Here are some details of the upcoming book tour. I’m starting in Michigan, and you’ll understand why when you read the book. Last year, I made a promise to the good people of Michigan that I would be back, and now I’m keeping that promise. (Michigan is near and dear to my family’s heart! Our eldest son, Track, lived with a great host family there during his hockey days.)
From Michigan, the “Going Rogue” tour will cover as much of the country as possible. I’ve decided to stop in cities that are not usually included in a typical book tour. For instance, I’m looking forward to meeting our honorable men and women in uniform and their families at a Fort Bragg book signing, and to reconnecting with friends my family made last year on the campaign trail in different book signing venues.
We have a tight schedule, but I’m working with the publisher to allow possibilities of stopping at a few unannounced places, too.

I don’t know what kind of game Obama and his cronies are playing but yet again I will say this. This is completely mind boggling. Soldiers who were there aren’t going to be allowed to testify at the first public congressional hearing on the Fort Hood Jihad because the Obama administration “declined to provide any” such witnesses, according to a Senate committee source (via The Washington Post). The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee has released the witness list for its hearing “The Fort Hood Attack: A Preliminary Assessment,” scheduled for Thursday at 10 a.m. EST. This list includes four experts on terrorism and intelligence issues such as retired Gen. Jack Keane, the former U.S. Army vice chief of staff; Brian Jenkins, a senior advisor at the Rand Corp.; Mitchell Silber, the director of analysis for the New York City Police Department’s Intelligence Division; and Juan Zarate, a senior advisor for the Transnational Threats Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

Finally able to get the link regarding the flu plan until 2015.
First of all, that’s for H5N1-Avian flu. A ton of preparedness plans were written starting in 2005; we really thought that one was gonna nail us. It didn’t.
All this is, is a plan to deal with the event of a flu pandemic. That’s all. It has a long time span because they generally think of mutations and long-term effects of the particular strain, to extend into the future.
Now, if the pandemic extends beyond 2015, either amendments will be added, or an entirely new plan written.
You can imagine the revolt that would occur if there were no plans in place to deal with a pandemic situation, even down to your local or regional board of health.
So, this plan is no biggie. It’s pretty much standard procedure. Don’t be surprised if your state has one similar to this one (most do), and perhaps your city or town does, as well.

There’s an article here (link below) that I was trying to vet further and came across the link I directed you to. Professor of virology, John Oxford of Barts, is the one mentioned as saying the WHO has extended the pandemic warning until 2015.
Do you know why that document that you read was dated December 2008? It also mentions other viruses than just the H5N1…I’m still confused and concerned and looking for his actual statement. Any ideas where I may find this info?

Sen. Tom Harkin (D-Iowa), chairman of the health committee, told POLITICO in an interview that the Congressional Budget Office has estimated that the Senate bill will cost under $1 trillion.
He said the bill has been scored below $900 billion, but that it’s increased above $900 billion with some “add-ons.” He wouldn’t clarify.

Not many months ago – when I was considerably more naive – I never used to worry much about ‘constitutional’ issues. I figured if any activities or events strayed very far from the constitution, there were plenty of checks and balances in the system. In addition to specific oaths and duties of various officials, there were a lot of people in congress and at least a few would speak up. Then there were the courts, academia, and public opinion in concert with the MSM.
Well I guess we have all learned that this entire arrangement does not work. In addition to the immediate and palpable current crisis (crises?), we have a much bigger looming problem. Going forward, what is the standard and workable method to seek redress? Who are the enforcers of the constitution? A law – even the broad ‘law of the land’ – is no law, without teeth. We may as well be British and have the government just make it up as it goes along!

I was driving home from a meeting this evening about 5, stuck in traffic on Colorado Blvd., and the car started to choke and splutter and die – I barely managed to coast into a gas station, glad only that I would not be blocking traffic and would have a somewhat warm spot to wait for the tow truck. It wouldn’t even turn over. Before I could make the call, I saw a woman walking out of the quickie mart building, and it looked like she slipped on some ice and fell into a gas pump, so I got out to see if she was okay
When I got there, it looked more like she had been overcome by sobs than that she had fallen; she was a young woman who looked really haggard with dark circles under her eyes. She dropped something as I helped her up, and I picked it up to give it to her. It was a nickel.
At that moment, everything came into focus for me: the crying woman, the ancient Suburban crammed full of stuff with 3 kids in the back (1 in a car seat), and the gas pump reading $4.95.
I asked her if she was okay and if she needed help, and she just kept saying ‘I don’t want my kids to see me crying,’ so we stood on the other side of the pump from her car. She said she was driving to California and that things were very hard for her right now. So I asked, ‘And you were praying?’ That made her back away from me a little, but I assured her I was not a crazy person and said, ‘He heard you, and He sent me.’
I took out my card and swiped it through the card reader on the pump so she could fill up her car completely, and while it was fueling, walked to the next door McDonald’s and bought 2 big bags of food, some gift certificates for more, and a big cup of coffee. She gave the food to the kids in the
car, who attacked it like wolves, and we stood by the pump eating fries and talking a little.
She told me her name, and that she lived in Kansas City Her boyfriend left 2 months ago and she had not been able to make ends meet. She knew she wouldn’t have money to pay rent Jan. 1, and finally in desperation had finally called her parents, with whom she had not spoken in about 5 years. They lived in California and said she could come live with them and try to get on her feet there.
So she packed up everything she owned in the car. She told the kids they were going to California for Christmas, but not that they were going to live there.
I gave her my gloves, a little hug and said a quick prayer with her for safety on the road. As I was walking over to my car, she said, ‘So, are you like an angel or something?’
This definitely made me cry. I said, ‘Sweetie, at this time of year angels are really busy, so sometimes God uses regular people.’
It was so incredible to be a part of someone else’s miracle. And of course, you guessed it, when I got in my car it started right away and got me home with no problem. I’ll put it in the shop tomorrow to check, but I suspect the mechanic won’t find anything wrong.
Sometimes the angels fly close enough to you that you can hear the flutter of their wings…

He’s eating on his own (yay!), and I’m concentrating on the infection in his ears (the results of the nasty bacterial disease he has). He’s much better-thanks for asking! We go to see the Vet again on Friday to plan a new course of action. I’m pulling out all the stops for him.

No provision of any law, including the U.S. Constitution requires anyone – the Electors who vote for the POTUS or the Congress who ratifies the vote of the Electors – to vet the candidate for Constitutional eligibility. Not enough constituents objected to BO’s failure to establish his qualifications, to cause either the Electors or Congress to voluntarily vet him. That covers the ‘political question’ doctrine aspect of this situation. Now, there is the other angle, which is not a political question, and which is covered by law, in some states. That is, did members of the D party commit election fraud by Certifying to state election officials that BO is Constitutionally qualified for POTUS, to get these officials to print his name next to the D on the general election ballot; before ascertaining whether he is a NBC?
There is no way any member of Congress can continue to skirt the issue of addressing BO’s Constitutional qualifications once a state AG rules, there was no basis to Certify he was Constitutionally qualified for the job TO GET HIS NAME PRINTED ON THE BALLOT. Because if he wasn’t qualified to get on the ballot then, he wasn’t qualified to fill the job.
This would be the ticket to Articles of Impeachment, to investigate whether he is actually qualified for the job, because given the investigation of ballot fraud, it appears he is not. And that means, he lied when he swore, he was, on those applications to get his name printed on the state primary ballots. (But you cannot go after him for fraud directly, because he knows whether he is qualified. That’s why you go after anyone else who Certified he was qualified; how did that person know whether he was qualified?)

There’s an article here (link below) that I was trying to vet further and came across the link I directed you to. Professor of virology, John Oxford of Barts, is the one mentioned as saying the WHO has extended the pandemic warning until 2015.
Do you know why that document that you read was dated December 2008? It also mentions other viruses than just the H5N1…I’m still confused and concerned and looking for his actual statement. Any ideas where I may find this info?

First of all, I can see the WHO extending the alert until next spring or so. From what I’m gathering, Dr. Oxford is *predicting* another pandemic by 2015, which is plausible.
Let me give you a bit more background about preparedness for a pandemic. Pandemics can occur in somewhat regular intervals (think of earthquakes along some popular fault zones in CA); we don’t know why. Back in 2004-2005, the scientific community felt as if we were due for another since the Avian flu (H5N1) was starting to make an appearance in various countries around the world. Preparedness activites went into full swing with news from Indonesia that it was hitting hard over there.
For the next few years, local, state, and federal officials started writing plans to put into place should this Avian flu hit the U.S. It never was a problem here. So, the date on this plan doesn’t surprise me and the plan itself can be tweaked according to the type of bug that’s projected to cause a problem.
That’s how it works.
I can’t find any quotes by John Oxford or the WHO stating that the warning has been extended until 2015; I do see the warning extended into next year, with another potential pandemic before 2105.
The thing that unnerves me about the Level 6 emergency is the authority it gives the WHO. That scares me.

Are you sure it’s an infection? If you’re just clogged up with a sinus headache, it just may be a question of getting things draining.
Yup, I’d take the ACV and honey.
What I do is use either a Neti pot, or one of those rubber bulbs to flush out your sinuses (CVS, Walgreen’s, Rite Aid, have them). I also get that nasal saline solution spray. Fill up the bulb with warm water, and spritz a few rounds of saline spray into the bulb. Tilt your head so that your jaw is touching your shoulder, and squeeze the bulb to flush out your sinuses. It’s OK if some of the solution drains into the back of your throat, but most of the solution should come out the other nostril. Repeat on other side.
If that doesn’t give you relief, and antibiotic may be in order.
(Hope no one’s having dinner during this nasal discussion…).

I was wondering about a bigger issue – Shouldn’t there be a “one stop” clearing house somewhere to settle constitutional issues? Trying to guess different avenues to persue – for different types of violations – and then no guarantee that you will be heard – something just isn’t right about that.
And – speaking of guarantees – all of the information you have provided about election rules and AG’s makes sense and is very appealing. BUT – what keeps the AG’s from just ignoring the complaints?

(In some states, Mr. Sandler forwarded NP’s Certification to state election officials.)
If the people who have been raking in the big bucks for carrying on this useless pursuit to ‘out’ BO were the types who would be willing to unify under a winning strategy from someone who has pointed out the flaws in their work, urging people to step back and use common sense; then they would have. No one has clicked on the PayPal button on my blog; but I have given away the complaints of election fraud to state A’sG in applicable states; that not only summarize the whole fraud, including specific examples of the absurdity of claims of legitimacy coming from BO’s camp; but also provide a viable means to expose the whole thing, based on existing laws.

Carlyle, the one-stop shop to settle Constitutional issues is the SCOTUS. NO CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES ARE SUSPECT HERE! I know people do not want to hear that but, it’s true! The Electors and the Congress did exactly what the Constitution required. BO is the POTUS. Yes; I agree he is not qualified under the Constitution. But enough people did not require such qualification that, he was lawfully elected. This does not mean, his lack of qualifications cannot be exposed, and result in his Impeachment. (Yes, I also believe, according to the Constitution,, this provides the ONLY lawful mechanism for removing him from office, in this case.)
I am right; and no matter how many people continue to fight ME on this, they are wrong. The courts have clearly backed me up; and all the temper tantrums and name calling will not change a thing.
Bob Bauer wrote a textbook on federal election law. He knew, BO could take office without vetting as to Constitutional qualification. But he did not count on my figuring out how it was done. (NP signing the Certifications; misallocating delegates; caucus fraud; silence pledged delegates from vote binding states, etc.)

What about all of those groups out there, supposedly fighting to expose BO? Have they looked up the laws in their states to see whether they can file these complaints? In states where such complaints are not applicable, are people sending these complaints to their state officials / press to expose the fraud?

Inasmuch that the trial will be in MILITARY court, Hasan will probably be prosecuted by JAG. There are some differences between Military, and Civil courts. These differences include procedural differences. So there may be some outward appearrance, of irregularities. You can be sure that he will receive swift and sure justice. I believe that in this case the military trial is the best venue. Really there could be no legal option anyway. His acts were committed on a military post,which requires a military prosecution. End of story.
