US representative Trent Franks of Arizona, conducted a Town hall meeting, Saturday, August 22, 2009, in Kingman, AZ. Health care reform, national defense and illegal aliens and even fraudulent ACORN were discussed. However, what was most interesting about Trent Franks’ comments was his questioning Obama on not producing a birth certificate and indicating he may initiate a lawsuit. I am not certain if representative Franks really understands the eligibility issues, but at least he understands that there may be a problem.
Here are three action items for us to address:
1. Make certain that Trent Franks understands the serious eligibility issues surrounding Obama as well as his complete hiding of his past.
2. Encourage Trent Franks to initiate a lawsuit and provide data and resources.
3. Let Trent Franks know that we will support his efforts to represent the American people and uphold the US Constitution.

Franks then criticized President Barack Obama on every issue starting with the president’s lack of understanding of the threat by terrorists to launch an attack against the United States. The conservative Republican also said he voted against the federal stimulus bill and the Cash for Clunkers program, which he said benefited foreign car makers. He also said it would take 34,000 years to pay off the debt that Obama is accruing.”

One woman said a newspaper announcement of his birth in Hawaii was not sufficient. Another asked how he could have a passport without a birth certificate.
Franks said there was not enough evidence that Obama is not an American citizen. He did say there was a lot of conflicting evidence of Obama’s citizenship and that he was considering filing a lawsuit, the only congressman to do so. Franks asked why the president did not simply produce a birth certificate.”

Here is the info about the Video Debate between Obama and Keyes.
Obama and Keyes debated for the US Senate seat in Illinois in 2004, there were 3 debates, and they were video taped in Chicago by a prominent channel (ABC I believe).
In the second debate, during which Keyes criticized Obama about being opposed to private school vouchers, and in which he asked him where he would be sending his daughter(s), public or private (Obama said public–what a liar!)…
Keyes did a quick political jab, saying, “Why you are not even a natural born citizen!”
To which Obama quickly retorted, “So what, I am running for the Senate not the US presidency!”
These debates were edited and shown on TV in Chicago, this retort was one sequence that was edited and never appeared in Chicago in Oct of 2004.
However, after Obama’s trouncing of Keyes, there was a lot of talk in DC about his political future, round about Feb 2005. C-Span therefore decided to request the original unedited tapes and air them twice in the second half of April 2005.
They did this in the morning, when their commentator reads the papers and comments on things shown, with live call in right after.
This particular video of the second debate was shown sometime after April 15, 2005.
I know these facts, because I have a friend who watched C-Span in April of 2005…he’s the same guy who called into Plains radio and asked Alan Keyes if he remembers it…Keyes said he had no memory of it…from that point on, my friend no lonber believed that Keyes was honest, but what up to some sort of game on the eligibility question: or at least, was feigning ignorance, to cover for the fact that he should have known that NBC status only applied to presidential candidates…
AS for the Smith Kenyan BC…I was visiting a friend with a 3 month old newborn…a child of that age has a foot so small, there is yet very little differentiation on the sole of the foot, with very tiny toes….its a clear forgery….
I have a hard time wrapping my arms around the BC issue anymore. While I understand that its the central issue in trying to get this imposter removed from office, it doesn’t really seem as though any of our politicians are willing to stake their political lives on this (or their actual lives, for that matter). You’ll notice in the video that this is for a declaration of a public health emergency, which all states have in place for any number of situations. All this has been batted around before.
I’ve been saying this all along-the only way to force vaccines would be a declaration of a public health emergency, or martial law. It can’t happen, otherwise.

Don’t know at this point, cc. As you may know, I’ve been following this all along.
Other states have their plans, I’m sure, but for some reason, MA is really ramping up, perhaps because the preparedness plans were already written a few years ago; this is the perfect opportunity to use them.
Right now, I feel that it will be a state-by-state decision; I think that the Feds may get involved if the entire country is involved and I don’t think that’ll be the case however, is any excuse for Barky and his minions a good one to declare martial law?
I’ve been involved in another situation where ‘self-quarantine’ was suggested and nothing ever materialized.
I’ll be on this first thing Monday morning and will post whatever I find out. Please, let’s not all hit the panic button just yet-sit tight!

OK, Maddie, I’ll see if someone knows BUT, with several different manufacturers in the U.S. their processes may be different and they probably won’t give out ‘trade secrets.’
Right now, they can’t force *anyone* to take it…remember that tape that ccwarrior posted was from New England Cable News and was specifically speaking about legislation in MA.
Knowing that people have egg allergies leads me to believe that either they won’t use that process at all (if possible) or have another series of shots with no egg components for those who are allergic. At this point, we don’t know how this stuff is being made and how many companies are involved. Just another big question mark.
In the near term, just be aware of one state passing legislation that *could* declare a public health emergency.

Like most folks in this country, I have a job. I work, they pay me I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck in my case, I am required to pass a random urine test (with which I have no problem). What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don’t have to pass a urine test.
So, here is my Question: Shouldn’t one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them?
Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their ass – doing drugs, while I work. . . . Can you imagine how much money each state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check?
I guess we could title that program, ‘Urine or You’re Out’.

You might want to check out a company named Crucell (a Dutch Co, I think.)
As I understand it, they developed a way to produce vaccines that does not use eggs, and they can produce the vaccines much faster. I read that many companies license this technology from them.
The thing that worries me the most is that Baxter, the company that shipped lethal Avian flu virus to several countries in Europe, are one of the manufacturers of the vaccine. It was extremely fortunate that the companies that received the Avian flu virus, followed safety protocols and tested the vaccine before releasing it (the test animals all died.)
Also, I read recently that there have been ‘adjuvants’ added to the usual flu vaccines, that have caused additional problems. And very few sites are mentioning that GBS (Guillain- Barre Syndrome) caused 25,000 deaths here in the mid 1970’s flu epidemic, so after that the vaccinations were canceled.
It seems that these liberals are very intent on having everyone forced to take the flu shot(s). I
can’t help but wonder if they will be getting the same vaccine as we peons, or if the plan is for us to be the target of this scare tactic …for as yet there is no pandemic here. First I presume nothing, and put my presumption of fraud or presumption of authenticity meter at 0%
Then I consider the facts
1) the purveyor has history of fraud…this immediately shifts the presumption that the BC is a fraud to 100%
2) Baby footprint too big for newborn, too uniform for an actual print, fraud meter pinned at 100%
3) Form noticeable different from others of the period, fraud meter pinned at 100%

Working from this end on the adjuvant question. Please read the Post article I posted at 10:17AM. The adjuvant I’m really concerned with is the Novartis adjuvant, which contains squalene; this is thought to be the main culprit in causing Gulf War Syndrome. ‘Insiders’ are checking on that.
This whole thing is a scare tactic. If you were around in 1976, that ‘swine flu emergency’ fell flat and people were vaccinated for nothing…and some contracted Guillain- Barre from those shots. There was also an H5N1 (Avian flu) scare in 2005; that never materialized, either. Yeah, preparedness is a good thing, but don’t send the public into a panic by counting chickens before they hatch.
This one may very well be a bust, too.

Yes, I certainly do remember a time when doctor’s and pharma’s only interest was treating/curing the patient. While most doctors are still in ‘that’ business, big pharma has become a whore to the almighty buck. I come from that industry and can say that from first hand experience.
Many have said that the cures for diseases like cancer, MS, Lupus, etc. are out there however, in curing these diseases, pharma would go broke. It’s much more profitable for them to keep us sick. Sad, isn’t it?
I remember the polio epodemic well in fact, a dear neighbor was the victim of the ‘live’ vaccine and contracted polio. She lived beyond her life expectation for her condition (paralyzed from the neck down and on a ventilator) but passed several years ago; it could’ve been prevented.
Quite a testament to big pharma, eh?

The doctors are trying to live up to their Hippocratic oath and I guess you could say Big Pharma is working against them. It is beyond time for a revolution in the pharmaceutical industry. Simple really, laws do define who is not a NBC. I am a painter. There are three primary colors: red, blue, and yellow- NBC status is like the color red, defined as not blue or yellow. There is a spectrum of colors, but, no secondary colors can make red. No secondary citizenship can make NBC. Or more simply, I am a girl because I am NOT a boy.

My family is in construction every since we were small children we were on the job site with Daddy. Our jobs when we were small was to clean up the job site for the next group of professionals. My father was a cement man and carpenter, we were expected to do a good job and we did. You also learn a lot. You also know about the perks pharma gives to docs for prescribing ‘their’ drug. While they’re trying to do away with that business, the payola for docs will always be there.
Funny, when you go to the doc with (whatever) medical complaint, how often are you given a ‘sample’ of a medication, followed closely by a prescription for that same med? No diagnosis, but here’s a pill. It’s like putting a Band-Aid on a broken leg, if you ask me.
Pay-to-play is alive and well in the pharmaceutical industry.
Wouldn’t it be nice if ALL docs and researchers actually worked to help people, rather than worship the almighty buck? Dr. Salk would be *so* pleased….

SueK-Mercifully I am on no drugs. We were blessed in Illinois to have an old fashioned GP-also physician and surgeon, and a displaced person from WW2. You did not get medication unless absolutely necessary. None-very old fashioned. Most things I get I can fix with an aspirin, but I know not everyone is so blessed.
When we were little kids we had a neighbor who was under psychiatric care for 36 years. Drug addict due to doctors, husband had very good insurance. To see that from when you are little on-horrible. Each doctor over the years different diagnosis and a pill for it. Soon she was on everything, everyday all day long. Much like Elvis, Anna Nicole Smith, Michael Jackson. I cried when I saw the Anna Nicole stuff, that was our neighbor-so screwed up with this garbage in their systems. Our neighbor was so beautiful naturally-Anna Nicole was a magician with make-up. Couple of years on all that garbage our neighbor looked like an old hag. She blew up like Anna Nicole, looked to me like their bodies were retaining water somehow, other times she looked like a concentration camp victim. Sometimes lucid, sometimes not-rambling and very whiny I know I tried to escape from her clutches when she got me by the mailbox, it was horrible one solid hour of God knows what. Terrible thing to witness, but God love her she did try but the drugs take over something. Yet both of the ladies were very loving mothers. I think they both suffered from really mean mother syndrome. There was something not right with Anna Nicole’s mother, to me she was scary mean.
I went to the Jackson-Lee townhall on Saturday. Total snow job complete with a whining ACORN leader holding a baby explaining the inaffordability of healthcare.They had a violin player while waiting on Queen Sheila to arrive.She took about 10 questions told a concerned business owner he would not be a part of the pie graph represented as those to be hit with a “surcharge”.He reiterated his knowledge of the IRS being able to keep up with businesses out of compliance for not covering their employees and she pointed out that it was not a “penalty” he would get hit with it was a “surcharge”. I hope he felt better.
I quoted Margaret Thatcher’s the problem with socialism line that eventually you run out of other people’s money and had her respond. She of course denied that this bill was socialist….
Anyway what was funny was that I had planned on using a bullhorn but these was a question as to the city’s property and church property so I blew it off and went in to ask a question. I just got off the phone with Congressman Franks office. He said that he did not say he would pursue a lawsuit, but rather that he would pursue looking into this. I also explained that it is much more than the long form birth certificate. I further stated that he had to simultaneously ask for the college records and passport records to be opened up to fully understand the depth of this. The staffer said they have been flooded by calls today about the birth issue and he took my message down, in great detail, and promised to pass it along to the Congressman. Everyone needs to call and relay this same information. He can get a fake birth certificate, but he cannot forge the passport and college records as well. These elements are critical to bringing about the truth!

It was strep but the doctor said that now that school is back in, they are seeing at least 5 cases of swine a day. He also said that they don’t expect a vaccine until November at the earliest.

OK, we need to remember that this is only a preparedness *plan* should a public health emergency be declared however, I’m glad that your Obot friend has taken off the blinders. YAY!
I don’t believe the shot is safe, either; perhaps if they had sufficient time to fully test it and get rid of the adjuvant (or not add it in the first place) these shots may be worth consideration. As it is now however, no.
This person also needs to look at all the immunizations his/her child had as an infant. Did you notice the exploding incidence of Autism, ADD, ADHD, and other disabling diseases/afflictions kids have been diagnosed with over the last 20 years or so? Sorry, but I don’t attribute that to ‘improved screening procedures.’
You’ve gotta ask yourself what was in those shots? Again, I’m not a conspiracy theorist, but it seems like nearly every child these days has some sort of physical/mental issue. And all that would be brought on by what, exactly?

Hurry Up and Retire
In a nutshell, this is why I don’t like Arlen Specter. Even when, from a distance, it seems as though he’s doing good, upon closer inspection you realize that he’s only doing it, whatever it is, for his own gain.
In this case, a Fox News piece yesterday detailed how Specter was speaking out against an end-of-life care guide, entitled “Your Life, Your Choices,” that had been suspended under the Bush administration but revived under the current administration’s Department of Veterans’ Affairs, calling for hearings into what an official in the previous administration deemed a “hurry up and die” message being given to veterans.
For anyone who saw or heard Chris Wallace’s interviews on Fox News Sunday, it was amazing — despite being an absolute hero in her own right (she suffered catastrophic injuries in Iraq, which resulted in the amputation of her legs), Assistant Secretary of Veterans’ Affairs Tammy Duckworth maintained, over and over again, that the manual was not reinstated despite being shown example after example that it was.
Specter stated that the guide raises “a lot of questions.”
On its face, Arlen Specter’s decision to bring the “Your Life, Your Choices” guide a little more scrutiny could be a good one, right? Well, the problem is that Specter himself voted for the so-called “stimulus” package despite knowing that it had all sorts of end-of-life consequences in it for all seniors, not just for veterans. He did so because, at the time, the world was in love with Barack Obama, and he felt as though Pennsylvanians thought the stimulus was needed. Fast-forward to now and, with his poll numbers dwindling in the Keystone State (home to the nation’s second-largest population of seniors, next to Florida), Specter is suddenly concerned about seniors being told to “hurry up and die,” already?
Specter does what’s right, politically, for Arlen Specter. Frazzled after being endlessly criticized for supporting the stimulus bill, he opposed “card check” legislation despite flipping and flopping publicly on the issue within a matter of weeks, knowing that he needed to assuage his base. Sobered due to the reality that he likely would not prevail in a GOP primary in 2010, Specter switched parties, publicly acknowledging that he did so for his own political gain.
Specter has nobody in mind but Arlen Specter. And, so, when I see faux outrage like this over a subject worthy of genuine outrage, it makes me dislike my senator even more.
Most elected officials at least try to hide their own hypocrisy. I, for one, would love for someone to stand up and ask the senator whether, at 75 and 78 years of age, he would have been able to obtain several brain surgeries and rounds of chemotherapy under the “public option” at the center of the Democrats’ health care reform. Ask him about how his particular health care needs comport with the very model he’s advocating, at the heart of which are Tom Daschle’s argument that seniors like Specter “should be more accepting of the conditions that come with age instead of treating them.”
Every single time Senator Specter opens his mouth, I wonder more and more whether it is hypocrisy rather than blood that his heart pumps through his veins. Out of any other elected official, Democrat, Republican or somewhere in between, I would feel good about someone in Washington truly looking out for our veterans by shining the light of congressional scrutiny on this end-of-life care guide. Coming from Specter, however, I know that his motives aren’t genuine.
He might say that I have a “damned if he does, damned if he doesn’t” type of attitude toward him, and he would be right. The thing is, what he doesn’t realize is that any person or politician must earn the right to be given the benefit of the doubt. Specter, instead, is a microcosm of everything that is wrong with American politics at this day and age. Self-serving? Check. Elitist? Check. Out-of-touch? Check. Willing to depart from principles in order to curry favor and win re-election? What principles?
Forget the “hurry up and die” message in the end-of-life care guide. What we really need is a “hurry up and retire” message to be given to Arlen Specter.

A little info for you on physicians and their limitations.
There are very specific protocols, also referred to as standard of care, that must be followed by law. Physicians (Medical Docs) are limited to approved prescription drugs ONLY, and specific procedures set forth in treatment protocol guidelines. (clinical trials are another story) Diagnosis ABC = treatment and or Rx for ABC.
A physician can’t write you a different prescription that HE thinks would work better if it doesn’t fit that diagnosis (code). Your insurance probably wouldn’t pay for it anyway.
Even if a physician knew of an alternative treatment that would be better than something being hawked by big pharma, he couldn’t recommend it if it was outside the established protocol. In addition to the risk of being sued he would have his license revoked and his medical liability insurance would be cancelled.
On the other hand, a Naturopathic Physician is trained in “natural” treatments and can & does sell you herbs/vitamins, counsel you on your diet, etc. He is limited to THIS realm. So, if you needed a prescription drug he would have to refer you to an M.D. There are a few docs that are both a medical doctor and a Naturopath. This to me is the best of both worlds.
Remember, pharmaceutical companies & major foundations such as the Rockefeller Foundation also fund the med schools, donate huge sums of money for research grants, etc. They also control the content of information delivered to physicians in professional medical pubs/journals due to their enormous ad budgets. The Rockefeller family has controlled the field of medicine for years. It’s an interesting history to read if you are so inclined.
Samples of medications provided to physicians by big pharma are typically given so as to save their patients money. It allows a physician to use some meds as a “trial” on a patient without any out of pocket expense. Others meds are given to folks that have little financial means. Other than an ink pen, coffee mug or occasional lunch from the drug reps, there are no perks for the average physician. Big pharma is lining the pockets of the politicians not the physicians. Physicians don’t have any financial incentive to prescribe one med over another.
It’s interesting to note there are some people that feel if they leave a physician’s office without a prescription, that somehow they didn’t do anything for them.
