Anti Semitism

Meet the Press, May 4, 2008, Obama, Tim Russert, Obama forum, MSM, outrage, we want the truth about Obama

First of all, sadly, I was not surprised. Obama was given a forum to distance himself further from Jeremiah Wright and to do multiple soliloquys to talk about change and race relations without answering a question of substance.

The toughest questions, about Wright, had already been addressed. This just gave Obama a forum to present polished diversionary responses.

Obama was asked about the temporary gas tax removal proposed by Clinton and McCain. The real question that any 6th grader could come up with is:

Mr. Obama, what action of any substance during your time in the senate or otherwise have you undertaken regarding solving the energy crisis?

Mr. Obama, Jeremiah Wright, is certainly controversial, but what about your strong ties to Lawrence Lessig and his repeated playing of the gay Jesus video at seminars?

Mr. Obama, what about the allegations made about you by Larry Sinclair regarding cocaine use and connections to Donald Young and his murder?

Mr. Obama, wasn’t your Illinois Senate campaign kicked off in the home of underground bomber Willaim Ayers?

Mr. Obama, what about your ties to Rezko and revelations coming out in his trial about crime and corruption in Chicago and Illinois?

Mr. Obama, what about charges of money laundering and undue influence regarding your $ 8,000 per month legal retainer from Robert Blackwell and Blackwell’s ties to Rezko  and the Governor of Illinois, whose name comes up repeatedly in the Rezko trial?

The questions go on and on. The American public deserves answers to these questions. It is apparent, NBC, Meet the Press and the MSM have failed at their job of news reporting and will suffer the fate of the dinosaurs.

Zogby, Obama, Zogby poll, James, John, and Joseph, Arab American Institute, Israel, Obama good friend, Zogby International, polls rigged?

I was allerted to this controversy by a fellow blogger from the creeping sharia blog. Many people have been questioning poll results lately with one poll showing a lead for Clinton and another for Obama, with a wide variance. There may be a reason the Zogby poll numbers are skewed. Obama is friends with the Zogby’s. Here are some interesting exerpts from the blog, but I strongly urge you to read the blog and decide for yourself.

“Introducing the Zogby family – James, John, and Joseph.”

“James (Jim) Zogby is founder of the Arab American Institute and also writes for Huffington Post.”

“Before founding the Arab American Institute, Zogby created the Palestine Human Rights Commission as the propaganda arm of the Palestine Liberation Organization, a terrorist group responsible for murdering thousands, including 11 Israeli athletes, at the 1972 Munich Olympics.

The PLO was created in 1964 with the goal of “destroying the Jewish presence in Palestine.”

Like CAIR, Zogby’s Arab American Institute bills itself as an Arab American civil rights organization that spends a great deal of its time squelching criticism of Arab and Islamic terrorism, and inhibiting our government’s efforts to prevent another attack like Sept. 11, 2001.”

“Zogby’s rationalization of Hamas and Hizbollah should also raise eyebrows.”

“…In the mid-1990s, Zogby stated that it was important to view Hamas terrorism against Israelis as an understandable part of “a cycle” of violence. He stressed the importance of trying “to understand why the [Hamas] perpetrators acted as they did or why there are people whose anger and despair bring them to support this or that crime.” Also in that decade, Zogby extolled the Hezbollah terrorists in southern Lebanon, referring to them as “the Lebanese armed resistance”…source

“Zogby’s Arab American Institute election web page (screen shot included in case it disappears) includes the transcript of a 2007 address to AAI by Barack Obama, who begins by stating:

“Hello, everyone. Let me begin by congratulating your president and my good friend, Jim Zogby, for his work in putting together this conference. It’s an honor to have his support.””

“James Zogby is the brother of John Zogby, President and Chief Executive Officer of Zogby International. Brother Jim is also a senior analyst for the company widely recognized for its Zogby Polls. Did you catch that? The founder of pro-Palestinian organizations is a senior analyst at a leading polling organization in the U.S. Could any of James anti-American, pro-Arab bias be reflected in his poll results?”

“The My DD blog asks: Is there a Zogby-Obama connection?

I wouldn’t be so shocked about the newly released Zogby poll finding Hillary Clinton behind John McCain by 10 points, if James Zogby (brother of Zogby’s CEO John Zogby, and senior analyst of said company) had not become a pro-Obama op-ed columnist for a day in the pro-Obama Huffington Post, and called for Hillary Clinton to drop out of the race.

Do you see a connection here?

Similarly weird is the fact that an AP-Ipsos had been dominating the headlines today with poll with a totally opposite outcome: Hillary up by 9%.

Am I the only one who thinks the timing of this poll is very strange, as if it had come as a damage-control response to the AP poll, carrying the message, “not so fast, Clinton is not the most electable candidate after all!

How ethical is it for a senior analyst in a poll to ask for a race to be over?”

Donald Young murder, Obama, Wright, Larry Sinclair, Obama and Wright feud

Everyone has been wondering why Jeremiah Wright and Obama have been attacking each other recently. I have been giving this a lot of thought. I certainly believe it is some sort of diversion. Obama is a master of diversions.

I have been reading the comments here, on my blog and elsewhere.
I have also been giving this a lot of thought.
Here is my thought process:
1. Donald Young may have been murdered by a professional hitman.
2. If this is the case, someone will have to talk to progress the case.
3. Let’s suppose Obama and Wright are aware of the murder details.
4. Neither of them will talk for fear of being an accessory.
5. The more Obama progresses, the more scrutiny will occur and the
more we will find out about his and Wright’s past.
6. Is the Obama and Wright controversy a plot to allow him to bow
out as the victim, save face and promote a smoother transition
to supporting Hillary?

I have heard similar thoughts from some of you. My thinking
yesterday was that it was a plot to salvage NC. Now I am more
inclined to believe the victim aspect.
What do you all think?

Jeremiah Wright, Sons of Italy, letter, Wright’s comments about Italians,Jesus crucifixion, public lynching Italian style

Jeremiah Wright made derogatory statements about Italians before his hate filled, racist sermons became widely known. The Italian insults were made in 2007. Obviously, Italian Americans were outraged by Wright’s comments. Apparently the Sons of Italy responded with a letter. Below is allegedly the letter from the Sons of Italy. I have no confirmation of the contents. If you have any confirming or denial information, please provide it.

“We write on behalf of the 103 year old Order Sons of Italy in America (OSIA) and our 550,000 family members throughout the nation, and our anti-defamation arm, the Commission for Social Justice (CSJ), to strongly and unequivocally reject and condemn recently reported remarks made by the Rev. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. According to MSNBC and other published and internet sources, Rev. Wright in 2007 stated: “[Jesus’] enemies had their opinion about Him . . . . The Italians for the most part looked down their garlic noses at the Galileans.” He then called Jesus’ crucifixion “a public lynching Italian style” executed in “Apartheid Rome”.

OSIA and the CSJ have sterling records of championing social justice and fair treatment for all people regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality or religion, and of combating, wherever and whenever necessary discrimination, defamation and stereotyping. We have worked closely, collaboratively and effectively for such causes with numerous and various social , religious and cultural groups throughout our long history. The civically responsible, philanthropic and patriotic works of the Sons of Italy have been publicly attested to by every US president since Woodrow Wilson.

Indeed, it is this unchallenged record of advocacy of social justice for all people that has delayed our response to Rev. Wright’s unfortunate remarks, as we seek to lend reason and clarity to a deeply troubling historical reality. Rev. Wright’s remarks cannot merely be attributed to “anger”, but must be viewed against the backdrop of many years of what historian Richard Gambino called a “monstrous tradition in America” and an “injustice which remains hidden” directed at Italians.

While America of the late 19th century witnessed widespread racist, ethnic and anti-Catholic hatred, few immigrant groups suffered more than Italians: in 1891, in New Orleans, ten Italian prisoners found not guilty by a jury were executed by a mob in the largest lynching in American history. That same year, several Italians were lynched in West Virginia. In March 1894, several hundred Italians were driven out of Altoona, Pennsylvania, by an armed mob. In 1895, six Italian labor organizers were lynched in Colorado, six more in Hahnville, Louisiana, as were five Italian shopkeepers four years later in Tallulah, La. Fatal mob attacks against Italians were recorded in 1901, in Mississippi, 1906 in West Virginia, and 1910 in Tampa, Fl. In addition to the highly prejudicial and legally tainted Sacco and Vanzetti case of the 1920s, historian John Higham wrote that “No pogrom has ever stained American soil, nor did any single anti-Jewish incident in the 1920’s match the violence of the [vigilante mob-led] anti-Italian riot ” in West Frankfort, Illinois.

Words are important and have meaning, clear and subliminal. Shock jock Don Imus, whose very staple and basis for earning many millions of dollars, is the use of provocative, abrasive, demeaning and edge language, was fired and universally excoriated for the use of three extremely offensive and inappropriate words. A skilled communicator, Rev. Wright’s deliberate choice of words having explicitly 20th century meaning (”lynching Italian style”, “Apartheid”, even “Italians”; there were Romans at the time, Italy didn’t exist) to describe first century AD events speak to an intention far beyond the expression of mere “anger”, or the citing of putative historical truths. We decry those intentions and sentiments as, we are confident, do all decent and fair-minded individuals. Rev. Wright, while perhaps retired, nevertheless owes all Italian Americans a sincere apology. We live in a profoundly complex, multifaceted, diverse society, which defies simplistic questions, answers and reasons. We must transcend personal injustices and seek a deeper understanding and appreciation that each of us, separately and as a group, often are and feel offended. No one has a monopoly on being discriminated against, defamed or stereotyped.

OSIA’s and the CSJ’s purpose here is not political. We desire no involvement in the current presidential campaign, nor do we wish to become embroiled in a political maelstrom. Still, one of the three candidates will, in all probability, become the next leader of the free world and the next president, thus representing all of the US’s 300 million-plus citizens, 26 million of whom are of Italian heritage. We believe that Senators Clinton, McCain and Obama must unequivocally condemn the words and sentiments voiced by Rev. Wright, and clearly disavow his actions.”

Barack Obama speech, Obama interview, Greensboro NC, March 26 2008, tear each other down, past divisions, hypocrisy

Barack Obama gave a speech in Greensboro NC on March 26, 2008. Obama also was interviewed. In Obama’s speech, he talks of change and instead of tearing each other down, lifting the country up. He also spoke of past divisions and coming together as blacks and whites. Obama also spoke of politics without PR or spin and for more honesty and truthfulness.

Once again, Obama is guilty of what he is preaching against, spin, dishonesty, etc. Obama has not been honest about his longtime association with pastor Jeremiah Wright and criminal elements. Obama was hypocritical when he lambasted Don Imus on April 11 2007, yet denounced the comments of Jeremiah Wright only when it was politically expedient. Here is one of the comments Obama made on April 11, 2007:

“And the notion that somehow it’s cute or amusing, or a useful diversion, I think, is something that all of us have to recognize is just not the case. We all have First Amendment rights. And I am a constitutional lawyer and strongly believe in free speech, but as a culture, we really have to do some soul-searching to think about what kind of toxic information are we feeding our kids,”

There are 2 main points about Obama’a quote in April 11, 2007. One is that what Imus said was very tame compared to what pastor Wright said. The other is that Obama said it about a year ago. What a hypocrite! Why was he not speaking out about Wright and Farrakhan then. They were certainly affecting his and other children.

In Greensboro, Obama was asked about Jeremiah Wright and racism. Obama said he does not encounter many people he would consider racist. Obama said the conversation about race in the United States needs to move beyond “this polarized back-and-forth about who is doing what to whom.”

Barack Obama, The View, ABC, April 11 2007, MSM, main stream media, Imus fired comment, hypocrisy

On March 27, 2008 I posted an article about Barack Obama’s response on April 11, 2007 to the Don Imus comment, “nappy headed hos.” Obama called for Imus to be fired and made the following comment:
“And the notion that somehow it’s cute or amusing, or a useful diversion, I think, is something that all of us have to recognize is just not the case. We all have First Amendment rights. And I am a constitutional lawyer and strongly believe in free speech, but as a culture, we really have to do some soul-searching to think about what kind of toxic information are we feeding our kids,”

This reaction by Obama came almost a year before he was forced by political circumstances to denounce the racist, hate filled comments by Jeremiah Wright, Obama’s long time minister and mentor. I was surprised to find out that The View on ABC on March 28, 2008 had Obama on the show and actually asked him about his comments regarding Don Imus in 2007 and his lack of response to Jeremiah Wright then. That is the good news. The bad news always seems to be the same. Obama did not answer the question. He went on a long soliloquy and spoke in generalties. Obama was never pressed to answer the question. I was pleased that the questions were posed, but it came across as a setup to make it appear he had addressed the issues. Here is a video of the segment where Obama was asked the questions:

http://abstractionreaction.com/2008/03/30/obama-confirms-rumored-affair-with-sherri-shepherd/

One of the Jeremiah Wright quotes referred to on the show is the following:

“The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people,” he said in a 2003 sermon. “God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.”

Obama responded:

“I never heard him say some of the things that have people upset,”

“I’m not vetting my pastor,”  “I didn’t have a research team during the course of 20 years to go pull every sermon he’s given and see if there’s something offensive that he’s said.”

April 11, 2007, Barack Obama, First Amendment rights, constitutional lawyer, toxic information, feeding our kids, useful diversion, Don Imus, Jeremiah Wright, Louis Farrakhan

The main stream media appears to be giving Barack Obama a free ride. After Obama has apparently lied about not knowing about the hate sermons of pastor Jeremiah Wright and after his 20 year association with pastor Wright in the same church attended by Louis Farrakhan, Barack Obama had the audacity to make the following statement about Don Imus on April 11, 2007:
“And the notion that somehow it’s cute or amusing, or a useful diversion, I think, is something that all of us have to recognize is just not the case. We all have First Amendment rights. And I am a constitutional lawyer and strongly believe in free speech, but as a culture, we really have to do some soul-searching to think about what kind of toxic information are we feeding our kids,”

Think of what his children and others were subjected to in his church and community. To read the rest of the hypocritical comments from Barack Obama, read my earlier post on the subject.

Barack Obama, human race, Americans, Nazi Germany, why I research, love the sinner, hate the sin

I knew little of Barack Obama a few months ago. As the 2008 primaries progressed and Obama increasingly became a presidential candidate choice, I began to hear more about his past and his past became a very important concern.

I am a member of the human race and an American citizen. When I research Obama’s past, I do it not as a so called white person (there are no white and black people), but as a concerned American citizen. Anyone running for president must be carefully scrutinized. All the history and facts regarding a presidential candidate need to be evaluated in terms of what is good for the country and all citizens.

Fellow citizens, let’s stick with the facts. When most people delve into the past of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton and John McCain, they are doing so because they care. Challenging statements made by Obama or his past associations does not make one racist. No one should vote for someone because they are “black” or because they are “white”.

I have listened to statements made by pastor Jeremiah Wright and by pastor James Manning. Jeremiah Wright is wrong when he spews racist, anti semitic hate filled messages. James Manning is wrong when he uses derogatory terms for Obama. When criticizing a candidate, we should stick with the facts and not hate the person but just their sins. What any other pastor or person has said or done is irrelevant to what has been said by these two pastors. Each person is accountable for their own actions. We need more accountability in this country.

The 2008 presidential election is too important to trivialize. We should all try to pick the best person irrespective of race and gender. Character does matter. Whom one has associated with in the past matters. We are all products of our environments. All of the candidates are accountable for their own individual actions and associations.

The more I have examined Barack Obama the more concerned I am. Many red flags have been raised that have prompted me to do many hours of research. When I have posted, I have indicated facts as facts and allegations as allegations. When I first heard the Larry Sinclair allegations I was skeptical. I began researching and found out that Obama was not present on November 4, 1999 in the Illinois Senate. This was the first session after the summer break and Obama had his name on two bills mentioned. Larry Sinclair gave a range of November 3 – 8 for his alleged encounter with Obama. If Barack Obama has proof of his whereabouts during this time, I would love to see it and will post it. This still concerns me. There are many more facts and allegations about Obama that concern me. I hope that the allegations are wrong.

I soon will post the information I have collected about Barack Obama. I just wanted to say where I am coming from. I am a student of history and am fairly well read. Much of what I am witnessing about Barack Obama reminds me of the period between World War I and World War II in Germany. People were ready for change. Unlike here, conditions were really bad. Adolf Hitler began speaking about his vision for Germany. He also spewed racist, hate messages and blamed the jews for all of their ills. Obama speaks of change and many of those around him spew the racist, hate filled messages. This is too much deja vu for me.

I wrote this at 3:30 AM EST. I awoke and had to say this. God bless us all and this country.

Barack Obama, First Amendment Rights, free speech, ABC News, April 11 2007, toxic information, feeding our kids, Jeremiah Wright

This quote by Barack Obama is worth highlighting. Obama made this statement in response to Don Imus making the remark, “nappy headed hos.” Obama’s response to Don Imus was reported by ABC News on April 11, 2007. Read Obama’s statement carefully. Compare what Don Imus said one time to the hate filled, anti semitic statements made by Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farrakhan over many years.

Obama Breaking News, smoking gun, Obama hypocrite, Obama lies, Jeremiah Wright and Don Imus

Another smoking gun concerning Barack Obama and his lies and hypocrisy. How did I miss this one. It is documented by ABC news by Jake Tapper April 11, 2007. We know that Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s pastor and mentor for 20 years is a racist, anti semite and fomentor of inflammatory hate filled messages. Obama chose to associate with Jeremiah Wright for 20 years. Obama chose to attend the same church as Louis Farrakhan, an even more racist,  and anti semite. Compare the “nappy headed ho” comment of Don Imus that got him fired last year. Now, Don Imus was certainly wrong to say what he said. But compare that to what Jeremiah Wright and Louis Farrakhan have consistently said over many years. Read the following quotes from Barack Obama as recorded by ABC news April 11, 2007:

“I understand MSNBC has suspended Mr. Imus, but I would also say that there’s nobody on my staff who would still be working for me if they made a comment like that about anybody of any ethnic group. And I would hope that NBC ends up having that same attitude.”

“He didn’t just cross the line. He fed into some of the worst stereotypes that my two young daughters are having to deal with today in America. The notions that as young African-American women — who I hope will be athletes — that that somehow makes them less beautiful or less important. It was a degrading comment. It’s one that I’m not interested in supporting.”

“What we’ve been seeing around this country is this constant ratcheting up of a coarsening of the culture that all of have to think about,”

“Insults, humor that degrades women, humor that is based in racism and racial stereotypes isn’t fun,”

The last paragraph says it all. Still think that Barack Obama is not a hypocrite? Still think that Barack Obama is not a liar? Still think that Jeremiah Wright is not a problem?
