Pastor James Manning of Atlah Ministries in Harlem is conducting a trial Of Barack Obama and Columbia University. Manning maintains that Obama never physically attended Columbia and that his degree was bought. Here are recaps of the proceedings of day 1 through 4 provided by the Conservative Monster website.
Day 1
1. Columbia Univ. and Obama conspired to defraud and commit wire fraud and mail fraud
2. Columbia Univ. knowingly concealed the fact that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen
3. Columbia Univ. aided in obstructing justice
4. Obama fraudulently obtained office of the POTUS gaining access to sensitive materials, posing a danger to national security.
5. The prosecution dropped the charges of treason and espionage to avoid complications with a death sentence.
Pastor Manning Quotes:
1. Obama is a criminal and we will prove that in this court room
2. Howard Dean, Hillary Clinton and John McCain helped Obama win the election. Manning stated that a witness will testify that John McCain “took a dive” in the 2008 election.
3. The courts have failed and they are complicit, along with the media to cover up Obama’s alleged ineligibility.
4. Manning quoted a speech that he made at a Tea Party in June/July 2009 where he stated “We need to pursue Obama on his ineligibility, non natural born status rather than his policies, because health care will pass no matter how much you try to protest it.
5. God told me that “Our shoes are our weapons”. Meaning that we need to march and protest to show them that we will not be silenced. “

Day 2
“Dr Ron Polland Video – Fraud in the USA
Manning then played a video of Dr Ron Polland for the court where he showed in depth how the media targeted John McCain’s possible ineligibility issues due to the fact that he was born in Panama. In many instances, the video showed how the media was biased against McCain and for Obama.
It was also interesting to see that the attacks against anyone that questioned Obama’s ineligibility were brutal, but no attacks or name calling was used against anyone that questioned McCain’s possible ineligibility. The video also claimed that Factcheck.org was allegedly the instigator that started the name calling and this is unusual since they are supposed to be non-biased.
Manning then submitted into evidence a notarized letter from Dr Polland stating that his videos were true and that he owned them. ”
“The FIRST WITNESS
Linda Bentley, the 1st witness is sworn in. Bentley is an investigative reporter from Arizona and she was a very impressing and convincing witness with her testimony on Obama’s selective service card. Bentely, also a former private investigator went into great detail how Steve Hoffman (an immigration agent) obtained Obama’s selective service records. Hoffman filed a request for Obama’s selective service records after he saw an interview with George Stephanopolous back in September 2008.
Obama stated during the interview that “he filed for selective service after he graduated from high school”. Bentley then noted that Obama graduated in 1979 and at that time there was no requirement to file a selective service card since President Ford ended that requirement back in 1975.
Bentley then stated that Hoffman noted that the filing date on Obama’s selective service card was just 6 weeks prior to when he obtained the requested information. The date filing date on the card was just two days after the Stephanopolous interview. There were many dates mentioned, but this is what your reporter is stating that he heard.
There was also an issue with the stamp on the document since there was only a two digit number year (80), rather than a four digit number (1980). Bentley questioned whether the number was made two digits to give the appearance that it was filed in 80, rather than 08 (1980 rather than 2008). ”

1. Dr Drew was the founder of the Marxist Organization at Occidental College.2. Obama was a radical Marxist revolutionary that constantly preached about redistribution of wealth and transformation of the political system.3. 7. Obama was always dressed very nice, had designer clothes and drove in a BMW. Obama’s friend Mohammed Chandoo from Pakistan seemed to be rolling in cash and Obama was not struggling at all. They spent their money on partying, pot and hotel rooms. ”

1. The professor that Obama named in his book also could not be found in the archives accorded to their testimony.2. Nothing related to Obama’s name could be found in the Political Science dept.3. Teachers spoke of Obama in his elementary school, his High School, Occidental College and Harvard as well, but no professors have ever mentioned him from Columbia University.4. Obama stated that he used to hide in the Butler Library, but the witness stated that Library is a major meeting place and it is always very crowded. There is no way to hide there without meeting someone. Yet, nobody ever saw Barry in the Butler Library.5. There was also a theory that Obama attended the Latrice Mumumba school in Moscow during that time he claimed he was in Columbia, but this has never been proven. This school was created by the Russians to teach radical Marxism to students to help spread communism throughout the world.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 25% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-two percent (42%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -17. That matches the lowest rating earned by the president since the passage of his health care proposal two months ago.

OT re: Our Marines
According to one official Marine publication, “Suicide is the second leading cause of death in the Marine Corps.”
Returning troops at the major stateside Marine bases are now being routinely shown training films and PowerPoint presentations regarding how to deal with suicidal tenancies — but still. You gotta be pretty damn desperate to jump in front of a train. How many more of our Marines are that desperate? And if so, how did they get that way?
Here’s my personal opinion, based on time spent in Iraq embedded with the Marines. I may be wrong about this, but here it is. “American Marines compose the finest fighting force EVER. Forget about Romans and Spartans. Our guys are the best.” So what happened? Why all the suicides? “Because our Marines are being stretched far too thin. American Marines are being asked to defend the interests of an international corporate structure that has its octopus-like tentacles spread out all over the entire globe. That’s far too much territory to expect even our fabulous Marines to defend.”
But what inflames me even more is that the international corporate structures that our Marines are so gallantly defending aren’t even American corporations! Perhaps one day long ago they USED to be American corporations — but that was back in the days before outsourcing.
Our Marines are being asked to stick their fingers in [dams] all over the world so that wealthy international corporations all over the world can reap the profits. It’s not even Americans who are reaping the profits any more. No wonder our Marines are so stretched. They are daily and constantly fighting the never-ending battles of Endless War so that men who owe NO allegiance to America — or American workers or American Marines either — can make grossly disproportional profits off of others’ pain.
Our Marines are being ridden hard and put away wet so that corporations who don’t even pay taxes in America can still have their billionaire bottom lines protected.

NEW YORK (AP) – The Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Barack Obama’s controversial former pastor, said in a letter obtained by The Associated Press that he is “toxic” to the Obama administration and that the president “threw me under the bus.”
In his strongest language to date about the administration’s 2-year-old rift with the Chicago pastor, Wright told a group raising money for African relief that his pleas to release frozen funds for use in earthquake-ravaged Haiti would likely be ignored.
“No one in the Obama administration will respond to me, listen to me, talk to me or read anything that I write to them. I am ‘toxic’ in terms of the Obama administration,” Wright wrote the president of Africa 6000 International earlier this year.
“I am ‘radioactive,’ Sir. When Obama threw me under the bus, he threw me under the bus literally!” he wrote. “Any advice that I offer is going to be taken as something to be avoided. Please understand that!”
The White House didn’t respond
Then-Sen. Obama cut ties with Wright when his more incendiary remarks became an Internet sensation in the spring of 2008. At a National Press Club appearance in April 2008, he claimed the U.S. government could plant AIDS in the black community, praised Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and suggested Obama was putting his pastor at arm’s length for political purposes while privately agreeing with him.
Obama denounced Wright as “divisive and destructive” and later cut ties to the pastor altogether and left Wright’s church.
The letter was sent Feb. 18 to Joseph Prischak, the president of Africa 6000 International in Erie, Pa. Wright subsequently agreed to write a letter to Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner on the group’s behalf to try to get access to millions of dollars.
Wright’s original letter ranting against Obama’s treatment of him surfaced in an appeal filed by federal inmate Arthur Morrison, boxing great Muhammad Ali’s one-time manager, who was convicted of making phone threats.
Charles Lofton, Wright’s executive assistant, told The Associated Press that he faxed a copy of the letter to Morrison’s attorney as requested. A copy of the faxed letter signed by Wright showed that it was sent from the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago on March 31 to the fax number for Goodwin’s law office in Tulsa, Okla.
Prischak, of Africa 6000 International, is a business partner of Morrison, who has been imprisoned for nearly 18 years after he was convicted of making phone threats between 1989 to 1992 to hospitals where an ex-girlfriend worked.
Prischak told Wright in a Feb. 11 letter that he was seeking the clergyman’s help in reaching out to the U.S. Treasury Department. He said that Uday Hussein, the son of Saddam Hussein, had entrusted 87 million British pounds in 1990 to Morrison and Ali to buy pharmaceuticals, milk and food for the children of Iraq.
Prischak said the money was never spent because Morrison was imprisoned. He sought Wright’s help in lobbying U.S. authorities to permit 25 million British pounds in interest from the money held in an overseas account to be allowed to be sent to faith-based groups for the children of Haiti.

I talk a bit about that in my post today. However, I DO think that we STILL need to support Glenn’s efforts to expose Crime Inc. and the extreme danger and damage that Obama the puppet is inflicting upon our nation with his rich, money laundering Marxo-Fascist thugs stearing the evil ship of Eco-Communist doom.
The primaries will be a bright spot amongst the darkness that has covered our nation since ObaMARXIST usurped the presidency! November, 2010 will make him a lame duck (thank God!) and then the hold on exposing all of his (as well as Pelosi, Reid, and the rest of the bums in Congress) evil deeds will be lifted! Nashville Mayor Karl Dean has asked for an internal audit of the city’s crime statistics after a news report indicated discrepancies in trends.
WTVF-TV reported that on Friday Dean asked for an analysis after the station questioned why the city’s police department’s crime trends differed from the trends reported by other agencies like the FBI and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.

For more than 40 years in academia, business, and politics, I have been harping on a substantial topic that no one seems to properly understand:

Never ever! There is no circumstance where this is a good idea. Even in the face of imminent starvation, it must be avoided. Death and destruction, and famine and pestilence are always the result.
In my dotage I have realized a lifelong dream and become an actual Economist. I have devoured and digested pretty much everything useful written in the last 100 years, and all the way back to Adam Smith.
I am now (with due humility) unbelievably more learned than Insane Hussein or any of his fly-ng monk-ys. And they are wrong wrong wrong. Or maybe they are smarter than I think – in which case they would be destroying us on purpose! Besides – anything Dubya did (including wars) was economic peanuts compared to the current wholesale destruction of our entire system.

If I may add one more note. Keynesian economics has been the dominant economic policy in Western Europe and America for over 50 years. But it was known to be misguided since at least 1959. It prevails because of the Left’s fascination with Socialism and Government ‘benevolence’. Henry Hazlitt is highlighted in the AT article. The length and depth of his devastating attack on Keynes is indescribable. Author, Thomas Woods, “Meltdown”, says:

I repeat, the CA SoS has no legal authority to determine the names of which of the candidates nominated by their political party, may be excluded from the ballot because she determines the candidates are not Constitutionally qualified for the job. Why? Because CA law does not restrict the ballot to only the names of qualified candidates.
Are you saying, you would vote for a candidate who promises in advance to break the law, just because you (think you will) like the end results? If so then, logically, any objection to BO’s ‘unlawful’ election evaporates, doesn’t it.

but..
Didn’t the SOS of California remove Eldridge Cleaver from the 1968 California ballot because he was not old enough to run for President at that time?
Also the states are supposed to control the ballots for voting in their state? Isn’t it then the AG or SOS who must make a determination of the eligibility of candidates? Isn’t this why the SOS in NJ was sued?
I don’t support her or any elected official doing things that are illegal… I’m just not convinced that it would be illegal.

I’ve read your posts over and over, and all the details and tangents are mind-boggling to say the least. All I know is that it follows the same pattern of corruption that we’ve come to know so well; deception, half-truths, twisted facts, and outright lies. All to protect NObama and his partners in crime.
So I continue to put my faith in the Lord, and the good people who refuse to accept the status quo and continue to fight the good fight — especially bloggers like you who will not let this be hidden under the rock Obama crawled out from. One day, the whole ugly truth will come out just like the Good Book promises.

You are a lawyer. Dr. Taitz is a lawyer. I have confidence in Dr. Taitz, and I think she would NOT break the laws as a California Secretary of State. I am a Christian and I do NOT advocte people to break ANY just law.

You and everyone else would already know the answer to this question if Leo Donofrio had explained the law. Instead, he cited these examples of candidates omitted from state ballots, like Cleaver or Cordero, to support his claim, this proves the SoS must vet the candidate (meaning, the court was wrong to reject his mandamus). (Everyone knew Roger Calero was born in Nicaragua.) But these omissions were perfectly consistent with the law.
In CA, no law requires the state to print only the names of eligible candidates on the ballot. Therefore, it is unlawful for the SoS to affirmatively determine a priori who is eligible. (More technically speaking, this could be described as saying, vetting is not a ministerial duty.) However, this does not mean, when the SoS KNOWS someone is ineligible, s/he cannot exercise discretion to keep that person’s name off the ballot, consisten with the ministerial function of ensuring the integrity of the ballot and the voting process.
Everyone does not KNOW BO is ineligible. (And targeting only him for omission from the ballot would create another legal quagmire.)

That you are confident Orly Taitz would not break the law when she has signalled she has targeted a specific individual for omission from the ballot, notwithstanding in CA, the party nominee is entitled to be on the ballot; is your own business. I am only interested in ensuring, as much as possible, my fellow citizens are able to distinguish between confidence in the person; and knowledge and awareness of existing laws.

Just to round out the discussion with something I wrote almost a year ago:
Oh – this explains a lot – – –
In contrast to John Maynard Keynes – who conflated and confused the concepts of Economics and Social engineering – endeared himself to the European intellectuals – became the dominant leader of Western Economic thought – and almost single-handedly ruined Europe and is about to ruin USA –
There is the “Austrian School” of Economic thought and theory. Not only appealing to the rational mind (yeah, that makes sense, I can understand that), but having been proved right over and over again, this system is in stark contrast to all that is happening in USA now.
Back before the Nobel committee discovered the power they had to shape geo-politics, and when they sometimes awarded prizes for actual accomplishment and merit – we have the Nobel laureate Friedrich August Hayak honored for profound insight and advances to the science of Economics.
To give you a taste: In Hayek’s book, “Law, Legislation, and Liberty, The Mirage of Social Justice”, he states:
“It is one of the axioms of the tradition of freedom that coercion of individuals is permissible only where it is necessary in the service of the general welfare or the public good. Yet…the vagueness of the different terms which have been employed has made it possible to declare almost any interest a general interest and to make large numbers serve purposes in which they are not in the least interested. The common welfare or the public good has to the present time remained a concept most recalcitrant to any precise definition and therefore capable of being given almost any content suggested by interests of the ruling group.”

ANYONE ON THIS BLOG WHO HAS SERVED IN THE US MARINE CORPS DURING THE VIET NAM WAR I am trying to locate a combat veteran who knows the military identity of ALL the Marine Divisions that were deployed to Nam. I am looking for what Regiment,and what Division. My objective is to either prove or disprove the words of Dick Blumenthal..(D) CT. He was a membr of a USMarine Corp,RESERVE UNIT for 6 years. Now keep the word Reserve in your mind while I add this He recently stated in PUBLIC FORUM that he was in Viet nam as a COMBAT MARINE. The New York Times has stated that he NEVER set foot in Viet Nam. Further he was given a 2H draft classification.This sort of thing if true angers me and dirties the memory of our fallen heros. To me for someone to lie about his Marine Corp duty assignment is tatamount to sombody wearing collar devices of rank identity,who have no right to wesr them. While I admire his RESERVE service, I strongly question his alleged Viet Nam combat duty. If he has LIED then he deserves to LOSE the election,in Connecticut. Better still ,be thrown out of politics. Liars have no place in the representation of WE THE PEOPLE. I am hoping that there IS a marine vet out there who will get back to me on this. It is important!

If you want to educate people you should tell them this: ALL 50 states have their own specific ministerial laws and fiduciary duties for the office of a SoS.
Each of the individual 50 states have their own specific state ballot laws that are unique to each specific state.
Each SoS must obey their own state’s Constitution, the USA Constitution, their own state ballot laws for their state, and their own specific state’s SoS ministerial fiduciary duties.
SoS’s also have discretionary powers to as you mention jbjd, to “exercise discretion to keep that person’s name off the ballot, consistent with the ministerial function of ensuring the integrity of the ballot and the voting process.”
Everything a SoS can do in office is not written down, thus the words “discretionary powers of the SoS” are noted, and can be used and put into legal effect in a SoS’s capacity when a SoS thinks s/he needs to use the discretionary powers of the SoS to maintain the integrity of the state Constitution eligibility and election laws, to maintain the USA Constitution’s enumerated eligibility laws and the USA election laws, and to maintain the legality of the election process, and the integrity of the ballot, and the voting process.
A SoS must protect the voters of their state by maintaining the integrity of the legality of the election process, maintaining the legal integrity of the ballot, and maintaining the legal integrity of the voting process.
If there are any candidates who have ineligibility or illegal activities or election fraud that are found by a SoS, the SoS has the power to inform the Governor, the State Attorney General, and the state Legislature that illegal candidate ineligibility and or any illegal activities, perjuries, fraud, or potential candidate ineligibility and ballot fraud may occur or is occurring, and has been observed and found.
The Governor and the State Attorney General must be informed of these things if believed to be true and found by a SoS and an investigation process is conducted to bring the possible illegal activities or frauds into a public legal review and a public legal judgment.
If a SoS finds any candidate has committed an eligibility fraud, or witnesses a candidate’s illegal eligibility activities, or finds that a person is not legally qualified to be on a ballot, s/he has the ability to maintain the state constitution’s eligibility and election laws, and the USA Constitution eligibility and election laws, and not place that person’s name on the ballot with her/his discretionary SoS powers to maintain the minsterial fidiciary duties and the integrity of SoS’s office to protect and obey the state laws, and the USA Constitution laws in the position as SoS, and to protect the citizens of their state to have legal eligible candidates on a state’s ballot that are able to legally pass the state eligibility of office rules and qualifications and the state election laws, who will be placed on the ballot by the SoS.
To maintain the integrity of the ballot and a legal voting process a SoS must report any frauds and any illegal activities to the above persons. The SoS has the discretionary power to not place a person’s name on the ballot who is not legally eligible the office, and who does not meet the election rules and regulations of the state and the USA federal rules and regulations in election laws.

You have a very narrow view of the law and of proper human/official behavior. Just because it is not required does not mean it is unlawful.
I understand that mandamus lawsuits may fail against SOS’s unless their own state law dictates that they police eligibility – “Hey, you can’t sue me unless the law says I have to do it”.
However, there is the other issue that all SOS’s swear to uphold the constitution. This would seem, at a minimum, to give them a lawful reason to at least gather information and inform the public.
Further, one of the things that concerns many of us is the failure of the legal system to protect the constitution by not entertaining
“dereliction of duty” lawsuits against officials who swear the oath and let obvious opportunities slide by.
Without a STRONG and PROACTIVE defense of the sacred constitution, a constitutional republic is pretty much a wet noodle.”

A Secretary of State of one of the 50 States would be compelled to honor a Writ of Mandamus from the United States Supreme Court. SCOTUS is the highest Court in the Land; The United States Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land. No State law is controlling over SCOTUS or the US Constitution. See Marbury v.
