Commander Charles Kerchner’s  response:

“Once again we have an ordinary soldier standing up on his own volition to demand that the Usurper-in-Chief be investigated to determine Obama’s true legal identity in response to the mountain of evidence that Obama has committed birth certificate fraud, SSN fraud, draft registration fraud, and real estate fraud. Obama’s true legal identity is not conclusively known. This should not be necessary. Soldier in the ranks should not have to be demanding our leaders and Congress take action to investigate Obama. This should not be a bottom up action mode but a top down action mode to protect our country and the Constitution from a usurper. The Joint Chiefs of Staff of our military should be taking action. They took a solemn oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. It is now obvious that we have a domestic enemy of the Constitution in the Oval Office. The Joint Chiefs should call Congress and arrange for a private, secret meeting with the key leaders in Congress such as Speaker Boehner and tell them that what is going on in our country with the criminal activities in the White House with the placing of a forged Obama birth certificate onto the White House servers on 27 April 2011 is of great concern to them and of great concern for the morale and integrity of our military and their living up to their oath to support and defend the Constitution, not a criminal putative president. The Joint Chiefs of Staff should be telling Congress they must convene a congressional investigation to investigate the criminal charges of identity theft and others being made against Obama. The Joint Chiefs should give Congress 7-10 days to call for a congressional investigation of Obama as a result of the private, secret meeting. And if the Congress still does not act, then the Joint Chiefs of Staff should hold a public news conference and reveal that they have made a plea to Congress to act, and that Congress is still not acting, and make a new public demand on Congress to call for a congressional investigation of Obama and to ask for the support of the American people to demand that Congress launch a full investigation.”

General Colin Powell took the folowing oath:

defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,
foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to
the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental
reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully
discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

The oath states “I will support and defend the Constitution” not the occupant of the White House.

On August 8, 2011, the Birther Summit issued a challenge to General Powell  based on the following:

“It was reported in May of this year that you told South Carolina State University’s 400 graduates that you particularly enjoyed a recent event: “. . . when President Obama took out his birth certificate and blew away Donald Trump and all the birthers!””

Despite the fact that you have been informed that the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov was fraudulent, you have failed to respond to the challenge. I have no other recourse than to call you a traitor and coward. I will say this to your face unless you respond according to your oath.

UPDATE: SSGT Moran’s father responds about son’s decision to refuse further orders:

My name is Howard F. Moran. I am the father of SSgt Daryn J. Moran. I am a Retired MSgt and Vietnam Veteran. I have followed my son situation very closely. While his Mom and I are deeply concerned for our son and his family, we are in complete agreement with him regarding his assessment of the illegality of Mr. Obama now holding the office of President of the United States. While it is our belief that a Christian should always keep his oath/vow, We are torn about the conflict in his oath of enlistment to obey the orders of the president versus his oath to defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. The fact that Obama is not legally the president, my son is defending the Constitution against ALL ENEMIES, both foreign and domestic. Therefore, as his parents, We are proud of his courage to stand where others should stand but lack the courage to do so. I call upon all U.S. citizens to support our son in his effort to see justice done and have Obama removed from the office of president of the United States because he is not entitled to hold the office since he does not meet the legal requirements stated in Article II, Section 1, Paragraph 5 of our U.S. Constitution. We ask all Christians to pray for our son’s safety as he risk all to defend our Constitution. Those of you following this blog since 2008 know that I have covered the Chicago corruption connections to Obama, starting with Tony Rezko, but including many more cronies who have been indicted or are now dead. I stated in 2008 that Obama had to get elected to avoid prosecution himself. After taking the White House, Obama appointed another crony, Eric Holder as Attorney General and reassigned federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald.

I have also concluded that the fix was in in 2006. Rod Blagojevich, the presumptive presidential candidate was exposed and Barack Obama, who was just as tainted by Chicago corruption, was annointed and protected.

Is there a White House insider who is leaking credible information? I am not certain. However, what I am certain about is that the information being “leaked”  is based on reality.

“But what about a big scandal?  What about the big scandal?  The one you hinted at several times before?

(Sighs)  Yeah…what about it then?  You tell me.  What about it…

That doesn’t sound too encouraging.  So the scandal – it doesn’t exist?

Oh, it exists.  It’s out there.  Parts here and there you know?  Pieces of the puzzle.  Look, I was led to believe it was evolving and would break out either right before or soon after the November elections.  That didn’t happen.  I think I shared some of this with you before, right? I shared it with you – maybe someone else. Some others.  Getting hard to keep track of all of this…anyways, when Pelosi didn’t leave, she stayed on…that shook us up pretty bad.  Something went down that we did not see coming, we didn’t know what, or who, or why, or how…the shit just hit the fan and we were caught flat footed.  Not a good thing in this business.  Not when you’re dealing with these kinds of forces.  I’m not too proud to say I was scared at that moment.  Really shook up.  And I’ve been in a few political  shit-storms in my day.”

“Follow through with what?  You said it would start with the DOJ and then head back to Chicago.  What was it?  Do you even know?

Specifically, no.  Actually, yes – but not any one thing for certain…it’s so many things – such a deep dark pit.  It was more a generalized “this is what is coming down the pike and it could lead all the way to the White House”. That was told to me directly by someone well in the know on such things, at the time anyways. They weren’t comfortable sharing it – but they weren’t exactly upset it existed either.  Now they’re gone…(pauses) And Pelosi was livid against this White House – at least at the time.  It got back to her the White House wanted her gone, that she was considered a big liability to the administration… she was very upset, and ready to go to war. She was even throwing out birther threats – you remember that? Then all of  it just…vanished.  Gone. Done. The information coming out of her office went silent.  So after the elections we turned to Issa’s potential, as well as hoping for an assist from someone at the Post.  There were assurances Issa had what was needed and was going to move the scandal forward.  Then soon after I was told his office was meeting with Obama people more and more often – and more recently we get Holder just closing down the NBP  investigation and not a word on it from Issa or other Republican leaders.  So can we count on Issa?  I don’t think so – and without that, then this thing goes from tough to impossible, right?

The Black Panther thing though…that doesn’t seem to have been enough of a scandal to impact the Obama White House.  That wasn’t it was it?

First, I disagree with you there.  It had potential to be big – not so much in the actual crime, but as is always the case – it’s the cover-up.  That’s why I kept telling you to follow it.  Our Justice Department is being run by racism.  It is an extension of the racism that permeates the Obama White House.  The First Lady, Valerie Jarrett, and yes, President Obama – all of them are consumed by the politics of race, division, retribution…and the NBP case ties directly to all of that.

But racism isn’t a crime.

No it isn’t – but government initiated discrimination is a crime.  And that is what the NBP case represents.  Did you hear the testimony of Holder?  The “my people” thing?  That is stunning stuff right there.  Are you kidding me?  “My people”?  Tell me this country ain’t being run by racists after that!  Tell me!

I still don’t see the Black Panther case as a scandal big enough to do much harm to Obama.  What—

(Interrupts) No-no…you right on that.  That was to be the catalyst…(pauses) sayin’ too much here maybe.  This thing could still unfold – don’t wanna to say too much.  The NBP situation was going to lead to further investigations into the Obama Justice Department.  You see, it’s the Justice Department that is the firewall for the administration.  For EVERTHING – and the stuff that could destroy the Obama White House…it starts at Justice, and then leads to Chicago.  Now the evidence of that fact is already there.  For Eric Holder to so visibly shut down the NBP case was actually a desperate move.  That would not have happened without some panic having set in.  He could be burned for that and maybe that’s the plan.  Allow himself to be the fall guy, line up somebody else that will do just as good a job – perhaps better, at continuing to protect Obama – keep a lid on the information, the garbage, all the crap that surrounds who he is and where he came from. Probably be a white guy to minimize the charges of racism in the department.   You’ve actually commented on some of that stuff more than you realize already.  And I’ll say this – the numbers of Obama operatives running around Chicago these days is off the charts.  This White House is spooked about that.  Bank on it.  No pun intended there.

You said earlier that Obama was more confident these days though…

He is.  Pelosi backed off.  Issa appears to have done the same.  Holder is holding the line.  Information coming out of Chicago is still being limited – clamped down upon.  That doesn’t mean they aren’t nervous.  They are.  Watch the Blagojevich thing – the trial.  The deal to be made.  Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.  And what happened to Rezko?  That’s part of the same deal.  A company called Companion Security…Blago, Rezko, the Feds.  It’s all brewing – maybe boiling over?  Of course the national media is burying all of this.  Most of it – that’s partly why we gotta back off.  The risk, the exposure, it’s too great.  We need help – help that I thought was coming but never fully materialized.

Rezko?  That could still be a problem for Obama?

(Laughs)  Yeah – do you think?  Hell yeah it could be a problem.  The guy has been holed up in jail waiting for sentencing.  Why?  Why so long?  Holder’s people are all over that thing – just like Blago.  Obama is in the mix of that mess for sure.  Does anybody really dispute that?  But you see, it’s the Justice Department’s complicity in protecting Obama during the ongoing investigations – talking current crimes here now… that is what can really sink them.  Not that there is just bank fraud, RICO  laws that were broken, payoffs, intimidations, – that’s all basic Chicago business as usual, right?  But now add the White House’s handling of all of that since Obama became President  – now you got a presidential scandal.  Now you got an investigation that leads to uncovering all of that mess.  Now you got grounds to legally go after Holder, Jarrett, and even the President of the United States.  Hell, through in the First Lady too…

So you think President Obama should be impeached?

Impeached?  -Expletive- no.  That’s too good for him.  President Obama should be arrested. What’s that word you used a while back – sedition?  Well there you go – that pretty much sums up this whole stinking cesspool of a White House right there.   Look, I was suspicious of this guy before – but based on what I was told these past few months…the man, those around him (pauses) …this president is the most corrupt thing to have sat in the White House in our lifetimes.  Being part of that campaign in 2008…it makes me sick.  Do you understand what I’m saying?  Sick.  To have played any part in getting him elected…Obama isn’t just incompetent…he’s something else. Something worse.  I’ve been around a lot of asshole-arrogant politicians.  Plenty of those.  Even a few outright criminals.  This is different.  This is a whole other level of corrupt.””

“Ulsterman:  How so?  Eric Holder remains at the DOJ.  Barack Obama
remains president.

Insider:  Really?  That’s how you put it to me?  Holder is at the DOJ
– for now.  For now, right?  Open your eyes.  Holder is getting
absolutely slammed at every turn.  We got people in Congress calling
for full investigations now.  Calling for Holder to step down.
Calling for fucking justice!  You didn’t see that last year.  You
didn’t see that before we started all of this.  Something like that
doesn’t happen in days or weeks, or even a month or two.  It takes
fucking time.  Who else pointed to the DOJ and said THERE IS THE
SCANDAL.  Who else?  Nobody but me.  I gave you that.  On a fucking
platter I gave you that.  So don’t come here now on my invite and
point at me and say there hasn’t been any progress.  ERIC HOLDER IS

you can pretty much stamp out 99% of anything coming at a president.

Ulsterman:(Interrupts) …I understand what you’ve told me.  You were
right on about the DOJ.  I’ll give you that, deservedly so.  And
you’re also right, at least from what I can recall, that nobody was
honing in on a DOJ scandal before you were.  And that’s where we are
at now – a significant DOJ scandal.  But after months of the scandal
first breaking, Eric Holder remains the Attorney General.  And the
Gunrunner story seems stalled.  And I worry it’s gonna go away.  Just
like the New Black Panther case did.”

“Ulsterman(interrupts) —Staying with Congressman Issa.  Can you just
say straight on if you believe he will follow through on bringing a
special prosecutor to investigate Gunrunner?  Just a simple yes or no
on that please…

Insider:  That kind of thing will take more than just Darrell Issa.
Good news is, it’s forming right now.  I’ve told you that already and
you have no reason to doubt it.  The negotiations are currently
underway for a special prosecutor and the signs are looking very-very
good on that, which is a huge development for all of this – for what
we have been working toward.  But let’s not get into more details on
that just yet – I don’t intend to help fuck this one up.  Just rest
assured it’s moving along, and at a much faster pace than I would have
thought possible just a month ago.

Ulsterman:  Let’s say Holder resigns and what you keep referring to as
“Obama’s firewall” is removed. What then?

Insider:  (Smiles) What then?  Oh…I think you would be satisfied with
the result.

Ulsterman:  That’s too vague.  What then?  It makes sense to me that
Eric Holder in his position as Attorney General has significant powers
– almost unlimited powers it would seem, to protect Barack Obama,
Valerie Jarrett, and anyone else needed in order to keep President
Obama in power.  Even if Holder goes though, couldn’t they simply
install someone else in his place to continue that protection?

Insider:  Finally you are asking the right questions!  And that is
EXACTLY what the Obama machine is already attempting to prepare for –
Holder’s replacement.  Issa and others are watching this stuff right
now, with a strong assist from a certain Democrat senator.  The
problem is, there will be a gap between the protection Eric Holder
provides now, and the protection his replacement could provide.
Information can then be uncovered that is currently tucked away behind
the cloak of the Obama Department of Justice.  When Holder is on his
way out, the truth is gonna move in.  We just need that window of
opportunity to make it happen.  It’s gonna happen.  Just give it a bit
more time.

Ulsterman:  And then back to Chicago?

Insider:  Yes…Chicago.  Maybe Hawaii too.  (winks)”

“Ulsterman:  You keep stringing me along on this thing.  You once
didn’t want to hear anything related to questions about Obama’s birth
record and now you seem more willing to entertain the possibility.
Why the change?  What do you know?

Insider:  Hell – I think I…I think I more than entertain the
possibility.  I have read some of the stuff you sent me.  How much is
true or not I can’t say.  I really can’t.  I have access to what-what
some people are saying, or what they are worried about, or what they
might be planning. And I have years of experience that helps me put
one and two together to try and figure out what is coming down the
political pike.  And I have associates with access to their own
information who agree with me that Barack Obama was a huge fucking
mistake for the party and for America.  But  I don’t have some super
secret Obama file.  If I did I would most likely already be dead.  I
don’t know if it’s about his place of birth or if it’s something else
that those records could reveal, but what I do know is that Barack
Obama is covering something up related to that stuff.  The guy is
hiding something there.  I am sure of that. Everything points to that
being the case. The stuff you send me…look, a lot of it I just trash.
I admit that.  I’ve looked over some of it though, and some of it
sounds…possible.  Maybe even probable.  But I don’t have a hand in any
of that.  Getting Eric Holder out of the DOJ, defeating Barack Obama
in 2012 – that’s my thing.  If somebody else wants to prove Obama
isn’t who he says he is – more power to them…and join the fucking
club.”

“None of this is beyond the norm though.  Where it gets different for
the Obama campaign is what I’ll just call the Obama Plan.  They are
going way beyond simply working up your typical campaign scenarios
against potential opponents.  The president – I was told of this about
a week ago, maybe two weeks ago…(pause)… the president actually
considered quitting.  He really did.  But now he’s going on the
attack.  He wants to give a big F-You to White America – that’s
actually one of his primary motivations.  You think the race card has
been played up before?  Just wait.  2012 is gonna be the most brutal
political cycle we have ever witnessed.  Ever.”

I have been a fan of John Hammer of the Rhinoceros Times for years. So was my late father. I met with John several weeks ago and had a great discussion. I half jokingly stated that we may be the only 2 reporting entities in the area providing real news. John Hammer provides his article, “Under The Hammer” in print as well as the internet every Thursday. Sadly, in the home state of Edward R. Murrow, you will be hard pressed to find the truth in print elsewhere.

“Obama continues to say that the wealthy have “to pay their fair share” of taxes. What Obama doesn’t say is what that fair share is. Right now the top 50 percent of wage earners pay 97 percent of the taxes. The top 5 percent pay about 57 percent of the taxes and the top 1 percent pay 37 percent of the taxes.

It looks like the wealthy are paying their fair share, but it would be informative for Obama to tell the American people just what he thought a fair share for the wealthy was. Should the upper 50 percent of wage earners pay 99 percent of the taxes? Should the top 1 percent pay 75 percent?

Maybe the problem is not that the rich aren’t paying enough but that the federal government is giving away too much to whom it defines as poor. There is now a federal program to provide cell phones to poor people and they get 250 minutes of free time a month. How can a cell phone be a necessity? I lived most of my life without a cell phone and thought I was doing pretty well.

The average family defined by the federal government as living in poverty lives in an air-conditioned residence with two color televisions, cable or satellite service, a DVD and a VCR player and a PlayStation or an Xbox. Along with the refrigerator, oven and stove they have a microwave and a coffee maker in the kitchen. They also have a washer and dryer, ceiling fans and a cordless phone.

So people living in poverty live better than the Muse and I because we only have one television and don’t have cable or satellite, and we don’t have a game box. We didn’t have a microwave until a friend who was horrified that we lived in the dark ages gave us her old one. It is used mainly for heating milk, although I understand it has other purposes.

The average family living in poverty in the US isn’t struggling to buy food or pay medical bills but does struggle to pay the cable or satellite television bill and for air-conditioning in the summer.

These are people who qualify for government assistance because they, according to the federal definition, live in poverty.

The federal government can define poverty any way it wants. It would appear that the definition of poverty has gotten so high that people who don’t need help but are willing to accept help are getting a lot of federal dollars.

Why on earth should the federal government be helping families pay their cable bill or make the payments on their second television?

Obama is right, all Americans need to pay their fair share, but the problem is not at the top or at the bottom. Everyone should be able to agree that people who really need assistance should have it available. It appears that a large part of the problem may be that poverty has suffered from the equivalent of grade inflation. People who don’t need help are getting lots of it.”

Adolf Hitler used Jews as scapegoats.

Goldstein was the scapegoat in “1984” by George Orwell.

The Tea Party movement is being used as the scapegoat by the Obama camp.

“Court tells Hawaii officials to explain Obama’s birth records”

“California attorney Orly Taitz today secured an order from United States District Court Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi demanding representatives of the Hawaii Department of Health appear in federal court Sept. 14 to show why Taitz should be prevented from seeing whatever original 1961 documents the agency has on record regarding Barack Obama’s birth.

Taitz returned to federal court in Honolulu today after Hawaii DOH officials presented her with a letter refusing to comply with her subpoena on grounds that Hawaii privacy laws prevented officials from releasing Obama birth records to the public.

“It’s ridiculous,” Taitz told WND.

She had argued previously – without getting a response from the state – that Obama had waived all privacy rights by releasing his long-form birth certificate to the American public at a White House press conference April 27.

Get the New York Times best-seller “Where’s the Birth Certificate? The Case that Barack Obama Is Not Eligible to be President,” by Jerome Corsi.

The ExParte Emergency Motion for Order to Show Cause and to Compel Attendance for Production of Documents that Taitz filed with the federal magistrate asked the court to demand Hawaii DOH head Loretta Fuddy appear in court to explain why she would not comply with the subpoena.

“Getting a federal judge to demand Fuddy’s attendance at a show-cause hearing is a victory,” Taitz said. “I will return to Hawaii on Sept. 14 and I expect then to be able to force the Hawaii DOH to turn over the relevant records as demanded by the subpoena.”
Taitz arrived in Hawaii Sunday evening to present the subpoena in person at the Hawaii DOH offices in Honolulu at 10 a.m. today.”

There is much to report today, August 8, 2011. The stock market is plummeting as I write this, Colin Powell has been challenged by the Birther Summit about Obama’s birth certificate, S&P continues to downgrade entities associated with the federal government and Obama et al blame everyone else. But wait, there is more. A new Rasmussen Poll.

“New Low: 17% Say U.S. Government Has Consent of the Governed”

“Fewer voters than ever feel the federal government has the consent of the governed.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 17% of Likely U.S. Voters think the federal government today has the consent of the governed.  Sixty-nine percent (69%) believe the government does not have that consent. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided.  (To see survey question wording, click here.)

The number of voters who feel the government has the consent of the governed – a foundational principle, contained in the Declaration of Independence – is down from 23% in early May and has fallen to its lowest level measured yet.

Perhaps it’s no surprise voters feel this way since only eight percent (8%) believe the average member of Congress listens to his or her constituents more than to their party leaders. That, too, is the lowest level measured to date.  Eighty-four percent (84%) think the average congressman listens to party leaders more than the voters they represent.

Voter approval of the job Congress is doing has fallen to a new low – for the second month in a row. Only six percent (6%) now rate Congress’ performance as good or excellent.
The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on August 1-2, 2011 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. See methodology.

Democrats and voters not affiliated with either political party are more inclined to think the government does have the consent of the governed, but sizable majorities of all three groups don’t believe that to be the case.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of the Political Class, on the other hand,  feel the government does have the consent of the governed. Seventy-seven percent (77%)  of Mainstream voters disagree.

Most voters across the demographic board believe the average congressman listens to their party leaders more than the people they represent.

Voters also are more convinced than ever that most congressmen are crooks.

Most voters still lack confidence even in their own local Congress member. Given a choice between keeping the entire Congress or picking a new one and starting over, most voters want to dump all the incumbents.”

BIRTHER SUMMIT OPEN CHALLENGE TO GENERAL COLIN POWELL

Dear General Powell:

It was reported in May of this year that you told South Carolina State University’s 400 graduates that you particularly enjoyed a recent event: “. . . when President Obama took out his birth certificate and blew away Donald Trump and all the birthers!”

In light of such a proclamation, and your controversial endorsement in 2008 of then-Senator Obama, the Birther Summit issues the following challenge to you:

We would like to sit down with you and present evidence proving that what Barack Obama used to “blow away Donald Trump and all the birthers” was not actually a valid birth certificate, but a forgery.  We would also like to present evidence to you of other dubious information Obama has used to misrepresent himself and his eligibility to hold the office of president, including his use of a Social Security number that appears to have never been assigned to him, and a forged Selective Service registration form.

We suggest that such a meeting take place at an undisclosed location near Washington, DC, and that a small group of our experts attend the meeting, as well as a handful of carefully selected reporters who would attend to observe the meeting.  We will arrange such a meeting place in an area of your choosing, and we ask that you allot us a three-hour time frame for the meeting.

During this meeting, our experts will do most of the talking, so you needn’t prepare a speech.  We will, however, ask only one thing of you: after our evidence is presented, you will either affirm that the evidence we present is sufficient for Congress to launch an immediate, non-partisan investigation into this matter (to include independent testimony and discovery), or you will refute our evidence.  It must be understood that refutation of our evidence must be done with evidence, and cannot be anecdotal or rhetorical in nature.

General Powell, because we value your past and present service to our country, and because we still believe that duty, honor, and country still matter, we affirm that you should be well compensated for your time, and are prepared to offer to you, or to Wings of Hope (or any other charity you may specify), a check in the amount of $15,000.  Because of the gravity of this issue, we think that $5000 per hour for little more than listening to the truth should be fair compensation for your time.  You stated that Barack Obama provided personal enjoyment for you by supplying what he called a “birth certificate;” now, we’d like to supply you with something of actual value just to see the irrefutable evidence and listen to the truth. 

You see, General Powell, we are not so easily blown away, and we hope that you will consider your place in history, and for what you will be remembered.  Will you be likened to Gen. George Washington, or to Gen. Benedict Arnold?  Will you be regarded for your honesty and integrity, or will it be for so fearing the facts that you would not even accept $15,000 for three hours of your time to be presented with them? 

These facts will be known by our nation, as the Birther Summit is committed to the relentless dissemination of them.  Having weighed in on Barack Obama’s birth certificate publicly, you will now forever be linked to embracing what we can demonstrate to be a lie.  You can set that record straight simply by listening to the truth, and also get paid pretty well for doing so (or you can provide a nice donation for a charity).

Just over a month ago I received the following response from Congressman Howard Coble:

“On April 27, 2011, President Obama presented a Certificate of Live Birth, which was issued by the State of Hawaii. Before seeing this document, many were growing deeply concerned about the possibility that President Obama was not a natural born citizen.

Since the release of the long-form birth certificate, we have received no other inquiries about the legitimacy of President Obama’s citizenship. To the best of our knowledge, President Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was legitimate and is demonstrative proof that he was born in Hawaii. I know you disagree with this statement.

All this being said, your hard work and resilient determination to reveal fraudulent dealings among those who hold the public trust is critical to our nation’s future. Even when the facts have not shown brightly on our political party, we have always supported efforts to reveal and address them as quicky as possible because elected officials should be held to a higher standard.”

Since informing Mr. Coble and his staff earlier in the year of Obama’s eligibility deficiencies and Chicago corruption ties, much has happened. After the image was placed on WhiteHouse.gov, much analysis has been done and presented here and throughout the internet. On July 31, 2011, Mark Gillar interviewed the following people regarding the image released on WhiteHouse.gov
purported to be Obama’s birth certificate. They all stated that it is fake.

Jerome Corsi – The New York Times Best Selling Author who recently released Where’s The Birth Certificate: The Case That Barack Obama Is Not Eligible To Be President.

Retired Major General Paul Vallely – Fox News Contributor who recently revealed that former CIA agents have confirmed that Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery.

Susan Daniels – a P.I. from Ohio who claims that she can prove Obama’s has been using a fake social security number since 1986.

Orly Taitz – the California Attorney who is pursuing Barack Obama’s birth Certificate through legal channels will give us an update on her activities.

Karl Denninger – a computer documents’ expert who uncovered some of the more relevent issues with the electronically released long form birth certificate. Video

In the interview, Paul Vallely, a Major General, and Jerome Corsi, a PHD, and both with experience with Fox News, state that Fox is avoiding this story.

There is no chain of document for the image placed on WhiteHouse.gov, which is a forgery. A letter from Lorreta Fuddy, HI Director of Health, states that she is making an exception to policy (what policy) and the the document being sent is computer generated. When I saw “computer generated” I knew we had a problem. As Jerome Corsi states in the interview, if Obama really wanted to put the issue to rest, he would allow access to an original birth certificate for scrutiny.

The image placed on WhiteHouse.gov is not a copy of an original Hawaii birth certificate and we also have no certification that it was even the document allegedly sent from HI.

Members of Congress, military officers, you have been informed and failure to respond is treason.

The so called budget crisis, debt ceiling negotiations, were custom made and one could say custom designed by Obama, et al. Never let a good crisis go to waste. The budget is a serious matter. We must take it seriously. However, aside from the socialist, radical tactics of the Obama camp, we still have someone occupying the White House, at the controls of the most powerful office on the planet.

How has the budget crisis benefited Obama?

  • Obama has used this as a pulpit to lie to the American people about his opposition and what he has done for the economy.
  • Focus is taken off his fraudulent birth certificate.
  • Focus is taken off his natural born citizen deficiency.
  • Focus is taken off of the financial markets.
  • Focus is taken off the jobs reports.
  • And….a two for one for Obama. More budget spending for ACORN affiliated groups that few notice because of the diversions.

I am relieved that some  are paying attention to the radicals being funded and enabled by the Obama camp.

“A conservative watchdog group is accusing President Obama of violating a funding ban that he signed into law that prohibits the flow of federal money to the now-defunct community activist group ACORN or any of its affiliates.

Judicial Watch says that in March, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) issued nearly $80,000 in grants to Affordable Housing Centers of America (AHCOA), which the groups says is an offshoot of ACORN.

“This was an ACORN affiliate at the time of the funding ban and it has not changed in sum or substance since then,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton told Fox News in an interview. “The funding ban was violated and the administration is calling these new entities. It just doesn’t pass the laugh test.”

But Alyson Chadwick, a spokeswoman for AHCOA, denied any connection to ACORN.

“We are not an affiliate, subsidiary or ally of ACORN,” she told FoxNews.com. “Both the GAO and HUD’s General Counsel have done exhaustive work and come to the same conclusion.””

“Judicial Watch senior investigator Sean Dunagan told Fox News that the GAO ruling used “strained logic.”

The group says the government’s website listing federal expenditures identifies the organization receiving the $79,810 grant as “ACORN Housing Corporation Inc.” and lists ACORN’s New Orleans address.

The group also says that ACHOA maintains the same board of directors, executive director and offices as ACORN Housing.

The group also notes that a HUD general counsel report from September 2010 says that ACORN Housing is “now operating as Affordable Housing Centers of America” and has misappropriated funds from a $3.2 million federal grant.

Although Dunagan admits no laws were broken, he says the bigger issue is the politicization at GAO.

The once powerful ACORN fell on hard times after a series of undercover videos showed its employees offering tax advice to a couple posing as a pimp and prostitute, tarnishing the group’s reputation and crippling its source of funding.

Congress passed and Obama signed into law the Defund ACORN Act in 2009 that yanked the organization’s federal funding. After private donors held back cash, the group shut down in April 2010.

“Certainly the intent of Congress was not to allow ACORN to change its name and get money,” Fitton said.”
