I just responded to the following comment on this blog:
“Powerful information, CW about the events prior to 2009 concerning BHO. We would not be getting this kind of background or current info re. the Chicago events from any other source that I know of. Very little re. Blago’s hearing has been covered by anyone, as far as I can ascertain.

That is why I have spent so much time reporting on the truth about Blagojevich, BO, Rezko, Levine, et al.
There has been a conspiracy to downplay these stories.
As I posted several months ago, O’Reilly only asked Blago about the alleged senate seat selling.
This is, of course, what Blago & Obama want.”
I have been sickened and disgusted by the lack of coverage of the long time, deep corruption involvement by Rod Blagojevich and our entertainment based media playing into Blagojevich’s hands. I have performed an informal survey over the past several months of otherwise intelligent people. I asked them what their perception was of the corruption charges against Blagojevich. They all gave the same predictable response. The alleged selling of Obama’s old senate seat.
Over the past two years this blog has extensively covered Obama’s ties to Chicago and Illinois crime and corruption. I called for the indictment of Rod Blagojevich before he was arrested and indicated that Obama should be next. I also called into question the timing of waiting until after the 2008 election to arrest Blagojevich.
I have given this much thought. Given the amount of evidence, the number of witnesses, the suicides and other questionable deaths of those connected to Blagojevich and ultimately Obama. Given the power Obama has over the Justice Department. Given the fact that the Blagojevich team seems desperate to delay the trial. I believe that it is highly likely that Blagojevich may cop a plea.
The question remains.
Who will throw who under the bus?

If Blago pleads guilty then you know it is to save the FRAUD…..now he will get a light sentence and a promise when he gets out of having some big job….I’m sure he got a deal on his wife too…..she is involved with many of the Rezko deals…..I can’t wait for the De Jure Grand Juries to bring indictments once they are seated…..I don’t think these folks are going to get away with it….at least I hope NOT!!

“The U.S. Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has set a schedule to hear out a request by Rod Blagojevich to delay his June 3 trial until after the U.S. Supreme Court rules on the honest services statute.
But the panel has not made a call yet on whether the June 3rd trial date will move.
The high court’s ruling on honest services is likely to come by the end of June.
Defense lawyers for Rod and Robert Blagojevich say that’s too late. They need to know the law by the beginning of trial, they say.
U.S. District Judge James Zagel has ruled the trial will begin June 3rd, regardless of whether the supreme court strikes down a law that both Blagojevich brothers are accused of violating.
The defense is appealing, saying their client’s constitutional rights are being violated. Prosecutors are asking that the appeal be denied as “frivolous.” The 7th Circuit today issued a briefing schedule that includes a date after June 3rd. But there’s no official ruling on an actual trial delay.
In the meantime, the government has entered a number of filings in response to the defense’s Friday bid, citing a case that says an appeal should be heard only in “extraordinary circumstances.”
“I respectfully disagree,” said Michael Ettinger, a lawyer for Robert Blagojevich. “This is
an extraordinary circumstance.”
Sam Adam Jr. one of Rod Blagojevich’s lawyers, said if the 7th Circuit doesn’t allow for a trial delay, they’ll appeal to the supreme court.
“We have faith in the 7th Circuit. We believe they realize how important it is that criminal defendants know what they are charged with before they pick a jury,” Adam said.

All of your past blogs can be accessed by clicking “More results, etc”. This is part of google’s new search features that started in the beginning of May. I think the changes suck. No matter how they try to bury this blog, CW will always be #1.

[M]eeting the constitutional qualifications to be President is a very important issue. If President Obama isn’t constitutionally qualified, it would be the biggest scam ever perpetuated on the American people. MANY people contacted me as Secretary of State prior to and after the election asking how Obama could be on our ballot given this controversy. Absent a court finding that he isn’t a natural born citizen, we have to take the certification from the National Democratic Convention at face value.

So when Paul came out hard on Thursday night against a compromise amendment negotiated by Sen. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), proponents of Fed transparency had good reason to worry that the Fed had gutted the effort. It didn’t look any better when the compromise was backed by Banking Committee Chairman Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and the Treasury Department — both well known to be active opponents of Paul’s audit amendment.
“Any time you find out Senator Chris Dodd is in support of something — watch out,” read a hastily prepared action alert blasted out by Paul’s organization, Campaign for Liberty, as word of the compromise got out. “According to our sources on the Hill, Senator Bernie Sanders caved to pressure from the White House and Chris Dodd and stripped out the Paul-Grayson language from his Fed transparency amendment.”
Paul himself piled on. “I’m not a bit surprised that the Federal Reserve got to the Senate. I had expected Bernie Sanders to offer S 604, which was the same as HR 1207, which is the Audit the Fed Bill, and at the last minute he switched it and watered it down, and really, it adds nothing. There’s a possibility that it even makes the current conditions worse,” he said. “This is essentially the bill plus more of the bill we beat in the House Financial Services Committee; the Mel Watt bill. But this is so disappointing to me that this happened, especially since for months now I’ve worked with Bernie on this and he introduced the bill in our language, which was HR 1207.”

Coming from the mid-west I’m beginning to wonder. Obama years ago before a political career was working out of, or working in the gay bath-houses on the South Side-madame, prostitute or pimp hard to tell. We aim to raise at least $1000 to help them when they most need it.

Submerged under two feet of water, country music’s most famous circle — the six-foot circle of wood on the Grand Ole Opry stage — has miraculously survived the Nashville flood, even though the rest of the water-logged stage will likely be trashed.
“We were elated,” Steve Buchanan, president of the Grand Ole Opry tells the Tennessean. “It is in remarkably good condition. We’ve taken it up and are taking it out for some TLC, so it will be fine. We have it sequestered for special attention and then it will be back in place. We will ultimately need to replace the stage, but we do that every few years. But the circle will be saved … and it will be center stage when we open back up.”

Loyal reader azgo sent me the AL info, even though he is not from AL. It is an applicable state; but I have been unable to draft the citizen complaint because I need someone from AL to contact me (so as to carry out one more step) before I can draft and post this. I think IN is also an applicable state; again, I need someone from that state to in order to facilitate that drafting. Everyone, any and all Certifications of Nomination signed by Nancy Pelosi say, BO is Constitutionally eligible for the job. Even if they don’t use that specific language. As is explained in each citizen complaint o election fraud to the state AG, we are talking about a distinction without a difference.
Ever since my work was stolen by JB Williams, people have made the mistake of thinking, the only state in which NP swore BO is Constitutionally eligible is in HI. Not true. Even if that is the only state requiring that specific language in the Certification – SC, for example, merely requires the party to say, the candidates are “qualified” for the office – this is the same as saying, he was “duly nominated” by the DNC. Because DNC rules require the candidate for POTUS must be eligible under the U.S. Constitution. (Stop reading/believing pirated work!)
The real question is this: does SD law require the candidate whose name appears on the ballot, has to be eligible for the job? Or, does it say, the party candidate is “entitled” to be on the ballot? Each state is different; and the only states in which fraud can be said to have been committed are those states with laws that only print the names of eligible candidates on the ballot, according to state election law.

Severe inflation is coming
Severe inflation always begins at the most basic level. From food prices to base commodities, consumers will notice prices rising quickly when severe inflationary periods are upon them. So that’s why a recent Bureau of Labor Statistics report on the Producer Price Index (PPI) for March 2010 is startling some who actually read this important economic indicator (clearly Congress hasn’t paid attention).
Food stamp usage in the U.S. has now increased for 14 consecutive months. There are now 39.4 million Americans on food stamps, up 22.4% from one year ago. The U.S. government is now paying out more to Americans in benefits than it collects in taxes. As food inflation continues to surge, our country will soon have no choice but to cut back on food stamps and other entitlement programs.
Most financial experts in the mainstream media are proclaiming that the recession is over and inflation is not a problem in the U.S. Unfortunately, they fail to realize that rising food and gasoline prices accounted for 58% of February’s year-over-year 3.85% rise in retail sales. NIA believes price inflation is beginning to accelerate in many areas of the economy besides food and energy, and all increases in U.S. retail sales this year will be entirely due to inflation.
This is not good. Clearly, many in the Main Stream Media have missed this report–and are doing a disservice to millions of Americans when they play into the politicians’ line that the “recession is over.” The Washington D.C. politicians have treated this report in the same way they treat everything else they do: “move along, folks, nothing to see here.”

I got my puppy from the guys in the neighborhood a/k/a the Magi-he was neglected by his owner and the 3 of them made it their mission to find him a good home. They picked mine. I could palm him in my hand when the “boys” brought him over at Christmas, they also requested visitation rights-I said of course you guys are his fathers. Anyway I think a UPS driver must have abused him when he was a puppy because just hearing the sound of a UPS truck made him unhappy. I think you are correct, dogs know mean and remember it. The guys gently raised my puppy and I continued the tradition. The guys all construction type guys with pick-ups my dog loves all construction type guys.

Thanks Linda, but what I don’t understand is people were killed in bumper to bumper traffic so this came up so fast they had no warning? at all? I think the Haitian Earthquake generated about a billion in about a week or so, and these folks are going to need it. Washed out roads are not cheap and a massive amount of cars lost. Can’t see the devastation of the buildings yet. Nashville has many older buildings like Chicago, maybe hopefully only first floors need to be gutted. I love the “tin roofs” they are being used more and more in the south, here in FL too.

I am confident a well-placed commonly held believe such fraud occurred will induce the House of Representatives to introduce the Articles.)

Devastating isn’t it, Chelley? I would think people were traveling home or to work or to a shopping center; doing their daily errands, and something gave way [bridge/wall], and they were caught in a rush of water, car and all.
It is hard to imagine if you do not experience it. My heart goes out to those who perished and those who must do the “clean-up.”

I have been to the American Grand Jury site. No one there has a clue. They talk in circles waiting for instructions from the Elders and the mystical figures “above” the Elders. So when Paul came out hard on Thursday night against a compromise amendment negotiated by Sen. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), proponents of Fed transparency had good reason to worry that the Fed had gutted the effort. It didn’t look any better when the compromise was backed by Banking Committee Chairman Chris Dodd (D-Conn.) and the Treasury Department — both well known to be active opponents of Paul’s audit amendment.
“Any time you find out Senator Chris Dodd is in support of something — watch out,” read a hastily prepared action alert blasted out by Paul’s organization, Campaign for Liberty, as word of the compromise got out. “According to our sources on the Hill, Senator Bernie Sanders caved to pressure from the White House and Chris Dodd and stripped out the Paul-Grayson language from his Fed transparency amendment.”
Paul himself piled on. “I’m not a bit surprised that the Federal Reserve got to the Senate. I had expected Bernie Sanders to offer S 604, which was the same as HR 1207, which is the Audit the Fed Bill, and at the last minute he switched it and watered it down, and really, it adds nothing. There’s a possibility that it even makes the current conditions worse,” he said. “This is essentially the bill plus more of the bill we beat in the House Financial Services Committee; the Mel Watt bill. But this is so disappointing to me that this happened, especially since for months now I’ve worked with Bernie on this and he introduced the bill in our language, which was HR 1207.”

My goal is to educate my fellow citizens about the political process so as to prevent people with more knowledge from stealing our power. Specifically, you have not revealed 1) on what basis you maintain, BO has committed criminal acts; 2) what evidence you have obtained that supports your conclusion; and 3) which scholarly references support your claim, a President elected according to the process laid out in the Constitution, and sworn into office; can be removed from office through a process other than Impeachment.

Actually you don’t have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt at the Grand Jury stage of a prosecution. You just need probable cause, i.e., you just need to show that it is likely that a crime occurred.
So don’t get hung up on trying to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to a Grand Jury. If that was the burden nobody would ever get prosecuted.

Years ago my girlfriend and I went to the Hidden Cove in Lincolnwood when Freddie Bloom owned it. I googled it, it is still there but I doubt Freddie still owns it. It was an old tavern then, but due to Freddie it was so much fun. I vaguely remember Toughy Ave, which extended from the city to Elk Grove Village out in our suburbs.
Actually you don’t need a lawyer at the Grand Jury stage, but it helps to have someone who knows how to present evidence to a jury.
If you can’t get a lawyer then read “A Time to Kill” by Gresham & watch old episodes of Law & Order, both are very accurate about lawyering.

Yes I have found INDICTMENT Forms on the Internet. Subpeona Forms and maybe indictment forms can be gotten from your county court clerk.

I believe that they had a Constitutional obligation to act in this regard. Yet they voluntarily chose NOT TO ACT. This in my own view makes Roberts a perpetrator of FELONY FRAUD. Ok…quick lesson on the grid system of Chicago…. State and Madison is the deviding line …draw a cross….that is where 1 North 1 South 1 East and 1 West begins the city…actually I think they use 100 N E S and W. So, Touhy Ave is 71 blocks north of Madison…and depending on the address East or West Touhy, it would be X amount of blocks from State Street. The 5300 block of Lincoln Ave is two blocks north of Foster ave which is 5200 North. Lincoln runs on an angle so I can not give what hundred west that’d be. Does this help?

Oldsalt is correct. When a child is adopted as AKA Barrack was that child is given a new original Birth Certificate with a new name (Sotoero in the present case). If he did not file for a name change in Hawaii Court which he evidently did not then he committed FRAUD.

While you are right there is nothing quite like acheiving expiditous record,while showing probable cause. Helps unbelievably in getting indictments quickly. Just saves time, and helps us hone our skills,in such matters. Be they Grand Jury. or Civil action. When you get to age 78 you too will apreciate even moreso killing two birds while casting one stone. At one point in my life I often heard either a defense or prosecution lawyer lament that why the hell didn’t they get this document or that document while they were preparing their respective cases.

I do not agree that Chief Justice Roberts or any SCOTUS Justice committed fraud.
It was the Duty of Congress to not certify the Election of a Fraudulent candidate.
I have always thought that once a proper case is presented to SCOTUS that they will rule in favor of We the People on the issue of AKA not being Constitutionally Qualified to be POTUS but on January 20, 2009 there was no precedent for SCOTUS to act upon and no case with standing for SCOTUS to review.

Leo, I can see the citizens’ grand jury system as having merit and know that you are fully convinced that is the way to go. To me, of all the other citizens’ jury plans out there being discussed, yours seems to be the most sensible, and we all know and feel your passion. Personally, being an activist here in my own home town re. local city government in the past,
I cannot any longer physically stand the rigors of being involved to that extent, but am willing to be a part of something that presents itself as necessary.
It was good to hear again from jbjd, because she has been doing extensive research and study for some time on how best to go about getting BHO removed from office.

IMHO, she is right about the removal of the President only by impeachment. We can come up with all sorts of information and reasons as to why BHO should not be in the W.H. but nothing will go beyond the halls of the citizens’ grand juries (no matter how much wishful thinking there is or no matter how much work is done) unless there is sound legal footing. As she says, in effect, there is no law preventing the electors from choosing whomever they wish. We must work within that framework if we consider time to be of the essence. Revelations of fraud at the state level, where possible, would be the starting point, but there has to be sustainable proof. That could put us on the fastest track possible to impeachment, notwithstanding Congress is controlled by the Democrats. I’ve felt for sometime that it could well be the Dems who will be brought to the point of “asking” BHO to step down, IF public knowledge and pressure become great enough.
After all, the political future of many of them is at grave risk considering the direction the country is going.
Probably contrary to what jbjd would feel, I would say that even the AGJ to be held in Harlem this weekend could well serve a good purpose in greatly increasing public awareness, but I’m very doubtful any effective action will result in the actual removal of BHO. Who is going to bring the indictments and who is going to make “arrests”? We wish, but our wishing is in vain. However, my prayers are with the good Dr. Manning.

I wish Rev Manning well, but frankly I have never see anything good come out of AGJ and I was one of the first if not the first lawyer that AGJ contacted. AGJ refused to follow my advice and consequently they have a stack of illegitimate indictments that have no force of law. No court will ever consider one of those AGJ indictments.
If I handled food stamps, I would appoint agents to go into recipients’ houses and start unplugging stuff……cable, etc…….

This is from a layman’s viewpoint, because I’m one of those accountants who are considered free-loaders by some (not true in my case – I’ve worked very hard to earn a modest living), but I am used to debating various sides of an issue in tax work. So, this is not meant to be confrontational in any sense of the word.
If POTUS can be convicted of crimes committed before he was sworn in, then I can see that he could be removed under criminal charges. As you have said – no man is above the law. All of the events and insults we see because of his failure to prove his status as a NBC cannot enter into any real court action against him, because when we vote for POTUS we, under the electoral system, do not vote for him – we vote for electors whom we trust to cast their votes for
the POTUS we want. There is no law requiring electors to cast their ballots in any predetermined way. Of course, the burden falls upon the states’ placing POTUS name on the ballot without obtaining proof of POTUS’ qualifications to be POTUS. Hence, we are right back at jbjd’s recommendations. What is to keep us from working on several fronts at the same time (BHO seems to be a master at that)? In other words, gather all info we can, through the citizens’ grand juries (for those so inclined) and at the same time vigorously pursue election fraud at the state level in those states where it is feasible? “Two private investigators working independently are asking why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.
In addition, the records indicate the number was issued between 1977 and 1979, yet Obama’s earliest employment reportedly was in 1975 at a Baskin & Robbins ice cream shop in Oahu, Hawaii.
WND has copies of affidavits filed separately in a presidential eligibility lawsuit in the U.S. District Court of the District of Columbia by Ohio licensed private investigator Susan Daniels and Colorado private investigator John N. Sampson.
The investigators believe Obama needs to explain why he is using a Social Security number reserved for Connecticut applicants that was issued at a date later than he is known to have held employment.

The Social Security website confirms the first three numbers in his ID are reserved for applicants with Connecticut addresses, 040-049.
“Since 1973, Social Security numbers have been issued by our central office,” the Social Security website explains. “The first three (3) digits of a person’s social security number are determined by the ZIP code of the mailing address shown on the application for a social security number.”
The question is being raised amid speculation about the president’s history fueled by an extraordinary lack of public documentation. Along with his original birth certificate, Obama also has not released educational records, scholarly articles, passport documents, medical records, papers from his service in the Illinois state Senate, Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records and adoption papers.
Robert Siciliano, president and CEO of IDTheftSecurity.com and a nationally recognized expert on identity theft, agrees the Social Security number should be questioned.
“I know Social Security numbers have been issued to people in states where they don’t live, but there’s usually a good reason the person applied for a Social Security number in a different state,” Siciliano told WND.
WND asked Siciliano whether he thought the question was one the White House should answer.
“Yes,” he replied. “In the case of President Obama, I really don’t know what the good reason would be that he has a Social Security number issued in Connecticut when we know he was a resident of Hawaii.”
Siciliano is a frequent expert guest on identify theft on cable television networks, including CNN, CNBC and the Fox News Channel.

Daniels and Sampson each used a different database showing Obama is using a Social Security number beginning with 042.
WND has further confirmed that the Social Security number in question links to Obama in the online records maintained by the Selective Service System. Inserting the Social Security number, his birth date and his last name produces a valid Selective Service number.
To verify that the number was issued by the Social Security Administration for applicants in Connecticut, Daniels used a Social Security number verification database. She found that the numbers immediately before and immediately after Obama’s were issued to Connecticut applicants between the years 1977 and 1979.
“There is obviously a case of fraud going on here,” Daniels maintained. “In 15 years of having a private investigator’s license in Ohio, I’ve never seen the Social Security Administration make a mistake of issuing a Connecticut Social Security number to a person who lived in Hawaii. There is no family connection that would appear to explain the anomaly.”

JJ, you directed this to Leo, but will you let me weigh in, too? I share your frustration, but in stopping a runaway train someone, or more, has to come up with a workable, sensible strategy to stop the train. There can be no wasted effort, hype, or dependence only on good intentions. I think that is what we are all trying to do, and, of course, some are much more able than others.
As far as the past failures of others, that is history and no lamenting is going to change it, although I do plenty of it myself, just like you and others here.

Thanks for reminding me of other offenses.
I believe the Violations of the Logan Act would definitely be prosecutable – I’d forgotten about that. Also, identity theft is a possibility, based on the number of social security numbers; however, what if he did work for the CIA during the early 1980’s and perhaps, beyond? Could there be any connection? (PLEASE – I’m not defending this rascal) Identity theft definitely needs to be explored vigorously! I don’t know of bank and wire fraud explicitly, but don’t doubt that they exist. What about “conspiracy to commit murder”? Not doubting that it exists, I just can’t at the moment think of the particular instance. Some of the other items listed may be more vague and therefore difficult to present convincingly. But you make your point well!

I haven’t seen any disclaimers either.
I am not sure he received and read my emails I sent to him, so that is why I telephoned him twice today and I left messages for him.

Today I looked hopefully on his web site for some signs of disclaimers and retractions from Dr. Manning, and in his videos saying something like, “Please do not bring or wear any masks here to New York City or to New York…..and please respect all curfews, all city ordinances, and do not loiter, do not riot, remain calm and peaceful…etc.”

The White House today posted on its website a video allowing Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan to speak “in her own words” about her personal history and perspective.
In the interview, conducted by a White House staffer who produces videos for the administration, Kagan discusses her childhood, parents and professional career. At one point she jokes that people get confused between her job as solicitor general arguing cases before the Supreme Court and the attorney general, who puts “the labels on the cigarette packages.”
While the White House seems to believe the American people deserve to hear from Kagan, it has not made her available to reporters. That prompted some consternation at today’s White House briefing.
“It appears that Solicitor General Kagan did an interview yesterday right after the president’s announcement,” said a reporter. “You’ve now posted that on the White House Web site. Who did the interview? And can I have one?”
“I think it’s — I think it’s on the website if you want to see it,” responded Press Secretary Robert Gibbs.
Soon after, the reporter can be heard saying, an edge in her voice, “So a White House staffer interviewing her.”
Gibbs says yes, and the reporter asks if Kagan would like to do another interview.
“She has — she’s not told me that, no,” replied Gibbs, prompting the reporter to respond, “Tell her we’re deeply frustrated.”
The decision to post an interview with Kagan conducted by a government employee – not a journalist – is in line with the Obama administration’s policy of regularly using new media tools to go around traditional media.
Doing so allows the administration to better control its message – and, in this case, avoid any uncomfortable questions for their Supreme Court nominee.
Still, it’s worth noting that it seems to be unprecedented for the nominee to be heard from at all before the confirmation hearings, other than in the initial introduction and in brief photo ops with senators.

In Roberts oath that he himself took he IS CHARGED with the responsibility to UPHOLD the Constitution( our law of our land). If he in turn then administered the Presidential oath of office while EVEN a SHRED OF doubt existed anywhere that he was aware of, regarding the veracity of Obama’s election he by virtue of his own oath of office was sworn to uphold the Constitution of the US, and to institute an appropriate investigation in which to determine the truth of the matter. He administered the Presidential oath of office which was allegedly mistated, leading to a SECOND oath of office which was privately administered. Why was a public function done in private. In our history there has NEVER been a PRIVATE SWEAR IN. This sort of action by the SCOTUS lends serious question as to the veracity of the a second swear in as well. Again this alone suggests that the entire process was flawed from the outset,and even lends more discredit to Roberts. I personally think that he became complicit in the conspiracy to perpetrate election fraud against the American people because he voluntarily chose to ignore the possibility of Obama’s ineligibility. The SCOTUS was remiss in it’s job not to have at least suspected such ineligibility,and early on taken action to address it. I think that ROBERT’S failure to act DOES make him both complicit,and liable for his inaction. I believe that he knowingly engaged in felony election fraud against the American people.

I believe the Violations of the Logan Act would definitely be prosecutable – I’d forgotten about that. Also, identity theft is a possibility, based on the number of social security numbers; however, what if he did work for the CIA during the early 1980′s and perhaps, beyond? Could there be any connection? (PLEASE – I’m not defending this rascal) Identity theft definitely needs to be explored vigorously! I don’t know of bank and wire fraud explicitly, but don’t doubt that they exist. What about “conspiracy to commit murder”? Not doubting that it exists, I just can’t at the moment think of the particular instance. Some of the other items listed may be more vague and therefore difficult to present convincingly. But you make your point well!

In Roberts oath that he himself took he IS CHARGED with the responsibility to UPHOLD the Constitution( our law of our land). If he in turn then administered the Presidential oath of office while EVEN a SHRED OF doubt existed anywhere that he was aware of, regarding the veracity of Obama’s election he by virtue of his own oath of office was sworn to uphold the Constitution of the US, and to institute an appropriate investigation in which to determine the truth of the matter. He administered the Presidential oath of office which was allegedly mistated, leading to a SECOND oath of office which was privately administered. Why was a public function done in private. In our history there has NEVER been a PRIVATE SWEAR IN. This sort of action by the SCOTUS lends serious question as to the veracity of the a second swear in as well. Again this alone suggests that the entire process was flawed from the outset,and even lends more discredit to Roberts. I personally think that he became complicit in the conspiracy to perpetrate election fraud against the American people because he voluntarily chose to ignore the possibility of Obama’s ineligibility. The SCOTUS was remiss in it’s job not to have at least suspected such ineligibility,and early on taken action to address it. I think that ROBERT’S failure to act DOES make him both complicit,and liable for his inaction. I believe that he knowingly engaged in felony election fraud against the American people.”

THE MOST DAMAGING THING THAT SOME LAWYERS DID TO OUR CAUSE WAS RUN AROUND THE USA TRYING TO INDICT EVERYONE FROM ROBERTS TO THE LAWYERS WHO DISAGREED WITH THEM. WHERE DID THAT GET THEM?
