Blagojevich trial, May 16, 2010, Criminal complaint, Blagojevich Superceding indictment
As many of you know, The Citizen Wells blog has presented numerous articles on Chicago corruption involving Rod Blagojevich, Tony Rezko, Stuart Levine, Barack Obama and a host of others. The first article on Blagojevich was presented in April of 2008. This blog called for the arrest and indictment of Blagojevich and Obama long before Blagojevich was arrested.
You are probably also aware of one of my biggest concerns about the Blagojevich trial. That it was being downplayed and misrepresented by Blagojevich in concert with the mainstream media and recently affected by Google manipulating search engine results. Almost every reporting of the trial portrays it as simply as Blagojevich attempting to profit from selling Obama’s old US Senate seat.
I am currently analyzing the second superseding indictment against Blagojevich and I have some concerns about it’s content and structure. This blog has several legal experts who comment frequently, other website owners and others who pay attention and certainly care about this country. I am seeking two responses from you.
1. Read the criminal complaint from December 2008. Then read the superseding indictment and then the second superseding indictment. Here are just some of my concerns.
A) Are too many of the earlier references to Blagojevich’s ties to corruption that could link him to Obama diluted in the second superseding indictment?
B) Are there too many counts associated with the senate seat selling?
C) Is count one too large and thus more difficult to convict him on? Was this deliberate? This count has most of the references to earlier corruption that can be linked to Obama.
2. Contact as many people, entities as possible. Have them read the indictment. Counteract the Orwellian attempts to misrepresent this colossal coverup.
Here is just the “Tip of the iceberg” from the Criminal Complaint.
“b. Corruption of the Planning Board
35. As described more fully in the following paragraphs, Mercy Hospital, which
sought permission from the Planning Board to build a hospital in Illinois, received that
permission through Rezko’s exercise of his influence at the Planning Board after Rezko was
promised that Mercy Hospital would make a substantial campaign contribution to ROD
BLAGOJEVICH. Rezko later told a member of the Planning Board that Mercy Hospital
received the permit because ROD BLAGOJEVICH wanted the organization to receive the
permit.
36. Levine’s criminal activities included his abuse of his position on the Planning
Board to enrich both himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The Planning Board was a
commission of the State of Illinois, established by statute, whose members were appointed
by the Governor of the State of Illinois. At the relevant time period, the Planning Board
consisted of nine individuals. State law required an entity seeking to build a hospital,
medical office building, or other medical facility in Illinois to obtain a permit, known as a
“Certificate of Need” (“CON”), from the Planning Board prior to beginning construction.
37. Levine, as well as Planning Board members Thomas Beck and Imad
Almanaseer, testified under oath at the Rezko Trial.9 Beck testified that he asked Rezko to
reappoint him to the Planning Board and that Beck thereafter followed Rezko’s directions
regarding which CON applications Rezko wanted approved. Beck testified that it was his
job to communicate Rezko’s interest in particular CONs to other members of the Planning
Board, including Almanaseer, who were loyal to Rezko. Beck testified that he understood
that Rezko spoke for the Blagojevich administration when Rezko spoke to Beck about
particular CONs. Almanaseer testified that Beck instructed him that Rezko wanted
Almanaseer to vote a particular way and that Almanaseer should follow Levine’s lead in
voting on CONs. Almanaseer testified that before certain Planning Board meetings, he
received notecards from Beck indicating how to vote on certain CON applications. Beck
testified he provided these notecards to Almanaseer and certain other members of the
Planning Board to communicate Rezko’s directions about certain CON applications.

38. During his testimony, Levine described a plan to manipulate the Planning
Board to enrich himself and Friends of Blagojevich. The plan centered on an entity
commonly known as Mercy Hospital (“Mercy”) that was attempting to obtain a CON to build
a new hospital in Illinois. Levine knew the contractor hired to help build the hospital. In
approximately November 2003, on behalf of the contractor, Levine checked with Rezko to
determine whether Rezko wanted Mercy to obtain its CON. Rezko informed Levine that
Mercy was not going to receive its CON. According to Levine, he asked Rezko whether it
would matter to Rezko if Mercy’s construction contractor paid a bribe to Rezko and Levine
and, in addition, made a contribution to ROD BLAGOJEVICH. Levine testified that Rezko
indicated that such an arrangement would change his view on the Mercy CON.10
39. Levine’s testimony regarding Rezko’s actions to change the Planning Board
decision concerning Mercy’s application for a CON based on contributions for ROD
BLAGOJEVICH is confirmed by attorney Steven Loren. Loren testified at Rezko’s criminal
trial and, before that, in the grand jury.11 According to Loren, in approximately December
2003, Levine informed Loren that Rezko was against the Mercy CON. According to Loren,

agreement to make a contribution to ROD BLAGOJEVICH, which agreement he states was
communicated to ROD BLAGOJEVICH, but denies that Levine offered a personal bribe to
Rezko as well.
11 In connection with this investigation, Steven Loren pled guilty to interfering with
the due administration of the Internal Revenue Service. In exchange for his continued and
truthful cooperation, the government has agreed to move the Court for a 5K1.1 departure and
his counsel is free to seek any sentence, including probation. Loren has no other criminal
history. Pursuant to his cooperation agreement, Loren testified at the Rezko Trial.
Levine relayed to Loren a conversation between Rezko and Levine during which Levine
asked Rezko whether a political contribution to ROD BLAGOJEVICH would make a
difference for Mercy’s CON, and Rezko responded to Levine that such a contribution might
make a difference.
40. Thereafter, and confirmed by the testimony of Levine, Beck, and Almanaseer,
as well as recorded conversations, Rezko switched his directions to Beck and informed Beck
that Mercy was to receive its CON. According to Almanaseer, although he previously had
been told by Beck that Rezko did not want Mercy to receive its CON, he was later told that
there had been a change and that Rezko now wanted Mercy to receive its CON.
41. Mercy received its CON as a result of a controversial and irregular vote at a
public Planning Board meeting.12 The vote brought significant publicity to the Planning
Board and ultimately led to the disbanding of the Planning Board. Almanaseer testified
under oath in the grand jury that not long after the Planning Board vote on Mercy’s CON he
saw Rezko at a fundraiser. According to Almanaseer, he was still embarrassed about what
had occurred at the Planning Board vote on Mercy’s CON and Rezko’s role in the vote.
Almanaseer testified that he asked Rezko why Rezko had switched the vote on the Mercy
CON. According to Almanaseer, Rezko stated: “The Governor wanted it to pass.”
12 There was extensive testimony regarding the irregularity of the vote at the Planning
Board meeting. In summary, during the vote, Levine got up from his seat and went to speak
to Beck and to Almanaseer. After these discussions, Almanaseer then changed his vote to
be in favor of Mercy receiving its CON. Beck then voted in favor as well and by a vote of
5 to 4, Mercy’s application for a CON passed.
Almanaseer understood the reference to “Governor” to be a reference to ROD
BLAGOJEVICH.”

LEO You have hit the nail squarely on the head, and Amy1 it sounds as though you agree. Ther is nothing that angers me more than a person who is supposed to be representing yopur interests and instead tries to sell you out. Wasn’t this sort of behavior once called ANTI TRUST, and I seem to remember reading somewhere that there was some really potent laws against it. That is where I feel like our Congress, is at these days.

Good Morning guy! This is only an observation with regard to what I see going on. It seems to me that our enemies would like nothing better than to see us descend into complete disarray,and ongoing anger against each other. If there is a need for some sort of argument why not put it up for vote by all of us as to it’s importance and relavency. In some ways it would be a little like arguing a case before a jury. I would take myself out of the argument because I have certain biases,and it would be unfair for me to be a participant. But lets present the EVIDENCE and let the jury decide. Let the prosecutors, and defense begin, and always allow cross. NO HOSTILE WITNESSES ALLOWED!”
Admittedly, I have been ZEALOUS (which is permissible according to Attorneys’ Rules of Ethics) in my INTERROGATION of certain posters here. I confess that I was setting them up and I am gratified to see that I broke them down and exposed the FALLACIES of their arguments.
CW runs a great forum and I applaud him allowance for FREEDOM of SPEECH as well as his WARNINGS to those who come here to try and STIFLE Freedom of Speech.

I agree CW another point is that there is no concentration on the massive vote fraud and identity theft that went on in Chicago, Nashville and many other jurisdiction. That fraud is the lynchpin to AKAbo indictments.
The same type of coverup is going on here in Nashville. The DA who is up to his eyeballs in the AKAbo corruption was on TV thursday trying to lay blame on Nashville’s Blago-like Fall Guy, Former Police Chief Serpas.
Now what can we Patriots do about the coverups in investigations? We can bring our own Indictments in our Local Counties and put fear of We the People back into our congressmen and our local public servants. These politicians are our SERVANTS and it is about time that we treated them as such.

“Here is how I see it using an example: A train is intended to function properly on a track and have a conductor, etc. For some reason the train derails. There is a group that comes along investigates puts the train back on its tracks, fixes the train and tracks. They double check everything and see if if the conductor is injured, drunk, etc. If the conductor is able and qualified he is allowed to conduct and the train is soon on it’s way. If he is not someone else replaces him. The passengers and cargo will also have to be cared for and compensated for their losses. When everything is back as it was meant to be WE NEVER HEAR FROM THE CREW THAT GOT THE TRAIN BACK ON IT’S TRACK. They didn’t become conductors, rob the train, etc. They did their jobs and went away to be ready if and when a train wreck happens again.

CW: IMHO, there has been too much concern in the LSM about the selling of the Senate Seat; as if that is the only thing with which Blago was charged. Even when he made personal appearances on Talk Shows, they concentrated on that aspect and nothing else.
This is more than annoying, however, some Chicago newspapers do keep up on the developments. Unfortunately, if one has an interest in the trial, he/she must go to Chicago since there is little, if any, coverage in the national news.
You provide a valuable service here, and I pray more will read your informative posts to understand what is REALLY happening.
Obviously, I am not a Legal Eagle, but I do know good coverage when I see it. I commend you for keeping this subject in the forefront day after day because there appears to be a concerted effort to PROTECT Obama from any exposure with respect to this corruption trial. We all know he was “in over his head,” and that may be the reason he was so anxious to get to the WH…to utilize the PROTECTION of the highest office in the land and leave his past behind. After all, isn’t he famous for that?
The past does not interest him IMHO; he lives in the present from one moment to the next. Like a child, he deals with whatever interests him and then, takes a BREAK from it all.

I wonder to what extent Blago was complicit in this Public Housing fiasco. Could it be that both the state and the federal government funded these “luxury” estates?

Katie – that video missed one of the most heart wrenching stories that happened in the fall of last year. You may recall the little tyke who was riding his tricycle and accidentally bumped a gated fence which fell on top of him and killed him. I think he was only three years old. So sad.
These thugs, ALL OF THEM, including Oprah, deserve to be locked away, stripped of all assets and thrown in jail with no chance of parole, ever!

Linda I forgot to tell you, starting last week people running for office in FL, are using the lame humor of Obama v/s AZ in their campaign ads. The government has no idea how upset the people are with the government making light of laws that are on the books, ignored, used as a political weapon against legal citizens NBC or naturalized. WE THE PEOPLE are with Gov Brewer and the law abiding folks of AZ. If the federal gov’t doesn’t care about AZ-the other 49 states have as big a problem and their citizens are as at risk as AZ. We had the same problem with illegals at O’Hare (many nations), with crime on their mind.

Thank you for the Lt Commander Butch O’ Hare-when I had to go to O’Hare many times-I would always stop at the concourse to pay my respects-they have a placque. 99.99 citizens are like the Lt Commander than what you have seen with Obama and minions. We the People of Chicago could not be more ashamed. Many have tried to get rid of the corruption but it keeps rearing its ugly little head, maybe with this Obama thing it will soon be over-finally and forever.

AKAbo has his propaganda campaign in full throttle at the taxpayers expense now. Like CW, I am concerned that Blago is just the designated Fall Guy. They are doing the same thing in Nashville, i.e., setting Ronal Serpas up as the Fall Guy. A lot more AKAbo cohorts than Blago and Serpas must be brought to justice.

CW-I still think that there is a Bensenville, for the new runway that was going to be built, probably stalled now. I don’t think too many of the citizens are too happy there now that they have destroyed the town-possibly they know something, many things.

The MSM is never going to talk about this Blago trial, simply because they fear Obamas involvement. The ONLY place you can get this info is HERE at CWs or by following the Chicago Tribune or Sun. However, even though I believe Blago will get convicted, I doubt that he deliberately involves Obama, because he will need O to pardon him. Once Cellini is brought to trial, I believe it will be HIM that involves O. I realy believe O was one of his druggie buddies, and who supplied the drugs furnished to O the night of O’s incident with Larry Sinclair.. Of course, it wouldnt be the first time I was wrong.

Not only collateral for others advancement, but that tax money fed, state and local money was for the people who lived in what they call in Chicago THE PROJECTS. If one dime filtered down to the people it had to be miraculous. The conditions in those buildings were deployarble-unfit for human habitation in my opinion and beyond unsafe in every aspect. The construction guys in Chicago would know if those buildings were beyond redemption and needed to be torn down or if they were savagable. Possible Rezko/Obama/Jarrett just bought them as a “front” for theft. That was Carol Marin on the video she has been on the beat forever.
Strange during the election cycle that you only saw the creepy mansion, and not the projects. This are the places the gang-bangers shoot up at will and kill small children in their beds.
I had a realy rough night last night. Saturdays are the most difficult for me since my fiance died. Today, I am going to get out of the house, going shopping for a new flag. Carlyle, I see lots of rays of sunshine in all the people who are now courageously speading out about the crimes of AKAbo & his cohorts.
Remember that glorious final scene in the movie, “Witness” wherein Harrison Ford armed with nothing more than the Truth and the support of the peaceful Amish stared down the Criminally Corupt police chief and said, “What are you going to do, kill us all?”
Despite my “ordeal” and the oppression of the BHO regime, I still believe that if we do as Ben Franklin said, “hang together,” We will prevail in our struggle to restore the Rule of Law in our Nation. After all, we have something that Ben did not have at the time he urged his fellow Patriots to “hang together,” a Constitution, a Bill of Rights and a 4th Branch of Government, a Citizens Grand Jury system.
The best way to insure that these Trials don’t “drag on forever and forever…” is to keep the pressure up all across the USA by gathering together in groups of 25 and indicting AKAbo & all of his Criminal Cohorts in your local County.

CW-I keep forgetting to tell you-about 15-20 years ago, the entire Bensenville police force was fired-corruption I think quite the little shock-FBI took over the force. I think 2 officers were re-hired because they could prove they were not dirty. We knew many of them or their families-very sad but if you are corrupt you have to go.
In Chicago and suburbs all bartenders, waitresses, busboys, barbers, beauticians know everything. People talk, hillbuzz guys very clued in.

What an assignment you gave us. Read the first and second indictment and decide based upon the written material if the second one may be simply a watered down version of the first.

You have great faith in the people who post here. There are many who post here who seem to be lawyers, have doctorates in law, and are just so sharp and bright I feel they are way above my league. I hope they take up your challenge.

Leo Patrick Haffey, Jacqlyn Smith, Peter Francisco and Linda from NY. Guess who made the most posts between 9:04 am and 7:29 pm…..and, and, the winner is Jacqlyn Smith with 77 posts, second Leo Patrick Haffey 49 posts, third Linda from NY 48 posts and Peter Francisco, 24.
Let’s go a step further, assume if each post took an average of 5 minutes (logging, editing, proof reading, etc.) Jacqlyn logs over 6.4 hours (wow)!
Don’t get me wrong, many posts are informative, while others are not, some are just a rehash of previous posts and others are personal attacks…. and as expected a few bloggers are now becoming disenchanted with your site i.e., HonorFirst (10:01 pm) SueK (9:39 pm) and possibly other unknown readers.

CW’s reporting on the Nashville Crimes of the AKAbo is every bit as important as the Chicago Trial.
Remember, Al Gore had Bill Daley as his campaign manager and Al Gore was heavily involved in the AKAbo campaign both in Nashville and elsewhere. Remember it was Gore & Biden who showed up at a Chicago News Conference with AKAbo when the Blago Indictment was announced.
The good thing about the Nashville reporting is that it has been all about crimes that can be investigated by any Grand Jury, i.e., Theft of Computer (with names, SS #’s and DOB of all Voters in Nashville) from the Nashville Election Commission, Identity Theft, Voter Fraud, Money Laundering. All of those crimes can be investigated by any Grand Jury, you don’t need inside criminal information like in the Chicago case. No doubt crimes like those in Nashville were committed in Chicago too but it is telling that the Federal Prosecutors chose not to indict anyone for those more easily indictable crimes.
Please forgive for deviating. I cannot seem to stop crying since I had to put down our dog due to extreme illness that no amount of medical treatment could save him. It is said it helps heal grief if it shared.
Buzz Lightyear: May 31, 2000 to May 15, 2010
He was left in a crate allowed out only to eat or go to eliminate for the first 8 months of his life.
When I first saw him he looked like a dirty dish rag with toe nails so long He couldn’t walk right. It took almsot ten years to get those toe nails to almost normal.
I was the second human he ever saw. When I tried to hold him, he was so scared he was shaking all the way to the marrow of his bones. When I felt his fear, I knew I had to rescue him ASAP.
His first night in our home he got bath because he smelled so bad. There was no way this scared little guy was going to spend the night in our home smelling worse than fertilizer.
Ben, my husband and I gave him a bath. Before this little white boy had finished his bath, Ben named him Buzz Lightyear. It was late so I went to bed. Ben dried him and held the little guy in his arms until morning. They bonded and had a magical relationship until Buzz died this morning with the two of us at his side.
Buzz was so possessive of my Ben, he wouldn’t allow us to hug and kiss without him. He would jump right into our arms and overwhelm us with his “kisses”. He was just as ready with protection for Ben who was his papa! He knew no fear and if he felt something was threatening his family, he attacked it—even if it was a golf cart going past our back yard.
The dirty dish rag I first saw and brought home became the brightest shining star in our lives. He became the happiest little dog I ever knew. His joy and happiness was contagious. He brought a special dimension to our family. It was accepted he shared in our daily family life and in a way even shared in family decisions—he completed our little family.
Buzz traveled with us every where. When I was driving, Buzz insisted upon sitting at attention on my left leg as if he were driving the truck. Many people used to smile and ask me if Buzz was the driver. Last week when I picked him up from the vet after he had under gone ultra sound, I put him on the passenger side thinking he was too weak to help me drive the truck. He insisted upon his spot and drove the truck with me for the last time in his little life.
He slept on our bed. He considered himself an important part of the family at all times. He was right. He was an important part of our family. We could never bring anything in the house that he didn’t first inspect. He always knew there was a toy or treat for him.
Buzz was the brightest little guy we ever knew. His loyalty and devotion to his family was his reason to live. He was a joyous daily gift in our lives. We all were glad for every day he was in our lives. He will be painfully missed by those who knew and loved him.
Buzz was a white miniature poodle. There are two photos of him on my web site. He will live forever in our hearts.
Good thing Eric Holder is not a blonde, or they would be doing “bimbo” jokes about him. I’m a natural blonde.

There was a time last year, I remember hearing Rezko was tired of sitting in a cell and that he was going to start singing like a bird. Now I’ve heard he has been hidden away. Don’t know if that is rumor or not, but we haven’t heard much about him lately.
Maybe they will get the presidential pardon at the end of O’s first and only term. And their families will be guaranteed financial security, if both keep quiet.
The truth about the chicago corruption that has now hijacked the W.H. needs to be exposed soon.
Although I never supported the Clinton’s…somewhow I believed that Hillary was going to lay low, let the prez show his true character and inexperience and then whammmo, nail his behind. But sadly, looks like they too have been bribed or blackmailed, whatever.
Needless to say, I really appreciate this great blog and all those dedicated to the same purpose.

Dogs bring such joy and comfort to their families and it is always unconditional.

I have been a dog lover for most of my 76 years on this mortal coil. I lost the best friend for 14 years I ever had, my Golden Retriever last year and came across this poem which you may find comforting:

We the People have no influence or control of what happens in the Blago Trial. I suspect that you are correct, Honor, the trial was initially instigated by the Clintons as a backdoor to the White House. But look at the present reality if bo is removed and a dem takes over, they only have 2 years at best probably less and that dem will get blamed for bo’s failure. The only way the dems retain congress and the White House is if bo stays in power and steals the elections which is the most likely plan of the dems now.
Perhaps it is still possible that Hillary wants the job just so that she could be the first woman President or perhaps she legitimately cares about the Country. I guess time will tell.

My heart goes out to you and your family – it sounds like Buzz Lightyear lived a life well loved and knew it. I know it hurts – it always will. But you’re also wise to know that finding a new family member that adopts YOU will ease the loss and bring new joy.
For now, it’s time to grieve and get used to the changes in your routine.
If it helps at all (RichardL beat me to it! – Rainbow Bridge has helped many families get through such a painful time), I promise you after watching so many go through the same experience, you should find a new furry bundle as soon as you can. Actually prosecutors do the opposite, i.e., they over-charge in order to have more options to get a conviction. In nearly 20 years of law practice, I have never seen a prosecutor “water down” a complaint to get a conviction.

Theorethically, yes, but I have never seen a prosecutor hold back a charge for a later indictment. Trials cost too much and there is always the risk that you won’t get a conviction, so if you are making your future indictment dependent on a present conviction you are out of luck if you lose.

And, your reply to Helen @ 5:48 pm is very insulting to the folks who have been loyal to this blog for a long time.
Right after Blago was charged. Some criticized Mr. Fitzgerald for acting to quickly. I thought at the time that the quick charges were a good sign that Fitzgerald was going after AKAbo.
Some disagreed with me and were of the opinion rushed to charge in order to innoculate AKAbo from being charged because of Blago’s loose lips. Maybe they were right.
Regardless we can not control what the Federal Prosecutors do in Chicago. We can however control what we do in our local Counties. We can exercise our Right to gather together in groups of 25 Patriots and form Grand Juries to regain control of our Government.

I don’t know about the legal profession, but in prison, we were not allowed to “stack” charges. So, we wrote a inmate up on one charge, try to get a conviction, then file the next charge. We could only file one charge at a time. Any additional charges would have to be a completely different activity. Otherwise the entire charge would be discarded.
I’m just putting thoughts out there. Maybe a first conviction would aid in getting later convictions on more serious indictments.
Of course, I’m just a dumb ole country boy and don’t know half of what I’m talking about.

I have no problem with that, Don, but as a rule prosecutors just don’t hold back charges. They go with everything they have got in the first trial because it is likely there will not be a second trial if they don’t get a conviction the first time.

I recently went to a restaurent (with my daughter and son-in-law) that I had never been to before.. (called Cracker Barrel).. You enter the restaurent through a sort of general store. We broused through the store and I almost bought this “patriotic” T-shirt with an American flag on it.. Sometimes I go from a starboard tack to a port tack. In layman’s language it says that often there is already a great deal said relating to a certain issue. As such for everyone to read and think about it is fitting. I used to get in there one comment after another,but I decided to cool it and do a better job of commenting and had more thoroughly digested the issue at hand. I seem to remember that it gives us the right to FORM CITIZEN GRAND JURies for that purpose. Perhaps I am not remembering exactly but I think that I am close. I also think that it is an article somehhere in the first 10 articles of the Constitution, which is the Bill of Rights. You probably should check it out,for sure. Nice to see you back.

I think that in the past comments here there has been a definite distinction between possible criminal acts committed by BHO prior to his being seated as president and those types of things, such as high crimes and misdemeanors,
which he would be guilty of AFTER becoming president. Criminal acts committed before becoming president could be charged against a sitting president, because no one is above the law. He could therefore be indicted and prosecuted, I believe. However, to remove him from office would have to be done through the impeachment process. If he is charged and proven to be a criminal, it shouldn’t take long for even a Democratic Congress to act.

I have practiced law in Nashville for nearly 20 years. Until I was arrested on False Charges I had no idea how corrupt the judicial system is in Nashville. It is horrifying what they treat people in the jails here.

In response to your post at the outset of this thread, it seems to me that there would possibly not even be a Blago trial if the Obama GOON SQUAD could not first sanitise everything in both the prosecution’s files, as well as the DEFENSE ATTORNIES files. That’s it. If law enforcement has been trained on these things, I’m wondering if they would pick up the signs. I think one of the main clues is the eyes.

There only way I see to legally remove bo & cohorts is via the Citizens Grand Jury process in Local Counties. This would serve a two fold purpose. By indicting bo cohort congressmen we can derail their election campaigns and get the process started for conviction and imprisonment. That will get their attention in a way that Tea Parties, Townhalls & other protests have not.

There is one fact that Soetoro cannot mitigate. He cannot abolish in any way free elections until he FIRST ABOLISHES THE CONSTITUTION. I am simply saying that if they can not follow moral codes or the law of our land then we are within our rights to sort of egge them on a little against each other. Sort of a SPORT IF you will. Amy in my last job-9 years I worked with nurses, you guys are great. My neighbor is a registered nurse retired. It is not the easiest job in the world that is for sure. Biggest complaint I have heard from the nurses-no respect from the doctors, second biggest no hands on-more paper pushing for self defense medicine.

Can a sitting President or usurper be forced to stand trial in criminal court ?.
Could a special prosecutor take up the case ?.
Wouldn’t he then be axed ” special prosecute ” by the usurper ?.
Is Congress the only way to indict or impeach the usurper according to the Constitution?.
If so who in Congress would still have the authority to indict or impeach , they would incriminate themselves in the conspiracy and failure to uphold their oath.
If you do not have a legitimate Federal Congress and the separation of powers how can any citizen Grand Jury have any power to do anything while the Federal Government has been centralized under the executive branch ?.
Would the only solution to this problem lay with the top law enforcement officer of each State , the Governors ?.

My wife spent a little over twenty years in geriatric nursing. She tried home healthcare but decided it wasn’t her cup of tea. She retired early because she had become dissillusioned over what is happening in the full care entities. They now expect the staff nurses to do the paperwork that the DONs are supposed to be doing. This is so that the DONs can sit there all day and do nothing but file their fingernails, and jack their jaws about last nights hot date. When they hired a snot nosed little chick just out of nursing school to be the DON my wife said that is it ,I am out of here. Here was a real dummy. My wife said the DON couldn’t even set up an “IV PUSH correctly. The DON then had the unmitigated gall to ask my wife to show her how to do the iv push. My wife told her “you supposedly learned that in your schooling”. Don’t ask me to show you, I am a registered nurse not a registered “medical instructor”.She departed the facility the next day. They lost an excellent nurse.

Wow, you have asked some real posers! I am not a lawyer, but from what I’ve been able to gather, yes, BHO could be forced to stand trial in a criminal court if he were indicted for crimes, but the Dept. of Justice would not be unbiased, so it would seem that a special federal prosecutor would have to be appointed. Don’t ask me about what BHO’s power would be over axing the prosecutor…… Who knows?

The Constitution provides for the removal of President only by the impeachment process, I understand. Congress does not have the power to indict as a court does. Articles of Impeachment are presented by the House, as I recall, and then it takes the Senate to actually vote to impeach. (Remember Clinton?)
I doubt that there would be any risk to individual Congressmen as to complicity charges, because wouldn’t separate allegations have to be brought against each one?

All I can say is that as of now we still have the three separate powers in tact, although BHO is in effect trying his dead level best to bypass the Congress by using the czars presiding over the myriad of governmental agencies. I don’t know about states being able to exercise powers of that type over the federal government. IMO, if or when we get into that kind of a situation it would be almost tantamount to a constitutional crisis. Don’t you think so? (truly uneducated opinions on my part)

The nominee, Elena Kagan, is so far removed from everything this country stands for! It was ghastly to read what she thinks about the freedom of speech. It seems that the more we know about her, the worse it gets. I wish the Repubs had enough guts to really prod and poke, respectfully, of course, to get the real truth out of her. She has no business in being positioned on the highest court in the land.

2. Next, I want to say that as you all know the media has ignored this entire trial and of course we are not surprised since they are all part of a massive cover up to make this issue go away. Pastor Manning and I, along with many others in this movement will not allow that to happen.
3. If Pastor Manning was holding a war crimes trial for George Bush, the media would have been all over his trial and this story. Why is this? The media is part of a communist conspiracy and they are the enemy, along with the far left elitist scum that are manipulating the economy to force this country into a communist world government.
Now a recap of the trial from Sunday May 16, 2010:
I was unable to make the march again, due to the hours that I am putting into writing these updates, articles and answering e-mails. The Conservative Monster was exploding with traffic yesterday, because people want to know about this trial and the media is suppressing the news, just like in the USSR (Fox News included). The news media has all of their credibility invested in this cover up and they are desperate to make this eligibility issue go away. Would the media cut Palin or Bush the same break that they are cutting Barry?
– Pastor Manning stated that he has documentation that he will submit into evidence from a former CIA agent that was also a KGB spy. He did not explain further, so we will have to see what that is about tomorrow (Monday).
– Also, Wayne Allan Root, a former student from Columbia University will testify via Skype video on Monday.
– Pastor Manning played his interview with Dr John Drew, a former friend of Obama from Occidental college.
In this interview Dr. Drew stated:
1. Dr Drew was the founder of the Marxist Organization at Occidental College.
2. Obama was a radical Marxist revolutionary that constantly preached about redistribution of wealth and transformation of the political system.
3. Obama had no black friends, they were only white and foreigners (Middle Eastern)
4. Obama wanted to overthrow the wealthy
5. Obama had no girlfriends and that he was not a hard working student that hit the books hard. He liked to party more than study.
6. Islam and Marxism fit together perfectly and that is why leftists and the Muslim students mixed very well.
7. Obama was always dressed very nice, had designer clothes and drove in a BMW. Obama’s friend Mohammed Chandoo from Pakistan seemed to be rolling in cash and Obama was not struggling at all. They spent their money on partying, pot and hotel rooms.
Pastor Manning then stated that Dr. Drew was a tremendous find, because of his close association with Obama and his radical views from his college days. Dr. Drew mentioned to Manning that he “tried to get the word out about Obama’s radical views prior to the election, but nobody would listen to him.”
