipation Bond did not demonstrate rigorous source of funds coordinates. Forged signatures from forty sequestered Freedom Program accounts were involved. The cryptographer employed by the White House to generate the forged signatures reverse-engineered electronic signatures into graphomimetic images, transposed these into pen-and-ink manuscript signatures and affixed them to paper documents in the Revenue Anticipation Bond bundle. The result was the biggest dog’s breakfast since the Schleswig-Holstein Question. Major US banks were in on the scam and were well aware of the forged signatures. Bank of America, Citibank, Goldman Sachs, JPMorganChase and Wachovia all conspired with the White House to illegally divert Freedom Program funds for use in the Washington DC international bribery carousel. There are problems with playing fast-and-loose with electronic signatures. This is especially the case if you are in a hurry or you do not know (or care) what you are doing. Electronic documents may be signed by the use of a mathematical function based on the document’s data content, not just on the paw-print of the authorial signatory. An electronic signature is produced by performing a mathematical function on the document, or part of it, which identifies the signatory and authenticates the data content of the document. To be an effective signature, any modified document must be manifestable by the author only. Any attempt to vary the content of the document extra-authorially will automatically invalidate the signature. An electronic document is a string of ones and zeros. The document is secured by performing an encryption algorithm which has two inputs: the number series which represents the plaintext document, and a key, which is itself a number. A ciphertext results which is a series of different numbers. The utility of encryption as a means of signing electronic documents rests on the assumption that it is computationally infeasible to explore and subvert the encryption method, and thus forge the signature, within an expedient timeframe. State officials wouldn’t say if Gov. Jack Markell had received one of 30 letters sent to governors nationwide by a group that now is begin investigated by the FBI.
The Associated Press reported April 2 that a domestic group called the Guardians of the Free Republics sent letters to governors warning them that if they don’t resign in three days they will be removed.
While the letters include no specific threats of violence, the FBI is cooperating with local police agencies to investigate the mailings and maintain security.
The group’s website advocates for a plan to engage in “behind-the-scenes peaceful reconstruction” of governmental institutions.
Markell’s office referred all inquiries about the issue to Delaware State Police Sgt. Walter Newton, who would neither confirm nor deny Markell’s receipt of a letter.
Newton said State Police are working in conjunction with the FBI and Delaware Capitol Police, but wouldn’t provide any details on what is being done to protect the governor.
According to the AP, the FBI believes all governors eventually will receive letters.
From what I have been reading….all of this fake money that they were using via the stimulus package…..TARP and all the other BS was used to buy off the World court Judges…..and probably some judges within the US as well!!! All of these people need to burn in hell…..including the Clinton’s and the Biden’s…..they are all up to their necks in corruption!

Not exactly true or accurate. The important parts left out of this comment are:
In order for these powers to be in effect. CONGRESS has to formally write up a DECLARATION of WAR and/or a Formal DECLARATION of NATIONAL EMERGENCY (not to be confused with a “State” of emergency) vote on it, and pass it. All of the above examples are “Police Actions” and/or “Humanitarian Actions.” These examples are not formal declarations of wars, nor declarations of national emergency. Thus the powers they sincerely believe they have which are granted specifically and only under these formal declarations, are in all fact null and void anyway.
As always they are preying on the general public’s ignorance to grant them their power base in these regards.

I would be delighted to be wrong about the Guardians of Whatever letters, ( I cannot recall the exact name) but my first reaction to being alerted to their existence by JS and visiting their site – was that they were really creepy. The news today called them anti-government extremists. That may or may not be true. I do not trust the MSM at all.

Plenty of people have standing to bring a court case that would determine whether BO is eligible to be POTUS. Starting in Texas, with the RPT. Try reading my blog and keeping up with the facts. (Or ask Orly why she didn’t tell you about the case, Texas Democratic Party (“TDP”) v. Republican Party of Texas (“RPT”). She knew about it more than a year ago, when she and Gary Kreep filed Keyes v. Bowen, in CA.)
And court standing isn’t the only standing citizens have to get to the issue of eligibility, anyway. You have standing as the citizen of a state to get your state officials to enforce the laws of your state that only eligible candidates get their names printed on the ballot. If you have such laws. Do you? You have standing to read the laws in your state, to find out; and standing to contact your AG.
Of course, you always have standing to whine, or spend more hours wasted in ranting about the ‘Guardians.’

The more I read about all this garbage, the more I’m inclined to believe you have to have an I.Q. of 40 to qualify to be on any ballot for election. (of course there always is an exception to the rule as we have witnessed with Bachman, Boehner, and Pence) They may have 15 college degrees each but I have seen people like this in my life and they are called educated IDIOTS!

With all due respect, and I sincerely mean that, I truly believe a war is not won on just one battle front. There are many battles waged on more than the ballot issue that you are putting forth ( this is your gift). I really think that people are waging battles according to their gifts and wits that they have for the fight. Running water on a rock wears it down. Please don’t be so hard on others. The goal is the same.
