It is fitting that we celebrate the birthday of Sir Winston Spencer Churchill today, November 30, 2010, the day after the US Supreme Court abdicated it’s responsibility in Kerchner v Obama to interpret and clarify the US Constitution and perform it’s sacred duty to check usurped power.
If one man can be attributed with saving the world from Nazi domination, that one man would be Winston Churchill. Thank God for the life of Sir Winston Churchill.

I think that wat FS said was that Kershner did not adequately show that he had been harmed in any way. He then elaboratated about the precedent that it would set going forward in suing congress et al.
He then went to say that the other two cases should have better standing, but he is still skeptical (but hopeful) that this will result in Obama’s removal. He is more gung ho on criminal investigations in the congress and citizen’s grand juries. Correct me if I’m wrong, FS.
It’s not what FS ‘wants you to believe’, it’s his opinion. Put it through your own filter and pick and choose what you want to accept or reject.

SCOTUS did not undermine the constitution. The United States Congress, United States Senate and the Secretary of State in all 50 states did so in November of 2008 and then again in January of 2009. In addition, the Democrat party committed fraud in order to get Barack Hussein Obama on the ballot. The Supreme Court must assume that Barack Obama was already vetted by those bodies and that he is NBC. Therefore in order to take any case, there must be standing to show that one had been harmed in some way on the illegitimate actions of those bodies and an illegal President.
Do we want a Supreme Court that arbitrarily gives anybody standing to remove the President of the United States? No. They are, hopefully, waiting for the right case or (more likely) hoping that the legislative branch upholds their oath to the constitution.
I’m not an attorney, but this is my two cents and just my observations.

The US Supreme court has an obligation to interpret the US Constitution. A ruling on Natural Born Citizen
is long overdue.
They damn sure have an obligation to check the power of the Executive Branch. Especially when there are compelling
questions about the eligibility of the occupant of the White House.

However, the chief culprits are the dem party for nominating bo; congress for certifying his election; and lawyers for not bringing cases that could overcome the political question and standing issues.
Hopefully in 2011 lawyers will finally bring a well drafted case that will be heard upon original jurisdiction by SCOTUS.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking as to Paxon’s comments which you brought over from the prior thread and are the lead today. He is right, also, especially when it comes to some remarks made by those who are very steeped in the “de facto corporation” belief.
Those espousing that belief and dwelling on all of the factions that are involved in various ways with our country (Esquires, British control, etc. according to their interpretation) are actually becoming quite the naysayers without realizing it. This is not healthy for the cause of those who want to see a restoration.
And, yes, it is tantamount to wanting to collapse the present system. The implication is that EVERYTHING must “go” because everything is “bad”. This is anarchy, folks, plain and simple, and no country can long remain a free society under that. I have no problem with understanding that there are sinister perpetrators of the New World Order, but let’s keep the whole scenario in balance, please.

Since, this is all still developing I remain open-but this is going to get very interesting. I think both Bill and Hillary Clinton and George Bush and Condi Rice are taking direct hits-much overlaps. But people have gotten much more attuned to reading between the lines-if Obama’s people did this they forgot Bill C and George B now think they are bothers-so those 2 have each others backs-plus many of Sec. Rice’s people may still be in position-along with new Hillary people-and both Secretaries of State have/had personal relationships with the heads of state….so this could be interesting to see where this all goes.

I, like most legal scholars, saw little chance that SCOTUS would grant the Writ of Certiorari in the Kerchner case and I advised Patriots not to get their hopes up about the Kerchner case from the beginning.
It is now clear that obots were using the Kerchner case to create false hope that these same obots are now using to try and create gloom and doom about a perfectly predictable outcome, i.e., the denial of the Writ of Certiorari in Kerchner.
I applaud Kerchner for his advertising bo’s ineligibility in the Washington Times. That was helpful and I hate to see those efforts ruined by obots who are now attempting to create gloom and doom about the cases against bo.
All credible reports signal a coming smackdown of bo before SCOTUS in multiple cases.

All day a wild thought has been nagging me.
There’s been tremendous media coverage about Assange and his release of so called sensitive government documents on wikileaks. So far all what the media disclosed that was revealed on wikileaks wasn’t anything most of us didn’t already know.
What is interesting to me is the fact it appears even Assange has failed to release any documents that pertain to Obama’s eligibility.
Wouldn’t there be some emails, Pelosi’s “certification file”, records about any of the Obama cover up –or even better some actual records from Obama’s past in this huge volume of “sensitive documents”? How obvious is this? Even Assange refuses to discuss Obama’s eligibility!
For this reason and others, I suspect the Assange scandal is just another dramatic performance to focus America’s attention while this dictatorship pulls more stunts upon us.
The leaked docs make Hillary look bad…discrediting her from running in 2012? Who would gain from that?
No I fully believe Obama wants to render Hillary DOA. I read several articles calling for her head…none mention that Condi Rice also authorized spying….lets always blame Hillary on everything. After all this hit the fan, did anyone else notice that although the planet was going batty with the release of this info, all we heard coming from the White House was crickets. Big honkin’ crickets! You’d think that Miss Gibbs (as OldSalt calls him) would be front and center with a presser to begin damage control. Crickets.

Yeah, I do, too, SueK. I just finished going through an interview that a Forbes reporter had with Julian Assange, who I think is a self-seeking egotist, criminal and a real low life, according to his bio. But what really hit me is this: How do we know that everything WikiLeaks releases is bona fide and not fabricated? Assange collects info from many different sources around the world, and he doesn’t impress me as someone who would strive for TRUTH. He seems to be very interested in making a name for himself.
This Private Manning, who is responsible for the collecting of the Iraqi-Afghanistan material and is now in custody, couldn’t possibly have been responsible for all of it. Something is very FISHY about the whole thing. Assange told Forbes that he is going to release much on the private sector at the beginning of next year, including dope on a large U.S. bank.
If Soros and Obama are behind this, can’t we see how there could be fabrication involved? How will we know what’s true and what’s false? Obama is a master liar and deceiver. That we know. The times – they are ” a gettin” more and more dangerous!

Yep, something smells to high heaven with all of this. That’s exactly why I posted yesterday asking this board about Assange; I was on the fence as to what to believe about him. Something creepy about that guy.
I’m also wondering exactly how a *Private* would have access to this info? Sorry, but I can’t buy the pending release of all this without ‘someone’ in this ‘pseudo-administration’ putting a stop to this before it was posted. Just doesn’t make sense!

Military Judge, Denise Lind, has ruled that Lakin will not be able to present any witnesses or documents for his defense and will not be able to explain his reason for disobeying orders at the court-martial. Lind has ruled the issue of the President’s eligibility is irrelevant saying the orders came from the Pentagon and not the President. Bolton, who would seek the Republican nomination should he run, rejected the idea that sanctions could eventually affect Iran’s nuclear ambitions as some in the US and even Israel have suggested.
“The most likely outcome with respect to Iran is that it gets nuclear weapons and very, very soon,” he said. “Given that diplomacy has failed, given that sanctions have failed, the only alternative to an Iran with nuclear weapons is a limited military strike against the nuclear weapons program.”
Though he said he doesn’t prefer such action, he believes it’s better than the alternatives. And he dismissed the argument that a focused strike would cause regional instability, pointing to Wikileaks’ dissemination of diplomatic cables this week showing Arab support for an attack.
“A preemptive military strike against Iran’s nuclear program would not cause chaos in the Middle East because the Arab states don’t want Iran to have nuclear weapons any more than Israel does,” he said.

I cited Stuxnet because in stories I read both on UK and US news sites it was presented as a demontration of how enemy action (implicitly China) could bring down the western banking system, the grid, halt air traffic and shut down the web.
This was a typical “fear and panic” operation. Stuxnet posed no such threat in fact when Allahpundit deconstructed the story there was no threat at all. Just like Swine Flu, Climate Armageddon, Mad Cow Disease and all the rest of those government approved fear and panic operations. “Keep calm and carry on” 🙂
