December 6, 1941, though concerned about growing conflicts abroad, most US citizens went about their daily activities in relative normalcy. There were plenty of warning signs and then as now, high ranking military officers ignored them. We have deja vue all over again and too many high ranking military officers are engaging in status quo.
By mid 2008 and certainly by the time Philip J. Berg filed his famous lawsuit in August 2008, the Citizen Wells folks and thousands of other concerned Americans were trying to get the attention of congressmen and state election officials to question Obama’s eligibility. I personally contacted the NC Secretary of State office and board of elections office multiple times. My reasons were twofold. One to inform them of the eligibility issues in hopes that they would perform their constitutional duty. Second, to hold them accountable. They have no excuse and should be prosecuted.
We continue to contact members of congress and should keep doing so. Several states have initiatives to require proof of eligibility going forward. Texas legislator Leo Berman has sponsored a bill to require proof. He has also spoken out openly challenging Obama’s eligibility and asking to see a legitimate birth certificate.
LTC Terry Lakin is facing court martial for refusing to deploy. He questions illegal orders that ultimately, in the chain of command, flow from the Commander in Chief. LTC Lakin, unlike many of his contemporaries has done the research to arrive at the same conclusion that any other rational, informed American would come to. That is, there is no legitimate proof that Obama is eligible, compelling evidence that he is not eligible and the documented fact that Obama has employed numerous private and government attorneys for over two years to avoid presenting a llegitimate birth certificate and college records.
LTC Terry Lakin’s Company Commander, Captain Kelby R. Mowery, was informed of and aware of the eligibility issues. Captain Mowery also took an oath to defend the US Constitution. He is also subject to the following, as quoted in Lakin’s April 1, 2009 memorandum.
“Reviewing FM 6-22 Army Leadership (especially most of chapter 2, para 4-73 thru 4-77) grounds me in my belief that I have a duty to submit this concern. I have agreed to live by the Army Values of LDRSHIP, and these values directly apply: Loyalty – Bear true faith and allegiance to the U.S. Constitution, the Army, your unit, and other Soldiers; Selfless Service – Put the welfare of the Nation, the Army, and subordinates before your own. Integrity – Do what’s right–legally and morally. I also have agreed to expect the same from my Leaders.”
It appears to me that the wrong man is on trial. Captain Mowery and anyone else in the military having the knowledge that LTC Terry Lakin has who has not taken steps to challenge Obama and especially those trying to silence LTC Lakin are guilty of a series of Treason like acts and minimally have not taken their oath of office seriously.
I will say it to their face.

One thing is certain…….LTC LAKIN’S SACRIFICE will not go unnoticed, nor will it be in vain. In the end he will be exhonerated, and PROVEN to have been correct. The Judge who tried him should then HERSELF BE TRIED IN EXACTLY THE SAME MANNER that she saw fit to ram down his throat. All of the record of the COURTS MARTIAL WILL NEED TO BE EXPONGED from his record,and any confinement or loss of rank will need monetary compensation. OldSalt79, I searched the internet yesterday looking for Hawaiian COLBs with the seal exposed, in an effort to find the seal provided by misstickly. I found one video that showed the official HDOH seal, and several others that showed the seal similar to Obama,s phony COLB. Using what I learned from misstickly led me to believe that this fraud is more widespread than I had imagined. I found sites explaining the irregularity s in Obama’s COLB, and they were comparing his COLB to another COLB that they claimed was an authentic Hawaiian document. The problem was, the supposed Hawaiian COLB didn’t have the right seal, it had the Obama version of the seal. I think the guy went by the handle “sync1959”. Now I suspect “sync 1959” is a plant from the Obama regime, and if that is the case, this fraud is much deeper than I thought.
POTUS come and POTUS go. Will the Marine corp survive now, without honor, after denying this man his fair chance to defend himself? That is my question. Some things, like Obama and his progressives, just aren’t worth the price.

You could be right. However I still regard the entire Certification of Live Birth as not really important. What IS important is somehow OBTAINING a certified copy of his ORIGINAL BC (long form)as allegedly issued by Hawaii DOH on August 4 1961. It will look exactly like those issued to the Nordyke twins. I have a strong belief that there is NO CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH (long form) presently on file at Hawaii DOH. The CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH was generated by Hawaii DOH after Soetoro’s GRANDMOTHER registered his birth. This also generated the newspaper birth announcements. The newspaper probably had no idea whether the announcement was from a hospital birth or just a registration of his birth. If the latter is the case then he could have been born on the moon,and he would still have received a CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH.

How many more of our officers will be prosecuted when they question an order that they perceive to be ILLEGAL? Keep in mind that the more of these people that the (alleged) CINC prosecutes the more likely it is that he will cause a garrote to be placed about his OWN neck in the future. Eventually someone in the Command structure will stand up and say ENOUGH , and act to correct the problem at hand. The problem is that the JOINT CHIEFS KNOW that they are on his payroll, and like the Federal judges do not possess the courage to UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTIONAL aspects of their jobs.

Every day we are being made more and more aware that one must pay a price – a dear price – for standing up for the truth. Just ask Lt. Col. Lakin. And the higher up in the chain of command, the greater the price. So even if any of the Joint Chiefs of Staff were inclined to join the Lt. Col., their careers and their pensions would be down the drain. Doing what’s right is becoming more and more of a challenge, and it takes intestinal fortitude.

Ok,
So writing freely here, giving a simple analysis of what I have come up with, in the form of current knowledge – of which some may be verified – whilst others cannot, I have thus far concluded this basic analysis with additional questions.
I would like to start off by stating that I personally from the bottom of my heart, believe that both “Misstickly and Jonah” are true Patriots of America and I have absolutely no reason to doubt their integrity whatsoever. I will attempt to lay this out in a semi-Chronological order and applied emphasis of my own .
1) Misstickly received from Hawaii the DOH Seal issued (a change) that is relevant from 1988 to present.
2) Jonah stated that her COLB (I personally don’t know if that is a Certificate of Live Birth or Certification of Live Birth, nor that it matters) from the State of Hawaii. I Believe Jonah when she states this claim, I have no reason to disbelieve her. I have checked with other COLB recipients online and theirs are the same (which I will get to shortly) that “Verifies” What Jonah is saying is True. (All the more reason to believe Jonah comments).
3) After reviewing Jonah’s statements whereby her COLB Seal’s are “Identical” to Obamas, and knowing that fact as well as reviewing the Online COLB from Obama and several other Hawaiian born persons that offered theirs for comparison, born in the same year, Jonah becomes even more correct when she states that her seals are “Identical” to Obama’s, and so are the others.
However, and this is the part that truly begets me, is why are they Identical and should they be? According to Hawaii Dept. of Health and their State Laws, they Should Not Be………
Obama COLB is from 2007, NOT 1961….. Which is what everyone in Hawaii that has provided an “Example” of online for review of their individual COLB. Every Example happens to be a Certificate of Live Birth, not a Certification of live Birth, as Obama admin. Photographed.
But that is irrelevant in the perspective of which form of COLB is presented, its the seal that’s relevant at this point. Therefore, ANY COLB Presented “AFTER” 1988, Should reflect the seal of Hawaii DOH in the Embossed form at the bottom of the page. Note that the “State Seal” is at the top of all of them and is simply a Pad Stamp, not embossed (raised press as the DOH Seal).
Therefore, why Does Obama have a PRE-1988 DOH Seal on his 2007 COLB the same and Identical to those that have a PRE-1988 DOH Seal? He Shouldn’t… Considering he ordered his in the year 2007, the one on Factcheck and others obtained, it should reflect the new “Changed” 1988 DOH Seal, but it doesn’t, its the older version. The one that is on all of the Hawaiian volunteers is in fact Identical. But theirs is all pre-dated before 1988, therefore it makes sense that they are identical.
So, since I do not have a Post-1988 COLB to confirm my conclusion, I would like to know if you Jonah could file a lost COLB from the State of Hawaii, and it should show the new 1988 DOH embossed Seal, and not the pre-DOH embossed seal if I am correct.

OldSalt, I believe with the new Discovery of the DOH Seal, both Pre-and Post Dates of 1988 become “Highly Relevant”. From an Analytical point of view, we already have data from the Prior info of 1988. If I could get some from after the 1988 date, then I (or we) could make a direct comparative analysis, therefore, it would become “Very Relevant”….

Perhaps it is a procedure in which no matter what the date is of the alleged long form, that when a copy CERTIFICATION OF LIVE BIRTH is requested that it automatically receives the seal which is in use at that date.

It appears for some reason that The Hawaii Office of State Registrar, Alvin Onaka also is certifying birth documents, apparently using the State Seal and NOT the Health Department Seal.

For you car lovers out there, lets consider this analogy.
I have a 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang. It is a classic indeed. I show you web photos of the engine and its manufacturing stamps. Then I explain how my original 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang, is just the “engine”, and it is mounted on a 2007 Ford Frame? Is it the same? Of course not.
Now once I announce that, and compare it to the other car lovers that actually have a 1964 1/2 Mustang Engine, on a 1964 1/2 Ford Mustang Frame, and is an “Actual’ copy of others and matches the Manufactures standards, then I am allowed to claim it as such.

There’s more to that also, that I just thought of. Wikileaks, through somebody with the name “jeena paradies” (who is friendly with the Soros types, according to what I was able to find on him), published Obama’s so-called “Advertiser” birth announcement, claiming that it was the first time they had been published even though images had been online for some time. But it was the first time that the document was in searchable pdf format rather than as a graphic image.
Those announcements were forged. The microfilms were documentably changed out at least once in 3 libraries and at least twice in another.
The Advertiser was working to convert their archives into searchable pdf files.
Wikileaks has since removed their announcement image from the web – before any of these large leaks so it wasn’t because they didn’t have space to keep it on.
The evidence we have at this point strongly suggests that somebody at The Advertiser perpetrated both the Advertiser and the Star-Bulletin forgeries. The Advertiser had the archived microfilms of both papers at their office and would have been able to make the pristine copies from the silver nitrate first-generation master microfilm.
They also had microfiche – which together with the microfilm was available for the public to use. I can’t find out when that was no longer the case but the first time there’s any written account of it was when “infidel granny” on the Atlas Shrugs blog said she asked to see the microfilms and was told they are not public. The microfiche sheets would have had some wear and tear, with which to make the copies that now show up in the Hawaii State Library that are very heavily scratched with DIAGONAL scratches in bizarre places like the shipping charts, which would not have gotten that way from microfilm readers. The Hawaii State Librarian says their microfilm was NOT made from microfiche sheets, but the diagonal scratches on microfilm would only come from somebody trying to take a diagonal copy of the page. Why would tons of people be trying to take a diagonal copy of the shipping charts – the most heavily used page on the whole microfilm, if the scratches are genuine?
It would not surprise me one bit if Obama had The Advertiser and Wikileaks work together to try to give legitimacy to what somebody at The Advertiser had forged for Obama.
So there IS something that Wikileaks “leaked” in regards to Obama’s eligibility: the forged Advertiser announcement, in a format intended to provide legitimacy, as if it came from the Advertiser’s digitized archives.
Glenn Beck talked about the Wikileaks connection to a number of Soros groups. Considering that nothing was leaked that is damaging to Obama but only furthering his ends – including an attempt to legitimize a forgery regarding Obama’s eligibility – I would say it looks pretty likely that Obama IS behind the Wikileaks.
Either that or Wikileaks has voluntarily supported only very critically-timed BHO causes such as damaging Palin, damaging Odinga’s rival, supporting Obama’s fake eligibility story, damaging the war efforts, and damaging Hillary when questions were being asked whether she would run against Obama in 2012.

If you have ANY examples of this, Please inform me, whereby I can add such examples for reconsideration of my current hypothesis. I am looking for information from anyone that has a Post-1988 COLB from Hawaii.
Hawaii COLB, has “Both” the State Seal, (located at the top) which is a “Stamp” and the DOH Seal (Embossed), which is located at the bottom. I know of none that have one or the other, it is both and has always been both. The difference is the DOH change to theirs in 1988, not the State Seal. At least from my current research.

I have been trying to no avail, before Wikileaks began printing, attempting to gain any BO information on his eligibility issue to no avail. It appears that wikileaks may wish to be paid for that information, depending on how critical it is. It is also apparent (to me), that wikileaks holds back on Obama. One certainly cannot tell me that out of 251,000 leaked documents throughout the entire World, not a single Ambassador, nor a single Diplomat, not a smidgen of a any Country, nor its representatives, never, ever, communicated, emailed, discussed, or otherwise, in the positive or negative, about Obama, the current U.S. President?
Every Cable before then, spoke about and revealed much about President Bush, but 4 times as much Cable, and Zero about Obama?
Here is my guess. Wikileaks will put up “Any and All” information “Up-for-Sale” for anything against Obama, bid out to the highest buyer. Since several major Internet companies cut off services to WikiLeaks in recent days, activists have created hundreds of mirror sites, Web sites that host exact copies of another site’s content, making censorship difficult.
The collective Anonymous, an informal but notorious group of hackers and activists, also declared war on Sunday against enemies of Mr. Assange, calling on supporters to attack sites companies that do not support WikiLeaks and to spread the leaked material online.

Welcome Charlesmountain! The more people we can get to spread the word, the better. I think the best thing to do is just challenge any of those who doubt us to start researching on their own. Ususally when someone realizes they have been duped and when they take that assualt personally, they will take the offense. That’s exactly what this country needs right now. Pissed off, red blooded Americans! We are locked and loaded with a deep respect for our Country’s heritage and will not lose it in vain. Sadly, our sitting POTUS has no idea what typical American patriotism is. He was too busy being indoctrinated by the third world.
By the way…..I have been enjoying Sarah Palin’s (ALL AMERICAN GIRL) Alaska series. Don’t ya just know the Secret Service are shaking in their boots should she become our next POTUS. Can you imagine their detail trying to cover her while she bear hunts, scales mountains or salmon fishes

I’d like to alert shoppers to another scam….when using any credit card, check to be sure there was not a cash advance request—
cashiers will touch key for this and as you’re unaware until you get your bill or check your receipt, it’s their word against yours….
a couple hours later, the cashier’s friend comes through her line shopping, and the cashier hands her change, including the cash advance YOU’LL BE CHARGED FOR..
BE AWARE!! CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE–NOT AT HOME!!

The following is a partial list of a large number of persons who who are presumed to be “Casualties” of the various Clinton scandals. President Clinton had promised his political supporters in Arkansas he will devote a lot of time going after detractors who pursued him on Whitewater and other ethical questions.
