My approach has always been to compel elected officials to do their jobs, and not to waste time and energy focusing on cleaning up the political parties. The purpose in trying to retrieve these documents was to augment the citizen complaints of election fraud already filed with AG Abbott, to try to get him to investigate.

This is absolutely the end game of what has been going on in Washington. When a company is going bankrupt, and the sub-companies are profitable, the profitable portions go separate ways. The Fed is bankrupt, the states are viable. This is a simple equation of economics, and the Federal government is going to lose unless it changes rapidly.
The Cap and Trade, the Health Care reform, all of this New Green garbage are REALLY about increasing taxes to pay for the burdeon of big government and entitlement programs. Unfortunately, even these activities won’t be enough to pay for the progressives agenda….they have to enslave us.

He indeed may have been handpicked by Obama to sign off on the eligibility of Obama to be put on the Democratic presidential ballot. There needs to be some serious digging on this angle as well, that is, how Ritchie was named to this position in Texas, and his connections to the Obama administration.
JBJD, maybe I missed something, but why was Texas the only state in the Union which did not require Pelosi’s involvement in the certification to be placed on the ballot for President? Does Texas have some sort of special provision in their state constitution for this, or what?

just a helpful note for those that don’t know how ot cut & paste it’s actually a very helpful tool and the simplest thing to learn.
First place mouse at teh beginning or end of what you want to cut and paste then click & hold left mouse button and drag move to other end of what you want, this highlights it at the end let go and Either do Control C to copy (or Cut) or right click on highlited aread and click Copy on Menu that opens up.
Now to Paste go to where you want to place what you copied e-mail, document, IM, Blog, etc and Either do Control V (to paste) or right click where you want to write it and on the Menu the mouse menu that opens up click on Paste.
Voila’ now you are a C & P expert with a few seconds of practice.
Once you paste you can further manipulate as desired by highlighting and Deleting parts of it or highlighting and rearranging, etc.
It is a very helpful tool.
If ou still don;t get it or have other things you want to learn you can go to YouTube and do a search and I’m sure there will be a helpful How To video there or go to a site like ask.com and just ask the question and you may find the answer.

I was born in Dublin, Ireland 38 years after the 1916 Easter Rising in which a band of Irish patriots rose up against oppressive British rule of their country. After an initial success in taking over the Dublin General Post Office, the rebellion eventually failed. The leaders, heroes to the Irish people, were summarily executed.
When I was young my mother used to sing to me the Ballad of Kevin Barry, “just a lad of 18 summers who proudly held his head up high.” Despite worldwide protests, including a plea from the Pope, Kevin Barry was hanged by the British for refusing to tell the authorities the names of his accomplices. “Men like Barry will free Ireland” goes the song.
I had heard my mother tell the tales of her own mother who manned the barricades outside the General Post Office, bringing aid and comfort to the rebels who were fighting to free their nation. I always thought those stories were fanciful, that mom may have exaggerated the role that Granny O’Hagan had played in the uprising. It’s all true, she told me. She’s listed in the Book of Honor in the Museum of History in Dublin.
When Renee and I went to Ireland on our honeymoon in 2008 we visited the Museum of History. After sifting through some old, dusty archives we finally came across the Book of Honor. What courage does it take, what commitment to freedom and country and cause must one summon at so dear an age to risk all for liberty. I wondered then and still wonder now whether I would ever have the resolve to face the bullet, to stand down the tank, to stand before the gallows.
For the past year we have struggled to cope with a government just as potentially threatening as that which Annie O’Hagan faced. No, we are not going to be summarily executed but we do face the uncertainty of never knowing what tyranny has in store for us. We face the great unknown of rule by elites. We have gone from Father Knows Best to Government Knows Best in the blink of an eye.
There arose among us in the past year someone who offered us hope, someone whose voice and vision registered with ours. Someone, we believed, who spoke for us and our values. She was running for office.
I first met her last May at the Old South Pancake House in Fort Worth, which for reasons beyond me is a favorite meeting and dining place for local politicos. She spoke for 40 minutes or so and although her delivery was not yet refined she spoke with a truth of conviction and belief that resonated. I said to Renee when we left that I agreed with everything she has to say. Too bad she doesn’t have a snowball’s chance of winning, I said.
As the months passed we followed her and her message sharpened and became more refined as she gained confidence that her ideas were resonating with the people. We marveled as the crowds coming to hear her swelled from 25 or 50 to 100 to 200 to 1,000 or more. We found great joy as her poll numbers moved from nothing to 4% to 8% to 12% to 24%. She could actually do this, we began to believe. She could actually win.
Unfortunately, others had the same belief: This woman, this upstart, might actually win. But for them the feeling was not one of joy, no sense of triumph for the common man. It was one of fear. This was not part of the script. So she was drawn into an ambush and attacked. One only has to remember the story of another Irish hero, Michael Collins, to understand exactly what went on that day. The royalty must be preserved, the bloodlines must go on, no matter the cost.
So an alleged populist hero sold his soul in a Faustian compact with the power elite. He must be so proud. Sadly, such things happen all the time and history is rife with false icons. Welcome to reality. But we must never forget, painful though the lessons might be, that true belief begins first with self. Believe first in what you know is right and let your own instinct be your guide.
What do we do? Give up? Run away? Support the power elite? I think Granny O’Hagan would look down at me from heaven with a disapproving scowl and remind me of the song of Kevin Barry, that lad of eighteen summers whose death did free Ireland. Kevin Barry, too, was a Republican.

I apologize if this is boring for those who are already up to date but I believe this information needs to be out here front and center for all to read and maybe CW will do a whole thread on this group….we must out them to the common people!!!

Then it became a very secretive….no media and no record keeping and no reporting publicly!!!…Since then it has grown beyond it’s idealistic beginnings to become a shadow world government—-which decides in total secrecy at annual meetings how their plans are to be carried out! What they threaten is to take away our right to direct and own our own destinies….made easier by the development of telecommunication technology merged with profound instant impact of the Internet and new methods of behavior engineering to manipulate individual conduct and to convert what at other times in history were only evil intentions are now disturbing reality! There appears to be a shift toward total enslavement!
It was in 1957 when the late journalist Westbrook Pegler exposed the group….he started the glimpse into this secret club but it wasn’t until 1975 when James P. Tucker Jr. made it his life venture to out this power and greed mongering group…..he was the only reporter for nearly 3 decades who worked earnestly to hound the secret meetings of the world’s most powerful businessmen, power-brokers, politicians and to expose it to the light of public scrutiny….this is when he learned that the Bilderberger group had recruited the media moguls into its secret conspiracy group and dedicated an absolute blackout in the United States…..3 big ones…..Washington Post, New York Times and the L A Times…….explains why we are only recently learning about this crowd….it is a must that we bring this group into the sunlight….now we know why the silence from the media on the FRAUD’S records….I’m sure it comes from this group…..the threats are real and the blackout is certainly real!!!
Now I know some here believe Perry is evil because he attended one of the meetings in Turkey…..what I found out is that it is important to distinguish between active members who assist annually and others who are invited occasionally….here is what it says…a direct quote…..

I believe Perry is one of those “fringe” people….probably invited as a tool but actually clueless….maybe not but I couldn’t find where he attended more than the one time he was invited!
Anyway…the most dramatic example of a useful recruit was the obscure Bill Clinton—-(his first meeting was in Baden-Baden, Germany in 1991)…There David Rockefeller told Clinton why the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) was a Biderberg priority and the group needed him to support it….the next year Clinton was elected POTUS….and guess what???….he was a strong proponent of NAFTA! Attended in 1991….elected in 1992…what a coincidence!!!
NOW….this is what I also learned from Tucker….Bilderberg’s chief fear is organized resistance…they don’t want the common people to find out what they are planning for the world’s future (One World Government)…..World Company….with a single, global marketplace, policed by one world army, and financially regulated by one “World Bank” using one global currency!

My posting of this writing was more for the promotion of Adrian Murray and the Fort Worth 9-12 Project than it was for the campaign of Ms. Medina or her “Moneybomb”. I have heard Adrian speak several times in public and he is a GREAT AMERICAN!!!! I personally believe Ms. Medina would be a great patriot for the State of Texas. Hutchison and Perry are already bout and paid for by the special interests.
As far as your campaign goes, I have not seen your name on the ballot for Governor of the Great State of Texas. If I had, I may consider supporting your platform. Just as JS stated above, if you are in grave need of financial support, let those that read the CW blog know. Maybe there are some that can offer support.
As for myself, I am self-employed in the construction business and I have my own problems. The biggest being the takeover of the office of Commander in Chief by an usurper.

But when you download the documents I draft and post, and send these to the appropriate officials to obtain your desired results; or ask me questions about the law and then proceed based on information I provide, but fail to contribute financially to the blog, this is the conduct that has earned my contempt.
TP, I don’t live in TX and have no ties to that state. But have you compared the volume of work I have done on behalf of all of her citizens versus the work carried out by Ms. Medina? For example, include my radio appearances explaining TX law (and that means, the research of those laws, too, in advance of the program); my posts in the summer of 2008 explaining the deadline in TX for challenging names on the ballot (as the way to prevent BO from getting on the ballot); and my 2 (two) versions of the citizen complaint of election fraud to AG Abbott, as well as my request for records to Boyd Richie under the TX open records law. Include my attempts to secure help for her citizens from the FOIFT, in obtaining records from the TDP.

Did you read that, the FOIFT, that organization which refused my request to help TX citizens with their request for records charges $50 for an afternoon seminar at which at least 1 (one) attorney will be present to answer questions about how to obtain records? Imagine, charging $50 just to attend; and you might not even get to ask questions, if others present take up too much of the lawyer’s time.
I could have made these documents private and charged a set fee for downloading; but this might limit or delay their use and distribution to the states. Instead, I figured, people who took the work ‘for free’ would contribute something, anything for my efforts. I was wrong.
Next time you try to justify not contributing to the ‘kitty’ for work you take from me, by claiming, this is my patriotic duty to work for nothing; don’t. Imagine how absurd you might find an argument that, because homeless people need shelter, builders should donate labor and supplies to build homes; or, because unemployed people need to eat, grocery stores should give away food; or because sick children need medical care, doctors should work for free.
There is no such thing as a free lunch. Take the work; feed the kitty.

Just a question….How would anyone know the number of times anyone has attended – it’s a SECRET organization. The ONLY reason there is any record of Perry attending the Bilderberg *ONE* time is because he was bragging to the press he was invited. They slapped his hand for it, too.

Just catching up on yesterday’s news. I was so excited to see the topic/link you provided on the 100 lawmakers declaration about the healthcare. Until I read over the so called declaration’s bullet points. These points they lay out are completely worthless against the control of the behemoth bill.
Knowing BOTH parties are complicit & tasked in getting a healthcare reform bill of any kind passed, I can’t help but wonder if this is a bit of grandstanding by these particular lawmakers. It seems like nothing more than really slick propaganda – just look at the title of it. That was the dead giveaway to me.
And, more importantly WHY do we need THIS declaration? Aren’t we already guaranteed these rights under another declaration that was written years ago? This one *really* stinks to me! These people never quit trying to bait us.
Consider this, if they actually laid out the specifics of this declaration instead of the vaguarities they chose, they would HAVE to reveal to the public what they’ve all been penning up there on The Hill.

I think I can answer your question about the Bilderberg attendees.
It seems that each time a meeting is held, one of the ‘staff’ of the venue where it’s being held seem to leak an attendee list. All you have to do is Google or Dogpile ‘2008 Bilderberg attendees’ and you’ll get several results.
I’ve read the list for the last few years now, and I’m always amazed at who the attendeed really are.
Yup, Perry bragged about it, but he’s on the list for 2007! That was my original question a few posts ago: What was Perry doing at the 2007 Bilderberg meeting?
I don’t take ignorance of their mission as an excuse from him.

Somewhat long article, but Erick seems to argue that location of birth does not matter for NBC status. And for a court to intervene at this point would amount to a judicial coup.
I was taught in school, that in order to be eligible to run for the office of POTUS, you had to be a citizen at birth and you had to be born on U.S. soil. Some folks who were born in U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, etc.) that even though they are U.S. citizens, they are not eligible to run for the office of POTUS because of the location of their birth. I have to say that I had never heard that before, but that is what they were taught.
If BO were actually born somewhere outside of the United States, then I would consider that to be election fraud. It would not be a judicial coup to remove him if this were the case, IMO.

The “let’s take credit for something we had nothing to do with” show rolls along for Team Obama. The latest act was veep Biden stating (with nary a hint of irony) on CNN’s Larry King is Alive, “Iraq could be this administration’s greatest achievement.” You heard it right, not this country’s or our military, oh no. He said “this administration.” Ya gotta love the humility of these guys.
Man, I’ve got to pay a visit to the audiologist quickly. I could swear I just heard this from the same guy who all throughout the campaign said (with Obama grinning nearby,) that the Iraq war is one of this country’s biggest international mistakes. C’mon Joe, our attention spans aren’t that short.
Really now, no matter how far you lean to the left, you have to honestly admit that neither Obama or Biden had anything but contempt and scorn for anything even vaguely related to the Bush administration Iraq policy. Now they want to take credit for the success of the U.S. military and diplomatic efforts there.
This has got to be too rich for even die-hard Team Obama sycophants.

On the senate side: Grassley sold us out as well as MCCAIN, Lott, Shelby, Kay Bailey HUTCHINSON and more; the list is here. Some of the crooks are gone (Hastert, Gingrich, Lott), but I can tell you that the aforementioned (with possibly the exception of Pelosi and Hutchinson who is running for Governor in Texas) will all be rewarded with reelection for their treachery in handing over our jobs to communist countries.

Lucy is adorable, but I haven’t seen too much of her yet. I’ll bring her out tonight. Actually, she lived at a rescue in VT and the rescue’s people had relatives in NH, so we met half way. I gathered her yesterday and brought her home to MA. A little traveler, she is! I’m sure she’s stressed from all that.
Yup, off work today (and maybe tomorrow). You take it easy, too and heal quickly!

Ms. Helga…..Sarah is not a belt way boy…..IMO she supports McCAin out of loyalty and friendship…..McCain is not your ideal Candidate but he certainly is not a flaming LIEberal either……as far as Hayworth goes….my friends and family who live there are leery of him as well….could not win re-election in the house last time he tried and some think he is a big mouth…..don’t trust him….will say anything to be elected type…..I don’t know him but that is what I am hearing from folks who do!

Sarah’s endorsement of McCain makes sense to me since he put her on the nat’l scene. But if I lived in AZ, I’d be voting for Hayworth. I always liked him. He has always been big on controling the borders and unfortunately, I think that’s why he was booted out last time. Things were even more PC than they are now and he just came on too strong for some people’s taste I guess. But hopefully now, people are awake enough to want someone strong on borders.

I believe in Palin because of what I have heard her say publicly and what she writes on her facebook and what she put in her book……it has already been proven time and time again that a lot of stuff out there on Palin is untrue……because I want to hear it out of her own mouth what she believes about immigration first is justifiable given all the garbage the media and internet blogs put out there about her and her family!!!
