Lakin court martial judge Pentagon Prostitute?, Colonel Denise R. Lind

There are plenty of pimps and prostitutes in our government, from Obama to his White House staff, to our courts and even our military. Pimps and prostitutes doing the bidding of the mack daddy in chief, Obama. When I read this article this morning, it had to go up.

You did take an oath when they pinned those “butter bars”on your shoulders. As an officer you do not swear to obey a person, but to be faithful to the Constitution of the United States. Something about protecting and defending it against all enemies, foreign and domestic is missing from your perspective which is why I need to ask you this question.

 
It was more than one time coming back from the field I would run into some WM, looking for a salute, usually I was simply too damn tired to play their game. And I would usually found myself standing in front of the “Gunner” who would ask me why I didn’t salute the young lieutenant, and I would stand there at attention and with a straight face look the Gunner in the eye and say, “Sir, I could not distinguish between rank or jewelry, sir.” Normally it was a reduction in rank, and a nominal fine, and the WM would walk out of the Gunner’s office thinking she won. Then the Gunner would pull the bottle of Jack out of his drawer and give me words of his wisdom. He said if you cannot respect the person, you respect the rank. You do not salute the person who did not earn respect, but the rank on their shoulders.

 
Well Denise let me put it this way, I can never respect a Pentagon Prostitute, so I am looking at your shoulders to see your rank. What I see are not eagles, they are vultures. It is not rank I see, just cheap costume jewelry.”

Glenn Beck started TheBlaze.com to counteract misinformation from sites such as The Huffington Post. Beck has also insulted millions of concerned Americans, including military personnel and high ranking military officers who question Obama’s eligibility. Glenn Beck has also refused to cover the Obama eligibility issues and LTC Terry Lakin court martial on TheBlaze.com and his Fox TV show and his radio show. Yesterday on Glenn Beck’s Fox show he made some interesting statements.

“Beck does a good job of explaining how progressives use conspiracy theories as diversions.
He is correct. He may have let the cat out of the bag regarding Rupert Murdoch preventing him from covering the Obama eligibility issues. He continues to state that Obama was born in the US.
Did Beck say this tongue in cheek?”

Many are asking why the military is doing nothing on the Lt Col Terry Lakin court-martial case.
 
Many do not understand that the military doesn’t say “Boo” unless directed by their Civilian Masters.  The Joint Chiefs of Staff, who direct the Services, derive their orders from Civilian Authorities above, emanating from the Commander-in-Chief.
 
Many now get to their general ranks by being “yes men” rather than independent thinkers. So in order to keep their jobs, they are onboard with the current trends and flavor of the ruling administration. Gen Bostwick has recently come out calling military personnel “bigots” if they will not psychologically accept gays, and that they should get out.  Lady Gaga is trying her best to socially engineer our society into believing it’s OK too and proceeds to denigrate our troops by shouting, “Get out! Get out! Get out!” (that is if they don’t/can’t accept gays.)
All active-duty military members are subject to reprisals for any involvement in these matters. They are prohibited from making public comments regarding vital issues. For example, in the 90’s, we were told NOT to make any more Clinton jokes as military members. I put my retirement papers in shortly afterward.
 
A nation that forgets its soldiers is soon forgotten. In the absence of any assistance from the above, The U.S. Patriots Union has created two White Papers, outlining a proper defense for Lakin and has ensured he receives this. They have attorneys standing by and are raising funds for this effort.
 
USPU also created a Veterans Council, headed by Gen. Vallely in an effort to mount large numbers of Patriots concerned about our country to include: military, retired military and family members.
 
USPU has identified six areas of emphasis so Patriots can concentrate in one area to effect change. As the tea parties are being infiltrated and infighting is occurring, membership will have differing levels of security.
If you really want to know where our soldiers are, they are in the Veterans Council at the U.S. Patriots Union, and they are focused on returning this nation to greatness.

LTC Terry Lakin court martial, Where are military personnel?

I recived the following in an email last night.

“Where the hell are ALL branched of our Military personnel, to back  Lt Col Lakin, and oust the idiot, criminal judge who made the illegal, unconstitutional ruling?  

What the hell is wrong with our military?  YES, where is all that “honor” they tout!?
Why aren’t they coming forth, enmasse to vocally and outwardly support any of their OWN, when it is so BLATANTLY against our Constitution, laws of the land.

Has everyone been bought and sold into mental slavery?
Congress and the Senate are complicit – we need action, not words, not prayers, not more laws……… !   The Constitution explicitly states:   When the gov’t becomes an oppressor of the people it is time for the citizens to THROW OFF the offending treasonous representatives and start again with honest, ethical, moral, spiritual leasders who are humble enough to know what it means to SERVE those that elect them.!”   

I agree.

There are, as usual, multiple reasons why more military personnel and officers have not stepped forward. Many are not aware of the case and Lakin’s reasons for disobeying an illegal order. Of course not wanting to disobey orders and fear of retribution must affect some. We must make certain that as many in the military or retired from the military know about this constitutional crisis as possible.

If you are active or retired military and aware of this case and you have reservation or questions, ask them. If you do not want to make waves or fear retribution, remove the lace from your panties, get some guts and defend your country.

There is one theme that I have referred to constantly since early  2008. That is the scary analogy to the world of “1984” that we have been experiencing. It was clear then as now that the mainstream media of the US was doing the bidding of the Obama camp to spread lies and  misinformation. Recently Pravda, “The Truth”, began covering the LTC Terry Lakin court martial and Obama eligibility issues. What a strange world that we live in.

Part of the reason that this blog has succeeded, part of the reason that I have worked so hard was to counteract the mainstream media lies on such topics as Obama eligibility, Obama’s connection to Rezko and Chicago corruption, the real truth about Blagojevich and the US Justice Dept. protecting Obama and now the court martial of LTC Terry Lakin.

I spend much time searching the internet and subsequently I discover which of the Orwellian deceivers are getting first page on Google and other search engines. I knew months ago that The Huffington Post, a paid mouthpiece of the Obama camp, had gotten number one on Google for the following search:

I did not forget this fact and was compelled once again to fight the smears coming from the Orwellian Obama camp.

We have watched in horror as internet scrubbing and revisionist history has taken place on the internet. Search engines have also been tweaked. Much money has been in play. My article on CitizenWells.com is intended to counteract misinformation and lies and to support LTC Terry Lakin, an American hero and patriot.

This is amazing. I have been searching on Lakin Court Martial for several months on Google. Last night The Huffington Post was still first on the search. I just looked again, after posting both articles, and the Huffington Post does not even show up on the first page. CBS is number three.

The Lakin court martial and Obama birth certificate issues continue to be misrepresented by the media. The usual suspects are involved, The Huffington Post, NBC News, CBS News. The list of Orwellian wordsmiths goes on and on. I am ready to challenge these journalistic prostitutes to a debate or simply get them to answer the question above. An article is forthcoming.

I will not abandon LTC Terry Lakin and I support him 100%.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin believes in the US Constitution as the supreme law of the land. He takes his oath to defend the Constitution seriously. He is facing an unjust court martial as a result of his convictions and patriotism. We must give him our full support.

Many people are still unaware of Terry Lakin and his predicament. Aside from posting articles on this blog, I share information with those around me, those in my sphere of influence. My brother was in town a few days ago and I mentioned Lakin. My brother was not familiar with the case, even though he tries to keep up with the real news. He is just too busy. Now my brother knows and he will tell others.

On October 29, 2009, I wrote the following before the NJ Governor’s race.

“Six degrees of separation.

“Six degrees of separation is the theory that anyone on the planet can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries. ”

This is a simple strategy that is at the heart of grassroots efforts.

Contact as many people as possible and have them do the same. If you have a blog or website, put up article(s) about what is going on in New Jersey. Quote this site, borrow info from this site or create your own article. I am not looking for credit, just results.”

If you haven’t been spreading the word, do so now. And keep letting people like Glenn Beck know that they have a duty to report this.

“Is Lakin’s court-martial an American ‘Dreyfus affair’?

I doubt that most people would be shocked to learn that sometimes the influence of power can interfere with and even derail the course of justice in our legal system.  Behind the scenes, a phone call from a powerful politician, or a corporate mogul often affects the actions or judgments of people whose personal ambitions they are in a position to help or hinder.  Usually though, people giving heed to such considerations have enough sense to cloak what they do with words or actions that give their corruption at least the appearance of probity.  Maybe its the tribute that vice renders to virtue.  Maybe its nothing more than self-serving prudence (the mask of honesty that facilitates corruption.)

However, when court officers conclude that such hypocrisy is no longer worth the effort, things are pretty far gone.  The video featured with this post  focuses on the recent decision by Col. Denise R. Lind, the military judge charged with presiding over the court martial of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin.  People who still care about American justice will recognize the facts as confirmation that America has passed ‘far gone’ and is approaching the point of no return.

Judging by Col. Lind’s demeanor, the court marital is apparently slated to be the inaugural “show trial” of Obama style Stalinism in the United States.  Without even a show of rational argumentation ( as WND’s story reporting Judge Roy Moore’s insightful comments makes clear) she has denied Lt. Col Lakin “the right to obtain potentially exculpatory evidence” for use in the Court Martial proceedings brought against him on the charge of refusing to obey lawful orders from the military chain of command until the issue of Barack Obama’s eligibility for the Office of President has been investigated and resolved by the decision of a properly constitutional  authority.

The Judge’s derelict disregard for constitutional right adds this military tribunal to the long list of civilian courts that have made themselves vehicles for the anti-American elite’s purposeful derogation of the authority of the U.S. Constitution.  In the course of her dereliction, however, Lind spoke of the documentary evidence Obama has thus far abused government power to suppress.  She proclaimed that “opening up such evidence could be an “embarrassment” to the president.”

It’s marvelous that a supposedly competent legal officer of the United States military could cram so much prejudicial nonsense into so few words.  She refers to Obama as president.  But because, among other things, of her own action, his status as president is, as the lawyers might say, a fact not in evidence.  If he is in fact not constitutionally eligible for the office, then he is not president.  If he is not in fact constitutionally eligible, then no lawful authority emanates from him to the military chain of command.  Therefore,  Lt.Col Lakin is not guilty of the charge against him.  Judge Lind’s language is prima facie evidence of prejudice, and she should either recuse herself or be removed from the case.

She suggests that the evidence might be embarrassing to Obama.  Since when is the embarrassment that may attend the discovery that a public official has sworn or acted dishonestly a lawful reason to suppress evidence tending to establish his official malfeasance?  Since when does the mere possibility of such official embarrassment justify suppressing the constitutional rights of a person accused of a serious crime and liable, upon conviction, to onerous punishment?

Judge Lind’s words appear at the very least, prejudicial. However, they may also raise the possibility of serious malfeasance on her part.  How has she reached the conclusion that the evidence in question may be embarrassing to Obama?  Has she privily received communications to that effect?  If so, why did she not publicly indicate the source or sources of these communications, so that Lt. Col. Lakin could claim his constitutional right to confront, in a proper hearing, the witnesses against him?”
