I was going through some old paperwork recently and reexamined a 2008 FOIA request I made to the FEC regarding any information they had about the Philip J Berg lawsuit which had just included them as a defendant. With the clarity of 20 20 hindsight, several items of interest are presented.
The Citizen Wells blog was definitely in the mix questioning many aspects of Obama’s past in 2008. This blog was one of the first entities anywhere to announce the Berg lawsuit due to the efforts of faithful followers. Here are the actual heads up that we received.

On August 21, 2008, the following was reported at Citizen Wells.
“We were given a heads up earlier that a complaint was being filed in US District Court, Eastern District of PA. The complaint is a follows: ”for an emergency temporary restraining order prohibiting Obama from running for president, and enjoining the DNC from nominating Obama as the Democratic presidential candidate.””

“You ask the Commission to consider issues arising in an email circulating on the internet. The email, which is attached to your letter, asserts that a candidate for President is not eligible to be President because the candidate may not be a U.S. natural-born citizen. You ask how the legal requirements for obtaining and maintaining U.S. citizenship would apply to the assertions made in the email.”
“The Act authorizes the Commission to issue an advisory opinion in response to a complete written request from any person about a specific transaction or activity that the requesting person plans to undertake or is presently undertaking.”
Observations.
The letter is dated 3 days before the Berg lawsuit.
The wording above indicates to me that the person who sent the email and the person who wrote the letter are likely involved in the election process as election officials or are involved in a political party.
The following comments are particularly interesting.
“Interesting! Now what? Who dropped the ball or are we all being duped?”
“Should everyone wait til later to see if this hits the fan?”
The FEC response states “your inquiry does not qualify as an advisory opinion request.”
However, the FEC website states:
“Election Administration

Chris Christie is a Muslim Supporter. He is WEAK on Immigration. He Supports the 9/11 Victory Mosque and Elected a Hamas Supporting Muslim Judge into the New Jersey Supreme Court. If you Want Shariah Law in America, Vote for Chris Christie.
Pastor Manning is a wonderful advocate for our side. He has guts brains, is an excellent orator and consistently displays his love for our country. That being said, the fact that he is all of those things and more does not make him Presidential or Vice Presidential material.

Re Blago et al and the Chicago business as usual mess—I think it’s a dead horse and will never bring Obama down. There are all kinds of links to Blago, corruption, crimes of all sorts, etc. and Obama, but he’s still the Pres. in spite of that and nobody is confronting him about any of his illegal pursiuits are they. We have no courageous people with any clout who are willing to enforce laws that he’s already broken in plain sight of the American people (let alone what is hidden)—re Obamacare is non-Constitutional and the Gulf drilling moratorium. Who’s going to get him re Chicago thug politics? Rahm? SCOTUS? Congress? Highly doubtful.

Ever since Electors elected Barack Obama President of the United States, many of those of you who are convinced he is Constitutionally ineligible for the job, unable to forestall his inauguration, alternatively determined to elect new public officials and enact new laws intending to forestall his election in 2012. I have rejected this response as taking a sort of ‘revolving door’ approach. That is, as I have reasoned many times, if we are impotent to get our current elected officials to enforce existing ballot eligibility laws then, we will not achieve a different outcome by electing new officials or writing new laws.

Some months back he embraced the radical form of “truther-ism”. No, not the one that says all the information is not known and that the situation is far more complex than the official story. But the one that says it was an inside job of Neocons and Mossad.

Helga. I didn’t speak ill of Dr. Manning. I said he wasn’t Presidential material, but then again neither am I. It seems as though people here will throw their support any Tom. Dick or Harry that says the right thing at the right time. Then they throw them out with the bath water. I know its asking a lot to get some deep thinking around here.
I have really admired Chris Christie in the way he has been handling New Jersey. He says it like it is, no BS or PC. However, I really don’t know his politics. He is emerging onto the national stage and getting a lot of media attention. Listening to Mark Levin, who I deeply respect, he doesn’t really like Christie. According to Mark, Christie is for gun control, amnesty (or some illegal citizen support..I can’t remember for sure), and he would not sign on to the Florida (along with all the other states) lawsuit against Obamacare, just to name a few.
Mr. Levin stated that he could not vote for Christie in a primary. I am going to do my own research. I would however suggest, that some military or foreign national experience would be crucial for the candidate, whoever you support.

If any ball was dropped it was INTENTIONALLY dropped. This info gives me cause to return to the Official formal complaint which was filed by the two young Chicago attorney’s DIRECT to the FEC regarding what was going on with Soetoro’s SMALL CONTRIBUTIONS FUND,and in addition the TWO PAKISTANIS who were managing it. The two attorneys had INCONTROVERTIBLE EVIDENCE of the ILLEGAL money which was being entered into the fund in small parcels, and having names assigned to it that were taken from Chicago TELEPHONE books. The action that was filed was NEVER even ACKNOWLEDGED, yet THE CLERK SIGNED FOR the reception of it. So it would seem that whoever was the next stop chose to DELIBERATELY DISREGARD the action or perhaps even destroyed all of the paperwork. My guess is the latter. Further it would seem that the attorneys would have immediately acted to determine why the complaint had not been responded to. Insteade they dissappeared form the scene and as far as I know never acted to even refile the action. They probably very quietly received some pretty nasty threats and decided to let it lay. Maybe even threats that parallel what happened to Harris. The attorneys had him COLD.

Reports today describe a massive, murderous army gathering outside Tripoli. Remember that Qaddafi has for decades trained and equipped the most rotten of the African military regimes. I just cannot let the above whiz by without a strong rebuttal and rebuke. Whoever wrote that about the noted David Horowitz is an enemy to true conservative causes and doesn’t know the real Horowitz. First of all, he admits he was a “red-diaper baby” but LEFT the marxist movement a few decades back and is an outspoken, severe critic of Obama and his policies.
Secondly, I regard David Horowitz’ understanding and communication of true conservative values – small, decentralized government, strong national defense, and repudiation of progressive/communist thought – to be the most intellectual and articulate. He knows whereof he speaks because he was converted FROM marxism after he realized that it has been and always will be a failed system. He has constantly exposed the radical left and its agenda. He has debated his conservative beliefs before student audiences from the most liberal of colleges and universities at the risk of his own life. To demean him in this fashion is utter rot.

As we approach the new year with conservatism again ascendant in the political sphere, this story of Jesus’ uncompromising libertarianism seems even more timely than stories of his birth, despite the approach of his celebrated birthday. Nowhere does Jesus admonish “social conservatives” more harshly.
There is an important distinction here. By “social conservative,” I do not mean anyone who disapproves of certain human behavior. The freedom to follow the dictates of one’s conscience was the first inalienable right recognized by the founders of our nation. If one truly believes that homosexuality, adultery, or other “non-conservative” behavior violates the laws of God, it is that person’s inalienable right to disapprove of it, even to voice his disapproval of it, regardless of the anguished cries of the political correctness lobby on the left.
However, no one has a right to use violence against those who engage in behavior that does not harm another person, regardless of whether or not that behavior violates the laws of God. Since all laws are enforced under the threat of violence (as this story illustrates wonderfully), Jesus makes it clear in this passage that it is not for men to enforce the laws of God. With the exception of cases in which one human being has done injury to another, the right to punish human behavior is reserved for God.
It is important to recognize that Jesus does not condone the sin that the anonymous woman has committed. When he has shamed away the mob who would have stoned her, Jesus commands her to sin no more. Neither does he insinuate that her behavior might not have consequences for her soul. With flawless libertarian reasoning, Jesus teaches us the true meaning of freedom: that God grants us the liberty to do as we wish, even to reject him and his laws, but that we also bear the full consequences of our actions. If we harm another person, then we are subject to the laws of men. However, it is otherwise left to each individual to determine the will of God according to his conscience and to choose whether to act accordingly or not. There never has been nor can there ever be any body of corruptible men who can save an individual’s soul.
This is by no means the only place in the gospels that Jesus teaches us this lesson. His entire public ministry was one condemnation after another of the hypocritical, socially conservative theocracy. Indeed, it is the Jewish state that is Jesus’ chief antagonist throughout the gospels. He is noticeably disinterested in the more secular Roman government, despite its tyranny over his people. While he certainly doesn’t approve of the Romans, he has no interest in political revolution. As Jesus tells Pilate, “my kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36). However, his own government does not merely commit secular, political oppression against its people. It usurps the authority of God and attempts to judge in his place. For this, Jesus constantly lets loose his most venomous reproaches.
Throughout the gospels, “the chief priests and Pharisees” are constantly shown up for what they are. They do not seek to punish sins to defend the honor of God, but for their own selfish political motives. Their persecution and eventual murder of Jesus himself is quite obviously perpetrated out of fear of his influence over the people. And what is this subversive influence that warrants torture and death? “Love one another as I have loved you. Love your enemies. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Of course the state would hate such a message. It runs afoul of every depravity that the state tries to exhort its citizens to, including its wars, its persecution of non-conformists, and its rampant looting of the citizenry dressed up as “public works.”
When Jesus encounters man-made laws masquerading as the laws of God, he openly condones breaking those laws. When his disciples pick fruit on the Sabbath and are caught in the act by the Pharisees, Jesus beats the Pharisees at their own game by citing Jewish scripture, which describes David actually eating sacred bread out of the temple, reserved for the priests by Jewish law.
Demonstrating how perverse any theocratic state eventually becomes, the Pharisees then bring a man forward with a “withered hand,” daring Jesus to cure him and break the law himself. They are willing to see this man miss his one chance to be cured in the hopes that they can use their distorted interpretation of God’s command to “keep holy the Sabbath” to ensnare Jesus for political ends. Jesus breaks the law without hesitation, saying that “it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath.” Caring little for the wisdom of the lesson and interested only in maintaining their own autocratic power, the Pharisees withdraw to begin planning Jesus’ murder. (Matthew 12: 1-14)
By attempting to use the law to enforce their morality, social conservatives violate the very principles that they say that they cherish most. Social conservatives decry Islam because it attempts to “propagate the faith by the sword.” However, there is only a cosmetic difference between promoting your religious views through acts of terrorism and doing likewise through passing unjust laws against minorities who have no recourse but to obey or suffer violence. In both cases, it is the sword that compels the victim rather than the mind or the heart. Neither can social conservatives rely on the argument that their laws are passed by an elected body representing the people. If that justifies socially conservative laws, then what is their objection to the welfare state?
No part of this argument should be misconstrued as an endorsement of political correctness or the left’s agenda to grant positive rights to their own special interest groups for political purposes. If we are truly a free country and we meant what we said in the first amendment to our Constitution, then every individual, whether the most fundamentalist Christian or the most libertine atheist, should have the right to speak freely, even if what they say offends another person. For many devout Christians, it is their sacred duty to try to persuade their fellow man to repent of his sins and embrace Jesus as his savior.
However, there is an ocean of difference between persuasion and coercion. The minute that we say, “there ought to be a law,” we are picking up the sword. If we do so in defense of the inalienable human rights of life, liberty, and property, we are within our rightful authority. If we do so to supplant the authority of God, we become the very type of people that Jesus spent his life fighting against. To truly be Christian, we must recognize the need for “a wall of separation between church and state.”
Jesus was very clear about his views on what would lead to salvation and what would not. Jesus condemned many behaviors, like adultery, that social conservatives likewise condemn. He also said that “no one comes to the Father except through me.” (John 14:6) However, he does not go on to say, “Therefore, if your brother does not come to me willingly, then draw your sword and force him.” Salvation must be chosen; God did not create a race of slaves.
As we celebrate the birth of this great libertarian, let us not forget the lesson of his life and death. Jesus was murdered by the theocratic state for exposing their hypocrisy and resisting their unjust, blasphemous laws. Let us follow his example of speaking our minds according to our consciences but never raising our hand to save our brothers’ souls. Each one of us will ultimately find that our understanding of the will of God is imperfect, as we are imperfect. Therefore, we must follow Jesus’ example of tolerance and forgiveness, lest we find that we ourselves have mistakenly punished the innocent. Our laws should keep us from harming each other, and leave each person’s soul to the judgment of God.

End Foreign “Aid” Now!

The United States Constitution does not provide government the power to send American taxpayer dollars overseas as foreign “aid” (welfare for dependent dictators). This means that every penny in foreign “aid” is unconstitutional. Another way of saying unconstitutional is, illegal. But nobody really likes that stinky Constitution anymore, do they? So there’s strong public support to send other people’s paychecks overseas (even as our own government nears collapse).
One reason the Constitution does not provide for foreign “aid” is that, coerced “charity” is not charity at all, but theft. Declaring it a “good cause” in no way negates the fact that the money was taken coercively against people’s will to begin with. Theft is always theft. Theft is a crime.
Another reason is because government-to-government assistance rarely assists individuals in need. It’s not even intended to. “Aid” is given with strings attached for the purposes of intervention (central planning), from manipulating elections, funding secret police forces, and buying military-grade weapons from any American firm with a strong Washington lobbying arm (corporatism).
These actions provide no favors to either American individuals, or to the foreign individuals politicians claim we’re “helping.” Foreign “aid” is nothing but global Ruling Class welfare on a grand scale.
Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) recently introduced an amendment to the fiscal 2011 funding bill that would cut $6 billion of U.S. aid to Egypt, Israel, Jordan, and Pakistan. This of course, sent red diaper baby and serial liar David Horowitz into a tizzy, highlighting a fundamental truth about neoconservatives that I point out often on this blog – they love government and hate you. Neocons are collectivists in conservative clothing.
Born into a family of Bolsheviks, it’s no wonder David Horowitz believes your paycheck belongs to the governments of Egypt, Israel, Jordon, and Pakistan, but not you. And communists have always had a fever for world domination and war (which is what this is really about). War, after all, provides the individual with “purpose.”

Another day, another vitriolic and personal David Horowitz attack on a conservative who doesn’t meet his purity test. Today he amplifies Gary Bauer’s call to action against a proposal from Rep. Ron Paul, R-Tex., to cut foreign aid to Israel.
Long ago Bill Buckley drummed the anti-Semites out of the conservative movement, and the movement thrived as a result. But the Jew-haters have returned. Clever switcheroo there, implying that Paul refers to America and Israel in the same term as Islamic terrorists. (He doesn’t, hence the lack of a citation.) Paul did propose cutting aid to Israel, as part of legislation cutting aid to all Middle Eastern nations. This is the same thing his son Rand has proposed in the Senate. For some reason, as the younger Paul told me at CPAC, all anyone wants to talk about is the aid to Israel.
Horowitz Revisited
I have long regarded David Horowitz as a weather-vane commentator. In the Leftish environment of the 1960s he wrote articles and books critical of the political establishment. When the political climate shifted Rightward, he found neoconservative policies more to his liking. I suspect that, if cannibalism ever becomes popular in America, he will start writing cookbooks! Perhaps “Serving Our Fellow Man” will be a forthcoming title.
The bottom-line on foreign “aid” comes down to this: Does your paycheck belong to you, as our Founder’s declared? Or does it belong to Egypt, Israel, Jordon, Pakistan, and other foreign governments as the neoconservatives declare?

Later this evening (7:30 – 8:00 P.M.) WMUR-TV will broadcast the first TV ad of the 2012 presidential campaign. My ad will run sometime within “New Hampshire Chronicle.” People can watch my commercial on WMUR-TV and decide who is right, me with my ad or you with your censorship and intimidation.
The ad has received universal acclamation for taking a controversial and emotional topic and discussing the issues clearly in a 30-second spot.
There is a serious problem with the ad. Your “adviser” Jennifer Horn went on the radio this morning and said the contents of my commercial should be banned by New Hampshire Republicans because Barack Obama “does not approve” of the contents of my ad. The deeper you get into the mess you are creating, the more you undermine New Hampshire’s First Primary.
Warnings don’t seem to matter to you. But as a careful lawyer I am laying down a devastating paper trail of the opportunities you were given to stop destroying the New Hampshire Republican Party with your maliciousness and incompetence.
Ms. Horn made a number of false accusations and I can’t waste my time to answer all of them. But a series of short replies is appropriate to defend my good name.
1. Ms Horn’s status
Ms. Horn admitted she was involved in the decision to censor me. She lied about her role as your representative. Up to this morning she was actively involved in a statewide witch hunt to find the Republican leaders who are preparing to become “Blockade Busters” by violating your ban on my speaking to New Hampshire Republicans. You were feeding Ms. Horn her material, and your muck is coming straight out of Christine Baratta’s office. We have supporters everywhere, maybe even in your own office. That’s what I do for a living.
Ms. Horn attacked me for referring to a “lesbian.” She said the word lesbian was banned from usage by NH Republicans. I take an expansive view of the right to privacy. I don’t go around exposing “lesbians” or homosexuals and I count many of them as fellow parishioners and neighbors. People are entitled to their private lives.
But when someone comes into the public arena and says she is a lesbian, and says she wants to marry another woman and wants New Hampshire law to condone her activity, then she has made a public issue of her private status. Ironically, under your and Jennifer Horn’s censorship, the lesbian rabbi can go to the legislature and say she is a lesbian in public, but I can’t comment on her disclosure. Is that crazy? Or what? Today on the radio you endorsed free speech for lesbians but not Republicans. Huh? And you wonder why I have contempt for your intelligence.
2. The lawsuit
As much as I would like to avoid filing a lawsuit, I am going to sue you, Jennifer Horn and possibly Christine Baratta. No one else is at risk of litigation. This NHGOP public relations fiasco is solely your responsibility. Others may have been involved but I choose to focus on the leadership, not the others who may have been sucked into your scheme (see below).
3. Illinois courts
As a young law student I was asked by some friendly reporters at the Chicago Daily News to help them decipher a major scandal on the Illinois Supreme Court. As a result of the investigation and the news stories, two judges were eventually forced to resign from the court. Before I even picked up my diploma I was warned the remaining judges were going to retaliate against me, and they did. They launched a three-year investigation of my sex life, my sources for writing, and every aspect of my life. It was one of the most despicable incidents in the history of the common law. And they crucified me for having helped to remove crooked judges. That’s the way Illinois courts operate, the “Chicago Way.” Why don’t you tell people the truth about my integrity and character, instead of spreading lies which were concocted by crooked Illinois judges? Or do you want to defend Illinois justice too?
4. The “lawsuits”
Jennifer Horn smeared me for filing “hundreds of frivolous lawsuits.” That’s an outright lie. Does she know that not one (well maybe one, I don’t remember) of my lawsuits has ever been sanctioned as frivolous? I defy you to produce any cases where judges imposed a monetary sanction for frivolousness. There are none.
Why is Horn attacking me for filing lawsuits against the Chicago Democratic Machine to expose corruption? Why are you attacking me for filing lawsuits that helped send Mafia (Chicago Crime Syndicate) hoodlums and crooked state court judges to jail? Why?
I have indeed filed hundreds of public interest lawsuits and I am proud of every one of them. You should be ashamed of yourself for lying.
5. The Connecticut judge
At the end of the day, Jennifer Horn’s attacks on me begin and end with the ranting of Judge Jose Cabranes. In New York he was known as “Cocaine Cabranes.” Cabranes was also notorious for being an adulterer, and he probably gave a cocaine overdose to one of his lovers and killed her. I can take a lie detector case if you like. It’s all available evidence that we uncovered. Yes, Cocaine Cabranes buried the evidence. That’s the way the courts work.
Cocaine Cabranes was using his personal divorce lawyer in a case where I was a defendant. That’s a public record, not an opinion. You can check the court file to confirm that factual claim. I exposed Cabranes’ conflict and he went berserk. He retaliated by trying to exterminate my constitutional rights. How’s that for federal court justice? The judge’s personal lawyer is on the other side of your case? Are you defending Cocaine Cabranes? Sounds like it.
I was the victim of a crime, and I did what any American citizen would do: I fought back and exposed the corruption. And no, judges don’t like to be exposed as crooks. When you fight and expose corruption, you make enemies, not friends
Cocaine Cabranes tried to arrest my lawyers so they couldn’t go to court. Would you like someone to testify to that?
Would you like more facts, or do you have enough facts to determine that you made a jerk out of Jennifer Horn when you sent her on the radio with bogus facts originally concocted by a cocaine addicted federal judge?
When I opposed Cocaine’s Cabranes promotion to the U. S. Supreme Court, guess what? The FBI apparently agreed with me. Two federal judges (Cabranes and Jon O. Newman) paid with their judicial careers for their corruption in my cases.
Are the facts banned by the New Hampshire Republican Party? Or do you just prefer to dream up your own lies? I have seen your smear dossier against me. You are handing out copies of a front-page article in the New York Times. Now why do you suppose the New York Times attacked me on page one three weeks before the presidential election? Because I was unimportant? Well, what?

Right after that Ron Paul interview session I followed Paul to ask about his encounter with 9/11 “Truth” campaigners and Eric Dondero’s planned primary challenge.
Reason: What did you mean when you told the Scholars that “the [9/11] investigation is an investigation in which there were government cover-ups”?
Paul: I do think there were cover-ups, and I think it was mainly to cover up who was blamed, who’s inept. See, they had the information. The FBI had an agent who was very much aware of the terrorists getting flight lessons but obviously not training to be pilots. He reported it 70 times or whatever and it was totally ignored. We were spending $40 billion a year on intelligence. It wasn’t a lack of money or a lack of intelligence, it was a lack of the ability to put the intelligence together. Even the administration had been forewarned that something was coming, the CIA had been forewarned. So it was a cover up of who to blame. I see it more that way.
Reason: The position of the Student Scholars is that 9/11 was executed by the U.S. government. Do you agree or disagree with that?
Paul: I’d say there’s no evidence of that.
Reason: So what did you mean when you told Student Scholars you’d be open to a new 9/11 investigation?
Paul: Well, I think the more we know about what we went on is good. But I don’t think there’s any evidence of [an inside job] and I don’t believe that. The blame goes to bad policy. And a lot of times bad policy is well-motivated. The people who believe in a one world government are well motivated, but they disagree with me.
Reason: Your former staffer Eric Dondero is challenging you for your House seat in 2008.
Paul: He’s a disgruntled former employee who was fired.
Reason: But he says he’s running because of your debate performance. So is this presidential campaign weakening your standing in your district?
Paul: Well, if it affects my standing in my district then I wouldn’t be a very good candidate for the presidency. If these views are popular, and I think they’re popular enough, then they should be popular in my home district. They’ve been hearing me saying this for a lot of years and I keep getting re-elected rather easily. I think politicians are always concerned about how they’re doing in their district, but right now, if Eric Dondero is the only thing I have to worry about, then I don’t have a lot to worry about.
Reason: What Dondero’s said is that “there are essentially two Ron Pauls. There’s the national liberal media (and libertarian blogosphere) Ron Paul. And then there’s the South Texas good hometown doctor, red, white, and blue Ron Paul.” And he’s said you talk a good game about supporting veterans but they don’t know your positions.
Paul: All one would have to do is go to the veterans part of my website. I win so many awards; we have so many people who call us from around the country because of the work we do for veterans. My biggest beef is that the veterans get shortchanged because of our war spending, and we end up with Walter Reed problems. So that statement makes zero sense.

Dondero was Ron Paul’s travel aide when Paul was running for the Libertarian Party nomination, ran his 1996 congressional campaign where Paul re-took his seat, and worked for a time in Paul’s congressional office. I can say from personal experience that Dondero is a sleazy little operative, quick to insult and smear others with lies. So I thought a lot better of Paul when I heard he had ended their alliance.

The most persistent unpleasant rumor whispered around about Dondero himself was that he allegedly “beat his wife.” He introduced me to her at the 1987 libertarian convention and she definitely had the kind of sad sack, always wary demeanor of a woman who expected a whack in the head momentarily. They later divorced.

I therefore was quite suspicious when I read Dondero’s claim on a libertarian discussion group in November of 2006 that his NEW wife had been mugged three times. Two paragraphs from the post will make his boorish style of argumentation quite clear:

After the posting I replied on the discussion group, referring to the 1987 rumors, and wondering if Dondero’s current wife really had been mugged or if the injuries came from someone a little closer to home. Dondero promptly dropped off the discussion group! EndAbuse.Org reports that as many as 3 million women a year are assaulted by their significant others. That sounds low to me!

I also noted at the time some men may prefer to date immigrant women. First, many come from countries where deference to abusive males is still prevalent. Second, tenuous immigrant status makes them less likely to report physical assaults to police and/or are more easily intimidated by threats a man will press false charges against them. No wonder so many American men import “mail order brides.” If the rumors and impressions are true and Eric’s American born wife finally got up the gumption to call police on him, it would make sense he then turned to foreign born women.

It would appear that a “candidate” with the identical birth credentials of Obama, mothers age/ father a foreign national/raised in a hostile state/ returns to claim citizenship based on current law, ask advice from the FEC as whether there is a difference between NBC and naturalized or native citizenship. I had read previously that Hillary had given away eminent domain to the Chinese as indicated above, which is shocking enough. There was a small article in Free Republic concerning a Rumplestiltskin clause in the loan documents given to the Chinese certifying that American citizens, in event of default, would be used by China, given China pay scale in salary, to work for the Chinese, in effect selling U.S. citizens into slavery. So worrisome if a fact. Anyone know anything about that?
