Larry Sinclair story, allegations, Obama Campaign controls press, David Axelrod, news suppression, George Orwell, doublespeak, MSM failure, Adams, Hearst, Brandeis, Einstein, Goebbels, Hitler, Jefferson, Orwell, Sinclair

“Abuse of words has been the great instrument of sophistry
and chicanery, of party, faction, and division of society.”
…. John Adams

“To be honest with you, it’s not so much whether you believe me or not, as much as you hear me.”

…. Larry Sinclair

The mainstream media has failed to do their job and will be held
accountable. Aside from a few notable exceptions such as ABC News
during the PA debate, Tim Russert and the Chicago Tribune, Barack
Obama has been given a free ride by the press. The Democrat
Party, David Axelrod and major monetary players in this country
and the Middle East have flexed their political muscles to
censor the truth about Obama. Phony news organizations like
CNN were never expected to report the truth. Fox News has
become an entertainment network and has been a disappointment.

The internet has increasingly become the primary news source
for many. Sadly, the Obama Campaign and Obama supporters have
aligned to attempt distortion and removal of news on the web.
Tampering with the truth and biased reporting are not a modern
day device. Accurate reporting has been a concern in this
country going back to the American Revolution.

Why has the MSM ignored or prejudged the Larry Sinclair
allegations? There are many reasons, but consider the
following:

Prosecutors routinely use convicted or known criminals to
prosecute other criminals.

Stuart Levine, an admitted heavy drug user and associate of
many crime and corruption figures in Illinois, was compelled
to testify after being wiretapped. His testimony helped
convict Tony Rezko and indict others.

Obama has admitted to drug use. He has a long list of associations
with crime and corruption figures in Illinois.

Larry Sinclair has admitted to prior drug use and brushes
with the law.

Larry Sinclair came forth on his own with his allegations.

A tremendous amount of resources have been expended attempting
to discredit Sinclair.

The Rezko trial and connections to Obama has been not reported
or under reported. It is no wonder that the Larry Sinclair
allegations have not been reported.

Consider the following quotes and ask why the MSM is not doing
their job:

“Please realize that the first duty of newspaper men is
to get the news and print the news.”
…. William Randolph Hearst

“The function of the press is very high. It is almost Holy.
It ought to serve as a forum for the people, through which
the people may know freely what is going on. To misstate or
suppress the news is a breach of trust.”
…. Louis D. Brandeis

“The (American) press, which is mostly controlled by vested
interests, has an excessive influence on public opinion.”
…. Albert Einstein

“Not every item of news should be published: rather must
those who control news policies endeavor to make every item
of news serve a certain purpose.”
…. Joseph Goebbels

“Propaganda must not serve the truth, especially not insofar
as it might bring out something favorable for the opponent.”
…. Adolf Hitler

“Nothing can now be believed which is seen in a newspaper.
Truth itself becomes suspicious by being put into that
polluted vehicle.”
…. Thomas Jefferson

“The past is whatever the records and the memories agree upon.
And since the party is in full control of all records, and in
equally full control of the minds of it’s members, it follows
that the past is whatever the party chooses to make it. Six
means eighteen, two plus two equals five, war is peace,
freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength.”
…. George Orwell

“When you pick up your morning or evening newspaper and think
you are reading the news of the world, what you are reading
is a propaganda which has been selected, revised, and doctored
by some power which has a financial interest in you.”
…. Upton Sinclair

We all know why the Larry Sinclair story is not being covered
by the MSM. The great minds above understood.

Obama, Patriotism, Sunshine Patriot, July 4, 2008, Symbols matter, Arrogance, Elitism, Clinging to Guns, Religion

Obama is playing the patriot card in a desperate attempt to appeal to the middle of the country, the “silent majority”, that clings to guns and religion. Our ancestors clung to guns and religion, defeated British tyranny and founded this country on the precepts of their religion and the concept of freedom from tyranny.

William Randolph Hearst stated:

“A politician will do anything to keep his job – even become a patriot.”

Thomas Paine wrote:

“These are the times that try men’s souls. The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will, in this crisis, shrink from the service of their country; but he that stands now, deserves the love and thanks of man and woman. Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.”

Zach Jones, a fellow blogger and seeker of truth, has a new article about Obama and patriotism. Read this article here:

Barack Obama, Jeremiah Wright, lies, racism, anti semitism, hate America, entitlement, health care, poor housing, African Americans tortured

“We control life, Winston, at all its levels.  You are imagining that there is something called human nature which will be outraged by what we do and will turn against us.  But we create human nature.  Men are infinitely malleable.” 1984 by George Orwell.
“Do not hate your brother in your heart.” Leviticus 19:17
“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
I will present the truth and facts to you. Not white truth, not black truth, not green truth. Just the truth. If I discover an error by myself or others, I will correct it.

There are no white people or black people. Hold your hand next to a white sheet and black sheet of paper. There is only one race of people, the human race. Some of my best friends have skin color that is darker or lighter than my own. I am in their homes, they are in mine. Some of these people have spent days to a year in my home.

Slavery is a great evil. It is not a white skinned or black
skinned issue. Slavery, racism and bigotry are about taking
advantage of other people. This can become widespread due to conquest, laws and ignorance.
Slavery was wrong when light skinned people owned darker skinned people in America.
Slavery was wrong when American Indians owned darker skinned people in America.
Slavery was wrong when dark skinned people owned dark skinned people in America.
Slavery was wrong when Africans sold and owned dark skinned people in Africa.
Slavery was wrong when Vikings sold and owned people in Europe.
Slavery was wrong when Romans sold and owned people in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
Slavery was wrong when Egyptians sold and owned people in the Middle East and Africa.
Slavery was wrong when Middle Easterners sold and owned people in the Middle East and Africa.
Slavery was wrong when ancient Europeans sold and owned people in Europe.
Slavery was wrong when ancient peoples of the Americas sold and owned people.

Slavery has not existed in the United States for well over a hundred years. Slavery did not begin here. It was too slow in being eradicated but it was ended. George Washington and Abraham Lincoln grew up in an era of slavery, racism and bigotry. The information they were “programmed” with led them to believe that blacks were inferior. They were products of their environment. Despite the misinformation they were given, they slowly came to the realization that what they had believed about blacks was wrong.
This is one of the reasons that what pastor Jeremiah Wright
is preaching is important. Most importantly, he is enfluencing
his parishioners, especially the children. He has also had an
impact on Barack Obama, who is running for president of the US. This is not a casual relationship. Jeremiah Wright has been consistently referred to as a mentor to Barack Obama. Don’t even begin to question the above. I am very well educated and studied quite a bit of history.

Next to statements regarding entitlement and what the US government owes it’s citizens. What the federal government is responsible for is quite simple. Here are the primary responsibilities: Defense, law legislation, Supreme Court decisions, federal banking and interstate commerce. The President of the United States has the primary job of Commander in Chief. Once again national defense.

Accountability is lacking in modern day society. Why do modern day Americans have a sense of entitlement. That is, the government owes them affordable housing, free health care, educations, etc. There are three main reasons for this. The modern day Democratic Party that get votes by promising hand outs from the government,
demagogues that gain from manipulating the masses and human greed.

Here is a good example of this lack of accountability from a
recent post on this blog:

“While it is clear that a disproportionate number of African Americans are tortured by inadequate health care; poor housing, inadequate educations, abusive criminal justice, unemployment and high crime, much of this today is because they live in poverty. And in the global capitalism of today these conditions now exist for countless numbers of other Americans, white, Asian, Latino and others.”

The word torture is used again. This is a common ploy of the liberal left. Once again, there is a lack of personal accountability. The reason many of these people are in poverty is due to a lack of personal accountability and the notion that they are owed everything. Much of this comes from the modern day Democrats and demagogues.
Just look around at all the people that come to the US knowing full well of the opportunity here. All they have to do is work hard and they do, and often turn their lives around in one generation.

One of the other great lies being told is about George W Bush
and the Iraq War. George Bush did not lie about the Iraq War. There are two posts on this blog concerning the tone of the country and the situation in Iraq prior to the war. 10 quotes were provided about Iraq and Saddam Hussein, yet people have short memories and many have an agenda of propagating lies. All of the quotes came from the Clinton Administration and substantiate what George W Bush acted upon.

Lies and diversions. These are the hallmark of the liberal left.
Barack Obama’s speech about racism was a diversion. Yes, it was brilliant and eloquent, but so was Adolf Hitler. The German people wanted change. Change is not always good. Some people posting on this blog are attempting diversions as well. They speak of this white pastor and that white pastor. This is once again a diversion and rationalization. Everyone is accountable for their own actions. Some of these pastors said some really stupid things. However, Jeremiah Wright is spewing racist hate, anti semitism and hate for America. When I hear these other pastors spewing this level
of hate and mentoring a presidential candidate for 20 years, then I will redirect my energies.

So, why am I and many others focusing attention on Barack Obama, Jeremiah Wright and others they associated with. Many red flags were raised by the hate speeches of pastor Wright, his mentoring of Barack Obama for 20 years, ties to Saddam Hussein, other suspicious middle eastern and African ties and ties to criminal elements. There were red flags in Germany prior to the rise of Adolf Hitler. The people chose to ignore them. They were swept up in the euphoria of the moment with a promise of change. Even though then, as now, words of racism, anti semitism and hate were being used,
it was somebody else that was responsible for their problems. This is too important to characterize as a blacks versus whites issue. We are all Americans and we need to make an informed decision.

John Stuart Mill, War, Good cause, Liberal Parliament member, War quote

John Stuart Mill was a British philosopher, political economist, civil servant and liberal Member of Parliament. He was also a  influential liberal thinker of the 19th century and a teacher of utilitarianism, an ethical theory developed by Jeremy Bentham. Mill was an advocate for Ireland, and the first Parliament member to propose that women be given the right to vote. Mill was a strong advocate of women’s rights. He believed that in some cases, war is the lesser of evils. Here is John Stuart Mill’s  famous quote concerning war:
“But war, in a good cause, is not the greatest evil which a nation can suffer. War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks nothing worth a war, is worse. When a people are used as mere human instruments for firing cannon or thrusting bayonets, in the service and for the selfish purposes of a master, such war degrades a people. A war to protect other human beings against tyrannical injustice – a war to give victory to their own ideas of right and good, and which is their own war, carried on for an honest purpose by their free choice – is often the means of their regeneration. A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself. As long as justice and injustice have not terminated their ever-renewing fight for ascendancy in the affairs of mankind, human beings must be willing, when need is, to do battle for the one against the other.”

John McCain, network coverage, liberal bias, Brit Hume, Fox news, Grapevine

Liberal bias in the press is a reality. The press has a bad reputation in the US going back to the American Revolution. John and Abigail Adams, nearly saints in their dedication to this country, complained about the unfair treatment they received in the press. Now, John McCain, a hero and honorable man, is being treated unfairly by the likes of the NY Times and network news. Brit Hume, of Fox News, addressed liberal bias of the network news in his March 4 2008 Grapevine segment. Here is an excerpt:

Going Negative

“A study of the three broadcast network evening news programs indicates John McCain’s media fortunes have taken a dramatic turn south since early January. The Center for Media and Public Affairs says the percentage of McCain coverage it deemed positive was 46 percent from mid-December through mid-February. But look at the contrast between his 97 percent positive number before the New Hampshire primary on January eighth — and just 30 percent positive since.”

Vermont, Brattleboro VT, Marlboro VT, Bush Cheney indictment, impeached, arrest, drugs, idiots

First of all, I was in Vermont twice in 2007 and secondly, what I am about to say is not an attack or reference to the entire state of VT. However, Vermont is a haven for drug users and people with less than balanced thought patterns. The towns of Brattleboro and Marlboro just voted to indict President George W Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney. Here is the actual statement that was voted on:
“Shall the Selectboard instruct the Town Attorney to draft indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for crimes against our Constitution, and publish said indictment for consideration by other municipalities? And shall it be the law of the Town of Brattleboro that the Brattleboro Police, pursuant to the above-mentioned indictments, arrest and detain George Bush and Richard Cheney in Brattleboro if they are not duly impeached, and extradite them to other authorities that may reasonably contend to prosecute them.”

More can be read about the meeting here:

http://www.brattleboro.com/

Here is some more information from a local news source:
“Up in the town of Marlboro, VT, population 1000, the town constable may have a new job. If President George W. Bush, or Vice President Dick Cheney should happen to stop by there, perhaps to pick up some freshly made maple syrup or maple sugar candy, he’d have to arrest them. Last night, the citizens of Marlboro voted in their annual town meeting to indict both men for war crimes, obstruction of justice and perjury. The vote was 43-25, with three abstentions.

Residents of nearby Brattleboro, population 12,000, did the same, voting 2012-1795.”

Now for my position. I cannot speak for the entire state of NC, but I believe many of the good people of North Carolina are of the same beliefs. I consider this an insult and attack on the president and vice president of the United States, our president and vice president. I would think twice about entering the state of NC. Remember, some of you talk a good talk, but we have a strong tradition of fighting for the establishment and safety of this country. This goes back prior to, during and after the American Revolution and includes my direct ancestors. I condemn your action and consider you cowards and traitors. Clear?

John McCain born in Panama, Is McCain eligible for presidency? NY Times article

Here we go again. Is John McCain eligible to be president of the United States? Once again, the NY Times has an article about John McCain that attempts to disparage him. Apparently this question was answered some time ago. Is the NY Times trying to damage the campaign of John McCain or is it desperately trying to generate income or both? You decide. Here are some excerpts from the NY Times:

“McCain’s Canal Zone Birth Prompts Queries About Whether That Rules Him Out”

“The question has nagged at the parents of Americans born outside the continental United States for generations: Dare their children aspire to grow up and become president? In the case of Senator John McCain of Arizona, the issue is becoming more than a matter of parental daydreaming.”

So, why did the Times run the article now?

1984, 2008, Big Brother, Housing Market, Recession, Thought Police, AOL, Charlotte Observer, NY Times

George Orwell was a brilliant writer and prophet, but much of the “handwriting was on the wall” regarding the direction of society and thought control. He had witnessed the propaganda of the Nazi Regime and Joseph Goebbels. Goebbels was famous for saying, “If  you are going to tell a lie, tell a big one.” Of course the Nazis crafted the big lie putting the responsibility for all of Germany’s woes on the jews.

In “1984”, Orwell portrays life in a society where all citizens are constantly told what to think and do. Every home has a screen that broadcasts production and war news and also instructions on how to live and what to think. The slight difference in that society was that each person was being monitored visually and auditorily. If you stop and think about it, we have been told for many years what to wear, how to act and what to think by television commercials and political parties. We now have computer screens doing the same thing through vehicles like AOL, etc.

For many months I have been watching the misinformation campaign emanating from AOL, the television and print media about the declining housing market in the US and then the imminent recession. I have been warning people to seek the truth and to be on the lookout for agendas of profit and political gain. This also applies to the misinformation campaign concerning “global warming.” Follow the money.

I urge everyone to revisit “1984” by George Orwell and ponder the influence on our lives from modern day purveyors of words. If you are unsure of this, just think about the products you buy or decisions you are currently making about housing, voting or other purchases.

Just today, in the Charlotte Observer, their doom campaign manifested itself again with misinformation about the economy. On the front page they are trying to correlate the relationship between food stamps in Mecklenburg County and the state of the economy. They use the “expert” word to imply that a recession is imminent. Here is an exerpt from the “experts” at the Charlotte Observer:

“Escalating food stamp requests is one sign that a recession is imminent, experts say.

Our office is the first indicator that the economy is headed south, said Peggy McCoy, economic services director for the Mecklenburg Department of Social Services.”

First of all, these people are not qualified to make this statement. Secondly, it is based on faulty data that does not account for the rapid general growth in Mecklenburg County and specifically the rapid growth in the illegal alien population. But what the heck, the facts have never gotten in the way of journalists and their agenda before. Consider the NY Times recent attempt to smear the reputation of a good man, John McCain.

Here are some excerpts from “1984”, however I urge you, your children, family and friends to read the book.

“Winston dialed “back numbers” on the telescreen and called for the appropriate issues of the TIMES, which slid out of the pneumatic tube after only a few minutes’ delay.  The messages he had received referred to articles or news items which for one reason or another it was thought necessary to alter, or, as the official phrase had it, to rectify.  For example, it appeared from the TIMES of the seventeenth of March that Big Brother, in his speech of the previous day, had predicted that the South Indian front would remain quiet but that a Eurasian offensive would shortly be launched in North africa.  As it happened, the Eurasian Higher Command had launched its offensive in South India and left North Africa alone.  it was therefore necessary to rewrite a paragraph of Big Brother’s speech in such a way as to make him predict the thing that had actually happened.”
“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week.  Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours?  Yes, they swallowed it.  Parsons swallowed it easily, with the stupidity of an animal.”
“We control life, Winston, at all its levels.  You are imagining that there is something called human nature which will be outraged by what we do and will turn against us.  But we create human nature.  Men are infinitely malleable.  Or perhaps you have returned to your old idea that the proletarians or the slaves will arise and overthrow us.  Put it out of your mind.  They are helpless, like the animals.  Humanity is the Party.  The others are outside – irrelevant.

Read “1984”, question what you read and hear, seek the truth and follow the money.

Democracy, stages, big government, dependence, political speeches, Alexander Fraser Tytler

As you listen to the political speeches, platforms and promises of the 2008 presidential campaign, ponder the words of Alexander Fraser Tytler, a british lawyer and writer. Tytler believed that governments and democracy go through stages that last 200 years. His thoughts are rather amazing when compared to the current state of democracy in the US. I believe we are in the apathy to dependence stage. Listen to the presidential candidates speak of what you are due from government, what you are entitled to. Is this what you really want, dependence?

A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover that they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, these nations always progressed through the following sequence:

  • From bondage to spiritual faith;
  • From spiritual faith to great courage;
  • From courage to liberty;
  • From liberty to abundance;
  • From abundance to complacency;
  • From complacency to apathy;
  • From apathy to dependence;
  • From dependence back into bondage.

Tryon Resolves, Declaration of Independence, NC Hornets Nest in Revolution

Almost a year before the US Declaration of Independence was signed, a group of patriots in Tryon County NC, just west of Charlotte, signed The Tryon Resolves. The Tryon Resolves, signed in August 14, 1775, was a list of grievances against the British government in response to the battle of Lexington. During the revolution, the area around Charlotte was referred to as a hornet’s nest because of the fierce opposition the british encountered. In fact, one of the worst defeats the british suffered was at the Battle of Kings Mountain, just west of Charlotte. Here is the text of The Tryon Resolves, followed by a photo of the signatures.
The unprecedented, barbarous and bloody actions committed by British troops on our American brethren near Boston, on 19th April and 20th of May last, together with the hostile operations and treacherous designs now carrying on, by the tools of ministerial vengeance, for the subjugation of all British America, suggest to us the painful necessity of having recourse to arms in defense of our National freedom and constitutional rights, against all invasions; and at the same time do solemnly engage to take up arms and risk our lives and our fortunes in maintaining the freedom of our country whenever the wisdom and counsel of the Continental Congress or our Provincial Convention shall declare it necessary; and this engagement we will continue in for the preservation of those rights and liberties which the principals of our Constitution and the laws of God, nature and nations have made it our duty to defend. We therefore, the subscribers, freeholders and inhabitants of Tryon County, do here by faithfully unite ourselves under the most solemn ties of religion, honor and love to our county, firmly to resist force by force, and hold sacred till a reconciliation shall take place between Great Britain and America on Constitutional principals, which we most ardently desire, and do firmly agree to hold all such persons as inimical to the liberties of America who shall refuse to sign this association.
