Some members of Congress, including John Boehner, may have to do some remedial work including stay after class. The same day that the Constitution was read, John Boehner used the word citizen and natural born citizen interchangeably. He also exhibited ignorance regarding proof of Obama’s birthplace.

“A continuing call to action by CDR Kerchner (Ret): This is a continuing national disgrace that our elected leaders refuse to investigate criminal activities in the White House out of fear of a backlash from Obama and his Chicago mafia and goons threatening violence if they are investigated. Have we no rule of law left? Do back channel whispers and threats of violence trump the rule of law? Has political correctness and affirmative action been allowed to go berserk with the controlling legal authorities avoiding confronting Obama over his criminal activities over many decades including SSN fraud by Obama? Keep writing to the Speaker. Call his office. Ask him to repeat to himself his oath to the U.S. Constitution while looking at himself in the mirror. He is betraying his oath of office to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC! Speaker John Boehner is the roadblock in Congress to resolving the constitutional crisis facing us with an impostor, fraud, and criminal in the Oval Office. He and his staff tell people they have more important things to work on. What is more important than supporting and defending the U.S. Constitution as per the oath he took. He did not take an oath to support and defend “more important things to do”. Can’t Speaker Boehner’s lead People’s House chew gum and walk at the same time! All he has to do is tell the appropriate committee to start an investigation and announce to the world he has so ordered it. Let him know what you think of his intransigence on this matter. Regarding Obama’s birth certificate and the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov.

 My position has been consistent since about mid 2008 when I began receiving disturbing questions about Obama’s birthplace, birth certificate and his eligibility deficiencies per the  Natural Born Citizen provision of the US Constitution. My biggest concerns were always and still are the character of Obama, what forces and Ideologies guide him and his hidden past and associations. I report on the birth certificate controversies and corruption ties in that context.

I have questioned the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov from the onset and continue to do so. However, my strongest argument and position on the topic is the following question. The question that should be shouted from the rooftops and I believe investigated by congress.

I received a response from Congressman Howard Coble regarding an email I provided on the Obama eligibility issues, birth certificate and corruption ties. It was respectfully written, but reveals the need to provide more information for Mr. Coble. Here are some exerpts:

“On April 27, 2011, President Obama presented a Certificate of Live Birth, which was issued by the State of Hawaii. Before seeing this document, many were growing deeply concerned about the possibility that President Obama was not a natural born citizen.

Since the release of the long-form birth certificate, we have received no other inquiries about the legitimacy of President Obama’s citizenship. To the best of our knowledge, President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was legitimate and is demonstrative proof that he was born in Hawaii. I know you disagree with this statement.

All this being said, your hard work and resilient determination to reveal fraudulent dealings among those who hold the public trust is critical to our nation’s future. Even when the facts have not shown brightly on our political party, we have always supported efforts to reveal and address them as quicky as possible because elected officials should be held to a higher standard.”

First I will respond to the letter. Mr. Coble, not directed at you, but pardon my legalistic parsing of words and what may appear to be over analyzing on the surface, for we live in Orwellian times where each choice of word and subsequent words are chosen to misinform and confuse.

Mr. Coble, you stated:

“On April 27, 2011, President Obama presented a Certificate of Live Birth, which was issued by the State of Hawaii.”

1. WhiteHouse.gov presented a letter written by Barack Obama requesting certified copies of his certificate of live birth.

2. Judith L. Corley of Perkins Coie, the law firm which has assisted Obama in keeping his records hidden since 2008,  assisted Obama with this request.

3. Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of Health, stated that she is making an exception to departmental policy to accomodate Obama. Is that due to the third party, Ms. Corley acting as a go between?  We know that average citizens have obtained a certified copy of their original birth certificate from Hawaii.

4. What proof do we have that the image presented on WhiteHouse.gov is that image and that it is a legitimate certified copy?

Before getting into the facts, it is necessary to state the obvious. Barack Obama has continued to lie to the American public. One of the better examples is his denial of repeated contact with Tony Rezko in 2003 to 2005. Obama has also consistently shown a disregard for the US Constitution.

My response to the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov.

1. Aside from the Orwellian language used to convince the public, the image itself looked suspicious. It did not look like other certified copies from Hawaii.

2. Loretta J. Fuddy, Director of Health, stated that the copies are computer generated. I am an expert on computer business systems and have worked with many graphics formats, software applications as well as OCR. This was an immediate red flag. Computer generated can mean many things.

3. Since this involves the presidency of the US, and they were “making an exception,” why did they not copy and certify Obama’s birth certificate as they have done for average citizens?

4. Why did Major General Paul Vallely state that 10 ex CIA agents stated that the image was fraudulent?

5. Why did Jana Winter of Fox News misrepresent or lie about what a OCR expert stated about the image? The expert, Jean Claude Tremblay, has since criticized Winter and Fox for the misrepresentation.

6. World Net Daily, in the past week, has presented 2 high level experts. One has questioned the image. The last one, Mara Zebest, calls it a forgery.

Mr. Coble, thank you for your response and attention. I believe that you care deeply about this country and have honorable intentions. It is with that belief that I will endeavor to provide compelling evidence for your attention. As a starting point, I suggest you speak with retired Major General Paul Vallely.

 I like Howard Coble, who is a US House Representative from NC and a member of the Judiciary Committee. That does not give him a free pass or immunity from scrutiny. I would not want to be confused with the mainstream media in their protection of Obama.

Whether one believes that Obama has presented a legitimate birth certificate or that he is eligible to be president under the natural born citizen provision of the US Constitution or not, serious questions remain about Obama using taxpayer dollars to hide his records.

“Barack Obama: Is he or Isn’t he an American citizen?

The speculation about President Obama”s eligibility goes on and on, with no reliable access to the truth and with no end in sight. It is time for a new approach.

The Constitution provides: “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President.” Art II, Sec. 1. Neither the Constitution nor any federal law defines the term “natural born citizen.” Nor has the Supreme Court provided a definition that covers the questions presented in the Obama case.

In Minor v. Happersett, in 1875, the Supreme Court, made an incidental reference to the issue: “[N]ew citizens may be born or they may be created by naturalization. The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners. Some authorities go further and include as citizens children born within the jurisdiction without reference to the citizenship of their parents. As to this class there have been doubts, but never as to the first.” 88 U.S. 162, 167-68 (1875).”

“I suggest no conclusion as to whether Obama is eligible or not. But the citizens whom the media and political pundits dismiss as “birthers” have raised legitimate questions. That legitimacy is fueled by Obama”s curious, even bizarre, refusal to consent to the release of the relevant records. Perhaps there is nothing to the issues raised. Or perhaps there is. This is potentially serious business. If it turns out that Obama knew he was ineligible when he campaigned and when he took the oath as President, it could be the biggest political fraud in the history of the world. As long as Obama refuses to disclose the records, speculation will grow and grow without any necessary relation to the truth. The first step toward resolving the issue is full discovery and disclosure of the facts.

The courts are not the only entities empowered to deal with such a question. A committee of the House of Representatives could be authorized to conduct an investigation into the eligibility issue. The classic formulation of the Congressional role is Woodrow Wilson”s, in his 1884 book Congressional Government:

It is the proper duty of a representative body to look diligently into every affair of government and to talk much about what it sees. It is meant to be the eyes and the voice, and to embody the wisdom and will of its constituents. Unless Congress have and use every means of acquainting itself with the acts and the disposition of the administrative agents of the government, the country must be helpless to learn how it is being served; and unless Congress both scrutinize these things and sift them by every form of discussion, the country must remain in embarrassing, crippling ignorance of the very affairs which it is most important that it should understand and direct. The informing function of Congress should be preferred even to its legislative function…[T]he only really self-governing people is that people which discusses and interrogates its administration. (p. 198)”

“The American people do not know whether the current president achieved election by misrepresenting, innocently or by fraud, his eligibility for that office. I neither know nor suggest the answer to that question. But it would be a public service for the House of Representatives to employ its authority to determine those facts and to recommend any indicated changes in the law or the Constitution.”

Once again, and I am not a law professor, the constitutional issue is whether or not Obama is a Natural Born Citizen.

what “natural born citizen” Constitutionally means.  Had he not met the
definition, Chief Justice Roberts, the worlds leading Constitutional scholar,
would not have sworn him in because he would have violated his duty to uphold

The following are facts:

  • The governor of Hawaii, Neil Abercrombie, has found no record of a birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii.
  • Tim Adams, a elections clerk in Hawaii in 2008, has signed an affidavit stating that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.
  • Obama, for well over 2 years, has employed numerous private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

Since Supreme Court Justice John Roberts has failed in his duty to uphold and defend the US Constitution by failing to interpret and clarify the natural born citizen clause and more seriously, swearing in Obama, who was clearly not eligibible to be president, he should be impeached. Andy Polk of Sue Myrick’s office stated “he would have violated his duty to uphold the Constitution. ” He did!

Representative Sue Myrick, are you going to do your sworn duty to uphold the US Constitution?

“A Republican lawmaker made a subtle “birther” jab at President Obama during a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC).

Rep. Raúl Labrador (R-Idaho), a freshman member of Congress who was born in Puerto Rico, joked that he had a birth certificate to prove his American heritage.

“I am fortunate to be born American, and I have the birth certificate to prove it,” Labrador said at a speech at the opening session of this weekend’s conservative gathering in Washington.

The joke is an allusion to some critics’ suspicion that Obama was not actually born in the United States, and thus, under the U.S. Constitution, is not legally eligible to be president. Obama has produced a copy of his birth certificate showing he was born in Hawaii, a U.S. state.”

“Former GOP presidential candidate and Reagan administration official Alan Keyes has joined the ranks of those calling on House Republicans to reject another hike in the debt limit that will permit the federal government to keep borrowing money to propel its spending programs.

He joins Sens. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., and Pat Toomey, R-Pa., and Reps. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., in rejecting House Speaker John Boehner’s concession to raise the debt limit, which is expected to be reached toward the end of next month.

“We should demand of our representatives in Congress that they refuse to raise the debt ceiling,” said Keyes. “But we must also demand of ourselves that we refuse any longer to choose our political leaders from candidates produced by political parties intrinsically dependent on political vehicles fueled by unbridled government spending. Where politics is concerned, restoring the ceiling must be just the first expression of our determination to rebuild, as a home for responsible freedom, the house of constitutional liberty our forsworn elites are determined to destroy.”

Shock the Washington establishment by participating in the “No More Red Ink” campaign and shut down all new plans for bailouts, “stimulus” spending and even the funding for Obamacare.

Keyes, whose coming book, “And Crown Thy Good: Restoring America’s Covenant in 2012,” will address the issue, said Boehner tipped his hand late last year when he spoke to House Republicans sent to Washington by Americans fed up with business as usual in Washington: “We’re going to have to deal with it as adults,” Boehner instructed his colleagues. “Whether we like it or not, the federal government has obligations and we have obligations on our part.”

“U.S. government finance has evidently become a Ponzi scheme predicated upon access to fresh streams of borrowed capital,” said Keyes. “If done in ignorance, we might excuse the scheme as childish. Otherwise, we call it crooked, and treat adults who knowingly perpetrate it as criminals. Many of those who voted Republican in 2008 are demanding an end to precisely this kind of institutionalized chicanery. Sadly they may have cast their votes in vain. Of course, in order to mask the fact that the Republicans mean to go on with ‘business as usual’ GOP leaders are claiming instead that it’s ‘business as necessary.’ Naturally, the Obama faction Democrats heartily agree.”

Keyes continues: “They agree because what’s happening isn’t child’s play, it is power play. The GOP leaders blather about ‘meaningful cuts in government spending,’ but as I’ve pointed out before neither wing of the sham two-party system can have any intention of fundamentally curbing the U.S. government’s appetite for the nation’s resources. The political power of both parties depends on it. They won’t give up that power until the force of circumstances compels them to do so.”

Keyes made his comments in support of a plan led by Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, to persuade House Republicans to defy their own leadership and refuse to raise the debt limit – an act that will force government to live within its means.

Called the “No More Red Ink” campaign, it empowers America citizens to send messages to every member of the House Republican caucus inexpensively and efficiently – with guaranteed delivery by Fed Ex.”

 Common Sense Too

Is anyone who has examined the history of Barack Obama surprised at the chain of events that have played out over the past years? No. Debates, discussions and analyses have continued on about the economy, jobs, foreign policy and even the religion of Obama, when all one has to do is look at Obama’s past. He has kept hidden much of his past but even that is a solid indicator of his intentions and why his past is secret.

Let’s examine one of the simple aspects of Obama, his religion. One cannot look into his heart directly, but regardless of one’s profession, one’s acts are the window to the soul. Obama’s past associations clearly reveal a strong Muslim influence as well as radical theologies such as those espoused by Jeremiah Wright. Ideas that certainly are not Christian and in many cases are anti semitic. So why would anyone be surprised about the turmoil in Egypt?

The economy. Why would anyone paying attention be surprised about the economy and jobless rate. Obama has been enmeshed in socialism and redistribution of wealth for many years. Obama and his liberal, socialist buddies have been spending like drunken sailors with no regard for the impact on hard working Americans. Obama’s involvement with and support from ACORN should have been warning enough.

Now to the core of the problem. It appears that many politicians do not want to touch the Obama eligibility issues. This is not a political issue, it is a constitutional issue. The impression is that the problem will go away with the next presidential cycle. That Obama will be removed then. They are wrong.

The same forces and thought processes that drove Obama to hide his past and associate with Anti American elements still guide him. Obama eligibility issues, his extreme efforts to hide his birth certificate and college records are symptomatic of deeper problems. His utter disregard for the US Constitution is the larger problem and is why Obama must resign or be arrested. It is also why Congress and the courts must take this out of the political realm and into the sanctum of the rule of law. There is no other duty and priority higher than this.
