You may recall that Mr. Hardy filed a sworn declaration in 2018 claiming that the FBI searched its files and located no records about Seth Rich.

In September of 2019, however, Judicial Watch obtained an email string about Seth Rich in response to a FOIA request for communications between FBI lovebirds Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and in March of 2020 former U.S. Attorney Deborah Sines testified that the FBI had investigated Seth Rich’s laptop and his online accounts. In other words, Mr. Hardy’s testimony was false.

I repeatedly asked U.S. Attorney John Durham and DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz to investigate whether Mr. Hardy lied under oath, and in an April 22, 2020 letter Mr. Horowitz wrote that he referred my complaint to the FBI’s Inspection Division. The withholding of evidence was so bad in the General Michael Flynn case that Attorney General Barr stepped in and appointed a special investigator.

The FBI has admitted that they took possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop in December 2019.

From a October 22, 2020 filing by the US Justice Dept. in the General Flynn case we know the following:

“The Federal Bureau of Investigation has a well-documented record management program and retention plan that provides specific instructions for the collection of information, the maintenance of documents, and the retention or disposal of documents.”

“SENTINEL, which is the FBI’s electronic records management system for all criminal and intelligence gathering activities:

process. Supervisors, reviewers, and others involved in the approval
process can review, comment, and approve the insertion of

Upon receipt of the Hunter Biden laptop, regardless of what investigation it was for, information regarding the laptop, and certainly the owner name should have been entered in the Sentinel system.

Records released by a former Biden family business partner reveal that Joe Biden’s brother and son proposed connecting a Chinese billionaire affiliated with Beijing’s military and intelligence services with top elected Democrats to advance Chinese investments in critical U.S. infrastructure. In doing so, say China experts, the former vice president and his family endangered U.S. national security.

On Thursday, Tony Bobulinski provided the FBI with records of his business correspondence with James and Hunter Biden, the brother and son of the former vice president. Bobulinski was CEO of SinoHawk, which he describes as a joint venture partnership between the Biden family and Chinese firms connected to the government. The documents, acquired by Just The News, appear to show the Bidens’ efforts to use the family’s name to sell influence to Chinese individuals tied to China’s military and spy services.

In July 2017, the now-bankrupt China Energy and Finance Company offered to extend the Bidens a $5 million “interest-free” loan “based on their trust on [Biden] family[.]” The chairman of CEFC was Ye Jianming, who according to the New York Times, has extensive ties to the Chinese military and its intelligence service. The 43-year-old Ye has been held in detention by the Chinese government since 2018 for “economic crimes.”

Hunter Biden reportedly met Ye in a Miami hotel in May 2017. In a May 15 email, James Biden listed a number of prospective contacts for joint ventures involving SinoHawk and CEFC. The roster of elite Democratic elected officials includes Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris, as well as two other former 2020 presidential hopefuls, Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand. ”

“The relationship with Joe Biden would have given the Chinese access to the highest levels of power, partly for influence and partly to embed the Chinese Communist Party into every aspect of society,” says retired Gen. Robert Spalding, author of “Stealth War: How China Took Over While America’s Elite Slept.”

Or anything with the very serious and obvious overwhelming evidence of numerous crimes having been committed by Joe Biden, which they seem to be ignoring, which no prosecutor in the world could possibly ignore. So I was afraid they ignored the young girl, or young girls.”

“Host Maria Bartiromo brought up a salient point – that the FBI was allegedly in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop which contains apparent evidence of pay-for-play corruption in Ukraine, at the same time Congressional Democrats were impeaching President Trump for asking Ukraine to investigate exactly that.

“If the FBI was in possession of these emails from Hunter Biden’s computer indicating all of these payouts, why did they not make this public, as President Trump was being impeached in the Senate about Ukraine?”

Johnson replied: “the larger question really is; if they had this information – and these are genuine emails which would probably reveal all kinds of things that would have been very relevant to the impeachment case, why did they sit out? Are they covering up because Hunter Biden might be engaged in things that also maybe should have been investigated and possibly prosecuted? Dow we have two systems of justice? One for Democrats, one for Republicans, one for the well connected, vs. one for the rest of the Americans.”

Child porn?

Bartiromo then steered the conversation to national security risks – noting that the signature of the FBI’s top child porn lawyer appeared on the subpoena for Hunter’s laptop.

Senator Ron Johnson of the Homeland Security Committee sent a letter to FBI Director Wray on October 17, 2020.

On September 24, 2020, the day after Chairman Grassley and I released our report titled, “ Hunter Biden, Burisma, and Corruption: The Impact on U.S. Government Policy and RelatedConcerns,”
 a whistleblower contacted my committee and informed my staff that he had possession of a laptop left in his business by Hunter Biden. He also informed us that he providedits contents to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in response to a December 9, 2019grand jury subpoena. As the first step in our due diligence, committee staff contacted FBIofficials and asked for confirmation of certain facts in an attempt to validate the whistleblower’s  claims and ssertions. Unfortunately, several days later, the FBI responded that it would notconfirm or deny any information identified by the committee even though several of ourquestions were not related to the possible existence of an ongoing grand jury investigation.”
For these reasons, the committee must know whether the FBI has assessed the validity of materials the whistleblower has provided, and what, if any, actions the FBI has taken since obtaining this information. In light of these unanswered questions, I request the following information and material:
1. Does the FBI possess material from Hunter Biden’s laptop(s)? If yes, how and when did the FBI obtain this information?
2. Is it accurate that FBI officials obtained contents from Hunter Biden’s laptop from a business located in Delaware? If so:
a. When did the FBI first examine these records?
b. Has the FBI concluded its examination of these records?
c. Has the FBI found any evidence of criminal activity based on its examination of these records?
d. Has the FBI determined whether the records on the computer was generated on that computer, is genuine, or has been altered in any way?
e. Has the FBI determined whether these records were generated or authored by Hunter Biden?
f. Has the FBI determined whether these records are a result from someone hacking Hunter Biden’s computer?”

Twitter, Facebook and other social media outlets along with the fake news  and mainstream media have not only not been covering the Hunter Biden emails, they have been preventing others from doing so.

Here are some of the important facts:

  • Hunter Biden dropped off a computer at a repair shop run by John Paul Mac Isaac in April 2019.
  • Biden did not return in over 90 days. By law the computer belonged to Isaac.
  • After browsing through the computer’s files, Mr. Isaac became alarmed, the FBI was contacted and eventually took possession.
  • A subpoena was issued December 9, 2019 by US Attorney Lesley Wolf. (see below).
  • Mr. Isaac feared for his safety and gave a copy of Hunter Biden’s laptop hard drive to Rudy Giuliani’s attorney, Brian Costello.
  • Mid October 2020 the NY Post began releasing Hunter Biden emails and other information.
  • On October 15, 2020 House Republicans sent a letter to FBI Director Wray requesting answers about the computer.
  • All indications are that the FBI has been “sitting on” the computer and its contents.
  • Rudy Giuliani has been providing regular updates on findings and the authenticity of the emails and other contents.

  • The emails are not only damning for Hunter Biden but also prove Joe Biden lied about his knowledge of Hunter’s involvement and his own.

This is becoming one of the biggest news stories in US History.
