Why Barack Obama should be indicted
Part 1
One or more of the following events should happen:
- Obama steps down.
- Obama is forced to prove eligibility.
- Obama is indicted and/or arrested.
If one of the above does not occur within a few months,
perhaps we should look to the Declaration of Independence
or Thomas Jefferson, for our next strategy.
The arrest of IL Governor Rod Blagojevich on December 9, 2008
marked a turning point in the investigation of crime and
corruption in Chicago and Illinois referred to as “pay for play.”
Federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald along with a team of FBI
agents wiretapped Stuart Levine and others tied to Tony Rezko,
Dr. Robert Weinstein, Rod Blagojevich and a host of corruption
figures in Illinois, many with ties to the Middle East. The
common denominator among all of these corruption figures is
Barack Obama. Obama has many long time close ties to Tony Rezko
and conspired with one or more of Rezko, Levine, Weinsein and
Blagojevich to rig the IL Health Planning Facilities Board. The
indictments or in the case of Blagojevich, criminal charges,
reveal the common link. The first article of this series examines
in detail the corruption of this board and serves as a request
to Patrick Fitzgerald to indict Barack Obama. Mr. Fitzgerald’s
office was contacted and the article was faxed to him.
Subsequent articles will reveal new details in the ongoing
investigations, but perhaps more importantly, old news that
was ignored or suppressed by the MSM will be reintroduced and
given new life in the wake of the Blagojevich arrest. This
first article will become a page at the top of this blog and
will be updated with new articles as they are written.

Since the Supreme Court has now prevented itself from acknowledging the question of whether Barack H. Obama is or is not an Article II “natural born citizen” based on the Kenyan/British citizenship of Barack Obama’s father at the time of his birth (irrespective of whether Barack Obama is deemed a “citizen” born in Hawaii or otherwise) as a prerequisite to qualifying to serve as President of the United States under the Constitution — the Court having done so at least three times and counting, first before the Nov 4 general election and twice before the Dec 15 vote of the College of Electors — it would seem appropriate, if not necessary, for all Executive Branch departments and agencies to secure advance formal advice from the United States Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel as to how to respond to expected inquiries from federal employees who are pledged to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States” as to whether they are governed by laws, regulations, orders and directives issued under Mr. Obama during such periods that said employees, by the weight of existing legal authority and prior to a decision by the Supreme Court, believe in good faith that Mr. Obama is not an Article II “natural born citizen”.

Namely, step aside when Biden’s son Beau, the state’s attorney general, returns from service with the National Guard in Iraq to claim his due inheritance when the seat is up in 2010.

Ridgefield, NJ — On Tuesday, December 16, 2008, I was traveling in my car down the New Jersey Turnpike near my home. As I approached mile marker 116.6, I saw something that shook me to my very core: Prisoner-Transport-Rail-Cars secreted away in a remote rail yard near the Public Service Electric Generating Station in Ridgefield, NJ.
It was about 4:30 in the afternoon when I first saw them and this being Winter, the sun sets around 5. So I raced home, got my video camera and raced back. I brought a hand held 2 million candlepower spotlight with me just in case.
When I arrived back, I was able to get pretty decent video of the first 7 prisoner rail cars. There were MANY more.
These rail cars are what OUR OWN GOVERNMENT is planning to use when they start rounding up “dissidents” and anyone else opposed to the “New World Order (NWO).
Each rail car has two levels, each level with 125 sets of shackles anchored to the walls or floor. Each car thus can transport 250 people. There are no bathrooms. People placed in these rail cars will be treated literally as cattle.
Those who are rounded up will go either to re-education camps or, if they are staunch supporters of a sovereign United States who will not accept being merged into a one world government, they will be killed.
The NWO is actually estimating they will need to kill between 20 and 25 million of us!
Here now, is the video proving these prisoner rail cars actually do exist and they are now being pre-positioned around the country. I personally shot this video on Tuesday, December 16, 2008.

twe– My friend’s basketball team is in Hawaii. They saw Obama on the beach a few hours ago. They all know about the birth certificate and they wanted to yell” You here to get your birth certificate?” but they were afraid they would get arrested.
Donofrio and Wrotnowski cases definitely are airtight. Especially the brillant stuff Donofrio came up with about Chester A. Arthur.

Annenberg has been connected to Ayers, Obama, Factcheck.org, and now Justice Roberts. It has now been revealed that Lenore Annenberg endorsed McCain. So now it is clear why McCain has done nothing. Plus, I read a great blog about how Walter Annenberg, Obama’s mother and Malcolm X were all in New York City at the same time. Certainly not a coincidence.
Obama was secretly disbarred in Illinois because he lied about being born in Canada and using the name Barry. Emanuel and Blagojevich were taped discussing this very fact. The reasons for the disbarment are being kept secret until after Blagojevich is named ambassador to Norway. Once he is there he will destroy the tape of Michelle Obama saying that Obama is not a citizen. That makes his daughters illegal. You can add that to the indictment.
The fact that no one has done anything about this definitely is grounds to recall all Senators and Congressmen, as Margie suggested on this site. All you need to start a recall is a petition with 5 signatures. If Senators and Congressmen don’t swear an oath to the Constitution within 10 days, they are automatically removed from office.
We really need to do some research on whether Obama’s grandmother is dead. If she is not actually dead we can probably prove that she was never actually white and then Fitzgerald can indict Obama for perjury in his Philadelphia speech.
Finally, has anyone considered a citizen arrest?

Angel Light is right about the coming one world order. But this can be turned to our advantage. We will be able to sue Obama in the English House of Lords and in the World Court.
