“Rudy Giuliani is blowing the lid off the fast-growing Hunter Biden scandal, telling Newsmax TV‘s Greg Kelly on Tuesday night that he met with Delaware State Police this week over shocking materials found on the alleged hard drive of Hunter Biden.

Giuliani said his discoveries go well beyond influence peddling with foreign powers and alleged kickbacks he has accused former Vice President Joe Biden of engaging in.

“This is a really very, very sensitive one,” Giuliani told “Greg Kelly Reports,” referring to a text conversation he claims took place between Hunter and his father Joe Biden.

“There’s a sexual depravity to this that’s disgusting,” he said.

Giuliani alleges the text message and photos involve an unnamed 14-year-old girl.

The former New York City mayor provided Newsmax TV with a photo image of the text message which he said shows Hunter Biden’s message to his father, discussing claims he had acted inappropriately around a younger female.

The purported message stated:

“She she told my therapist that I was sexually inappropriate with [redacted] when she says that I face time naked with her and the reason I can’t have her out to see me is because I’ll walk around naked … When she was pressed she said that [redacted] never said anything like that but the bottom line is that I create and caused

“A very unsafe environment for the kids

“If it stopped there I would let it go”

Giuliani also claimed there were numerous pictures of underage girls on the Hunter Biden hard drive.

So disturbing was the content, Giuliani said he and former New York Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik met Monday with Delaware State Police and turned over their evidence.”

“There’s an iron curtain of censorship to this … because this is fatal to Joe Biden as a candidate. It should be fatal to him as a human being. I don’t mean fatal, but he should be prosecuted.”

House Republicans yesterday sent a letter to Attorney General Barr requesting a special counsel be set up to investigate the contents of the Hunter Biden laptop.

Senator Ron Johnson of the Homeland Security Committee sent a letter to FBI Director Wray on October 17, 2020.

On September 24, 2020, the day after Chairman Grassley and I released our report titled, “ Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and RelatedConcerns,”
 a whistleblower contacted my committee and informed my staff that he had possession of a laptop left in his business by Hunter Biden. He also informed us that he providedits contents to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in response to a December 9, 2019grand jury subpoena. As the first step in our due diligence, committee staff contacted FBIofficials and asked for confirmation of certain facts in an attempt to validate the whistleblower’s  claims and ssertions. Unfortunately, several days later, the FBI responded that it would notconfirm or deny any information identified by the committee even though several of ourquestions were not related to the possible existence of an ongoing grand jury investigation.”
For these reasons, the committee must know whether the FBI has assessed the validity of materials the whistleblower has provided, and what, if any, actions the FBI has taken since obtaining this information. In light of these unanswered questions, I request the following information and material:
1. Does the FBI possess material from Hunter Biden’s laptop(s)? If yes, how and when did the FBI obtain this information?
2. Is it accurate that FBI officials obtained contents from Hunter Biden’s laptop from a business located in Delaware? If so:
a. When did the FBI first examine these records?
b. Has the FBI concluded its examination of these records?
c. Has the FBI found any evidence of criminal activity based on its examination of these records?
d. Has the FBI determined whether the records on the computer was generated on that computer, is genuine, or has been altered in any way?
e. Has the FBI determined whether these records were generated or authored by Hunter Biden?
f. Has the FBI determined whether these records are a result from someone hacking Hunter Biden’s computer?”

“Exclusive — ‘This is China, Inc.’: Emails Reveal Hunter Biden’s Associates Helped Communist-Aligned Chinese Elites Secure White House Meetings

Newly obtained emails from a Hunter Biden business partner lay out in detail how the Vice President’s son and his colleagues used their access to the Obama-Biden administration to arrange private meetings for potential foreign clients and investors at the highest levels in the White House. These never-before-revealed emails outline how a delegation of Chinese investors and Communist Party officials managed to secure a private, off-the-books meeting with then-Vice President Joe Biden.

In a 2011 email, Hunter Biden’s business associates also discussed developing relations with what one called “China Inc.” as part of a “new push on soft diplomacy for the Chinese.” These emails are completely unconnected to the Hunter Biden emails being released by the New York Post.

These and more explosive never-before-revealed emails were provided to Schweizer by Bevan Cooney, a one-time Hunter Biden and Devon Archer business associate. Cooney is currently in prison serving a sentence for his involvement in a 2016 bond fraud investment scheme.

In 2019, Cooney reached out to Schweizer after becoming familiar with the revelations in his 2018 book Secret Empires. Cooney explained that he believes he was the “fall guy” for the fraud scheme and that Archer and Hunter Biden had avoided responsibility.

Archer, who was also convicted in the case, saw a federal judge vacate his conviction. But an appellate court overturned the lower court judge’s ruling, reinstating Archer’s conviction in the case. Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime business partner, awaits sentencing.

Cooney, their associate who is currently serving a prison sentence on his conviction in the matter, later reestablished contact with Schweizer through investigative journalist Matthew Tyrmand. From prison, Cooney provided Schweizer with written authorization, his email account name, and password to his Gmail account to retrieve these emails. He authorized, in writing, the publication of these emails— notable because it is the first time a close associate has publicly confirmed Hunter’s trading on his father’s influence.

The emails offer a unique window into just how the Biden universe conducted business during the Obama-Biden Administration. These associates sought to trade on Hunter Biden’s relationship with, and access to, his father and the Obama-Biden White House in order to generate business.”

 

“The Obama-Biden Administration archives reveal that this Chinese delegation did indeed visit the White House on November 14, 2011, and enjoyed high-level access. The delegation included approximately thirty members, according to White House visitor logs. But those records also obscure perhaps the most important item for the Chinese delegation: a meeting with Vice President Joe Biden himself.

The visitor logs list Jeff Zients, the deputy director of Obama’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB), as the host of the CEC delegation. Obama had tasked Zients with restructuring and ultimately consolidating the various export-import agencies under the Commerce Department—an effort in which the Chinese delegation would have a keen interest.

A trip itinerary posted by the CEC also confirms the delegation met with Obama’s then-recently-confirmed Commerce Secretary John Bryson.

Curiously, the Obama-Biden visitor logs do not mention any meeting with Vice President Joe Biden. But the Vice President’s off-the-books meeting was revealed by one of the core founders of the CEC. In an obscure document listing the CEC members’ biographies, CEC Secretary General Maggie Cheng alleges that she facilitated the CEC delegation meetings in Washington in 2011 and boasts of the Washington establishment figures that CEC met with. The first name she dropped was that of Vice President Joe Biden.”

‘Not up to the job’: Former White House doctor says Biden lacks ‘mental capacity’ for presidency

Trump campaign holds press call “exposing Joe Biden’s unfitness for office.”

When the late Sen. John McCain ran for president in 2008, questions about his health — physical and mental — swirled. Americans were well aware that should McCain die in office, his vice president, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, would’ve become president.

Had he been elected, he would have been 72 years old when he moved into the White House. So Americans may have that same concern with Democratic nominee, Joe Biden, who would be 78 if he wins the election.

Cue former White House physician Dr. Ronny Jackson,  who held the prestigious post from 2013 to 2018, serving both Trump and President Obama. Jackson on Tuesday said Biden “does not have the mental capacity” to be able to handle the presidency and the job of commander in chief.

“He is not up to the job,” Jackson told reporters in a conference call set up by President Trump’s reelection campaign. “I’ve watched Joe Biden on the campaign trail, and I’m concerned that he does not have the mental capacity, the cognitive ability, to serve as our commander in chief. He routinely gets lost in the middle of a thought and can’t recalibrate.”

“I actually don’t even practice medicine at this point,” said Jackson, a retired rear admiral who is now running as a Republican for a House seat in Texas. But he added: “I’m a physician, obviously, so I’ve seen a little bit about how the issues with cognitive ability, how they start.”

“I’m not making a medical assessment,” the doctor said. “I never took care of Vice President Biden. I’m not trying to remotely diagnose him with anything. I’m saying it as a concerned citizen. We can all see … something’s going on here.”

“He is having some extremely bad days,” the doctor said. “This is serious. We’re picking a commander in chief [who] has to be at the top of their game cognitively. And he’s really not.””

“Army Reserve investigating Senate candidate Lt. Col. Cunningham over affair

Army Reserve officer Lt. Col. James “Cal” Cunningham, a Democrat running for a crucial U.S. Senate seat in North Carolina, has been facing public scrutiny over an extramarital affair just weeks away from Election Day.

Now, Army officials say they’re also taking a look at the situation involving the 47-year-old married father of two, which could violate rules concerning adultery under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

“The Army Reserve is investigating the matters involving Lt. Col. James Cunningham. As such, we are unable to provide further details at this time,” said Army Reserve spokesman Lt. Col. Simon B. Flake in a statement to Army Times.

Flake was unable to answer follow-up questions, including whether an Army Regulation 15-6 investigation has been opened. But because Cunningham is a reservist, the extramarital affair may not be punishable unless he was serving on active duty at the time of the indiscretions, according to the Reserve Officers Association.”

Cunningham’s paramour Arlene Guzman Todd has been recently listed as media director of a marijuana public relations company and has been a California State University lecturer. Arlene Guzman Todd’s husband Jeremy Todd has been an active duty servicemember. Jeremy Todd was an Army Sergeant First Class who served 15 years in the U.S. Army with five combat deployments including in Iraq and Afghanistan, then studied at the University of Southern California in a determined bid to support his young family.”

The NY Times is calling it:

“President Trump has selected Judge Amy Coney Barrett, the favorite candidate of conservatives, to succeed Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and will try to force Senate confirmation before Election Day in a move that would significantly alter the ideological makeup of the Supreme Court for years.

Mr. Trump plans to announce on Saturday that she is his choice, according to six people close to the process who asked not to be identified disclosing the decision in advance. As they often do, aides cautioned that Mr. Trump sometimes upends his own plans.

But he is not known to have interviewed any other candidates and came away from two days of meetings with Judge Barrett this week impressed with a jurist he was told would be a female Antonin Scalia, referring to the justice she once clerked for. On Friday night, Judge Barrett was photographed getting out of her car outside her home in South Bend, Ind.

“I haven’t said it was her, but she is outstanding,” Mr. Trump told reporters who asked about Judge Barrett’s imminent nomination at Joint Base Andrews outside Washington after CNN and other news outlets reported on his choice.

“The Honorable Amy Coney Barrett was confirmed as a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in October 2017. She is a Notre Dame Law School alumna and has taught as a member of the Law School’s faculty since 2002.

Judge Barrett teaches and researches in the areas of federal courts, constitutional law, and statutory interpretation. Her scholarship in these fields has been published in leading journals, including the Columbia, Virginia, and Texas Law Reviews. From 2010-2016, she served by appointment of the Chief Justice on the Advisory Committee for the Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure. She has been selected as “Distinguished Professor of the Year” by three of the Law School’s graduating classes.

Judge Barrett earned her B.A. in English literature, magna cum laude, from Rhodes College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and, among other honors, was chosen by the faculty as the most outstanding graduate in the college’s English department. She earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Notre Dame, where she was a Kiley Fellow, earned the Hoynes Prize, the Law School’s highest honor, and served as executive editor of the Notre Dame Law Review.

Before joining the Notre Dame faculty, Judge Barrett clerked for Judge Laurence H. Silberman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit and for Associate Justice Antonin Scalia of the U.S. Supreme Court. As an associate at Miller, Cassidy, Larroca & Lewin in Washington, D.C., she litigated constitutional, criminal, and commercial cases in both trial and appellate courts. Judge Barrett has served as a visiting associate professor and John M. Olin Fellow in Law at the George Washington University Law School,  as a visiting associate professor of law at the University of Virginia and is a member of the American Law Institute (ALI).”

“Phone Calls Between Biden And Ukraine’s Poroshenko Leaked; Details $1 Billion “Quid Pro Quo” To Fire Burisma Prosecutor

Leaked phone calls between Joe Biden and former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko explicitly detail the quid-pro-quo arrangement to fire former Ukrainian Prosecutor General Victor Shokin – who Poroshenko admits did nothing wrong – in exchange for $1 billion in US loan guarantees (which Biden openly bragged about in January, 2018).

The calls were leaked by Ukrainian MP Andrii Derkach, who says the recordings of “voices similar to Poroshenko and Biden” were given to him by investigative journalists who claim Poroshenko made them.

Shokin was notably investigating Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company that hired Biden’s son, Hunter, to sit on its board. Shokin had opened a case against Burisma’s founder, Mykola Zlochevsky, who granted Burisma permits to drill for oil and gas in Ukraine while he was Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources. In January, 2019, Shokin stated in a deposition that there were five criminal cases against Zlochevesky, including money laundering, corruption, illegal funds transfers, and profiteering through shell corporations while he was a sitting minister.”

“Ukraine judge orders Joe Biden be listed as alleged perpetrator of crime in prosecutor’s firing”

“The infamous story of Joe Biden’s effort to force the firing of Ukraine’s chief prosecutor in 2016 has taken a new legal twist in Kiev, just as the former vice president is sewing up the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination in America.

In Kiev late last month, District Court Judge S. V. Vovk ordered the country’s law enforcement services to formally list the fired prosecutor, Victor Shokin, as the victim of an alleged crime by the former U.S. vice president, according to an official English translation of the ruling obtained by Just the News.

The court had previously ordered the Prosecutor General’s Office and the State Bureau of Investigations in February to investigate Shokin’s claim that he was fired in spring 2016 under pressure from Biden because he was investigating Burisma Holdings, the natural gas company where Biden’s son Hunter worked.

The court ruled then that there was adequate evidence to investigate Shokin’s claim that Biden’s pressure on then-President Petro Poroshenko, including a threat to withhold $1 billion in U.S. loan guarantees, amounted to unlawful interference in Shokin’s work as Ukraine’s chief prosecutor.

But when law enforcement agencies opened the probe they refused to name Biden as the alleged perpetrator of the crime, instead listing the potential defendant as an unnamed American.

Vovk ruled that anonymous listing was improper and ordered the law enforcement agencies to formally name Biden as the accused perpetrator.”
