Once again, in a move reminiscent of Nazi Germany, the Obama camp has enlisted the Obama youth to fight moves by the NC legislature to improve voting integrity. From the Greensboro News Record April 4, 2011.

“Students from area universities have been working behind the scenes to protest the proposed voter ID bill that is currently in the House. They held a forum Monday morning to discuss the bill and followed it with a press conference to voice their concerns.

“This bill makes it more difficult for me to exercise my vote and my voice,” said UNCG junior Caleb Patterson. “The voter ID bill would add one more obstacle to vote, which will discourage students from voting.”

HB 351 would require voters to show photo identification, such as a driver’s license, military ID or a voter registration card. Identification cards such as those issued to college students would not be accepted.

“We are getting involved because we as young people are fighting for our right to vote, said N.C. A&T senior Mitchell Brown. “This is an assault on our voting rights.”

The bill is called the Restore Confidence in Government Act, but state Rep. Alma Adams said it does anything but.”

Anyone with an ounce of common sense can see through the bias in this article.

According to the FEC, Obama won NC in 2008 by 14,177 votes out of a total of 4,310,789 votes cast.

alias names, knowing that the names on the documents
were in fact not the birth name or legal name of the
patient.”
“Veronica Arias, of Texas, reported on May 2nd, 2008 to
the ACSO that someone in Swepsonville, NC had
stolen her identity and was using same to be employed.

 Maria Sanchez was arrested on May 6, 2008 by
investigators of the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office
for stealing and using the identity of Veronica Arias.

 Sanchez used the name, SSN, DOB, of Veronica Arias
who is a living resident of Texas.”

“CBS’s Harry Smith was drooling over Obama numbers in a rant fest with Michael Crowley of the New Republic.
The problem is that these two dim bulbs actually outed the Obama campaign in voter fraud as there are not enough people in North Carolina to get the “new voters” Obama claims are there.
Harry Smith apparently has not concluded that ACORN can not be registering all these “voters”. One can not just go into North Carolina and register EXACTLY 800,000 voters.
That is impossible and is a trend Obama in his election fraud is exposed by.”

“Yet another state investigates the union-backed voter fraud group for Barack

A Durham (NC) official is asking state elections administrators to check approximately 80 voter registration forms for possible fraud.

Mike Ashe, Durham County’s elections director, said the forms were among about 4,000 submitted to his office over the past four to six weeks by a national left-wing group called Acorn, for Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

“They will be turned over to the State Board of Elections for investigation and prosecution,” Ashe said of the questionable documents.

Most of the forms at issue bear one of six names. Ashe was not sure whether the people named existed or not.

Many of the papers are incomplete, which Ashe said is a nuisance, not a crime. But the group contains very different versions of what are purportedly the same person’s signatures.

Signing another person’s name on a voter registration form can result in up to 15 months in prison.”

Two documents have been touted as proof of Obama being born in Hawaii. Neither prove anything. The COLB, Certification of Live Birth, put on the internet and never proven to be authentic or having come from the State of Hawaii, could be obtained in 1961 for someone born outside of Hawaii. The birth announcements are just that. Announcement of a birth. Not proof of birth in Hawaii or the date of birth. Common sense should rule this matter.

Sadly, Chris Matthews, defacto Propaganda Minister for Obama, and Bill O’Reilly, pompous know it all on Fox, have used these documents to fool the American public.

As I stated above, common sense should dictate that a birth announcement is not equivalent to a legitimate long form birth certificate that most of us have been required to present. For those such as O’Reilly, Matthews and others without common sense or with an agenda, here is an excellent analysis of the birth announcements.

“A new investigation of Obama’s birth announcements appearing in Hawaii’s two primary newspapers in August, 1961 shows, conclusively, they were the result of a registration record taken by the municipal health authority, not a medically verified “Live” birth documented as occurring at a Hawaiian hospital, per an officially defined “vital event” designated by the U.S. Department of Health, National Vital Statistics Division protocols.

In August, 1961, two announcements allegedly showing a “native” birth for Barack Obama were published in Hawaii’s two primary newspapers, the Sunday Advertiser and the Honolulu Star. For more than three years since Obama engaged his unvetted candidacy for the presidency, many of his supporters have mistakenly lauded these blurbish announcements as the “holy grail” of proof that he was born in the state of Hawaii.

However, a detailed investigation of the history and procedures used by Hawaii’s municipal health department, and its relationship with the newspapers, shows that not only was it a matter of official policy that Obama’s birth would have been announced in the paper regardless of where he was born, the information used to publish the announcements is not even confirmed through any eye-witness, medical authority or hospital representative in the state.

In 1961, the two newspapers shared the same address and facility which means they received only one copy of the same vital records information from the Department of Health. Therefore, the format and content of information used in “vital event” public announcements, including births, deaths, divorces and marriage applications, were published identically by both papers, including any mistakes, omissions, order or context. No investigation was carried out by the papers’ editors to determine if the information provided by the DOH was actually accurate or, in the case of birth announcements, if the address published and provided by the registrant had any association with the geographic location of the actual birth. More than 1200 birth announcements between 1960 and 1965 were shown to contain Hawaiian addresses for registrants of births outside of the state of Hawaii, including more than three hundred in which the child was born outside of the United States.”

“The Daily Pen’s, Dan Crosby, engaged a two month long research project on location in Hawaii, to, once and for all, close the door on questions about the facts and bring the long-due invalidation of the authority of these fallow Hawaiian birth announcements, in quaint, remote newspapers, to confirm Obama’s eligibility to be president.

Recall, for more than two years, major media personalities, such as Bill O’reilly, Chris Matthews and recently fired, Keith Olbermann have enjoyed a willful ignorance in support of Obama’s legitimacy while poking fun with these announcements essentially saying to their viewers that the very presence of these announcements means only one of two exclusive options: 1. They are a legitimate and accurate indication of Obama’s geographic birth in Hawaii, or 2. They are the result of some crazy 50-year-long conspiracy concocted by members of Obama’s family and newspaper editors at the time in order to enable Obama to use the announcements some time later as primary evidence that he was born in Hawaii in the event he might run for president some day.

In his investigation, Crosby found confirmed and easily accessible evidence that neither of these choices apply to Obama’s records. In fact, the explanation is far less sensational and simple that it reveals that Mr. Obama (Barry Soetoro) simply benefitted from a commonly used administrative practice in the state of Hawaii which was applied for literally thousands of births which were registered there, but which did not occur there. In doing so, Obama appears to have benefitted from a coincidental set of passive circumstances in which the choice to register his birth in Hawaii also allowed him to engage native U.S. citizenship status, not Natural Born status.

The announcements were a fringe benefit to his eligibility facade which merely occur as a consequence of the non-native birth registration process. However, the primary reason for his family registering his birth in Hawaii was to make sure he was eligible for something far less significant than the presidency.

His grandparents wanted to make sure Obama could receive state financial assistance and medical care as an infant of an unemployed, wayward teenage mother and a foreign dead-beat, alcoholic, bigamist.

“The birth announcements were printed from unconfirmed information provided to the Newspapers by the Department of Health who received the information from Obama’s grandparents, not a hospital,” says Crosby in a phone call from Oahu.

“This information was publish without the DOH or newspaper editors confirming the actual location of the birth in any hospital or location in Hawaii. I found thousands of birth registration records of children born outside of Hawaii who have their announcements published in these two newspapers.”

Crosby says this information can be determined by cross-referencing public records with birth announcements and associating the addresses with a residential directory and the natality data provided by Hawaii to the U.S. Department of Health’s U.S. Vital Records Report.

Recall that Hawaii Revised Statute 338-17.8 allows the state Health Department to register the foreign birth of any child as a native Hawaiian birth if the parents of that child can be proven to the satisfaction and criteria of the Director of the Department of Health only, they were residence of Hawaii within one year of the birth, regardless of the location of the birth. This law then mandates that the vital records registrar must register the birth with the vital records office in coordination with an official, original Hawaiian birth record. This law originated during Hawaii’s territorial era beginning with births in 1911 and was most recently revised in 1982 to allow the Health Department’s director to assume autonomous authority over the evaluation of applicants.”

Before I respond to the racist and Owellian rants of people like Leonard Pitts and Whoppi Goldberg, it is fitting that I reprint an article from December 1, 2009 on Citizen Wells.

This is a two part article. The first part deals with engineered and unintentinal brainwashing coming from the Orwellian Obama Camp. The second part is in response to an article produced by the London Mail Online, in the home of my ancestors. History does, indeed, repeat. I write this as a descendant of British citizens who left the tyranny of Europe, who as Americans saw through the BS of British tryanny. Now I am compelled, as my ancestors were, to sift through more BS coming from the British Isles. I quote their native son George Orwell in this endeavor.

Part 1: Obama Camp Orwellian mind control

George Orwell watched as the mind control schemes of Nazi Germany played out to insure the German people were compliant with their plans for world domination. Orwell used these techniques from Nazi Germany and other totalitarian regimes as a basis for “1984.” For example, from Joeseph Goebbels, the Nazi Propaganda Minister:

 “Not every item of news should be published: rather must
those who control news policies endeavor to make every item
of news serve a certain purpose.”

Next, from “1984.”

“The past, he reflected, had not merely been altered, it had
actually been destroyed. For how could you establish, even
the most obvious fact when there existed no record outside
your own memory?”

After watching the Obama camp early in 2008 control the Mainstream Media and attack people speaking out against Obama, including an orchestrated attack on this blog, it became apparent that we had entered the age of Big Brother written about by George Orwell. Many articles have been presented on this blog comparing the Obama camp and administration to the totalitarian regime of “1984.”

For the purpose of this article, I will concentrate on the eligibility issues surrounding Barack Obama. This one issue exemplifies how the Obama camp has expended enormous resources to shape public thought and masterfully divert attention away from the critical issue of Obama being a usurper, in direct conflict with the US Constitution.

One thing is crystal clear. The Obama camp has controlled the Mainstream Media from the beginning. There are many reason for this. It is a fact. This has been the principle means they have used to not cover important issues and to select the buzzwords and slogans to be used. Birther, fringe and other words have been selected to discredit and demean those speaking out against Obama. Also, another technique straight out of Nazi Germany and “1984″ was employed. In Nazi Germany, the focus of hate was the Jews. In “1984″ the “two minute hates” were directed at Goldstein (correction), the supposed antagonist of Big Brother and the nation.

So we have the Obama camp continually broadcasting that anyone challenging Obama’s eligibility is a fringe birther, right wing extremist and as many of the so called elitists would portray as a sub human low intellect. That Orly Taitz is the leader of the birthers and that all court cases challenging Obama’s eligibility have been thrown out as having no merits. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Most people questioning Obama’s eligibility are normal, hard working Americans who follow the US Constitution as their legal compass. They are people like me who are well educated, well read and non racially motivated. They are current or retired military and some high ranking officers. There are a few in the MSM, such as Lou Dobbs who asked the common sense question of why doesn’t Obama simply provide a legitimate birth certificate.

Now for the questions that transcends all of the psycho babble and mind control. I have placed it as number 1 on the Internet Billboard because it is so simple and self evident.

“1. Barack Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to prevent revealing his country of birth. Innocent and eligible persons seeking the office of president do not do that.”

The answer is obvious.

Part 2: What motivated the Mail Online to create or repeat lies?

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”…Joseph Goebbels

First of all, I want to thank the British press for covering aspects of Barack Obama untouched by the American MSM. I am certain it did not harm your readership.

Next, what was your motivation for covering an important story about Obama’s eligibility issues and including so much misinformation and lies? Perhaps you are proving my point with the quotes from Orwell and Goebbels serving as a spotlight.

  • Is this the result of pressure or remuneration from the Obama Camp ot those controlling the puppet strings?
  • Are you repeating the lie that has become the “truth”?
  • Or is this simply crass commercialism?
  • Or possibly all three above?

I will next respond to selected exerpts from your article, “Did Barack Obama lie about his birth to become President?”.

“To most Americans, of course, the very idea that anyone could cheat their way into the world’s most powerful post by rewriting their personal history sounds preposterous.

They dismiss the Birthers as a bunch of crackpot conspiracy theorists and closet racists who still cannot accept a black leader, even though Obama won the election by some 10 million votes.
Yet the number of people who believe this apparently outlandish theory is extraordinarily high, particularly in the southern states, where old racial divisions endure.

According to one recent opinion poll, an astonishing 53 per cent of southerners are either convinced their President really is a covert foreigner, or at least feel unsure about the matter. In more integrated parts of the country, the doubters remain a small minority.”

Citizen Wells response:

Life is full of ironies. I write this, a child of the British Isles, as I suppose you are. My English ancestors left the tyranny of Europe and settled in NC. They embraced their new found freedoms and easily saw through the BS being imposed on them by the British Government. My ancestor, John Wells, was a signer of the Tryon Resolves.

“The unprecedented, barbarous and bloody actions committed by British troops on our American brethren near Boston, on 19th April and 20th of May last, together with the hostile operations and treacherous designs now carrying on, by the tools of ministerial vengeance, for the subjugation of all British America, suggest to us the painful necessity of having recourse to arms in defense of our National freedom and constitutional rights, against all invasions; and at the same time do solemnly engage to take up arms and risk our lives and our fortunes in maintaining the freedom of our country whenever the wisdom and counsel of the Continental Congress or our Provincial Convention shall declare it necessary;”

Here is my point. We have some large cities in the south. However, passed from generation to generation, we have retained the inclination and ability to see throgh modern day BS and tyranny. Those of you in Great Britain have had 250 years to learn this. Is this clear? Except for a small percentage of the population, this is not about skin color. It is about Tyranny. Clear?

“After reading about the Birthers, he met the fringe group’s self-anointed leader, Orly Taitz, 47, a one-woman phenomenon who emigrated to America from the former Soviet Union (via Israel), speaks five languages, and is a qualified dentist with two practices, as well as being an attorney.”

Here we go again, “fringe group.” Orly Taitz is one of many attorneys involved in lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility and she is not the leader. This is a grassroots, US Consitutional issue.

 ”Like every other such case, it was summarily dismissed on procedural grounds even before the evidence could be heard. However absurd such cases may be, Mr Sankey, who works for the group voluntarily and estimates having spent £40,000 of his own money following leads, is at pains to present himself as a level-headed former British bobby, motivated only by a determination to find the truth.”

Citizen Wells response:

Every case has not been dismissed.  “However absurd such cases may be,” leads one to believe that this article was influenced by the Obama camp.

“It is a sad irony, though, that so many Americans feel sufficiently dissatisfied by their first black President that they would rather put their trust in a British detective and his curious conspiracy theories.”

On at least two occasions prior to age eighteen I was required to present an official, stamped, long form birth certificate obtained from the county of my birth in NC. Imagine someone on the Fox Network, which purports to be fair and balanced, someone who claims to do research and ask probing questions, using a birth announcement as proof of birth in a specific location on a specific date. Not just proof of birth for someone playing little league but someone who ran for and now occupies the White House. Well folks, we have such a person in Bill O’Reilly and he admitted it during the Donald Trump interview on Fox on March 30, 2011. Are you feeling really good about Fox?

Let’s pause for a moment and analyze what a birth announcement is…………….

It’s a birth announcement, not a birth certificate!

If you are new to this or have been fooled by people like O’Reilly on TV, remember this important fact. We have no legitimate documentation of the location or date of Obama’s birth. The date of August 4 could easily have been supplied by Obama’s parent or grandparent.

O’Reilly and Fox have not been fair and balanced and have not fully covered the tough issues surrounding Obama such as eligibility and deeper ties to Chicago corruption.

In July 2009 Bill O’Reilly had the following to say about Lou Dobbs and the Obama birth certificate controversy.

“Impact segment tonight all has to do with the call for CNN commentator Lou Dobbs to be fired. It has to do with Mr. Dobbs allowing conversation on his program that alleges President Obama is not a U.S. citizen. Now this theory has been around for a while. The Factor investigated and found this theory bogus but Mr. Dobbs is still engaged…Again we found that President Obama was born in Hawaii. We were sent the documents, what do you got to do. I don’t know why it’s still around that was more than a year ago.”

Millions of viewers trusted Fox and Bill O’Reilly in 2008. When O’Reilly said that he investigated Obama’s birth and birth certificate, they believed him. I have been an outspoken critic of Glenn Beck for insulting millions of Americans for questioning Obama’s birth certificate and his eligibility for the presidency. Will Glenn Beck be drawn to the “Dark Side”, as exemplified by this article from Media Matters?

““The fact is they asked John McCain for his birth certificate,” Trump told “Fox & Friends” yesterday. “They’ve asked others for their birth certificate. They asked Bush for his birth certificate, by the way, I just found out over the weekend. And they would ask me for my birth certificate.”

It seems even after yesterday “they” are still asking.

It’s interesting that Trump continues to bring this issue up.  The Left loves to paint so-called “birthers” as crazy right-wing wackos.  But as a household name, Trump obviously has a public bully pulpit similar to figures like Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin who try and avoid the issue.

Does it suggest Trump will make a run for the White House?  Not necessarily, but the man’s logic is hard to argue with… unless you‘re like Goldberg and quickly dismiss the enforcement of the Constitution’s residency requirement as “BS” aimed at attacking America’s first black president.”

“After failing to release his actual birth certificate yesterday — but saying he did — Donald Trump took a second stab at it today. And it appears he got it right.

This time Trump’s camp sent an “official” birth certificate to ABC News in an attempt to correct his previous error. This is what it the new one looks like:”
“That’s a lot different than a hospital certificate of live birth, and Trump’s camp acknowledged as much in a memo to ABC:

“A ‘birth certificate’ and a ‘certificate of live birth’ are in no way the same thing, even though in some cases they use some of the same words,” wrote Trump staffer Thuy Colayco in a message to ABC News. “One officially confirms and records a newborn child’s identity and details of his or her birth, while the other only confirms that someone reported the birth of a child. It’s worth noting that the memo could come across as suggestive — insinuating that maybe what Obama has been using is the certificate of live birth instead of an actual birth certificate. Key word, “could.”

That begs the question: was this part of Trump’s plan all along?”

  • We do not know which hospital Obama was born in.
  • There is no evidence that the document placed on the internet was produced by the state of Hawaii or that it is genuine.
  • A COLB from Hawaii can be obtained even if the birth occurred elsewhere.

“Donald Trump learned the hard way this week that if you’re going to call on the president to release his official birth certificate, you’d better do the same.

Trump, who has been putting pressure on Obama lately to make public his long-form birth certificate from Hawaii, decided to set a good example and release his own on Monday. Only problem was, the document that Trump provided to the conservative Website Newsmax wasn’t his actual birth certificate, but rather a  “hospital certificate of birth.”

On Tuesday, Trump, who is contemplating a presidential run in 2012, sought to correct the oversight, providing a copy of his official birth certificate issued by the New York City Department of Health to ABC News.

It shows that “Donald John Trump” was born June 14, 1946 in Jamaica Hospital in Queens.It lists his father as Fred C. Trump and his mother as Mary Mac Leod. The date of the report is listed as June 14, 1946.

The image came with an accompanying memo from a member of Trump’s staff.

I suppose I should congratulate Michael Falcone for getting the title of the document posted on the internet for Obama as a Certification of Live birth.

The audacity of ends justifying means goes on. Obama has been given a free pass until now and Donald Trump presents a real document that provides information about his birth and the biased media pounces on it as insufficient and lauds the COLB as gospel. This was probably Trump’s intention.

Note the following Orwellian spin from the article:

Certification of Live Birth, State of Hawaii format, posted on the internet, allegedly for Obama, 101.

  • Per Hawaii law, a person born outside of HI can obtain a COLB.
  • There is no proof that the internet COLB was obtained by Obama.
  • The internet COLB has never been authenticated as coming from Hawaii.
  • A COLB from Hawaii may be legal for some transactions where citizenship must be proved, but not to insure natural born citizenship status for the presidency.
  • A long form birth certificate, such as John McCain produced, is required for most evidence for such everyday activities as playing Little Leage Baseball.

Video: Donald Trump is still refusing to back down on Obama’s eligibility. Some in the media just don’t get it and most of the other scumbags in the media are in the tank for Obama, including most at Fox News. The Trump segment from Monday’s “On the Record” show embedded below.

On a side note: the leftists in the media are going nuts over the birth certificate that Trump released to Newsmax. Politico ran a hit piece attacking Trump for releasing a hospital-generated Certificate of Birth because it is not a state certified birth certificate. Politico even had the nerve to mention that Trump’s mother was born in Scotland, as if that matters. Those that researched the issue know that it doesn’t matter where the parents were born. What matters is the citizen status of the parents at the time of the birth of the child, on American soil, not where the parents were born. Talk about hypocrisy!?

It seems like Trump might have the ability to bring an action for a Declaratory Judgment and bring more clarity to this issue. I would hope that he could bring it before a Judge who actually takes his/her oath seriously. If the Judge rules that Trump is eligible to run since his mother was naturalized before his birth, the dam would burst with new lawsuits. As Charlie Sheen says, “Winning!”

I think he would need to bring suit against Secretary of State/Supervisor of Elections. Especially, if any of the new Presidential Eligibility legislation passes that state requirement of being a Natural Born Citizen as opposed to an ordinary citizen, meeting the case or controversy requirement.

“Billionaire developer and possible Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump is now suggesting Barack Obama’s presidency could be “illegal” if legitimate proof is not provided demonstrating the commander in chief is indeed a “natural born citizen” of the U.S.

Trump’s use of the “I” word came last night during a phone interview with Greta Van Susteren of the Fox News Channel.
“To be honest with you, I want him to have a birth certificate,” Trump said, “because [otherwise] that would mean that his presidency was, I guess you’d have to say, illegal. You have to be born in the United States. I hope that he was born in the United States. I hope – but I want to get ride of the word hope, I want to know for sure – I hope that he was born in the United States and I hope this doesn’t become a big issue.”

He also called into question Hawaii’s Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie for suggesting he remembered when Obama was born nearly a half century ago.

“I’ll bet he didn’t even know the parents 50 years ago,” Trump said. “I think it’s absolutely insane. What he’s doing is taking a bullet for the party by making a statement that, ‘I remember.'”

Trump also wondered why no doctors or nurses have come forward to announce their presence at Obama’s birth.

“Here’s the president of the United States, and no doctor, no nurse, nobody’s come forward saying, ‘I delivered that beautiful baby.'””
