Alan Keyes to Republicans, Lower debt, Refuse to raise the debt ceiling, House Republicans chastised

“Former GOP presidential candidate and Reagan administration official Alan Keyes has joined the ranks of those calling on House Republicans to reject another hike in the debt limit that will permit the federal government to keep borrowing money to propel its spending programs.
He joins Sens. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., and Pat Toomey, R-Pa., and Reps. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn., Ron Paul, R-Texas, and Anthony Weiner, D-N.Y., in rejecting House Speaker John Boehner’s concession to raise the debt limit, which is expected to be reached toward the end of next month.
“We should demand of our representatives in Congress that they refuse to raise the debt ceiling,” said Keyes. “But we must also demand of ourselves that we refuse any longer to choose our political leaders from candidates produced by political parties intrinsically dependent on political vehicles fueled by unbridled government spending. Where politics is concerned, restoring the ceiling must be just the first expression of our determination to rebuild, as a home for responsible freedom, the house of constitutional liberty our forsworn elites are determined to destroy.”
Shock the Washington establishment by participating in the “No More Red Ink” campaign and shut down all new plans for bailouts, “stimulus” spending and even the funding for Obamacare.
Keyes, whose coming book, “And Crown Thy Good: Restoring America’s Covenant in 2012,” will address the issue, said Boehner tipped his hand late last year when he spoke to House Republicans sent to Washington by Americans fed up with business as usual in Washington: “We’re going to have to deal with it as adults,” Boehner instructed his colleagues. “Whether we like it or not, the federal government has obligations and we have obligations on our part.”
“U.S. government finance has evidently become a Ponzi scheme predicated upon access to fresh streams of borrowed capital,” said Keyes. “If done in ignorance, we might excuse the scheme as childish. Otherwise, we call it crooked, and treat adults who knowingly perpetrate it as criminals. Many of those who voted Republican in 2008 are demanding an end to precisely this kind of institutionalized chicanery. Sadly they may have cast their votes in vain. Of course, in order to mask the fact that the Republicans mean to go on with ‘business as usual’ GOP leaders are claiming instead that it’s ‘business as necessary.’ Naturally, the Obama faction Democrats heartily agree.”
Keyes continues: “They agree because what’s happening isn’t child’s play, it is power play. The GOP leaders blather about ‘meaningful cuts in government spending,’ but as I’ve pointed out before neither wing of the sham two-party system can have any intention of fundamentally curbing the U.S. government’s appetite for the nation’s resources. The political power of both parties depends on it. They won’t give up that power until the force of circumstances compels them to do so.”
Keyes made his comments in support of a plan led by Joseph Farah, editor and chief executive officer of WND, to persuade House Republicans to defy their own leadership and refuse to raise the debt limit – an act that will force government to live within its means.

My Yahoo account was hacked. Somebody is sending hoax messages, claiming that I am in Madrid and asking for money. Please, disregard those messages. I changed my password. Keep in mind, I am going against somebody, who has a lot of power and a lot of money, so a lot of things are done to destroy me.

Header of hate mail sent to American Patriot Foundation
Blogger and WorldNetDaily contributor Andrea Shea-King linked to a story from early January, 2011 wherein Margaret Hemenway, of the American Patriot Foundation (the group who has been supporting Army officer Terrence Lakin’s legal defense during his court martial proceedings regarding his stance on Obama’s eligibility), has been receiving direct threats and hate mail from those who oppose such questioning:
“I’ve been called a subversive and an enemy of the state, not to mention moron, insufferable little b-tch and a lot of other similar nasty comments,” APF’s Margaret Hemenway told WND. “I write a lot of them back to tell them that e-mail rage, like road rage, is neither healthy nor adult behavior and remind them it is the fundamental obligation of citizenship to support the U.S. Constitution.” …
Hemenway sent the following letter, postmarked in Columbus, Ohio, to the U.S.Post Officeauthorities to be investigated because it contained a direct threat:
“This is to inform you that LTC Larkin (sic) is a F—— COWARD who should be put in front of a firing squad and shot. If I see his a– on the streets of Washington I will save the government the expense of a trial, I’ll dip a bullet in s— and shoot him in the head. This f— off deserves to die on the streets of America.” …
Hemenway said a postal inspector told her the letter is “prosecutable,” but the inspector was not able to identify the sender during the investigation.
In parallel, the WND article goes on to correctly point out that the cross hairs used in the email communication was the same type of graphic used during the 2010 mid-term elections that some on the Left have to sought link the Right with Rep. Gabrielle Gifford’s shooting.
Personally, I have never condoned such behavior on the part of those who question Mr. Obama’s eligibility, and I think that those who promote such incivility should be brought to public shame over such remarks.
It shouldn’t matter whether or not someone is questioning the bona fides of an individual in authority; this used to be considered a good thing in America. We don’t have unquestioned authoritarians ruling over us; we have constitutional officers that govern at the will of the People.
If you happen to be one of those who don’t agree with this sentiment, perhaps you should find another country in which to dwell. That would certainly help quell some of the true incivility that is obviously occurring by those who don’t like questions.

Sharon, You are so good at capturing details and pursuing the case.
I wonder if you might consider trying another approach. You could create a Capitol Hill Post E Mail, and target each of the Congressman, with copies only to each Supreme Court Justice.
Maybe call it the Natural Born Citizen Update…and post a question with each issue to each congressman, and scorecard them on their responses.
You could be sort of an e-mail Press Corps. Then publish their responses or lack of response to the public as an arm of the Post E-Mail.

As it is now, we are only allowed to correspond with the people from our own districts, which is another unfortunate method of control, since they are involved in different groups and committees that affect everybody, not just their own states. Question: How do you personally define “natural born citizen?”
Do you understand it as US birth and two citizen parents or do you hold different beliefs? What is the legal source of your beliefs, if different from US birth and two citizen parents, which is the legal definition upheld by the court cases?
Question: What is your opinion of Dr. Lakin being in jail, with Obama refusing to verify his eligibility to the Armed Services?
Question: Are you aware of the Kerchner lawsuit?
Question: Are you aware of Alan Keyes et al in California, with a lawsuit against Obama?
Question: Have you heard of Orly Taitz? Why do you think she is filing lawsuits and being rejected? Do you think voters should have standing for elections?
Question: What steps have you taken to see the long-form birth document which will prove or disprove the internet document posted by Obama for his claimed birth in Hawaii.

To: there is a problem with Obama, who had a non-U.S. Citizen, foreign national African father, thus disqualifying him from the presidency
Because these people in Congress weave and dodge on the words in your letters you have to make it explicitly clear to these people in Congress what the main issue is … i.e., that Obama’s father was not a U.S. Citizen, not even an immigrant, nor even a permanent resident in the USA. He was a foreign national sojourning here for a few years attending college. The child of a foreign national father is NOT a natural born Citizen of the United States to constitutional standards.

Someone has already given a response that Dr Tait said her email has been hacked. However, I want to elaborate further.
This email is a hoax. I have received an almost exact replica of that email, the first time it was someone allegedly caught in Africa and the second was allegedly in London. There was very little difference in the hoax letter.
When I saw it the first time, I was almost taken in, but thankfully, I do not have any money, so the scammers were wasting their time.
The second time, the person was the owner of a traffic exchange, so I assume that his exchange was hacked. It is the probable way that they got my email address.
If anyone sees that email, I suggest trying to find out who sent it, and then report it since this is the work of a scammer.
Keep in mind that we have gone a long way in busting the Nigerian scammers, and it can be done with this kind of hoax.
