Pastor James Manning has stated that he was visited by the CIA, Homeland Security and NY city detectives because he has spoken out against Barack Obama and called Obama an illegal alien.
Obama may indeed be an illegal alien. In the absence of proof from Obama, he is not a natural born citizen and is ineligible to be president and therefore a usurper.
I can find no reason why Obama should not be immediately arrested for treason.

As I listened to Reverend Manning speak, I watched his body language. While I am no expert in reading anyone’s body language, I did notice he did not “flinch” as he spoke. He was as he always is; stoic and resolute!
He is not afraid because he knows God will help him. He also knows what will happen if they decide to physically “arrest” him. He will widen his audience…good and bad, and they may not want that. This might just be a “scare” tactic.
It won’t work on him! He will continue to “speak out” no matter what the outcome of this harassment…yes, it is harassment! In addition, it is a violation of his First Amendment Right of Free Speech. Do they want to make an example of him? If so, we are ready to defend him!

Capitalization, The Constitution, And The Meaning Of Natural Born Citizenship
Has typing and the use of computers contributed to a serious misinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution, especially with respect to Article II, Section 1, Clause 5? This clause lists the eligibility requirements for the Office of President.
Many of us are researchers of the U.S. Constitution, and the issue surrounding the definition of “natural born citizen.” As stewards of the Constitution, we need to be very precise when we quote the eligibility clause in our writings, because as you will see below, our Founders used capitalization and word choices to send a specific message. They weren’t simply making the text decorative.
This realization didn’t hit me until I went offline, and began to read a hard copy of the U.S. Constitution, reproduced by the Cato Institute. Immediately I noticed words capitalized, which I had not seen capitalized online, including at the website of Cornell’s University Law School. They, too, omit capitalization in the eligibility clause for President, as well as elsewhere in the document.
Why would the Cato Institute capitalize certain words in the eligibility clause, unless they were replicating the document exactly as it was handwritten, not just word for word, but visually as well? To check the veracity of their reproduction, I located an image of the page containing Article II, Section 1, Clause 5, and printed it to get a better view. With the aid of a magnifying glass, I was able to confirm my assumption. The Cato Institute was absolutely faithful in their reproduction of the original document. Sadly, Cornell is not faithful to the document.
Why should the Founders use of capitalization matter to us today?
Because we are in an historic battle to protect and preserve the Constitution from politicians and usurpers, whose mission is to remake this document and our country into something the Founders would never recognize. President Obama said prior to election day, “We are five days away from fundamentally transforming the United States of America”. We must stop Obama from transforming the Constitution to suit his particular worldview.
To that end we must pay particular attention to the way our Founders used words, because this gives us the legal tools we need to constitutionally remove him from office.
Here is the eligibility clause, exactly as the Founders wrote it, and as we should always reproduce it in our writings:
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
A great many people believe, rightfully so, that all U.S. citizens have equal rights and responsibilities. Unfortunately, they also believe that all citizens therefore have the right to serve as President. This thinking is incorrect, and the Founders demonstrate this clearly in the above quotation.
Note first how they assigned importance to the term by capitalizing the word “Citizen,” giving it special significance. Note also that the Founders placed two adjectives before the first Citizen, but not in front of the second Citizen. This is a distinction with a profound difference! Words have meaning. Those two simple adjectives tell us the Founders wanted a special kind of Citizen to serve as President of the United States.
To understand the difference between these two kinds of citizenship, readers should view the Graphic Defining “Citizen” vs “Natural Born Citizen”. This will clarify the reasons why Barack Obama fails the eligibility test, and why he should not hold the Office of President.
It is incumbent upon all of us to preserve the Constitution by quoting it with fidelity to the original. For this reason, and when in doubt, I highly recommend readers get a copy of the U.S. Constitution from the Cato Institute and keep it next to your keyboard.

There are three major historical points of interest in the question of Sotoero’s eligibility.
First there is the fact all his vital records are sealed. We are all aware of the monumental efforts of Orly Taitz, Phil Berg, Mario Arpuzzo, and even Donofrio et al. The latest figure I have–the million dollar + Sotoero has spent (probably with tax payer money) to keep them sealed. This in it self is just cause for the American public to be outraged.
Second there is the fact that not one major news program has done a serious report on the above facts. What I mean is–they could take the posture Obama is a legitimate president. However the story and the facts collected that reveal why all these barristers of law are filing case after case is more than news worthy. It is vital information every news caster should be telling every day along with shouting — Where’s the birth certificate. The fact not one–even Glen Beck or Rush Limbaugh never even say the words “birth certificate” in the same sentence with Sotoero’s name is a second cause the public should be outraged.
One of the reasons I have not become a Tea Party supporter is for their weakness in failing to make Obama’s eligibility the first and most important issue of their protest. Suffering under a usurper president without being able to find one person in the judicial system willing to call the usurper for what he is, is a frightening commentary on America today. What a powerful difference they could have made if they plastered their buses and their signs all about the fact Sotoero sealed his records and refuses to reveal his birth certificate and may very well be an illegal alien.
A is A. If Barry Sotoero is proven to be the usurper we all believe he is, then it is a mechanical matter of removing him and his wife from office. With legal expertise just about every thing he has done can be undone. Once he and his gang of Chicago pigs are removed, America will begin to restore itself. In a matter of a few years our economy will begin to boom, property values will once again appreciate, and so on.
The third point about this issue is the lack of concern by all the Democrats, nearly all Republicans, and a large number of the American population that he may be illegal. Their attitude seems to be they simply don’t care. They believe–legal alien or not–since the American people voted for him that supersedes the law of the land. That he violated the Constitution is meaningless to them because they ignorantly believe that public vote is greater than rule of law. They fail to understand that the Constitution cannot be changed by the whim of public vote.
This, too is an outrage because the moment the government abandons the rule of law is the moment citizens are ruled under the law of tyranny. Some may say as they say about communism or fascism–What is wrong with that? The problem is no one is safe because under tyranny there is no rule of law. There is only the rule of might which permits them to make or break any law that protects the public for their own purposes. This is exactly we are at now.
Until some one or something comes forward that has sufficient power to force this issue, we must continue exactly what we are doing— writing about it, researching, talking, sending letters to our deaf politicians and shout, shout, shout until we are heard through out the entire universe. While we are shouting we must visualize his sealed records being disclosed and never doubt for one minute we will prevail.

I am certain Reverend Manning’s thoughts are quite in keeping with your inspiring commentary. He, too, believes we should be shouting this from the rooftops! He, too, believes we are not going to solve any of our problems without first addressing the issue of eligibility.
The silence on this issue is maddening! The complicity from every corner of this country and in all branches of our government is unconscionable! We keep being told a lie and shown a false “proof” that they think will turn into a truth we will accept even at our own risk.
Maybe, the harassment of Reverend Manning is a wake-up call for all of us. We need to speak up, speak out, and not be afraid to “stand up” and be counted. Unfortunately, many will see his “shout-out” as unacceptable and threatening while others will remain silent out of fear.

There seems to be an element of “threat” in the air all around the country. Anyone who speaks out against “the powers that be” is marginalized in some way. They have already gone after Michele Bachmann for organizing the DC Protest. Reverend Manning has had threats on his life and is now threatened with arrest. Lou Dobbs endured a physical threat to himself and his family when shots were fired at his home.
It appears to me our “protective services” have been compromised in some way. Are they protecting pp and not us? It may be there are “two” of each; one for them and one for us!

interesting to hear him talk about the hurricanes being guided in…Katrina/Rita, etc…I’d heard the same thing last year. I was skeptical of that claim, and did more research that confirmed just that. I also found out that FEMA was using New Orleans situation as a “drill” – and flipped the switch to go “live.” Things the MSM reported that didn’t make sense at the time, became crystal clear to me. Remember the police were reported to have abandoned their duty and walked out? They were forced out at gun point by FEMA, after they tried to take back control of their communication system and duties.
Side note, this is how “it’s done.” Always a drill, then someone makes the call to go “live.” One of the reasons it’s done this way is easily explained. If you are participating in a drill…it’s no big deal. Right? It’s “just a drill.” If it’s the real deal, then we have much different psychological and physiological responses. Make sense?
I have asked a number of pilots here in my city about the chemtrails – they just laugh and blow it off saying it’s “nothing.” I know better, though.

Reverend Manning has been a gracious guest twice on my blogtalkradio program when I used to broadcast weekly. I have had the privelege of also talking to his wife. Let me tell you she is absolutely wonderful. I love them both with all my heart and mind. They truly represent what it means to be American.
Let us pray that Pastor Manning may become the catalyst to bring this issue to a head. If he is arrested–which I suspect they will not because he is too much of a hot issue–we can all put a loud and noisy effort forward on his behalf and this unresolved issue. Ltn. Fitzpatrick who filed charges of treason against Obozo was also visited by the CIA. They had the same complaint about him as Pastor Manning. He invited them into his home and they spent a few hours talking with him. He– to the best of my knowledge has never heard from them since.
What is becoming very clear to me is Sotoero’s government has not yet jelled. They are stilll letting out the jib to test the winds of power to see what and what not they can get away with. At this stage his henchmen are merely bullies. You know inside a bully is a coward. They are testing the wind with Pastor Manning. They are cringing in the face of his fearlessness. If I have any insight into Pastor Manning, I can assure you, he is taunting them. He wants to bring this to a head. He is–God Bless him–willing to sacrifice himself to do so. I support him 1000%.
I forgot one other vitally important issue in my post about the importance of Sotoero releasing his sealed documemts. Not only does the entire lame stream media refuse to acknowledge any merit to the elilgibilty issue, it denigrates those who do. The few times Dr. Orly Taitz was given any news coverage, they ridiculed and demeaned her in the most humiliating ways. What does this tell us about our allegedly respected journalists. Sad to say but America has been high jacked. That is why in spite of the millions and millions of letters, “pink slips”, town hall meetings protesting Obama health scare, the Tea party protesters and more, more, more of our elected Judas’s have consistently betrayed us.
Have hope. The tide of informed, outraged Americans is growing fast and large. This is why Sarah Palin is so loved. She knows and understands the same reality we do. This is why the dark forces currently in power fear her so much as they do Pastor Manning. Both of them have very bright shining lights! These under world beings can only shrink in fear before their light.

I think the the key to cracking the Obama eligibility is finding that missing page from the Obama Sr./Dunham divorce proceedings. That missing page is likely Obama’s Kenyan birth certificate, which she had to produce in the declaration and custody proceedings. Yep, that is the true smoking, and somewhere someone has it. And attorney, Obama himself, the Dunham family, or some interested outside party who may have gotten wind of it long ago but who would never have found it compelling on its own. Where is the missing page? That is the key.

I believe that Rush, Beck, Bachmann, and too many others won’t speak to the eligibility issue because they’re on quicksand. It’s hard to make a convincing case without FACTS. And there are few, if any, facts about Obama and his origins. They may believe that it’s a trap set for them, and they might be right.
Even if he has no authentic, original documents, such as if they’ve been destroyed or perhaps never existed, even if there are none, he has the power and the ability to create whatever he needs that might be convincing enough.
There’s also the possibility/probability that “national security” will trump all as an argument against exposing him.
At this point in time, it’s a lose/lose proposition for people like Rush and Beck, even Frist.
Notice how Frist said he thinks Obama’s a citizen. Pointedly–a citizen. A deliberate deflection of the true issue.
This is what they ALL do–deflect from the natural born citizenship issue, whether by focusing on simple citizenship or by calling those who question his eligibility racist.
Few argue that Obama is not a citizen at this point in time. Was he all his life? Who knows?
But many argue that he’s not a natural born citizen as required under the Constitution.
Frist said nothing about Constitutional eligibility. He knew what he was doing when he deflected. Why? Because if he questions Obama’s natural born citizenship, the reporter will ask for proof, of which there’s none, yet.
And there may never be. But WE know the truth, nevertheless.
They are ALL terrified of this issue.

Saying IT was born in Hawaii is just being politically correct and protecting ones financial investments .
You will not hear anyone asking the question is IT constitutionally qualified.
That’s because everyone in the world knows IT is not and it’s a non arguable question , It only becomes a question of why IT is not being removed from office and sent to prison.
This is the very reason the courts with not accept the case, there could only be a ruling of NOT a NBC or IT lied about IT’s family pedigree.

Do you know if in that video about the chemtrails if at @2:10 that picture has been photoshopped? As soon as that came on the screen I saw the right side of the trails full of skeleton heads. There was one other shot that also had skulls in it. Did anyone else notice them or am I seeing things?

I’ve heard numerous reports of various “icons” & patterns being spotted & photographed in the sky – most recently I heard reference to a pentagram shape being spotted.
I, personally am not concerned if the image has been photoshopped or not. The content of what’s being sprayed and the simple fact that we’re being sprayed is far more important to me.

I still have problems understanding why no one in authority or news will actually take on the eligibility issue if they believe he is eligible. Why not come out and prove that he is eligible under the Constitution instead of insulting all of us that do not believe he is eligible?

SCAROLINA: Yes, I noticed the skulls. Just popped back in for a minute, just got back home from errands.
JUST ME: My brother is a licensed pilot (small planes), & brushes off chemtrails, also. That’s why I sent that video to him. All you have to do is look for a bright sunny, clear sky day & watch. Those supposed “contrails” just expand and before you know it, voila-you’ve got overcast skies. Quite different from those nice fluffy, puffy clouds.
Gotta pop back out again-more errands-geez, it’s neverending.

I didn’t mean to imply anything in my question about the chemtrails. I totally believe what is happening. It’s just that an American Indian friend of mine who was the first to tell me about the trails had told me that sometimes you can see face-like spirits. No one else mentioned seeing the skulls and I just wondered if it was my vivid imagination setting in. Believe me I am very concerned about the issue. We take pictures of them over where we live all of the time.
