“I need your help. judge eisenstein just sentenced me to another 35+ daysOf False Imprisonment at Re-Entry at 1117 McGavok Pike, Nashville, TN 37216.
eisenstein had a “review” hearing today (4-9-10) without my knowledge or my wife’s knowledge. My false accusers, the Horsts, were informed and were allowed to present more false testimony (perjury) against me. The next hearing is set for May 17, 2010 at 9 a.m. in eisenstein’s court.
After being released on 10/21/09, BHO supporter judge eisenstein brought additional false charges against me in January 2010. eisenstein committed crimes in his own court by making false allegations against me to “justify” his False Warrant for my arrest in January 2010.

This is for ticktock, the last of that last post. I just copied it over.
ticktock: “OK, I just learned today that people who believe that God’s name is Yahweh believe that all the rest of us are uneducated or that if we aren’t uneducated we ignorant. I’ve also learned that if they did rule the world, we’d better darn learn how to say it right or we’re in big trouble! ”
I write: No, I’m not saying that YOU ARE uneducated, period. But when people call upon Yahweh’s name, they say we automatically are cults! Go figure, ticktock. Think about Jim Jones or whatever his name was. He was not a Yahwehist, but we get accused of this all the time, ticktock. Well, I get sick and tired of this argument, which it’s evident from the very same Bible (Scriptures) that you study as is mine.
Imagine being the supreme deity and the people can’t call upon your name because of all of their superstitions, all of their stupid rules, which they are all man-made rules.
Does a child name their parent, or does the parent name their child? That always gets me. Does your child come forth from your belly saying, Oh, this will be my name?
So aren’t we supposed to be the child or is Yahweh, or are we the one who names him, ticktock?
This is a passionate debate with me. His name is in there almost 7,000 times, ticktock, more times than any word. I have a DEAF friend who calls upon Yahweh and wishes that he could “hear” himself say his name, but I bet you $1 million that he probably does better than most hearing people today. So pronunciation doesn’t matter, which is a very lame argument.
WHY, you ask?
Because Yahweh’s name is four semi-vowel letters, that’s right. In the Hebrew it’s four semi-vowel letters and the sound is phonetically like this:
ee-ah-oo-ey
The “ee-ah” sounds like Yah….the oo is like in the long vowel sound like in true, or too, two.
Then the “ey” is like a long “a” sound just about.
So a little note of interest here, I met a lady in Australia who was a person who worked with an ENT. She did the hearing tests on people. She was freaked out when she found out that she was teaching the name Yahweh to people with hearing problems and didn’t realize it.
Her exact teaching started out with this to form their vowel letters:
ee-ah-oo-ey.
So it seems like THE DEAF have heard, and those hearing refuse to hear.

Now I am open to a challenge in the SCOTUS to the constitutionality of these laws but until then, they are laws….

If it is true we are being governed by a “Corporation” and not a “legitimate government,” then IMHO, it matters not whether he is a “natural born citizen” or where he was born or “hatched.” Nor does it matter if he signs a gazillion bills into law. He is a CEO of a Corporation; we cannot fire him. Only the Corporation can fire him for not producing or incompetence or whatever reason they decide.
We are all defending the Constitution because we believe it is the “Rule of Law” in the USA. However, corporations have “mission statements” not “constitutions through which they operate.
We are still operating under the premise we live in a Constitutional Republic. What if we don’t, and it is true we are just “peons” who “contract” with the “Corporation?”
Maybe, the reason why he has “sealed” all of his documents is because it would somehow bring the “corporation” to light and we would know “beyond a shadow of a doubt,” our country was lost a long time ago.
About the only thing we do know about our pp is that he was adopted by an Indonesian man, lived in Indonesia, and studied Islam. We do not really know who his parents are; we only know what we were told through “books of fiction” maybe, he did not even write.
Sooo…what is our beef with this guy? His policies? Probably. His lies? Most likely. His associations? Definitely. His ideology? More than likely. His ignorance? Yes. Stupid is as stupid does. His arrogance? Oh, brother, is he arrogant! His secrecy? That really bugs us. His hatred for anything American? Oh, yes!
What really disqualifies him? If he works for the “Corporation” and not us, nothing. If he works for us, all of the above.
This “Eligibility March” sounds like a good idea, but will it just lead us to another “dead end?” Another disappointment?

The Dinner Roll
Once upon a time I was invited to the White House for a private dinner with the President.
I am a respected businessman, with a factory that produces memory chips for computers and portable electronics.
There was some talk that my industry was being scrutinized by the administration, but I paid it no mind. I live in a FREE country. There’s nothing that the government can do to me if I’ve broken no laws. My wealth was EARNED honestly, and an invitation to dinner with an American President is an honor.
I checked my coat, was greeted by the Chief of Staff, and joined the President in a yellow dining room.
We sat across from each other at a table draped in white linen. The Great Seal was embossed on the china. Uniformed staff served our dinner.
The meal was served, and I was startled when my waiter suddenly reached out, plucked a dinner roll off my plate and began nibbling it as he walked back to the kitchen..
“Sorry ’bout that,” said the President. “Andrew is very hungry.”
“I don’t appreciate…” I began, but as I
looked into the calm brown eyes across from me, I felt immediately guilty and petty. It was just a dinner roll. “Of course,” I concluded, and reached for my glass.
Before I could, however, another waiter reached
forward, took the glass away and swallowed the wine in a single gulp. “And his brother, Eric, is very thirsty,” said the President.
I didn’t say anything. The President is testing my compassion, I thought. I withheld my comments and decided to play along. I don’t want to seem unkind..
My plate was whisked away before I had tasted a bite. “Eric’s children are also quite hungry.”
With a lurch, I crashed to the floor. My chair had been pulled out from under me. I
stood, brushing myself off angrily, and watched as it was carried from the room.
And their grandmother can’t stand for long.”
I excused myself, smiling outwardly, but inside feeling like a fool. Obviously I had been invited to the White House to be sport for some game. I reached for my coat, to find that it had been taken.
I turned back to the President. “Their grandfather doesn’t like the cold.”
I wanted to shout, “that was my coat!” But again, I looked at the placid smiling face of my host and decided I was being a poor sport. I spread my hands helplessly and chuckled.
Then I felt my hip pocket and realized my wallet was gone. I excused myself and walked to a phone on an elegant side table.
I learned shortly that my credit cards had been
maxed out, my bank accounts emptied, my retirement and equity portfolios had vanished,and my wife had been thrown out of our home.
Apparently, the waiters and their families were moving in. The President hadn’t moved or spoken as I learned all this, but finally I lowered the phone into its cradle and turned to face him.
“Andrew’s whole family has made bad financial decisions. They haven’t planned for retirement and they need a house. They recently defaulted on a subprime mortgage. I told them they could have your home. They need it more than you do.”
My hands were shaking. I felt faint I stumbled back to the table and knelt on the floor.
The President cheerfully cut his meat, ate his steak, and drank his wine. I lowered my eyes and stared at the small grey circles on the tablecloth that were water drops.
“By the way,” he added, “I have just signed an Executive Order nationalizing your factories.
I’m firing you as head of your business. I’ll be operating the firm now for the benefit of all mankind.
There’s a whole bunch of Erics and Andrews out there and they can’t come to you for jobs groveling like beggars…we need to spread YOUR wealth around…”
I looked up. The President dropped his spoon into the empty ramekin which had been his crème Brule.
He drained the last drops of his wine. As the table was cleared, he lit a cigarette and leaned back in his chair.
He stared at me. I clung to the edge of the table as if it were a ledge and I were a man hanging over an abyss. I thought of
the years behind me, of the life I had lived. The life I had earned with a lifetime of work, risk and struggle.
Why was I punished? How had I allowed it to be taken? What game had I played and lost? I looked across the table and noticed with some surprise that there was no game board between us.
What had I done wrong?
As if answering the unspoken thought, President Obama suddenly cocked his head, locked his empty eyes to mine, and bared a million teeth, chuckling wryly as he folded his hands.
“You should have stopped me at the dinner roll,” he said.

This is some of what I heard tonight…..According to Tim Turner it is a done deal…..the republic has been restored and now they are moving forward to put the rest of the plan in place. The corporation will have NO money to operate with before long and the elected officials will not be passing anymore bills because their corporation is broke!!! All bonds have been arrested and nothing can be funded in DC!!! They have been talking with the FBI on a regular basis and the military is fully behind them! Nations across the world are watching and many are wanting help doing the same thing! He says Washington is being shut down and funding is being cutoff across the world…..as I understand it all the land belongs to the people of the nation now and the corporation has NO more credit!!! He says they have had help from the Supreme court and the military both!! They have re-established the original constitution and the 13 amendments……the one we had before 1868 prior to the civil war and before the 41st Congress. He also said the Amendments after the 13th are null and void…..they were passed and voted on under the unlawful constitution of the corporation of the United States ….we are now under the constitution For the United States of America! He says the United States of America has plenty of money…..this month the IRS will be obsolete!! Once again to reiterate what he said and this is MOST important…..Congress can not pass a bill as they are not bonded anymore!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! 🙂

I have not heard anything from the DOD, DISA, DIA, or any other Military organization as of yet. I have not heard from Quantico, nor the FBI Academy located therein. I’ve not heard anything from Ft. Belivoir, Bolling AFB, Andrews AFB, Ft. Mead nor the NSA that is located therein, Ft. Eustice, nor Ft. A.P. Hill. I have not heard anything from Annapolis, Indian Head NSWS, Langly AFB, Dulgrin NSWL, nor Norfolk Navel Base. All of these military instilations souround the Washington D.C. area, and not a word from any of them

Just so you know how powerful the process is Tim Turner has been doing it for around 20 yrs and has perfected it.
To date he never lost one IRS income tax case only has one that hasn’t been discharged ALL OTHERS HAVE BEEN DISCHARGED. This is 2009 statistics.
The people jailed by IRS are people that make mistakes by granting IRS permission or answering as TAXPAYERS instead of Sovereigns OR they are jailed illegally and indefinitly without a trial.
For judges to run out of the court and not holding Tim Turner in COMTEMPT is pretty convincing to me.
A simple mechanics lien can hold up a sale of a house and it is pretty easy to do…imagine what type of lien a Secured Party Creditor (you) can use.
Beating a traffic ticket in court because there was no injured party and the court doesn’t have jurisdiction over a Sovereign is powerful stuff. The court is a collection arm of the gov’t which than gets paid by the same gov’t, this is a conflict of interest because they are on the same team.
Many of these things are hard to grasp because we are not wired that way and it is outside the box.
OLD HABITS ARE HARD TO BREAK. But it is happening whether you believe it or not.

I have a suggestion for everyone who is writing off everything concerning the guardians of the republic.
It is said that all 50 governors have had their bonds arrested. If you can find evidence that this is not true, then you have a believable reason to use to help convince others not to listen to what the guardians say.
If you find that the bonds have been arrested, then you have to admit that this alone is one of the biggest moves any of us have seen in our lifetime. They also should then be given a chance to see if the rest of what they say comes into being, before dismissing them as a joke.

Who can sleep at a time like this?
There was an old captain in a Portuguese Cod fishing ship that would spend about 6 months loading up in the North Atlantic freezing cold bitter winds and very hard work. Many times having to use a hot water hose to melt the ice on the boots in order to take them off. My father-in-law and his father worked on these huge ships.
One day my F-in-Law and the deck hands feeling overworked got together gathered their courage and approached the old captain and asked for rest. The captain says “You will have plenty of time to rest when you die, back to work”.
We will have plenty of time to sleep when we are dead…right now too much going on to sleep. Even though I slept good last night.

Today is a good day to do gardening even though it is windy. Have to seed carrots, lettuce. Get ground ready for Portuguese Kale, peppers, onions, tomatoes, etc.

JS, I am not putting Mario down, i greatly support him as I know you do also. It really is time for us to do our job and at least read up on history. There really is not need to criticize and try to negate anything being said here. You can form your own opinions but at least let’s look at the history of our country. LISTEN, LEARN AND BECOME INVOLVED….and above all quit whining about others decisions to have a conversation about what is happening with the plan to restore America!

Perhaps the RAP stuff can stay on this post while others move to the new post regarding Kerchner.
This has been suggested before with topics such as 9/11 theories; stay on the old thread while others go to the new post to discuss that topic.
I can tell you that a few of our trusty, long-time posters are now gone.

Honor First – At the risk of getting my ears boxed off, I have to say “agree”. I realize the enthusiasm is great for RAP, and the beauty of it all is that this is still a country where we can freely express our thoughts without fear of reprisal. Some misunderstand that any questions about the validity or viability of RAP are meant to be mean-spirited or overly critical. That is certainly not the case with me, and I don’t believe it is with most others.
Sorry to overwork this phrase, but can’t we come to the place where we can “agree to disagree”?
This would be a good policy to follow in all matters where we differ in opinions.
BTW….Thank you CW for allowing us to be American and use our Constitution the way it was meant to be used!!

I know your intentions are good, but please step away from this for a while. I know the Lord frowns on obsessions….think about that. Add up the minutes in the day listening to those videos “twice” and the time posting; then tally your time AWAY from the rest of your life.

You and I both know that our belief system and decisions come from the “FAITH” we have in the one and only Lord Jesus Christ…..because people have been so oppressed for so-o-o-o long and maybe don’t possess the same level of “faith” as you and I…..then I think maybe they are afraid to let themselves believe and to follow the facts and the truth…..as the Guardians say…..when you bring the truth forward….the truth hurts….because we have been living the lie so long that when truth is brought forward people just don’t want to accept the truth….reason being that the truth brings the system down in the manner that it has been structured at this time…..I didn’t want to believe in the beginning either that our government could be so evil…..but I have seen the light and I know the truth now! I’ve been reading the CW blog for some months now. I find that in most cases, the contributors who offer their opinions and views here are true and honest Patriots of the First Order.
I visit more than 24 different blogs through the day and comment on several, as the spirit moves me. I depend on these blogs to provide me with the material I need daily to determine what I wish to read, or view. That is… I, and no one else, will decide just what I wish to read, or view… and don’t require any assistance from anyone to “tell me” what link to “go to”, or what ideology to pursue. Nor whether I should go to some other blog, if I disagree with someone’s point of view here.
When I look at my somewhat antiquated “mouse” on my desk, I see a device which is simplicity in it’s design. It has a “Right and Left” button and located in the center, between these buttons is a rubber wheel, which allows me to scroll up or down at great speed, and enables me to bypass material which I choose not to read, especially when the material has, as it’s origin, initials such as “bjad”, or “jabd”, or whatever those initials are , or J.S., or “South”, or those others who know quite well who they are……….. in my own opinion, at the risk of being “judgemental”, the phrase “agents provocateur” comes to mind.
I also find that I agree with HonorFirst to quote here:

Perhaps the term “obsession” is a bit strong here but I fail to find one more appropriate… I am 76, semi-invalid, fairly house-bound due to oxygen therapy requirements, but I have never found myself getting up at 9 a.m., and tying myself to my computer until 3 or 3:30 a.m. in order to satisfy some innate urge to find fault with one of my fellow men…. Ovomit and his crew of “Bandits”, notwithstanding.
In the event the aforementioned “initialed” or otherwise identified commenters feel it is necessary to respond to this note, it would, indeed, be a waste of their time since I now have that “mouse” trained so that when it sees these initialed posters “words of wisdom” come into view, it automatically scrolls down to the next, more civil and informative contribution.

Last week we reported that seven Virginia elected officials were invited to the Saturday April 3 Annual Fundraising dinner at the terrorist-linked Dar Al-Hijrah Islamic Center.
Starting on February 17 we notified those seven officials about the terrorist links of Dar al Hijrah’s past and current imams and congregants. Two of them, Senator James Webb and State Delegate Kaye Kory, had their names removed from the flyer in the weeks following our notifications.
Yet on the eve of the fundraiser, the remaining five – DNC Chairman and Former Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA), Congressman Gerry Connolly (D-VA), Congressman Jim Moran (D-VA), and Fairfax County Supervisors Penny Gross and Sharon Bulova – still had their names on the invitation.

This is my first post, ever. I really, really want to believe all the good that RAP will do. I believe in a lot of what they say. But, I still have questions.
I have questioned whether all governors are bonded. Today, I went to MICHIGAN.GOV to find out. They have a search engine and I tried several searches before I came up with governor’s bond.
I then located the following. (I don’t know how to post links)
Section 15.36 Revised Statues of 1846 (excerpt)
Official oaths and bonds of state officers
15.36 oath of office, official bond, time, filing
Sec. 36
“The state officers named in this chapter, the lieutenant governor, deputy secretary of state and deputy treasurer, shall each, before entering on the execution of his or her office, and within 20 days after receiving official notice of his or her election or appointment, take and subscribe the oath of office prescribed in the state constitution of 1963, and deposit the oath of office, with his or her bond, if bond is required by law, with the secretary of state, who shall file and preserve the oath of office and bond in his or her office.”
According to this paragraph, the governor of Michigan is not bonded. I know she received a letter. I read it on Drudge and heard it on WJR
