The Trent Franks town hall meeting on Saturday, August 22, 2009, in Kingman, AZ is stirring up a lot of controversy. According to the Mojave Daily News, Franks was reported as saying:
“Franks said there was not enough evidence that Obama is not an American citizen. He did say there was a lot of conflicting evidence of Obama’s citizenship and that he was considering filing a lawsuit, the only congressman to do so. Franks asked why the president did not simply produce a birth certificate.””
The Citizen Wells blog has reported on the town hall meeting as well as further comments coming from representative Franks office.
A comment was posted by a citizen from AZ:
“I have emailed Rep Franks several times,…. and He has responded to me each time….by email and also snail mail letter. Pretty much saying that obama has been vetted and all is in order. MAYBE we should email him some info to WAKE UP his mind a little bit. You prepare what you want and I will make sure he gets it. I will email it and I will also send him a certified letter. WHAT do you think? (I also emailed Sen Mccain,…. but never received any response at all)”
Today we received this comment from travelbugs:
“I just got off the phone with Congressman Franks office. He said that he did not say he would pursue a lawsuit, but rather that he would pursue looking into this. I also explained that it is much more than the long form birth certificate. I further stated that he had to simultaneously ask for the college records and passport records to be opened up to fully understand the depth of this. The staffer said they have been flooded by calls today about the birth issue and he took my message down, in great detail, and promised to pass it along to the Congressman. Everyone needs to call and relay this same information. He can get a fake birth certificate, but he cannot forge the passport and college records as well. These elements are critical to bringing about the truth!”

“A month before Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.) told a town hall audience that there is not enough evidence that President Barack Obama is a natural-born citizen, he told an interviewer that he believes Obama was “born in Hawaii.”
According to the Mohave Daily News, on Sunday, Franks told a town hall audience in Kingman, Ariz., that there is conflicting evidence as to whether the president was born in the United States. According to the report, the Republican congressman called on Obama to produce his birth certificate and threatened to sue the president over the issue.
But in July, when a camera crew from the liberal blog FireDogLake approached Franks to ask if he believed the so-called birthers, who dispute whether Obama was born in the United States and would therefore be ineligible to serve as president, Franks made his anti-birther position pretty clear.

A Birther Compromise

Significant disagreement exists between American Thinker writers concerning the Birther issue. This is evident in the comments section of a recent article by J.R. Dunn, and another recent AT article. Concerning that disagreement, it seems to me there is a reasonable compromise that expresses both sides. The compromise is “preserved” as two possibilities centered on something all conservatives agree on, the left is obsessed with control:
1) Obama is not forthcoming with the long form birth certificate in order to retain control of the debate concerning the legality of his position, and in the belief that his control will weaken favorable public perception of conservatives, and
2) Obama is not forthcoming with the long form birth certificate because he knows that once that form is released, he has less control of public perception of both a) the legality of his position, and b) conservatives.
Until the original birth certificate is available for public inspection, both possibilities exist. I can entertain both in my mind, but only as possibilities. I need objective data to know the truth.
Each possibility may seem to be a restatement of the other. However, the difference is in what is perceived to be in Obama’s head. Is he merely a calculating politician “retaining control”? Or does he know he has a Constitutional problem?
The unreleased long form birth certificate is the data that Obama controls. But how well does he control public perception? What are recent polls telling us?
An American Thinker search on the term “obama narcisstic american thinker” turns up numerous instances at American Thinker of writers drawing the parallel between Obama’s behavior and Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD). If the diagnosis has merit, Obama will follow his narcissist impulse, and as a result, if we are fortunate, the electorate will put two and two together to increasingly entertain possibility #2.
If that happens, I believe Obama will lose control of public perception, and be under increasing pressure to release the form. If he continues to refuse, it will look more and more like he knows he holds the office by fraud.
Should that happen, I do not want to have to admit error. So, I will not adopt Dunn’s position of doubting Birthers.
I am pleased that the AT editorial staff permits both sides to have voice. I think a reasonable tactical compromise accomplishes two desirables; a) it takes the wind out of Obama’s control-freak sails, and b) it keeps conservatives focused on exposing the stupidity of the Democrat Party leadership’s (and Obama’s) Marxist agenda, an agenda riddled with failure across both geography and time.
Is it not possible that such focus will hasten the upchuck factor? Is it not possible that Obama’s deceitful manner will support a growing belief that he fears public perception if the truth of his birth is known? Nixon found out how this works. Having observed those events, so did I.
If it turns out that the Obama presidency is a fraud, openly doubting Birthers not only puts a person on the wrong side of history, but also fuels the divisiveness Obama hopes for. This compromise avoids both those negative outcomes, and unites us in a focused effort on that which is most important, exposing the truth — whatever it is — about Obama and the Democrat Party leadership.

Folks – this is critical – this is one of the messages we have got to get out to our congresspeople and newscritters. This is not just about “fraud”. This is not just about “unAmerican”. This is certainly not just about smacking Obama around.
This is about International blackmail. If there is ANYTHING off-center in the withheld records, then Obama and his whole administration is subject to coercion. If there are damaging records, you can bet that some of the really famous intelligence agencies (KGB? MOSSAD? MI6?) could ferret them out. Or certainly make a convincing false case that they had.
We MUST make sure that Obama – and through him, all of us – are NOT subject to international intrigue. It is as important as that.

These are the minimum essential “public” items that need yet to be released. Other presidents and high officials have released this sort of information. Do you understand what I just said? NOBODY in an official or news reporter capacity has seen ANY of this stuff. Or if they have, they are certainly not saying anything.
1. Long form, vault copy, birth records.
2. Passport files.
3. Selective service registration.
4. Any records recording changes of citizenship.
5. College records, particularly nationality and scholarship information.
6. Medical records.

1. The Hawaii state officials have verified this. The only thing that exists is an incomplete and non-traditional looking Internet image. It has also been clearly “doctored”. Whether this document is partly real and partly fake, or just totally fake is unknown. In any case, the next time you need to show proof of birth, try showing a goobered up image you posted on your own FaceBook page and see how well that works for you.
2. This is especially critical because he is known to have traveled to Pakistan (by his own admission) after his majority. At that time the US was not allowing citizens to go to PK and PK was not allowing US citizens in. We wonder what passport he used?
3. There is a faked up image of a form floating around. Nobody has seen the clean, real item. It is not known if the form that is available was mocked up by the Obama camp or by a jokester.
4. Obama was (by his own admission) born a British citizen, and became “automatically” a Kenyan citizen when he was young. He may have been also born a US citizen (i.e. a dual citizen) but due to lack of evidence, we don’t know. We also know (via available reliable public records) that he was adopted by an Indonesian national and was made into an Indonesian citizen. At that point how many citizenships did he have 1, 2, or 3, or even 4? Did he ever have US citizenship? Did he once have it and lose it? And then gain it back via naturalization? Is it legal for someone with current multiple citizenships to be president? Suppose he was born in Hawaii to a British father? Is it legal for someone like that to be president? Especially if the mother was too young to legally convey any citizenship status at all? All unknown or unanswered questions. And fraught with (blackmail?) peril.
5. It is almost certain that Obama went to both Occidental and Columbia on scholarships. Were these scholarships reserved for foreign students? How did he register himself? Did his proclaimed citizenship to obtain his scholarships match his actual citizenship? Fraud? He was almost certainly funded at Harvard (expensive, ooh la la) by a benefactor. The identity of that benefactor is officially unknown at this point. There is only one quasi-reliable bit of spoken evidence – and that says it was a certain Arab sheik. That may be totally above board and strictly legal – but especially as long as he refuses to disclose that information, don’t you think that benefactor “owns” Obama to a worrisome extent?
6. On one hand, one might opt for a little privacy here. But being a leader like the president of the most powerful nation on earth does not afford that luxury. Medical records are too easy to illegally obtain – and there is a LOT of potential opportunity for major blackmail.

That happened in Calif not in District of Criminals as you stated. I watched that whole thing and it went from 10:30Am til after the Evening News in LA…..one guy sitting in a car with a broken rear window and 10’s of cops around and TWO Robots and an Armored Miliatry Vehicle.
They milked that story to SHOW on all the evening news all across the country. There was a statment being made and sent. As I updated the story here I told everyone that there was a message being sent and they wanted this in all the evening news. I decrypted what that new script they put at the end of the page. It is another link to malware. Looking at the code I saw they were using standard escape codes. So by , “unescaping” it, the text becomes clear.

As you can see, it sends the person to the site spyware-security.cn.. This is the site that is flagged as spreading malware. I think the script was just changed because the scanners had caught on to the signature of the last one.
So either someone has access to your blog and is able to change the coding ( a regular user setting up the blog cannot do that since they use templates provided by WorldPress ), or WorldPress has been hacked and it is on their template ( which means that it is not just your site that has this ). Normally I would suggest you cjhange templates, but you said because of the Berg suit nothing could be changed.
I suggest you contact Worldpress about it.

The best way to take the Silver is to “breathe” it, as in take it using a nebulizer (you can buy them on ebay)
