“In an extraordinary turnabout that foreshadows possible legal action, the two GOP members of Wayne County’s election board signed affidavits Wednesday night alleging they were bullied and misled into approving election results in Michigan’s largest metropolis and do not believe the votes should be certified until serious irregularities in Detroit votes are resolved.

The statements by Wayne County Board of Canvassers Chairwoman Monica Palmer and fellow GOP member William C. Hartmann rescinding their votes from a day earlier threw into question anew whether Michigan’s presidential vote currently favoring Democrat Joe Biden will be certified. They also signaled a possible legal confrontation ahead.

“I voted not to certify, and I still believe this vote should not be certified,” Hartmann said in his affidavits. “Until these questions are addressed, I remain opposed to certification of the Wayne County results.”

Added Palmer in her affidavit: “I rescind my prior vote to certify Wayne County elections.”

“Palmer and Hartmann said Wednesday they learned that state officials had reneged or would not honor the audit, leaving them no recourse but to oppose certification until more investigation could be performed.”

The entire William C Hartmann affidavit is deeply troubling.

One passage will require elaboration as well as investigating.

“Trump Team Asks NV Courts to Declare Trump the Winner or Not Certify the State’s Vote for POTUS

The Trump campaign on Tuesday announced a new lawsuit in Nevada over the Agilis ballot processing and signature scanning machine that was used throughout the state. There are also allegations of observers being denied access to watch the ballot duplication process and the use of some outreach programs geared towards Native Americans that allegedly resulted in vote-buying.

According to the campaign, at least 40,000 votes were impacted, although that number could be higher.

Clark County register Joe Garcia acknowledged known problems with the voting tabulation system but said it couldn’t be remedied with a recount, the lawsuit stated.

“Even though election officials were warned about these dangers, they persisted in implementing an election plan devoid o protections that could have prevented or discouraged malfeasance from third parties,” the lawsuit stated. “Consequently, the fraud and abuse came with the election. This contest is the natural result, as evidence will show that the nature and scale of the fraud and abuse renders the purported results of the Nevada election illegitimate.”

Because the Nevada legislature decided to change the voting guidelines due to the Wuhan coronavirus pandemic, voters were mailed unsolicited ballots. According to the Trump campaign’s lawsuit, officials received multiple ballots from the same people, whether via mail, early voting or in-person on election Day. Instead of having adequate election officials to handle the signature verification process, Clark County relied on software verification programs.

“The reliability of signature verification machines to analyze mail-in ballots has not been established through scientific study and testing to a degree that warrants their use in elections,” the campaign stated in their lawsuit.”

We now have a pattern in Georgia which meshes with a pattern in the US and possibly internationally.

As part of the Georgia recount, a third county, Walton, has found ballots that were not counted during the election process.

Georgia election officials have consistently blamed poll workers.

Why?

Who are they protecting?

Themselves and/or Dominion Voting Systems?

The audit of votes in the presidential race revealed missing votes in Walton County.

Two hundred eighty-four ballots were added from the Between precinct. They netted 176 votes for President Donald Trump.

The certified totals as of last week showed Trump, the Republican incumbent, with 37,617, or 74.03%, of 50,811 votes in Walton County.

But as of Tuesday afternoon, Trump’s local haul had risen to 37,842, or 74.06% of 51,095 votes.

Democratic nominee Joe Biden came in a distant second in Walton County at 12,682 votes, or 24.82%. He was at 12,633 after the certification last week.

Libertarian candidate Jo Jorgensen gained 10 votes. She finished at 571, or 1.12%.

Lori Wood, chairwoman of the Board of Election, said the Between precinct had two scanners.

“One of them got uploaded and another one didn’t,” she said.

I am not accusing anybody of anything but it is almost like Gabriel Sterling and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger received bribes or other incentives to purchase Dominion Voting Systems equipment in 2019 for over $ 100,000?

Their defense of the troubled election system is reminiscent of a Shakespeare quote.

A second Georgia county has uncovered a trove of votes not previously included in election results, but the additional votes won’t change the overall outcome of the presidential race, the secretary of state’s office said Tuesday.

A memory card that hadn’t been uploaded in Fayette County, just south of Atlanta, was discovered during a hand tally of the votes in the presidential race that stems from part of a legally mandated audit to ensure the new election machines counted the votes accurately, said Gabriel Sterling, a top official in the secretary of state’s office.

The memory card’s 2,755 votes are not enough to flip the lead in the state from Democrat Joe Biden to Republican President Donald Trump. The breakdown of the uncounted ballots was 1,577 for Trump, 1,128 for Biden, 43 for Libertarian Jo Jorgensen and seven write-ins, Sterling said.

Election officials on Monday said Floyd County, in north Georgia, had found more than 2,500 ballots that hadn’t been previously scanned.

Both counties will have to recertify their results, and the margin between Trump and Biden will be about 13,000 votes when those previously uncounted votes are accounted for, Sterling said.

County elections workers have been working on the hand tally since Friday. State law leaves it up to the secretary of state to choose which race to audit. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger selected the presidential race and said the tight margin meant the audit would require a full hand recount.

The counties have until 11:59 p.m. Wednesday to complete the hand count. The secretary of state’s office originally said the results of the hand tally would be certified. But Sterling said Tuesday that the state would instead certify the results certified by the counties.”

All errors are human errors.

That includes the humans who design, create and implement computer systems as well as those who use them.

All organization problems are management problems.

The State of Georgia purchased the Dominion Voting Systems election system in 2019.

That sounds like a Management problem.

Is that why they are trying to put the blame on Floyd County poll workers?

“Gabriel Sterling, the state’s voting system implementation manager, told reporters during a virtual news conference on Monday that the blunder in Floyd County was the only such incident of its kind discovered during the statewide audit thus far.

“It looks like it was half of an early vote box, essentially, that did not get uploaded into their election night recording system,” Sterling said. “It’s unfortunate, but it’s not an equipment issue–it’s a person not executing their job properly.”

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger has called upon the Floyd County elections director to step down in light of the discovery, Sterling said. “This was too important of an issue to be allowed to happen this way,” Sterling said.

The addition of those previously untallied ballots resulted in an approximately 800-vote gain for President Donald Trump in Georgia, Sterling said. That gain alone will not be enough for Trump to overtake President-elect Joe Biden, who led Trump by approximately 14,000 votes in the state before the unscanned Floyd County votes were discovered.

Sterling said an elections investigator has been sent to Floyd County to determine how the mishap occurred.

“They had these ballots in their ballot manifests,” Sterling said of Floyd County. “They had them there, and they were counted in the audit. When they finished the audit, they had, like, 41,000 votes. On the election night reporting, they only had 38,000 votes. And that’s how it was discovered.”

Tom Rees, the chairman of Floyd County’s Board of Elections, told Newsweek that county election officials scanned all ballots during the initial vote count.

“Our audit total completed Saturday did show an increase of about 2,600 more ballots than what was reported on election night,” Rees told Newsweek. “We did scan everything on Election Day so these are not extra ballots.

“We are working with a Dominion rep to try to find out what caused this discrepancy,” Rees said, referring to the company that operates voting machines used in Georgia and in 27 other states across the country. “We have narrowed it down to one early voting location where we did have a problem with one of the vote scanners. We will go at it again tomorrow and hopefully find where the problem is.”

Sterling said state election officials were “perturbed” when they learned of the uncounted ballots. “There is no good explanation as to why you wouldn’t upload those numbers, other than just gross incompetence,” he said.”

It seems to me that the gross incompetence was the State Of Georgia purchasing Dominion Voting Systems just a few months after Texas tested it for the third time and rejected it.

First consider the following:

President Trump and Joe Biden are separated by .32%.

Attorney Sidney Powell on November 8, 2020 stated there were 42k ballots in Arizona  with only Biden selected.

Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs tweeted the following on August 15, 2017:

Not only is Arizona using Dominion election hardware and software, they have a mish mash that would be troubling under the most honest and professional circumstances.

From the count this morning, there are actually 19,522 more presidential than senate votes in Maricopa County alone.

  1. How many ballots were not delivered at all or by the cutoff date?
  2. How many ballots were fraudulent?
  3. How many ballots were rejected by improper processing?
  4. How many ballots had only Biden selected & thus suspect?
  5. How many votes were misrepresented by humans?
  6. How many ballots were processed that were ineligible?

Etc, etc.

An examination of the Arizona State Hand Count Audits page raises questions that will be left to the reader for the moment.

Under a best case scenario this type of audit will not catch all errors and fraud.

Given the extreme bias of Katie Hobbs I question even the authenticity of this audit.

We know for a fact that the Dominion hardware, software and procedures are flawed and after 3 tests by the state of Texas, they replaced Dominion.

Given that the current vote spread in AZ is .34% with the proven bias and documented voter fraud and irregularities, an outside audit and investigation will be required.

But the electors say they are not swayed by these actions. All 15 said they will cast their votes for Trump which will go toward the 270 elector votes required. Trump’s nationwide total is 306.

The members said they have a message for those protesting the results.

“It really shows a lack of understanding of our democracy,” said Dr. Glenn Pinckney, Secretary of the NC Electoral College. “It shows an honest lack and disrespect.””…WTVD

THE 2016 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

“December 19, 2016

The Electors meet in their state and vote for President and Vice President on separate ballots. The electors record their votes on six “Certificates of Vote,” which are paired with the six remaining Certificates of Ascertainment.

The electors sign, seal, and certify six sets of electoral votes. A set of electoral votes consists of one Certificate of Ascertainment and one Certificate of Vote. These are distributed immediately as follows:

  • one set to the President of the Senate (the Vice President) for the official count of the electoral votes in January;
  • two packages to the Secretary of State in the state where the electors met—one is an archival set that becomes part of the public record of the Secretary of State’s office and the other is a reserve set that is subject to the call of the President of the Senate to replace missing or incomplete electoral votes;
  • two packages to the Archivist—one is an archival set that becomes part of the permanent collection at the National Archives and Records Administration and the other is a reserve set that is subject to the call of the President of the Senate to replace missing or incomplete electoral votes; and
  • one set to the presiding judge in the district where the Electors met—this is also a reserve set that is subject to the call of the President of the Senate to replace missing or incomplete electoral votes.

Electoral votes (the Certificates of Vote) must be received by the President of the Senate and the Archivist no later than nine days after the meeting of the electors. States face no legal penalty for failure to comply.

If votes are lost or delayed, the Archivist may take extraordinary measures to retrieve duplicate originals.

On or Before January 3, 2017

The Archivist and/or representatives from the Office of the Federal Register meet with the Secretary of the Senate and the Clerk of the House in late December or early January. This is, in part, a ceremonial occasion. Informal meetings may take place earlier.

January 6, 2017

The Congress meets in joint session to count the electoral votes. Congress may pass a law to change this date.

The Vice President, as President of the Senate, presides over the count and announces the results of the Electoral College vote. The President of the Senate then declares which persons, if any, have been elected President and Vice President of the United States.

If a State submits conflicting sets of electoral votes to Congress, the two Houses acting concurrently may accept or reject the votes. If they do not concur, the votes of the electors certified by the Governor of the State on the Certificate of Ascertainment would be counted in Congress.

If no Presidential candidate wins 270 or more electoral votes, a majority, the 12th Amendment to the Constitution provides for the House of Representatives to decide the Presidential election. If necessary the House would elect the President by majority vote, choosing from the three candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by state, with each state having one vote.

If no Vice Presidential candidate wins 270 or more electoral votes, a majority, the 12th Amendment provides for the Senate to elect the Vice President. If necessary, the Senate would elect the Vice President by majority vote, choosing from the two candidates who received the greatest number of electoral votes. The vote would be taken by state, with each Senator having one vote.

If any objections to the Electoral College vote are made, they must be submitted in writing and be signed by at least one member of the House and one Senator. If objections are presented, the House and Senate withdraw to their respective chambers to consider their merits under procedures set out in federal law.

January 20, 2017 at Noon—Inauguration Day

The President-elect takes the Oath of Office and becomes the President of the United States.”

In the letter to Congress, the DOJ writes that it “will continue to work closely with the FBI and together, dedicate all necessary resources and take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible,” assistant attorney General Peter J. Kadzik writes in letters to House and Senate lawmakers.”

“In other words, the best friend of John Podesta, Clinton’s Campaign char, at the DOJ will be in charge of a probe that could potentially sink Hillary Clinton.

For those who missed it, this is what we reported:

The day after Hillary Clinton testified in front of the House Select Committee on Benghazi last October, John Podesta, Hillary’s campaign chairman met for dinner with a small group of well-connected friends, including Peter Kadzik, who is currently a top official at the US Justice Department serving as Assistant Attorney General for Legislative Affairs.

 

The post-Benghazi dinner was attended by Podesta, Kadzik, superlobbyist Vincent Roberti and other well-placed Beltway fixtures. The first mention of personal contact between Podesta and Kadzik in the Wikileaks dump is in an Oct. 23, 2015 email sent out by Vincent Roberti, a lobbyist who is close to Podesta and his superlobbyist brother, Tony Podesta. In it, Roberti refers to a dinner reservation at Posto, a Washington D.C. restaurant.  The dinner was set for 7:30 that evening, just one day after Clinton gave 11 hours of testimony to the Benghazi Committee.

 

Podesta and Kadzik met several months later for dinner at Podesta’s home, another email shows. Another email sent on May 5, 2015, Kadzik’s son asked Podesta for a job on the Clinton campaign.

As the Daily Caller noted, the dinner arrangement “is just the latest example of an apparent conflict of interest between the Clinton campaign and the federal agency charged with investigating the former secretary of state’s email practices.” As one former U.S. Attorney tells told the DC, the exchanges are another example of the Clinton campaign’s “cozy relationship” with the Obama Justice Department.

The hacked emails confirm that Podesta and Kadzik were in frequent contact. In one email from January, Kadzik and Podesta, who were classmates at Georgetown Law School in the 1970s, discussed plans to celebrate Podesta’s birthday. And in another sent last May, Kadzik’s son emailed Podesta asking for a job on the Clinton campaign.

“The political appointees in the Obama administration, especially in the Department of Justice, appear to be very partisan in nature and I don’t think had clean hands when it comes to the investigation of the private email server,” says Matthew Whitaker, the executive director of the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust, a government watchdog group.

“It’s the kind of thing the American people are frustrated about is that the politically powerful have insider access and have these kind of relationships that ultimately appear to always break to the benefit of Hillary Clinton,” he added, comparing the Podesta-Kadzik meetings to the revelation that Attorney General Loretta Lynch met in private with Bill Clinton at the airport in Phoenix days before the FBI and DOJ investigating Hillary Clinton.”
