Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as been in the news cycle recently explaining why Texas decided not to use Dominion Voting Systems for their election processing.

“Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, said they decided not to go with Dominion software for vote counting in the 2020 election, as they had recognized there were problems with it, and it couldn’t be trusted.

Dominion Voting Systems has been used widely across many states in the United States. Fraud and inaccurate results have plagued areas where it’s used, resulting in the Trump campaign filing lawsuits to expose voting corruption across the nation.

Paxton explained to Newsweek they had tested Dominion and found it unworthy of use.

“There is a reason that Texas rejected it,” Paxton told “Stinchfield” host Grant Stinchfield. “We didn’t do it arbitrarily. We knew that these were unreliable systems. We didn’t want to trust them.

“We didn’t want to be in the same situation that some of these other states are in now where we’re questioning the results, so we believe that this was a problem.”

Paxton said the Dominion system was tested three times, starting in 2012, and each time system failures were evident in both software and hardware.

“We discovered that these systems are subject to different types of unauthorized manipulation and potential fraud,” he said.”

“Dominion has been heavily criticized for not preventing the system irregularities and the opportunity for fraud.

Dominion purchased Sequoia Voting Systems in 2010, a system suspected of being used to rig the Venezuelan elections in 2004, reported Newsweek.”

“Re: Inspection of the Dominion Voting Systems’ Democracy Suite 5.5 conducted on January 16 and 17, 2019

Dear Mr. Ingram:
Pursuant to my appointment by the Texas Secretary of State as a voting systems examiner under TEXAS ELECTION CODE § 122.035, please allow this letter to serve as my report concerning the above referenced examination. I, along with the other statutory examiners and staff from the Secretary of State’s office, examined the Democracy Suite 5.5 voting system presented by Dominion Voting Systems (“Democracy 5.5 System”) on January 16 and 17, 2019, at the offices of Elections Division of the Texas Secretary of State in Austin, Texas.”

“RECOMMENDATION
Based on the foregoing observations and my examination of the Democracy 5.5 System, its accompanying literature and the presentation made by Dominion officials both in its literature and at the examination, I cannot recommend that the Democracy 5.5 System be certified as compliant with the requirements of the TEXAS ELECTION CODE and the TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE
CODE. My opinion could potentially change of corrections to the identified problems (in my report and other reports) are properly corrected and presented to the Secretary’s office. ”

“In a follow-up, the vendor stated that only black Sharpie markers should be used for marking the ballots; however, when the black sharpie was used during testing, it did, on a few occasions, bleed through to the back side of the two-sided ballot in such a way that it could confuse the ballot scanner or kick the ballot out. “

On November 14, 2020 Attorney Sidney Powell stated

“I’m going to RELEASE THE KRAKEN”
“Republican attorney Sidney Powell has vowed to “expose every one of” the officials who helped allegedly steal the 2020 election for Democrat Joe Biden, claiming voting machine maker Dominion Voting Systems facilitated the theft.

Powell, who is representing former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn in his Russiagate-spawned legal battle, leveled her own allegations of foreign collusion and election meddling on Fox News’ Lou Dobbs Tonight show on Friday. Threatening those responsible with a “new American revolution,” she called for a sweeping probe into what she described as a longstanding pattern of election interference.

Claiming Dominion Voting Systems, one of the largest makers of voting machines for the US, “was created to produce altered voting results in Venezuela for [socialist leader] Hugo Chavez,” Powell argued that the system – which she said was funded by Cuba and China as well as Caracas – is little more than an election-fixing operation.”

This morning on the Maria Bartiroma show she stated:

“We’re fixin’ to overturn the results of the election in multiple states, and President Trump won by not just hundreds of thousands of votes but by millions of votes that were shifted by this software that was designed expressly for that purpose.  We have sworn witness testimony of why the software was designed.  It was designed to rig elections.  He was fully briefed on it.  He saw it happen in other countries.  It was exported internationally for profit by the people that are behind Smartmatic and Dominion.

They did this on purpose.  It was calculated and they’ve done it before.  We have evidence from 2016 in California.  We have so much evidence I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose.”

Dominion Voting System “glitches” in Georgia.

One was highlighted in September 2020.

And guess who was quoted from Dominion about a software fix and installation?

Eric Coomer.

Who was quoted as saying:

“Georgia election officials say they’re implementing a software change to fix a glitch in the state’s new voting machines. But election integrity activists say the state is downplaying the problem and putting the security of the upcoming election at risk.

During preelection testing on the new touchscreen voting machines last week, election officials in two counties discovered a problem with the display for a high-profile, 21-candidate U.S. Senate race. Under certain circumstances, not all of the candidates’ names would fit on a single screen.

Election officials initially thought they would have to rebuild the database but then discovered they could fix the problem through a software change, said Bryan Tyson, an attorney representing the state.

Lawyers representing election integrity activists told U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg this problem and others bolster their arguments that the voting machines are not secure and aren’t ready for use. Totenberg is presiding over a lawsuit that challenges the constitutionality of the state’s brand new voting machines and she’s expected to rule soon on requests that the state be ordered to ditch its new voting machines and use hand-marked paper ballots for the November general election.”

“Eric Coomer, an executive with Dominion Voting Systems, which sold the state its new election system last year for more than $100 million, said the problem has to do with the way the voting machines communicate with the underlying Android operating system. He told Totenberg a minor software change will address the issue.

The new software will have to be tested and approved by a third-party vendor, and then state election officials will have to load it onto 159 USB drives to be delivered to the counties, the activists said in a court filing. County election officials will then have to install the software on hundreds of voting machines, reprogram the machines and then do preelection testing, the filing says.”

“In a written declaration filed by the activists, J. Alex Halderman, a University of Michigan professor and a leading expert on election security, said “in complex computerized systems like Georgia’s election equipment, last-minute changes, even seemingly small ones, can introduce serious and difficult-to-foresee consequences.”

A change now would not leave enough time for rigorous testing and security measures, and “would provide an attractive vector for attackers seeking to spread malware,” he wrote.”

“Brown told the judge there are at least two other issues that further support their arguments about the machines’ weaknesses. Election officials in one county told them that, during preelection testing, the tabulation of absentee ballots did not work at all. And in another county, there was a problem with write-in candidates.”

In 2010 Eric Coomer joined Dominion as Vice President of U.S. Engineering. According to his bio, Coomer graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics.

Eric Coomer was later promoted to Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security although Coomer has since been removed from the Dominion page of directors.

In a stunning interview conducted by Michelle Malkin, Joe Oltman, FEC (Faith Education Commerce) United founder, reveals how he infiltrated Antifa and how during a conversation with Antifa members, he discovered “Eric from Dominion” was allegedly part of the chat during the week of September 27, 2020.

Oltman explained that “Eric” was telling the Antifa members they needed to “keep up the pressure.” When Oltman asked, “Who’s Eric?” someone answered, “Eric, he’s the Dominion guy.” Oltman said that as the conversation continued, someone asked, “What are we gonna do if F*cking Trump wins?” Oltman paraphrased how Eric (the Dominion guy) responded, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made f*cking sure of that!””

“Oltman began digging into Eric Coomer, trying to find anything he could about him. Oltman finally hit gold when he was able to (legally) access what he claims is Dominion VP, Eric Coomer’s Facebook page. What he found was stunning. Joe Oltman said he never saw such hate and vitriol coming from someone who has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Physics. Oltman explained to Malkin that Coomer actually re-posted the Antifa manifesto to President Trump on his Facebook page.”

First consider the following:

President Trump and Joe Biden are separated by .32%.

Attorney Sidney Powell on November 8, 2020 stated there were 42k ballots in Arizona  with only Biden selected.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs tweeted the following on August 15, 2017:

NOW THE FOLLOWING.

Not only is Arizona using Dominion election hardware and software, they have a mish mash that would be troubling under the most honest and professional circumstances.

From the count this morning, there are actually 19,522 more presidential than senate votes in Maricopa County alone.

Are these some of the Biden only ballots Sidney Powell referred to?

Arizona’s mandated “hand count audit” is practically worthless.

It selects 2% of ballots by county from the “universe” of ballots that it received and kept and all that it effectively proves is that the tabulators function the same way as during the initial count.

The real questions are:

  1. How many ballots were not delivered at all or by the cutoff date?
  2. How many ballots were fraudulent?
  3. How many ballots were rejected by improper processing?
  4. How many ballots had only Biden selected & thus suspect?
  5. How many votes were misrepresented by humans?
  6. How many ballots were processed that were ineligible?

Etc, etc.

An examination of the Arizona State Hand Count Audits page raises questions that will be left to the reader for the moment.

Under a best case scenario this type of audit will not catch all errors and fraud.

Given the extreme bias of Katie Hobbs I question even the authenticity of this audit.

We know for a fact that the Dominion hardware, software and procedures are flawed and after 3 tests by the state of Texas, they replaced Dominion.

Given that the current vote spread in AZ is .34% with the proven bias and documented voter fraud and irregularities, an outside audit and investigation will be required.

Arizona voting machines (tabulators) analysis and controversies, Hardware software procedures security, Trump lawsuit exposes and questions procedures

Beginning November 7, 2020, after Fox News prematurely gave Arizona to Joe Biden, Citizen Wells began examining the voting machines aka tabulators used in AZ.

I am not able to examine the equipment in person, however the state of Arizona has detailed data on the equipment as well as timelines of testing, decision making and implementation.

Initially the mish mash of providers, models and implementation types as well as recent software updates was a concern.

Of course one provider, Dominion, is widely used across the US and has been controversial in this election and in the past.

Once again, the mish mash of hardware and software is a concern which could exacerbate the training and meshing of data tabulation state wide.

Procedures are suspect.

All computer systems are designed, built, programmed, implemented and used by humans.

Humans make mistakes.

Like Boeing airplanes falling out of the sky due to software problems which are the direct result of bad management decisions.

The President Trump lawsuit focuses on widespread procedural issues. This may be as simple as improper training. It could also be a defective in design or software.

“Arizona secretary of state rejects GOP lawmaker’s request for tests of voting machines

Senate President Karen Fann is seeking an independent analysis of the testing of Arizona voting machines.

In a letter to Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, the Prescott Republican said she is not claiming there was fraud in the just-completed election.

“But many others are making that claim,” Fann said. And she contends that the outside review will put the “current controversy” to rest.”

““I respectfully decline your request to push aside the work that remains to be done to ensure an orderly completion of this election and instead launch and fund with taxpayer dollars a boundless ‘independent’ evaluation of ‘all data related to the tabulation of votes in the 2020 General Election,”’ Hobbs wrote.”

“Rae Chornenky, the Maricopa County GOP Chair, has been forced to resign following her failure to sign the Certificate of Accuracy for the voting machines.

Maricopa County in Arizona, which contains the state capitol Phoenix, has been at the center of attention following the election, being judged as crucial to President Trump’s chances of winning the state. At the time of writing, Arizona is still counting its votes, and a winner has not been declared by most media organizations, bar Fox and the AP.

A number of allegations of voter irregularities have also arisen in Arizona. However, the Certificate of Accuracy, that should be signed by representatives of both parties, ensuring no fraud can occur, was not signed by any Republican. Maricopa County GOP Chairman Rae Chornenky failed to show up to verify the document, leaving only Democrats and representatives from the Secretary of State to sign it.”

Security.

Rumors have floated around about some Dominion modes having built in modems. That alone would not be a concern unless an internet connection is tied in.

Security will be looked at further.

Seth Rich may have used a thumb drive to retrieve and transport DNC data in 2016. That is always a concern whether it is data or software.

1. “Qualified electors casting ballots in person on Election Day in Maricopa County submitted their completed ballot to an electronic tabulation machine. Numerous voters were alerted by these devices to a facial irregularity in their ballot—frequently an ostensible ‘overvote’ — but were induced by poll workers to override the tabulator’s rejection of the ballot in the good faith belief that their vote would be duly registered and tabulated. In actuality, overriding the electronic tabulator’s alert automatically disqualifies the putative ‘overvotes’ without additional review or adjudication.​”

2. Arizona law requires that putative overvotes be subjected to further review in
an effort to discern the actual intent of the voter. While this safeguard was afforded to putative overvotes cast on early ballots and on Election Day ballots that poll workers properly segregated in a separate repository, potentially thousands of voters across Maricopa County have been disenfranchised by systematic improper tabulator overrides.

3. Upon information and belief, the adjudication and tabulation of these ballots
will prove determinative of the outcome of the election for President of the United States in Arizona and/or other contested offices in Maricopa County.

4. Declaratory, injunctive and mandamus remedies are necessary to prevent
irreparable injury to the Plaintiffs, vindicate the clear directives of the Arizona Legislature, ensure the fair and equal treatment of all Maricopa County electors, and secure the integrity of the results of the November 3, 2020 general election.”

“An Arizona state court judge refused to seal evidence, including video taken within a polling place and declaration of witnesses with their name and other identifying information, in a case brought by the Trump campaign and Arizona Republican Party claiming voter fraud.

Judge Daniel Kiley refused the request, Phoenix NBC network affiliate KPNX reported, apparently agreeing with attorneys for Maricopa County officials.

The Trump campaign and Arizona GOP filed the lawsuit on Saturday claiming that thousands of votes in Maricopa County were unlawfully disqualified or considered ”overvotes” — voided because they were marked for more than one candidate in the same race. They asked for the sealing of the evidence in a subsequent motion.”

Not Joe Biden.

Not Donald Trump.

And there won’t be until January 6, 2021 when Congress will certify the votes of the people who actually vote for the president, the electors of the Electoral College.

We don’t even have a certified general election winner yet!

CNN is mostly irrelevant and I hate to give them an audience, but this must be reported.

“A big audience has sought out Newsmax TV for the first time.”

“I’m hearing two theories: First, that Fox’s early projection about Biden winning Arizona enraged Trump loyalists, causing some to flip over to Newsmax, at least temporarily. Second, that Fox’s portrayal of Biden as president-elect is causing even more angst, and sending even more viewers in Newsmax’s direction.”

“Over the weekend Newsmax pointedly said it had not called the race — which was a meaningless claim since the channel doesn’t have a decision desk. But the channel’s hosts keep repeating this claim anyway. The startup channel is tapping into a real vein of rage on the right. If Fox is merely dabbling in election denialism, Newsmax is doubling down on it. Trump campaign adviser Jason Miller was explicit on Kelly’s show Wednesday night: “We gotta stop Joe Biden from becoming the next president.”
When I interviewed Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy on CNN last Sunday, I called out his channel’s indulgence of voter fraud nonsense. I also asked if his business strategy is to tack further to the right than Fox. That’s certainly what it looks like. Newsmax has been publishing stories about its ratings gains and saying that “Fox News viewers appear to be deserting the network in droves.””

Notice the focus on messenger shooting?

CNN is potentially inciting a riot.
Lying to their already unhinged base is worse than crying fire in a crowded theater.
