The Obama eligibility saga continues. The Constitutional crisis predicted by Philip J Berg has not diminished. The American patriot LTC Terry Lakin faces court martial this month. The Orwellian attempts by the mainstream media and even Glenn Beck to cover for Obama and misportray his eligibility persist. Recently Anderson Cooper gave a “Oscar winning” performance with his interview of Texas State Representative, Leo Berman. Big Brother, I am certain, is proud of Cooper. I have begun working on a response to the Orwellian manipulation of words and news by Anderson Cooper. He is not going to get away with it.
Anderson Cooper. If you are paying attention. Call me. You do not and can not intimidate me. I have been paying attention.
Now on to the most important part of this message. Who can we depend on? The answer is simple. It has always been the American people in grassroots efforts and the military.
I am always reminded of the Continental Army during the American Revolution along with volunteers who, kept going with the leadership and inspiration of General George Washington during the harsh winter at Valley Forge, endured the hardship to prevail. And when I say hardship I mean many deaths, extreme cold and starvation.
I am also reminded of our struggle during World War II. The thousands of US soldiers who endured hellish conditions, died so that we can have the honor of preserving the Constitution and saving this country and the millions of Americans at home who did their part. Quoting Churchill again, “This was our finest hour.”
So once again, even though they have done their duty to God and country, we must call on the military (who else can we trust) to defend the US Constitution and save this country. LTC Terry Lakin is already making the sacrifice. Multiple generals and officers of other ranks, as well as those without rank have spoken out. We must gain the support of more in the military. Sadly it will take this to get the attention of Congress.
I am asking you to educate and garner the support of more in the military, active and retired. The higher the rank the better. A letter full of high ranking military officer signatures will get the attention of somebody. And increasingly the American public.
I will leave you with a question. Is it possible to court martial Judge Lind for her apparent disregard for the US Constitution?

I agree. From what I have read about Hudson, he certainly is not a progressive. He already rejected arguments from Obama’s lawyers that Virginia had no standing to sue and would have no chance of prevailing.

But the Court didn’t stop there, they went on to claim that the “Entire World” And the “Entire Worlds Citizens” are harmed, therefore “They have Standing”…… in a 5-4 ruling.
Think about that for a second. The Entire World Citizens? Since when did our U.S. Constitutional attainments Allow the the Court to exceed its power outside the Judicial Scope of America, to include Citizens of other Countries? It Doesn’t. But they did it….

(My response). “Bodies” as a government are exactly that, an entire branch. For example, it is this reason in the Kerchner suit that the “Entire Body” of Congress was named, for its failure to uphold and conduct its ministerial duties according to the 10th Amendment, therefore all are mentioned. This is no different than a State being Sued, ie.. William V. State of Texas. It doesn’t just mention a Single State Rep, or State Senate, its the Entire Body. Same as the Kercher Suit. Cannot just sue a “Single Congress rep.” for the entire congress failing to uphold its ministerial duty.

Being that Col Lakin’s case is criminal, standing is not an issue. He has an absolute right to appeal to the Federal Court of Appeals. If he loses on appeal then he has a right to file with SCOTUS. Then SCOTUS will either affirm or overrule the lower courts.

Gibbs says Obama is not afraid of WikiLeaks, yet he refuses to answer questions about why Obama refuses to speak about the WikiLeaks Scandal and DOJ failed to take legal action against WikiLeaks six months ago when secrets damaging to US Military and Diplomats were first leaked.
Of course BO is not afraid of Assange or Manning but he is obviously afraid that his involvement with WikiLeaks will be exposed.
I know I’ve asked this before and probably sound like a broken record but …
Instead of all these cases that call for the court/judge to participate in calling for discovery (since no one is actually brave enough to be responsible for that permission) re: all the hidden history of Obama, via expensive Obama attorneys, don’t Lakin’s attorneys simply present to the court what actually IS known and testified to by Obama himself with no need of further discovery … namely that he was a British Citizen at birth through the father, remains a British citizen – the outcome of that “dual citizenship” and thus dual loyalties remaining which disqualifies him.
Obama already testified to that fact himself on his defending website. Then add on to that the one document that did not get hidden and that is the form for entry to the Franciscus school in Indonesia stating his Indonesian citizenship (via adoption by Soetoro). Beyond that there is nothing in the public domain in Obama’s defense to state that Obama is any kind of U.S. citizen at all at this stage of his life, having no public notice of ever a process of naturalization. Put the onus on the gov. to prove that that known document is not a statement of fact of its dated time. If they present it as the main qualifier for doubt that the current POTUS is even a citizen who is to testify that that document is not authentic???
Other than that they’ll never get any judge to be the one to order discovery in order to prove a case brought before them.

that would be so cool, I had a very shocking conversation from one of my girlfriends from Chicago was unable to talk to her for years. She and her husband live in the very far western suburbs, but friends and family scattered all over the city. Naturally we started talking about politics her Irish family going back generations were Democrats, she is now Tea Party like me. She told me Obama Muslim and gay is common knowledge in Chicago, in Chicago when you say everybody knows you can take that to the bank. It really means everybody knows. I asked about Rahm and was told the fix was in about the Mayor deal, I don’t know if I agree/disagree it was something about money-personally I don’t think there is more money to steal, but they are very creative. She thought something to do with the rip-off parking meters which everyone hates. Coming from this particular girl friend this was a surprise, she and her husband don’t have a computer so this must be an accumulation from words on the street and in neighborhoods and events.
Maybe the City of Chicago will get liberated yet.

WikiLeaks: a “staged” crime scene

In the realm of criminal investigation, there are instances where a crime has been committed but the criminal, in an attempt to confuse investigators and redirect the investigation away from themselves or conceal their true intent, will alter the crime scene. That’s called “staging,” and is often indicated when investigators encounter details that initially appear baffling when viewed in the larger context of the crime scene.
Consider that while the WikiLeaks documents were being dumped, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in a coordinated effort with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency were tasked with seizing over 80 websites for copyright infringement. If there was a genuine administrative concern over the publication of sensitive documents, it would hardly seem reasonable to direct intelligence assets in that manner.
Since the government had knowledge of the document “theft” for several months, had time to investigate and identify digital fingerprints of those involved as well as the documents themselves, it is reasonable to question why no direct governmental action was taken when there was ample opportunity to do so.

I see you and I have had- shall we say- difficulties with a certain bi-polar poster, although mine were on another blog. She and her “bestie”, whose posts I typically ignored, tried to have a go at me in the form of a “pile on”. A true exercise in futility. It was quite amusing in that the bi-polar one fancies herself to be oh-so-important. It’s pathetic, actually.
This patriotic blog experience has been fantastic in so many ways in that we are able to connect with so many like-minded people. But there are also infiltrators and provocateurs, so we must remain vigilant and trust our intuition. Observer, a similar post was made by me several months ago, and I had the idea confirmed by some posts made by lawyer(s) on other blogs. I think that the method was suggested to Dr. Lakin’s attorneys, but they opted for reasons not made public to NOT follow that procedure (at least to my knowledge). It seems that in this way the burden would have been placed on the prosecution to respond, and discovery would not have been necessary. Wouldn’t that maneuver take the wind out of Judge Lind’s sails?

I expect Judge Hudson to rule the mandate unconstitutional and set up conflict jurisdiction for the Supreme Court. The SC will ultimately hear the case anyway but that might speed it up.

Isn’t Obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, and sign the health care bill into law, called into question in one of these cases? What is the SCOTUS going to do then?
There have been questions asked as to why the WikiLeaks haven’t contained any mention of Obama or his sealed records, etc., etc. I don’t really know why we should be wondering about that. First of all, only a small fraction of the over 250,000 have been released. Many are not going to be released until 2011.
Secondly, why would that type of information be in those released considering the diplomatic nature of them?
Thirdly, and most significantly, if it is true that Obama (and Soros behind the scenes) acquiesced, or even directed, as some of us feel , then why would he allow such information to go forth? We are rather naive to expect it, imho.

I used to work with a lot of guys who would want to do naughty things at work, cut corners, if behind in their work fudge dates-mostly little stuff. I was falsely imprisoned on completely false charges for 60 days in jail and nearly 9 months in other facilities. They tried their best to kill me by withholding my blood pressure medication.
